Kootenai Church Sunday School: 2 Corinthians

Paul challenges the Corinthians to test themselves to see if they are in the faith. An exposition of 2 Corinthians 13:5-8.

Paul challenges the Corinthians to only boast of and in the Lord. Then, he must defend his apostolic authority and asks the Corinthians to indulge him as he does so.

Using a combination of teaching, sarcasm, and irony, Paul continues the defense of his ministry to the Corinthian Church. An exposition of 2 Corinthians 10:9-12.

Paul challenges the Corinthians to be ready to stand with him as he wars against false reasoning and speculations in the Corinthian church with Scripture and the truth of God's Word. An exposition of 2 Corinthians 10:5-8. 

Chapter 9 ends with Paul encouraging the Corinthians with the grateful response of the Jerusalem saints. They received the gift of money gladly. Chapter 10 begins Paul's defense of his ministry. 

Paul gives further instruction and encouragement to the Corinthians regarding their gift to the church in Jerusalem. An exposition of 2 Corinthians 9:6-13. 

Paul finishes his challenge to the Corinthians to take up the abandoned "bountiful gift" and he details how it will be delivered safely and honorably to the saints in Jerusalem. An exposition of 2 Corinthians 8:18-9:5.

Paul encourages the Corinthians to finish the collection for Jerusalem that they started a year previously. An exposition of 2 Corinthians 8:10-17.
