Bookkish With Two K’s is more than just a virtual book club, it’s a place for bookkish besties. In this community books are better than movies, reading under the covers with a flashlight is a shared childhood memory, and FYPs are full of book recs. Every two weeks we will discuss a new book, either selected by Kaitlyn and Kendra or voted on by the bookish members of our community. Whether it’s listening to our podcast or chatting with us on our community pages we want to create a home where book lovers can connect, fan-girl, and discuss their mutual obsessions. We’re finally here to settle this once and for all, this book is not chick-lit or women’s fiction; in actuality, it’s a romance and can also be found under the title Every Summer After;)
Just kidding…kinda. This is definitely a romance AND released well in advance of the novel “Every Summer After” which many believe to be a blatant ripoff of this Christina Lauren book.

With magic that barely simmers, a romance that never sparks, and worldbuilding that contradicts itself more than the blood guard’s propaganda, we were left hexed, and not in a fun way.
In the end, the only thing truly hunted was our patience.
