Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the Morning show.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Let's go around the room. I mean, we're in a room,
Let's go around. I'm gonna start with you, Gandi. What's
on your mind today.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
I'm super excited because very soon I'm leaving for Mexico
for the sunny weekend.

Speaker 4 (00:17):
Yes, oh my god, I'm so excited for you.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Going to the Mexican Caribbean. I'm going to go to
Tuloom and I'm super excited. And if you didn't know,
the Tulum Airport now has flights directly in internationally. You
used to have to fly to like Cancun and then
drive really far. You don't have to do that anymore.

Speaker 4 (00:31):
And I'm excited about this. I was telling Gandhi the
other day.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
We used to go to uh of course, we used
to go to Mexico every several times a year when
I was a kid, and we would always in Cancun
outside of Knkun plant o'carmen.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
We had a little place there.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
We had to get in an old Volkswagen van of
Vanigan I think my dad bought for one hundred pesos wow,
and we would drive it to Tulum. I go with
my brothers and they'd be smoking pot and hanging out
and having a good time.

Speaker 4 (00:57):
Wasn't my brother who was that? No, it was a
good pot, It was really good pot.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
There was no such thing as a road that was
a dirt It was dirt roads all the way to
to Tulum. But now that you've got an airport, an
international airport, yes, it makes it.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
So much easier to find it out. I'm so excited.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
I wish you could have seen the old Tulum, in
the old Pliodo Carmen, which only had one dirt road
in and out back then too.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
I'm old.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
I can't wait to see your photo album.

Speaker 5 (01:22):
I would like to see these.

Speaker 4 (01:23):
Hey, how long are you there?

Speaker 3 (01:24):
I'm gonna be there for the weekend.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
Oh, Mexico. I want to go back. I'm gonna go
with you. Hey, bruceer Sam, what's on your mind today?

Speaker 5 (01:30):
I think I'm still reeling from embarrassment, which I put
myself in the position being embarrassed a lot. Very seldom
does it come into my body. But I was caught
yesterday in a grocery store ducking away from someone I
didn't want to have an interaction.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
Why because she's very sweet, but she's very chatty, very chatty.

Speaker 5 (01:48):
You don't have to say a word and she'll still
be going for twenty minutes. And I had stuff to
do yesterday, so it just kind of dodged away. And
I saw her notice me and go to open her
mouth as like the corner of my eye was disappearing
already her. So I was definitely caught, and I am
so embarrassed I had gone too far though I couldn't
go back. I just kept running to the produce.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Now, chats, maybe she is girl.

Speaker 5 (02:11):
We both know what happened. Apologies, I had stuff to
do to go Okay, blinders on, move forward.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
So the other day I got to see Gypsy with
Audra McDonald on Broadway, and she's amazing. She's like Broadway Royalty.
I mean, honestly, you get to see her in anything,
it's amazing. But Gypsy was so good.

Speaker 5 (02:33):
But I was just.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Thinking how lucky I am and we are to live
in a place where we get to experience these kinds
of things that we get to go to Broadway or
we get to go to shows or whatever. So I
think I say this a lot where I don't think
people take enough advantage of where they live. There has
to be things where you live that are cool to
that place that you never do where you could say, gosh,

(02:56):
you know, I live here, and look what I get
to do. Do you know what I mean? And for me,
it's things like Broadway. So find that thing by you
embrace it and enjoy yourself.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
Well exactly, yeah, And you know what we take it
for granted because we live here, right, you know, I
live here. I never really go see Broadway shows. I
have friends that live outside New York City who fly
in and see more Broadway shows than I. Well, shame
on me, on you, hey, special guest in the around
the room, Scotty B. Scotty B, what's.

Speaker 4 (03:24):
Up with you today?

Speaker 6 (03:24):
You know, if you have kids, you know, they definitely
watch what you do, and they do things that you
do sometimes, and sometimes it makes me proud, and sometimes
I'm like, oh my god, I can't believe she just
did that. But yesterday we were at the supermarket and
I was about to pull out of the parking spot,
and Cooper's like, hold on a second, Dad, and she
dove out of the car and she went and returned
to shopping cart that somebody left in the middle of
the space. Yeah, she's like, I feel bad for that guy.

(03:46):
So I just wanted to put it back, and she
went and put it back, and she has seen me
do that before. So it's nice to see your kids
kind of take after some of the good things you do.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Also, wow, thank god she doesn't do the bad things
you do.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
Oh she does.

Speaker 6 (04:00):
Yeah, Okay, I'm not gootweigh the bad.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
I'm not gonna go down that road. We do outweigh
the bad. And you're a very great guy. We love you.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Scott Hey's Trading eight. Happy birthday. Tell you, I know
none of you can get me this for my birthday,
but I would love for the Detroit Lions to beat
the Commanders tomorrow and move on to the NFC champion.
Done deal.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
I will make that. Can you make that happen. I'm
gonna make that happen. Oh my god, that would be
the best birthday present ever. Enjoy your weekend of football.

Speaker 6 (04:30):
Everybody I know yours is playing.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
Yeah, but yes, go Detroit Lions and go Buffalo Bills.

Speaker 4 (04:39):
I would love to see them go, go go.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
All of the above teams exactly scary.

Speaker 4 (04:44):
What's up with you today?

Speaker 7 (04:45):
You know there's one of these in every group, and
it's basically, when we're all having a good time, something
weird happens and it gets awkward, and there's that one
person who pulls out the phone and starts recording. In
this group, it's gone absolutely because I didn't even know
I was doing anything weird. But I was behind my
computer monitor and my head was bobbing up and down,

(05:06):
and because I was trying to fix something, a microphone
came loose a chord and I look up and I
see Gandhi recording me.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
I'm like, what are you doing? She goes, it looks
like you're doing something else.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
Yes, I'll certainly did so.

Speaker 4 (05:21):
I don't know, but anyway, but she is pure evil.
You are that person in our friend group.

Speaker 7 (05:26):
Your first instinct is, oh my god, I gotta get.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
This on video.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
I'm not evil because I don't post these things. I
save them and I send them to you on your birthday.
And I say, look, when I didn't.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
Post, sometimes you post one everyone.

Speaker 4 (05:37):
Every one one gets through the goalie, but I clear
it with them. It looked like it was bobbing for apples.
It was bobbing for Adam.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
I actually looked, God, what are you doing tomorrow night schedule,
So what you do in front of Gandhi, it will
end up on her phone probably.

Speaker 4 (05:59):
I love going around the room with you guys, all right,
