Maddi’s Fight
Welcome to my podcast channel! My name is Maddi (formerly known as Mathew), and I am a proud member of the LGBTQIAP+ community. I recently came out as non-binary, and I use they/them pronouns. As a trans femme individual who grew up in a religious household, I know firsthand the challenges that many people face when it comes to expressing their true selves. On this podcast, we will be discussing a variety of issues related to the anti-LGBTQIAP+ bills being passed across the country. These bills threaten the rights and safety of many individuals within our community, and it is crucial that we speak up and take action.

In this first full episode of Maddi's Fight, we explore a brief history of Drag in the USA. While we have hundred of Anti-LGBT bills in different State Legislatures, and an Anti-Drag bill in Tennesse, I feel we need to address the history of Drag in the USA, specifically during WW2.
