Kaitlyn and Bryce have been together for a little over a year and a half and after being long-distanced they just moved in with one another last month. Kaitlyn tells us things have been great for the most part, but ever since Kaitlyn moved in with Bryce she has noticed that Bryce’s friend Christina has started acting weird with her. At the same time, Kaitlyn noticed that Christina posted that she was at the same bar Bryce was at with his guy friends. When they got drinks with them the next day, Bryce’s friends acted as if they hadn’t seen Bryce at all the night before and now Kaitlyn is worried there’s more to Christina than she thought.

We call Bryce pretending to send him a free bouquet of flowers and when we ask him who he wants them sent to, Bryce asks if they can be sent to Christina. Find out what’s really going on in this week’s War Of The Roses!

Speaker 1 (00:05):
War of the Roses on internshown and your morning show.
You were in a relationship with somebody you think loves you.
You assume you're the only one, but then things start
popping up that make you think maybe something else is
going on. That's where we come in. Caitlin, good morning,
Good morning. I want to make sure I get this right.
So you and Bryce have been together for about a

(00:28):
year and a half, correct, that's right, okay, And it
is kind of long distance, kind of not. When you
guys first started dating, you were living in Baltimore, he
was in Alexandria, right, okay, But about a month and
a half or so ago you moved in with him.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
That's right, okay.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
So here we are, about a year and a half
of dating, living each other for about a month or so,
we're doing War of the Roses.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
What's going on?

Speaker 2 (00:58):
So, yeah, we've been together for a while, and you know,
like you said, we were doing long distance. Everybody on
the East Coast knows that Baltimore isn't that far from Alexandria.
For second hour and a half, it's like outside of DC.
But you know, recently we decided to move in together.
We're really happy and things were going really well until

(01:21):
I moved in and I met all of his friends,
like I know them all, and one girl in particular
hasn't been being very nice. She's been like exciting me
when we're in public. And you know, I thought she
unfollowed me on Instagram at one point, but I guess not,

(01:41):
or maybe she's lost me.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
I you didn't well, so I'll may cut you off.
So let's just recap this real quick, because a lot
of times with roses, there there are times where like
you haven't met the person's friends. In this case, you've
hung out with his friends, like you know his friends.
You guys get along well. And he does have a girlfriend,
a friend that's a girl rather Dame Christina, who has
been a little bit sideways with you the majority of

(02:03):
the relationship.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
Is that fair?

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (02:06):
Kay?

Speaker 1 (02:07):
He said in an email, Like she once told you you
guys went out for a night drinking, said that your
dress looked good for somebody of your figure.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Yes, she did say that, girl, God bless you say,
very shady.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
Mm hmmm.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
So and when you bring this up to Bryce that
this friend of his seems to be seemingly taking shots
at you all the time, he just kind of blows
it off as whatever.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Of course, you know, he's like, you know, we've been
friends forever. No, she's she doesn't mean it like that.
I'm like, girls know, like you got to hear you
know exactly, you know what's going on here. So I
don't know if maybe she has a crush on him
or whatever, but yeah, she's been, you know, a little shady.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
So we fast forward to this past weekend. So Saturday,
he had told you he was doing a boys night,
him and his boys, and grout right, you stay in.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
All is good.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
You notice on Christina's Instagram she's added you to her
close friends, and her close friends story shows she's at
the same bar bryce that he was at.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
Is that fair? That's right? Okay?

Speaker 1 (03:14):
Hey, Then we go to Sunday, you guys meet up
with his friends to watch some basketball, and they're acting
as if they never saw him the.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Night before, correct, like it's been a while since they've
seen him, Like they weren't together last night.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
Oh my god, that's weird, okay, especially because she added
you to the close friends. When she talks to you
like that, Yeah, she wanted you to see something, absolutely.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
And I don't think it's never a mistake.

Speaker 4 (03:41):
Too close friends, girl, some people's close friends. I don't like,
not like that, Like I'm just on frandom people's I'm like,
why agree? I don't know?

Speaker 1 (03:51):
List of this Kitlyn Love Sauce, call from the Flower Company,
off from the Roses. They should go to you, girlfriend
of a year and a half if they do awesome,
if they don't, get some answers for you, Okay, I
war the Roses just over two minutes on Intern.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
John, your morning show.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
War the Rosies on Intern John in your morning show. Caitlyn,
let me recap this quick. You and Bryce have been
together for total about a year and a half. You
were long distance for most of it. You were in
the Baltimore area, he was in Alexandria. You guys moved
in together about a month or so ago. You have
been around his friends before and get along with his friends.

(04:28):
Everything's good there except for he does have a female
friend named Christina who's always kind of given you side,
even saying something on the lines of like, oh, like
that dress looks good on you for somebody of your
body type, which is shivers down my spine.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
This past weekend, Rice had told you on Saturday, he
was doing a boys night all good you noticed on
Instagram Christina added you to her best friend's story and
realized she was out at the same bar.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
He said he was going to the following day.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
You're supposed to watch football or some You got basketball
with his buddies and they act like they had not
seen him the night before, which makes you think something
up is up?

Speaker 3 (05:08):
Is that fair?

Speaker 4 (05:10):
Yep?

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Have you ever asked Bryce why he and Christina never
dated or or if they even had had anything in
the past.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Sure, yes I have. I was hesitant to do so
because like, you don't really want to know, so you
want to know? Yes, And he said that, you know,
the opportunity never came up, like they just they were
just always friends and that was it.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
Okay, hold on, hold on, hold on, Yeah, I can't
because that's that's yes. It's willing to say like I
was never interested. It's one nothing you said, like the
opportunity never came up, because that makes it seem like
if the opportunity did come up, they would have dated.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
Am I misreading that? Misunderstanding?

Speaker 2 (05:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (05:51):
I think you're right.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
Okay, So let's do this well. Have sauce call from
the flower company and offer him the roses. They should
clearly go to you girlfriend over your half. If they do,
we'll put them on hold. We can hang up whatever
if they go to Caitlin though, or see if they
go to Christina, we'll get some answers for you.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
Okay, all right? Well one second, that's weird? Is she weird? Weird?

Speaker 4 (06:14):
Weird?

Speaker 3 (06:26):
Hello, Hi, I'm calling from Bryce.

Speaker 2 (06:30):

Speaker 4 (06:30):

Speaker 4 (07:17):
But if you do want to send them, you know

always suggest. Maybe businesses offices for sure are great so
that other people can see them.

Speaker 3 (07:32):

Speaker 4 (07:43):
I just you know, you came up in our system
as entering the contest.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
So.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
I mean, I don't remember entering our contest. But if
it's free, it's free. Yeah, all right, all.

Speaker 4 (07:56):
Right, no, no, no, it's okay. I usually don't answer
my phone anyway, so I get it. Thank you for
answering and entering. So can I get the name of
the person you're sending them to. We're just gonna make
you a little profile in case you do decide to
come back, because I know that you're gonna love these flowers.
They are a bouquet of a dozen run roses. Sorry
I forgot to mention that. So they are gorgeous. My

(08:16):
mom puts them together. She's she's the florist here. I
