Time was asked about habits and and and it took
a turn for the response, I've never in my life
pleasured myself. God is my witness in Jesus name. I'm
telling you the God's are the truth. My next statement
is gonna sound arrogant.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
Never had to. I'm with time on that one.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Well, even that song when I said I touched myself
when nobody's around me. Yeah, I know anybody else when
I think about you?

one out the way to ensure that I last longer.

Speaker 5 (04:26):
Yeah, I'm just telling you. It was a tactic.

Speaker 6 (04:29):

Listen, my body is full of water, grilled chicken, broccoli.
I'm over here like working out. I'm big and strong
right now.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
Dang bigger than yours.

Speaker 5 (22:07):
You know, A B can I can?

Speaker 3 (22:09):
I call you b B?

Speaker 6 (22:10):
I gotta get Yeah, that's good, It's good. Okay, Now
I understand when it comes to wrastling. Now I'm I'm
known historically for my bad diet and still being able
to play at a high level eating McDonald's only is it?
Are your diet strict? Are you vegetarian, vegan? Or I
don't know some of these other names?

Speaker 5 (22:29):
Or do you do you have no?

Speaker 1 (22:30):
I have cheap meals, so I'm somebody.

Speaker 9 (22:32):
I'm somebody who I don't like to I'm moderation right like,
I don't like to cut anything out. If I want it,
I have it in moderation. But when it's WrestleMania, I
lock in.

Speaker 1 (22:44):
I pretty much.

Speaker 9 (22:45):
I tried to have cheap meals, so I'm ready for Sunday.
I'm on night to WrestleMania. And after Sunday, after I
defeat EO and Rhea and I take that title. I'm
a I'm a being mcdonald'squite the next day.

Speaker 3 (22:58):
So tell me about the truth. So y'all can tell
us about the triple threat match.

Speaker 9 (23:02):
Yeah, so I have a title match. I'm in a
triple threat match. I'm going against Rear Rifleet and right
now our w W Women's champion is Eo Sky. So
it's a triple threat and whoever gets the first pin wins.
So at this point, I want an elimination chamber. I'm
supposed to be going to WrestleMania. I was supposed to be.
I was supposed to be facing real Eeo Sky and
it's just been a bunch of shenanigains. Like my path,

(23:24):
WrestleMania has been crazy.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
I ended up being a special.

Speaker 9 (23:26):
Guest but free, and so now it's a triple threat.
So that's why I'm going up against WrestleMania.

Speaker 2 (23:33):
Oh okay, now hold on?

Speaker 3 (23:34):
What happened you? Jade and Naomi? Y'all will ja my girl?

Speaker 1 (23:40):
What?

Speaker 3 (23:40):
Hold on?

Speaker 1 (23:41):
Now?

Speaker 3 (23:41):
Hey?

Speaker 2 (23:42):
If there's a Beefer, I don't know, I might have
to come down there Beyonca something. Now, what's really going on?

Speaker 9 (23:46):
It's crazy right now? WrestleMania Season it gets crazy and
it breaks my heart. Yeah, you know, it's so much
has happened in the year last WrestleMania.

Speaker 1 (23:55):
You had the Big Three, you had me.

Speaker 9 (23:57):
Jay and Naomi. We were having a tag match, Uh,
Jade and I.

Speaker 1 (24:01):
We were an attack team together. We did amazing things.

Speaker 9 (24:05):
We put the Taxing Division on the map, and then
it's just a lot happened. You know, Jay got taken
out and Naomi stepped in so that I wouldn't have
to relinquish that title because I feel like we put
so much hard work into it. And so the whole
time we're trying to figure out who took Jade out
and come to find out it was Naomi.

Speaker 1 (24:24):
What it was?

Speaker 9 (24:27):
Naomi, Trust me, I was just as confused as everybody else.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
J came back. I thought she was coming back. Listen,
I done been loud and rolling the whole time.

Speaker 9 (24:38):
I've been attacking other girls thinking they're the ones that
didn't making enemies.

Speaker 1 (24:42):
J came back. I think I'm thinking she coming for live.
She started beating up Naomi. I'm like, what is going on?

Speaker 9 (24:49):
So at this point I feel like I'm now stuck
in the middle. Uh, you know, and Jay, she I
don't think she trusted me right now, and I'm like, what,
I'm so right now?

Speaker 1 (25:01):
I feel like we're trying to get through WrestleMania.

Speaker 9 (25:03):
Jade has a match with Naomi, which breaks my heart.
I have a triple threat match, and I think we're
just trying to get through WrestleMania.

Speaker 1 (25:10):
Then you know, maybe we'll.

Speaker 9 (25:11):
Revisit that and try to figure all that out.

Speaker 1 (25:15):
It's crazy.

Speaker 6 (25:16):
Hey, you know what, speaking speaking and speaking of WrestleMania, listen,
You've you've created some historic, historic moments at WrestleMania obviously,
and looking back, if you're able to look back, what's
your favorite WrestleMania memory moments so far?

Speaker 9 (25:29):
I mean, I definitely have to go with main event
in WrestleMania with Sasha Banks.

Speaker 3 (25:32):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
We made history.

Speaker 9 (25:34):
We were the first two black women to main event WrestleMania.
It was coming right off of the pandemic, so it
was a crazy time in the world. But I was
I was a rookie my very first year. I found
myself in the main event in WrestleMania. I won the
SmackDown title. We won an SB off of that match,
so we got recognized in the world of sports, which
I'm all about because I've been an athlete my whole life,

(25:55):
so and ever since that moment, like it's just changed
the whole streectory of my career.

Speaker 1 (25:59):
It has been uphill since then.

Speaker 9 (26:01):
But that's that's the memory that's always going to stick
with me because it was more than just about having
a wrestling match, you know, like it was about inspiring
generations to come and be in representation.

Speaker 1 (26:12):
So that's definitely like the moment that sticks with me.

Speaker 3 (26:15):
Right hey, I want to ask a question.

Speaker 7 (26:18):
This is Joe, what's your what's your regiment as far
as working out? I see you cut up over there
with you. How you stay ton? What you're doing yoga, pilates?
What what's the secret?

Speaker 3 (26:29):
I don't.

Speaker 9 (26:33):
Listen listen, I don't do yoga and polates because I
can't sit still. I'm a I'm a girl who I
live very heavyweight. I do a lot of circuit training,
but I live very heavyweight. I do a lot of
circuit training, like CrossFit type of training.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
But I can't sit still. I can't get with the
yoga and pilates.

Speaker 7 (26:54):
That that CrossFit. It's not a lot of resks in that.
It's just like constant, constant moving.

Speaker 9 (26:59):
Yeah, it to me, it's like the best thing to
do that kind of simulates wrestling because it's full body
movements and it's just like circuit training.

Speaker 1 (27:07):
Yeah, so you more.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
Of a hit, You more of a hit type of workout.
You like high intensively and you like to keep going.
So I'm gonna do I'm gonna do this for an hour.
I know I'm gonna born maximum calories. I'm getting full
body because look, everybody ain't got tied. I'm gonna hit,
test and try and I'm gonna hit.

Speaker 3 (27:23):
I'm gonna hit.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
Ham strings today tomorrow I would do trying to get
into age.

Speaker 3 (27:29):
I got a small amount of time. I'm gonna get
in the gym.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
I'm gonna kill it all, hitting back, shoulders, am ham string.

Speaker 1 (27:37):
We're gonna do a full body workout.

Speaker 9 (27:39):
I mean, we travel a lot, so like we always
have to try to find whatever gym, I be a
hotel gym, whatever gym is on the corner that day, like,
so we have to try to like adjust to what
we're doing. So I'm always trying to get the best
workout in. I'm always a hit girl. I'm not doing cardio.
Listens to hit and I love the piloton, like I
stay on the piloton. That's only way I can do

(28:00):
cardio on the on the machine.

Speaker 1 (28:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:04):
But when you let me ask you this, when you
work out, do you have do you like listen to music?

Speaker 1 (28:09):
Or you just I do? I do? I do? But
my my playlist is like all over the place. I'd be.

Speaker 9 (28:17):
I'd be having like Meg and Cardi and then next
thing you know, it's Kirk Franklin.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
Like I listened.

Speaker 9 (28:23):
I listened to a lot of gospel music when I
work out because I'll be going through it. I'm like, Lord,
just Jesus take the will help me get through this
because people when people be asking me, can I come
work out with you, and I'd be like, I don't
think you want to do that, because I'll be I'll
be getting it in.

Speaker 6 (28:40):
What what different what different sports did you did you play?

Speaker 9 (28:44):
So I started out with it with track and field
and gymnastics. So those were those are like my my
two bases, which I feel like you can see that's
my foundation, track and field and gymnastics, and I did
those sports majority of my life. I play basketball as well, but.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
I'm sorry, I mean I was I was good on defense.
I got I got three rounds.

Speaker 6 (29:14):
Listen, I say that the ass like what sports you
played growing up? And I just want to know at
what point was a transition for you? Really when you
realize you know what rast it is my calling and
not the other sports that I played it as a Yeah.

Speaker 9 (29:27):
That didn't happen until I was an adult. I was
twenty seven. So I went to college in ran track.
I went to University side Cline, Texas A and M
and University of Tennessee. I ran track, and after after college,
I was like, I've been athlete my whole life.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
I have to do something.

Speaker 9 (29:43):
So that's when I found CrossFit, and I realized, like,
my whole life, I've been grinding and trying to get
a scholarship and working so hard. I was forgetting to
have fun when I was working, when I was playing sports.
So CrossFit I was like, Okay, I'm having fun. I'm
gonna make it some of my own outfits. I was
going out there in to two who I was turning
flips and then doing the power clean and pressed and
grabbing a microphone and talking to the audience and Mark Henry,

(30:06):
who's a WW Hall of Famer.

Speaker 1 (30:08):
He saw a video of me.

Speaker 9 (30:08):
He's like, you're basically a wrestler, you're basically wrestling gear,
you're talking to the audience. And I didn't really watch
wrestling growing up. My brother watched it, so I would
watch it here and there with him. So I was
just somebody who didn't know much about the business. So
he got me a tryout and I did two tryouts,

(30:29):
got hired, had no idea what I was doing, and
then I completely fell in love with it. So I
love meeting people who always say like, I don't watch wrestling,
that's not for me, or I haven't watched it since
back in the day, and I'm like, listen, that used
to be me. Just just come to a show, just
watching you gonna fall in love. So much has changed and.

Speaker 1 (30:47):
So I feel like it's my soulmate. Like I think
of it as like my husband.

Speaker 9 (30:51):
Like once wrestling came into my life, I'm like, where
have you been this whole time?

Speaker 1 (30:55):
This is what I've been looking for.

Speaker 2 (30:58):
Wow, you know, Jay played college basketball also, so one
on one who who.

Speaker 9 (31:04):
Listen, We did hot ones and we had to play
basketball and she whopped me.

Speaker 1 (31:10):
She whooped me. I call myself the est, but she
she whooped me in basketball.

Speaker 2 (31:16):
Yeah, she you know, she's she's real athletic. I've seen
her workout a couple of times. She used to train
with the trainer that train me when I retired. No,
she she she's y'all work out. Have y'all worked out there?

Speaker 1 (31:28):
We haven't.

Speaker 9 (31:29):
Every time we went on we were going the road,
we would try to get together and work out.

Speaker 3 (31:32):
Well.

Speaker 9 (31:33):
Actually one time we did work out, but we actually
read our mouths more than we worked out.

Speaker 1 (31:38):
So that didn't That didn't. That didn't go well.

Speaker 3 (31:41):
Lit it. He's a thing.

Speaker 2 (31:43):
Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton got a little personal with
their comments. Did you do you think they crossed the line?
And you say, oh, don't worry about it. When I
get y'all asked in that ring, we'll settle this.

Speaker 9 (31:53):
Listen, in wrestling, you never know what's gonna happen. That's
what's really cool about wrestling. That's what makes it entertaining.
You never know when like lines are being blurred and
when they're not being blurred.

Speaker 1 (32:04):
And you know, I think.

Speaker 9 (32:05):
That with what happened in the ring, it caused a
lot of conversation online and it brought more eyes to
what's about to happen. And all I can say is,
I feel like a lot more people are going to
be tuned in to what's gonna be happening at WrestleMania
and whatever beef they got inside and outside the ring,
they're gonna settle that Wresumeia, we all gonna be locked
and watching.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
What I like.

Speaker 3 (32:26):
I like that you got something joke. I'm gonna be
tuned in.

Speaker 7 (32:29):
I want to see what they're talking about, see what
they got going on exactly.

Speaker 5 (32:34):
I got what I got, I got. I got one
more question.

Speaker 6 (32:37):
If you can have a dream match with any w
W E legend past the present, I would.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
Have to go with who. It's hard to pick one.

Speaker 9 (32:50):
Beth Uh, you know Tris She she she she just
came in and like had a couple of matches. She
still can throw down in that ring. She gets down.
But for me, I think it would be Bets Phoenix,
just just because she was like one of the first
ones that I've watched and I saw her pick up
two girls on her shoulders and I'm like, she.

Speaker 1 (33:10):
Yeah, and I'm like I want to do that, Like
I want.

Speaker 9 (33:13):
To do that, Bet Phoenix And in Jazz, those would
be my top two.

Speaker 2 (33:18):
Okay, I like it.

Speaker 3 (33:19):
I like it.

Speaker 2 (33:20):
We saw your recent return to your high school to
donate hurdles. You mentioned that you played it. You read
track at Universus South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A and M.
Curtis Fry, head coach at Texas at South Carolina. I
think if McKenna now because he used to be at
LSU now he's at Texas A, and.

Speaker 9 (33:37):
M Cool, I'm not sure when I was there was
coach Anderson in Texas A and M.

Speaker 2 (33:42):
Okay, yeah, So what was your fondest memory of high school?
I mean, because obviously you were very athletic, you had
to be one of the most popular girls, and.

Speaker 1 (33:52):
That's I was, you know what.

Speaker 9 (33:54):
I was popular, but not because I had a lot
of friends. I was actually very quiet and reserved into
myself and to myself in high school. I had like
a very select group of friends, like my best friends
to this day. Was my best friend when I was
like eight years old, even through high school, that I
was so locked in with track, like wh everybody else
is at parties.

Speaker 1 (34:15):
I was on the track running.

Speaker 9 (34:18):
I was waking up in the morning doing I would
do a thousand abs every morning and like three hundred
push ups every morning, and I was I was focused
in high school. But I think my best is crazy.
My best memories were on the track with the track team.

Speaker 1 (34:35):
Like we we we were like my group of friends.

Speaker 9 (34:40):
That was like the first lesson of like women empowerment
for me because we really stuck together, we really pushed
each other and we trained hard, like we were still
friends to this day.

Speaker 1 (34:55):
And then I think like my high school.

Speaker 9 (34:56):
I think like football games, like my high school, the
band mimic the HBCU type of band. Oh yeah, yeah,
And I was a Yeah, I was a cheerleader and
I played basketball, and so like we were my Chilean team.
We were at the Clovers, so we were more of
a step team. And like I would I would play

(35:17):
basketball with the girls, and then after the game, I
would go in the locker room and switch over from
my basketball uniform into my cheerleaduniform. Then I would go
out and then cheer for the boys and flip down
the court.

Speaker 5 (35:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (35:29):
So those are like my fondest memories. It all like
revolved around like sports and stuff.

Speaker 2 (35:36):
I can honestly say, in all my life, I've been look,
I've been I was in four h I was raised
on a farm. I've been to the county fair. I
ain't never heard that I'm a hoop for the women.
And then I would go change out. I would get leader.
I'm on top of the pair of ben Oh gosh.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
I was on the bottom of the pyramid. I was
the base.

Speaker 3 (36:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (36:11):
Hearing the story, hearing your stories about track, it resonates
with me so well because obviously my daughter run track
right now for University of Kentucky, and she's a sophomore,
and her friend, her whole core group, her nucleus is
actually those that run track with her, because there's nobody
really outside that, and that's really dope.

Speaker 1 (36:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (36:30):
Man, I always feel like women in sports we learn
our best lessons, whether whether you're going to become an
Olympian or a professional athlete or not. You learn so
many lessons when it comes to sports, and you get
so many friends that become lifelong friends. So I'm happy
she's having a great experience.

Speaker 2 (36:48):
But you know, you said track, What about your athletic ability?

Speaker 3 (36:53):
Which pain does it come from? It comes from your
mom or your dad.

Speaker 1 (36:57):
From both, from both.

Speaker 9 (36:58):
My mama said she was fast, and she said well, no,
you know, neither one of them actually played sports in
high school, but they both said that they're both they
were both athletic.

Speaker 1 (37:11):
Oh no, I just take that word for it, you know.
But I have to. I have to believe it because
I got it from somewhere.

Speaker 9 (37:22):
I think I think I got it from both of them.

Speaker 3 (37:26):
Bianca.

Speaker 2 (37:27):
Uh, there's nothing easier about track practice because it's you.
You have to do the work, and you're only going
to get in what you You're only going to get
out what you put in. Because that's a really low sport.
It's a really individual sport because can't nobody help you.

Speaker 9 (37:41):
I always say, track is We were just talking about
this with my parents over the weekend. Track is one
of the hardest sports out there, and we were saying,
how you trained so hard and the say, for instance,
say you run the hundred and you you you trained
for for ten seconds, eleven seconds, and it's not you

(38:01):
don't get you don't get immediate immediate gratification. And for instance,
for like like basketball, even if you lose the game, ever,
you you still score points, you score buckets, so you
get that immediate gratification. Football, you might score a touchdown.
Track is that gun goes off across the finish line.

Speaker 3 (38:18):
That's it.

Speaker 1 (38:18):
And a lot of times you hardly if you're if you're.

Speaker 9 (38:22):
Like the top, top top, you you win a lot, right,
But if you're not, you hardly ever really win in track.
That's crazy to think about, Like you trained all these years,
you trained all these days, you hardly ever really win.
You're just you're you're you're you're going against yourself, You're
you're going against your own time. And that's why, Like

(38:42):
if you a track athlete, when they have a track
meet and you ask them like, oh did you win,
You're like, it doesn't matter if I want you.

Speaker 1 (38:49):
Should ask like did you beat your pr?

Speaker 9 (38:51):
Because it's always you against yourself, and it's it's a
very very hard sport physically and mentally.

Speaker 2 (39:00):
For the people that they didn't watch first take. We
had you on first take, steven A and I and
Molly and you. You was talking to tell us about
the outfits that you wear. You make all of your
own costumes. Yeah, everything that you see her wear in
the ring, guys.

Speaker 5 (39:15):
She did.

Speaker 9 (39:15):
Yeah, I make everything. All of my gear, I make it.
Most of I make it from scratch, some of it.
If I run out of time. I'll customize it, but
for the most part, I make it. And I've never
taken a song class a day in my life. I
learned everything through YouTube.

Speaker 1 (39:31):
Trial, YouTube, video, yep, trial.

Speaker 3 (39:34):
Let me get on YouTube right now. I'm gon find
me something I can.

Speaker 5 (39:37):
You can wait.

Speaker 3 (39:38):
You said it. You never you never learned how to sew,
but you can do things.

Speaker 1 (39:41):
From Yeah, I went on YouTube.

Speaker 2 (39:43):
Oh, I took home Max, so I do know how
to sew a little. But I made a teach I
made a shirt.

Speaker 1 (39:48):
See.

Speaker 9 (39:48):
Yeah, it's just in trial and error.

Speaker 1 (39:52):
It takes dedication and time.

Speaker 9 (39:54):
But I make everything in school because when I watched
my like the video game, the gear that I'm wearing,
I made that. My my action figures, I made that.
But it's rough because I just I don't have a
lot of time. So a lot of time I'm sowing
in like the airports. I'm sewing in my hotel room.

(40:14):
It's crazy, but I keep pushing myself and I'm excited
about my WrestleMania, my WrestleMania gear this year.

Speaker 2 (40:23):
Would you like to would you like to do movies?
Would you I mean could see you as an action Yeah?

Speaker 9 (40:27):
Yeah, yeah, I did I was in bel Air the
last season and that was really really cool. That was
my first experience of like being in an actual show.

Speaker 1 (40:36):
But I would love it.

Speaker 9 (40:37):
I mean, technically what we do in in wrestling with storylines,
it's it's acting, you know. And I look at people
like Rock, John Cena, Batista, they've all really uh set
that that that that blueprint, and now with us going
with Netflix, I feel like it's just gonna open the
door more and more. So I'm excited for the future.

(40:59):
I would love to to be in movies.

Speaker 3 (41:03):
Can we expect to know this even a love and
w I mean.

Speaker 1 (41:06):
I hope, So I'm waiting to hear back.

Speaker 9 (41:09):
It's funny though, because I was somebody who was always
like I would never do reality TV, like it's not
for me, it's and then I learned to never say never.

Speaker 1 (41:19):
So, you know, the opportunity.

Speaker 9 (41:22):
Presented itself and we're like, okay, let's just let's not
try to be perfect, let's just be real, let's just
be us and see where it goes. And we really
wanted to open, like put that curtain back and show
people what it's like to be like a WW superstar
and be a spouse at the same time and balance
that lifestyle.

Speaker 1 (41:40):
So I think we like we we spoon fed the.

Speaker 9 (41:44):
First season, so it would be really cool to do
a second season and show more of our life outside
of wrestling.

Speaker 2 (41:52):
For those that don't know, Beyonca husband is a w
W participant. Also, so how did you guys?

Speaker 9 (41:59):
We met NWWE. So when I say WWE like completely
changed my life.

Speaker 1 (42:04):
It completely changed my life. It gave me a whole
so funny story, funny story, yes, yes, that was the rule.
And and even.

Speaker 9 (42:21):
Mark Henry literally, oh gosh, Markinry the one who got
me into WWE. So when I first got into w W,
I saw I saw him and he got injured really bad,
and uh he went away for a couple of months.
I was like, oh, that's a beautiful man. Keep him
from me, and they did it. So a couple of

(42:41):
months later he came back and I was like, Okay,
so this is what we're doing, and we just like
immediately clicked and we just like never left each other's side.
And then Mark Henery came to the to the Performance Center,
which is where we trained when we first get in WWE.
He pulls me, He's like talking to me about like.

Speaker 1 (43:02):
What do you want to do? And you know, who
do you want to be in the ring?

Speaker 9 (43:05):
And he's like, and you know, whatever you do, don't
