Speaker 1 (00:00):
But I got a story of a man who tried
to get onto a school bus and the Pewter Schools
yes in for Collins yesterday. He was arrested and there
was a tussle and the kids had to hide under
the seats of the school bus. A scary moment for
school bus writers in for Collins yesterday. I'll get to

(00:22):
that story post taste. Do we do that here in
just a moment. But the New York Post has a
really I think a good piece calling attention to what
we're experiencing here in the state of Colorado. It's amazing
what we know from surveillance tape that was released last
week about an apartment complex, a couple of buildings that,
according to Mike Kaffin, two or three buildings have been
taken over by these Venezuelan gang members. And Jared Poulas said, hey,

(00:45):
there's nothing to see here. Well, even the New York
Post is now recognizing with the Post editorial board has
a headline today. It's LinkedIn in my Facebook page, Facebook
dot com tesst Jimmy Lacky fan page quote Jared poult
this is the headline, Jared Polus gas lights on the
train Aragua takeover of Aura, Colorado department buildings. He's gas lighting,

(01:06):
saying it's not a big nothing happening. Here's all imagination,
even though it's all caught on tape. I want to
bring it back into someone we had last week on
the program, John Fabricatory, who used to be the field
director for ICE in the area Immigration Customs Enforcement. Now
he's running for Congress. He's got a lot of experience,
knows the history of these Venezuelan gang members that circulate

(01:27):
percolate right into states, including the state of Colorado, what
caused it, and again running for Congress now in the
sixth Congressional district. But he's on the hotline for a
return visit John Fabricatory. Welcome back, sir.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
How are you hey, Jimmy, Thanks for having me on again.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
I appreciate it. Help me understand. So, first of all,
the New York Post calling Governor Polos for gas lighting,
I think is right on par and everybody should know
that that's exactly what has been happening. But before we
get into just kind of this imaginary world of this
is not happening in front of us, I heard that
some arrest had been made that is Mike Kaufman had
alluded to some people out off the streets and the

(02:03):
rest have been made. But I'm not finding any detail
on who has been arrested, who were the arresting agency,
what are the charges? Best I could find as if
yesterday was some guy had a nickname of Cookie Monster,
But who are these people? Have a rest been made?
Why do we know John Fabricatory.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
Yeah, So I haven't been able to find any arrests either,
and I have a lot of connections in the community.
I haven't been able to find any arrest reports. Usually
when I hear that these things have happened, I go
down to the county or the city and I pull
any records that they have. I've been able to find anything,
So I don't know, you know, if those arrests were
made and they were transferred to another jurisdiction or a

(02:40):
federal agency, I don't know because I can't find any
You know, there were arrests made a couple of months ago.
The person that you're referring to, who people are calling
Cookie Monster, but that's really not his nickname. His nickname
is Galeta, which which roughly translates to cookie in Spanish.
So I mean, he was arrested him and him and

(03:01):
his brother tried to kill somebody. You know, they they
fired some guns, they assaulted some people. I mean, they
were terrorizing another apartment complex, not even the one that
we're talking about right now. They were terrorizing an apartment
complex on Nome Street that has since been shut down.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
And and the issue, Jimmy, really is that that these
these gangs have moved into Colorado, not just Aurora, into Colorado.
And I think people were just focusing on this apartment
complex because we had visible video information that had been
released that showed them with guns breaking into doors, and

(03:39):
you know, the governor and the mayor and some other
people are like, hey, this they're not they haven't taken
over the whole apartment complex. Like we're not saying that
that these guys have armored up this building and then
the police cannot go in.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
It's relatively quiet in the daytime in that area, and
it's just at night when a lot of the you know,
crimes come out, the prossitution, the drug dealing, drug trafficking,
you know, stealing the cars, everything else that goes on
in that area.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
The voice of John fabricatoris so last week the video
comes out. It's out there for all to see. Governor
Pola says, there's nothing to see here. This is all
part of Dan Zarinsky's imagination, which I'm like, no, it's
all part of the video here, Jared, it seemed like
for a while Mayor Mike Kaufman he kind of changed
his too, but he was more obsessed that these buildings

(04:28):
were managed by some out of state He called him
out of state slumlord, ignoring the problem that he had
that these that these people were extorting from people that
live there. So what is the status? Has anything changed
since these videos got released? I mean, supposedly arrests were made.
We can't find any arrests. We don't know what's going on.
Are these is anything different now than it was let's

(04:50):
say last time we talked, or last Thursday or Friday.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
Yeah, a lot, it's different. I've been to the apartment
complex multiple times since then. I've rolled up with with
journalists almost single day that are doing stories, you know,
showing them around and just kind of providing some oversight
and information for them. The area is quiet right now.
I mean there have been police journalists and you know,
all these TikTokers and you know, everybody else in that

(05:15):
area for the last six days, just trying to get
information walking through the area. There's every time I've gone
down there, there have been police cars down there. So
you know, of course the gangs are not going to
be there. I mean that that location was hot the
day that Danielle Jorinsky and I and a group of
other people moved that woman out of that apartment complex.

(05:35):
And the next day the police chief shows up with
twenty cops. Mayor Mayor Mike Coffin shows up two days
after that with twenty cops. So these gang members aren't
going to stick around the area. So it's it's a
lot quieter right now. But that doesn't mean that the
gangs have left. It just means that they're laying low,
you know, waiting for their next opportunity and you know,
waiting to do some harm to America somewhere else.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
Has it baffled you again, John Fabergactory, You used to
be a film record for ICE in the area Immigration
Customs enforcements, so you know this line of work very well.
When you hear a governor who's not that this shouldn't
be a part of this issue at all. But he's
on Team D and he's saying that this is nothing
to see here. You have a mayor who's on Team

(06:18):
R that has spent a lot of times, in my opinion,
bringing up topics that don't matter, like who owns the
building and are they in state or out of state?
That doesn't matter. The real problem are these people that
are here and are committing crimes in America? And why
are they here? How do they end up there? When
you hear these different sides kind of go down different

(06:38):
narratives from well it's out of state owners to it's
not really happening at all. What are you thinking? Because
they're missing the real point in my opinion, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
Both of them are missing the real Paul, Look, you know,
I have an RX in my name, you know, and
I'm not going to protect the mayor on this. I
think what he's come out with his narrative is horrible.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
You know.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
The governor is definitely much worse than that. You know.
I know Danielle Jorinski very well. She's a great voice
on the city Council and you know her whole thing
and going into this was to help this woman out
and get her out of that apartment complex. I think
what the governor did, trying to gaslight her and say
it was in her imagination, was irresponsible on his part
and just a failure of leadership. I think there's been

(07:22):
a failure of leadership, you know, both at the mayor
and the governor level. But the state is a sanctuary state.
These laws were voted in by Democrats in the Colorado
State House over the last ten years to keep local
law enforcement from working with ICE, to neuter ICE and
make sure ICE could not do their mission. And now
ten years later, this is the result that we have.

(07:44):
We have a state that cartels want to be in
because it's easier for them to operate. We have a
state where transnational criminal organizations are setting up shop because
they know it's easier to operate. And we're not going
to change as a state unless we start changing things
from the top out.

Speaker 1 (08:01):
John Fabricatory is my guest, John. So we know that
there's some more of a police presence at these apartment buildings.
You said every day journalists are around and cameras are around,
and police are kind of circulating around. So at least
for now, the GAG people that were walking those hallways,
climbing up those staircases. They're probably not going to show
up in the same way in the next day or so.

(08:23):
I just just said they're in hiding. They're still in
the state. They haven't departed. If no arrest have been made,
I mean, is anybody if the local authorities haven't made
any arrest, there's nothing documented there is ICE. Look is
ICE supposed to be moving in here? Is any It
seems like we just have this video and now we

(08:43):
have a bunch of police cars driving around, but no
one's been held accountable for breaking into those apartment buildings
and doing the things that we saw on video.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Yeah, you know, I'm sure that you know ICE has
been receiving intel and information ICE. The ICE spokeswoman, A
Lithia Smock, did release a statement saying that they were
aware that there were some made trend Aragua gang members
in the area and that they had identified some that
are currently in the ICE detention facility. So I know

(09:12):
that ICE is aware of the issue and probably trying
to work up a way that they can arrest more
of these individuals. But to be honest with Jim, you know,
I you know, I did law enforcement for a long time,
you know, almost thirty years. And it's just not about
going into this apartment complex and trying to arrest these guys.
Most of the guys we saw in that video with

(09:34):
those guns probably don't even live in that apartment complex.
They use the apartment complex to set up shop for prostitution,
to drug traffic. These guys normally don't live where they're
conducting business, you know, So it's going to have to
be you know, ICE is gonna have to have a
full scale investigation that's going to require DEA ATF because

(09:55):
of the guns, HSI, multiple agency operation to really start
taking down these guys. So I'm sure their their fingers
are in it right now. The threads are being uh,
you know, put on the put on the on the
board to to you know, kind of piece this all together.
But uh, you know this is this is gonna be
a long investigation to try to figure this out. And

(10:18):
that's what part of the problem is. You know, we
don't have a lot of time. You know, these guys
keep constantly moving into this area. And if they think
Colorado's lucrative, which it looks like it is, because they're
they're stealing guns, they're they're robbing jewelry stores, They're doing
all these other things. We're going to see more crime
and it's going to continue.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
Let's talk about this gang. What you you have been
not been with ICE for a couple of years. You
retired from ICE, but you were aware of this gang.
You're aware of these gang members? Uh, talk about the
I guess they're prominence in Colorado. What other states are
they're being attracted to? And how are they getting across
our border. It's you know, it's supposed to be poor

(10:56):
migrants coming across the border seeking asylum, looking a better life,
to raise their kids in a better place. These are
military aged young men that are now in our have
crossed our southern border. I'm guessing. Kind of talk about
this gag and how they got here.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Yeah, you know, I stay very in fault involved in
the issue. I have a consulting firm. I head down
to the border quite a bit. They are coming across
the border because this administration, the Biden Harris administration, has
made that border so poorous that anyone can come across,
and the processing and vetting that's going on at the
border by the border patrol is minuscule at this time,
there's hardly any vetting going on, and even if there

(11:31):
was a high level of vetting, border patrol would still
not catch these guys coming in because we don't share
information with Venezuela. So when these guys get fingerprinted down
at the border, if they get caught and they get
interviewed by the border patrol, the border patrol is being
told to rush them out of processing. So there's not
a lot of what I would call an interrogation intelligence

(11:53):
briefing going on to try to get information out of
these guys. It's a quick thirty minute processing. They take
their their fingerprint and they take a picture of them.
They try to match up biometrics on any crime information
that they have. But since we don't share information with
a lot of South American countries, we're not getting hits
back on these guys, and they're being allowed to just
enter into the United States with a notice to appear

(12:15):
to see a judge four to eight years down the road.
And this is the problem that we're going to continue
to have as more people come in here that don't
have job skills and their job in their country was
robbing and stealing their job in the United States, will
be robbing and stealing.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
John Fabricatory's my guess. I give you his website in
just a moment. He's actually running for Congress. Many of
you have the chance to vote for him in November
and replace Jason Crowe. Jason Crowse is sitting congressman in
CD six, John Fabricatory running against him. Let me ask
you their stories and from your days with Eisen, your
consulting firm. That Venezuela has emptied out their prison. They're

(12:53):
happy to see these guys whose jobs in Venezuela were
robbing and steeling. They're happy to have some of their
more affair as characters out of there because it's not
they're not going to bother them and they're not gonna
have to keep them in prison and feed them and
house them and things like that. Is there truth to that?
Is that really what Venezuela is doing, as far as
they're emptying out the worst of the dregs of their

(13:15):
society and sending them to hear Is that true or
is that just hyperbole in the world of politics.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
It's absolutely true. Jimmy, and I'm sure, I mean, you
know you and I are both older guys. I'm sure
you remember the Mario boat lift. It's exactly what Cuba did.
I mean, we went through this before. We went through
it in the eighties with Cuba releasing the dregs of
their society and in the Mario boat lift and thousands
of criminals from Cuba coming in. This is Venezuela is

(13:42):
doing the exact thing. They're following the blueprint. They sent
these guys up here to just like you said, to
get them out of their country. Actually, the crime rate
has gone down in Venezuela because they've sent most of
their criminals northward. And look, you know, these guys they
find United States lucrative. I mean there's I'll have to
steal here, there's a lot of money here, there's you know,

(14:03):
America has has a taste for narcotics and they are
they're going to be willing to serve that up. So
you know, we need to be very careful. We also
need to realize that Hesbla and Hamas have had training
camps in Venezuela since the early two thousands when Meduro
invited them in so he can make more money off
of them. So you know, we don't know who's coming

(14:23):
across that border from Venezuela.

Speaker 1 (14:27):
John fabricat toy, you spent years with the ICE. People
go to your website, but you're also running for Congress
because you're trying to speak some common sense to the
idiocy that is our current border policy. Real quick, plug
your website. Why are you running for Congress? And what
do you hope to have people hear you say about
our southern border international security?

Speaker 2 (14:48):
Yeah, so my website is John John Fabb the first
four letters of my last name, the number four, and
then Congress. So John Fabs for Congress. You can check
me out there. You can also follow me on AG
at John the letter E underscore Fabb. And look, you know,
I'm running for Congress because after I retired in twenty
twenty two, I got home and then I was pissed

(15:09):
off at myself because, you know, I felt like I'd
kind of given up. I didn't want to work for
this administration anymore because of what they were doing at
the border. And I said, John, you can't give up.
You got to get back in a fight. What can
you do? So I decided to run for Congress to
unseat Jason Crow. Because Jason Crow is left of the left.
He's more further left than AOC and Corey Bush. If
you look at his voting record, people don't know that,

(15:31):
they really need to look at how he's voting. I
plan to unseat him and bring some you know, some
neutrality and some you know. What's going on at the
border right now is ridiculous. Someone that has to be
an adult in the room. They get up there in Congress,
someone who's had boots on the ground, someone who's been
operational to say, this is what we have to do
to secure the border. And I believe that I'm the

(15:51):
person that can do it, and I plan on unseating
Jason Crow in November.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
Now, this immigration crisis in Aurora real quick has been
happening right in Jason Crow's backyard district. I don't think
we've seen much about Jason Crow. We've heard the gaslighting
of Jared Poulos. You've been on the forefront of Mike
Coffin's made some statements. Jason Crowe absent here.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
Jason Crow's absolutely apps and he's the invisible man. He's
a DC elite. He's hanging out up in DC. He
won't touch this with a ten foot poll because then
I'll have to answer all of the votes that he's
made in Congress against allowing immigration and ICE to do
their job. So you know he's going to continue to
be invisible to November. Hope his name carries him through
the election, and I plan on stopping that.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
John Fabricatory, give us your website one more time and
I'll give this interview posted up on my website here momentarily.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
It's John fab the number four Congress dot com. John
fab four Congress dot com.

Speaker 1 (16:42):
John Fabricatory, appreciate you hopping on the program, ladies and gentlemen.
A guy with ICE experience been going to that apartment
complex almost daily and there's your very latest. Isn't it interesting?
He also can't find any arrest information. They just kind
of float out there, but we think there's some arrest
been made, but nobody can and find the details of it.
Thank you, John Fabricatory for the latest information there. By

(17:05):
the way, if you want to be involved in a campaign,
it's one thing to cheer guy on listening to the radio.
It's another thing to donate to his campaign. Say it again,
it's another thing to donate to his campaign. I know
times are tough, but if you can help John fabricatory,
get across the finish line. The people affected by this
crazy border policy in Aurora right now are the poorest

(17:26):
of the poor living in that apartment complex being now
threatened and extorted by Venezuelan gang members. It ain't the
people that live in the gated community is to keep
that border open that are paying the price. It's the
people in the poor community of Aurora. God bless them.
I'll be back Lakey six hundred kco
