Speaker 1 (00:28):
All right, everybody, good to have you. A second hour
of today's broadcast is upon us, and Jimmy is my name. Pleasured, pleased,
and thrilled I am to be here and hopefully you're
feeling the same way about being where you're at. It's
Tuesday morning, the fifteenth day of October, a year of
our Lord, twenty twenty four, and again, glad to have
(00:51):
you here on the radio show. All Right, got a
couple of stories. We've got ballads flying all across Colorado,
and again, keep you educated on as much as we
can do the research, the down ballots, the up ballots,
and again I encourage you to not just vote for
the top the president, the congress people, those are the
easy ones, but you've got to kind of figure out
(01:12):
who a lot of times state legislators are, state senators,
you need to figure out propositions, amendment, county commissioners. I mean,
there's just a lot of different things on your ballot,
and you need to do the research and take some
time and be thoughtful, be methodical and vote. You're conscious
and yeah, vote, but these are long ballots, so we
(01:34):
want to give you as much information on this show
as possible. I'll play some audio in Just a Moment
with Leslie Hollywood talk about Mountain Lions Proposition one twenty seven.
I'm a no vote on that. But there's another issue
that I'll often say that a lot of times our
local government's got things wrong. We know, we can talk
about Fauci and we can talk about the COVID and
(01:56):
the devastation that happened nationally education shut down, but a
lot of that came back to the states. It came
back to governor Polus, came back to school boards, the
county commissioners, that came back to Pewter schools, et cetera.
And these people ended up affecting businesses and they ended
up not being friendly to small businesses. And you've seen
(02:16):
a lot of restaurants closed, and you see a lot
of businesses have been driven out. A lot of that
started with the suffering of shutting them down during the COVID. Well,
you would think that in the bounce back, you would
think that in the return as just trying to help
local businesses get back on their feet, that the strong
arm of government would have lightened up and that they
would not be heavy handed. Well, Tiffany Weber is a
(02:40):
owner of a local winery and a wine tasting room,
and she found out that the Larber County Board of
Commissioners was a little heavy handed. I wanted her to
tell her story because elections have consequences, and when you
put people on boards of commission or city council or
school board whatever, you put people on these boards that,
(03:01):
for some reason maybe seem a little power hungry, maybe
they don't really care about the local business. They just
want to get their point across. It ends up hurting
local businesses. So let me bring up Tiffany Weber, my
guest here in this segment. Tiffany, welcome to the program.
Thanks for taking time to be on today.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
Thanks Jimmy, good morning, Thank you for having me.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Good morning. First of all, I want you to give
the name of your business. You own the You own
a winery and a tasting room, and just kind of
familiarize what your business is and then we can kind
of get into your story.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
What. Yes, So, my husband and I own and operate
Blending the Winery. We are in North Fork, Collins, just
off of Overland Trail. We purchased that property in November
of twenty twenty.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
So Blending's Winery and you also have a tasting room there,
and that's kind of where the saga begins.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
Correct, that's correct. Yes, Yes, we've got a a winery,
a tasting room, and we do have a full operational
vineyard permitting there on that property is for manufacturing, so
we do grow grapes actually make wine there on property.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
So something happened, and it was just something happened that
there was a balloon that almost cost you your business.
And I want you to kind of tell this story.
A balloon, that's right, a balloon, a party balloon that
almost cost your business? What happened and give us the
details here?
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Sure, sure for a little bit of history. We are
in a rural residential area in Larama County, so it's
not like a downtown business. When you have a rural
residential operation, you need to go into the county and
prevent a business plan, proof of concepts, and have a
lot of studies done to make sure that this business
(04:53):
is viable in the area that you wanted in road studies,
traffic studies, septic studies, lots of different studies to make
sure that the business is okay where you're asking it
to be. This was all approved in twenty fifteen for
the property at Blending's Winery. So when my husband and
I purchased this in twenty twenty, it came along with
(05:14):
all of those permits. So with that, we have undergone
several different interpretations from the commissioners in Larimer County. One
of those when we purchased the business in twenty twenty
was that the business was no longer able to do
events to host events, So interpret that however you will.
(05:37):
That's what we were told by the county. Now keep
in mind from twenty fifteen to twenty twenty, they did,
they had events, they were able to operate as the
permit read. So with that, we opened up our business
in July of twenty twenty one under new ownership and
we're doing one essay. We were having customers and it
(05:59):
was a great time. We were learning the wine business,
really getting it and know and enjoy our customers. In
May of twenty twenty one, that was graduation week with
Carba State University and we had some reservations coming in
just for a tasting. But we on the property, it's
(06:21):
just under six acres, and what we've seen happened is
one of our customers this when of a regular came
in and they were meeting some family there. But she
tried a balloon to the front porch of our winery.
I'm the saying it was wayfinding for the rest of
the family, so they knew which building she was in.
But either way, that balloon, one of our neighbors took
(06:45):
a picture of it, sent it into the county, and
that balloon then signified that we hosted a private event
in our tasting room. That was interpreted by Larmer County
that we could not have the result of that was
the commissioner six.
Speaker 1 (07:03):
Months of operations because somebody put a balloon up there
to kind of say, hey, the graduate graduates in here.
Not a private event at all, just some family getting
together and people brought the person gifts. But you're not
hosting an event. You're just people had gathered on their
own and having a little wine tasting is a celebration,
but it's not an event you're putting on or hosting.
And that balloon some bad neighbor to snaps some photo
(07:25):
Larimer County boarding commissioners, so they went straight to a
six month business ban. Kind of talk about that. What
were the options, I mean, they didn't give you a
letter and ask for clarification. You didn't have your day
of adjudication. I mean they just kind of rendered their
verdict or what happened.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
Sure, so, yes, we did get a letter saying that
our license was under you know, they were looking at
revoking our license. They wanted us to come in explain
our side of the story. So we went in for
our day in court, if you will. We gathered all
of our evidence. I told my staff we were going
to be just fine. This is a normal day of business.
(08:04):
I gabted up all of the customers that we had
in We have plenty of ring footage outside to show
that customers were coming and going, grabbed our transaction reports
to show that there were multiple customers. I thought we
were going to have no issues whatsoever, No private events,
just the normal day of operation with one balloon that
(08:26):
was up for twelve minutes out front.
Speaker 3 (08:29):
Showed up in.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
Court, went in and the commissioners told us that, you know,
they trusted their staff, and their staff had reported from
our neighbor that we in fact did have a private event.
Code enforcement was there. They said that we had a
(08:50):
private event. I'm not sure if the commissioners even looked
at all of the evidence that we had submitted in
all of the ring cameras showing to walking in, but
they deemed us having a private event from that balloon
and we were shut down.
Speaker 1 (09:06):
So what what is your What was your recourse at
that moment you said you were shut down for six minutes?
Was this it was just a unanimous decision by the
Board of County commissioners. Was there anybody on that bord
of County commissioners that was on your side?
Speaker 2 (09:21):
Yeah, we were shut down for six months. We were
shut down from July until January, and there was some discussion.
John to Foulos was in favor of definitely a lesser penalty.
Jody shut up very much wanted a permit taken away.
(09:44):
She didn't want us to operate anymore. So there was
some discussion, but at the end it was a unanimous
decision that the balloon signified price event and we needed
to be punished.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
So was the punishment six months or did you get
out into Was this an appeal or do they say
you're going to do six months?
Speaker 2 (10:04):
Oh, there was no appeal on the process. That wasn't
even an option. It was six months of closure.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
Wow. Well, What does that do? I mean, that's you know,
a tasting room is part of your business, your business model.
What did that do to affect you? I mean, does
that that probably puts a little bit of strain on
your business?
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Oh? Devastated. That devastated our business. I had to go
back and tell our employees that we were shut down.
They all lost their jobs. We laid off twenty three
people that day. Yeah, it was horrible.
Speaker 3 (10:35):
It was horrible.
Speaker 2 (10:37):
Nobody could understand that was there that day that was
operating with us within the rules that we had been given.
Why why they were we getting shut down? It was
just an interpretation and just a reminder in our permit
it does not say that we cannot have private events
either event happen at all of the other winery private
(11:01):
events should be allowed. But at any rate, we were
oa with their interpretations, following their rules, and it was
just another day of operation. But it just brought up
a lot of questions on overreach and government overreach and why.
Speaker 1 (11:20):
Larimer County Border Commissioners. If you don't know, if you
live in Larimer County, you should know, it's only three people.
It's three people that basically decide the it's not like
a committee of nine. A lot of commit counties have
larger border commissions. These are three people that really have
undue influence and power, and if they have tyrannical influences
or tendencies, then they're going to use this power. But
(11:41):
broker box of three people in such a huge county
to do nasty things. You said, John Cafollis was for
a lesser penalty, but Jody Shaddock McNally was the one
in District three that was really I mean she she
wanted to shut you down, even though you had video
that this balloon stayed up for twelve minutes. You have
ring camera photo and Tody Shattick McNally wanted to drive
(12:01):
your ass out of business.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
Well, she said several times during that meeting she needs
to be punnished. We need to punish her. She had
a private event punish her. At one point she even
talked about battling our grapes out. She she wanted us done.
It was it was pretty heavy handed. It was really
really sad, and I really questioned the interpretation. It was harsh.
Speaker 1 (12:28):
Yeah, that's amazing. You have a Board of county commissioner
is not gonna say punish this business owner. Punisher, punisher,
she had a balloon up, but she actually on the
record and we have audio that that's a public meeting
of Jody Shaddick McNally threatened to go in and wanted
to go to the backco and destroy your grapes.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
That came up at the meeting. But yeah, during during
the audio video of the commissioner's meeting with that land use, yeah,
she was definitely for punishment.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
Well, uh, the there is an election coming up in November,
and Jody Shaddick McNally, I believe it is on the
ballot in Larimer County. I'm guessing that she's not going
to receive your vote there for the county commissioner to
be returned to the seat because those are tyrannical like
of she should be. How do we work with businesses?
How do we make things work? As opposed to threatening
to backo up their grapes and drive amount of biness
(13:22):
of business. It doesn't sound like that's what the person
you want as a county commissioner that's saying we've got
to punish this business owner.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
Right, the residents of Laramer County deserves small businesses to
be able to visit in Larimer County small businesses, we
generate tax dollars we paid commercial taxes. You know, we
also help generate into the revenue for Larimer County. And yes,
we need business friendly commissioners in Larimer County. When small
(13:56):
businesses are thriving, drive and we want that for Laramer County.
And that's why you take a stand.
Speaker 3 (14:04):
And just.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
Voters in Laramer County deserve to know. They need a
piece under the bed sheets too. They need to understand
what's going on with these commissioners any hearing, because it's
not in the name that people get to see this stuff.
But if they bring it to the attention and let
people know what's going on, maybe, just maybe they'll take
a second look when they're looking at that ballot and
(14:28):
think about business owners in Larama County.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
It's District three. Jody Shaddig McNally is the one and
I can post up I think we found the YouTube
here of her screaming. Ave must be punished. And you
just have to ask yourself because people a lot of
times will ignore the ballot issues and they'll ignore county commissioners.
But if you live in Lara Mer County, You've got
three people that if any of those three or two
of those three have tyrannical like tendencies like I've seen
(14:54):
on display from the aforementioned businesses, are in trouble there.
I mean, if she has a personal vig data. By
the way, did you have any personal interaction? Do you
know why she was so heavy handed and why she
wanted to literally destroy you and she didn't even think
twice about causing you to lay off twenty six people
in one day? Was there any clues to what made
(15:16):
her man?
Speaker 2 (15:18):
I've had no personal interaction with Jeddy's shot up at all.
We operated the business within the guidelines and just so
you know, to Jimmy, after we opened back up after
our six months purnishment, we opened back up in May,
they came back in July and told us they taken
(15:39):
another reinterpretation of our permit and this time the reinterpretation
of our special permit meant that we could only have
eleven cars per day at our location.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
Well, and this is again three people that have undue
influence and power, And why that commission board is not
large to get more voices, I don't know, but unfortunately
that magnifies the voice of people like Jody Shattick. Tiffany Weber,
I appreciate you coming on the program. I will let
people know that that's District three, and again just try
to educate people. You've got a ballot in Larimer County
(16:15):
and you might want to skip the Board of County Commissioners.
Don't do it. There is an alternative candidate on there.
I'll try to get Jody Shattick on the program. I
see if she'll reach out to her, see if she'll
come on the program. But there is a candidate running
in District three. His name is Ben Asked been Asked
or Askedy, and he's he's running in District three and
(16:37):
running against Jody Shattick. Just an FYI, that's an alternative
on your ballot. Tiffany. I appreciate your You're coming on
the program. And if folks want to learn more about
your business, it's Blending's Winery. Is there a website, Yes's
Winery Blendingswinery dot com. Tiffany, I appreciate you coming on
the program today. Thank you very much. And let me
reach out to Tiffany to Jody S. Shattick and see
(17:00):
if she'll come on the program. But Ben. His name
is uncle Benny I think is signs say and he's
we'll reach out to him, get him scheduled up on
the program as well. But again it's just drawing your
attention to what can happen. Appreciate Tiffany Weber being on
the program. Their website Blendingswinery dot com. Blendingswinery dot com.
And we'll follow this again, just trying to educate you
(17:23):
as the options you have on your ballot, and don't
skip some of these lines. Don't skip them. I've seen
the video of Jody Shaddock. It's an unhinged person. Punish him,
punish him. They need to be shut down, driven out
of business. Yeah, I'm surprised. Motor. Her middle name is Karen.
(17:45):
I'll be back lakey six hundred case col All right,
(18:31):
here we go. Nice to have you. Are you happy
to be here? And you get gratitude right? That's what
I have to do every morning, get tratitude right. You're
happy to be here? Well, yes, master, I'm very excited
to be here. Head off to serve the corporate lords,
my friend and joy that's what we do. Good to
(18:52):
be here, You're good to be there. Everybody's happy. All right,
that's a crazy I've got to post this video of
of this Jody Shattick on the Larimer County Boarder commissioners.
Can you believe that some commissioners ain't punisher? Punisher and
it's a winery, it's a vineyard, and you know, because
(19:13):
they had a balloon up, we ought to get the
back home. This is a woman that's got anger issues,
to be quite honest, this is a this is These
are the types of people you've got to be careful
about putting an office, and elections have consequences. Again, you
can have different viewpoints and you can whatever, but when
you're threatening a business to we have to take your
license away because of a balloon, or we're going to
(19:33):
show up with backos. And I mean, that's the kind
of stuff that you find in regimes that are not
necessarily supposed to be housed in the United States of America.
Maybe Jody Shattick has another background outside of the US.
To have that type of behavior and response is really
kind of pathetic and sad. And again I only highlight
(19:55):
this because some of you would skip your Laramber County
Boarder commissioners. You'd say, I don't know who to vote for?
You figure it out. I could tell you if I
lived just this video alone. I know nothing about Jody Shattick,
but this video alone of her in the Border County
commissioners acting this way would tell me, I'm sorry, no
way in hell. You shouldn't have any authority anywhere. You
shouldn't be dog catcher. Can you imagine that if she
(20:17):
was a dog catcher, how she would react to a
dog she got angry with. I mean, if she would
be this angry with the business owner who employs twenty
six plus people and threatened to back hoe a vineyard.
What kind of thuggery is that by Jody Shattock? I
just really, I mean, just the video alone is disqualifying
(20:37):
for any future office holding. In my humble opinion, I
don't live in Lamber County. I don't have a dog
in the fight. But it really is. It really is pathetic,
honest to God, very pathetic. Let me post the video
just as you'll speak, you'll speak for itself, and see
her anger and just think, I mean, this is these
(20:59):
are constituents, her citizens, that pay the taxes of Larimer County,
and this is her out unhinged and out of her mind,
and it really is embarrassing. And I don't know if
she's I don't know if she's family or what I mean.
I can't imagine she's got to fight with her spouse. Here, Lord,
she got a backup? Does she have a back hoe?
Because if I were her husband, I'd be very scared
(21:19):
a back hoe. Woman got a back hoe, she's threatening
to use it. So I wonder if she's threatened to
use her backco before. All right, good to have you.
I don't know anytime you got a woman saying I
got a back hoe and I'm going to back hoe
your vineyard. I don't know what else she's to use
that back hoo for. I don't know. I don't know.
All right, rock it's always dangerous. That's not a good
(21:41):
thing to lead with on your first day. Uh it is?
Or anything of the prenup bs I get to bring
the back ho into the marriage. Well, I'm sorry, that's
probably a bad sign if you're planning on that. All right,
Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic, let's talk about that. Can we
do that? I think we can. Gentlemen, if you've ever
a moment of failure to perform, any man that's ever
(22:05):
had that moment goes so yeah, don't want to ever
have that repeat again. There's a lot of different causes
that can have a man of any age or just
a lot of things can happen. It could be just
a random thing, could be a drinking You never know.
But if it happens again and again and you're like,
oh gosh, you dread the moments of intimacy, now you're
pushing them away. You have so much anxiety because of
(22:28):
you want to be able to perform, but you don't
want that embarrassment that you feel of not being able
to perform. You want to put your best self forward,
and all of a sudden you can. A lot of
guys try the pills, and a lot of guys try
herbals and that works for some guys. A lot of
guys have side effects, headaches, They don't work, and then
they get frustrated even more. They're like, well, that's my
only hope and the pills didn't work, So I guess
(22:48):
I'm never going to be intimate again because I'm too afraid.
Too much anxiety. Guys, stop listen to me now. Rocky
Mountain Men's Clinic has helped thousands of guys overcome that anxiety.
A lot of guys performing now like they haven't performed
in years. Guys are back in the game. You don't
have to You don't have to push that relationship away,
those intimate moments away. Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic going to
do a little bloodwork, medical consultation, if medically advise, even
(23:11):
some testos depending on the solution. If the testos doesn't work,
your office visits free again. Thousands of guys just like
you and I have been helped by Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic.
A lot of guys performing like they haven't performed in years.

Rockymountain Men's Clinic dot com. Be sure to mention Jimmy
Lakey when you make the appointment, Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic
(23:32):
dot com. All right, we talked about Jody Shaddock and
the Board of County Commissioners. Again, just highlighting things that
are on your ballot. Another thing that's going to be
on your ballot in the state of Colorado is the
glorious propositions at it's Proposition one twenty seven is one
I'm a no vote on, and it's the hunting of
mountain lions. And I pointed out of this conversation I
had yesterday with Leslie Hollywood, that there's no kiddy cat's
(23:54):
going to be saved. I'll be always save the kitty cats.
Now they're going to still be killed because they have
to call the herd or they have to manage the
population is just going. They're going to hire contractors or
CPW is going to be out there and they're going
to take care of it. But Proposition one twenty seven
is one of those things is not thought out. It's
biology by ballad box. And I asked Leslie Hollywood yesterday
and you can find the full interview at my website
(24:16):
Jimmy Lakey dot com. I said, Leslie, first of all,
we always need to know somebody put this on a ballot,
who put this on the ballot, how is it there?
And this is how that conversation started yesterday with Leslie
Hollywood about proposition one twenty seven.
Speaker 3 (24:28):
So proposition one twenty seven a wood band of a
hunting of mountain lions bobcats and Canadian links here in Colorado.
It's important to understand that it's already federally illegal to
hunt Canadian links, so that one really just shouldn't have
never even made it this far. This proposition is actually
being promoted by the proponents of it, the people supporting
(24:49):
it as a trophy hunting ban. They're trying to act
like mountain lions and bobcats are just are only hunted
for trophy and never for food things like that. And
it's also another thing that's super important for people to
understand is that trophy hunting in Colorado is actually already illegal,
especially of these big cats. If somebody were to actually
(25:11):
get a big cat a mountain lion during one of
their hunts, the edible components of that cat must be
harvested for human conception. They cannot They cannot trophy hunt.
So it's very very misleading. And initially the language in
it did include trophy hunting language, and that did get
removed through some challenges to the title board. So this
(25:34):
got on to the ballot, as you know, basically a
citizen initiative, but it had a lot of big money
behind it, and one of the people who is behind it.
His name is Wayne put Sully and he is the
former CEO of the Humane Society of Colorado, and he
helped get the same initiative pass in California. When he
was passing it in California, this is what he had
(25:56):
to say, and I think these words are incredibly important.
He said, we are going to use the ballot box
and the democratic process to stop all hunting in the
United States. We will take it species by species until
all hunting is stopped in California. So we will take
it state by state. So here we have somebody who
(26:16):
has already used his influence and his money to push
this and get it past. And only one other state
has ever done it, which is California. And now he
is doing what he promised to do. Whatses take it
state by state, and now they have come to Colorado
to try to do this.
Speaker 1 (26:33):
The voice of Leslie Hollywood, we're talking about Proposition one
twenty seven, which would ban mountain lion hunting. Leslie. One
of the things I've been telling my listeners, and I
think I'm correct here, is that Colorado Parks and Wildlife
manages all sorts of they're the ones who issue these
licenses or tags so that you can go hunting, and
they do so based on how they need to manage
(26:53):
the population. And anybody that votes for Proposition one twenty seven,
it doesn't mean that the poor kitty Kitty's not going
to get killed. It's just going to put the managing
of that population back in the hands of Colorado Parks
and Wildlife. Those cats are still going to be managed,
They're still going to be exterminated, if you will, but
it's just going to be one more thing Colorado Parks
and Wildlife has to do, because that's what they do.
(27:14):
They manage the population of wildlife. Am I correct?
Speaker 3 (27:18):
You are correct? So, yes, Colorado Parks and Wildlife is
responsible for actually it's about eight hundred and eighty or
I'm sorry, nine hundred and sixty. They're responsible for managing
nine hundred and sixty different species of wildlife in Colorado.
Only eighty of those are huntable, and the huntable eighty
actually helped protect the under the other of those nine
(27:39):
hundred and sixty species so that we can continue to
have a very diverse wildlife population and comfort.
Speaker 1 (27:46):
That was my interview. I'm going to stop it there
because I was said yesterday with Leslie Hollywood, very informative
about the role of Colorado Parks and wildlife in what
they do, and she goes on to say, yes, the
mountain lions are if you ban it, it's just going
to make Colorado Parks a wildlife go out or they're
going to hire contractors. They're still going to have to
take care of that many, that many mountain lions every
(28:09):
year with bobcats, they're gonna have to take care of it.
It's a no vote on Prop One twenty seven. It's
on your ballot, and the person who put the money
behind it is has confessed in writing that that there's
really their objective is to is to ban all hunting,
and they're going to do one ballot, one species at
a time. Everybody stand by Laky six hundred k col
(28:55):
All right. It's interesting how people try to motivate people
to get out to vote. I don't know anybody that's
maybe I'm wrong. Maybe you know a man that would
not vote for a woman in any way to be president.
I have no problem with that. I'm no problem at all.
It's just, uh, it's got to be the right woman.
But right now, what Obama is out over the weekend
(29:17):
saying if you if you the black men is you
black guys are not really kind of the same thing.
You're not really black, or you're afraid of a woman
as a black man, you can't be afraid of a
black and a lot of responses have been negative that
a lot of guys saying, listen, I'll vote for a woman.
I'm just not that one. So it's but the shaming
is out there that for some reason, if you don't
want to vote for uh said candidate, you must be
(29:39):
a sexist. And I don't know of any guy that
that I know of they would hesitate to vote for
a woman to be the president. It just depends on
who the woman is. And I'm sure there's somebody out
there that would have a tough time the same way.
There's probably a woman out there that said, if I
have a choice between a man and a woman, doesn't
matter the policy, I'm only going to vote for the woman.
I'm sure there's some women out there that think that way,
and I'm sure there's some man out there. But I
(29:59):
think buy and large most guys or would not be
that I know the mainstream would not be hesitant to
like a woman president, if it's the woman that they
supported the policies of, but they try to divide it
into sexism and Obama's doing. It's been received very negatively
reading some of the blogs and some of the comments
out there. Even people say, listen, it's not about her
(30:22):
as a woman, it's not about her gender identity. It's
about the policies and who she is. So it's a
shaming going to work. I don't know, but they're definitely
in shaming mode out there to try to get people
to vote and question your judgment if you're not willing
to vote the way they want you to. Listen. Are
you selling your home? Maybe a bit, but I got
some questions. You've been kind of worried. You know, it's
(30:43):
time to move on, downsize, upside, move in state, out
of state, across town, uptown, whatever you got to do. Listen.
Rob Kittle, first of all, has the answers could probably
keep you up at night. Give him a call. He
also has a program where you can pretty much meet
any need. If you want to buy your buy a
home now and didn't worry about selling years later. He's
got a program for that. You want to get top dollar,
(31:05):
you're ready for the open house. You've got a repair
to the house looking tiptop. Maybe you've got a house
here like I don't even have time to fix this
thing up. Can we just give me an offer? Listen,
you go to this website here, you an instant cash
offer Robkittle dot com in sixty seconds or less. Give
him seventy two hours. He can get you a couple
of competing offers for you. Let him put that home
selling system and get top dollar for your home. Listen,
Rob Kittle's who I would call if I was going
(31:27):
to sell the house of Laky today. And I mean
this sincerely, before you even consider calling another realtor, call
Rob Kittle. Go to Robkittle dot com right now. You
can get that instant cash offer with just a couple
of clicks Robkittle dot com. And again, sixty seconds or under,
you're going to have an instant cash offer. But his
home selling system, if you want to do that, is
a whole different level. The average agent spends a couple
(31:48):
of hundred bucks on marketing. Rob Kittle spends thousands, so
he's got buyers. He knows how to sell those home
for top dollars. Last year he sold five hundred and
seventy five homes, and yet when you list with Rob
Kittle and the Kittle team, you'll feel like you're his
only client. He's my guy. Again. The call I would
make if I was selling the house of Lakey today
is Rob Kittle. He's my friend. Rob Kittle dot com.
Portion of his every transaction goes to charity. He's even
(32:11):
built homes for our organization or foundation in Rwanda for widows.
He's built some homes. He's a very great guy. Rob
Kittle dot com, K I T T L E. Rob
Kittel dot com. His website is Rob Kittel dot com.
I'd call nine seven zero get sold. You got questions,
talk to him Rob Kittle dot com, Robkittle dot com,
and you're tell him Jimmy Lakey's talking about him on
(32:32):
the radio, robkittl dot com. All right, next hour of
the show, we'll continue to bring you up to date
on a couple of candidates that are going to be
on your ballot. Again, I'm just trying to give you
information on your ballot and if you are running out there,
I'd love to have you on tomorrow. We have confirmed.
Ben asked. I think that's how I say his last
(32:52):
name asked a ste or Askedy. I'm not exactly sure.
Uncle ben I think he goes by on his yard signs.
Uncle Benny's running in District three against that Jody Shaddock. Lady,
we all have been on tomorrow, a little confirming of
a guest there again, from county commissioner to the president
to the dogcatcher. Make sure you know who you want
(33:13):
to vote for, and listen. It's a privileged to vote.
It's a privileged to vote in this great country. So
make sure you do all right, Laky six hundred kcol
stick around. More to come.
