(02:11):
Tree Dispensary in Lake Elsinore, California aka Eric's Vadio. I
love it, I love you Know it's funny is our
show is huge in Lake Elsinor Like Lake Elsinore is
one of the cities that really listens to this show
as I get to all these demographic breakdowns and he's
a man of many hats. And when we say many hats,
you guys, this dude goes from zero to one hundred

(02:32):
and forty six like real fast. Let me start off
by mentioning that he has a seven time National Car
Racing Champion, a two time World Car Racing Champion, and
in two thousand and six, Darren officially became the fastest
sprint car driver in the world by running a lap
of one hundred and forty six point one four five

(02:53):
miles per hour at the Iowa Speedway. Give it up
for this crazy son of a bitch right here, I
mean im blues driving a hundred in his big truck.
I get a little scary sometimes as he's dipping in
it out of traffic. I can't imagine what that feels like.
After a lifetime of competitive racing, he still manages and
to be successfully as he's built several companies and sell

(03:15):
his first company, open his own dispensary, and create the
Fight Foundation, which hopes to fight and help fight, excuse me,
the battle against opioids. Check him out online at Darrenhagen
Racing dot com. And if you're in the Lake Elsinore area,
please stop by the Healing Tree. It's over there at
four eighty third Street in Lake Elsinore, and the website

(03:38):
for that one is the Healing Tree dot Com for
all your cannabis and hemp needs and here to tell
us more about themselves, and of course they're big dispensaries
that they have. Give it up for both of these gentlemen,
Darren and Chase him in the building. You guys, thank
you so much for joining the show and coming on
with us. It's two guys that actually deserve their own
shows by themselves, so we're gonna try to have some

(03:59):
fun with both of you at the same time. But
give us a little history, Darren. As I started talking
about you. Where are you from? And how did you
come up with all this good stuff? Yeah? Kind of
a crazy story, crazy life, crazy life and born in Riverside, California.
I graduated from Woodcrest Christian two years early as a

(04:20):
sophomore praiser. Lord moved to Indianapolis at sixteen years old
to become a race car driver. Was told no about
a lot of things and figured out how to make
that no into a yes. Hell yeah, Yeah, just crazy life.
How does one even get into race car driving being
from the ie, being a Christian boy like that? I mean,
that's how does it happen? Yeah? At the time, my

(04:41):
dad didn't own his own company, and he had a
boss that let us kids come race for him. Ended
up winning seventy four of eighty six goat car races
and said, hey, let's go racing back East. They can
race four nights a week. I went back racing four
nights a week, and you know, it was told no
by Toyota. I walked into Toyota's race shop and they
told me no, we can't. You know, we don't develop drivers.

(05:03):
We buy them. Three years later, they hired me from ours.
Yeah that Liberty Village, Don Fike's race team, and I
end up going back to Don Fike and winning him
six national titles. I quit him and went back to
Ford and got signed on by Great Clips and they're
out of Minneapolis haircut company, and they took me through

(05:23):
my career. Wow, it's amazing. You know, It's funny is
lately this has just been an analogy that I use
and I tell people, you know, stand your path right like,
and I said, because a race car driver will be
going around a corner in one hundred and forty hundred
and fifty miles an hour and if they look, you know,
anywhere off of their path, there could be catastrophic death. Right.

(05:43):
You can't like take that second and go like what's
over there? You only have that split second. So you know,
it's funny that you come in and you're you're sharing
this story with this because you know, I M I
may have heard it before, but it really resonated with
me today, you know. And I know you guys um
you know, have a deep you know um conversation to
go into. But I don't want to dive into that
yet I want to go back further and say, you know,

(06:05):
like what's what who who? Who are you? And what's
like what's your favorite movie? Like you know, who are you?
As a you know, a young kid growing up, you know,
before the race car driver, like you know, you know,
tell us about that. Yeah, young kid growing up. I
just went to Woodcrest School, you know, played a little soccer. Um.
At eleven years old, I really got into the racing world.
So that was it were a race car driver. Since

(06:26):
you're a kid then, yeah, so I knew nothing. They
molded were They kicked me out at UM. I you know,
we went and got down. We went and got fake
driver's license and birth certificates, and I raced an older class.
You know, I didn't feel like it would be cheating
to go race a six and eighteen year old class
being fifteen where it would be. I think it would

(06:48):
be cheating if you race eighteen going down to the
fifteen year old class. Sure, so they end up kicking
me out. I was leading the points and insurance someone
turned us into insurance. They kicked me out of racing. Um,
So I went and played soccer for a little bit,
and then when I got of age, went back, came back. Yeah,
so you snuck your way in, We snuck our way.
You win while you were at that age. Yeah when
when in the nationals and at fifteen supposed to be

(07:10):
eighteen to race fifteen years old, it was about one
hundred and twenty six mile an hour. That's great at
fteen And how do you how do you get that?
You know that craziness? Yeah? Who who? Who? Where do
you get the balls? Yeah? Who taught you how to drive?
You know at eleven years old? You don't know any different, right,
And that that'll get into the story of the cannabis brand.

(07:32):
If we can educate people and help mold them at
a young age they don't know. Sure, Um so I
didn't know. I just knew. They gave me a car
to drive, and we were good at it. I was
very blessed to have some talent at it. And you
had no fear. Just yeah, Jay, can't have any fair
you know. In um twenty ten, I snap rolled into
the fence. I had a big brain injury, was revived
and Dayton, Ohio and my mom flew out. But in

(07:56):
the hospital, like waking up, going through the hospital and stuff.
You know, you you can't half fair going back, you know.
I went back and kind of a not maybe not
a good influence of something to do. But I found
doctors that were not open on Saturday and made doctor's
notes so that I could go back racing and turn
them into the racing thing and was able to keep
national titles going that way. Wow. Um, But being on

(08:17):
the right path, you know, don't get off the wrong
the wrong path. Yeah, and and and so you had
to tell us about this this you know crash right, Um,
you know, how did it happen? Like, you know, obviously
something happened? He got hit, did someone clippy? You hit
a wall? It was it to be honest. I was
on top of the world. I had just won the
West Coast Swing Vegas, Phoenix, California. I thought I was invincible.

(08:42):
Was kind of getting a big head. Go to Rossburg, Ohio,
where Tony Stewart owns the world's fastest racetrack on dirt,
and just thought I was the man, you know, And
got in that car that day and slid Robert Blue
for the lead and misjudged a little bit on a
start and snapped into the fence and just snap rolled.

(09:02):
And last thing next thing I remember is just landing
the helicopter and rushing through the hospital. Wow. So yeah,
so you were out all the way from the vehicle
to the helicopter and then you woke up in the
helicopter or landing. You're saying, so I was awake getting
into the helicopter. I just don't remember it. The last
thing I remember from the head injury, I had bleeding

(09:22):
on the brain, broken ridge, collapsed a long. Last thing
I remember was the helicopter landing and going through the hospital. Wow.
It's a crazy sport. Like you know, you may think
you know football player this and that, rugby, you know,
motorcycle is actually really crazy too, But when you're driving
in one of these cars that pass one hundred miles
an hour, I mean it's a different ball game. Yeah,

(09:44):
I mean, the racing world's a whole different world. And
for the first ten years I loved it, you know,
but there's a part people like why did you retire young?
Why did you leave the racing world? When you're traveling
on an airplane four days a week, and when you're
living out of a different hotel and packing that you know,
going to that lawn, dream out all the time. You know,
it gets old after a while, but you get to

(10:06):
meet a lot of great people, and you get to
learn a lot of things in life and how to
treat people right, and you know, you get to see
a lot of different things in the world being a
race car driver. I'm sure you do. Man. That was
a great story right there, and chasing what about you?
Are you from the ie as well? Or where you from? No,
Hunting to Beach. I'm pretty much Beach most of my life.

(10:26):
And then I recently moved along Beach like four or
five years ago. Just been in hunt to Beach my
whole life. Wanted to try something, you know, a little new.
Actually wanted a little city living, and so I was like,
let me go to ten miles down the road, like
not too far, but it's a little different. Maybe moved
to downtown LA or something for a year or something
like that, I was thinking. And then I just went
to downtown Long Beach. So that's where I'm at now.

(10:48):
But yeah, I grew up in hight to Beach, went
to Marine High School. Nice play sports, Oh yeah, yeah,
I played quarterback. Oh did you Yeah, I'm kind of
in the hall of fame there. The Marina High School.
You got a quarterback. I wasn't ye what do you? Three?
Six six six? I thought you were a toe when
I walked by you. Okay, so when you got signed
to the pros, who did you sign with? Well, I
had a lot of offers that I then I got

(11:12):
into cannabis. The story goes yeah, yeah, yeah, so a
lot of times. So tell us, tell us you know
some something like you know, what's your family like and
some of your history, like, you know, after football, what
would you start doing? You went to college? But what else? Uh? Yeah, yeah,
I went to college for a little bit and then um,
I lost my funding for college, and so I had

(11:35):
a kind of all set and then right at the semester,
I kind of had a falling out with my with
my mom. Actually we're cool, don't worry, but at the
time it was uh so I kind of had to
go out on on my own, and so um, I
started to Um, I just went out and you know,
I got a job, and then got a couple of jobs,
and then so I just um, I worked for a stockbroker.

(11:56):
I was assistant to a stockbroker, and then I got
a selling cell phones. Yeah, because my buddy was doing it,
and yeah, he told me how much he was making
selling cell phones. I'm like, really, yeah, I guess commission
is great. And so I started doing both and then, um,
at some point I was doing I was the assistant
to the stockbroker, and then I was I was pretty

(12:19):
much doing everything, and I'm like, I feel like I
could be a stockbroker. And then so I took the
test and I became a stockbroker at twenty years old
or twenty one. Wow. Yeah and um, and so that
kind of like school didn't mean that much to me
anymore because I was taking classes here and there and um,
and so I just did that. But then my you know,
my cell phone career what was blooming as well. So

(12:39):
I did like a dual career for I don't know,
my entire twenties and um, so both went really well.
And then that turned into the cell phone turned into
have starting some cell phone companies, and then that turned
into um, we actually had some shops around here, and
then me and my partners we sold off one of
those companies. And then one of my partners was like,

(13:02):
we should start a wheat store and I'm like, yeah,
like that's a good idea. How the heck can we
do that? Yeah? And so then we, uh we did that.
We actually opened our first one in two thousand and
nine in uh called three point six Collective and Garden Grove. Yeah,
and um we did that and uh yeah, that kind
of started the cannabis journey anyway, and they still did

(13:24):
a bunch of things along the way. But was that
three point six because you were giving them a little
bit Yeah, give them a little bit more. You're gonna
get a little bit extra up. So so you know,
and how do you two actually meet each other? Because
you guys both owned dispensaries but different companies. Right, you're

(13:45):
not affiliated there. But but now you guys came together.
How did you guys meet? So I had um still do,
but I had an older brother and a younger brother. Um,
and you're part of the cannabis world. I got into
the cannas world because my my younger brother, uh and
Nelson Campbell came to me and you know, said hey,
we want to be a part of you. And you know,
they helped speed up my life of investment. Nelson brought

(14:06):
some investment and we bought I bought a building. Um
to do bottling and bought all kinds of stuff and
then they zoned for cannabis and then I got into
the cannabis there. My brother passed away from fetnall and
and I started the Fight Foundation and the Fight brand
around that, and UM reached out to him and from

(14:29):
a good mutual friend and got to see what he
was doing, and you know really just uh we linked
up and it was a good vibe. And you know,
he has some rehab centers, UM, so it was just
a link that we we you know, I feel like
God puts good people and a good team around you
and out of the most random places he'll do that.
And God blessed me to you know, get to meet

(14:51):
him and see his rehab centers and UM just start
trying to be a part of him that way. Like
one about the rehabs, Yeah, it's uh, it's basically every
step along the way. Like if somebody, UM has some addiction,
it's an addiction center. They can come and they can
um stay there and kind of you get off what
they're yeah, and then they then they can go to

(15:15):
you know, one of the houses and they can um
you just continual rehab and then once they're out of
those facilities, then they can go to UM the our
facility down Oceanside where they just come for like six
hours a day. And so we just tried to really
wean them off what they're doing and then you know,
just you know, get better. Fentanyl's the real deal and

(15:35):
it killed oh man, it's more than a hundred thousand
people last year and and like that's uh, well, I
think the actual statistic is the one I know. Anyways,
in twenty twenty one, there was over one hundred thousand
people that died from um, you know, opilids, opioids and
odine and two thirds of that fentanyl. Wow. And so
that's uh, it kind of came out of nowhere and

(15:56):
so um that that's when he brought that up. That's
kind of where we we were talking about cannabis and
you know, like as as one does, and uh and
then it just kind of like turned into that and
then he was like, yeah, I'm doing this this foundation.
This is like where my heart's at. And I'm like, well,
that's funny because this is what we're doing and and

(16:16):
we we just said yeah, and so funny how that
stuff happens like that, go ahead, continue, Oh, yeah, and
that's just kind of how we connected. And then he
came down and saw the facilities and um, it really
like I kind of fit like a glove, Like there
really was every everything he was doing, just even on
the you know, professional level, in the business level. I
was like, oh, I see what you're doing. This is

(16:38):
this is good. And then you see where he's going.
I'm a big believer in Hey, you like, especially in cannabis,
like you need to pick your allies, and you got
to pick your allies and then work with them and
one hand washed the other and then uh, it just
has grown into something else. And it's been really smooth
and seamless, like everything, Like everything we talked about. He's like, hey, yeah,

(17:00):
what do you think about this? Yeah, that's good. And
I'm like, hey, do you guys do that? Oh yeah,
no problem. And so that's now it's been seeing a
lot and having a lot of relationships in cannabis. It's
it's been refreshing actually to me to meet him and
see what he's doing. It's more than just the business
of cannabis, and uh, that really resonates with me. You know.
I know you guys, um both you know, have got

(17:22):
this new foundation that that you've put together, and I
want to really you know, hear you guys, just roll
up plan on what that's gonna look like when we
come back. It's Cannabis Talk one on one. Right back
up the other say subscribe to our weekly newsletter on
our website Cannabis Talk one on one dot com. Welcome

(17:49):
back to Cannabis. The Big or Flat Group is your
white label partners. You guys. They've been known to be
on time, accurate, and do quality co packaging. They've been
launching brands in California since twenty fifteen. And at the
Bear Flag Group, they do what they say they're gonna
do and they do it right. Check them out online
at Bear Flaggroup dot com. On the show, we got

(18:09):
two amazing dudes, Darren Chase him. Everything you guys have
been saying has been awesome. I just want to put
out my personal like if there's anything I could ever do,
I've been sober twenty four years, complete absinence, like I
rocked the whole program, Chip on me like this all
day every day or you know what I mean? So
I mean, I hosted Cannabis Show, but I used cannabis
only for medicine. You're not going to see me smoking

(18:30):
a joint. I've yet to smoke a joint twenty four years.
But I've used cannabis for healing me, you know what
I mean. I've drank it when I was taken the
opioids and all this other stuff because I didn't want
to fall into that position. I've been sober so long
that I've seen so many men and women go out
and hit loaded and died and because of oakwoods right
from surgeries. And I had an ankle surgery. So I
actually went from using the opioids to using more cannabis.

(18:52):
And it was a big decision that I had to make.
That was an internal one that was hard for me,
but I did it, and now I'm off the cannabis
like that. I mean, I still use the rubs, the
oils and the CBDs, and I would believe in the
plant wholeheartedly. But if there's anything I could ever do
to help out with your guys's facility, you know too,
I want to, you know, share my experience, strength and
hope with that folks. Oh yeah, I actually we would
love to have you come down because we have people

(19:13):
would just come talk and share there you know you'd
be an inspiration to people. Yeah, you know, people are
in I go to meetings all the time. I mean,
I get it. So it's like, you know, I'm part
of the program. I go to online ones, I go
to in person ones. I just at my men's dad
last night and dinner point. I mean, I mean I
go to a Tuesday night Men's one and make my
two three calls a day to to other people that
are active. Yeah, right, like like I'm active in the program. Really.

(19:35):
Like I'll be out to stop my seat in a
meeting listening to a media and he's like, walks up.
I'm like, hey, I'm on an online meeting, right yeah,
I mean, and I'm all looking there. He's like, try
to screw around, and I started seeing people. I'm like
that dude, just to me being this meet talking a minute,
I'm almost done. It's super cool to hear that you've
been sober for twenty four years. It's inspirational for others. Um,

(19:56):
you know, we don't know what other people are feeling inside.
As a race car driver, when there's that big crowd
and you win that race and you feel the fan base,
it's adrenaline that you know, I'll never get to feel
again since I've retired, and to not know what someone felt,
you know, because I've never tried a drug that gave
you that sensation like that, and um, you don't know
what they're feeling inside, right, so maybe they're chasing that

(20:19):
feeling and just can't stop chasing that feeling up. Drivers
quite frankly probably go through that as well. I mean,
you know, you have to think about the the dopamine
levels of you know, you coming out and people screaming
and you're just sitting there going whoom, and you get
so high and then you're you know, it's a drug itself,
you know. So you're exactly right. I think that there's

(20:42):
there's a really understandable relation because you had to step
away from that and then now you know, um, you've
had such a huge loss in your life and you're
giving back, you know, so you know, how did this
obviously probably from the death of your brother, but the
development of it all and what's your guys just plan
and roll out to actually, you know, help more people. Yeah,

(21:05):
So the brand came. I started a brand called Jimmy's
at first, you know, and then I switched it to
the fight so that we can help fight opioids and
fetnol and give back to the world of that. So
we you know, we've went to Corona. We helped build
a Walk of Life in Santana Park and there's some
park benches that all have inspirational things on it for

(21:26):
letting people know there are people here that care about
it's beautiful and we're here for you. We've also partnered
with Billy that's also brought us some aqua hydrate that
we drank on break. You know, Billy's helped us get
into the stadiums and we've been helped bringing kids to
throw the first pitch at Lake Elsinore Storm Stadium. Uh,
just educating them that you're probably gonna like the drug.

(21:49):
My brother used to say, Man, I wish I never
tried it. You're probably gonna like it. It's gonna ruin
your life, it's gonna ruin your family's life, it's gonna
ruin everybody's life around you. So let's it's okay not
to try it. Sure, Um, you know, go pick up
some cannabis that has a CoA that that you know
what you're smoking in and been tested and pick up
the legal drugs, you know, pick up the legal cannabis

(22:11):
and and try that versus trying something you don't know
what's in it. And to be fair, you never know,
this might not be for you too. The cannabis might
not be the right thing for the kid or the
woman or the adults. Because you know, I'm a firm
believer in cannabis isn't for everyone. You know, maybe taking
it in your system is like CBD is for everyone,
and by believe that wholeheartedly, because that's just some good

(22:31):
stuff for the inside of your body. But you know,
as you say that, I just want to be clear,
I'm on the way I look at it as well,
saying you know, you know, try to moderation, because sometimes
you might smoke something you're just like something, and I
think I think, you know, you don't have to get
high with anything because you're of popularity. I think people
think it's cool sometimes or they see other people doing

(22:53):
it and maybe it's that cool guy that has the
chicks or whatever, and and and they're not realizing or
that cool chick that's super hot that really is a
hot mess, you know, because and it doesn't feel or
seem like that at that moment, you know, because I
think there's a especially for younger kids, you know what
I mean, Like when they're growing up, we're all in
high school, we're all kind of like, oh, he's cool
or that's the cool crowd, and then next thing you know,

(23:13):
they're doing these things. So it's really influenceable to all
of us. And so I think that you guys are
on something. Now, did you guys create this product? And
then is it something that you're that you're putting in
stores now? And then you're you guys are putting in
the stores together, and how does that correlation go? Yeah,
so we're Our first store to pick it up was
the hilling Tree obviously our own store. Then the second store, yeah,

(23:36):
oh yeah, we'll buy. It's a tough negotiation. You're sitting
there going, are you, Hey, I'm not going to do
it for that much? How much are you gonna do?
But I'll do it. But and then we had flower
Code which was on the Yeah, oh they did. Yeah,
I just imagine those guys too, that's funny. I tell thebout.
I love those guys over there. A flower chroma yea.
And then he's picked it up for Culture Cannabis and

(23:59):
his retail shop up and rolling it out slowly there, Um,
so just rolling it out little by little. Planet Galaxy
picked it up. And now are you guys donating a
percentage of the money to the organization? How does that
all work? Yeah, so we're we're giving right now five
percent back to you know, helping the next cause you know,
building a park or educating kids are our biggest messages.

(24:21):
To educate kids on not trying opioids and you know,
don't get that shot of um fet and all being
able to come into your system. Did we hear a
little bit about this from court? From court from the
Flower co member because they were talking about there they
do something like that too, is this there? Are they
part of this organization or something like that? So they

(24:41):
brought this on here. Um when they came on too
sure and talked about yeah, oh is that what it was? Okay?
Because I'm like, I hear five percent from that going
to bill parks and stuff that that was courting the Flower.
We were going to do an event, but I guess
it didn't develop. We were going to throw an event, right,
did you throw that event? No, we haven't done that
event yet. Yeah, And we're supposed to go out there
with the race scene and all that actually to spend

(25:03):
all right, we're supposed to. We're in talks with some
lady about thank out there. It was probably it was
you and maybe some lady. I don't know me Rankie.
Probably we got a really good team, you know, everything
that you know. I wasn't the best race car driver
in the world. You know, I won those national tales
from having a good team around you. So it's probably Frankie.
Frankie's been there from day one when we broke ground,
um to do that event. We're still we're still going

(25:24):
to do that event. Um, just right timing, right, yeah,
Because even when I was reading your stories and now
it's all clicking, like I thought we were supposed to
do something out there, I were talking and like, you know,
we were bringing up like just different people that we
both know, you know, and it's funny like, you know,
all of us just kind of hanging out and then
we don't realize that we know several people like together,
all of us, you know, we starting we all know Billy,

(25:46):
you know, we all know this well. And it just
kind of like I keep looking at Chase him like
I hung out with him that too long ago. I'm like, dude,
and he's And the funny thing is, did he feels
the same way about me? He's like, Joe, did you
look familiar with me? Too? He was on the show?
Were you on the show before? Yeah? He was. Oh
he came in. No, he came in the studio. Yeah,
I was at the studio and he came in on
this at our studio here, not at the last last location.

(26:09):
Is that what it is about? Okay, maybe I know,
but you were telling me we hung out on Super Bowl,
and I was like, I was in a different state,
but it sounds like a great time. But we were
looking at each other like hey, hey, like wait, didn't
we just see each other? Like, I'm staring at him
and he's given me the same vibe back, So I
didn't feel so weird about it. The culture of cannabis
brings some really good people together. Yeah. You know, my

(26:29):
fortunate my brother passes away and I was best friends
with this guy, Matt Wilson, And as a kid growing up.
When I was sixteen, I moved away. My brother passes
away and Matt comes walking in to the funeral, and
so afterwards I talked to him and I'm like, man,
I need I really need a grower, Like do you
what do you do? And come to find out Matt

(26:50):
he's a grower. He's been a grower for twelve years.
He helped with luck Sliding and Athene. And you go
back with somebody from rooted like that with you that
You're like, Okay, that's some true brotherhood right there. Yeah,
And the cannabis world just brings the right people back together.
The cultural cannabis is unbelievable. It really is. Man, it's
good when we have these stories. Let's just face it.
There's the other ones. But when you hear stuff like

(27:11):
this and you hear the spiritual ones like that, I
believe it is a spiritual plant. I believe it's all
meant to be like that. And even YouTube guys coming
together with this foundation of what you guys are doing,
giving back to the parks and letting the community know
as well that cannabis and people who own dispensaries, you know,
it's a business and you're about making money, don't get
it twisted. But then you're about making other organizations and

(27:34):
other foundations that are out there to try to serve
the community. I mean, you guys are putting spiritual words
on park benches for anybody to see an old lady
for God's sakes, who may need that word for the day,
you know what I mean. It's not just the young youth.
You're helping everybody. So I love that you guys are
doing this as people are hearing this and going, well,

(27:55):
how can I be a part of How do I
help out? How can I support this cause? What do
people need? You know about this like that? You know,
just uh coming out following our instagrams uh and coming
out to the events that we go to and um,
coming to Storm Stadium and supporting kids throwing pitchers at
the games, and you know, picking up buying the products
switching to the fight product. Well, we're only going to

(28:16):
put high end product in it because it has such
a cause, you know, to my you know, with my
brother passing away and um, and then my business partner
also passed away a year a year before that, Nelson
Campbell passed away a year before the Yeah, and Nelson
never got to see the place built. Jimmy got to
see the place halfway built. Um, and he's they're the

(28:37):
ones who helped bring the investment to build the place. Um.
So you know, just as for other people just coming
out supporting the fight, coming to the events that we're
gonna throw and do and um, you know, educate. You know,
the biggest thing you can do for for us is
past the message, pass the message the kids to you know,
you don't have to you don't have to go to
a party and try a drug. You know, you don't

(28:59):
know what's in first of these days, right, you know,
and uh, when fat and all hit you, it's going
to be fatal. You know, it could be fatal instant.
And that's what happened to my brother and Nelson. So
what people can do for us is pass that message
to the kids. You know, you don't have to come
pick up the brand and go support it that way,
but message, yeah, you don't have to get high. It's

(29:20):
not the smoke weed. You don't. Just pass the message.
Be a messenger and and teach people, you know that
they don't have to do drugs and try drugs and
things like that. I love that. We want to be
an outlet for that. So the next event you guys
are doing, make sure that we let us know so
we can blast it on our social media and let
our community know and go out there and support. Like
I said, we have a huge following out in your

(29:40):
area too. So yeah, awesome. What do we have here
in front of us? What a different the same product?
Or is this all different brands or I mean different
product lines or um, it's all the same product. It's
the Fight Smokers Club. Um. We have flower and we
have every concentrate. Um. We do everything from grow to
sell in our dispensaries. Um, so we do we package

(30:02):
in house? Is this? Can we smell that them? You
see what you got here? And then and then and
then what else? What else do you guys? Um? You
guys obviously have a grow tell us about your your
actual facilities and stuff that you have. Yeah. So the
facility down to Lake Elsinore is a fully integrated facility.
Everybody says they're fully integrated. But we we do everything there. Um,
we grow from start to finish. Matt runs our whole

(30:26):
grow team. Um, Matt right here, yep, Matt's Yeah. Matt
looks like he just looks like a grower. They all
have a look they do like NNY I swear I
feel the same way about it. I hate the prototype
but I'm like, he looks like a grow I thought,
well when I first seen him earlier, like he looks
like a grower. We tram there. We we do all

(30:46):
of our designs in house. UM, we print our labels
in house. Package there. Didn't have a dispensary there too,
So we're fully integrated on on doing everything. Start to
finish there, um, and then going out and have a
sales team that goes out and pass the message and
get the fight into other dispensaries. Well the fights. How
many licenses do you carry? Um? I only have the

(31:08):
hialing tree down there, but we have five licenses down
there cultivation, manufacturing, distribution dispensary, and then we have home
delivery there too, and then chase some how many how
many dispensary dispensaries? I think you have eight eight that
are open. We'll be opening over thirty retail stores in
California and then we're doing other states too. Look at you, dude,

(31:30):
you're killing the game. It's a it's if you want
to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far,
go together. It's with a great it's a group and
we are you know, we're all like minded. And you know,
we move fast and we make good decisions and um,
like we all have a big goal and so when
you have a group like that, it's I'm really be
lucky to be a part of it. And um, but yeah,
that's what we're doing. Actually, we're gonna be your neighbors.

(31:52):
We're gonna be your the closest dispensary here. I could
hit a golf ball. And are you guys on the
corner right there, the corner building. Yeah, it's the building
right behind it, yes, be right off beach blev St.
No way. Yeah, we love that. I didn't realize you
guys are gonna be open. Oh yeah, we're gonna we're
gonna be all be by all the time. Yeah when
are you when when are you guys actually opening? Um,

(32:14):
thirty sixty days something like? Yeah, you're quick, dude, I
want to get the tour man. Yeah yeah, yeah, I'm excited, dude.
I mean you guys, I when when you know, when
all the Stanton was going legal and all this and that,
I was. I was over there quite a bit. I
was trying to find buildings. I was negotiating with that
one right when you go in there to the left
there and then you know, the guy would just you know,

(32:35):
had an idea about this and he wanted to do that,
and it was just back and forth, and I was like, Okay,
go to the next building. I want knocking on doors
through that whole area, and uh, you know, it's a
difficult task, you know, and I think COVID hit at
the same time. So I think I got a little
bit kind of like, oh, maybe I should stay away
from it right now. But I'm glad that you're there.
You know, it'll be nice to have you as our
neighbor here, and then you know, we could obviously, like

(32:57):
you said, hit a golf ball there for sure. Yeah, yeah,
it's close. Send a pigeon, Hey, can you send over
some week pigeon? Just get a string and yeah. Place true.
So that and we also have a Wildemar opening up,
which is that opens up Friday, So we're gonna soft

(33:18):
launch that. Where's this in Wildemar? Where Lake el so
kind of really yeah? And how many licenses do you
guys carry? Um? Over? Well over thirty if you include everything.
How big is your team? Dude? You guys are you
gonna looking at thirty dispensaries in California? Loans are you
from all the way up towards sack to all the
way down here where even a little further north. We

(33:40):
have red Bluff that will open up, which is at
the top of California, and then Sacramento, Oakland, San Francisco.
We just opened up Porterville. We have Fresno coming, um
and a bunch in southern California. So um, right now
we're open, like we'll be opening in Stanton, We're opening
in Wildemar, We're opening in Long Peach like Europe of

(34:00):
Valley banning Marino Valley. So we're um, yeah, we're seeing
all this the long Beast of band I mean, I
was looking after the Importerville as well. I mean and Collixo.
What is that Colexicolexicoxico. Where the hell's Calexico. That's at
the bottom of that's right at the border. Yeah. Oh
it's my San Diego. Yeah. Yeah, you guys got one

(34:21):
there too, Yeah, in Inland a bit. Yeah, but yep,
down there, what's that one called? Uh? Well, Colexico? The city, No, no, no,
are they all the same name? The num Almost all
of them are under Culture Cannabis Club. But there's a
couple off brand names that we use nice Chase, you're
doing well, dog, you can do it. It's I it's

(34:42):
not just me, it's the Yeah, it's it's there's no
way one person could put all all of this together.
It really is a team them with like a great group,
um and a lot of talented people and um, you know,
and some brilliant minds in the group. And when we
all come together and we all have the same goal,
it gets pretty pretty easy. We grind, we grind, you
guys know, the cannabis industry, it's yeah, it's no joke,

(35:04):
especially in California. But uh, like we're we're definitely doing
well and moving up. Well, that's a big that's a
big like you guys with that many stores, especially nowadays
when you look at the amount of companies that own
x amount of brands, like you know, the medmen so
to speak. Right, so, I mean you about to go
thirty you're you're right there, You're you're a big, big operator.

(35:25):
I mean they're nationwide, but yeah, we'll be one of
the largest in California for sure. Yeah, there's a couple
other players that are that are winning in a bunch
of licenses and um, like we have a good team
that's good at that, so we win a lot of licenses,
and um, you know, we do what we say and like,
you know, we weren't run a good business and that
kind of goes it seems to go a little further

(35:46):
in cannabis these days. So um, well, I'll say there's
a lot of bad actors in the industry, you know,
and people don't you know, get to go. I don't
believe they go as far and they go fast and
then they crash right because they don't have the um.
I don't want to say that they're just the honesty.
I think. I think there's a you know, a lot
of people came into this industry and they come from

(36:08):
the good old day or the illicit market or whatever
you want to call it. And I think that they
you know, I watched a lot of people come in
and just huffing and puffing with all kinds of you know,
money behind them and this and that, and then they
just drained out their investors or they didn't know how
to run an operation or or take the time to
learn because we're all learning, you know, this industry. I mean,
the rules and regulations are changing, um that you know,

(36:30):
the taxes are you know, all screwed up. We know that,
I mean, but I don't think they you know, really
had to know how. And it's it's nice and refreshing
to see that you guys are still here in the
in the mix, doing your thing and and ever evolving,
you know. So I really take my hat off to
you guys for for doing that and being honest players
in the game and not being the bad actors, because again,

(36:52):
I feel like there's so many people that just last year,
and if I go back five years, it was so
many people that just had, you know, so much going
on that there's just nowhere to be found right now,
you know, and we know why a lot of them.
You know that a lot of them tanked their their
investors or they just didn't know how to run a
business or whatever. But and some of them just failed
because of the you know, location, or you know, there's

(37:13):
a there's a million reasons. But you know, it's nice
to see you guys operating and doing a thing. And
it's really about the people you surround yourself with, sure it.
You know, For me, I got I wasn't in the
cannabis industry and then wanted to figure out how to
speed it up, and you know, got some good partnerships
with Chris Patel who owns DC Collective UM and Javi
or Montez who owns Delta nine and got them surrounded,

(37:35):
you know, write in my back pocket helping me. And
then you know, having great parents too that you know,
obviously pushed me through the racing world a little bit. Sure,
get you that discipline, yeah for sure, and race some
good kids. But it's about the team around you. Yeah,
you know, so putting the right people around you. He
obviously has an amazing team around him to be growing
that fast, and yeah, that's massive. I didn't know you

(37:56):
guys are that big. I mean, it'd be sitting there saying, yeah,
it's a lot of just there's a lot of hard work.
I can say. I'm sure it's, you know, a very
smart team. When we come back, I want to hear
about what's popping in some of these dispensaries, especially what's
happening with yours out in Lake Alisonore's what's the big
ones there? Because it's funny how I get intrigued with
certain areas. Different things pop, and I want to know

(38:16):
what the difference ones are at your guys' locations. It's
Cannabis Talk one oh one. We'll be right back after
this break. Make sure you like, follow and subscribe to

(39:00):
Daniel Diego, Jessica, Cam Solar, Ali Goldie Brother, Pitt, Mark Karnes,
Chris Frankino, Jennifer Erica and Elvis. Thank you guys all
for doing what you do. Darren and Chase him, you
guys both have spots. Of course. Darren's got the Healing
Tree and the founder of the Fight Foundation, which is
a cannabis brand that you here helps all opioids and

(39:22):
everything else, but the Healing Tree is out there in
Lake Elsinore. I'm curious, Darren, what are the big sellers
in Lake Elsinore? Like, what pops off your guys's shelf
more than anything else? Um? I mean Stizzy's a big one. Sure,
Dizzy's always popping in every city every Just a big name, right, Like,
that's a good name that people go It's a go

(39:42):
to name, it's a trusted name. They market it well. Yeah,
they really have West Coast Cure. They they've done a
great job high end in our city. They're they're probably
one of our number one selling items for home delivery.
The Fight has been taken off like crazy. It's probably
our number one selling item nice through home delivery also Okay, um,

(40:05):
but yeah, I would say West Coast here, the Fight
and Stizzy are probably, you know, the big ones out
there in Lake Als. Heavy hitters, I mean heavy hitters
for us. I think we're one of the only stores
that's carrying it over there. But heavy hitters. Their support
behind their brand. Their brand is good. And come here, Erica.
I'm sorry to interrupt, but have you ever seen Come

(40:25):
here Erica? Come on the show, Come Erica. Yeah, this
is Erica Erica. I want you to answer the question,
how is the healing tree? This is out in your area, right, yeah,
but I have not been there. I don't really go
to the shops out there. I just go home and sleep.
The Healing Tree just doesn't only sell cannabis. We have

(40:45):
a tree in the middle of the shop. We have
some crazy bud tenders. Jack Holly, he was the quarterback
at San Diego State. He got to go to the NFL.
Is going to be playing his quarterback for the forty
nine ers, and got kicked off the forty niners for
Zacha here right there? Yeah, Jackson the house. Ye, come

(41:05):
on and say hello jack like, I'll cover it in.
Come on, come on, oh Jack works. Hold on, Jackie,
you were a quarterback back in the day. Huh. How's
it going? Guys? Look at you? It was Yeah, you're
trying to be the next Jim Plunkett. Huh, dude. I
love Jim right man. I grew up in El Segundo,
Southern California, so the Raiders their home base was in

(41:26):
my hometown, you know, grew up watching them playing dug
Jim Plunkett went to James High School, the same high
school I went to. Where was that in San Jose.
Really Yeah, so that's even funnier in that as I
see you coming up, am I getting you're a quarterback.
There's not too many totals that look like that, you
know what I mean, that can throw the rock. Yeah, well,
my dad's a white boy. My mom's Mexicans, so her

(41:47):
jeans was wrong, yes, sir, but yeah, I played a
lot of football, smoked a lot of pot. Jack actually
has Jack actually has a really cool story he should
touch on real quick. He broke his neck and cannabis
helped him get through that. What tell us the story
real quick? Jack? Well, where do you want me to start, dude?

(42:08):
I mean the break of the neck, I mean, how
did you? How did you break your next? Now to
La Harbor Junior College led the country in total offense, touchdown,
passing yards, everything had about thirteen offers. I remember hearing
about you. I mean, you know, I covered sports for
a long time, so I remember hearing about you and
seeing you. To be honest with you, well, you know, football,
baseball grew up Southern cow Kid had the same group

(42:29):
of kids, you know, ever since we were about eight
or nine years old growing up, so you know, we
kicked a little ass in our day. But scholarship to
San Diego State as text, baby, Yeah, Marshall Falk dude, baller, right,
come on now you know Kyle Turley. Of course he's
starting a nice reputation around here everywhere he goes. Really

(42:52):
but football, Yeah, San Diego State. Second game in my
senior year or playing Illinois is the fighting a lot
and I is this? Can I set this down or
do I have to hold this? I mean you got
to hold it? Because yeah, so, uh, second game my
senior year for playing for the Aztecs, We're playing the

(43:13):
fighting a Lion nine. I'm getting my ass kicked. You know. Um,
they were like twelve thirteenth in the country at the time.
I mean, San Diego, stay, we're in the Mountain West
or you know, playing the big you know power. It
was a big game for you guys. Yeah, they were going, Okay,
we got these boys you guys are wearing if we
can make them for ourselves. My skill guys, quarterbacks, running backs, receivers,

(43:34):
we could hang, dude. We can hang with anybody in
the country. But the difference was the old line. D line, dude,
you play a big twelve and the trenches that the
games are one. Bro, I still feel it, dude. That's
why I'm still you know, using cannabis to this day
because from that game, well one of them, that was
one of them, but it was a lifetime of playing,

(43:55):
you know. Sure. Well, anyways, broke my neck second game
Aztecs against Illinois, had to recover. You know, I smoked
weed all through junior college. You know, it helped my
career in my opinion. You know, football is a very
violent sport where you got to recover and I found
you know, cannabis helped me do that. As far as opiates,

(44:18):
you guys have touched on that a lot. I never
liked how that made me feel. You know, I kind
of lost, you know, a little bit of grip, you know,
with what made me special and what may be able
to play quarterback. Cannabis never did that for me. Bro.
That's great. And now you're sitting there working there at
the dispensary helping folks out with their elements. Yeah. Absolutely,
So it's been a great experience for me. You know,

(44:41):
God's abled me to be able to work at the
dispensary for two years where I've been able to talk
to a lot of people find out, you know, what
they're looking for. I mean, we're able to help a
lot of people, man, And like it sounds kind of
cliche trying to say it like that, but you know,
I don't think it is at all, because I mean,
when you find out people who work there, who are

(45:02):
behind the counters and hearing your story, it's almost kind
of like what we're describing about what you have as
far as a healing center, right, So you guys have
people who've used this to heal themselves and now you're
sitting there using your experience, strength and hope to help
somebody else out. So, in my opinion, I don't look
at it that. I look at it like that's even
better that guy's like you are behind the counter because

(45:25):
a you can relate to the athlete that comes in,
you can relate to the hurt person that comes in,
and you know, I mean, you can just really relate
to certain types of people where you know, oh, I
got this pain in my neck, You're like, fuck, let
me tell you about a pain in my neck. I
broke my neck. You know what I'm saying, Like, Oh,
I got this paint in my back, Well, let me
take about this paint in my neck that I had,
and this is what I did to treat it. So

(45:45):
it's amazing. I believe that that anecdotal evidence that you
supply internally is going to be evidence that's going to
help people in the future. So I think it's dope
to see it on an everyday basis. Man, it's really
cool to be a part of it. You know. It's
a plant that's helped me tremendously, you know, And dude,
I'm happy to be here. Well, I'm glad you're here.
Hopefully now one day Erica will come by and say
hi to you guys over there and come by and

(46:08):
do her thing. Keino said he's been there. Oh you've
been there, Chris. Do you like it over there too? Oh,
that's right, you went over there that time. That's right,
you went to go check it out. That's right. I
remember that. Good to see you, brother, No, thank you
for coming on with us. And then you're you got
so many different spots all over the place, which is
just funny. Chas him because I think about it and go,

(46:29):
you have at least eight stores open right now, but
what are some of the big ones that just kind
of pop off at the majority because I know I've
heard from different owners who have multiple stores. What's popping
in one spot isn't necessarily popping in the other. No. Yeah,
different cities have different things that catch your eye that
you notice the anomalies. One thing just in the industry overall,

(46:52):
I noticed is that young vapes have really overtaken flower now,
which is I didn't see that a year ago because
I like, I haven't always say a flower is king.
And then um, now we're just seeing we have to
extend bape cartridges in our stores because there's just so
many selling. It's for obvious reasons, it's convenient and things

(47:14):
like that. But um, yeah, that's something that we noticed
in general. It's Dizzy's a big name. Plug Plays does
really well for us, too, Exotic carts does really well
for us, and so, um, all of those are are
some of the biggest ones in that space. And then
like certain areas like I don't know why Marino Valley
extracts do so well, but they like as a percentage,

(47:34):
they extracts sell more in Marino Valleys. Really, That's what
I mean. Stuff like that is interesting to me. Like, Okay, Porterville,
the same thing big extracts. We had to like we
just launched them a little over a month ago, and
we had to get more extracts, and we had to
get more brands because we're like, wow, they've you got
to give the people what they want. What I mean,
certain areas, they want certain things, And it's just funny

(47:56):
to me how that's the case. Yeah, so you yeah,
you just learned from like the nuance and really talking
to customers and even what he was saying there some
of it, Like I would say about a third of
the people are coming in for some type of relief
and it's important to know what type of relief they
can get and and things like that. But like all
you have to do is be on the floor of

(48:17):
a cannabis store and listen to a couple of stories. Yeah,
and you go, wow, this this is really doing something
for people Like you used to take you know, how
many pills did you used to take? And now you
just you don't smoke some cannabis. That's the part that
always touches our heart here. I know, Blue and I
we get touched by that so much. And that's really
the reason why we do the show to like really

(48:38):
spread that message. And show of like, dude, this is
a real medicine and this helps so many people. And
it's like, you know, for your brother to be gone,
your business partner be gone, you know, could it have
been something more if they were just using cannabis, could
have been better. And now people want to screw around
and put this ship in cannabis and make you know,
cannabis a bad name, which is just even more ridiculous

(48:59):
because now, oh, look what cannabis does, because some soccer
mom or some soccer dad out there could be going, wow,
see I read this story and he was smoking cannabis
and it killed him. Yeah, but it was lace with
Fenton Off folks, you know what I mean. It's not
just this flower that we have yet to read that
story or hear that story. We've heard somebody getting high
that they may get anxiety or may have a panic attack. Yes,

(49:22):
that might happen, but for the most part, it's really
helping with that panic attack and with that anxiety. So
it's usually the opposite of what it is. A couple
bad stories of idiots out there in the world that
make it look bad. We like to do the high
five with everybody that comes in here. And you guys
are doing such great things. The Fight Foundation, you guys
as a cannabis brand that you want to go see
and minnot. If you're at a dispensary, tell them you

(49:44):
got the Fight Foundation cannabis and your story requested out Yeah,
requested out there, folks. That's the way it's going to
happen in California to really get more signage out there
for kids to see, because, like you heard, fifteen percent
is going of this profit to go help communities out there,
which is a beautiful thing you guys are doing. So
I command keep doing it, and we're gonna keep promoting it.

(50:04):
But we'll just go in the order of Darren and
Chase him will ask the question. You guys will answer
it in that order. Question number one, how old you
the first time you smoked cannabis? And where did you
get it from? To be honest, it was actually two
years ago. Really, So the first time I smoke cannabis
was thirty four years old and it was guys bringing
in samples for us to put into our store. Wow.

(50:25):
So so you're going to a store and like what
made you decide? Now, Like, Okay, I'm thirty four, I'm
gonna smoke it. Now. I figured if if we're going
to carry it and we're gonna sell it and be
a part of a company that's carrying all these cannabis products,
I'm gonna try all the products and I'm gonna figure
out what feelings they are so that I can educate
when someone comes into the store. Also from flower to
you know those heavy hitters gummies or they hit you

(50:47):
so hard. But for me, you know, if I take
too many milligrams, it lasts way too long for me,
I feel it the next day. So I wanted to
try it and try those things so I could educate
people if they don't. Yeah, yeah, it's interesting because a
lot of people don't have that conversation with people. They
just sell it. That's negligence in my opinion. You know,
you really got to tell someone that they haven't had

(51:07):
an edible? Hey, you know, do you know about edibles?
And because I've noticed sometimes people will eat them and
then all of a sudden they're just like, You're like
what's wrong and they're like, uh, you know, it's like
you didn't know what you were taking? Did you super
bad experience? Super bad? Like you know, you go snowboarding
with your buddies, Like God, go with Jack, Holly, Robbie
and everybody. You go snowboarding. And you know, I come

(51:28):
in off the mountain and I go into the kitchen
and they have all these edibles on the right side
and on the left side there were some brownies and stuff.
I was hungry, so I eat all these brownies. I
had fifteen hundred milligrams. Next thing, you know, they're stuffing
me under the bed, telling me you're gonna be okay,
You're not gonna die. I kept asking them and ask
them that's what I am. I gonna die. I'm not
gonna die. Yeah. And it lasted three days. Yeah, you know,

(51:49):
Like I mean, that's an extreme like for me, Like,
you know, I know better, you know, because I've done
it too. I've done the whole you know, sixty seventy
one hundred milligrams. And I'm just like, what's going on,
you know, And and everybodys laughing. I'm like, you're cool, bro,
and I'm like, no, I'm not. This isn't cool. You know,
this is not cool. They're like you're relax, You're cool,

(52:09):
and I'm like, okay, I can get scary it can
get scary. And I think, you know, but I learned
that if I take three or you know, seven milligrams,
I'm cool. If I'm at ten, I'm cool, twelve and fifteen,
I'm cool. If I start getting in thirty or forty
or fifty, I start getting a little bit like, Okay,
I'm a little bit, you know, and I know it
now a little bit how to control it? And I think,
and it's not control it. I think someone said it

(52:30):
best yesterday, said you're trying to control it. And he's like,
when you get drunk, you know, and do you try
and control your high or you just enjoy the bus?
And I'm like, no, you don't. It's like you're trying
to control it. You know. It's to let just relax
and let yourself relax, you know. And um, you know, ironically,
I I've you know, I've I've seen someone recently just
do that. So they were just panicked out and I

(52:51):
was just like, well, relaxed, dude, breathe don't forget everybody
a little different. Ten milligrams is perfect for me. Yeah,
it's perfect. Yeah, I mean too, it's Jack just on
the show. He needs like sixty Yeah, just just to
even Yeah, that's just because he's fucking next about to
fall off, still broke and what about Yeah, uh, I

(53:15):
was twenty three and uh ate guys, I know, you
know what it's funny. All my friends were smoking in
high school and it's just something about like I was
playing sports and so that I was just yeah, the
quarterbacks not getting high. Huh he's not. But um uh
so I was a late bloomer. And let's say, and then, um,

(53:35):
you know I was. I was in Amsterdam at the
Grasshopper of all places, and um, I was like, you know,
if I'm in Amsterdam, let me get a little red
light and a little light. Yeah, Like it was a
it was a fun experience. So you know, you go
in the first time, like you go into a place

(53:55):
that can legally sell cannabis. So it was like wow,
I remember that distinctly, and I was like, wow, you
could just do this and they'll tell you about it
and you could buy and this is cool. You could
do this here. I could just sit by the river
and and then I just passed out. But it was
I fell asleep head back just riding it like right
along the river as well. How fun is that? What
a great memory. Question number two of the high five,

(54:16):
what is your favorite way to use our smoke cannabis
for me? Edible forty five minutes before you go to sleep?
Because I have a really hard time sleeping. A wild
sleep edible or a heavy hitter's sleep edible forty five
minutes before you go to sleep, take it kicks in
and I'm able to sleep all through the night. Nice. Nice?
How many milligrams? Ten milligrams perfect for me? Anymore than that,

(54:38):
I get a little paranoid. Oh yeah, yeah, me too.
If I start going higher. I'm right in there too.
That's because I don't I don't you know ingest cannabis
that often, and or nor do I smoke that much anymore.
But you know, every I used to smoke in every day,
and I'm sure my talents would have been a lot
higher then. But you know, now I just gotta be.
You hear the ac kick on, you think, oh, shoot,
someone's at my door? Who is that actually just a kick? Yeah? Yeah?

(55:01):
What about you choose? Um? I've been getting into just
because we've been testing a bunch of different gummies, but
Rosin gummies just seemed to be my new jam. Really yeah,
what's once? Um, well, we were testing them so we
unbranded yet, but just they were a little ross and everything. Right,
it's just making a big hit, just a stronger kick, right,

(55:21):
just m this is kicking him good. It's funny. We
just got some rosin pills and all kinds of rosin
this and that. I'm like, wow, okay, making a big splash.
Question number three of the high five, where's the craziest
place you ever used or smoked cannabis? Man had to
be in the mountains at that fifteen hundred Yeah, yeah, yeah,
that was a good experience. Ever, Yeah, you ended up

(55:43):
under a bed waiting there for to wear off stuff
with pillows for three days to figure it out, and everybody, hey,
am I gonna be okay, You're fine, it'll wear off,
Like are you sure? I don't know. I don't know.
I can imagine what about you. Ironically, it was the
second time that I consumed cannabis, and my buddy he

(56:03):
was he just hit me up and he's like, hey,
let's go Vegas. And I was like, oh, man, I
don't want to drive Vegas. We can catch flat or whatever.
You're like, no, no, I'll get a car. Comes and
picks me up Limo. Bunch of people in Limo is
a full party. And then it was like another situation
where I was like, Okay, well, I'm definitely gonna partake
in this event. And so it was like the whole ride,

(56:26):
there was a big yeah that sounds like a good time.
We hot box that. It was pretty fun. Question number four,
the high five? What is your favorite, uh favorite go
to go to munchie after you get high? I got
my own, I'm not even high. What is your go
to munchie after you get high? Man? Uh? Taco bell

(56:47):
from there bean burritos, sour cream, U, A couple of
beef tacos, the hot sauce, Like I'll eat fifteen packets
of hot sauce. Yeah, you funny. I haven't had taco
bun a long time. When you said that, the flavor
of that Breen burrito with the sour cream instantly came
into my mouth. And now I want to add onions
to it too, just extra like I'm gonna have to

(57:07):
go get one of those. I couldn't tell you the
last time I've been a taco bell. Yeah, that's the
go too, Jason All We're cut from the same cloth.
I guess because I'm Del Taco side, so oh really yeah,
but Del Taco and you get a chicken burrito, yeah, no, beans,
extra white sauce. No, it has green sauce. It has
to out that double Dell cheeseburger. Yeah. I always see

(57:30):
it and I never have never had I hear it there,
really never had the double though. Did they even have
secret sauce? Did you know Del Taco has secret sauce? No,
when you go there order their secret sauce, it's some
good white sauce. Really fire, I had no. I think
I get there. It's on their chicken taco. I don't
know what their chicken taco has white sauce in it,

(57:52):
if I'm not mistaken, which I like. Yeah, that's a man.
It has a white sauce in it, and that's why
I like it. It's like the white sauce sauce. I
didn't know it's a secret sauce. But now I gotta
all right, No, you know, I'm gonna get my batty
card back. Question number five of the High five. Gentlemen,
It's been so great to have you guys on this show.
But if you could smoke cannabis with anyone dead or live.
Who would it be and why? Man? For sure, the

(58:14):
guy that you smoked with twice. I think you smoked
with Donald Trump twice. And dude, I was smoking him
right now. If he was here, you can't. I guess
I probably would just shut it out. Yeah, that's what
who we'd been doing. You'd be like, yeah, let's smoke Trump. Um,
that's a good one. You know. Tito Ortiz is a
really cool guy from Huntington Beach. I ran into him

(58:35):
in Arizona and Scottsdale. You know, super cool guy. He'd
be fun to, you know, smoke a joint with and
hear some of his stories and hear about some of
his fights. He's ladies and gentlemen. Here is there is
You're like, d Tito choked me out one time on
the air of Power one oh six, and he knocked

(58:56):
your whole air out of me. Just him knocked him out.
Was awesome. Literally took me to the ko and then yeah,
Tito and I go way back. Maybe I don't want
to smoke with. No. They did it on purpose. It
was like, hey, look let's just do it on there
right now. Let me just choke you out, you know,
it was like, yeah, okay, every time we've been boys forever,
I can hear him. I'm sure you are sure you

(59:16):
let him choke you out. You know, he wore the
power one of six logo and one of his big
fans fight when one year. Good dude, what about you? Um?
I think I would smoke with Winston Churchill? Nice? Yeah,
why though? Because what he had to deal with and
all the pressure and he was like the one man
that stood against you know, the Germans at the time,

(59:38):
and when he wasn't really getting help and France had
just lost their country and he had to do something
to mellow out at that point, it would have been
cool to just hear his stories, yeah, and just do it,
do it with him. Are you a big history guy?
A little bit? Yeah? That's dope because yeah, for people
to say that that's a big history buff guy. Yeah yeah, yeah.
You know, I got into a couple of history podcast

(01:00:00):
asks and hardcore history is a great one. Anybody that's
awesome and uh yeah, And so there's that kind of
got me down the road, and then I probably probably
learned more from podcasts than school, for sure. Dude. It's
funny when you go down the moneys of saying that, like,
I listened to a couple of random one on the
mind or mental health and this that I was doing

(01:00:21):
some research on something, and before you know what, I'm
listening to this podcast on mental health and it had
the big actor, comedian, stand up guy short guys in
every Visa commercial too. Right now, Ken Kevin Hart comes
on this podcast is talking about mental health and he
opens up about how, you know, man, I sometimes it's
hard for me to just try to achieve the next

(01:00:41):
school and the next goal, and you know then I
get insecure. It was just it was just amazing to hear.
But my point is you go down these tunnels and
you get learned so much about not only about the
history of something, about what somebody's doing. Like people listening
to this now they know so much about what you're doing,
you know what I mean. It's just always interesting to
learn more and do podcasts. Is there anything else that
you get We forgot guys. Do you guys want to
mention Before we let you guys get out of here.

(01:01:03):
I just want to say thanks for having us on
