MOTOsport fills the need for a heavily biased, midwest American perspective on Formula 1. Join Carl and Josiah Matsumoto and on-air producer Jared Thompson as they discuss the chicane of drama that is F1.

It's the Hungarian GP!
The paddock was all a buzz leading up to this GP because the honeybadger is back. We're glad to see Daniel, but we do feel like Nyck's time was cut short.
HAMILTON ON POLE!!!
There were plenty of winners (most notably McLaren) and plenty of losers (rough one for Alpine).
Question of the day: What cross-promotion would you like to see with F1 (inspired by all the Barbenheimer x F1 promo content over the weeke...
It's our Silverstone episode!
The iconic Silverstone GP is always a good time and this year's race weekend was no exception. We had plenty of paddock rompers - most of them being middle-aged Hollywood men (hello Brad Pitt, Ryan Reynolds, and Rob McElhenney) - as well as some swirling rumors put forth by F1's resident Gossip Queen, Helmut Marko. FYI, this ep was recorded BEFORE Marko made the call to officially axe De Vries.

Behold our Austria episode!
It was a sprint weekend, which means there were ample opportunities for the FIA (our resident losers) to bestow track limit penalties before, during, and after the actual race. Aside from track limits, we discuss the usual topics: biggest winners, losers, and driver of the day!
As far as news goes, our new segment "Get the heck outta my head...lines" features some truly confusing and terribly written F1...
Just more about our Spanish Grand Prix experience. No editing on this one!
The wait is over! Behold the Spanish Grand Prix recap ep. Among the usual segments, Carl and Josiah discuss their top 3 moments from attending the Grand Prix IN PERSON!!!! Just as important is our discussion around what ice cream flavor/treat each driver would be based on their personalities. Unsurprisingly Jared and Carl came prepared with bullet journal notes and Josiah did not...see whose answers you agree with more!
There wil...
We are thrilled to say that Monaco was not boring! fyi 2/3 of us are overseas, so we did things a bit differently this ep. BUT we still get to all your favorite segments. For zz in the news, we were light on misbehavin men, but still had plenty of paddock rompers. As always, we discuss Monaco's biggest losers, winners, and the driver of the day. And the question of the day is...if you had to choose two drivers to bring with you on ...
HELLO and WELCOME TO OUR MIAMI GP EPISODE
Miami is famously in America, so naturally the weekend was fraught with CRINGE moments. But the race itself, while understated, was quite enjoyable. NO DNFs! The home team Haas made us proud and K-Mag came through with that Chipotle point...#driverforthepeople. The melancholy Monagasque lost out along with fellow "M" folks McLaren and Mercedes (sorta).
We refined the Zoom Zoom in the news ...
After a looooooooooong break early in the season F1 finally returned. We raced in Baku, Azerbaijan's capital, and while it wasn't the most eventful race, we still had plenty to discuss.
Zoom Zoom in the News featured A LOT of juicy, juicy content. We discuss misbehaving men in the world of F1 (Pit Stop Boys, FIA President, etc.) and get into some wildly entertaining rumors and fan theories...do Lewis Hamilton's thirst traps have t...
We raced in Jeddah and there was drama! As always, we discuss the weekend's biggest losers, winners, and highlights. "Pole Sitter Perez" becomes "Pole Finisher Perez", Red Bull has a marketing issue, the Ferrari boys seem very unhappy, we feel bad for Alonso, and also, who is even on Facebook anymore? (besides Jared - check out Jared's Facebook...if you dare)
Thank you for sending us listener questions! This week we discuss which d...
join Carl, Josiah, and Jared as they discuss the opening race weekend of the season! things in this ep: Otmar is a Minnesotan #MinnesotaMoment, heated debate over whether we'd do a shoey, Aston AND Martin looked hot this weekend, so many 'biggest losers', and Jared is beating us all in our fantasy league.

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
