America is home to some of the most beautiful scenery on the planet, awe-inspiring locations so beautiful that they draw in countless visitors every year and make other adventurous travelers' picks for bucket list destinations to visit at lease once.

LoveExploring searched every corner of the country, "from sprawling canyons and towering sand dunes to huge glaciers and picturesque valleys" to compile a list of the "most stunning natural wonders" America has to offer. These are the kinds of gorgeous locations and monuments that promise breathtaking scenery that will leave you speechless and in awe, creating a lasting memory to cherish the rest of your life.

Among the list of natural wonders are three spots in Washington: Mount Rainier, Ruby Beach (Olympic National Park) and Palouse Falls. Here's what the site had to say about these incredible wonders:

"Rising an incredible 14,410 feet above sea level, Mount Rainier is of an epic size. With more than 130 trails snaking their way through the forested area around the mountain, there are plenty of opportunities to take in the stunning scenery among the lush trees and fragrant wildflowers."
"Often considered one of the prettiest beaches in the country, Ruby Beach is the crown jewel of the Olympic National Park in Washington state. Famous for its dramatic scenery of weathered driftwood, large islands known as sea stacks and the Jurassic Park-like forest that surrounds it, the beach is named after the ruby-like crystals in the beach sand."
"Located in southeastern Washington, Palouse Falls drop for about 200 feet, puncturing the course of the Palouse River. The cascade, formed by floods during the Ice Age, steals the show but visitors will also be in awe of the neat circular pool and rugged canyon walls."
