Speaker 1 (00:00):
Two pros and a cup of Joe. Fox Sports Radio
LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you here coming
up on this football Friday. It's a football Friday, so
of course we would open up with the NBA Finals.
Game one is in the books, takeaways from a dominant
Boston performance. Then all we got to do is wait
six weeks until Game two arrives. We'll get into that
for you here. We're also going to talk about who
was arriving in fashion and in style last night in

(00:22):
the NBA. It's become way too much. We'll break it
all down. We're going to talk about the NFL and
apparently there's an issue with this game in Brazil that
they didn't think all the way through on. We're going
to discuss some other NFL news and topics, like Mike McDaniel.
He's got a solution for what's going to solve the
playoff drought for the Miami Dolphins. We've also got some
over unders and we've got in case you missed it

(00:44):
and you in of you out to get to We're
going to talk about some movie called Swiss Army Man,
very weird. That's all broken down as well. Too, and
it's all yours coming up next here two pros and
a Cup of Joe on a football Friday, Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Seen a Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Two Pros and Cup with Joe here on SADS Radio.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
But but Boston, the Celtics, Celtics, Celtics, Boston Celtics.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
Yeah, that series is over. We're doing the show live
here from the tire rack dot Com studios tirack dot com.
We'll help you get there, an unmatched selection, fast free shipping,
free road has a protection and over ten thousand recommended installers.
Ti rack dot com the way tire buying should be.
It just appears like there's a bit of a gap between.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
It's it's as you ordered at poisingis. Last year I
did get some porzingis, Yeah I did. It was like,
let me get a little bit of persingis on.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
Some of that result dropping somees on. Let me.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
They were loose, man, they were loose. They were comfortable,
they were confident. I don't know how they're going to
play on the road, but if they can defend home
like this, they're in pretty good shape.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
I think they've won six in a row on the road,
so they've been just they've actually been better over the
past couple of years on the road by a large
margin than at home. But yeah, that was and once
that onslaught like Dallas got it to eight.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
Yeah, they wanted to give it away.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
Now.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
They wanted They almost were like Minnesota like in that
third quarter. Geez, you know they're listening on Kfan right now.
I mean, I'm just saying they wanted to give it away.
Damn man, The Mavericks was walking them down. They were
walking them down, and they just went cold, like they

(02:44):
couldn't catch anything. They couldn't catch any type of shots
going in. So I don't know, man, that's it gave.
It was interesting to see the MAVs pull it to eight.
I was like, looking at the score, I'm like, I'm like,
is my math off? Like I'm really sitting there trying

(03:06):
to figure out how they're getting that how they got
that close? But they they did. And if I'm if
I'm Jason Kidd and I'm the Dallas Mavericks, I got
to think about what were we able to do to
alter their their offensive output because they I mean, you

(03:26):
gotta say early on their their output was like kind
of like, I mean, can they sustain that can they
can they hit that many threes? All they do is
chuck threes. I mean they do go to the whole.
Jalen was going to the hole. He dunked on somebody's neck.
I don't know who that was, but he dunked on somebody.

(03:47):
And Tatum was going to the whole little bit too.
But they just shoot like they just be shooting, like
get on the ball, shoot guy in their face, shoot
they just if they're making it. It's gonna be hard
to keep up with them because there's too many of
them that can shoot. But when they go cold, you

(04:07):
can see when they go cold, you got a chance.
Then the question becomes what can you do as a
defense to try to guard the perimeter but at the
same time be able to limit them to like one shot.
That's gonna be to me, that's gonna be the key
to this series is how does Jason Kidd adjust to
the fact that you literally have five guys on the

(04:30):
court that can shoot it from anywhere on the court.
That's a tough that's a tough, tough challenge to try
to figure out a scheme and a game plan for
and by the way they play defense, they d up.
That's the other thing too. Yeah, they d you up. Man.
They ain't just letting you get easy buckets. They contesting you.

(04:54):
That's tough. And I knew that was gonna be what
porzingis added that extra little added dimension. Yeah, man, the Horford.
Horford was showing that he wore keep up.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
There.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
He was showing he could keep up with Oh yeah,
great point.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
Showing up when he needs to. Yeah, yeah, popping off
shots when he needs to.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
So I'm talking about.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
Yeah, been around the block a time or.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Two, been around that, been around that block.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
Been around that block.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Baby.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
The Kyrie Irving struggles against Boston, I think he's oh
for his last Owen eleven, in his last eleven games
against the Celtics, since he stomped on the logo, he's
like Owen six.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
Only a Celtics fan would know that, right.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
Well, no, because it's all over the place. I mean,
that's the discussions.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Yeah, I mean, just yeah, you just it's the article
I read, Literally just the first sentence said, since Kyrie
stomped on the logo, this is what is red.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
You saw the same one. That's what I'm talking about.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
It looks like a Celtics fan Boy paper.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
Yeah, listen, that's that's a you know, a reckless accusation
again to start off the show. And there needs to
be some fines handed out for this, because this is enough,
is enough, all right, and things have got to change
around here. But Kyrie did talk about the atmosphere in Boston.
He did not play well. Uh, Luca needed a little
bit of help. He did not get it from Kyrie.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
But here was.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
Kyrie Irving discussing the game afterwards. I promise you I
swear to against Kyrie Irving was definitely discussing the game afterwards,
no doubt about it. He was absolutely discussing the game.
Well listen, Okay, apparently maybe he was not discussing the game.
Kyrie Irving apparently was not discussing the game afterwards. No,

(06:38):
that's not yeah, that's let's yeah, let's just scratch the
whole thing.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
Let's let's just that's good, all right.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Take five did not work, all right, so let's just
go ahead and we'll wipe that up.

Speaker 5 (06:49):
Point is, Jonas, let's just start over. Start the period unbelievable.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
He struggled and and the Dallas Mavericks came up shore.
But now that they head into Game two, do you
just basically if your Jason Kidd shown that six minute
stretch in the third quarter and say, if we could
just do this for the other portion of the game,
we've got a legitimate shot in this series. Because out
of the stands right now, the odds have shifted to

(07:18):
the Celtics a minus four to twenty five to win
this series. With three games left and three wins to
go for the Boston Celtics. So how do we feel
about the Dallas Mavericks chances moving forward?

Speaker 4 (07:30):
I mean, it's gonna take doncz and Kyrie playing as
good as they can possibly play every single game. There
is no support of the outside of those two, at
least not enough to overcome one of them having an
off night.

Speaker 3 (07:45):
Clearly Kyrie had an off night last night. That whole
logo stopping thing. It's just stuck with them forever, agreed.
But that's the difference in the two rosters.

Speaker 4 (07:54):
You know, if you look at Boston, like they have
so many different ways of scoring, so many different people
that can pitch it in, and now with Porzingis it's
just it's it's overwhelming at times, right, the different ways
they can play, the different ways they can score, defensively,
how they can match up and just it feels like
it's gonna take a heroic effort from Dochis and Kyrie

(08:16):
to make this thing work. And I mean look good
for the Celtics. I feel like for guys like you know,
Jonas who have rooted for the Celtics for a long time,
big big a big time fan, you finally get a
championship and it didn't take like a Big three. You know,
this is to me, this is a roster and this
is a team that has a foundation that can last.

(08:37):
You have to give a lot of credit to Brad
Stevens Joe Mizzoula for the job they've done.

Speaker 2 (08:42):
Now is it?

Speaker 6 (08:43):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Do you guys find it offensive? And I'll ask Brady this,
all right, So LaVar, you can't really comment on this.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
Yeah, that's because I'm black.

Speaker 1 (08:52):
Well, I mean listen, Drew Holiday. Drew Holiday said afterwards, Hey,
when that happens, messed up? What about that that mest
sed up?

Speaker 7 (09:01):
There?

Speaker 1 (09:03):
So Drew Holliday said after the game that even our
white guys guard Okay, so is anybody offended by the
fact that he is pointing out that even even the
white players in the Boston Celtics also guard.

Speaker 2 (09:18):
That seems strange, Yeah, like because I would think that
you would think that the White boys would be playing
like fundamentally sound defense stuff like that, because they're not
maybe as athletic as the brothers.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
Does he take a shot at Luca?

Speaker 2 (09:38):
That's a great.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Pool because they were pointing that out right to where
Jason Kidd was saying, you know, as long as they
just participate defensively talking about Kyrie and Luca, which feels
like a great pool.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
You dang Shaye, I mean, why else would you make
that comment?

Speaker 1 (09:56):
Well, I think you know, Peyton Pritchard, Sam Howe, I
had them all out there, the Celtics White they had
there to defend.

Speaker 4 (10:06):
I'm just saying, why else would you Celtics baby, You're
you're saying it make a comment like that to contrast
what you do and what they don't do.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
Yeah, I mean I feel like you might have you
might have hit on something there. Jonas doesn't think so
they didn't mention the other the other guy with the
ball head that's l like to what's what?

Speaker 3 (10:28):
What? Who is he?

Speaker 2 (10:29):
Derek White? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (10:31):
Last Yeah, that Brady told me that was the best
part about him was his last name, yeah, which I
which I thought.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
To be a little bits over the top. He plays defense.

Speaker 3 (10:40):
I don't know, you didn't say that great defense is
a great shooter.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
There is the next factor. Definitely, that's for sure. That
is for sure.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
But I will think of an our team we can Yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
We got to really decide on some stuff here, all right.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
Well, but they get Lucas.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
Yeah, we do get Luca.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
We already talked about that.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
Very true. You guys get Luca and and Witsky dir
get Dirt.

Speaker 1 (11:08):
Oh yeah, look him up, gets Dirk, if you know Dirk,
look him up.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
What I'm saying, look him up? We got him yeah, us,
But I don't think that that's I don't know, look
him up. Yeah, I mean he does have the resume.
Dirt noted that, Yeah, Dirk, the lap he does, Dill Oh, boy,

(11:40):
make some noise.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
This is why I struggle to signe off on Drew
Holiday making the comment even our white guy's guard is
a direct shot at Luca, because LaVar, you've pointed this
out black and blue, you know, European.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
Is that the same thing? I mean, what's it all about?
Just the uh, just this just the skin. You know
what was that all about. I'm just that be the
Weather Channel tell you that, do you think? Tell you
that I think you are Ian and are out Ian? Yeah,

(12:15):
get that out of the way.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
Well, listen, it's unfortunate if you're a Dallas Mavericks fan,
not the way you expect a game one to go. Also,
I was gonna mention this yesterday, and it seems pretty
obvious to me. Luca doesn't look one hundred percent like
he does not like. He looks like he's trotting up
and down the floor at a really slow pace. And
I don't know if that's just the way he plays

(12:38):
or he's still dealing with whatever he's dealing with when
it comes to the knee injury.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
But he also does not look one hundred percent as
a finals man. Doesn't matter, all right, You don't get that.
You don't get that one right there. You don't get
to check that box off. You can't do it.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
Listen, I'm trying to find, uh, you can't do it.
Trying to find a glimmer of hope for the Mavericks here.

Speaker 2 (12:58):
Well, it saying that Luca is banged up and can't
get it done is not giving them hope.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
And also we had to wait for two months for
the finals to start, and then we got to wait
until Sunday for game two.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
We can't.

Speaker 1 (13:13):
We can't get this thing going on Saturday, like they
got to push it all Definitely, maybe one day on
one day off. Come on, man, let's get it done.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
Wednesdays covered stinks damn. I mean, I don't. I don't
care if people take issue with that, all right, it's
not even close to t n T. It's just not man, I.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
Got to disagree. I mean, listen the way Stephen A.
Smith came walking into that arena, you best better know
that that ESPN is all about that smoke.

Speaker 3 (13:44):
You need to make sure people know your joke when
you say I.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Am joking joking, I'm joking. By the way, it's why
are you walk in with the security guard period? In
little bag?

Speaker 1 (13:58):
Why does why does ESPN and to put a camera
on him making his walk into.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
I think there's somebody behind the scenes that is sitting there,
like Steven A is a dbag and I want the
whole world to see it. Well, he thinks he's being
this like conquering hero. I want the world to see it.
On my way out of ESPN. I'm gonna raise my
hand be like it was me that was doing the
ISO shots and step Smith when it was coming into

(14:27):
the the arena like he was a fault, like he
was about to go about to go warm up. Let
me beside the monograms. I'm gonna go get go, get
to the shoot around. And here's the thing. I like
Steven A. Smith.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
He did this show in this time slot years ago.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
He is an FSR alum. But it's got to stop.
This has got to stop. Somebody's got a pack. He
loves himself, bro. I never even paid that much attention
to stephen A. Smith, to be honest with you, I
never like, I just never thought.

Speaker 4 (14:58):
That's all part of ESPN though, annoying him putting them
on the platform to make him feel like he is that.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
I mean, that's part of it too. But again, aside
from Steven A.

Speaker 4 (15:10):
Smith, and it's just their coverage that the in game coverage,
it's just nothing is even close to TNT. The way
they schedule these games is irritating, very similar to why
we had to wait until June sixth, but now even
waiting till Sunday, the whole entire thing and then they
play a role now for people who are like, oh,
it's the NBA.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
No it's not. It's the TV network. They pay for it,
they've got other programming.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
They're the ones who helped kind of shape when the
schedule actually comes out. They have a much greater input
than even the league. So it's it's frustrating because they
get stuff and then will take it and ruin it.

Speaker 3 (15:47):
And I almost wonder too. And even with the talk of.

Speaker 4 (15:51):
The NBA and WNBA, because they've got rights to those things,
it's like they manipulated to not make it about the sport,
and it's in an effort, I think.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
To hype up their studio shows during the week so
they have something to talk about. So like now and
now there's even like beef like.

Speaker 4 (16:08):
Where like you know, all former players are talking on
the studio shows, like that becomes the discussion point instead
of the actual games themselves.

Speaker 3 (16:17):
I hate it. It's hard to watch, man, it really is.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
Hang. Yeah, it's uh.

Speaker 1 (16:22):
And you know, we've got another three months until game two,
so it's just good.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
We're gonna be crap. At least at least you extending
the series. To find a way to extend it in
some ways?

Speaker 3 (16:37):
Is there odds? Like what's the odds for a four
game sweep?

Speaker 1 (16:41):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (16:42):
Efforting they might have went up yesterday, I'll tell you that,
yes they did. Let's see van for me here. It
was a little bit, a little little bit.

Speaker 3 (16:50):
What would you guess that they are. I don't want
to find a guess that's say plus.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
Oh, I say less than to high? Yeah I think so.

Speaker 3 (17:02):
But you don't think Dallas was still one game?

Speaker 2 (17:05):
I said, I think they'll still one. I feel like
it's going to go to a game six. I really do.
I think it'll go to a game six. I still
think it'll go to a game six. But I will
say this, after watching yesterday how comfortable and confident the
Celtics were in playing against this Mavericks team, it looks

(17:29):
like it is a style differential.

Speaker 3 (17:32):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
It is a style match that is totally in favor
of the Boston Celtics. And and that that says something
because you would think that the West is the more
dominant of the two sides. And for the Celtics to
be so relaxed and so comfortable in such a big game,

(17:54):
a big series, that's that's that's concerning. If you if
you're a if you're a Mavericks.

Speaker 1 (17:59):
Fan, plus four hundred on Celtics sweep, according to Lee
to laugh, Lee was rewatching the pre impost starring with
Leak Andrews. So we just wanted to make sure that
we got the correct odds.

Speaker 3 (18:13):
On that.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
So we are we are good to go on that.
So plus four hundred. If you believe that the Boston
Celtics are not going to lose another game, that'll that'll
pay out four to one one hundred dollars four hundred,
or in my terms, ten dollars forty. So that's how
that works. But hey, listen, we'll see game two coming up.
Was it fourth of July? I believe, so it will

(18:36):
be literal at the corner. It is two pros and
a cup of Joe here on Fox Sports Radio. All
I forgot to mention this to you guys, and I
should have said this.

Speaker 2 (18:44):
You should have damnit. It was too busy singing Joanas knocks, knocks,
It's a football front. There we go. Come on, Mark, Yeah,
come on, yes, fridayming.

Speaker 6 (19:00):
Up, So let's come to the ball. Turn to another game,
so let's do somethingtball. Come on, come on, come on,
got dang. Come on, you must be looking at what

(19:21):
we're looking at all.

Speaker 2 (19:22):
Right, Come on, Mark, come on, Mark, here we go.
Bride Day Night is a football. Yeah, football, Brady Quinn,
come on, throw the ball, catch the ball.

to the top. We've all used different tools.

Speaker 9 (20:49):
Listen to Unbreakable with Jay Glazer and Mental Wealth podcast
on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts or wherever you get podcasts.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
Why do you project on me?

Speaker 1 (21:04):
Coming up here in a little over fifteen minutes from
now from the ti raq dot com studios. By the way,
two pros and a cup of Joe here Fox Sports
Radio apparently, Hey, when this happens, mistaken identity in the
world of.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
Sports for one of the all time greats.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
We will get into that story coming up here again
a little over fifteen minutes from now. We got ourselves
a little bit of a problem in the NFL. So
this Brazil game is coming up to start off the
year for the Packers and the Philadelphia Eagles, and people
are really excited about it. We've talked about it. You know,

(21:41):
maybe there'd be some people that just decide not to
come excited. Yeah, I mean, why wouldn't he be? And
then Josh Jacobs, new Packers running back, was on The
green Light Podcast with Chris Long and he discussed the
Packers heading over to Brazil and apparently there's a little
bit of a problem with the trip.

Speaker 2 (22:02):
You're gonna open the season against my Eagles down in Brazil. Man,
what are you most excited about?

Speaker 3 (22:07):
You know?

Speaker 10 (22:08):
They said that the part of Brazil were going so
you can't.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
Even wear green at really?

Speaker 10 (22:12):
Yeah, why, they said, Like, I guess something to do
with the gangs and stuff.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
Dude, I'm not going. I'm not going. They said, We're
not going to Rio.

Speaker 10 (22:22):
We're going, they said, they told us. They was like, man,
it's one of them places where they probably won't even
let us leave a full team.

Speaker 2 (22:29):
Damn, I'm not going.

Speaker 7 (22:30):
No what color?

Speaker 2 (22:34):
Yeah what college?

Speaker 10 (22:35):
How is they probably gonna have like armored vehicles? Following,
I said, bro, why are we out here? I'm picturing
Josh Jacob's like hanging out on the bea, But it
doesn't sound like that kind of trip. I was looking
forward to it. I'm like, man, we're about to be
It's about to be a fun week. He got telling
us all of that. They're like, yeah, no, it's not
gonna like a right, all right, so cancel that trip.

Speaker 3 (22:59):
We're good.

Speaker 2 (23:00):
So that was kind of a lame interview though, Well
they all canceled or trip. I'm not going. I'm not going.
I'm not going. I'm not going.

Speaker 1 (23:09):
The color schemes of the teams heading out there that interesting, Yeah, so.

Speaker 2 (23:14):
How do you get around that? So so for all
the fans that were unaware of that, they're just going
to be jacked stood up.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
Do you think the NFL was aware of this?

Speaker 1 (23:24):
Probably they're telling them, and why wouldn't they be.

Speaker 4 (23:28):
But I think the fact the fact that they went
ahead and were like, oh no, this this Brazil gam
would be a great idea. Oh, by the way, you're
putting two teams in there who are green, and there's
a there's some gangs, and I mean, look, I remember
being briefed when I got drafted to Cleveland about by
the local police force and then the local gangs that
were there, and you know, some of it, I'm sure

(23:49):
is to kind of scare you, to make sure you
you do conduct yourself in a proper manner and be saved.

Speaker 3 (23:54):
Some of it's just to inform you of what's out there.

Speaker 4 (23:57):
But one of the things they said to us, they're like, hey,
that the gangs are actually really strong here. They said
that there's not like the National Games like gangs like
the bloods, crips and all that they go. Now, they're
like they they have their own gangs, like here are
the names, Like here's kind of like the areas.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
Et cetera where they operate all stuff. So you want
to stay away from these areas.

Speaker 4 (24:17):
And I remember thinking to myself, like, all right, well,
at least, like it's nice to have the information and
all that. But they never told us like you couldn't
wear a certain color or you couldn't you know. I
mean maybe they said you couldn't go out in a
certain area, but they were like, you know, they were
it was more formative.

Speaker 3 (24:31):
Than anything else, but they were fully aware of it.

Speaker 4 (24:33):
I would imagine the NFL had some intel into this
before just choosing to throw a game down there.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
Like there are five teams by miscount in the NFL
that have green in their color scheme.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
They sent two of the five. Right, Well, you're talking
about bloods and crips and American gangs I mean the
Philadelphia Eagles gang is a gang too. They'll be Brazilians.
Better be care full with them Eagles fans to mess
around and find out that you find out what you're

(25:07):
gonna find out. Yeah, there's gonna be some guy walking
around green gang green what what? Oh? Yeah, you're gonna
mess around and see some of these Eagles fans himing
up some.

Speaker 1 (25:20):
Like there's there's some guy walking around in a Randall
Cunningham throwback and he's gonna have a dude roll up
on him because yeah, you can't wear that color.

Speaker 3 (25:31):
So wow.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
I mean, but those are two different types of green.
So which one is more offensive to the gangs? I
would be curious to know which is it? Just every
shade of green? All right, so this is is it
money green? Is it green?

Speaker 1 (25:46):
We've got the Jets? Yeah, we've got the Dolphins and
the Jets the Dolphins green? Is that turquoise blue? It's
like a teal right, that's blue. Turquoise?

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Yea turquoise.

Speaker 4 (26:00):
Take away from you being like hard if one of
your colors is turquoise, yes, I mean it can't be
a tough team if you I mean, yes, that's tough.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
I mean how do they view it in Brazil? I
would be curious.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
I mean, there's a reason why the Buccaneers haven't gone
back to the creamsicle uniforms full time. They should, but
I think, you know, you're supposed to got this giant
pirate ship and you're walking around looking.

Speaker 3 (26:23):
For Derek Brooks and Warren sab those guys in creamsickle.
I don't care what vice they would still get after you.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
Yeah, I gotta agree with that. Yeah, I gotta orange pops.

Speaker 3 (26:35):
It's just hits a little different.

Speaker 2 (26:36):
It does hit a little different. I agree with that.
Plenty of options, you know, like what about like all
the they didn't put nothing in there to throw it off,
Like Jacksonville has like a kind of a color like that.

Speaker 3 (26:47):
You know, you guys are worried about the green.

Speaker 4 (26:49):
I'm worried about people who've got look like Jonas that
stick out like a light switch.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
That supposed to me. I mean Jonas actually looks like
he could be Brazilian.

Speaker 3 (27:02):
Yeah, he does.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
That. Check that look at the little the scale, you
could you could actually pass for Brazilian. I appreciate it.
You know what's crazy, I could pass for Brazilian. See
that's where you and I meet in Brazil. Jonas, there
you go.

Speaker 4 (27:23):
I guess my point was the NFL fans arriving to
Brazil really easy to identify.

Speaker 2 (27:29):
Yes, white people, there's some pasty ass Brazilians. Man, Yes,
every Brazilian is not dark.

Speaker 3 (27:41):
You're your mind.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
I feel like I'm well versed. Yeah, but you know
which I feel like, I feel like, I mean, there's
some pasty brazil I can't have an opinion.

Speaker 3 (27:55):
Anyway.

Speaker 5 (27:55):
I would like to believe that on these such as these,
but you think about it, if you think about what
the mixtures of people are and the concentration of people are,
I mean, you're going to have both ends of the spectrum,

(28:18):
very very light and very very dark.

Speaker 1 (28:21):
You should change your profile as college football Hall of Famer,
Fox Sports radio host and Skin Complexion.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
Insider Labar Arrington.

Speaker 1 (28:29):
I'll tell you it's really black experts, and no, he's
not black and he ain't white.

Speaker 2 (28:33):
That's right, I got.

Speaker 1 (28:38):
Yeah, it just feels like this was maybe not the
most well thought out playing.

Speaker 2 (28:43):
That's what you got going on. You got the players
feeling that way about it. And listen, in football, it's
much different than basketball, and they'll be the most protected. Right,
They're gonna be fine.

Speaker 1 (28:54):
Bro, it's the fans that I think about. You're right
if you're If you're a fan, and I say this
half kidding, but you.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
Spent all your money to get the plane ticket to
get there, you know what, your hotel is not as
as extravagant as you'd like for it to be. Like.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
And also this like, if you're learning trying to learn
the language B and B, I don't.

Speaker 2 (29:16):
Know you can as long as you got selles service.
You can communicate with anybody these days by BnB. But
the point is, but do they here BnB bbl's.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
If you're able, if you're a Packers fan. If you're
a Packers fan and you go over there and you're
trying to learn the language days and you tell somebody
you won't need that long, and you tell somebody who's
your team, and you go, well, green Bay, We're from

(29:52):
green Bay. If that gets lost in translation, and all
they understand is green all of a sudden, you've got
to ship at your neck and they're and they're taking
everything that you got on you.

Speaker 2 (30:02):
This is a problem not well thought out. If I
still want to go, If they're saying, if what they're
saying on that on that sound bite is true. This
is definitely a something to be concerned about. I mean,
I like, imagine, imagine a report coming back from there

(30:24):
that one of those fans got murdered.

Speaker 4 (30:28):
Imagine if you're Brazil though, a new risk allowing that
to take place, and that would kill tourism for a
long time.

Speaker 3 (30:37):
Yeah, I mean, remember all that stuff was going on.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
And if you're Brazil though, like it was a Cancun.

Speaker 4 (30:44):
Or somewhere else for like there's a lot of crazy
stuff going like people being beheaded and whatnot. You know,
people were scared to go down there. I mean it's
it's only takes one or two things like that. Then
people read about it, they're like, hey, I'm not going there.
There's too much competition and the other great places to go.

Speaker 3 (31:00):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (31:01):
I mean, do you think maybe because remember when Chris
Carter was brought in to talk to rookies and you
need to fall well, I just think like maybe if
you're the NFL, do you bring in Barrett Robbins and
be like, hey, listen, oh no, here's the deal, all right,
just because it's just because the Donkey shows are free,
not the place you want to go.

Speaker 3 (31:20):
What does a Donkey show have to do with Brazil.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
I'm just saying, you know, you're in a foreign country.

Speaker 3 (31:26):
I don't.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
There's pitfalls Donkey happen in America.

Speaker 3 (31:33):
I don't know. That really does take us into a
gutter every time.

Speaker 2 (31:38):
I'm trying to look out for the people.

Speaker 4 (31:40):
Would people say stuff to you on Twitter or acts
them like, man, that's harsh, and then you do this.

Speaker 3 (31:45):
I'm like, well it's justified because you do this.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
Look I was told by what a Donkey show.

Speaker 3 (31:53):
In Mexico have anything to do with Brazil.

Speaker 1 (31:56):
I'm just saying there are pitfalls when you go to
the countries. Maybe people walk into one door when they
meant to walk into another, and all of a sudden,
you know, there's stuff going on. I'm just like, there
are people that they can there are resources out there
that they can go to, and I'm just trying to
find a solution to make this trip safer for everybody.
I would like to say, I'm in, Like, if they

(32:16):
want to send us, I'm still in, Like I don't
know an article of green, so I'm good. They say
black clothing and you should be fine.

Speaker 2 (32:24):
I'm perfect. So we'll be We'll be all right with that.

Speaker 11 (33:42):
Friday morning. Everybody. Good morning, Jonas, Good morning Brady, Good morning, LeVar, guys,
Lap guys. I hope you did not miss this all
time great Internally, Hey Brady, this all time great interview
from the Golf Channel. Yesterday they were providing coverage for
the BMW charity am at thorn Blade Club in upstate

(34:02):
South Carolina.

Speaker 2 (34:03):
Thorn Blade thorn Blade.

Speaker 11 (34:05):
That's a hard name, right, thorn Blade Club in upstate
South Carolina, and one is pro am so of course
one of the amateurs participated have to be Texas legendary
quarterback Vince Young. So Golf Channel was pretty excited to
interview him. Take a listen to Lauren Witrow approaching who
she thought was Vince Young.

Speaker 7 (34:27):
It is six seasons in the NFL, arguably one of
the best n double A quarterbacks of the all time
in Texas.

Speaker 2 (34:34):
I took Golf about four years ago.

Speaker 3 (34:36):
What's the biggest shift you make going from the ultimate
team sport to now the ultimate individual sport.

Speaker 12 (34:41):
Now, I apologize kind of a wrong course I'm ever saying.
So we're sitting in there, so but the thing is,
the great thing about golf is a completely gainst myself.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
Which by the way, he looks.

Speaker 3 (35:08):
Not nothing, But that's not on her. That's on the producer.

Speaker 2 (35:12):
He looks closer to Vince vond.

Speaker 3 (35:14):
That that is hat.

Speaker 4 (35:15):
That's on whoever was like telling this woman this is
Vince Vaughn'. I don't think she was like, oh, look
it's Vince Vaughn, and like I've got him. There's no way.
I mean, there's a there's a director.

Speaker 3 (35:27):
Someone had to have pointed a camera on gone, that's
not Vince Young.

Speaker 1 (35:31):
And the problem is she's one who's gonna wear it
like she's got to wear it because of the mistake,
and everybody's gonna destroy her and and make fun of her.
And it's the lowest moment of her career. I feel
bad for that's terrible. And he was as nice as
he could be about it, But you got the wrong person.

Speaker 4 (35:50):
Yeah, Everett Sanson, he's actually the offensive skills specialist at Citadel, So.

Speaker 2 (35:59):
I had I had some guy for Oh my, I
didn't tell you this.

Speaker 1 (36:02):
So on our last night in Chicago, we were at
Gibson's and we were sitting there, just all of us,
the family, and we're eating dinner, and some guy towards
the end of dinner walks up and he says, hey,
I just wanted it was an Irish guys. Hey, I
just wanted to say congratulations. We were there last night
and went late, but we saw your home run. And
he shook my hand and he goes, I saw on

(36:26):
on my life and he shows me a picture. He goes,
you know, we played baseball back in Ireland a little bit,
so here's a picture. But anyways, I'm sorry to interrupt
your dinner and congratulations, and I just I didn't know
what to say. So I was like, oh, thanks man,
I really appreciate the support. Like, I had no idea
what to say. I don't know who he thought I was.

Speaker 2 (36:42):
I thought you were Jonas Knox bro Now, dude, you
do know that you're on the nationally syndicated successful.

Speaker 1 (36:48):
He was talking about a home a home run in
the game before he was talking about a home run
the night before.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
Yeah, and he thought you were talking about a home run.

Speaker 1 (36:55):
Nobody has any idea who I am. I've never been
approached ever.

Speaker 2 (36:58):
He thought I was.

Speaker 3 (36:58):
He was Irish.

Speaker 2 (37:00):
Yeah, he's from Ireland, poor guy.

Speaker 3 (37:02):
I mean, can you imagine him coming from Ireland looking
at you? All Right?

Speaker 2 (37:07):
So I thought they all did steroids? What happened the
poor guys?

Speaker 3 (37:12):
You just see these lads over in America. They used
to do steroids. Now they look like this, a little strung.

Speaker 2 (37:16):
A this guy. Have you eaten a lot? Maybe some
Shepherd's pie with some guys? Have you en't met rob? Right?

Speaker 1 (37:30):
Were you with the a hill? Who ordered the gn T?
He watches weird movies?

Speaker 7 (37:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (37:36):
What movie?

Speaker 11 (37:37):
Swiss Army Man A twenty four filmed Paul Danno with
a dead body.

Speaker 2 (37:41):
Who fts a lot? A dead body who what forts
a lot? It's actually the plot of the movie.

Speaker 1 (37:48):
Lots of flats, really hard some kids, It's really horrible.

Speaker 2 (37:51):
I'm sorry, No, don't have kids.

Speaker 3 (37:54):
