Coaches should get blame as well, because when they win,

got these great players and you lose, they should get

My blame is on James Jones, who is now vice

in with the GM as well. And it's ownership they're
and they're in the new Ishaba. He's coming in there ambitious,
I'm gonna buy up everything. I want to win every year.
It's like, well, hold on, you got to learn the
league first. You just got in understand, you helped raise

a real estate company in Michigan. You did your thing,
and you're ambitious, and that's kind of his whole thing.
He's you know, he was that guy who never really
played with Tom Izzoh and he's the the ro Rod
Rudy kind of guy.

But you got to learn the business.

And just signing anybody just because they can shoot does
not equate to building a good team. Just sign somebody
because they put up twenty something in the game doesn't
mean it's a good thing.

You got one hundred and fifty million dollars to three
guys who essentially is one hundred and fifty million dollars
on one guy because it's the same guy. SEV fifteen
million per player, Devin Booker, Bradley Bil, Kevin Durant.

But basically, you got one guy.

They all need the ball in their hands. They're not
great assistment, they're not great defenders. Kevin Durant had some
good years at his career, Bradley Bil tries, and Devin
Booker tries. But you can't just say, hey, I'm gonna
be this lockdown defender and rebounder.

Neither none of them are.

Again, guys, who can you say, I'm gonna get you
fifteen boards tonight and or I'm just gonna be diving
the floor, hustle guy. That's not their makeup. Their makeup
is I'm a bucket getter. I don't know how to
necessarily do much more than that, especially Bradley Bial. And
you also signed Bradley Bial knowing he had the Larry
Bird and you couldn't the trade claus so you would
sign him, which are jammed up, Satan Crevin Durant.

Right, And that's what jammed them up when they needed
to make a move, and Bradley Bill sitting there going
no I'm staying here.

Give me my fifty mil out here in the sun,
and I'm in the valley and I'm enjoying this hot
weather and I ain't budget. Me and my agent worked
hard to have a no trade clause in my deal,
and I'm gonna exercise it.

And people know he's only one of two players. Yep, Lebron,
you can buy.

What in the world is Bradley Beal doing with a

seen that. And that's why I'm blaming management in the
front office because again you're putting the same guys together.

you try to trade Kevin Durant and it backfires, then

Booker tried. He's been a great teammate, He's been a
great guy vocally, and he hasn't said anything. He hasn't,
you know, talk bad about the organization, talk bad about
Kevin Durandon, Bradley Beeal.

feel a little bit.

it was our first go at it. Now they're the

most disappointing team in the NBA and they out here
looking like Dolly Parton, if you know what I mean,
little top heavy right now, you don't have anybody else
on the bench the bit Look at the man, when
you look at play with just three people, when you
look at this roster, man, I mean, my goodness, this
is supposed to compete in the Western Conference. I mean,
he's got some guys on this I didn't even know

what's still live in the NBA. And so I'm completely
disappointed in them again. And yes, maybe the players have
to take a brunt of this for sure, for not
trying to find a way to make it work, for
not finding a way to say, all right, what can
I absolutely do differently to something bring something to this team.
But you are who you are, and you bringing the
same guy to do the same thing. And I have
to pay one hundred and fifty million of them, and

that means I can't have anybody else really on the
bench that's of great value.

And they don't have an identity. This is what you get.

go here, here, and here, and let me get on
the phone with those two or three teams and start
working out something. Because you're not I get it rid

of Devin Booker. Right, that's a guy and can give
you twenty five to thirty a night. He has been
no issues, loved in the community. Like, I'm not getting
rid of Devin Booker. Kevin Durant. I don't want to
get rid of. I mean I tried to, but I
mean if I've stuck with him or Bradley Bill, so
be it. If him over Bradley Bill, but that's who
I'm trying to work with. Come on, Bradley, but where
you want to go?

But if he didn't want to go when when that
chance came? Now you think he's gonna give.

It because maybe he thought in the back of his
mind were better than this. We can turn around. I
got a Hall of Famer and Kevin Durant. I got
a potential Hall of Famer in Devin Booker. Myself, I'm
really good. We can figure this thing out. Maybe he
saw toxic it was maybe the locker room was bad,
maybe they didn't really mess with each other, and maybe
his wife. You know, I can't, hey man, let's just
go ahead and move on, Pops, come on baby, let's
just move on home. Let's just go somewhere else. But

I have to explore that because that's not a problem.
Is who wants to pay Bradley Bill fifty one million dollars?
Fifty million dollars? But I have to try to explore that,
you know what I mean. And that's the first thing.
And after that, maybe we work out something with Kevin Durant.
But they're stuck in a position where they signed these guys.
And again that's why I put so much on them.

You brought in a guy who does the same guy
as Devin Booker and Bradley beal less talented, but you
brought him in and you knew he had a no
trade clause.

have any alpha males in that locker room. That's why
it doesn't work. You can bring in Kevin Durant, but
he only fits when when there's other good pieces around him.

real quick, I look at it a different way. I
think we're seeing it is the death of the Big
three era. I think this big. I think they didn't
build the proper team around those Big three, and for
the last two years you've seen it. They've been relying
on these three guys. When one of them is not there,
one of them is hurt, the other the rest of
their team's just an average team. And you're seeing an evolution,

and especially in the West, of crafting young players and
then adding one or two stars. You're starting to see
that pattern now. I think we're seeing the death of
the Big three. I think the Phoenix Suns are probably
the last, uh example you're gonna see that you getting
away to that big three thing, and I think you're
seeing right now with the Phoenix Suns. I think that's
the problem.

I mean you're starting to see more of a two
you know, Luca and Lebron, and in our series you
see Jalen, Jaylen Brown, Jason and a couple other play

they've seen them be you know, you've seen them grow

he's a different athlete. Amn Thompson is and Rob his

And I'd be going to see if they got some

same thing Brooklyn did when they trade for Kevin Durant.
