I'm Drew Nelson. A man in Florida is arrested after
allegedly attacking an eleven year old girl he believed had
egged his apartment. The attack caught on video. On Saturday,
deputies with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office responded to calls
from neighbors at Alison Park Place in Tampa. Witnesses had
seen a man chase a young girl, tackle her, and

When it happened again that Saturday. He assumed the girl
walking nearby was to blame. He says he chased her
because he wanted to take a picture for apartment management.
A man intervened and pulled Moutu away. Deputies arrived around
noon and took Mootu into custody on charges of battery
