Fernando Tatis Jr. Agrees To 14-Year Deal with San Diego Padres

The San Diego Padres shortstop, who played a pivotal role in taking the team to the 2020 National League playoffs, has agreed to a 14-year contract with the Padres with a salary over the contract length of $340 million dollars.
Tatis played his first game with the Padres on March 28, 2019 and at just 22 years old he's already racked up an impressive list of Major League Baseball stats. He also receive the Silver Slugger Award last season.
