up picking up up just slightly. A couple of shows
have ventured into the building. Uh you know what, I
have noticed though, every single Super Bowl that we're at,
there's somebody pushing a cart with an entire breakfast on it,
and it's never for us, like there's never like they've

(01:17):
got coffee, they've got fruit.

Speaker 4 (01:20):
It eventually comes and it's for this set eventually.

Speaker 5 (01:25):
Yeah, what.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
Are you getting that there there, buddy, bad news bery?

Speaker 6 (01:38):
I don't know, coming up with extra props. It just
looks so like, damn you I was.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
I'll be happy down there, stay here.

Speaker 7 (01:57):
No, you're entertaining, stay right here, down there, up here,
down there, up here, that's all right.

Speaker 4 (02:03):
Rarely it's all the same.

Speaker 8 (02:06):
Funny little fellaly.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
All right.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
So we ran out of time because we were crunching
the numbers on our fixing.

Speaker 5 (02:14):
This spread last hour again, so we'reout further ado. It
is time to pick it back up where we left
off with.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
This here to feed your degenerate gambling soul, the prop
bet monsters.

Speaker 5 (02:36):
Last what do we got?

Speaker 3 (02:39):
We're gonna bang out five of these a day, kind
of open it all back up for everybody to try
and compete. I mean, it's over, I've already won, but
I'm willing to let leave the back door open if
anybody wants to try and come in and take it.

Speaker 5 (02:49):
Bet you are screw you, all right?

Speaker 4 (02:53):
So what have we got here, guys?

Speaker 9 (02:55):
Number of times we see Taylor Swift during the game.
This is f kick off to the end?

Speaker 4 (03:01):
Five and a half.

Speaker 9 (03:02):
I'm gonna give you a Taylor Swift prop every day.
We'll get ready for that over.

Speaker 4 (03:07):
What was it? Sorry? Five and a half?

Speaker 8 (03:09):
As you can find on DraftKings.

Speaker 10 (03:11):
For what times times that we see Taylor.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Swift that over over.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
I'll take the under because it doesn't seem like anyone
can stop Travis Kelson these big games, and so if
he's catching the football.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
Or if he drops it, they gotta show so it's over.

Speaker 5 (03:30):
Yeah, But I feel like Fox is about that, So.

Speaker 7 (03:32):
I'm gonna go with the And I'm sure Caitlyn Kitlyn
Jenner is going to be there, or wait, Caitlyn Caitlyn
Clark Clark Clark is going to be there, and that's
going look at them babies nice. I'm sure she'll be
in there. So the newt the way, folks, Yeah, them
some good looking bird dogs right there.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
I mean, by the way, it would be uh. I mean,
Caitlyn Jenner would be a nice addition to that press box.

Speaker 7 (03:58):
Though, I mean, why I just keep adding celebrities to
the box, right do you keep saying Kaitlyn.

Speaker 4 (04:04):
And Jenner.

Speaker 8 (04:08):
Clark.

Speaker 5 (04:09):
Why are you always thinking about Caitlyn Jenner?

Speaker 4 (04:11):
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (04:12):
I mean, I'm just not good with names, that's all.
I'm just not good with names. Nothing, nothing else more
to it.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
Just that's all.

Speaker 7 (04:23):
It's just it's just's I mean, I'm not good with names.

Speaker 9 (04:28):
More than five times over over, let's take me under Well, well, hey,
we're talking about dogs. A number of dogs you see
in a commercial. I'm going to specify this number of
commercials with a dog in it.

Speaker 4 (04:39):
Okay, thank you, six and a half.

Speaker 7 (04:42):
I'm not I'm not taking the bet because Lee didn't
know how to present the bet. So I didn't present
the bet by no means is Lee going to know
what the answer is.

Speaker 4 (04:52):
I'm not. I'm not in it.

Speaker 5 (04:53):
Oh, you got to participate.

Speaker 8 (04:55):
I'm torn it.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
I am torn on this because I feel like it's
the year of the dog. You know, we've got so
many different advertisements including dogs.

Speaker 8 (05:04):
I love dogs, dogs, you know, peean and poop and
everywhere in the field. Who cares about that?

Speaker 4 (05:11):
So you gotta think.

Speaker 5 (05:13):
That Lee got attacked by a dog after dinner last
night in the hotel.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
There's a lot of I'll begad about that. I heard
a dog bark this morning. It was a couchheball, I
take this.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
This dog crawled up Lee's leg and it looked like
somebody had spilled a mop bucket.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Honestly thought it was her market's territory. I almost the
lady was not apologetically about it. I was, no, no,
not you the lady.

Speaker 5 (05:42):
Oh she was.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
She was very apologetically.

Speaker 5 (05:44):
I'm gonna take the under on dogs.

Speaker 8 (05:46):
She really said anything.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
Lee was probably not coherent enough to know the difference.

Speaker 8 (05:52):
Lee started in some deep conversations.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
I'll leave it at that, but yeah, he did.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Really really weird quick because we're sitting on a comfortable couch.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
Oh yeah, that was a good couch.

Speaker 9 (06:06):
Uh, guys, in case sid lebar give his pick, No,
he refused in least defense.

Speaker 3 (06:14):
The one thing he does love is Super Bowl commercials.
So and he has done a good job the past
couple of years. Recap what's the number one.

Speaker 10 (06:23):
And a half six and commercials with a dog in it?

Speaker 4 (06:27):
You can go back. I'm going to take the under.
Yeah I'm not.

Speaker 10 (06:29):
Yeah, I'm gonna have to go back.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
I want to take the under.

Speaker 8 (06:31):
I'm not gonna be ready on Monday.

Speaker 10 (06:33):
I'll tell you that.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
Thank you. I'm gonna take the under. But this is
so stupid.

Speaker 9 (06:44):
Number of times the chain gang comes out one and
a half zero, I'm.

Speaker 4 (06:49):
Taking the over under. I'll take the over one.

Speaker 5 (06:52):
They deserve as much TV time as they can get.

Speaker 7 (06:55):
Hard work, and folks, they don't have that thing decided
before you even have to do that.

Speaker 9 (07:00):
And shortest touchdown one and a half yards under, come
on a touch push, I'm.

Speaker 8 (07:06):
Gonna see the over.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
I'm gonna take over. Yeah, take the over.

Speaker 5 (07:10):
All right, that's the that's the day one installment.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
Yep, that's day one. There you go, all right.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
See, I'm giving people an opportunity here, you know, you
give me. I mean you can you can try and
catch up. You won't, but you can try.

Speaker 8 (07:22):
I mean, I missed four weeks of picks.

Speaker 4 (07:24):
It's it's set up. What what do you mean the
deck is stacked?

Speaker 3 (07:29):
What's more rigged the NFL in favor of the Chiefs
or this pick in favor.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
If we want to be honest, this is this is
what my biggest complaint for LeVar is he picked oftentimes
money line and hit and didn't get and didn't get
any extra CRUs which he should.

Speaker 8 (07:46):
So that's where I would in his defense, I would
say Lee.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
Stacks today he stacks, No, I don't know how to
track it.

Speaker 8 (07:55):
I mean track give for everyone.

Speaker 4 (07:59):
Yeah, he's picking the money lines. I would say fourt
and a half. But all right, he would say point
and a half.

Speaker 5 (08:05):
Exactly, okay, as he'd say.

Speaker 4 (08:07):
To exactly he says, would be I don't need to.
I don't need to.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
I don't need to catch a stray from Lorena here.
I'm not the one who burned the gym bridge.

Speaker 7 (08:21):
But don't don't attack her because she's aware of what
y'all got going on. I mean, y'all got a thing
going on.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
These are reckless allegations as far as I'm concerned. And
by the way, if we're going to play that game,
then why didn't we all just make, you know, money
line picks, even on favorites.

Speaker 5 (08:36):
I mean, like, if that was.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
The case, the point is you pick against, get spread
to choose.

Speaker 4 (08:40):
How you want to choose. That's the point.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
By the way, he didn't pick money line picks on favorites.
He picked them on underdogs. That's the whole point.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
Yeah, he did. He picked some favorite because.

Speaker 9 (08:50):
We even asked him, were like, like, we corrected him
on the ones that.

Speaker 8 (08:54):
There's like one he most of it kept track.

Speaker 5 (08:57):
There was at least one and a half. Oh god,
so I would get.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
Least one and a half. Yeah, would I would get it.
But you see how you see how they're both on
the same page.

Speaker 8 (09:06):
It's you're an awful gambler.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
Like, I know you feel really good about this whole
picks because you're not a good game.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
Which which, by the way, Anniversary, try to make betting
your thing.

Speaker 8 (09:15):
It's just you're not good at it.

Speaker 5 (09:16):
I was sitting in the happening.

Speaker 7 (09:19):
I was sitting in the sports book with Lee in
Vegas when this dude comes up to me.

Speaker 4 (09:23):
We got it, give me your money, give them my money. Okay.

Speaker 7 (09:27):
He goes to the window and makes the bet. I
lose every single one. Again, I lost every single one.
When not one bets that he.

Speaker 5 (09:39):
It's gonna have Todd with us here.

Speaker 4 (09:41):
Oh wow. Uh.

Speaker 5 (09:45):
We got jobbed on the decision of that fight.

Speaker 4 (09:47):
We did good job.

Speaker 5 (09:49):
Okay, we should have won, but we didn't.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
So we were on the We were on the right
side of that bet, but got screwed by the judges
who gave a shoddy score.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
Some man.

Speaker 7 (10:01):
Someone like you.

Speaker 5 (10:03):
So there's that, all right, So Kings Kings of Todd
is what.

Speaker 3 (10:12):
So we we Also, by the way, I have the
very latest as far as another superstar who is apparently
going to be on his way out, Cooper Cup went
to social media last night, which, by the way, I
didn't know the Amish had access to Twitter and Instagram,
but apparently he does. I took time out of a
churning butter and building a barn.

Speaker 4 (10:32):
Did you see the way they finished off?

Speaker 7 (10:35):
See the way they get it like nice and like
smooth and creamy, the way they do it.

Speaker 3 (10:40):
No, I haven't seen that one. I don't pay for them.
I have to rethink, you know, I don't pay for
that membership. I mean I might have to join in
on that, Amish, like.

Speaker 4 (10:51):
I have to get in on that.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
But he uh, he did say that he was informed
that that the team will be seeking a trade immediately
and so it looks like he's going to be finishing
his career elsewhere. And the Cooper Cup was a was
a great player, had a really really great year. Also

(11:14):
hasn't really you know, played played.

Speaker 5 (11:16):
A whole lot the past three years.

Speaker 3 (11:18):
Like it's been since that great year. And he got
the payday? What you got there? What you missed? What
you got?

Speaker 4 (11:24):
Nice little biscuit, sausage biscuit. That's my guy. Yeah, he
was chilling over there, my man. Yeah, that's a good dude.

Speaker 7 (11:31):
He killing that biscuit. Happy as hell. He got his
sausage biscuit.

Speaker 8 (11:36):
He has some swag too.

Speaker 4 (11:37):
Yeah. Yeah, we got a whole lot of bouncing in
his step. We haven't seen you run yet the Super Bowl.
What are you making a face for.

Speaker 10 (11:46):
I'm ready stretching. I know we got to have a catch.

Speaker 7 (11:49):
We should have got him if he wasn't eating his
his biscuit, we should have had him in the lee.
We should find somebody to race Lee. I just want
to I just want to throw the football. I just
want to see Lee with the twinkle toes run. It's
like a year It's gotta be a yearly thing where
you see League get up on them toes.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
Maybe he'll raise her.

Speaker 7 (12:07):
It's a little uh, maybe we'll get him a little
more race.

Speaker 5 (12:19):
Not downhill.

Speaker 4 (12:20):
I'm really good. I'm really going to raise her, not
down or not up either.

Speaker 3 (12:33):
But Cooper Cup would like that now say yeah, he's
gonna be uh, he's no longer going to be a
member of the l A Ram. So it looks like
the the transition is taking place. It's the hook and
the Coop era.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
It's already been that. The hookah could you know, spark
them up.

Speaker 5 (12:49):
And that'll be that for Cooper cup cool boy.

Speaker 7 (12:54):
Get to your local hooka allows get you that flavored hoo,
couldn't the cool.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
I don't really have much on this other than and
it's expected, well they would expect because they talked about
it during the season and then when they actually had
a shot of making the you know, playoffs, that went away.
But now you look at it and go, okay, there
is some credibility to those reports, regardless.

Speaker 8 (13:17):
Of what Sean McVay or the Rams wanted to say.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
And then they find themselves in a position with a
receiver that look, again, he hasn't been healthy. He's good
when he is healthy. Someone's gonna find a gem in him.
He's the type of player that we used to say, like, hey,
Tom Brady doing.

Speaker 4 (13:31):
The Patriots, that's gonna be He's gonna be a Patriot.

Speaker 8 (13:35):
So don't want to have a bunch of white slotes.

Speaker 7 (13:39):
Yeah, which means there's some way he could possibly Kansas City.

Speaker 4 (13:44):
Well, I was just say, Las Vegas.

Speaker 8 (13:46):
I mean Tom's.

Speaker 4 (13:48):
He doesn't have a quarterback though that can handle those receivers.

Speaker 7 (13:53):
So yeah, Tom did make him famous though, I'll tell
you that.

Speaker 4 (13:57):
I mean he definitely did.

Speaker 3 (13:59):
By the well, he kind of no showed like especially
late in the year, like he just was nowhere really
to be found.

Speaker 4 (14:07):
Like it's just not really much yeah, not really much
of a factor.

Speaker 7 (14:10):
So yeah, because Tom was on calling games, you know,
it was definitely around.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:17):
Yeah, but I mean that was you know, I think
to Brady's point, he does fit that that criteria.

Speaker 7 (14:24):
I just think you got to go back to you
got to go back to the butter and how the
butter is prepared. And if that's the lifestyle he's living,
then clearly he's enjoying being at home much more than
being at the football facility. And that's possibly the reason
why he he ended up, you know, not showing up

(14:46):
to too many games this year. Yeah, I'm just just saying,
makes sense. Butter baby, Yeah, butter with an a, not
with a butter.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
I hear you.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
She brought my charger yesterday all right, So it is
two pros and a cup of joe here on Fox
Sports Radio. And I do know this Cooper Cup's always
in great shape, probably a big believer of PhD.

Speaker 4 (15:11):
Is that right?

Speaker 7 (15:12):
Because here's the thing about it, right, when you talk
about that whole PhD thing and you're ready to lose
that weight, why is it so funny to you? There's
nothing funny about getting in shape. You're feeling good about
yourself and you want to do that. Make sure you

with you. So coming up next here for those of
you that wanted to bring it back, for those of
you that wanted to bring back something that we all
looked at and said, you know what, those were the
good old days in the NFL.

Speaker 5 (16:05):
Apparently it ain't happening.

Speaker 3 (16:07):
We got the bad news for you, and it's next
right here on FSR.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Errington, and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern, three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 5 (16:25):
It's Two Pros and a Cup of Joe.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
Fox Sports Radio, LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with
you here live from Radio Row here in New Orleans
at the Super Bowl. We do have a major update.
We've been asking for it and we have gotten it.
We have a football on set and Lee and Brady
are playing Pat and go.

Speaker 8 (16:48):
Lee's running Rout's play.

Speaker 3 (16:49):
Catch and and we're not quite sure how this is
going to be going to turn out for anybody, real.

Speaker 4 (16:57):
Quickly, real quick.

Speaker 8 (17:00):
As we ventured around all of radio Road to find
a football. We found one.

Speaker 4 (17:03):
We will be getting it back, but we got it. Sir, sir, sir,
can you come here? You come?

Speaker 8 (17:11):
I think they were like state troopers and what's.

Speaker 7 (17:15):
Can't can can we get? Can you cover him one
on one? Do you think that you can cover him
one and he's.

Speaker 4 (17:24):
Going to throw the ball? Do you think you can
do it.

Speaker 7 (17:27):
Let Brady throw it, I said, Brady holding the ball. No, no,
not brave, but the ball.

Speaker 5 (17:39):
Guys, all right, okay, okay, okay, fair enough.

Speaker 8 (17:43):
And now you guys, I don't think we get sod you.

Speaker 4 (17:47):
Know, alright.

Speaker 5 (17:49):
So here here's the here's what we got going on.

Speaker 11 (17:51):
So to catch Bryan Brian is what what are you here?

Speaker 7 (18:00):
You're a supervisor? Yeah, Ryan's a supervisor. And I'll tell
you what. He's a fine looking young man. Now there's
Lee right there. Lee, do you think you.

Speaker 4 (18:09):
Can get him in a one on one pass route?

Speaker 10 (18:12):
Yeah, of course, I'm sure He's gonna be tight coverage.

Speaker 4 (18:15):
I'm sure, but I can catch him come way up
in the middle.

Speaker 3 (18:18):
Ryan's got some good size on him. He's played. He's
definitely played football before.

Speaker 4 (18:24):
He looks.

Speaker 5 (18:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (18:26):
And Ryan, if you can sit him down and not
let him get off the ball in a press coverage,
I'm telling you you're gonna go vibe.

Speaker 4 (18:34):
See.

Speaker 8 (18:35):
I don't have much of a route tree possibility.

Speaker 10 (18:37):
We're pretty confined here.

Speaker 3 (18:39):
Me.

Speaker 8 (18:39):
Take your headset off.

Speaker 4 (18:40):
You can what I tell you. Take your headset off.

Speaker 7 (18:42):
Lee, run a bang Eightly, go go out there and
get banged. Damn for eight seconds and it's gonna be
Ryan that that does it to you. Now, I can't
even begin to tell you how excited I am about
this matchup.

Speaker 4 (18:56):
So here we all right, your guys are gonna.

Speaker 12 (18:58):
Go this way? No, No, you would what you want to? No,
Lee gets the pick. You gotta cover from you whatever
way he wants, It's I'm saying, but which that's there's
he goes whatever way he wants. Yeah, but doesn't he's
just trying to get open. Okay, you gotta.

Speaker 5 (19:12):
Get where's the line of scrimmage we.

Speaker 1 (19:14):
Got That's why it's too skinny, That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 8 (19:18):
But which direction is any direction you want?

Speaker 4 (19:20):
You's gotta get open?

Speaker 7 (19:21):
Yeah, but if he runs that way, then there's no
reason for it.

Speaker 4 (19:26):
No, that's the point.

Speaker 8 (19:27):
It's also really skinny over that.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
That is the point.

Speaker 8 (19:30):
You're not that's the point.

Speaker 4 (19:32):
That is the point.

Speaker 8 (19:34):
It's an uphill battle for Lee.

Speaker 7 (19:35):
Then get in the middle. Get in the middle, and
you gotta get past him. You gotta get past him
in that live window.

Speaker 4 (19:42):
It's here we go.

Speaker 3 (19:43):
It's a fourth and six, Lee lighting up here we go,
went out of the shotgun.

Speaker 7 (19:49):
Okay, okay, that game on the line.

Speaker 11 (19:56):
Get a fire. He had a little help. I was
had a little help.

Speaker 4 (20:06):
Hit my risks.

Speaker 5 (20:07):
That good coverage. He knew his sideline.

Speaker 8 (20:11):
Turned it on though sidelights.

Speaker 1 (20:15):
I've never seen that speed from before in he was
very competitive.

Speaker 4 (20:23):
Hit my wrist, it did hit my wrist. We gotta
have a redo. I need to back.

Speaker 8 (20:29):
I don't have a slack.

Speaker 4 (20:29):
We gotta have a redo.

Speaker 5 (20:30):
Here we go, something the Here we go.

Speaker 13 (20:33):
Yeah, he buddy, hey boss, we got live going on
right now.

Speaker 11 (20:39):
We got come.

Speaker 5 (20:41):
On, by the way, Lee does have some top speed.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
Let me tell you what I'm saying.

Speaker 8 (20:48):
Tell you how you feel.

Speaker 4 (20:49):
You want to do it one more time? Come on,
let's do it. Side of breath.

Speaker 5 (20:52):
Here we go.

Speaker 4 (20:53):
He does look a little Don't you let him get you?
Don't you let him get you?

Speaker 5 (20:59):
Ryan went out of the shotgun. There we go in
New Orleans.

Speaker 3 (21:03):
Leave from right to left on your radio dial.

Speaker 11 (21:18):
That's a touchdown.

Speaker 5 (21:19):
That's a touchdown.

Speaker 4 (21:21):
We need to dance. We need.

Speaker 11 (21:24):
Oh yeah, I drink up liquor storely text the house.

Speaker 4 (21:33):
Oh my god, oh my god.

Speaker 13 (21:36):
That's the best. Thank you for along said, that was awesome.
That's gotta be the best.

Speaker 4 (21:47):
Ever that that might be that we've ever Lee hitting
with the double move and got him.

Speaker 8 (21:58):
And I'll tell you what got.

Speaker 4 (22:00):
Lee has better speed, athleticisms.

Speaker 1 (22:03):
I was impressed, Hey, you don't want to mess with
Lee and like, hey, who call some people out probably
drunkenly and they don't.

Speaker 4 (22:10):
Know what they're getting. Double move he put him.

Speaker 7 (22:23):
Ryan has some decent some some catch up street.

Speaker 4 (22:27):
Hey, look at your double move. Look at that double move?

Speaker 5 (22:30):
All right? So that is the So that's what we got.

Speaker 3 (22:37):
Lee with a double posted, so I can watch it
real quick.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
I heard there was a story yesterday. Okay, you seeing
Brian Mitchell? Yeah, at the hotel?

Speaker 4 (22:48):
Yeah? Do you want to tell the story? Which one
which part of he was? Really? He was an a
hole to me, man, It was a real a hole
to me, my rookie year. And he was right. And
we were talking about chicken earlier on the show. Right,
I discovered chicken.

Speaker 7 (23:07):
I discovered Popeyes Chicken in Orlando, Florida, because we didn't
have Popeyes in Pittsburgh. So I went out there to
work out at White World of Sports at Disney and
there was another Brooks was I worked out with Brooks
back then and and so I was there and I
discovered Popeyes. So before I realized that I was eating

(23:32):
like Popeyes like two three times a day, and I didn't.

Speaker 4 (23:35):
I just really liked that.

Speaker 7 (23:37):
I liked the red beans and rice, and I like
the way the chicken tastes. So I was always eating Popeyes. Anyway,
I get drafted, get to the mini camp, and I
had put on a little bit of a little bit
of weight because I was enjoying Popeyes a lot too much,
too much, and so I mean I was still yoked up.

(23:58):
Not let's not say that I was and like I
was yoked up, but but I had Popeye's belly, you know.
And so we came out to the practice and be mitched.
We're all lined up and I hear somebody like talking
like look at.

Speaker 4 (24:14):
This dude, like look at him.

Speaker 7 (24:18):
And I finally caught on that he was talking about me.
And I turned and looked. I was like, you're talking
about me? He said, yeah, I'm talking about you. You
look like you're eight months pregnant with titties.

Speaker 4 (24:31):
I said. I said, oh, oh, so it's like that,
like it's like that.

Speaker 7 (24:38):
I was like all right, And at that moment, I
decided that I wanted to kill Brian Mitchell, like I
was going to gender way to get him. I was
going to get him. And he was my teammate at
the time, so it was going to be a practice
or something, but I was going to get him. Well,
he ends up leaving the team and ends up going
to Philly. We play against Philly. I'm on special teams.

(25:03):
He's receiving a kickoff, so I'm like, here it is,
this is it. I Am going to knock the life
out of this man, like and this is what I'm
known for. I am a I am a trained assassin,
a hit man.

Speaker 3 (25:21):
Are you guys on good terms at the time or
did you always let it was still that was that.

Speaker 4 (25:26):
Was fresh in my mind. That was fresh. This is
still fresh.

Speaker 7 (25:32):
In my mind that Brian Mitchell said I was eight
months pregnant with titties. So we're on the field, We're
in FedEx and I was I was on the I
was on the hashes and I'm like, I'm this is it,
Like I am going, I'm I'm this is It's going
to happen. Kick the ball off and I mean I

(25:55):
was lying down the field, I was down that joint
like I was my freshman year college. I get to
him and it went down. Dam and that's all I remember.
I still don't. I still don't, honestly speaking, like I
asked him yesterday. I never even asked him like did

(26:16):
he go down. I didn't watch it on film or
anything like that. I still don't remember really what happened.
All I know is I knocked myself the hell out.
I knocked myself smack out, and I tried to go back.

Speaker 4 (26:34):
I do recall in the game.

Speaker 7 (26:36):
Because they hadn't gotten to the point of where they
were taking helmets away.

Speaker 4 (26:39):
Yet, I grabbed my helmet and went in. I was twelve.

Speaker 7 (26:42):
I was the twelfth man on the field for like
an extra pointer, so I believe it was an extra point.

Speaker 4 (26:47):
But I knocked myself out. I knock. I knocked myself out,
and yeah, and that was that's my story.

Speaker 7 (26:55):
Like I thought, I got him back, but I didn't
get him back because I knocked myself out when I
did it.

Speaker 4 (27:00):
So you know, you know, it is what it is.

Speaker 7 (27:03):
But we were at the bar. We were at the
bar hanging. We were hanging at the bar and we're talking. Yes,
we have become we we got very close like I
love b Mitch, you know, obviously a legend for for
our franchise and for for Washington, but people don't realize
how well he did as a Giant and as an
Eagle as well. He played kind of on the Cowboys

(27:24):
is the only team he didn't help win games, you know,
as as a player in the NFC East. So I
don't know why he isn't in the in the in
the Hall of Fame, I do not. We had that
conversation as well. I think that he should have been
one of the first return men to go into the
Hall with his stat line. But anyway, that's he said,

(27:44):
I was pregnant, and and that was I was never
out of shape, for which does it set a tone?
I was never out of shape ever again for a
mini camp or training camp or any camp at that
at that point, never again because of what Brian Mitchell
did to he does.

Speaker 4 (28:04):
You could tell who might cross you over? Yeah, but
I bet you he can't cover Lee. I'm not asking him.

Speaker 8 (28:11):
He's too old.

Speaker 4 (28:12):
I bet you he can't cover Lee.

Speaker 8 (28:14):
I don't know he's he does got that.

Speaker 7 (28:16):
That he does got a crossover walk to him? Yeah,
Like all he needs is a basketball. I mean, you
could be right, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (28:23):
There you go.

Speaker 5 (28:24):
But Brian Mitchell, good dude, he was. It was it
was cool getting to meet him.

Speaker 3 (28:29):
And talk to him his stories about the vet in Philadelphia.
He said, do you remember the there was the preseason game,
uh at at Canton where they're like the tar was
coming up and they just they couldn't play it again, like, yeah,
we're not playing this game. And he was talking about
a time in Philadelphia where they just refused to play.

(28:52):
And he was a he was a team rep, right,
he was a union rep, I believe he was saying,
and he said that the turf was so bad in Philly.

Speaker 7 (29:00):
He put his suit on and left and advised everybody
else that was a part of the game to put
their clothes on and leave. Why are you still calling
me asking me, we are not playing on this this surface,
go home, And that's what he did. He left the field,
and they didn't. Apparently they did not play that preseason game.

(29:21):
I mean I don't I don't recall it, but apparently
they didn't play that preseason game.

Speaker 4 (29:25):
So there you go.

Speaker 3 (29:26):
So anybody complained about the turf in some of these places,
you know, I mean has improved.

Speaker 7 (29:32):
The the field was bad at for the Ravens at
one point. I do remember that and Pittsburgh, that astro
turf in three Rivers was was that was brutal too.
That was like that was like literally getting tackled on
concrete in Pittsburgh.

Speaker 4 (29:49):
I remember and and and the turf burn.

Speaker 7 (29:52):
See y'all cats, y'all too young to understand astro turf.
He's too young to understand that the pain of astro turf.
Jonas I played.

Speaker 1 (30:02):
Really Yeah, did you you forget at college in the
early two thousands, Yeah, that Carrier Dome.

Speaker 4 (30:07):
Yeah, that's true, bro, I'll never forget.

Speaker 8 (30:09):
We're in the Carrier Dome.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
We were kind of walking the field beforehand and I
hit on something else hollow.

Speaker 8 (30:13):
All you had to do was pick up this. It
was like a covered something.

Speaker 1 (30:16):
Yeah, but I said, an AstroTurf over top. Yeah, but
it was like a tunnel that went down somewhere.

Speaker 4 (30:20):
Yep.

Speaker 7 (30:21):
Crazy the stuff that they do under them fields man
straight concrete and then places where you plug in to
do other events, you know, multi event zones, you know
what I mean. But you got to run on this joint,
get tackled on it. By grown ass men. So there
you go.

Speaker 4 (30:36):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (33:03):
Give me some observation break down that tree, New Orleans,
because yesterday you mentioned to me three smells that were
pretty distinct. You said, you're in black and mild and wheat,
and I said, I liked all of them.

Speaker 8 (33:15):
It's all three together.

Speaker 4 (33:16):
It's a very nice musk. I enjoyed it. Liked all
of them is wrong.

Speaker 10 (33:24):
I've enjoyed all the flavors and smells of New Orleans.

Speaker 3 (33:29):
Are you you're gonna be doing the chicken waffles for
breakfast this morning?

Speaker 4 (33:34):
Or I was going to take a while for us?

Speaker 7 (33:39):
You know, when Jonas Knox is in demand, you know,
Brady Quinn lead the laptop. Arrington have to stick around
and then be a part of red. There's really bright
lights over there.

Speaker 5 (33:54):
Looking board to that one.

Speaker 9 (33:55):
I had a Creole omelet yesterday with you yesterday morning.

Speaker 4 (33:59):
That was really good. That was that was excellent. I
think I'm gonna go staking eggs today.

Speaker 10 (34:03):
Hell.

Speaker 4 (34:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (34:04):
And by the way, I think you're saying you got
butchered off that hurricane yesterday morning the.

Speaker 10 (34:09):
Hurricane did hit, I was, I was. I did not
give it up credit.

Speaker 4 (34:12):
I underestimated the hurricane. By the way, we found it.

Speaker 8 (34:14):
The ingredients and what's in a hand grenade?

Speaker 4 (34:19):
What are we looking?

Speaker 8 (34:20):
Well, some of the ones that I can remember was
ever Mountain.

Speaker 5 (34:23):
And really, yes, they serve those here.

Speaker 4 (34:29):
Yes, I'm gonna go find one.

Speaker 1 (34:30):
I gonna say, the whole point of today's trip is Lee,
how do you feel.

Speaker 9 (34:35):
Those Well, we do meet, Yeah, we do have a
meeting today. I think when I think Wednesday is the
one that I gotta be kind of cautious about.

Speaker 5 (34:42):
Yeah, he's already told me his plan.

Speaker 8 (34:44):
You mean for the when's there Thursday sales deal.

Speaker 10 (34:47):

Speaker 4 (34:57):
I'm canceling that reservation.

Speaker 9 (34:59):
By the way, I'm gonna be get my steps in
on Wednesday. I'm gonna be I'm gonna see the whole
quarter on Wednesday.

Speaker 4 (35:03):

I want to.

Speaker 10 (35:07):
Tell you about Hey, are they gonna catch me? Are
they gonna catch me?

Speaker 8 (35:10):
It's a good point.

Speaker 5 (35:11):
Elusive sweating.

Speaker 4 (35:13):
I am sweating.

Speaker 9 (35:14):
Sweat usually comes like ten minutes after I.

Speaker 5 (35:18):
Which means it's kind of stiph.

Speaker 8 (35:21):
His body is just realizing what it went through.

Speaker 4 (35:27):
Dare you call up the liquids, the reserves? I mean
it was well done.

Speaker 5 (35:36):
Oh my god, right, sure, it's a fine.

Speaker 4 (35:39):
Then you gotta run it back. We gotta run it back.
You gotta run it back. Did do a triple take?

Speaker 9 (35:45):
A double take going into the restroom today making sure
that it was the d And then.

Speaker 8 (35:50):
This was a little easier to be able to see
it's right behind us.

Speaker 10 (35:53):
And I think it's just as hard to figure out
to tell you the truth.

Speaker 1 (35:56):
Hey, Lee, I know this is different for you because
we're not in California. But when you don't see journals,
most likely in the women's special.

Speaker 5 (36:07):
It's not like I had the door open.

Speaker 4 (36:09):
I couldn't see until I got out of there.

Speaker 3 (36:10):
Well, by the way, next year Super Bowl is gonna
get a little dicey in that department.

Speaker 8 (36:18):
We'll be squatting.

Speaker 5 (36:19):
Yeah, you know what else you got other observations.

Speaker 9 (36:27):
I'm gonna go get a pull boy today. First boy, boy, boy, oh.

Speaker 3 (36:33):
Boy, I'll get one with Yeah, well boy, all if
it's outside my window. Boy, you know I've got a
window that I can't eat it.

Speaker 4 (36:43):
So it's gotta be outside that way.

Speaker 8 (36:45):
Everyone at home really needs to know that.

Speaker 4 (36:47):
Yeah, everyone cares at all window we're talking about here?
What else you got?

Speaker 10 (36:53):
Uh? Celebrity signings we've had? We got a B in today.

Speaker 4 (36:57):
I saw a B.

Speaker 10 (36:58):
We're gonna have him on the Yeah, different than I

Speaker 3 (37:13):

Arena Football League?

Speaker 4 (37:17):

Speaker 10 (37:18):
I mean, you know, a friendly invite an honorary.

Speaker 3 (37:21):
Jaredy is the president of Business ops of the Arena
Football League.

Speaker 4 (37:27):
He stopped by. Yeah, he was impressed by the skills.

Speaker 5 (37:31):
So it's so good.

Speaker 4 (37:41):
Do we have it? Do we have in social media?
I was keep we'll find.

Speaker 5 (37:46):
Ryan does he want his? Does he want to be
tagged to that?

Speaker 4 (37:49):

Speaker 5 (37:50):
That wasn't a great.

Speaker 7 (37:51):
