English Club
Hello everyone to the English Club, I am Shivam from Aldie, Virginia. I am a 4th grader. I am bilingual. In my day to day life I learn lots of things about English from my parents, friends, teacher and books. I want to start a podcast on my learning and how I learn English and I would like to share this wealth of knowledge with others. This podcast will interest anyone that likes English, history, and culture. The podcast will have three sections, first some novelty words that are very interesting and intriguing second, some historical context with English language could be facts or how English changed the history or history regarding English, for the third section we will look at some grammar.

English is the only major language that doesn’t have any organization guiding it. French has the Académie Française, Spanish has Real Academia Española, and German has Rat für Deutsche Rechtschreibung. These organizations are responsible for controlling the evolution of their respective language in terms of usage, vocabulary, and grammar. That’s why I am happy doing podcast on English
