latest use this hour in just four minutes. The victims
in today's Hudson River helicopter crash in New York have
been identified. Augustin Escobar, president and CEO of the technology
company Siemens in Spain, his wife, their three children, and
the pilot were killed after the helicopter went down this afternoon.

Witnesses say the chopper broke apart before it went down
and overturned. On social media, President Trump called the crash
terrible and said the footage of the accident is horrendous.
The Supreme Court is ruled that the Trump administration must
facilitate the release of a Maryland man wrongly deported to
a prison in Al Salvador. In the ruling today, the
court both granted and rejected a DOJ emergency request that

contested Kilmar Abrego Garcia be returned. The decision means Garcia
does not have to immediately be returned due to a
judge and posed deadline expiring, but that the Trump administration
has to be prepared to share what it can concerning
