years old down. So there's always going to be the
local baseball card shopp and you hope they're opening. You
hope they got what you want. But I was I
was stunned at how much cards are nowaday.

But this weekend, this Easter weekend, my sister said, remember

But I feel like there was a point where stadium
Club and upper deck. There were a couple dollars a packet.
I remember my grandfather get him at the seven to
eleven or the quick check or the local bodego. He's

had him on standby a couple bucks. Your dad would
be buying some cigarettes of coffee and some scratch offs
and he's throwing a pack of cards for you.

Did you get a hobby pack or a blaster pack
or oh, I'm telling you it's ridiculous.

I go there and uh, these are not the you know,
Dan Patrick Pinini collectible ones he does reads for I'm
talking like, I was just like, let me just get some.
I was really trying to find like the cheapest cards
because my kids are not going to like take the basket, right,
They're not going to take care of them. And I said,
I'll throw these in here with the Easter bunny stuff
because I want you guys to have some baseball cards.

And these are the those basic tops twenty twenty five.
No you know, no shiny, no inserts, none of that stuff.
Basic cards. Aaron judges on the cover, a super pack
which is still forty cards, so don't get me right,
it's like a thick ass pack. You know you can
get them. Surprisingly, the car wash sells them hard. Yeah,
they have them there once in a while. Maybe I

should buy some since they're so hard to forty cards.
So it's a big ass pack of cards. Who would
you believe it was thirty bucks? That's insane. No, I
don't believe that thirty bucks. And then I looked at Oh,
maybe I'll look online. That's a lap dance and a
half worth of cards they have. Wait, hold on, how
much is the lap dance nowadays? Twenty five last?

Five bucks goes to show you what a good guy
I am. But the point is the kids still get
fascinated by it. But it's not a cheap thing. Thirty
bucks are a big value pack of tops cards. Tough
times for the Easter Bunny. And it was happened to silly,
petty guess my son the other day. I was telling
you who let's if you pay attention to my stories?

My son says? Two favorite players are he said, Lindor yeah,
and Otani in his megapack. He pulled the away and
I almost want to be like, buddy, that's got lucky Palin.
It always happened. I was like so he guys should

You know what they do in some some companies, and
I'm not sure exactly which ones is now, they'll put
old players in, the guys who had already played. So
when you and I were growing up, we'd be like, oh, look,
I got Dwight Stevenson center, right, you know from the
Miami Dolphins. There's no lineman in any of these anymore,
Like it's been replaced by like Thurman Thomas. You know, Oh,

I got a Troy Aikman card in this pack at
twenty twenty five.

Whatever. It's a completely different game.

They're switching, man. But there's definitely a huge, a growing
buzz again around all these cards for sure, and just
for all the parents whose kids are into I roll
my eyes at it, but hey, my son loves it. Pokemon.
Pokemon cards are like five to ten dollars minimum per
little pack. Like it's a market man, you know what,

Second card, they're slowly opening. He pulls a Jordan Jordan

Rookie which could it could be hundreds of thousands of
dollars based on the rating. Yes, so a big payoff,
but it was pretty cool. Like just watching the on
the unopening of that pack gave me anxiety. Speaking of
cards back in the day, which was a Tuesday. I
do remember collecting wrestling cards. They were grimy, they were
old school wrestling cards, and it's crazy to see how

much it's grown. This weekend we saw WrestleMania, and the
big story is John Cena's back. John Cena is the man.
Not only is John Cena back, not just him. Seems
like some of his hair is back. That's take a
listen to Sena. He was on the Pat McAfee show
this morning post WrestleMania.

That's the thing when you get it, like, so you
get the deal right, and your hair falls out because
the new ones have to grow, so the old one
falls out. So like in January February, it was like
I had it in November. That's when I came to
like half a skin hit up here you guys. Oh,
by the way, thank you for being so aware of
my needs and emotions, because you guys ripped me to

shreds for a genetic problem that I can't control. Wait, dude,
you don't look good enough out there, Like that's what
I'm saying.

This isn't cool.

There's John Cena talk about how he was bullied into
fixing his hair well, he was going bald. It wasn't
a good look. It wasn't working for him, right, and
that Scott van pel always says, yeah, it is take
it home, take it home. At that point, I don't
know if it was taken home worthy, but it was noticeable, right,
he had a noticeable bald spot. Couldn't help but notice

it. It was at receding he actually had like the circle
on top. I do think we as men have to
be more accepting of these things and just sort of
lean into it. Like we worked with a guy that
wore a hat for like two months straight and everyone
was talking about him behind his back because everybody knew, like,
and once he took the hat off, he had a
full on pompatour, right, So I think we need to

just be more understanding of that and make it more
acceptable because it's becoming more and more common. People are
doing all these trips to Turkey, these all inclusive trips,
coming back with full heads of hair. You know, women
are doing things all the time. Hey, we gotta be
okay with dudes fixing their hair. I was gonna say women,
women do these type of things all the time, and

they talk about it with each other and publicly. Some
girl will be on TikTok being like I'm going for
my boatox and filler in my and my ass tuck
and whatever. Guy does something with his hair, we crucified. Yeah,
guy has to be all guys. Guy has to hide
it under a hat for you know, the rest of
his life. Guy fixing his hairline has the secrecy of

a girl getting a boob job in the eighties. We
have to be like you go, queen. We have to
do that. You go see way to go by because
and you know why, I want to do that because
it might be me one day now. I don't want
to hear flak from anybody. I'm fascinated by when women
do things to improve their looks. It's encouraged and they
cheer each other on. Yes, bam baboom. I applaud John

Cena because I saw John Cena come back and he
had his floppy almost like his nineteen nineties mushroom haircut.
I'm like, yo, he's got a big balt spot look.
It's terrible and so he's post problem. But I didn't
say it out wow, but I noticed it, and I
thought to myself, here's John Cena movie Star Wrestler champion.

So I said it, man, it's genetics, and that's why
Lebron can't do anything about it. It's just you know,
in his DNA at this point. And I'm sure he's
tried and we've seen it appear and reappear and disappear
and all that, but he was sort of bullied into it.

have an answer. We all have an answer. We'll go
around the room. Let's chop it up. The times you

were bullied into doing something by it was for your
own benefit, for your greater good. I was bullied and
I held out so long. I was ruining the group
text messages for so long because I had an Android.
Oh you did, I had an Android? So oh oh,
so you're that guy. People like, here's what happened. Then,
you know, I was going on dates, and then I

was realizing this is when I was single. I just
got out of a divorce, and people, the women I
was dating, they're like, he has an Android. So I
was getting looked down upon. And then I met a girl,
girl that I'm currently with till this day. She's like,
if you're going to date me, you gotta get rid
of that Android. I'm like, Wow, this is serious. Huh,
this is a real thing. And between her and all

my buddies and Rich and I'm ruined the group messages
and all that stuff because my texts were green. It
was a it was an issue. I guess I got
bullied into finally getting an iPhone, and I have to say,
you know, I like it. I guess I'm more accepted.
It works. It didn't change my life, but at least
I got you off my back. So I'm a fan.

But I wasn't really against the Android, but Rich, I
was totally bullied into that by you guys and my
current girlfriend. What were you bullied into doing that benefited you? Yeah,
I guess. I guess you could say it benefited me
in the sense that people don't look down on me
anymore because of the Android. It could be a show,
it could be a movie, it could be something you do.

I feel like I feel like I was sort of
shamed into trying sushi for the first time. How about
we shamed you into getting a fade. This guy had
a haircut like he was Mel Gibson up until we
have a Mel Gibson hairspot. Did we not bully him
into getting a.

Fade like George Washington like side this guy had like
old wig.
Speaker 1 (13:46):
Yeah, he had like mad dog, like a cocker spaniel earflaps. Yeah,
you know, like where the hair went over his ears.
He had side poofs and we we were like, dude,
just can you please get like a normal buzz cut
from a barber. He would sit under those those moon
things that the old lady sit under the salon like
a hair Now, yeah, Rich would do that. It's the
salon all the time. And now ironically Rich she used

to aquinet like a longer hairdo is coming is back now,
so you might have to grow your hair back. But
for the longest time, we're like, dude, do you just
get a fade? Yeah, an old guy hair do. It
was the right move, But you act like I just
had longer hair on the sides. I used to it
was not with scissors. Now it's now a longer hairstyle
is probably in style. Should probably go back. But for

the longest time he had never gone to a barber, never,
up until maybe five six years ago, had never gone
to a barber, and we bullied him into it. You
got to you got to accept it. Sometimes sometimes your
friends or family might bully you into something and at
first you might be like, oh, well know, and then
you're like, you know what, thanks for doing that, because

I'm better off for it. I mean, I hear this
a lot when it comes to those jobs and things
like that. Like certain people like they don't want to
but then they're haggled and harassed so much and it
turns out to be the greatest thing they ever did.
Now I'm not condoning or promoting that. I'm saying certain
things might work to your advantage and you put it
off for so long. How about Spot with the gym.
If you ask Spot, we we bullied him in the

early two thousands all the time, and he has all
this crazy resentment about how we bullied him. But we
would say he was paying for a gym membership and
never went. Now, this guy thinks he's an Adonis flexing
all the time because we bullied him to go into
the gym. If anything, we should get a little credit.
That's what I'm saying. I know, now he's a mister ripplepex.
I give you zero crick, I know, but dude, how

much how often do we tell you were just mocking
me for not coming to the gym with us. Come
to the gym with m went to that gym. We
didn't tell him to go to the gym all the time,
and he never went to the gym ever, came with me.
I didn't know what to now. He's a gym rat.
Now I know what to do now he's a gym rat,
but a llah John Cena. Just something to keep in mind.
You might assume all bullying his bed. John Cena talked
about it on McAfee today. Not all bullyings Vegas. Sometimes

sometimes it's just a solid encouragement. Enough people say something
to you, you know, might better. You know it's all
in the presentation, might change really better. It really is,
because if you like John Cena, we could all say
he's dude. I love John Cena. I think it's a
solid move for him. He has a lot of tread
on the tires still, as they say, so for him
to rock that bald spot in a spotlight like that

I don't think it matched his vibe. Don't you think
I think it was a good move for him. I
think John Cena unless he shaved his head completely. I

These guys bully me every time we're out to dinner.
They bully me into trying something new, some sort of
seafood thing that I I'm sure I've had before, but
I don't want it, but they just won't stop until
I try it. Every once in a while, you'll come
across something like, you know what, I think I like it.
So sometimes it could work to your advantage. Something to

I think that was the the vibe or misconception, however

bunch today, he would have never thought, well, all right,
I'm gonna I'm gonna test the waters. I think I'm
gonna trade Luca. He never thought, Wow, the city and
everyone's gonna hate my my because exactly he does. He
does make a point, had everybody stayed healthy and had
you gotten a healthy ad But those are big risks,
those are big what IFFs. As Dan Byer said earlier,

he's banking on a healthy great players, but he's banking
on everyone from uh Kyrie to ad to these got
to be healthy all the time. Yeah, aging superstars too
who were injury prone. So it is a big risk.
But he does make a point it wouldn't have been
as bad had they stayed healthy. Not the case. So

there's the commonality between Nico Harrison and Gail King and
Katy Perry. They didn't even see the repercussions here the
potential backlash that they'd get, and we talked about those
being defining moments. But I think another fun angle is
when when you really didn't see it coming, like you
may have done. I like the dumb example is Ice.
I got all these old home videos of my mom

when she was a little girl with her parents. I
found them on the Word of the Eight millimeter. I
got them digitized and I put it to like a
slide show with music and everything. I gave it to
my mom thinking she was gonna be like, you're the

the belief that people that have all this love for

pet person, you have kids, the dog love fades. I

But I think that you and I both aren't true
like animal people. And if you're a true animal person,
you still gonna have kids, still love your animal. But

how am I gonna take this dog out for a walk.

I go there and uh, these are not the you know,

I was really trying to find like the cheapest cards
because my kids are not going to like take the basket, right,
They're not going to take care of them. And I said,
I'll throw these in here with the Easter bunny stuff
because I want you guys to have some baseball cards.

And these are the those basic tops twenty twenty five.
No you know, no shiny, no inserts, none of that stuff.
Basic cards. Aaron judges on the cover, a super pack
which is still forty cards, so don't get me right,
it's like a thick ass pack. You know you can
get them. Surprisingly, the car wash sells them hard. Yeah,
they have them there once in a while. Maybe I

should buy some since they're so hard to forty cards.
So it's a big ass pack of cards. Who would
you believe it was thirty bucks? That's insane. No, I
don't believe that thirty bucks. And then I looked at Oh,
maybe I'll look online. That's a lap dance and a
half worth of cards they have. Wait, hold on, how
much is the lap dance nowadays? Twenty five last?

Five bucks goes to show you what a good guy
I am. But the point is the kids still get
fascinated by it. But it's not a cheap thing. Thirty
bucks are a big value pack of tops cards. Tough

you who let's if you pay attention to my stories?

Like it's been replaced by like Thurman Thomas. You know, Oh,

be more accepting of these things and just sort of

wore a hat for like two months straight and everyone

just be more understanding of that and make it more
acceptable because it's becoming more and more common. People are
doing all these trips to Turkey, these all inclusive trips,
coming back with full heads of hair. You know, women
are doing things all the time. Hey, we gotta be
okay with dudes fixing their hair. I was gonna say women,
women do these type of things all the time, and

they talk about it with each other and publicly. Some
girl will be on TikTok being like I'm going for
my boatox and filler in my and my ass tuck
and whatever. Guy does something with his hair, we crucified. Yeah,
guy has to be all guys. Guy has to hide

his life. Guy fixing his hairline has the secrecy of

a girl getting a boob job in the eighties. We
have to be like you go, queen. We have to
do that. You go see way to go by because
and you know why, I want to do that because
it might be me one day now. I don't want
to hear flak from anybody. I'm fascinated by when women
do things to improve their looks. It's encouraged and they

It works. It didn't change my life, but at least

But I wasn't really against the Android, but Rich, I
was totally bullied into that by you guys and my
current girlfriend. What were you bullied into doing that benefited you? Yeah,
I guess. I guess you could say it benefited me
in the sense that people don't look down on me

it could be a movie, it could be something you do.

so you might have to grow your hair back. But
for the longest time, we're like, dude, do you just
get a fade? Yeah, an old guy hair do. It
was the right move, But you act like I just
had longer hair on the sides. I used to it

is probably in style. Should probably go back. But for

the longest time he had never gone to a barber, never,
up until maybe five six years ago, had never gone
to a barber, and we bullied him into it. You
got to you got to accept it. Sometimes sometimes your
friends or family might bully you into something and at
first you might be like, oh, well know, and then

I'm better off for it. I mean, I hear this
a lot when it comes to those jobs and things
like that. Like certain people like they don't want to
but then they're haggled and harassed so much and it
turns out to be the greatest thing they ever did.

things might work to your advantage and you put it
off for so long. How about Spot with the gym.
If you ask Spot, we we bullied him in the

this crazy resentment about how we bullied him. But we
would say he was paying for a gym membership and
never went. Now, this guy thinks he's an Adonis flexing
all the time because we bullied him to go into
the gym. If anything, we should get a little credit.

I give you zero crick, I know, but dude, how

much how often do we tell you were just mocking
me for not coming to the gym with us. Come
to the gym with m went to that gym. We

to be healthy all the time. Yeah, aging superstars too
who were injury prone. So it is a big risk.
But he does make a point it wouldn't have been

Katy Perry. They didn't even see the repercussions here the
potential backlash that they'd get, and we talked about those
being defining moments. But I think another fun angle is
when when you really didn't see it coming, like you

leave of Tony's back. I'm just asking you because Cavino,
you're a dad, I am. Your daughter's a teenager. Yeah,
when your girlfriend have no kids together. But you have
a doggie. Yeah, it's his birthday today and three years old. Yeah,
so see it all ties together. I saw Covino's little
doggie over the weekend on Instagram, and your girlfriend went

out in bottom of those cute little cakes made for dogs.
And I said to Cavino, if you become a dad
again and have more kids, that'll fade away. I'm under
the belief that people that have all this love for
pets it when you have kids, but you're not a
pet person, you have kids, the dog love fades. I
believe you still love you still love your pet. But

I'm understand what you're saying because I do have a child.
But I think that you and I both aren't true
like animal people. And if you're a true animal person,
you still gonna have kids, still love your animal. But
your girlfriend's a type of buy his clothes for your dog,
and that's not true. She has one Yankee show the
other day. You butt your dog's shoes. Yeah, he hasn't

worn them pants. He butt his dog shoes and he's
saying he's denying this. I mean, he's got cooler shoes
than you, if you want to be honest about it,
the woes. But yeah, well you know you gotta keep
things in mind. You're painting a weird and inaccurate picture here.
We live in Los Angeles, so it's either I take
how am I gonna take this dog out for a walk.
If you don't put something on his feet, it's gonna

burn his feet. He's a little foofy dogs. We're talking
a little foofye dogs. Dogs have lived generally now, not
his son. I don't know. Maybe they have burnt feet.
I'm not a dog person. I don't have to tell you.
I'm just saying, they tell you, they tell you not
to take your dog out for a walk. I'm just
then forget you. Does shoe Han Tottie care less about
his dog today because now he has a father of

a human And my answer is yes. I think it's
how you come into the situation. You came into this
situation not really caring about your dog in the first place.
So of course your kids are gonna take president. Your
kids are always gonna take president. That's a given. You
can't compare the love of your kids to an animal.
I just feel but I think that some people who
care about their dog genuinely are still gonna have that

same genuine care for their dog. They're just gonna love
their kids more. Not every dog takes a back seat
and is almost gone out of the family, like your dog.
I don't know. Richard never hasn't walked his dog since
he had kids. That's the truth. The dog doesn't go
for walks. Yeah, exactly, which bull dogs aren't supposed to
go for walks? Yeah, when they're three hundred pounds, because
you haven't walked them. Exactly.
