where I seek to equip every believer to rise up
to their kingdom identity as sons and daughters and to
occupy their spears till Jesus comes.

In this series, I want to share with you what
it means to be a prophetic leader and how you
can tune into the voice of God to navigate your
life and your ministry towards lasting success.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
I want to take turn your attention to the Book
of Genesis chapter one. Genesis one Scripture begins to tell
us in Genesis chapter one that in the beginning God
created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was

formless and void, and darkness was upon the face of
the deep, and the Spirit of God was brooding above
the waters. Then God said, let there be and their word.
You see, we cannot decree without the spirit hovering in

the air. The atmosphere is what changes the decree. The
atmosphere is what shifs you're in my capacity to decree
a thing, and so as prophets, I want us to
understand you must learn to steward your atmosphere. Stop being

(01:45):
a thermometer and start being a thermostat. Thermometers measure the atmosphere.
Thermostat set the atmosphere. You're not here to measure the climate.
You're here to set it. You're not here to sit
in your region and say, my region is so religious,

(02:06):
my region is so dead, my region is falling asleep.
Nobody in my region knows the Lord. You are in
the region. You are in to set the spiritual climate.
We are. We're planting something, but the atmosphere of what
around it determines the fruit that is yielded after what

(02:30):
you plant. It is all about the atmosphere. The atmosphere
determines the ground. The air determines what happens on the floor.
And so you and I must be determined to speak
into the air. That's why we pray and we fast.
We pray and we fast to change the atmosphere. We

(02:55):
pray and we're fast to change the atmosphere. Where as
we're pressed sing into God to occupy, we are occupying air. First,
I want to tell you something. Maybe i've shared this
with you before, if I have, just non and agree
like like you've heard it for the first time. It's

something in the United Nations Charter called air supremacy. Now,
let me explain something to your profits and apostles and
pitts profits in training. No war has ever been won
by an air force. No war in history has ever
been won by an air force. Wars are won by

boots on the ground. The boots on the ground are
what we call the occupying army. That's what churches were
supposed to be. But when you have churches that have
not yet stewarded the air through the apostolic and prophetic ministry,

churches become seeker sensitive movements, conditioned by environments that they
were meant to shift by the apostolic and prophetic I
just want to teach you the mandate we're stepping into,
so you understand. So when we're praying and fasting, we're
praying and fasting with understanding. It says in the United

(04:27):
Nations Charter there's something called air supremacy. In other words,
dominion even in the United Nations Charter is understood not
by the amount of ground you own, but by the
amount of air you own. My question is not how
much land do you have, My question is how much

(04:50):
air do you have? Because, frankly, in your nation, if
more airtime is being given to Lady Gaga and Beyonce.
It's because the prophetic is not doing its job. There
are constant barrages of the enemy through the airways to
condition young people, to condition a generation that there's music

(05:15):
that in Nigeria, there's the chanting of Islam that goes
on throughout the night. There's something always happening in the air.
But the question is how much of the airway do
you have? And you might say, well, tell me. The

(05:38):
air is so covered by darkness that I don't even
know how we can do it. Darkness is so thick.
Can I tell you something? Light wastes more than darkness.
One tiny light can expel all darkness. And so as

(06:01):
you begin to move as light in children of God,
That's why I believe in this hour the Spirit of
God is raising. Lift your hands and receive this a
media prophetic anointing that is going to make some of
you operate on social media like never before. That you

(06:21):
are going to carry words of the Lord, that you
are going to speak things that He's shown you, and
all of a sudden, because your voice in a void
is going to galvanize a groundswell of people around you,
says the Lord, and you're going to mobilize an army
because you're releasing words into the atmosphere. And what started

(06:44):
off as just two people following is going to ground
swell into an army of people who are willing to
hear what you have to say because you're constantly taking
the risk to release words that come to pass and
is counting towards your credibility, telling you, God is going
to raise up a media muscle, prophetic movement. We're going

(07:06):
to see more of you taking up media spaces and
releasing words that people are going to just feel in
their spirit. This is it, this is the word of
the Lord. We need to ally with this tribe. That's
how RIG became RIG. I would sit in front of
my camera and I would release the word of the
Lord and all of a sudden, you know, when we started,

(07:28):
we had what ten fifty followers when we started, but
the word of the Lord was going forth. And as
the word the Lord is going into the atmosphere, guess
what it's doing is changing the ground, is causing a
groundswell of people to come around. What the Holy Spirit
is doing in the atmosphere. You and I have got

(07:49):
to become a people who shift atmospheres through speaking the
word of the Lord. The enemy is trying to intimidate
you into silence, trying to tell you, well, what if
your words don't come to pass? Well, what if you
say something and it's not God? Hey, listen, That's why
we have a counsel here. That's why we have a

(08:10):
WhatsApp group. Hey, when was the last time you dropped
a word in the WhatsApp group that you were carrying
and somebody say, see, well, you know what. I don't
know about UFOs being the word of the Lord, but
this part what you're saying, I think you should. I
think you should go back to God and get more
clarity and make this a sound of distinction. It's because

(08:31):
we're afraid to weigh our words with each other because
we feel it impunes our relationship with God. It is
not an impunity on your relationship with God. In fact,
it's to your credit that you can work with. I
wish I have people that I could weigh my words
word of the Lord with. Sometimes I do not all
the time, but you know, because doctor Sharon is very busy,
but there are times where I uncle, I say, I

(08:52):
have this word, what do you think because it's so
far off my grid that I have no grid for
some of the things. The Lord says. I remember one
time I'm prophesying so on you, John said, I see,
I see a word like Delaware. I see a word
like Delaware, and I think it's in the US. And
I see some corruption, and I see some accounts that

(09:14):
the Lord is flipping accounts and opening up books that
the enemy said was sealed. I don't know, and I said,
I don't know what this means, but pray, and all
of a sudden, you have a president who comes from Delaware.
Two years later and his son drops off the laptop
with all these accounts in it in a in a
Delaware shop, and it becomes big international news. But I

(09:37):
didn't have a grint for the things that I was
seeing or saying. Why, because we beholding part we see
in part with prophesy in part. But I'm telling you,
as you begin to sit down with the Lord and
as you begin to journal, listen, this is your best friend. Prophets.
Not everything I write in this book, I prophesy, But

(10:00):
I sit with the Lord and I listen to what
he has to say in the air. Because my assignment
is air control. Let me finish with this, so the
Urine charter. According to NATO, air supremacy or what we
in the Body of Triest called Gominian is a position

in war where a side holds complete control of air
warfare and air power. This is powerful. Air supremacy is
a position in war where the enemy holds complete control
of air warfare and air power. So, can I tell

you something. The reason Jesus said worry not is because
worry is part of a principality that will stifle your
prophetic progress. It will take away all of you progress,
and it will shut it down, and it will get
you so fixated on something that's not real. And so
many people worry. So you said worry not because worry

is an atmosphere that the enemy has a lot of us.
And I'm not talking about you, I'm talking about your neighbor.
I'm talking about myself. Worry is an area that the
enemy has a lot of us under so we don't
actually become prophetic. And so look what air supremacy is.
I love it because it's the dominium many. Air supremacy

(11:32):
is a position in war where a side holds complete
control of air warfare and air power over opposing forces.
It doesn't mean opposing forces won't be there. It just
means that people would rather tune into you than tune

(11:53):
into them. Clap three times if you got that. It
doesn't mean that those devils will stop being devils. Dominion
doesn't mean that darkness goes away. Dominion means darkness is subdue.
It means that people would rather tune into what you
got to say than what Beyonces got to say. It

(12:15):
means that people would rather tune into what light is
saying than what darkness is saying. It means that people
will queue up to hear. So the question is profits.
It's not how many people attended your apostolic center. The
question is how much control of the air do you have?

(12:39):
Have you established air control? That is the pivotal question.
That is the pivotal question, Have you established air control?
Fame does not mean you've established their control. Having lots

(13:01):
of people following you does something you've established air control.
Air control means you know you've established air control when
not when darkness goes away. It's when darkness bowls. It's
when it's when the airways the bombers is in the

(13:22):
city of Ephesus so mightily grew the Word of God
that it prevailed. It didn't mean that any other force
was not in operation in Ephesus. It just meant that
that the word of the Lord was was, it was
heightened in the air above the words of those principalities

(13:44):
and powers. This is the place that we come to,
not by pulpit ministry, but by altar ministry. We cannot
become addicted to the pulpit and allergic to the altar.
We got to flip it. We've got to be addicted
to the walter. We've got to become addicted to prayer.
We've got to become addicted to intercession. If you have Father,

(14:07):
in the name of Jesus, release the spirit of supplication again,
Release the spirit of prayer, Release the spirit of intercession again.
Upon the hearts of your people. Let them become obsessed
with intercession. Let them become obsessed with prayer. Let them
become your lawyers, your legislators, your diplomats, your intercessors who

(14:32):
stand in the gap and plead with you over nations, cities,
and individuals. In Jesus, then, air supremacy is a position
in war where a side holds complete control of airway
and air power over opposing forces. It is defined by

(14:56):
NATO and the United States Department of Defense as the
degree of air superiority, where in the opposing air force
is incapable of effective interference. It is say they're incapable
of interference. They're incapable of effective interference. Good God help

us today, they're incapable. That means by the time you
are done in a city, the enemy is incapable of
effective interference. It don't mean you're not gonna have Gay
Pride Month. It doesn't mean you're not gonna have any
of the It means the enemy is incapable. I remember
two years ago sitting in my office and I saw

an angel in the room, and Gallusa go upstairs and
see the angel, went upstairs, and the angel began to speak.
The Angel of the Lord began to speak and say
that this is gonna be about ending Row versus Wade
in America. I was in America when Roe versus Way

was overturned. In the newspaper article read America chooses life.
What a prophetic Jesus, I felt the annoygs what a
prophetic statement? America chose life? What happened air supremacy. It

wasn't Prophet Tomi speaking. Other prophets spoke. Other intercessors were
praying into what the prophetic was releasing, and before you
know it, there was a degree of air supremacy or
riquila basumbre fetia, where the body of Christ began to
rise up, prophets and intercesses waring together, waging this war,

and God ended over fifty year principality. God ended it
in a moment when the Church finally decided that it
was going to gain air supremacy. Our measurements of success
in our military occupation has got to be the degree

of air supremacy that we have. There is a shift
happening in America right now. Let me tell you something.
Principalities are losing their sanctified minds. The devil is angry
with the prophets that prophesied it. He's angry with the

intercessores that interceded it. And so there is a global
smear campaign, not just for Tony Army, not just for Tamarami.
For some of you, there is a global assignment. I've
seen it in the spirit the enemies bringing up case law,
the accuser of the brethren. The Grand Prosecutor is opening

up files because he's desperate. He's like, if if I
can't kill them, let me do what Jezebel did in
stifle credibility. But let me tell you something. When God
releases you as a prophet for air control, the assignment

is not your reputation. Gonda have to remind me of
this just this week. The assignment is not your reputation.

I was guilt, busy condemning myself. I was busy lying
down on my back. I'm not getting out of bed.

your voice. Don't let Jezebel your voy. He may come

for your finances, she may come for your she may
come for your house. She may come for your reputation.
Don't let Jezebel take your voice. Once you've secured a victory,
let me tell you what Jezebel does to Nabbo. She
spreads a rumor. The spirit of the enemy begins to

open up bundles and case files and bring up things
and turn up tables. Because Satan is mad as a
bat out of hell. We must press him for the.

Next victory, on the next victory, and the next victory,
and the next victory.

Until Jesus returns, we must occupy till he comes. Don't
occupy till you're tired. Don't occupy till you're done. Listen,

I hope you know that. Don't occupy till you're done.
Don't occupy till you're through, Don't occupy till you're just
ready to quit. Occupie till Jesus shows up. I want
to encourage you, my brother, my sister. I want to
deeply encourage you. In this season. A storm is coming.

Occupy till Jesus comes. Learn to sleep in a storm.
Learn to sleep in a storm. Not every storm you
need to rebuke. Some storms are there to help you
get to your destination quicker. Learn to occupy till Jesus
