Every every part of Lee always makes me just laugh.
Speaker 6 (00:55):
That's a wild life, man it is.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
But also just the creation of seeing Lee back in the.
Speaker 7 (01:03):
Backyard is skeleton bone. Yeah yeah, only child imaginary skeleton bone.
Speaker 4 (01:15):
That explains it all to me.
Speaker 6 (01:17):
Pretty awesome, man.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
It is Two Pros and a Cup of Joon Here
on Fox Sports Radio, LeVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox
with you, Hare Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:27):
Brought to you by ti Rack.

For over forty years, Tyraq has been helping customers find
the right tires for how what and where they drive,
shipped fast and free, backed by free road hazard protection
with convenient installation options like mobile tire installation tirack dot
com the way tire buying should be. Yeah, I did
not all the years been working with Lee. Never one
time as he brought up, Oh yeah, there was a
(01:48):
cartoon on TV and toys attached to the cartoon that
was written about me playing in my backyard.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
By myself, whip myself.
Speaker 5 (02:03):
Maybe it happens.
Speaker 6 (02:05):
Yeah, Prince light Star baby and Dark? What what that's
the theme of the of the show, Prince light Star
versus Bard Dark. How much of the show was your creation?
I was Prince light Star and then I would fight.
I would fight skeleton warriors, and then they took it
(02:25):
from there. I would fight skeletons.
Speaker 4 (02:28):
Why were you light Star? Where'd you get this from?
Speaker 6 (02:32):
I don't know what a kid would say, not recreated
the name Lee? Yeah, light Star, Lee?
Speaker 4 (02:38):
Are you out of breath?
Speaker 7 (02:40):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (02:40):
But I guess so why I was running around in
the hallways.
Speaker 8 (02:45):
Being Prince White Star playing skeleton warriors, Play skeleton Warriors.
They're still around you, still fighting them? This explains everything.
I'm so enlightened now now I know why Lee.
Speaker 7 (02:57):
Walks the way he walks, moves around the way moves around.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
He was prepared for that throat from Brady.
Speaker 8 (03:03):
He was able to escape the Skeleton Warrior or whatever
and get away and catch the ball.
Speaker 4 (03:09):
Like it makes.
Speaker 8 (03:10):
Sense now, it makes sense like we were like, oh,
he must have been a pretty good football player. No,
you were in the backyard training for all that time
and they ended up making a true story cartoon after you.
Speaker 4 (03:22):
Lee. That is crazy.
Speaker 5 (03:24):
Man.
Speaker 3 (03:25):
Man, I'm looking up the Prince Lightstar action figure. It
looks like Lee. I mean, he does have like a
drink in his hand, but.
Speaker 7 (03:35):
He looks like Lee. If Lee really wanted to be
a superhero life.
Speaker 8 (03:41):
Instead of the producer of two pros and a couple
of Josh with a different direction.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
Lee, You like they better cut you a check for this.
You got a toy line named after you?
Speaker 4 (03:50):
That's right.
Speaker 6 (03:50):
Yeah, you can still find these toys. They're they're huge collectibles.
Speaker 5 (03:53):
There.
Speaker 7 (03:53):
I was about to say how much they cost in
terms of collector's items.
Speaker 6 (03:58):
Uh, you know, I see him at collectors stories here
and there. It's not like it's not going to break
your bank at all.
Speaker 7 (04:02):
It's fifty bucks, which one you think is more which
one you think is more valuable?
Speaker 4 (04:10):
This guy right here or a Silverhawk.
Speaker 6 (04:15):
The silver Hawks might be super collectible because I'd never
heard of those before.
Speaker 9 (04:18):
Really.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
So the show is called Skeleton Warriors, is that right?
Speaker 6 (04:23):
That is correct? Ran for one season, I think, yeah,
one season nineteen ninety four. Back in the day. Captain
Power was another show they did, was maybe Captain Power. Yeah,
Captain Power. That was like one where they had like
the toy line where you could uh interact with the TV.
It didn't really work that well, but like they would.
(04:44):
They would give you the gun that you could like
shoot at the TV and would interact.
Speaker 3 (04:47):
I just sent you guys a picture of another of
this action figure and it looks like with the thing
on his face, it looks like after he fell in
New Orleans.
Speaker 5 (04:55):
I'm touched.
Speaker 9 (04:56):
Lee.
Speaker 6 (04:57):
They owe you money, dude, Yeah I was. I did
do a lot of work that I did not get
paid for.
Speaker 5 (05:04):
It's unbelievable.
Speaker 4 (05:05):
You I didn't even know you was working.
Speaker 6 (05:08):
Yeah. I was doing like voice acting and stuff like that.
Speaker 5 (05:11):
Oh God, how was you so much money?
Speaker 6 (05:14):
I was a voice of Casper in Korea for the
theme park ride.
Speaker 10 (05:19):
Wow, you got bum stealing stuff out of the back
of your car and you're owed hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
Hold on, do you speak Korean like?
Speaker 4 (05:28):
No?
Speaker 6 (05:28):
It was No, it was in English, and people in
Korean a lot most people agree speak English as well,
but in South Korea?
Speaker 4 (05:34):
What did you have to say?
Speaker 6 (05:36):
Follow me, I know the secret way back. Look out,
a train's coming. You know, one of those dark rides whatever.
Speaker 7 (05:41):
Oh my gosh, you're oh my gosh, it again.
Speaker 5 (05:47):
Do it again?
Speaker 6 (05:48):
Look out, a train's coming. Follow me, I know the
secret way back.
Speaker 3 (05:52):
You was that from Skeleton Warriors?
Speaker 6 (05:55):
No, it's Casper, the friendly ghost. Well Casper and not
here the Korean ghost.
Speaker 11 (06:02):
Yeah, he didn't make the He did make the American cut.
Speaker 5 (06:06):
Give me the Korean cut.
Speaker 6 (06:07):
By the way, do you know how many people didn't
make it back?
Speaker 2 (06:10):
Wait?
Speaker 5 (06:10):
Do you how many.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
People are listening on the iHeartRadio app in career right now?
Speaker 6 (06:14):
Damn that guy from the liquor.
Speaker 5 (06:16):
Store, That's what I was. Dang, Who would have known?
You got coop out out ranked, totally trumped.
Speaker 6 (06:30):
He wears all this.
Speaker 10 (06:31):
Bin uh repressed memories, don't tang And all this time
you spent talking about garbage ass movies you go to
see with Todd and you are in like well known
stuff with action figures about yourself that you could have
been talking about this whole.
Speaker 6 (06:49):
Well known is a strong term, but yes, it was.
Speaker 4 (06:51):
It was.
Speaker 6 (06:52):
I thought it was pretty good. Skilled to Warriors Man,
good Saturday Morning cartoon. I thought should have gone longer. Thang,
Oh my god, that's unbelievable. All right, we'll still got
the videotapes. We can put them on later. I guess
that's amazing. I guess I guess.
Speaker 5 (07:15):
Why would be transitioning into other.
Speaker 4 (07:16):
Stuff so quick? Man, it's so stupid.
Speaker 6 (07:20):
This is so perplexed that we're just now finding out
about that.
Speaker 4 (07:24):
I'm blowing away. I gotta get here.
Speaker 5 (07:27):
How much does that?
Speaker 4 (07:27):
I heard the theme song One More Tame?
Speaker 5 (07:30):
It's the theme song still around?
Speaker 4 (07:32):
Can we hear one More Tame?
Speaker 6 (07:33):
Hey?
Speaker 5 (07:33):
You know what you should do?
Speaker 3 (07:34):
Redo the video of Lee catching that pass at the
Super Bowl to this to that song.
Speaker 6 (07:39):
Yeah, see if you can do that? Oh snap, puts
that double move on that techierity card.
Speaker 5 (07:49):
Oh snap, Brady throwing.
Speaker 6 (07:51):
The ball with a soo.
Speaker 4 (08:04):
Warriors.
Speaker 6 (08:07):
Here's the best part, light Star, He's got the power.
Speaker 3 (08:20):
I can't little cry Prince Lightleton Warrior, Prince Light Star
himself was lead to laugh this entire time. Skeleton Warriors.
Amazing revelation to find out here.
Speaker 8 (08:41):
Bad to the bone, baby, bad to the bone, the
Skeleton Warrior.
Speaker 4 (08:49):
That is a T shirt.
Speaker 5 (08:51):
Damn the Skeleton Warrior d to the bone.
Speaker 6 (08:56):
Do you have a T shirt?
Speaker 9 (08:57):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (08:58):
I got a bunch of T shirts.
Speaker 3 (08:59):
Man, they really screwed you out of a bunch of money.
Oh bit, who's your agent might come back?
Speaker 6 (09:05):
Who knows?
Speaker 5 (09:05):
Oh my god, to the boat man.
Speaker 3 (09:09):
All right, well, we transition smoothly from that over to this.
It is NFL Draft Day. We've got the first round
coming up later on. We've also got some over unders
for the first round of the NFL Draft, and we
are going to try and make our picks and call
our shots with the Skeleton Warrior himself right.
Speaker 2 (09:27):
Now, time to put your money where your mouth is.
Speaker 6 (09:31):
I have been losing, you know, you've a lyon low
life came with It's over under all, right, Light Star,
what do we got? All right, let's start strong with
Shador Sanders Draft position fourteen and a half.
Speaker 4 (09:45):
Okay, real quickick, do you guys know what this was like?
Earlier this week, here was.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
It eight and a half, then it bounce as high
as twenty one and a half.
Speaker 4 (09:55):
It's crazy.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
This never has been like bouncing around all.
Speaker 4 (09:57):
Over the place.
Speaker 6 (09:59):
I'll take the over.
Speaker 4 (10:00):
I'm gonna take the over as well.
Speaker 8 (10:01):
Thank he's gonna what number is Pittsburgh Draft twenty one?
Speaker 4 (10:06):
That wasn't over under? What's over under?
Speaker 5 (10:09):
Fourteen and a half.
Speaker 4 (10:10):
Yeah, I'm gonna take the over.
Speaker 5 (10:12):
Sticks picks yeah, two yeah, yeah.
Speaker 6 (10:18):
Why don't you get some stigma, Warrior.
Speaker 4 (10:23):
Damn, thank you?
Speaker 6 (10:24):
Right now, from one quarterback to the next time about
Jackson Dart his is at twenty four and a half.
Speaker 4 (10:31):
Under well, based upon qu's expertise, I'm going with.
Speaker 9 (10:35):
The under.
Speaker 5 (10:37):
Sticks picks, Yeah, we all took the six picks Warrior.
Speaker 6 (10:46):
How about this one, Vard Tyler Warren nine and a half,
nine and a half. Yeah, Saints are at nine, Bears
are at ten over under.
Speaker 5 (10:57):
I'm taking under.
Speaker 9 (11:01):
All.
Speaker 6 (11:01):
Right, here we go, I'm going to take the under
as well.
Speaker 5 (11:07):
Sticks picks, right, I'm fix picks four years.
Speaker 3 (11:10):
So I'm the only one that went bold there and
took the over. And he gets the imaging play for
his pick. This is there's some racial components of this
show that I'm not comfortable with.
Speaker 6 (11:22):
What Oh I should have made that an over hunder?
Speaker 3 (11:25):
Never mind how many number of white players and black
players to go in the first round?
Speaker 9 (11:30):
What?
Speaker 2 (11:31):
Why not?
Speaker 6 (11:32):
Whoa couldn't make it happen?
Speaker 5 (11:35):
How about this instead?
Speaker 4 (11:36):
Though?
Speaker 6 (11:37):
How many Draft day trades will there be in round one?
Four and a half?
Speaker 7 (11:43):
Draft picks under under on day one four and a half,
that's what it's at own DraftKings.
Speaker 5 (11:53):
Yeah, I'm gonna take the under on this one as well,
sticks picks sticks four that's right.
Speaker 6 (12:03):
You know we love dogs out on this show. How
about dogs shown during the draft, not including commercials, but
dogs shown during the broadcast of the draft?
Speaker 5 (12:10):
Is that one and a half?
Speaker 4 (12:13):
Christ, I'm taking over on this one.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
Yeah, Like you can get it like a throwaway shot
of a dog with someone there in Green Bay, right.
Speaker 4 (12:21):
Yeah, I'm taking Yeah, I'll take over there.
Speaker 6 (12:24):
I'll take the under.
Speaker 5 (12:26):
Knocks locks, no way, no way, trying to go differently here.
Speaker 4 (12:33):
It doesn't hit the same way.
Speaker 5 (12:36):
Knocks locks.
Speaker 6 (12:38):
Where's what's the is there a like money on that lead?
Speaker 12 (12:42):
Like?
Speaker 3 (12:43):
Is it like a minus one twenty for the over
on dog shown? Because it feels like an obvious.
Speaker 6 (12:48):
Pick stand by, I have it here ahead of here
a second ago it is uh.
Speaker 4 (12:56):
I lost it.
Speaker 6 (12:56):
It's right here somewhere.
Speaker 5 (12:58):
Come on light star.
Speaker 6 (13:00):
Uh no, it's even money to two and a half
two and a half? Dogs shown? Did I have one
and a half supposed to be two.
Speaker 5 (13:06):
And a half?
Speaker 6 (13:08):
All right, I've still got the under.
Speaker 3 (13:12):
You guys are still comfortable with your one and a
half over two and a half two and a half.
Speaker 5 (13:18):
I want to take the over sticks picks. Yeah, sticks
picks Warrior.
Speaker 10 (13:25):
A prince like star, what's up your wifid you having
a one of that?
Speaker 4 (13:35):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
We got all of them.
Speaker 6 (13:40):
We just go back to make sure these are all accurate.
Speaker 5 (13:42):
Please.
Speaker 6 (13:44):
That was the one that was not on Draft Kicks,
So I blame it down there. Yeah, all right, well,
well there you go. There's the the picks are over
unders picks. Will Cam Wharton be seen crying? There's plus
a thousand for yes, five thousand.
Speaker 4 (14:07):
Yeah, I'm gonna go with no on that one.
Speaker 6 (14:09):
And that's, by the way, that's number one overall pick.
Not to say it's gonna be.
Speaker 5 (14:13):
Cam Wharton, but oh jeez, jeez.
Speaker 3 (14:17):
Well you know what also would increase. The number of
dogs being shown is the number of players that aren't
going to the draft. So there is that we got
more and more players that are apparently we're gonna go
ahead and just not be a part of that in
Green Bay.
Speaker 5 (14:29):
So if they're at.
Speaker 1 (14:30):
Home, was it fifteen players now are going I believe.
Speaker 3 (14:33):
I think yeah, I think that's the number I saw
was So, I mean, listen, it's not quite half of
the first round, but you know, there's at least if
we're gonna have some people there in Green Bay. I
just hope whoever Green Bay takes is in attendance so
they can at least be celebrated and kind of get
that moment. Otherwise it's gonna feel kind of awkward if
(14:53):
they're sitting in like, you know, Malibu, watching the draft
and they get drafted by the Packers. So there's a
there's a thought or two on the NFL.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
Why Mallabuit, Why not like thousand Oaks, California.
Speaker 4 (15:06):
Or something like that.
Speaker 6 (15:07):
Oh that's too rough, way too rough? What yeah, way
too rough?
Speaker 3 (15:12):
The mean streets, the hato five man, you come near
the twenty three freeway, you gotta keep your head on
a swivel.
Speaker 4 (15:18):
Don't mess around over there.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
But listen, that pales in comparison to what we've learned
about other members of the show today.
Speaker 7 (15:26):
So I'm blown away. I'm gonna have a hard time
focusing the rest of the show.
Speaker 6 (15:30):
Man, like I don't know how to talk to him now,
Like your majesty, my.
Speaker 7 (15:37):
Man was out in the back sitting. It actually explains
a lot. It explains a lot because I don't feel
like Lee lives in reality. So based on his childhood,
this big, long, fictitious cartoon, it now makes complete sense.
He's just never left that, you know, little kid who
(15:58):
was out in the backyard playing with his skeleton bone
by himself.
Speaker 6 (16:05):
Now, hold on, I had the sword and I was
fighting the skeleton warriors. Just to make things clear.
Speaker 7 (16:11):
Whoa oh, Lorena gets even deeper easy now, Oh my gosh, Wait.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
A second, there's a there's a trading card as well too,
from flear.
Speaker 11 (16:23):
Yeah, well, Lorena already put herself in. I tried to
ignore that. That is amazingly, that is amazing.
Speaker 3 (16:37):
There's an actual trading card Amazon right now you can
get and it's based off of Lee. All right, Hey,

Speaker 6 (19:14):
Was this Alber Breer ab Happy Draft Day? How are
we feeling?
Speaker 8 (19:18):
We made it?
Speaker 4 (19:19):
We made it?
Speaker 13 (19:19):
Guys.
Speaker 9 (19:20):
I get all this information rattling around in my head
that's going to be mostly worthless in three days.
Speaker 7 (19:26):
So let's go.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
What's the most interesting thing you've heard in the last
few hours about a potential surprise in the first round.
Speaker 14 (19:35):
Yeah, I think it's like I think just it's going
to be a really unpredictable first round, you know, Like
I I you know, I look at like Kat mcmillans,
for example, and I could see him going five to Jacksonville,
eleven to San Francisco.
Speaker 9 (19:48):
I could see him following the Green Bay at twenty
three or the Rams at twenty six. Like I could see,
you know, I could see Matthew.
Speaker 13 (19:58):
Golden going to Wels of the Cowboys, or maybe like
fighting all the way to the bottom of the first round,
you know, like Josh Simmons, like.
Speaker 9 (20:08):
Could he go to the Ravens, could he go to
the Chiefs? Could he fall out of the first round.
It's just there's such a huge variance for so many
of these players, you know, And I think that's kind
of the exciting thing about tonight is like once we
get through the first few picks, there's going to be
a fair amount of of of unpredictability and volatility. I mean,
(20:31):
I think the first three go chock. I think the
first four go chok. I think I think you're going
to see it where it's you know, where it's it's
it's War to the Titans, Hunter to the Browns, Carter
to the Giants, Campbell to the Patriots. And then I
think there's a chance all hell breaks loose, you know,
(20:51):
and I think Ashon genty goes there. I feel pretty
confident the tackles, the next two tackles, Banks and Membo
don't fall very far. But other than that, like I
you know, I think this thing is really really volatile
where there are a lot of guys then the first
round that have like a fifteen to twenty pick range
in where they could go.
Speaker 4 (21:11):
I guess that leads me to Shador.
Speaker 1 (21:13):
We've been looking at it over under and in regards
to his draft position, it's been bouncing all around the
first round.
Speaker 5 (21:20):
Does he get drafted tonight.
Speaker 1 (21:23):
And if if you say he's going to like a
percentage chance that he does or percentage chance he drops
out in the second round.
Speaker 9 (21:32):
So this is a tricky one. I think I don't
think he's gonna go third overall. I don't think he's
going ninth overall. I think if he goes if he
does not go twenty first to the Steelers, I think
there's a good chance he falls out of the first round. Now,
(21:53):
somebody could come back in and get him. The hard
thing is the hard part for me, guys, I'm just
having a hard time a team that I can connect
him to, you know, And that sometimes to me can
be a sign of like a guy falling and you know,
I like, for example, like Jackson Dart like I've heard,
(22:13):
you know, Jackson has had a lot of one on
one time with with Brian Dave all built a good
relationship there. I heard the Saints like him too. Tyler Schuck,
I've heard that the the the Kevin Stefanski, you know
has has really taken a liking to him, and and
the Browns could get him in the second round. Jalen Milroe,
(22:35):
like the Steelers have had a good experience getting to
know Jalen Milroe. I'm just having a harder time with
schedu or just as far as finding a team to
connect him to. Now that might mean nothing, you know
what I mean, It only takes one And I would
have told you last year, like and I've used this
comparison a few times with you guys like oh Bo
Nick could easily fall out of the first round. It
(22:55):
didn't matter because there was one team that loved him.
And Sean Payton thinks his own way and doesn't care
what anyone else thinks, and he took them at twelve.
And the guy Damn Near who was Rookie of the
Year or second behind behind Jayden Daniels who had his
store season.
Speaker 4 (23:07):
You know, so.
Speaker 9 (23:10):
I don't know, I it is the best answer, Like,
I think he can go twenty one to the Steelers,
but if he doesn't buckle up, you know, I think
there's a chance he falls out of the first round.
Speaker 7 (23:21):
I'm glad you mentioned the Steelers because that was the
first thing that popped in my head when you say
a hard time connecting a team, why is it hard
to connect the Steelers with Shador Sanders?
Speaker 4 (23:31):
And then my second question is what, let me add
this to it.
Speaker 7 (23:35):
Do we see something happen with Aaron Rodgers if something
doesn't happen with the Steelers getting a quarterback?
Speaker 9 (23:44):
So here's that's like sort of the moving parts that
are that are at play here, LeVar, I just so.
But here's the thing is like, if they do feel
like they're going to wind up with Aaron Rodgers, and
I honestly think they're not sure right now, but if
they do feel like, you know, we're gonna we got
a good chance to wind up with Aaron Rodgers. And
(24:04):
then you look at the makeup of their team. Right
in their makeup of their team, they've got you know, TJ.
Watt At going going on thirty one. They've got Maga
Fitzpatrick going on twenty nine. They got DK metcalf on
a on a on a third contract. They have a
young group of offensive linemen that are also on the
rookie deals that are coming together, like they really really
(24:27):
feels like they're in a sweet spot right now. Or
if they're going to win with this group of players.
It's got to be Now, if you feel confident that
you're going to wind up with Aaron Rodgers, can you
afford to have the twenty first pick in the draft
be somebody that's not going to play for you this year?
You know? And if they get Rogers, should do or
won't play for them this year?
Speaker 4 (24:46):
You know.
Speaker 9 (24:46):
So I think that's part of the equation for them
as well. And you know, somebody mentioned this to me
last night, and I thought this was sort of interesting.
This is a coach who knows that plays pretty well.
He said, I think they're spooked by what happened with
Kenny Pickett, you know, and and like with should do
or you might get shades at Kenny Pickett a little
bit where the guy won in college, but you know,
(25:06):
like physically it's just not overwhelming, you know, you don't
like he's a good athlete, not a great athlete. He
doesn't have great arm talent. Like, are the Steelers affected
by that to some degree? It's I think it's a
complicated situation. So we'll see what happens. But I certainly
think that I certainly think that that you know, he
could go to the Steelers and if he doesn't like EI.
(25:29):
There are pretty solid reasons.
Speaker 3 (25:30):
Why Albert Brier joining us here on Fox Sports Radio.
Get him on x at Albert Breer. This is a
little bit of a two part question for you, Abe.
But if there is a trade into the top ten,
who are the teams involved and who's the player they're targeting.
Speaker 9 (25:50):
So two teams have heard going up are Denver and
Houston that could go up. If it's if it's Denver,
like I think it's for Ashton Gent. If Houston goes up,
I would say it's for an offensive lineman. I just
don't know that they're going to go all the way
up like that. Like the Texans do have an extra
third round pick, but they're a little light on Day three,
(26:10):
and so like, you know, I think I think it's
like a It would have to be like a Calvin
Banks or somebody like that, who I have going six
to the Raiders. But they have to be like a
Banks or someone like that starting to slide into the teams.
I just don't know that they have the firepower to
get up into the top ten. And so you know,
(26:31):
I would say I would say Denver would be a
team to watch to go into the top ten, and
then if there's movement within the top ten, maybe a
Chicago or somebody like that. I think Geni is a
player that somebody's going up for. Here's the reason why,
I think, because Pat, when you get when you get
past Hunter and Carter, you're looking at will Campbell and
armand Membu and Calvin Banks se. Yeah, they're good players. Ever,
(26:53):
is any or any of those guys ever going to
be a top ten tackle? Maybe not right, you know,
Jalen Walker, Michael William Are they going to be among
the ten best pass rushers in football?
Speaker 4 (27:04):
Maybe not?
Speaker 9 (27:05):
And then you look at Gent and I think it's
easy to look at genty and say this could be
one of the three or four best bats in football
really quickly, you know. And so I think that that's
why Gent's kind of the one that some teams are
looking at and saying, if we can get a discount
to go up in the top ten or go up
within the top ten, it's cheaper than it normally would
be because teams are so desperate to move down. Maybe
(27:27):
this is a player that we take advantage of that for.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
Hey, you mentioned Josh Shimmons at tackle lot of Ohio State,
but posentially dropping he's a guy that I love his tape,
I love his film. Is that more injury related? Because
when I watch him, I think he's as talented as
any of them.
Speaker 9 (27:43):
Yeah, I think it's I think it's two things.
Speaker 4 (27:45):
I think it's Andrew.
Speaker 9 (27:46):
I think his character, and I don't think it's like
a bad guy character Brady. I think it's more, you know,
I think like when I hear people could like talk
about him from a character standpoint, it sort of reminds
me of the way that people talked about Dez Bryant,
you know, when he was coming out in twenty ten,
where it's just, you know, Dez had the growing up
(28:07):
to do. I think Dez needed like handholding, you know,
to some degree, and you know, like Dez was somebody
I remember when he was coming out, it was like,
you know, it would really be good for him if
he went to the right kind of place, like he
went to a place that was established with veterans around him.
I think that's, you know, sort of what Josh Simmons needs,
which might be why some of the teams that aren't
(28:28):
as established might be scared away a little bit more
by him, But I don't think he's a bad kid
by any measures. Like I think he's you know, I
think he's a from everything I understand, a good kid.
Now that the injury is not a non factor because
you know, you got a a to tel attendant with
a big man like that's that's a tough injury to
come back from. So like, I think you have to
be comfortable with red shirting him, which is another element
(28:50):
to it. So you know, that's why I look at it,
and I could see Baltimore taking him, you know, they're
in the twenties. I could see Kansas City taking him
at thirty one. Like I think, you know, teams that have,
you know, a strong established culture where if they have
to red shirt them, it's not the end of the world,
you know, because coming back from that injury, is it
going to be easy? At least in year one.
Speaker 7 (29:13):
Abe, There's been a lot of kind of discussions in
terms of the number one overall pick and it being
a foregone conclusion that it's cam Ward and I get
all of that, but has there been a lot of
like kind of internally from your perspective, conversations debating the
(29:34):
fact that maybe this is that one time where you say, Okay,
we get it. It's a quarterback and we need a quarterback.
And there's that whole idea of trying to find a
franchise quarterback. But is there any real pushback right now
that would lend to the idea that maybe Tennessee would
be better.
Speaker 4 (29:54):
Off going with a more bona fide.
Speaker 7 (29:58):
Contributor right away then taking a player that maybe doesn't
necessarily grade out like you will want to grade out
for that number one overall pick.
Speaker 5 (30:08):
Oh yeah, that's because of the position.
Speaker 9 (30:11):
Oh yeah, yeah, no, I love that's definitely that definitely exists.
Like the feeling that you know, Cam Wore got pushed
up a little bit because he is a quarterback. And yeah,
I will say this like you know, I I I
did a lot of work on the quarterbacks just talking
to you know, Cot and again, like I would say
this to you guys, this cant of yet.
Speaker 12 (30:30):
I'm not a scout, you know, but I.
Speaker 9 (30:31):
I, like I talked to a lot of people over
the last couple of weeks. Specific Yeah, thanks Brady, I
appreciate you emphasizing that over the over the last, over
the last, and like one thing that seems like pretty
like it's a pretty strong consensus is that that Cam
is the best one in this class. And you know,
(30:54):
I just think if you're the Titans, I get it,
Like this is a guy where you you look at
it if you can build a good environment around him
and you can give him support early on because it
looks like they're going to play him right. There's still
some rawness to his game, but he has the highest ceiling,
you know. And again, if you're like looking up at
like that Mount everest of quarterbacks in the AFC, where it's, God,
(31:17):
we're gonna we may have to go through three of
these guys chip to make it to a Super Bowl,
and you're looking at Burrow and Lamar and Alan and
Mahomes and then you know, just after those four, the
Big four, you know you got you know your CJ. Stroud,
your Trevor Lawrence is your Drake Mays. You know these
guys that could that could elevate. You know, I think
(31:37):
Cam Moore is the guy because you know, he's the
one where it's like you can actually, you know, close
your eyes and envision that, like you can envision it
with the physical traits that he has that maybe he
eventually gets there. I think it's harder to do it
with the.
Speaker 12 (31:50):
Other quarterbacks in the class.
Speaker 6 (31:52):
AB before we let you go, you got a bold prediction.
You got something bold off the off the radar that
may be, you know, not a lot of PEO people
have that you're calling.
Speaker 5 (32:01):
Your shot on.
Speaker 9 (32:02):
I mean, I I don't know. I there's a lot
of stuff out there, you know. I think, like I
mentioned McMillan, right.
Speaker 12 (32:11):
I mean, I think like one real shocker would be
like McMillan going eleven to the Niners, which like it.
Speaker 9 (32:20):
Sounds crazy, but like you know, they are where they
are with Brandon and Yuk right now coming back off
the ACL. Juwan Jennings is in the contract year. They
have Ricky Piersoll coming back. So look at the ideas
we want to be really good around Brock Purty. I
could see that happening. I also think these connections really
make these these connections are really important, you know what
(32:43):
I mean. And there's a connection there with keep McMillan's
college coach for two years and Jed Fish, who you
know was a disciple of Mike Shanahan's.
Speaker 4 (32:53):
You know.
Speaker 9 (32:53):
The other one is like I think at the Giants
take a quarterback tonight, I think it's going to be
Jackson Dark And this is another one where there are connections. Now,
I mentioned Dave All spent a lot of time with
with Jackson Dart over the last couple of months. Jackson Dart,
the people in in in in Oxford talk very very
(33:14):
highly of him, and his offensive coordinator is Charlie Weiss Junior. Okay,
who is David Brady, Who's who's Brian Daveall's mentor.
Speaker 1 (33:25):
I mean Charlie Weis is one of them.
Speaker 9 (33:27):
Yeah, Charlie Weis is one of them. Right, So there's
just like that, like I think the Giants have gotten
outstanding information on Jackson Dart and and I think you know,
and I've talked to Charlie. Charlie loves loves, loves, loves
loves loves Jackson Dart. He'll and he'll tell you that,
and he'll and he'll tell you everybody's got it wrong
in this kids. So you know, I think that the
(33:50):
Giants that they take a quarterback tonight, I'm gonna just
say I would think it'll be Jackson Dart.
Speaker 1 (33:56):
Hey, Albert, real quick, I did want to ask you
this before I let you go. We know, like only
fifteen guys are going to this year's draft. Some guys
have actually decided not to attend in Green Bay that
originally had committed to. Do you see a world where
they have to incentivize and pay these players to go.
It feels like we're living in a world now we
have to pay these young men to do anything. Is
(34:19):
that maybe gonna happen in the future in your mind?
Speaker 9 (34:22):
I mean we've talked about that with a combine, right too,
Like I mean, I like where you have to pay
as the top guys to come to the combine, now you.
Speaker 5 (34:29):
Know to that point.
Speaker 1 (34:30):
I just saw a list too. By the way, there's
like ten prospects who not even injury related, haven't done anything,
like didn't know any measurables from combine pro day nothing,
which is yeah.
Speaker 9 (34:44):
Two, it's a Marvin Harrison effect, right, Like I mean
Marvin and I think Marvin was different, Like you know
what I mean, Like I think so I think that
this is going to evolve over time, Brady, right, Like
I think for these guys, it's going to be like
trying starting to think about it different and like I
think that that's going to evolve and mature over time.
Like if there's a guy who I would tell you
(35:05):
made a mistake not running, that's Will Johnson from Michigan, right.
I think he's a really good player, really really good player,
but there's a perception that he doesn't have good long speed,
so he doesn't run at this pro day that he
does in April. And you know, I had a team
tell me, like, if I think you're four to six
and then you don't run, it basically confirms to mere
four six, you know. And like if Will Johnson was
(35:28):
a consensus number one corner in the in the class
and he was definitely going to go top ten, I
would advise him not to run, but he wasn't that,
you know what I mean. Like, so, like I think
that there are different answers for different kids. And it's
not just well, you have to run at some point anymore.
I think it's well, I got to weigh this, and
I got a weigh like if I have a bad day,
(35:49):
or if I if I slip coming out of my start,
like how that could cost me?
Speaker 4 (35:54):
You know.
Speaker 9 (35:54):
I just think there's going to be much more of
a cost benefit analysis on all of these things with
a lot of these guys. I think that includes working out,
and I think that even includes, you know, things like
attending the draft, Like I mean, there's probably gonna be
a way to make money off of doing the draft
at your house now right like you could probably I mean,
I don't know, when under armour come over and and
and deck out your living room with with uh with
(36:17):
all kinds of stuff like that, you know, turns it
into into something else that there's just stuff like that.
I think you're going to be able to do in
the future. That's gonna, you know, make these business decisions
for all the players, which I don't think necessarily is
the most horrible thing in the world.
Speaker 4 (36:33):
AB.
Speaker 6 (36:33):
We appreciate a good study.
Speaker 9 (36:34):
Get Brady Brady. Brady actually say like it's I think
there's going to be competition for the kid, Like when
your first question you asked about, like are they gonna
have to pay him to come? Like, I think that
sort of competition could wind up could wind up existing
for the player's time on.
Speaker 6 (36:49):
Draft night in the future.
Speaker 4 (36:51):
I can see that.
Speaker 3 (36:52):
Get them on X at Albert Breer, We'll be watching,
we'll be following along.
Speaker 6 (36:56):

But right now it's time for this.
Speaker 2 (38:04):
These might smell a little fun incredible, but they're still good.
Time to find out what's lack. It's Lee's lapovers.
Speaker 6 (38:14):
All right, Prince Light Star, What do we got for
Lee's leftovers?
Speaker 7 (38:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (38:17):
I don't know what's really left over after having spent
it all on Skeleton Warriors. Uh, speaking of which, I
actually just re upped on this hat I get every
year because I always lose this hat. It's my favorite hat.
It's my Dodgers cap, my black on black Dodgers cap
that I got at Universal CityWalk yesterday. Racist. It's black
(38:37):
on black.
Speaker 4 (38:39):
Oh my gosh, you steriously? Yeah? That all you have? Lee?
Speaker 5 (38:43):
I'm spent. I'm spent. What do you mean?
Speaker 4 (38:46):
God?
Speaker 9 (38:47):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (38:47):
Is that all the tequila shots and martinis and wine
last night?
Speaker 4 (38:50):
As that one was?
Speaker 5 (38:51):
That's right?
Speaker 1 (38:51):
Hey?
Speaker 6 (38:51):
Do you know a history lesson here?
Speaker 7 (38:53):
Literally, we're not going to talk about no, no Skeleton
Bone play by yourself Warrior.
Speaker 4 (39:00):
In your backyard. That was not your leftover.
Speaker 6 (39:02):
I was gonna that came out in ninety four. You've
been sitting on that for a while, wasn't it. You
weren't saving it for I.
Speaker 8 (39:07):
Was gonna do it, and then we overran over underside
did it d So you're telling me, yeah, you had
that story, that bit that you were in the backyard
playing with your skeleton bone and it became a theme
song that you were apart like your dad created this
show with someone else that was your leftover Today on God, I.
Speaker 6 (39:31):
Was gonna well in an hour two got yeah when
they all got on God, when we were talking ThunderCats,
I was gonna do Skeleton Warriors for the Lee's leftover
skeleton warrios.
Speaker 7 (39:39):
Okay, so you decided during the show end show that
that was going to be your skeleton card.
Speaker 15 (39:43):
That was going to be okay, blew my one yep.
Oh yeah, that's how they came up with Skeleton Warriors. Yeah,
all right, goodly history lesson of the day. It's the
movie theater day in nineteen oh five. It started I
didn't know this in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Speaker 6 (40:02):
Whereas which is where also the first radio station KDKA
in Pittsburgh, Baby Pittsburgh bringing the game for both radio
and movie first place Lee's history.
Speaker 3 (40:15):
Yeah, but Pittsburgh's famous for LaVar Arrington is going to
be on Draft Night Live later on the night Ball
