The DSM Community Playhouse has named Chelsea Haaland as the new Executive Director.  Chelsea is alumni of both Hoover High School and UNI and most recently served as the related arts curriculum facilitator for the Waukee Community School District.  She said that for a theatre kid this is an amazing opportunity.
