Jersey mayor is speaking out after he was arrested by
ICE agents during a protest in Newark. Newark Mayor Ross
Baraka said he was targeted by the Feds after his

writ of habeas corpus can be suspended in a time

of invasion. The writ of habeas corpus allows for a
person's detention by the government to be challenged. The Trump
administration has been at odds with some judges who have
blocked certain deportations. Miller said Trump's decision would depend on
the actions of the courts. The Treasury Secretary says the
federal government could hit its debt limit as soon as August.
Scott Bessant told congressional leaders Friday they need to increase

or suspend the debt limit by mid July or else
the government won't be able to pay its bills. Warning
acts as a deadline for Congress to pass President Trump's
