Several new lawsuits alleging sexual assault have brought Sean "Diddy" Combs' legal battles into double digits, with the latest filed by former "Making the Band" contestant Dawn Richard. The former Danity Kane singer claims the Bad Boy CEO manipulated her with promises to advance her music career in exchange for complying with his abusive demands.

Richard also details Combs' alleged abusive behavior toward his ex-girlfriends, Kim Porter and Cassie Ventura. She recalls seeing Porter leave a recording session in tears, with what appeared to be fresh injuries on her face. Richard also witnessed multiple incidents of violence involving Ventura.

Adria English, a dancer who performed at Combs' famous annual "White Party," has filed her own lawsuit, accusing him of grooming her for sex trafficking.

Combs was recently hit with a $100 million judgment for failing to appear in court for a separate lawsuit. He is now selling his multi-million dollar house in Los Angeles.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Crime Stories with Nancy Grace ditting done.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
The star now slammed with brand new claims of sex
abuse and brutality.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
This as the Feds are.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Shredding a luxury hotel. Why I'm Nancy Grace, this is
Crime Stories. Thank you for being with us.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Music mogul and rap star Sean Ditty Combs hit with
lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit, but attorneys claim no matter
how many suits are filed, Combs is innocent.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Really, After seeing that video of Seawan Comb's aka Ditty
aka Puffy aka puff Daddy, I don't know how many
there are. After seeing him dragging Cassie Ventura a hotel,
I think by her hair, I'd have to look at

(01:05):
it again to see if it was her collar or
her hair.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
Innocent? What am I supposed to believe?

Speaker 2 (01:12):
All of these people suing him are lying and he
Ditty is the only one telling the truth. I got
a hard time believing that it's coming at it from
all sides. He just lost a one hundred million dollar
default judgment. This as we learn he's selling his mansion.

(01:34):
I think I know why, but there's more.

Speaker 4 (01:37):
Listen, Federal prosecutors issued a subpoena against a Miami hotel
as part of a secret grand jury investigation into Sean
Ditty Combs. The hotel in order to turn over all
records regarding Combs and known associate Daphne Joy from two
thousand and eight to present day. The subpoena includes check
in and check out dates, room numbers, guest requests, building
information including email addresses and phone numbers, room activity, hotel

(02:01):
surveillance footage, computer IP addresses and logins for guests and
customer identifications, and vehicle details.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
What that was a mouthful? Wait a minute, let's break
that down now.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
This as the Danity Kane singer Don Richards is suing
Sean Diddy Combs for sex abuse and brutality, and in
her pleadings, she's also claiming that she saw him punching
and beating not only Cassie Ventura when we know that
because we saw that with our own eyes in the

(02:32):
hotel's surveillance video, but others as well, including the mother
of some of his children, Kim.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Porter and more. What's next?

Speaker 2 (02:44):
First, let me address what I'm hearing about the Feds.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Can I tell you, as I fed for three years.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
They didn't put one toe into the courtroom until they
had literally rooms full of boxes full of evidence.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
I know that.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Let me go straight out to Nima Romani, former federal prosecutor,
turn trial attorney, president of the West Coast Trial Lawyers,
associate association, author of Harvard to hashtag, and also instructor
at Harvard.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Nima, thank you for being with us. Listen, the FEDS.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Are descending on one hotel in particular.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
There may be others knowing the Feds.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
There probably are others, but I know about this hotel,
so I can speak freely about it. A Miami hotel
part of a secret Grandeury investigation into Combs.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Listen to what they want.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
Okay, this relates to not only Combs, but known associate
Daphne Joy. He goes all the way back to two
thousand and eight. That's a long way to dig back.
Listen to what they want. Check in, check out dates,
room numbers. I'm sure did He did not check in
under his own name, so he's got to have his

(04:06):
alias or his assistant.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
We've got to get that information.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Guest requests, What did they want? Did they want a
lot of booze? Did they want personal favors from the concierge,
building information to.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Find out what all they were getting.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Maybe they're trying to corroborate a claim of sex abuse
or brutality, and they're actually getting the room service orders
for that night or day, IP addresses, guest requests, What
guest requests Maybe what if they called for band aids
or bandages or medicine or painkillers. I don't know what

(04:41):
guest requests are they talking about. I'm very interested in
the room service activity, hotel surveillance footage, computer IP addresses
and log ins for guests, customer IDs, even down to
the vehicle information. Go to hotel A lot of times
I'll ask what are you driving with the tag number

(05:03):
and all that. That's a lot of information, Nima, what
is brewing?

Speaker 1 (05:09):
It is, Nancy.

Speaker 5 (05:10):
They're looking for really two categories of information. Obviously, you
want that direct evidence if you're a prosecutor. The video
of Ditty beating someone, whether it's Cassie venture, obviously we
all saw that from the Intercontinental here in Los Angeles
where I live. So there's any evidence of that that's
going to be gold. But even evidence that corroborates what

(05:30):
the victims are saying, right, that's what you want to
show that they were there with Diddy on the days
that they alleged that they were physically and sexually abused.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
That's all helpful.

Speaker 5 (05:41):
If you're a prosecutor and you know how the FEDS work, Nancy,
you and I work there. They want to make sure
that all their eyes are dotted teaser crossed before they
go to that grandeury, get that indictment, because you know,
in a case like this there's no deal to be
had it He's going to push the case to trial.
So you want to make sure when you arrest him
when he's a rain, that you're ready to go and

(06:03):
you have all the evidence you need to put him
away for life.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
Everything you just said is correct, Nima, but I want
to talk about why they want this particular information.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
Everything you said is correct, but you kind of.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Danced around why do they want room service orders?

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Hold on, I'm going to let you percolate on that.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
Joining me is Tom Smith, former NYPD detective, and I
love nothing more than going well a few things more.
I would love to go through on the days of
these alleged sex attacks and brutality claims. I want to
find out who's up in that Penthal sweet with Diddy?

(06:47):
What are they smoking, what are they eating? How many
people are there? That's why I want to see the
room service. I want to find out if they ordered
anything from the concierge, if they needed the house doctor.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
I remember when I was on top, I had.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
Took a swim in a pool and got a horrible
ear infection, and I had to be in court every day,
and I had the twins with me.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
We had to finally.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Get the house doctor, who showed up three am so
I could go to work at five am.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
It hurts so much.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
Long story short, I would love to find out if
the house doctor was called up there and why. There's
just so much I can learn from what the guest
requests were.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
What about it? Help me out, Tom?

Speaker 6 (07:36):
Yeah, it's a Trevor treasure trove because you're corroborating witness
statements maybe source reporting of what was going on up there.
And like both of you said in the US Attorney's office,
you want a slam dunk. You want every possible piece
of evidence you could get to make sure it's in
front of him. It scares the hell out of him

(07:57):
and they don't go to trial. Now, Well, did he
probably do that, yes, But the way the US Attorney's
Office works, you get every conceivable piece of evidence you
can on every level to make sure these charges stick.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
Guys with me and All Star Pound to make sense
of what we are learning right now, let me go
straight out to Crime online dot Com investigative reporter with
the latest on Ditty aka Shawn Combs aka Shawn Puffy
Combs Akapuff Daddy.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
It goes on Sydney Summer. The reason I keep saying
that is another thing.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
I really love is when you are standing before the
jury pool which means sixty to eighty to one hundred
potential grrs, and you read the indictment and you spend
the whole page going through they're aliases before you can
even get to the charges, because most people are thinking, I.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
Only have one name, why does he have aliases?

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Of course, in the music industry, in the TV industry.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
There are a lot of monikers.

Speaker 2 (08:59):
That stage names and so forth that said, what's happening
Sidney Sumner. Why do the FEDS want the guest requests,
surveillance footage, vehicle information, check in check out room numbers.
Why do they want all that information for this lox hotel.

(09:20):
Don't you know that hotel is standing on their ear
right now?

Speaker 7 (09:24):
Absolutely, Nancy, that hotel is probably panicking, wondering if they
are going to have any culpability themselves. And I just
wanted to add to your list. One of these new
lawsuits had a new one that I had never heard before.
Did he runs the City? That was a new alias
I had not heard before.

Speaker 8 (09:40):
But in terms of.

Speaker 7 (09:41):
The evidence that they are looking for from this hotel,
a lot of it makes sense to me. So think
about when you're staying in a hotel. To use the
Wi Fi, you have to log in, you have to
provide some kind.

Speaker 8 (09:53):
Of login information to attach to that Wi Fi.

Speaker 9 (09:56):
So if any kind of videotaping was going on in
those rooms rooms, I'm thinking that the FEDS are trying
to figure out if that video was uploaded somewhere, if
there's some kind of treasure trove.

Speaker 10 (10:09):
Of online storage space that is being used to hide
incriminating materials, That's what I think they're looking for with
those computer, IP addresses, email addresses, all of that digital information.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
Okay, hold on this a moment, Sidney, I hear what
you're saying.

Speaker 2 (10:25):
Okay, Nima Romani let's talk about what we know that's
on the subpoena to this lux hotel. Does what Sidney
Sumner just said, does that somehow affect your opinion as
to what the feds are seeking?

Speaker 1 (10:43):
We know he took videos. We know he took.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
Videos, and we know we had them in his home
and he had them on his yacht.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
I wonder what the video caught.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
So why you know when you don't know a horse NeiMa,
I don't know if you teach at Harvard, look at
the track record. If he videos at home, and he
videos in his yacht, and he videos in all of
his homes, we know the surveillance video. Why would he
do anything differently in this Looks hotel. I wonder if

(11:16):
he was videoing the alleged sex assaults.

Speaker 5 (11:20):
Well, we know you videotaped the sex acts because that's
what Cassie Venture said in our first lawsuit in November.
I mean he would videotaper being raped by prostitutes. So
this was Ditty's m O. And in addition everything that
we talked about, Right, obviously we know Diddy is a
target of the investigation, but you want to identify other perpetrators.
If you're a prosecutor, you're going to wrap them up

(11:42):
into that indictment. Maybe you flip them, maybe you cooperate them.
But whether they're perpetrators or witnesses, you want to identify
everyone who was there because they may be co defendants
or they may be people that are going to testify
in the case against Diddy as well. So we know
that he has a pattern of committing physical and sexual

(12:03):
crimes in these hotels. So I wouldn't be surprised whether
it's La or Miami or anywhere in the world, they
did the same thing at that hotel.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
Don't you know he's got that video recorder.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
Go in some of these lux hotel penhouse suites three
to five thousand dollars a night, and you know another
thing I.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Would be looking at.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
Let's think it through Lynn Shaw joining me a founder
executive director Lynn's Warriors, committed to ending sexual exploitation. Lynn,
another thing, I bet the fans want employee records. You
want to tell me the room service guy didn't look
in the door and keep looking as they shut the door,

(12:46):
What is Diddy doing in there? And what about when
they roll the table in and they set everything up,
they get an eye in in earful. I want to
know who brought him room service, What if anything did
you see?

Speaker 1 (13:03):
Was everybody stone? Did you see drugs? I want to
hear it all.

Speaker 2 (13:07):
Plus, as Nima Remini just stated, potential witnesses. There's nothing
the Feds like more than to turn a codefendant against
the defendant.

Speaker 1 (13:19):
They're looking for witnesses.

Speaker 11 (13:20):
Lamb buckle up, everyone, because here's what I have to
say about this. Sean Comb's puff daddy. P Diddy told
us exactly who he is when he named his company
bad Boy Entertainment. Now, I know we always talk about
you know, we need the proof, but I am here
to say this what makes the most money. I'm going

(13:41):
to blow this up a little bit. It is sex
trafficking and drug trafficking. I'm also throwing into that labor trafficking.
We at the Warriors work with a lot of victims,
survivors that have come up through the rap world, through
the hip hop world. These are women who have don't
even know each other, and they have repeatedly over the
years told us this was part of the culture of

(14:02):
that world. And I want to get back to this.
P Diddy runs the city Because I'm sitting here in
the middle of New York City and for many decades
down the street for me, he had to pass this
big office building, big skyscraper, bad Boy Entertainment, that was
the world headquarters.

Speaker 1 (14:18):
They had one floor in.

Speaker 11 (14:19):
The building, and you know what, the building was named
bad Boy Entertainment. So I always wondered, why is there
name splashed all over this. I've always heard whisperings and
rumors being in the entertainment business and media, but again
not having the proof, but so many different people tell
you the same story over and over again. Does P
Diddy run the city? Because we have to remember there

(14:41):
was that case with j Lo where they left his
nightclub and they were throwing guns out of windows or
something like that, and the driver took the fall, so
to speak.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
For all of this.

Speaker 11 (14:50):
So he's been around a long time. So I have
to ask everybody what has taken so long? So what
we have to have now is this video evidence. It's
been around, these whispers a long time. I say sex trafficking.
I'm throwing in labor trafficking because the definition is forced
fraud coercion for trafficking.

Speaker 3 (15:12):
A twenty twenty three lawsuit from an ex girlfriend opens
a can of worms for disgraced rapper and producer Sean P.
Diddy Combs. Investigators raid combs properties in a shocking sex
trafficking probe.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
And Sean Diddy Combs defaults.

Speaker 2 (15:33):
You know how when you're playing softball er baseball in
grammar school and the other team doesn't show up, it's
a default you win same thing. In court, Combs has
a one hundred million dollar judgment leveled against him by default.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
This has many many other claims of sex attacks and
brutality emerge. Who who and remember?

Speaker 2 (16:01):
Regarding all the information they want from that hotel, There
is a known associate named Daphney Joy that is also targeted.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Why but listen to this?

Speaker 12 (16:12):
New lawsuits alleging sexual assault pushed the number of Sean
Diddy Combe's legal battles into double digits. Making the band
contestant Don Richard, the former Danity Kane singer, allegis the
Bad Boys CEO manipulated her to comply with his depraved demands,
promising to advance her career.

Speaker 4 (16:33):
Don Richard alleges that, in addition to calling female, making
the band contestants ugly and fat, Combs forced her to
rehearse for forty eight hours straight with no sleep. In
another incident, Comb's scheduled a rehearsal at his home and
refused to put on clothes. Richard says Combs entered her
dressing room while she was naked and touched her inappropriately.
Richard also details a terrifying incident when Comb's locked her

(16:56):
in a car for hours. Richard says she saw kim
porter her face as of Pire Deef Fresh Injuries. Richard
says she saw Combs throw Cassie against a wall choker
several times, throw a hot pan at her, and even
drag Ventua by her hair. When Richard and another bandmate
tell Ventura to leave Combs, Combs threatens to kill them
good gravy.

Speaker 1 (17:15):
I hardly know how to digest all of that. I've
got to tear it apart.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Joining me renowned analyst Karen Stark, psychologist, renowned on TV
and radio as trauma expert at Karenstark dot com Karen
with a CEA, Karen.

Speaker 1 (17:32):
That's a lot to take in.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
It's amazing how people with power, money and prestige believe
they can get away with treating their underlings like crap
technical legal term. Listen to this calling female contestants ugly
and fat, forcing them to rehearse forty eight hours straight.

(17:55):
Locking this one person in a car. I'm talking about
Dawn Richard Star Danny Kane. She was on making the
band if you'll recall, And it goes on and on
and on, and it brings in this woman. Richard brings
in eyewitness testimony regarding seeing one of Sean Combs's.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
I guess you'd say wife.

Speaker 2 (18:20):
Lovers kim porter with her face having been beaten. Saw
him throw cass e Ventura against a wall choker and
throw a hot pan at her. Then threatens to destroy
these ladies' careers if they sever tize, okay, you take over, Nancy.

Speaker 13 (18:41):
He's a narcissistic abuser. This has been going on for years.
It's so good that it's finally coming to light because
he's taking advantage, no doubt about it, of the power.
We have seen this before. This is Harvey Weinstein, this
is Bill Cosby. These are guys who take that path,
abuse the women, do whatever they want and threaten their careers,

(19:04):
and that keeps these women under their thumb because they
need their careers, they need to advance, they want to
and they have no choice but to be under the
domination of these men.

Speaker 8 (19:17):
They don't see it any other way.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
Sidney Summer joining me Crime online dot Com investigative reporter.
Exactly who is the quote known associate Daphney Joy and
who is the making the band contestant Dawn Richard. She's
from Danny Kaine, right, Yes.

Speaker 8 (19:34):
That's correct. So Daphney Joy is a model an actress.

Speaker 7 (19:40):
She has an OnlyFans account that you can subscribe to
for twenty five dollars.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
A money a minute. Hold off, when you say a
model slash actress, you mean modeling on only fans? What
kind of model are we talking about? Are we talking
about New York Fashion Week model? Are we talking about
Paris the runways? Are we talking about stripping on OnlyFans model?

Speaker 7 (20:04):
I do believe currently it's more stripping on OnlyFans.

Speaker 8 (20:08):
I believe she may have been.

Speaker 7 (20:09):
Popular on social media for most of this time. I
do not believe she's a runway model. But yeah, and
she has some minor credits and some popular movies. Step
Up in twenty eleven, I had never heard of before
Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tide. She was one
of the Mermaids in that movie. And what we know

(20:29):
of her relationship with Ditty is that they are close.
They have never publicly said we're dating, we're in a relationship,
but they have known each other for several years and
she is frequently on Ditty's Instagram.

Speaker 8 (20:41):
They know each other very well.

Speaker 1 (20:43):
Don't care, don't care.

Speaker 2 (20:45):
You can model on OnlyFans, you can model it New
York Fashion Week.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
I don't care. But what I do care is when
I hear the words known.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
Associate, okay, name Romani, former federal prosecutor.

Speaker 1 (20:59):
All the arbor to hashtag.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
When I heard that, here the two words known associate, okay,
my ears, Pricka explain what does it mean to be
a known associate?

Speaker 1 (21:10):
Nothing good?

Speaker 8 (21:11):
Well, definitely not good.

Speaker 5 (21:12):
And we know that there are allegations that did he
use other women to lure the victims of sex trafficking.
And I'm not saying that Daphkin did that, but she's
allegedly been a victim herself. She's made allegations that she
was raped not by Diddy but by fifty Cent. Obviously,
fifty Cent is doing a documentary about Diddy's alleged abuse

(21:33):
that's going to come out, so There's a lot of
people involved, Nancy. It's not just Diddy. We know that
there were other individuals at his infamous parties, as white parties.
They are going to be wrapped up in this, But
I wouldn't be surprised if there was women involved as
well who lured these victims of the sex trafic.

Speaker 1 (21:58):
Did he Do It?

Speaker 3 (22:00):
Stars and others speak out about their experiences with Combs.
Beloved wrapper Fitty sent claims He's always said something's not right.

Speaker 2 (22:12):
Okay, something's not right. That's not helping me. I mean names, addresses,
witness accounts. That's what the feds are doing right now.
You don't hear what they do because they keep it
under wraps until they've got basically a warehouse full of
boxes full of documents that will corroborate eyewitness statements, receipts.

(22:32):
They have a group of snoops, federal snoops, and they
are really good. They will go through every grocery store receipt,
every room service receipt, who carried your room service, every
phone call you may to, whose cell phone, every vehicle
tag number that was at that hotel and probably other

(22:56):
hotels that Sean Combs frequented. But we just has heard
Nima Romani speak with some degree of familiarity with Sean
Puffy Combe's white parties, So everybody has to wear white.
Hold on, it's not a party for everybody.

Speaker 14 (23:15):
Listen Adria English to dance her at Shawn Combe's annual
white party. She accuses Combs of grooming her for sex trafficking,
forced her to have sex with guests. In her lawsuit,
English says during one party, she was told to wear
a black dress was a signal to others she was
a sex worker. English says she went along with Ditty's
demands out of fear for her safety and future job perspectives.

(23:37):
English says when she broke ties with Combs, he ruined
her career.

Speaker 12 (23:41):
English also filed a police report with Miami Beach PD,
alleging Shawn Combs coerdd her into having sex with three
guests in attendance at his white party. Miami Beach PD
says the investigators will turn the evidence over to federal investigators,
who will decide whether to pursue charges.

Speaker 2 (24:00):
You really got to pick this apart and Tom Smith
joining me, former NYPD detective co host gold Shields Podcasts.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
Tom asking a woman.

Speaker 2 (24:11):
To wear a little black dress as they are called
to a cocktail party doesn't sound odd, doesn't until you
realize is Sean Puffy Comes's white party he throws.

Speaker 1 (24:24):
Every year is renowned. Not in a good way. Let
me just say it's.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
Infamous, not famous, but infamous, and everyone is instructed to
I don't think they can even get in if they're
not wearing all white. So by telling this woman to
wear black, that seemingly goes hand in hand, tongue and
groove with her statement that she was told to wear

(24:50):
a black dress to signal others she was a sex worker,
and then goes on to describe being coerced into having
sex with multiple people at the white party.

Speaker 1 (25:02):
What about it? You know, Nancy, this is a criminal enterprise.

Speaker 8 (25:06):
That's what this is.

Speaker 6 (25:06):
It's an organization, and everyone attending that party is in
on it because everyone there is aware of why she's
wearing a black dress. This is known, this is calculated,
and this is a bad, bad guy who has a
history and all over the place. And this is a
large investigation. You're talking about multiple agencies and multiple states

(25:27):
coming together and doing exactly what you said. The DA,
the US attorneys and investigators going to sit down and
go through what they need to prosecute them. The US
attorneys will say I need this. The investigators will going
to do it. There's a litany of information that's going
to come out of this through source information, witness statements,

(25:48):
electronic surveillances that have been done. Diddy's in a lot
of trouble with this, especially that the FEDS are involved.

Speaker 1 (25:54):
Now, well, I say a big red flag. Listen if
you listen to inside sources.

Speaker 12 (26:00):
Ditty Combs always intended to sell his seventeen thousand square
foot home in La once his three daughters moved out. Some, however,
question the timing of that plan. The current listing for
the mansion is sixty one point five million dollars, twenty
million more than he purchased it for in twenty fourteen.
The home features ten bedrooms thirteen bathrooms. There is a

(26:22):
wine cellar, a separate catering kitchen, and a theater. The
two story guesthouse has a gym, recording studio and multiple suites.
Let's not forget the basketball court, spa, and in ground
pool with a waterfall.

Speaker 2 (26:35):
Wait a minute, an in ground pool with a waterfall Okay,
as interesting as that might be, I'm actually more concerned
and more interested in any type of room that would
have been used to house video and electronic surveillance equipment.

(26:55):
Sidney Summer joining the investigator reporter. Is this the same
home that was rated good Gravy? It looks like a hotel,
tell me about it, Sydney.

Speaker 7 (27:04):
Absolutely, this is that same home that was rated just
a few months ago.

Speaker 8 (27:07):
And remember we saw video from that.

Speaker 7 (27:10):
Read and you can see investigators carrying out bags and
boxes and inside rooms that look like they have all
kinds of servers and his Internet capabilities. So absolutely, surveillance
footage was removed from this home.

Speaker 8 (27:29):
And that's what a lot of celebrities are saying.

Speaker 7 (27:32):
Are keeping other people quiet, possible witnesses, people who are
associated with Diddy, They say, the fear of what's on
that surveillance footage is what's keeping anybody from speaking.

Speaker 8 (27:44):
Out against him or speaking on behalf of him.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
So are you telling me, Sydney Summer, that a lot
of his so called friends are keeping their distance because
they're afraid they might pop up on a video with
their pants down.

Speaker 8 (27:56):
Absolutely, Nancy, that is what the word is right now.

Speaker 7 (28:00):
People are afraid of what behavior was caught on that
surveillance footage.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
A troubling trail of lawsuits and sex trafficking allegations left
to the wake of Sean Puffy Comb's federal sex trafficking
pro Diddy now sells his multi million dollar rated home.

Speaker 2 (28:21):
And what does Cuba Gooding Junior have to do with
Sean Puffy Combs and everything that's happening now with the
federal investigation where they're tearing down, shredding the information connected
to a luxury resort hotel well Listen.

Speaker 14 (28:38):
Rodney Jones's lawsuit has stalled as attorney Tyrone Blackburn has
not been able to serve Justin Comb's or newly named defendant,
Cuba Gooding Junior. Blackburn has accused Combs's legal team of
trying to run the clock with deceptive behavior to prevent
Justin Combs from being served before the one hundred and
twenty day deadline at which he would be dismissed. As

(28:59):
a defense Cuba Gooding Junior has reportedly been dodging service
attempts as well, refusing to answer the door at his
address on record from his previous criminal sexual assault cases.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
Sidey Senator what does Cuba Gooding Junior have to do
with Combs.

Speaker 8 (29:16):
So, Nancy.

Speaker 7 (29:16):
In an amended version of Rodney Jones' lawsuit, he now
names Cuba Gooding.

Speaker 8 (29:21):
Junior as a defendant.

Speaker 11 (29:23):
And I believe Jones.

Speaker 7 (29:24):
Alleges that at some point Combs put him and Gooding
into a room together and wanted Gooding to get to
know Jones better, and there was some inappropriate touching that happened,
and Jones had to shove Cuba Gooding Junior off of him.
So that is the newest named defendant in Rodney Jones' lawsuit.

(29:46):
So he's having trouble getting Gooding to respond to accept
service of this lawsuit.

Speaker 8 (29:52):
He's also having the same problem with Justin Combs.

Speaker 7 (29:55):
Remember Jones accuses Justin Combs being involved in a shooting
at one of Diddy's recording studios and then says.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
Oh wait, this is a mini tentacle creature. Let me
first address Cuba Gooding Junior, who of course maintains his innocence.
Nima Ramani. When I say mini tentacle, think about not
just an octopus with the octo eight legs. Think about

(30:29):
a sea serpent with a myriad of legs, stretch out
to get all of its victims. That's what this criminal
enterprise allegedly is. Now we reportedly have Cuba Gooding Junior
dodging court service.

Speaker 8 (30:47):
Well, Nancy said it.

Speaker 5 (30:49):
It's a criminal enterprise and when that indictment comes down,
it's going to be a Rico indictment. So there's allegations
of sex trafficking, drug trafficking, guns, and Cuba Gooding engineer
was allegedly at these parties. If you look at the
allegations in these civil laws, its allegedly participated in these
sex acts. That's why he's being sued.

Speaker 8 (31:09):
So question is it, Hey.

Speaker 2 (31:11):
Being at a party and making out with one of
the other guests does not land you in federal hot
water where you're hiding behind a locked door so you
don't have to accept service.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
It's not just going to a party, Nama Romani.

Speaker 5 (31:26):
Well, no, it's not just being at the party. The
allegations were that he participated in these acts. That's what
these civil Lawsits just illegal acts.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
Not just making out or having sex in the closet
at a party at the White Party, but performing illegal
sex acts, which typically means against someone's consent where they
are forced or coerced to perform a sex act. That's
what we're talking about. And let me reiterate Cuba Gooding
Junior and sis he's innocent.

Speaker 1 (31:59):
H Okay. I'm trying to make sense of this.

Speaker 2 (32:02):
Linn Shaw joining me from Linn's Warriors Finding Sexploitation.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
Linna Shaw, I want to hear.

Speaker 2 (32:08):
Your analysis of parties that are now under the federal microscope.

Speaker 11 (32:14):
My analysis, my opinion is this is a sex and
drug trafficking operation. That is what I am calling it.
All of the evidence we know about the reported stories,
the reported you know, the victims survivors that are coming forth,
and I want to be very careful here. We can
never forget about all of these victims of this big

(32:35):
bully that's been running around terrorizing people, because you know what,
it's mostly vulnerable girls and also some boys, young men
and young women. So we got to keep an eye
on them as well because they come from very vulnerable backgrounds.
And sure, who doesn't want to hang around with you know,
mansions and parties and all that. But let's also say
the white parties, they were also called freak outs, and

(32:57):
we heard there were almost casting calls. We heard, we
heard there were casting calls for anybody who wanted to attend,
will fly you to Miami, will fly you into New York.
We should be looking at all of that. So if
the FEDS have done all of this so far, I
am telling you they are looking at a sex and
drug and weapons investigation. That is my opinion, and that

(33:21):
is where all the money comes from, because, let's face it,
everybody the music business, how do you afford these seventy
dollars seventy million dollar mansions in multiple.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
States and all that.

Speaker 11 (33:30):
You can't make that kind of money in the music
business anymore. Where does it come from? Again, I repeat
the number one crimes that are making money today, sex trafficking,
human trafficking, the labor trafficking, the drug trafficking, and dealing
in weapons. That's my opinion. That's where they're going.

Speaker 2 (33:47):
And the so called White Parties have been going on
for twenty five years now, speaking not only of the
White Party and alleged sex attacks during the White Party.

Speaker 1 (34:00):
Also this guy with the one hundred million.

Speaker 2 (34:04):
Dollar default judgment against SEMPA, he comes listen, well.

Speaker 15 (34:09):
I have a proof of service showing that mister Colmes
was served on July sixth.

Speaker 8 (34:20):
Two thousand, and I see is that twenty four?

Speaker 6 (34:25):
Yes?

Speaker 9 (34:26):
Yeah, looks like at tw twenty.

Speaker 15 (34:29):
Four return receipt requested was provided, so there is propper service.

Speaker 8 (34:34):
Mister Colmebs has neither appeared nor responded.

Speaker 15 (34:38):
To this request, so I'm going to grant your motion.

Speaker 16 (34:44):
We did a live one on one visit in our
prison visiting room. There's two meetings within the past two
weeks with mister Colmes on one meeting and then a
financial advisor on the other meeting.

Speaker 8 (34:57):
On mister Colmes behalf.

Speaker 16 (34:59):
He made me a financial offer of two point three
million dollars to allow what happened to me to go away,
and he pretty much said yeah.

Speaker 6 (35:05):
He says, you know how we get down?

Speaker 16 (35:07):
And I said, okay, well I disagree with how you
get down.

Speaker 1 (35:10):
You know how we get down? Okay.

Speaker 2 (35:13):
Now, according to this guy who just won one hundred
million dollars default judgment, Sean Combs, was just on a
video conference with him behind bars.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
But listen, his lawyers. Combs his lawyers say, hey, I've
never even heard of this guy. Listen.

Speaker 4 (35:27):
Comb's attorney denied Cardella Smith's allegations, claiming Comb's never even
heard of Cardella Smith much Less received a lawsuit from him.
The judgment orders Combs to pay Cardella Smith ten million
dollars on a monthly basis beginning October first. The Comb's
attorney accuses Cardella Smith of court fraud. Cardela Smith reportedly
filed a prison visitation record with Combe's name on it

(35:49):
to support his claims.

Speaker 1 (35:50):
What row if Combs his name is.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
On a prison visitation list and he had a conference
call in one of the visitors rooms about his settlement.

Speaker 1 (36:01):
Sidney Sumner, this guy that just got.

Speaker 2 (36:03):
One hundred million dollars default claim against Combs, didn't he
say he met Combs as part of hospitality and restaurant viz.

Speaker 8 (36:14):
Yes, So it's a.

Speaker 7 (36:15):
Very big way of putting that, and we're not entirely
sure what that means.

Speaker 8 (36:19):
But Cardello Smith claims he met Combs in the late
nineties in Detroit.

Speaker 7 (36:25):
They attended several parties together, and in nineteen ninety seven
Combs invited multiple beautiful women to a hotel room with
Cardello Smith. They were both having sex performing sex acts
with these women. At one point, Combs offers Cardello Smith
a drink.

Speaker 1 (36:45):
Hours later, Cardello Smith wakes.

Speaker 7 (36:47):
Up Combs is having sex with one of the beautiful
women that is in.

Speaker 8 (36:51):
This hotel room, and he looks at Cardillo Smith and says,
I did this to you too. That is what Cardillo.

Speaker 7 (36:58):
Smith claims in this lawsuit that he just won this
one hundred million default judgment on Now Combs is denying
all of this, of course, but that is the.

Speaker 8 (37:09):
Claim and as of right now that judgment stands. I
make no excuses.

Speaker 1 (37:14):
My behavior on that video is inexcusable.

Speaker 5 (37:19):
I'd take full responsibility from my ashes in that video.

Speaker 1 (37:23):
And then there's the murder of Tupac.

Speaker 17 (37:27):
Listen, as they were driving west on Flamingo Road near Covalt,
they located the black BMW which was driven by Suge Knight,
and then the passion sheet was Tupac Shakur. And as
they turned around, they pulled up near the pasture's side
of that vehicle and immediately began shooting at mister Knight
and mister Shakour.

Speaker 4 (37:47):
Shakur has hit four times in the chest. Suge Knight
is grazed in the head by a bullet fragment. Tupac
Shakur dies six days later. Dwayne Keethy D. Davis claims
credit for Tupac's murder on bet and in his memory,
he says Puffy Combs wanted Night and TUPACX heads after
their disc track hit them up. When Davis offers to
carry out the hits, Combs agrees to pay him one

(38:09):
million dollars.

Speaker 2 (38:11):
It's amazing how in all of the money claims that
are floating around one hundred million dollar default judgment this lawsuit,
that's that lawsuit? What about the murder of Tupac Shakur
with me? Renowned trauma experts psychologist Karen Start, Karen, I

(38:32):
want you to watch comes on video. It's so difficult
to reflect on the darkest times in your life.

Speaker 11 (38:42):
Sometimes you got to do that.

Speaker 6 (38:45):
I was, I mean, I hit rock bottom, but I
made no excuses.

Speaker 8 (38:53):
My behavior on that video is inexcusable.

Speaker 1 (38:57):
I take full responsibility for my ash that video.

Speaker 2 (39:01):
Then you can just march yourself straight to jail if
you take full responsibility. And that video, Combs is responding
to another video where he is saying dragging Cassieve Inurior,
kicking her, kicking her horribly while she's down, dragging her
by her hair through the open hallways the corridors of

(39:25):
a luxury hotel.

Speaker 1 (39:26):
Now if he will do that, and a hallway.

Speaker 2 (39:29):
With Surveille's video staring down at him, what will he
do behind closed doors?

Speaker 1 (39:35):
He's sorry, He's not sorry. He's not sorry he did it.
He's sorry he got caught.

Speaker 13 (39:43):
Karen's tarn Absolutely, that's it, Nancy, because there is no way.
First of all, that is so inauthentic to me. I
don't buy it for a moment. But the only reason
that he is forced to do that is because it
was a recording. He could not deny it. It was
very clear that he is a violent man. So I

(40:04):
really do believe he has no conscience, he's able to
do it all. I don't buy that sad story, do you?
It doesn't look authentic.

Speaker 8 (40:13):
He just has to.

Speaker 13 (40:15):
Come forward, poor thing, because he got caught.

Speaker 2 (40:20):
If you have information on this or any other sex
assault or sex trafficking, please call the National Hotline eight
eight eight three seven three seven eight eight eight repeat

Speaker 1 (40:38):
