Now open in the South Market atFanel Hall Marketplace, the Sugar Factory
Brasserie, and it's sure to bea popular spot. Joining me is the
franchise owner with the appropriate name,Lloyd Sugarman, who tells us more about
this dining adventure fund for the wholefamily. Lloyd. The physical building is
absolutely amazing. It has a balconyatrium that overlooks all of Saniel Hall's area

on the south end. We havethe Chandaliahs and the sands. But what
we have is also created our prettyin pink cafe dining room, which is
absolutely gorgeous. We've built this withwomen and children in mind. We designed
it three years ago. It wasn'tdesigned after Barbie or anything like that,
but it's absolutely beautiful and very comfortablefor women and children in. Everyone describe

the menu, in the variety ofthe food and what it's all about.
We've had a lot of Boston centricitems, you know, everything from the
clam chowder that's very a chef orientedin May a well known chef that we
have. Also everything from the fromthe fish and chips. We have a
Boston cream Pie shake that's that's kindof fun and very very good. So
