Well, you know, we love to share wines from unusual
grapes that are very good, So we'll start with the
twenty twenty three Symphony wine for twenty five dollars from
Theopolis definitely fits the bill. Symphony is a hybrid grape
made originally from grenache, gree and moscato, so readers will
find this to be medium bodied, nicely balanced, silky and fresh.
(00:40):
There's some leechy and chalky minerality flavors, and there are
some notes of lime and grapefruit finishes. Dry, saidity and
flavors linger and lasts for quite a while. We prepair
this impress of ninety two point Symphony with Chicken Fransei.
Next offerting is Goadeo. This has been popular with our
tasters for since twenty sixteen vintage. We're already on the
twenty twenty three. The al Tiera Gadeo is a steal
(01:02):
for less than twenty bucks. It's for this impressive wine
ninety two points. It's full bodied, integrated, medium plus acidity, balanced, smooth, viscous, lush,
got some tasty lemon, verbena and lime zest flavors in there,
a little saline, grapefruit and ginger eyed. Pair it with
a shrimp, chicken and crizzo payea and you can also
easily find this wine. It's got a little like Pinocchio
guy in the label, so you can't miss it.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Thank you, sir. Trying something new always a good idea.
