Doobles Talks... TA and Recruitment

Tech Recruiter Mark Deubel, better known as Doobles, is a military veteran (Navy&Airforce), a former engineer, project engineer, team lead, manager, and hiring manager that has spent more than 20 years in Tech before he became a Technical Recruiter. He looks at recruiting through the eyes of the candidate, the hiring manager and most importantly through the eyes of an engineer. In this episode we are talking about an issue we are all dealing with at this moment. Hiring and interviewing recruiters! How do we interview recruiters? What questions do we ask and WHY? What does a good process look like and how do we deal with take-home-assessments. A practical episode for both hiring teams as candidates.

As usual this show is about my personal opinion and it does not reflect that of my employer.
