Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the Morning show. Uh now, let's go around the room.
I petition that we go around the room. Anyone who
gonna sign any finance? All right, we'll start with Froggy, Froggy,
what's on your mind today?
Speaker 2 (00:18):
You know, speaking of wanting to take care of things
in the office. They can't even clean out the refrigerator
here today. I brought a Gatorade zero into work and
it was a little warm. I wanted to make it colder,
so I put it in the refrigerator. I don't know
what is in the work refrigerator here in Jack's It
smells so bad. The plastic bottle of this gatorade smells
like what's in the refrigerator.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
And I can't drink out.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
So for those of you who want real silverware, no,
you don't trust me use the plastic stuff, because guess what,
nobody has not cleaned that properly and put it back,
and it's what it would smell like if it was
in the office.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
Here, James, So all right, I can't even drink out
of it. The bottle smells so bad. It's smell up.
Now the answer is a petition on the wall. I'm
my own refrigerator. Scary. What's up with you today?
Speaker 3 (01:02):
As the quality of the coffee cup has gotten cheaper
and cheaper over these years, at least the ones that
we use, it's gotten worse for the environment because I
have to now double up every morning it's too hot.
Just make one, make a quality cup. We should carry it,
and then I can only use one one cup a day,
not two cups. How many people are sitting right now
(01:23):
doubling up their cup because they're working with a cheap cup.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
I'm just have an idea. Why don't you bring your
own mug?
Speaker 3 (01:29):
Yeah, there you go, all right, and get away from
the paper.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
You get away from the paper. Okay, bring your own mug.
We got a dish washer koozy for my coffee, all right.
I'm just saying, all right, defeats the purpose. What's going
on with you? Nate? You know it worked yesterday.
Speaker 4 (01:45):
I talked about turning that time limit on for different
apps on your phone. It worked yesterday. Right around six o'clock.
I'm scrowling, boom, the thing popped up. You have reached
your time limit for today.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
And you know what I realized? All right, great time
to do something else.
Speaker 5 (01:59):
Nate the good old Nate Dog picked up his book
started flipping.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
There you go.
Speaker 5 (02:03):
I read four chapters last night. Nate Dog, living on
from good old Nate called yourself do Nate Dog in
the third person. In the third person, old Timer's up.
Time to go to the JAO station.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
I did, my god, Producer Sam save our show what's
going on?
Speaker 6 (02:29):
So if there's something you're curious about, or maybe you
want to learn something from people around you, it doesn't
hurt to ask. Today, we have a very sweet person
from another department and her name is Melanie, and she
just wanted to learn how production works.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
And I've been here for.
Speaker 6 (02:42):
Over ten years and I've never had someone ask that before,
like outside of interns. And she's sitting in with me
and she's just lovely. So, you know, ask someone in
your area if you want to learn something from them.
Speaker 1 (02:52):
Worse they're going to say is no, I love Engelin.
Thank you for spending time to do that. That's very nice.
No one's ever asked you how that works? No, I'm
I'm you know me, I don't want to know how
it works. Is if I know how it works, then
I have to do it. I don't want to do it, Danielle,
what's up with you today?
Speaker 7 (03:09):
So I love playing board games with my kids. And
do you guys remember that song Dumb Ways to Die?
It was actually an Australian campaign made by the Metro
Trains just basically telling you to be careful. And they
were like things like, you know, dumb Ways to Die,
don't use your private parts as a Piranha bait, you know,
like stupid things like that like that, don't two week
(03:29):
old on refrigerated pie. Well, now they have a board
game based on Dumb Ways to Die. I bought it
a Target and we are absolutely loving it. It's easy
to play, it's so much fun. I bought it to
take it to Nashville over New Year's and my son
and I are having the best time with it. So
it's a.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Little bonding thing, you know.
Speaker 7 (03:47):
If maybe if you put down the phones, get a
board game. This is a fun one, Dumb Ways to Die.
And the kids think it's it's great, So there you go.
Speaker 1 (03:55):
Hey, speaking of do you guys ever play is it
Rummy Cube? Is that what is called? Used to play that?
Speaker 5 (04:02):
Well?
Speaker 1 (04:02):
So I got this beautiful hand crafted wooden set like,
you can have six people play. Well, all the tiles
and things with the numbers on them. So I'm like, Alex,
let's play a game. We sat down and started looking
at the rules of this thing. I'm like, there's no way,
mars or is that something that It's a little less
complicated than that. But I like to play my million
(04:22):
my grandma all the time. Yeah, well I know it
has like one thousand and one rules. I'm like, well,
we're never ever going to be able to play. It's
like teach me how to play chess. You never do
you guys to play chess? No, really you do?
Speaker 7 (04:36):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Absolutely played chess. I try to learn, learn the moves
of each one of the pieces and what happened, well,
I think what happened. It's the same as learning a
new language. I hit that that year in my life
where I can't learn new you haven't.
Speaker 7 (04:50):
But chess is so sexy. When you watch someone sit
there and they're like push the other person's like piece
off the board and like take their spot, and then
they say something, I'm like, that's very sick.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
Wow. Start a petition for a chess room here at work.
We want a gaming room.
Speaker 7 (05:04):
Come on, let's don't stop at Chess Elvis.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
All right, let's roll over to Gandhi, Gandhi, what is
on your mind today? Today?
Speaker 8 (05:10):
It's a big day for me because my podcast comes

is totally self serving, so thank you for letting me do.
Speaker 6 (05:18):

Speaker 1 (05:18):
No, it's it's gonna be incredible. I'm so excited. Let's
not hype it up too much.
Speaker 8 (05:23):

build here, but if you can, you can like follow,
subscribe on any of the platforms where you get your podcasts.
We prefer iHeart, of course, but it's called Sauce on
the side. First episode dropping today. It will give you
a little notification when it's finally posted. And I'm really excited,
So thank you guys all for helping me out with everything.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
What is your What is your topic today? Today?
Speaker 8 (05:44):
I'm talking to a guy named Bertie Gregory, who is
the person who created a series on Disney Plus called
Oh Why am I blanking on it right now? Animals? Animals, animals, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
it's all about animals, but I want the exact name anyway,
It's he's fascinating and he follows all these animals around
and he talks about exactly how he sets it up
and some of the crazy things that have happened. Oh
(06:06):
maybe some things that have bitten him, not bitten him.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
It's awesome things that fascinate Gandhi. This is what her
podcast is going to be about every single time she
releases a new one. We're so excited. So it's also
on the side.
Speaker 8 (06:18):
That's a sauce on the side. Yes, and the series
is called Animals up Close by the way. Also, Andrew
has convinced me to start a little burn book in
my podcast of people who have pissed me off.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
So that's in there too. Good. Yeah, good, I hope.
What an honor to be listed in your burn book,
I think. So let's try it. Let's all try a
little harder to piss off Gandhi. Yes, make it to
my podcasts. Okay, So that's released date today. Congratulations. Can't
wait to hear it.
