Outweigh aims to break the stigma around disordered eating and eating disorders. Hosts Amy Brown and Leanne Ellington share their own experiences with overcoming food and body image struggles and talk with experts who provide wisdom and careful guidance. Each week provides a dose of encouragement and hope for anyone navigating thoughts and behaviors in this space. These episodes are also helpful for loved ones that are coming alongside someone on this journey.
