here and we're all hanging out and someone had some boofs.
It was just like the worst cannabis I've seen since, like,
you know, the nineties, and when they had the brick weed,
you know, and I was like, damn, dude, that's just horrible.
And then we pulled the pop on and they put
it in the pop and they're like hit it and
I'm like, you know, I'll try, and and it turned
that boof into something special. It just tasted amazing. I've

(01:50):
heard that it still wasn't great weed, you know, but
the chirpeines made it taste more amazing. It was fresh man.
I would highly suggest, like go grab one at a
smoke shop. You hold cones exactly on the show today,
Very special Guests Blue because there's a certain information story
that Cord and are going to share about it. But
Court Porter or the CEO of f l w C

(02:13):

there right and become a v I P member. This
is dope if you just text them the word v
I P. That number is eight four four five eight
zero three zero eight zero. That's eight four four five
eight zero three eight. Are suing eight four four five
eight zero three zero eight zero for exclusive deals and

(03:21):
updates and follow them on Instagram at f l w
R CEO Underscore Corona and here to give us more
insight about the company and all the great things that
they've done. CEO Court Porter and Chad Miller, the operations manager,
give a round of applause. You guys to the campus
and it's funny. Court, I mean, you start this. You're

(03:43):
the CEO of this company. First off, I meet the
guy when he was doing solar, ironically before I had
a house in Rancho Santa mar. He ends I have
an iPad at my house that he and the guy
sends the mailer to me. We meet in this and
that I met, I was about to get my solar
deal with him. It was it was I was pricing

(04:03):
him and I was I was doing it fairly and
the good thing. This is a great testimony about Court,
you guys in this company, because the man was so
real and honest with me that I was ready to
do business with you, and I did and the other
company and now we're here and it was great dog.
So that's how we ended up meeting their randomly. Then
you ready for this you I told you about this
conversation I had Alvin a k A Mr Exhibits. Yeah,

(04:27):
you know what I mean. Face time is me. Well,
I'm getting dressed in my closet one day, cowboy hat
cowboy hatting underwear holders on the other line and acts
like you're not. But I believe who I'm with right now.
I'm like, what are you doing? And they were talking
chopping like Court's got the new dispensary out in Corona,

(04:48):
we gotta funk with blah blah bla blah blah. I'm like,
that is so random and weird. And now Court, you're
here with us on Canada's Talk one oh one. So
it's great to face time you see you do business
with you. Tell me you're Ernie. First of all, where
are you from? And how you started fucking dispensary and
beautiful Corona, California. Man, you know it's funny because our
journey here in California started with um, you know, Solar

(05:11):
Home Improvement doors and windows. We were we were slinging
that Yeah, yeah, we were slinging that ship about ten
years ago plus. You know, um we started win that
getting was good before it really got saturated. Obviously, Joe
worked on you with some of our marketing and stuff
that we did. You know, those mailers with those free iPads. Man,

(05:31):
it gets a phones ringing, and that's where we were at. So, uh,
you know, backtrack ten years ago, that's when I met
this cat chat. He actually ran one of our band
crews knocking doors, generating leads at our trade shows and stuff.
He was one of our original employees at our Solar
Home improvement company that we had in the heart of Corona,
and um, right about we had some transitioning stuff to

(05:54):
where we started really getting multifaceted in the home improvement world.
But it's really kind of a dying breed if you will.
You know, it's really oversaturated. Everybody was undercutting everybody. You
experience that, Joe, you know, you signed up with us,
then you went shop Solar City and a couple of
other people. The next thing you know, it's just what's
the best price, race to the bottom. All the same

(06:17):
across the board in terms of financing the nutshell, but
you know it's really a race to the bottom. You know,
what's the cheapest I can get for the best production.
You know, that's going to earn my business. You know.
So when we started watching California come online with the
recreational market, we were looking at a couple of desert
cities and you know, uh, Chad Miller over here, you know,

(06:39):
he came in. He's like, bro, put some money in cannabis,
see where it's at. And I said, you know what,
let's look at it. Let's look at it from a
business perspective, you know, because I mean, this guy's been
in it for a long time, goes way back before
the red market, not to stereotyping. But long story short,
behind Jack in the Box Crown Town. So so I said,

(07:07):
you know, here's what we're gonna do. We nailed down
the city and our first city was Palm Springs that
we kind of picked out. I said, let's submit an
I'll put it together front of money, see where it goes.
We were the very first recreational license issued from the
city of Palm Springs back and what I mean by
that just to clarify the state, but all the other

(07:30):
licensed shops that were operational at the time were the
o G collectives. So we were the new kid on
the block. Many new rules, new process. We went through
that streamline it flawlessly, and that was got started. So
like when we got that license, I told him, I said, hey,
we get a license in cannabis, forget about solar, and
we did. I literally shut my company down almost overnight,

(07:54):
turned over the operations to a couple of our installers
because at one time we had about eighties staff in
my solar company. I mean we were a very large
capacity volume dealer for sales, marketing and finance for home improvement.
And we decided, hey, you know what, singing song and
dance every single day, dealing with upset homeowners every single day,

(08:18):
what's it done? Was it done? I want to sell
something happy every single day. And like the work and
the money that we put forward creates a difference in
somebody's life and not just saving money on their electricity bill.
So here we are. So the very first shot we
landed in Palm Springs. We were the very first one.
Like Chad mentioned, we were the third annual license issued

(08:41):
shot from the state of California. When they were just
and and people asked, well, how did you do it?
How did you It's like, well, it's it's process and permitted,
you know, it's what we were doing for the last
ten years. It was just for solar and rooftops. It
wasn't for cannabis. So once somebody fundamentally can understand the
local processes for permitting and how to get through the

(09:04):
building departments because that's where a lot of people bottle neck,
it was an easy thing for us. We had the relationship,
so it was it was a plug and play model
for us. And we're like, all right, what are we
gonna call ourselves? And so our first are very very
first shop that we built was called Leaf Industries and
it was the second um acquisition from True Leaf Cannabis

(09:27):
Corps out of Florida, the big mso that everybody kind
of talked about. They bought us, and it was nice.
It was a nice pad, it was a nice paid
eight you know, and we can't talk specifics, but um,
you know, it really got it really got the idea
of saying, hey, you know, what there's a space in
this for us. We just got to really find it out.

(09:50):
You know, what is it? What are we here to do?
And um, you know, obviously pandemic and stuff hit recently
and and it really kind of slowed the processes down
for some of the other their areas were interesting, but
you know, here we are. We landed this corona. Congratulations,
thank you, big feet, and the first and the only

(10:11):
one till this day, probably the only one this year.
I'll tell you a little bit about it. So when
the ranking came out about sixteen seventeen months later after
we submitted the app, one of the city officials and
I will not say his name, but he stood up
with a very close ceremonies all twelve of us that
on one, and he said, none of you will be
open this year, mark my works. And I thought that

(10:34):
was very interesting. I'll pulled you outs, like he doesn't
know us, And so I pulled him aside and said, listen, bro,
I don't know why you think. And this was in
March of this year. I said, I don't know why
you think none of us will be open this year.
He's like, well, there's too much to do, there's no
way you're going to navigate through the entire process from
the city level of state, new city, new regulations, to
actually train. I said, watch us, and I don't mean

(10:59):
to sound air watch us. Yeah, that's what you have
to do, is be the way we get through the
finish line in the City's like, these guys are ready
to open, What the hell do we do it? Literally
that and here we are. We opened on the We
did a soft opening, the very first one across we have, um,
you know, based on the feedback we got, we have

(11:21):
about a four to six month head start from the
next person in line getting ready to open. So we're
kind of landlocked Corona. There's not another shot between us
to until you get to Hoopa Valley, Marino Valley or garages,
though in some corners prey quick. Yeah yeah, so I'm
so dope. You guys did that in Corona, non nonsense

(11:45):
place they don't mess around. Yeah no, Corona. Yeah, and
let me let me see this again. Congratulations on that,
because that's you know, great for our whole industry, you know,
and in our country. I I thoroughly believe that in
this plant, you know. Um. And then two is what's
streets are you on. I mean, that's the beauty of it.
Where I have ninety one in Main Brother by the

(12:07):
Orange County side, were by the train stop. We're by
the train stops. So so when you get off right
there on Main Street, you take a right on Harrison,
you left on Joy Ye right there. Oh yeah, yeah,
wheel company Right. Here's what's crazy. So so all of
the other addresses of the other shops got released and
it's all public information. The closest dispensary to us is

(12:30):
one point seven miles away. We're a standalone unicorn. You're good.
Everybody's grouped on the other side of town. It's Railroad
on the other side, or it's six and Magnolia on
the other side. They're coming right to you that you're
in that vein here, that value that van. It's better
than a powerball ticket. Dude. Congratulations. We wouldn't be able
to do. Okay, but the facilities beautiful. It's five thousand

(12:51):
square feet. It's one of the largest retail facilities in
Riverside County. Five thousands perfect beautiful show. Yeah, it's out
soluty gorgeous. We're very grateful, very thankful. We got the
room to run. We have the show room to showcase
all the wonderful brands. It's very modern. So imagine uh

(13:12):
Florida ceiling, industrial black aluminum frame windows. You got Apple
store frame. Yeah, you know. So we got a lot
of TV screens that are doing a lot of media
stuff for us, a lot of our menu offering. We
got beautiful showcase display tables. Um. You know, it's it's
really one of those scenarios to where we broke the

(13:34):
stigma when people walk through the doors are like, oh wait,
where's the trap shop? Well this isn't you know. We
get interactive prop sea and coming and take pictures talking
to them, you know, be a little bit more interactive,
you know, more of an experience you know when you
come down. And that's that's a little different than like,

(13:55):
you know, we we partnered up with our our boys
at Heavy Hitters because keep in mind, we've been in
a thing for four and a half years, so a
lot of these big brands, we were one of the
very first shelves they were on. Even though you may
not have heard of us, we had that relationship. We
were there and we helped them grow in that corner
that we were in in this industry. So like, you know,

(14:16):
Chad said, some of the prop will talk a little
bit about it. We have a five foot giant pre
roll and a three foot lighter in our show room
that's magnetic. You can take off, take us on Instagram,
look at it. It's it's just really kind of creating
more of like, hey, get your weeding, get out. It's like, no,
stay here, hang out, tell us your first name, meet
our staff. We have about twenty beautiful smiley faces behind

(14:39):
the counter. And you know, it's it's really kind of
creating that that gap difference of you know, just being
a customer and a number versus why did you come
here and buy from Flower Film. You don't know our brand,
but you know the brands is Carrot, you know. And
that's the goal quote of quote. We're gonna go break,
but when we come back, I want to talk about
what license you guys actually carry. Yeah, it's kind of

(15:00):
to talk one on one. We'll be right back after
this break. We'll be right back with Cannabis Talk one
oh one. Welcome back to Cannabis Talk one oh one.
If you're looking for a trust in cannabis, need at
a fair price, You need to have the rocket seeds

(15:20):
dot com on Instagram at rocket Underscore Seeds. We're talking
to our guy Court Porter and Chad Miller, the operations manager,
and I'm telling you flower Co Corona sounds amazing. The
way you guys are describing the inside, having the decor
to take pictures with it's the smartest, coolest, you know.

(15:41):
I mean, that's like you gotta do for marketing. Not
having another dispensary near Corona, knowing that your history of
having one already in the desert. I didn't know that.
I think I remember you seeing this still before. I
think you when we met what you told me I
think early on and told me that about But in
fact you did I did, I did that and your
world was so you got in this business, you made

(16:01):
a lot of money, and you can't come talk to
me about it. Is that right? Right? Yeah? And I
said right, I said, Joe, I can't talk runner an NBA. Sorry, brother,
how about this? That conversation was at my dinner table.
It was a bad dog. I was at my dinner
table and I would get you and I said, what

(16:21):
do you mean you haven't made all this money? You
can't call that show and talk about exactly like that. Yeah,
you put me on last a little bit and my life.
He loves do it. Oh yeah, I mean because he
was in my house and he's telling me all the
things he did. I'm like, dog, you just did all that.
You're the type of guy and he did to interview
you know what I mean, Like I remember now more
of your story as you said this in the previous moment,

(16:46):
and and now I hear this going Holy shit, dude,
that is so funny that you've done all that and
the products that you guys have here as we went there, Well,
I want to before I want to talk about your license,
right so what license are you can't do? You guys
have a growd license there also, you know, just we're
gonna stay in our lane. Yea. We are retail delivery only, Yeah,
we do so. So we'll kick that off in about

(17:07):
thirty days. That's as a courtesy. You gotta nail him.
You're gonna nail a Miller out to everybody right now.
You know, Uh, come Friday, everyone's gonna get our grand
opening the whole. We're using the same company we used
to mark it with, Solar to Door direct Mail that's
doing all our cannabis. You know what, it's called snapback mail.
If they get a kind of refrail. Yeah, you know what.

(17:29):
They do a spot on job and they're affordable. Yeah,
you know, they even using them and they work for me.
That's how we met. I mean literally a piece of
mail exactly. Yeah, that's when it works. Don't don't break
it if it's not. You know, a day. I mean,
who would think I met Quartel like literally he said
to me, And I think we're sitting down here now
doing a show. It's just so weird and funny how
that really works. I'll tell you something even more full

(17:51):
circle as as a part time job I gave to
my sister. She's the one that booked the appointment to
sit with you, like pull on and and normally, because
I own that company, I own that solo coming, I
never take a lead, And that day we were overbooked.
Should you not? I took that lead. I ran that

(18:11):
beat down to rs M because we had some stuff
in Ladera ranch that day too. I said, it all,
run it all day and your business, you know, that's
what we do. I put more numbers on the board
than any sales guy that I've ever hired and he
looks he's pretty yo. He's the one who knocked the
lead up the other day. I mean that was his job.
He put the leads on the board. We confirmed him,
we ran him, you know. And so between him and I,

(18:34):
we know how to make the phones drink. Yeah, you know,
and that's what we did. But yes, sir, that's how
we crossed past. And when I met you, you were
at Triple A. Yeah, you were at Trip A. That's yeah.
We had the same transition almost at the exact same time.
And it's just it's just my kidnapped him. Yeah, what
are you doing over there doing that credit card process?

(18:56):
And get you back back in the game. Let's get
you back in my life. This is up for renewal
if you're interested, Bro, what's we're licensed for registration on
my car service for you can't even help you with that.
I'll definitely make you appreciate. So now we know delivery

(19:19):
services gonna happen there. It's a beautiful storefront, it sounds like,
and I love the fact that you're right. You're there
to help out tons of other products. Does Flower Co
have their own brands or just a bunch of other brands.
You know, at the end of the day, I feel
like there's a lot of brands available in today's market,
a lot of ones that we grew with in the
marketplace that I've just done a bang up job being prominent,

(19:40):
and they deserve that, um, you know, respect the most.
So for us, our position isn't to sponsor our own
brand and let Flower Kobe known as like the best flower,
the best vape carders. We don't claim to be manufacturers,
and we're gonna be and we're gonna be the one
style shop to where if you're looking for dissy you're

(20:02):
plug and play, or you're looking for some you know,
top shelf. We have that you don't see ABC liquor
stores down the street making their own vodka. They sell
stories and they sell gray Goose and everything in between.
Four reason because we're appealing to the masses. So the
difference between us in terms of our brand as a
store versus anybody else, we have the history, so nine

(20:24):
times out of ten we have some really good buying
power and we have some really good pricing from the
friendly neighbor, so we're able to be competitive in that space.
There's no reason try to market Flower co as your
next best top show. You know, we would rather partner
and we'll we'll talk a little bit about some of
our partnerships and collaborations we do from our brand, you know,

(20:45):
to to kind of spread the word. But at the
end of the day, if you're looking for anything and
everything that's relevant in this space, you'll probably find it
on ourselves. I like that about you guys, you know.
I mean, I think it's it's it's you know. And
and here's the I don't mind the dispensary owner having
his own brand, but you know that they're gonna push
for their own brand, right obviously, And and so you

(21:07):
know that the the other guys may not have the
best fair shot inside of your store. With that being sad,
you know, and I and I and like, I'm not
gonna have the best placement. Yeah, they're not gonna get
the best placement. They're not gonna get the the you know,
the the bud tenders are gonna be taught to teach
about their brand, your brand first, right because the best
margins probably be with with thirst, so that that makes sense.

(21:28):
And I appreciate that about you. And I'll tell you
what guys, I think that you you two are are
very unique. You know, you guys come in and you know,
and I know you guys are businessmen first, right, you
understand business, you know because I know how to put
butts and seats as well, and I know how to
make phone drink. I've done it quite a bit of it,
you know. And and marketing isn't as easy for everybody
as it maybe come for you guys, because you have

(21:50):
your own business. The conversion, you know, coming over to
this space obviously you've exited already once made some money. Great,
you know, uh is is that you're expecting the volume
um from that store to you know, do what kind
of volume this year? You know? I mean, sure you
guys put some kind of numbers, some kind of vision
and a board in front of you. What do you

(22:10):
guys think? You know, Uh, it's it's it's really you know.
You know, at the end of the day, you get
what you put in. And I can tell you right now,
when it came to painting the walls, when it came
to putting the trim up and selling the TVs, we
didn't hire no contractor. Who's me and chat yea and

(22:32):
and you know at the end of the day. So
it's a lot of blood, sweat and tears, you know,
lack thereof for terminology, but you know, we're boots on
the ground, and that's that's what really makes the difference
of us getting open today versus next year. There's no
corporate team or board members that we got to answer to.
It's like, oh, you need ten thousand dollars for this, Well,
guess what, it's me who's writing that check, you know. So,

(22:55):
So in terms of being able to be agile and
and um adapt to whatever the city's required us to do,
we're capable of doing that on the fly. And that's
what separates us. So in terms of volume, My my
recommendation or my answer to your question for all those
entrepreneurs out there, be ready to be prepared and and understand,

(23:20):
but have a good plan, and and understand that that
good plan you have on paper is gonna get twisted,
spit up every single day. And instead of getting mad
and upset about it, you just roll with the punches, because,
like I told the City of Corona, this is your
rule book and we're playing by it. And and the
end result is that but it's very rewarding at the
end of the day, if you can get to that

(23:41):
finish line, because because I mean a lot of people don't.
People people don't. Here's where it's they get caught up.
They get caught up in the permitting process, they get
caught up in the local rules and my relations and
and and stay away from all of these consultants telling
you how great they are and they're gonna get you
a license into your belt, because that's not true. That

(24:02):
is not true. Go work in the dispensary, understand the experience,
try to move up or if you're if you got
the cash flow to do it. Because it's not for
the faint of heart. Yeah it's not. It's very expensive,
but just know there there is light at the end
of that tunnel if you can be one of those
very few that get chosen, especially in Corona. I mean,

(24:23):
it was a race, it was. It's the biggest that's
such a big city to in my opinion, it's the
biggest market to open with a limited restriction license in
the state of California. There's nothing bigger available now, you know,
so when you look at yeah we opened on the
twenty four to stop opening. This Saturday is our grand

(24:46):
opening we'll talk about that a minute, but answer your question.
You make a lot of money doing this if you
do it right. But don't get it twisted. You're not
just selling weed to the consumer. You're taking care of
that customer, and you're making sure that you're not price
gouging and that you have something for every single person
that walks through our door, whether you're homeless and you've

(25:07):
got five dollars in your belt, or whether you're it's
on paid day and you want that top shelf good stuff.
We have all of the above, and guess what you
mean the exact same to us, no matter what you
spend in our store. And we're in touch with our
customers because I'm there every day. Chad's there every day. Yeah,
you know we we see it firsthand. So it's not
just like let's just pull up a spreadsheet. Yeah, we're

(25:28):
carving a space for him out back. I want to
hear more about what Chad Miller does too. Over that
the flower coach break real quick and we can come back.

(27:01):
that's that is terrible. Chad Miller, our operations manager at
Flower car I said our operations and what care the team? Now?

Just product that you. Let's talk about this. Should we
look at it now so we can tell everybody? What
do you guys? Yeah, Flower Coast looking. I mean the
first thing I have mentioned that hat. Look at this hat,
you guys. It's just gray with the brown leather patch.
It's just clean looking. You know what. It reminds me
of Mathis, you know, I mean it, Shoul. This is

(27:44):
a golf remind me of Travis Mathis. It's right up
my alley of what I would rock on a daily basis.
We ropes and my boys know that that this was
the case. Yeah, we just do some swag. In there.
That's one of these right here about three row joints
by TNC Designs. GNC Designs is one of my favorite companies.

(28:04):
Always have a very good flavor profile. Get some job done,
you know, and these sell that flower Co dispensary, right,
and these are all things in your shop, dude, first man,
congratulations you guys. I'm so like, I got the cheers.
I went to I played high school, I got, I
got moved around a lot, you know when I was young,
and I ended up going to Corona High really yeah

(28:28):
for you Yeah, that's why special Corona. Yeah, for Corona.
It's such a huge deal. I mean, and there's a
huge market in Corona. Like people don't know, but a
lot of travelers, like people, real real cats come from
Corona to to sell in It's it's a lot of

(28:49):
a lot going out there. And and and I'm just
excited for you guys because again, like I went to
high school there for half a year. Um, you know,
because I our whole football team decided to not play
for our coach our senior year. Yeah, the whole team.
Like he was Yeah, the dude was just eating weird.
He was just on some weird ship and so the
whole team decided not to play. So I'm like, dude,

(29:10):
I want to play football, though, you know, so what
am I gonna do? And I had family in Corona,
So I went into Corona and I drove every day
to Corona get that game story, yeah, just my seat.
And then that my senior year, I had to go
back to the school that I went to. The rest
of my play football in Corona. But it kind of
it was kind of a weird, you know transition. As

(29:32):
you see the name of Corona and this you see
the address and it's real and if you guys have
a dispensory Corona, I mean we're the first, so you
know what I mean, that's that's a big deal, bro,
that that goes Nobody can say that other than us.
And we were very hungradulation. No, I'm very crowdy. You

(29:54):
guys ready for my Ready for my smoked in Corona, Forna.
I tell you, guys to my ex wife, my first wife,
her father. So my ex father in law lives in
Corona and he was actually created what you probably know
the mosque that's there. He outbuild that mosque that's probably

(30:15):
years old. If that. Yeah, he was I was there
when the land was breaking, helping him do that stuff.
So I have a Corona Tito that makes me my mom.
You know, had businesses there though, I mean later on
after I ended up going there. You know, they had
you know, companies. There's Monster was there for many years, right,
I mean, yeah, there's what's this year that you guys

(30:35):
are having there on the top right, oh, profile, it's
actually Skywalker on Blues got the Star Wars Classic was
actually one of their flagships drains. Their mother died a

(30:57):
couple of years ago. For the last few years they've
been pheno hunting. They finally found a new mother and
they's the first release of their Points. And just to
let you know, we are one of the very few
dispensaries that carry that brand, that strain Skywalker and they
did a tribute to Star Wars and I told him

(31:18):
go ahead, but that put them on the map as
far as a brand. And so we've we've cultivated that
relationship where Chad has and as part of his role,
I wouldn't be where we're at today if it wasn't
for this man here, and I say it holy and
truly because he's maintained those important relationships with these brands

(31:39):
and distributors to where as a retailer starting out today
without those connections, you will fail. So between the buying power,
the relationships, and just the love that these brands have
for this man here, we're able to be who we
are in the city of Corona and launch how we
are all day, all day because this is a big

(32:01):
brand right here that you gave me in my box
right here, this road pin, this is the live rosin
to the Premier. This is a great quality product right here.
I mean, but I think you hit it on the nose,
you know, the nail on the coffin or whatever, because
when you sit relationships, Man, this industry is definitely about relationships, dude,
Like you know, it's I always say, this is like, man,

(32:22):
I've been in this industry for so long, right and
and you know, I was a backpack boy. I did
the hockey bags that you know, I graduated into you know,
doing whatever I was doing. But at the end of
the day, like you know, a lot of those boys
aren't here no more, you know, as far as the
industry goes. And then the ones that have that have
seen it, they they've popped in and they see you
here at this event, they see at this event, they

(32:43):
meet you at you know, um a destro or you
meet out of this or that. You end up starting
to build these relationships. And quite frankly, some people don't
know how to hold on the relationships. They don't care
about them. Some people are you know, have lifelong friends
and business partners that they'll be with forever. And this
industry in particular is about who you know and who

(33:04):
you who you can trust, because you have to be
a trusted guy. This TuS to the trusted guy. It's
a testament to that. You never know when you're gonna
cross pass again. Yeah. Well, and not only that, and
to say that court about Chad, right, which Chad is
well deserved, right, And by your CEO, the owner giving
you those props, you know, I love hearing that from him.

(33:26):
And oh my god, oh my god, I'm just stopping
you guys, because I never smell weed that makes me
do that in the middle of like that. That's you
really got to walk up here. Come here. I'm serious.
It's one of those. Hey, this is one of those
come here, come here, You're gonna smell that we're not
bringing to the show. On fire smelling. Here's what's funny.

(33:51):
Things don't make me want to smoke weed? I don't.
Everyone is nothing. Have you ever seen me go I
want to smoke that? Want taste it smells like, want
to taste it to me? And heway, let me get
back to this what I was gonna say about your
corcuse chat. It's a key part, as we know in relationships.
Blue and I, we nourished him. We have a staff

(34:12):
that nourishes them. Everybody does it and we praise them.
So to hear you be praised like that, Chad is
is something that doesn't get overlooked. It and I commend
you for it. Right that all being said, Mr Porter,
I met you not knowing that you walked up as
an owner of a fucking solar company. Dog and I

(34:32):
felt like we not felt like we still have each
other's numbers in our phones from that time. So that
being said, Dog, you're the same. It's leadership to with friendships.
And I just want to commend you for that and
not not give you your flowers when you praise your
boy and and and and to go back to just
what our relationships start off as on a fluke mail
out to be conversating here and there. They're there to

(34:55):
be facetiming with Guess what, it doesn't matter who it is,
but it's an A list star by the name of Exhibit. Folks,
that face time's me. You know I'm no a list
starr and that's you think I am. Praise God, thank you,
but you know so you know how players last week?
Well you know what my point is, I I I

(35:16):
just you get a FaceTime from a homie, you gotta
pick it up right and for you to be on
that other side, because that was the reason why he facetimeing.
It wasn't Exhibit face timing me. Exhibit FaceTime me for
you for you know what I'm saying, like if you
don't do that for anybody exactly dog, I'm saying, we
don't do that, amos. And that's your good people. So
my point is, Exhibit did that for you. And I
want to explain that to people that are listening to

(35:37):
the show because when I think now a Flower Co
and Corona, it's a whole different Like you two dudes.
You praising your guy is well deserved, but no offense
to you. Chad Miller, Operations manager of Flower Co. I
don't know you, but I'm co signing off somebody I
do know now, and this dude I know is official
like a referee with a whistle like So a Corona

(35:59):
Boy dis dispensary has gotta be great the way you
described it, the products you have, the relationships you're building,
we just commend you, congratulates you, and can't wait to
support what you guys are doing and help push this.
And I wish we're gonna be there singing and dancing
on Saturday, but I know we're busy too. But yeah, well,
speaking to Saturday, let's talk a little bit about our
grand opening. It is. You know, um, I would like

(36:22):
to say the the city has granted us and all
access past the fun and they actually let us block
off our parking lot and the adjacent parking lot. Here's
what we got going on on Saturday. We have live
music starting off in the morning. We got a ribbon
cut in ceremony, we got free coffee trucks with doughnuts

(36:42):
and all kinds of fun stuff. Right after that, we
got a live band kicking up, and then we have
a pro BMX stunt show all day long in our
parking lot, half piping it up. While people wait in
line way to get on those promo deals, we are
going to keep them enter. Say so, the city came
to bath for us, they said, here's your event permit.

(37:03):
We're very grateful. We're very excited to introduce our brand
and to be the first storefront in Corona. But more importantly,
we're gonna pay tribute to it. The writer, Um, there's
a couple of different ones. I cannot think of them,
but I know it's like it's like a local company.
It was what who was ever available? But in the band,
the band's a local band. Um, you know it's been

(37:28):
but but to speak to that, to speak to that
as well over of our staff that we've hired our
residents in the city of Corona. We are employing the
city above living wage. We are making sure that Corona
not only feels the benefit, but they appreciate the benefits. So,
speaking of that, what's what's your taxes like there? Do

(37:50):
they do justice or is it a little crazy? You
know what's really great about the taxes? It's about a
seven percent across the board for top line revenue. And
then there's an additional one sent but let's talk about
that one percent. So normally U the one percent tax
goes to the city for whatever events or involvement they
need or repairs if you will. They're giving us control

(38:12):
of where that money goes. So check this out. This
is the first time we have hired a community outreach manager.
Her entire book of business is to make sure that
that one percent gets deployed to all the charities and
nonprofits and stuff that we wanted that we believe in,
to put it back school sports for whatever. So so

(38:36):
so we're very grateful to be in control of that.
And then sorry, does that give you the so so
they give you a list of you know, fifty or
hun you actually just put together. So we put this
just I think we interview them impair all that stuff,
but because I think of all the parents that go

(38:57):
to kids sports for events every week. And I'm at
a kid event, right, So if you're doing some type
of soccer, kids soccer, this and that, helping the parks
and putting the dispenser even though they think, oh you're putting,
but you're helping the parks and all these parents are
out there. You know how many parents that come up
and talk to me at every stock Joe Hey, my guy,
that was just here the day. Tom's the owner of

(39:18):
Tom's and I gave him cannibis. He said, I changed
his life, you know what I mean. And and it's
another dad I met at the field was that was
a baseball field, ironically, and I'm talking soccer right now,
but my point is sports in general. I'm just giving
you my tidbit of families that I see consistently parents. Granted,
there's kids there, but it's part of the community where
I would love to see Corona benefit from the kid
aspect if there's benefit of programs there all day long.

(39:40):
And I mean, you know, we're we're partnering with a
lot of really good local organizations and we're just getting started.
I mean, you know, uh, you know, we'll we'll plug
in our community liaison outreach manager names Kristen. She's done
a great job for us and and you know her
sole focus is to take that one percent top line
revenue every single month and put it in the hands

(40:02):
of those people and and to take it a step
further to hold true to our testament. At the end
of the first year we're in business, we have to
present us to the city of everything we did. So
it's not only put your money where your mouth is showing.
And and that's extremely important. No Citi has done that.

(40:22):
They are and and and we're gonna get started in
the right way, and we're gonna let people know that, Hey,
we're not is here selling cannabis products and here you know,
making money. It's like, no, we're we're actually a contributing
member of the community. We have skin in the game,
and we're here to make sure things get done the
right way and let everybody know in the positive. And

(40:44):
one thing I want to plug in really quick to
is you can see some of those jars of flour
in front of our logo there. We partnered with another
dispensary called the Healing Tree, and um, that's one of
their brands they created. That's part of an organization is
called it's it's called The Fight, The Fight Smoker's Club.
What it does, it's it's because the the owner who

(41:07):
started that, his brother died of fetnel. Oh yes, yes,
when you get Darren down here, yeah, and and so
he when he approached us, because I know they got
a license in Corona too, they're gonna be opening up
a little bit. But I said Yeah, let's create some
unity and let's let's start creating the car drivers. So
we plugged that in. But but um, every every dollar

(41:32):
of every jar purchased goes to that foundation. But we
got a couple of special Corona tributes skews that we're
doing from us. Not only every dollar goes to fight,
another dollar to keep the parks fleen so that the
kids are somewhere to go and hang out. So yeah,

(41:54):
I love that. When he was talking about rolling that out, um,
you know, they were getting ready to do uh party
or something for it, and I don't think he I
think he end up doing it, but for different one
of his locations, I think Nelson or or something like that. Yeah,
but it also it also bridges Yeah, it also bridges
the gap, you know, like letting the community know saying, hey,

(42:14):
whether you buy from us or whether you buy from
another dispensary down the street, there's some unity, you know,
like like we're in it for the same reason. We're
in it to sell good product in the community and
give back and create awareness that's deserved. And I think
a lot of a lot of spaces in terms of
cities that are operating with cannabis have kind of lost
sight of that, and it's been more of like the

(42:36):
wild West to where it's turf wars of it was like,
all right, we're opening up, we have the most billboards,
we have the best spot on weed maps. Who has
the biggest you know, and it's like, dude like, but
at the end of the day that that customer is
free to shop wherever they choose to. But if as
shop owners and operators, if if we can kind of

(42:57):
come in Unison a little bit and get that message
across saying, hey, whether you buy from us or buy
from them, it's gonna be a good product at a
good price, and we're also giving back to the community
you live in. I think it's a great message and
also set standards I mean, with with each other. You know.
It's just like, you know, we know who the bad
actors are. You know, we know the guys, and and

(43:17):
it's it's pretty easy to spot, you know when when
you've been here long enough, you know, because you start
dealing with certain companies and they don't take care of
their business, you know, and it's sad. And I think
by communicating with the other stores and other you know,
the other you know, people in the community. You guys
can not gouge each other for pricing. You guys could

(43:38):
have conversations about, hey, guys, let's set a standard, you know,
amongst this, and you're you're always gonna have that one
cowboy that's gonna be like, no, I'm gonna do what
I don't want to do that you might still have
my world. But I think if the masses all kind
of follow suit, you guys could also you know, keep
the market where it should be and and be fair
to your your customers and and get a great, you
know response from the whole community. And not only that

(44:00):
Blue When you really look at flower Coat, what you
guys are doing in Corona, you're leading the country as
far as having a scenario where you get to choose
what you do with that one percent. Dude, your company
is going to be looked at as a leader in
the industry. So there's a lot of pressure kind of
and I'm excited for you meet you. I want to

(44:21):
hear ready this. I want to follow up after that
first month, and I would like us to be an
outlet of what is that money being used for Corona
to let us use that because people the first expense
is going to be the pickleball courts in the City
of Corona. They need paint. Sherwin Williams turned them down.
I don't know why. I don't care. Parks and came
to us in store during our soft opening and said, hey,

(44:43):
we have a problem. I said, great, how can we
fix it? So they're putting together their budget for paint.
Obviously it's a part. But at the end of the
down to go, let's go out there and well, you know,
you know, well, good, it starts there, it starts there,
and where does this stop? We don't know. But guess what,

(45:04):
we're really freaking excited about it because as we grow
and as the Corona community supports our store, that means
more revenue dollars. That means more money we can take
and give back and deploy the way that we see necessary.
And it's not just here's a check, mr, City of Corona,
and deploy it if you will. Nobody knows, but that

(45:27):
bonus that's been nobody knows where, nobody knows, how does
it get distributed from cannadas. Nobody knows all of these
application dollars and and all of the city tax revenue.
There's there's the gouties on blast and you know who
that's gonna be crazy when you see when this happens,

(45:48):
every city is gonna come up with, let's see the reports.
Where's the money. The thing is they don't show it.
There's they're not there's a lot of it and a
lot of beach right now, and they give a very
big broad answer, you know we did this and that No,

(46:08):
this is this is our staff putting together the presentation,
the dollars and cents along with all the media, pictures,
sponsorship receipts, invoice, all of the above, saying hey, this
is what we did Corona, and and that's the difference,
and and and when you have boots on the ground

(46:28):
as a day to day operator, and with this man
and some of our management staff, which I'm very grateful
for to find because keep in mind, there's not a
single person that works for us that spilled over from
other locations. These are all new people, new jobs in
the city of Corona. And we made short and if
we went out of the City of Corona's still County

(46:49):
of Riverside all day and and so so we're very
proud of that. But but when you know six months
from now, three months from now, when when you know
we we put these do you North or Sea? He's Corona. Um,
you know where I used to run a business. I

(47:09):
used to run a business in Corona about ten years ago,
a little longer. That's where our solar company was out
of joke, you know. So so so we we understand
it and and we see it, and you know, it's
it's a very exciting thing. Um, we're so we're thrilled.
And I don't think there's another city as they open
up in California that would be set out to do

(47:31):
with their framework that the city of Corona decided to do.
And I think it's awesome. Do you know other dispensers
are going to have that same option to do what now?
Now the differences, but the differences how well are they
going to execute? What skin do they have in the game,

(47:53):
whether that one percent is just a big giant check
to a nonprofit or whether or whether you got or
do they get do they get their hands ready to
get in the in the community and everyone does that.
That's gonna be a game changer for Corona, you guys,
because I believe cities of all angles should do that
locally like that, because I believe that's what cannabis. You're

(48:15):
starting first, you're starting, you're starting in in in probably
one of the lower community areas that need it right
that it's out there. But if they're still a baller house,
they got big house, a big match. No, they got
some I didn't mean that. I meant where the you know,
the pickle ball that you know, the handball courts are right, um,

(48:37):
you know, everything isn't that closer down towards Main Street.
Like the feedback, the feedback that we received from the
city is that we're setting the tone. Yeah, and it's
gonna be a really really hard thing for that second
person in line to come through to see how they
measure up. And I'm not saying we're gonna be the best.
I'm gonna say we're gonna be good, and we're gonna
be conscious, and we're gonna be that operator that hey all.

(49:00):
And and whether we're number one number two doesn't really
matter as long as we do our job every single
day and the city of Corona and the community members
of Corona realize that it's a win win for us.
We can go home every single day and and you know, like,
we're so grateful because the difference is you're gonna see
me in the grocery store in the city of Corona.
You're gonna see this guy. You know, there's there's I
got kids in school. My my son goes to a

(49:23):
school in Corona. You know, there's there's parents we're gonna
cross pass room Like, oh yeah, we're not gonna we
have skin in the game, and it's for it's for
the right reasons, you know, and so so we're super sorilled,
super thankful. But there are grand opening huge. I mean,
this this thing with the fights great. I mean, that's

(49:44):
the tip of the iceberg for us. Like we have
an entire twelve month community calendar already planned out for
everything we're going to do with the City of Corona
in the different nonprofits. And even before we were open,
we were spending sponsorship dollars with another local already, ABC Hopes.
We we we were one of the sponsors for their
Fireman's Row, which spreads awareness and stuff like that. You know,

(50:06):
they had one of the biggest turnouts this year for it.
So even before we were operational, we decided to throw
some money, you know at those good causes because you know,
we care. Yeah, so that's that's that's where we're at.
So Chad, tell us a little bit about your role,
because yeah, you haven't had um Chad, right, yeah, tell
us what you're doing over there, and and you know,
I mean, you know your your court over here, just

(50:27):
hogging the court. Now. He's well, he's well, he's well
spoken and andy, and I love hearing everything he said,
by the way, but tell us about what your mission is,
what you're doing operational. So basically, I just throw in
all the stations I do purchasing and I do day
to day and make sure that all the bearings of

(50:48):
greased and mcchine has running well. Um. So basically, um,
when he said that I wouldn't do his office back
in the day and told him that we just throw
some money at Canada. That was right. When my mother
had a four pancreatic cancer, Yeah, and she was it
was good luck. They gave her six months to live

(51:10):
and she started doing cannad but she didn't care. She
was smoking it, she was eating it, you know what
I mean. And four and a half years later she
was still alive. And to me, I was just able
to see because I've always been a stoner, you know
what I mean, A love smoking, always loves consuming. But
seeing that aspect really brought to the forefront of this

(51:33):
actually help. It's real medicine and its fucking improus people's
lives and better quality of life for your mom. So
when when I finally saw that aspect of it, I went,
you know, full speed, do you know everything? You know?
Definitely a passion project for me. I love everything about it.

(51:55):
You know, it seems like you've got a great partner
here and we're almost like getting yeah, you know, but
we worked really well together, so you know, we're just
completes the buzzle and he makes my job easier and
I do my best to make as it should be. Well,
how's your mom doing? Sorry started here, Well, it doesn't

(52:16):
have a brother still. Yeah, but that was you know,
like I said, when they gave her that six months
to live and I started to getting her some r
THO and stuff like that, and then you know, she
helped her man. She turned out she was smoking. That
must have been fun smoking, I mean, that had to
be cool. My dad did the same thing. I mean,

(52:39):
he smoked his entire life, but you know, on his deathbed,
you know, he got to a point where he was like, look,
I'm not taking any more of these pills. I'm not
doing this stuff, dude, I'm over it. So he just
started adjusting cannabis, smoking it, um, you know, you know, everything, rectal, whatevery,
whatever he could do she thought would help. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

(53:04):
It's crazy when when that type of story hits you
like that and from a guy who grew up stone
or whatever. But then to see the medical aspect, because
I look at cannabis strictly medicine as well. I started
smoking me when I was six years old, for my
brother was sixteen, right, that's the first time I took
a tit up a joint and I quit smoking flower
at the age of six, and then I started using
a pin when I had an injury. So twenty some

(53:25):
years of sobriety twenty three to be exact, before I
decided to even really use cannabis again medically because I
was so against it in taboo. But seeing and doing
this show and learning all about what cannabis really does,
it's game changer, folks. It's beautiful. It really truly is.
Because I'm from the aspect of strictly medicine. You want

(53:45):
to smoke a joint, God bless you. That joint may
even be some great medicine you're using at the time.
I don't choose to, but I use it. I rub
it on me every day. It's under my tongue every day.
I mean, as crazy as it sounds, I've even filled
out some paper. Yes, I'm open to using it any
other way. And if somebody said using us a pository
would be the best way to do it all kidding aside,

(54:08):
I would consider doing it. And it's not crazy silly.
We just had a sex therapist on the show earlier
today and yesterday whatever on another podcast. These are real
things that your mother may have had to do, blues
dad had to do. I'm killing you. I'm contemplating just
because I've had my ankle surgery and I'm still suffering.
You guys, it's now a flower code is doing for
the whole community and and and it's given them a

(54:29):
safe access point to allow people to get their medicine
and to participate in any way they feel, you know, needed,
and they need to go. And now you guys are
doing this for Corona, and I can't wait. If you're
out in that area in California are free. Feel free
to come out there. Join the BMX grand opening at
Flower Coast Saturday, October starting at nine A and promo

(54:51):
swags all day, taco copy, trucks, entertainment, ribbing, cutting the
whole nine. If you're in the area, it's five three
six Queen Lynn Circle, Corona, California to eight seven nine,
or go to the website f l W R C
O dot s h O P. Gentlemen, we like to
do the High five with everyone that comes on the show.

(55:12):
We've been able to talk to you guys, so along,
so deep. Thank you for being vulnerable, telling your story,
chat about your mother. As we do this, we'll start
with you Court and then go to Chad. Same question,
different answers maybe either way, it's your answer. Question number
one of the High five. How old are you the
first time you smoked cannabis? And where'd you get it?
From four to and from? Uh, girl, I worked at

(55:36):
that McDonald's back in the day. First job. That was
my first job, my first my first payroll job, minewer rat.
But in terms of actually getting a W two McDonald's
where I got my start mine too, which one little

(55:58):
time in McDonald's in Ronan, Montana. Uh mine was in
uh Orba Linda, okay, Chad, I worried about you. When
did you get high? First? So I was I think
it was tortuing as well. And I had smoked one
time with like the doolkids in school, but it was
like one little kid. I never got high. So then

(56:18):
I thought it was cool. I told my older brother
he's four years older than me. Yeah, so went on
with uh, you know, outside and I definitely he was like,
come on here, bro. Yeah. Yeah, he was like, oh yeah,

(56:38):
excuse me. Got me Question number two of the High
five what is your favorite way to use or smoke cannabis?
You know? For me, I got uh. I got three
babies five and under, so for me, I'm busy. But
most importantly it's, you know, making sure they don't they
don't see anything. So I'm a big fan of edibles,
bro edibles, tinctures. You know. I was saying, my go

(57:00):
to right now is going to be um CBN mix
with some THHC some cb D. Puts me down at
nighttime and and and good night, good rest, so I
can get up at four o'clock in the morning and
do it all over again, seven days a week. So
that's that's it for me. Very discreet, very nice, very mellow,
and night Mostly like that is that when you consume more,

(57:21):
you know, thirty forty five minutes before bedtime, when the
kids are brushing their teeth, get a bath, niceil edible
goes down, Good to go, Dad goes right behind him.
We're out. It's a healthy option. It works out about you,

(57:46):
but probably yeah, just a good old fashioned join the paper,
nothing wrong with that. What's the craziest place you ever
used or smoked cannabis? Yeah, for me, it's going to
be that first time too. It was the garbage corral
at McDonald's, trying to impress some money. Yeah, man, I
mean that that was a jump. Didn't have cameras back then.

(58:11):
Sometimes you come into like what the hell are you know?
I mean, yeah, you know that. That goes back to
you know what we're set out to do. You know,
there's a lot of influence in this world, and it's
really about making the right choice, and it's okay to
say no. But yeah, for me, my start, very craziest one,
absolutely different intentions back there. Yeah, I'm sure we did.

(58:31):
What about you craziest place on the boomerang. It was
not easy lighten it. But that's fun. That's crazy good. Yeah,
that's a good time. That's a good one. Question before

(58:52):
the High five, what is your go to munchie after
you get high as it's it's honestly the Range Street
or it's gonna be like some notther butters man like
like any any like. If it's a good solid peanut
butter cookie, I'm down. Yeah. Yeah, so that's the only
that's the only time. But it's a good great they're trying,
they're they're they're trying and truth right like I mean

(59:15):
in my book, I mean that's a that's a butter
gun stuff. I mean it's kind of like antin mean,
that's how I'm starting today. What about your brother? So
more of whatever is around? Like, oh wow, back to

(59:39):
the peanut butter exactly. Question number five of the High
five with a gentleman from Flower Co out of Corona,
Grand Opening. Of course. If you're not going to go
to that, just go anytime. It's hoping folks, go buy
and check them out. They've got some great products of
all the brands you want. And if they don't, let
them know, because I'm sure they'll get it. So go
there and talk to these gentlemen as if they're not.
They're a nice, smiley phase will be there to greet

(01:00:01):
you and say hello. Question number five of the high
five gentlemen, if you could smoke cannabis with anyone dead
or live, who would it be and why? Man? My
go to would be Dave Chappelle. I mean that that cat.
I feel like, you know, not only is he one
of the funniest people on this planet, he's also one
of the well educated, and I feel like his material

(01:00:22):
gets better the higher he is. To imagine being in
a room off stage with that guy, it could be
probably one of the best moments in anybody's life that
could experience. Dude. Have you seen this new show, the
new the new one he's doing on Yeah, Well, I
went and Salt live right here at the Hollywood Bowl.
One of the best shows I've ever seen, dude. I

(01:00:44):
mean I literally walked in there, and I don't know
if you've ever been to the Holly Bowl, but it's
just just a beautiful setting. Dude. So we're watching that
Dave Chappelle and I literally got a full on messaging,
you know, which in my mind, helped me produced the
Burning Trees Festival. The rest of this this team here,

(01:01:05):
we just threw a pretty big festival out in Atlanto
and all cannabis um, you know, sales and consumption, and
uh I left that place going I know what I
need to do. You know, it wasn't just a comics show,
you know, this was this was a message and one
of the most makes him the great. Yeah, I mean,
he's one of the few comics that can walk that

(01:01:27):
fine line between what's insulting and what's reality. And and
he has, for what you said, a message behind a
lot of it, and it just really kind of you know,
even though it's it's from a laughing perspective, he still
kind of opens your mindset to the other side of things.
And he owns a ship. I don't think that guy's
apologized the day in his life. And and I respect

(01:01:49):
them for you know, so. So Yeah, if if you
line them up all day long listening the back, we'll
we'll smoke until we're stupid. I don't ladies and gentlemen,
please bring out Dave Chappelle. Hey, guys here, what about
you chat? If you so this one, I'm actually already
accomplished in my life. Um. Last year it was the

(01:02:13):
Super Bowl party. I think we based through it. Tommy
John was there. He was like at his own little
private boots you know, of course, sucking Tommy and he
was like, yeah, how awesome is that? Ye just by

(01:02:38):
random moments like you call my dad afterwards. I was like, yeah, yeah,
there's photos, Yeah, there's proofs it. Text me too. He's like,
this is awesome. Man. He's like, thanks for levinge now
that that's that's the one benefit chack gets, you know.
You know, we get invited to a lot of parties

(01:02:59):
and know, since I got the little ones at home,
I'm not always able to attend. But chat or is
who are you chilling? Blue goes out all the time. Yeah. Man,
we got an event on the twenty nine. Man, you
guys come out and join us great people from the
industry and be good for you guys. Is there anything
that we missed about flour Code that you guys want
to mention before we let you guys get on out

(01:03:19):
of here. No, I think that's it, man, Come see us.
Just let us know. You know, we're your one stop
shop whether you want to eat it drink it, smoke it,
where it all day long. We will have it. You
probably have it at the most competitive price in the more.
What's the store hours, So that's a little different for us.
So because with Corona, as you guys know anybody familiar,

(01:03:40):
it's a commuter traffic to Orange County. So we are
open at six thirty in the morning Monday through Friday,
and then Saturday and Sunday we opened at nine and
we run our hours till nine thirty just to get
those last minute stragglers in before that ten o'clock cut
off time at the state. So you know, our our
goal is to to take all those locals that are
spending their money in Order County because they have to stop.

(01:04:02):
They don't gotta go no one stop local. The four
local business right past six started in the morning. Traffic
is crazy about we know we're gonna join yeah, yeah,
come from saying every day. So when you're two minutes
exit off the ninety one and you can get right
back on the ninety game, you're skipping a hit. Thanks you.
About an hour after working on this county trying to

(01:04:24):
get we got to know exactly pick up, just pull
up and go like you got moderated. Let's go. Yeah, yeah,
I get that operation Yeah coming through. Ready back the
delivery side order, third side, the third side, pick up
Baggy my free will. Thank you guys, can join the

(01:04:45):
show man cants out of every kid. Well there it
