of thoughtful work. It requires the will the will to
do it. Is that correct?

will and the guts are going to do it. Start
in January twenty first. And look, you know, I've worked
for six presidents, starting with ron O Reagan. January twentieth,

run the biggest deportation operas, and find these kids. I'm committed,

You are the czar, which I don't love that term,
but I mean you're gonna be coordinating what agencies are involved.
I mean it is everything from ICE to Border patrol,
to Department of Homeland Security to even the Homeland Security
Investigations HSI kind of paint the picture of the personnel
that you're going to have to coordinate to be able
to first secure the border and then get this deportation

effort underway.

One thing we're doing different. Why why we created the borders,
which is the official titles Senior Advisor to the President.
But a lot of people touch the border. DHS touches
the border, you know, cbp ICE, uh cis d O
J touches the border right with the immigration judges and
the bureau uh ahhs touches the border with children because

they take care of the children and families.

The Department Interior and all these different agencies touch the borders.
What we did differently, rather than having seven stovepipes to
the President concerning the border, now there's one stovepipe me.

efficient coordinate operations, all the departments working together to succeed
in securing the border and record time. Phineish the job
we created. So I'll be working very closely with Christy Nomes.

She's gonna be a great secretary. Of course U with

guy than Cash Patel who were coming in so bordertow Ice.
Both Homeland Security Investigation had about eight thousand agents. ERO
has about another six thousand agents. We're going to bring.

the Defense as part of this, because what well the
Department Defense can do. We got a lot of guns
and badges, processing, doing infrastructure transportation. We want DoD to
comm in and do all those non enforcement jobs and
that releases a hell of a lot more guns and
badges to the street the rest of bad guy. Because
day one, day one, we're going out of the gate

on prioritize public safety threats and national security threats, and
there's plenty of to find.

So tom day one, President Trump does the inauguration ceremony,

are you going to be advising and pushing for him
to sign day one minute one of January twentieth.

right now the secretary of the current Secretary, Alejanda Mariarkis,
who should have been in peace to remove the first day,
who's got the job. He has instructed ICE. If you're
in the country legally without a serious criminal conviction, ICE
ca and even arrest him. He's telling immigration officers not

enforced immigration. Now, we're gonna cut these guys loose. Day one.
We're going to change the priorities of ICE. Priorities and
Priority is going to say this public safety thrust, national
security threats go to the biggest danger. But no one's
off the table. If you're in the country legally, you
got a problem, then we're looking for We got remain
in Mexico needs to come back. The THURSD Safe Country
Guments come back, and I'm sure the President's going to

to help us on the border in the interior, other
agencies looking for helping US marshals in the FBI. This
needs to be a hole of government approach because what
we're dealing with right now is the biggest national security
vulnerability I've seen in this nation in my lifetime. We

like being a cop and became a politician because he
hasn't helped ice in New York City. But I sat
down with him. He said he will get us a
Rikers Island jail again. Which is huge, massive, And he's
going to let his officers assist me in finding these
public safety threats and making New York City safe again.
And he's going to help me find some of these
children that are course going to be in sex trade
and forced labor in New York City. He's committed to that.

So his words are good. I just hope the accidents
followed up.

to show the mayor of Chicago that we're coming. I

If he crosses that line. Yes, bottom line is there's

I says, if annoyingly harbor and concealing it illegal alien
from Ice, it's a felony. So he cannot help. But
don't cross that line, because don't test this good You
know another good thing. We got one hell of Attorney

So, Tom, that law that you just recited is definitionally
what a sanctuary city is. So is it fair to
say that every mayor in this country is currently violating
federal law that has a sanctuary city.

I'm hoping that one of the first things Pam Boundies
does the DOJ needs to take this. I'm not an attorney,
I'm not prosecuted, but I can read. I know what
it says. So DOJ needs to make a decision in
this and hosts Uh. Sanctuary city is accountable. Sanctuaries are
sanctuaries for criminals, bottom line. And let me explain with
because they like to say, well sanctuary we need sanctuary
cities because it protects victims and witnesses of crime so

they can feel comfortable coming to law enforcement. No, we're
not working with ice. That is a bunch of crap, right,
because what we want in the sanctuary city we want
access to your jail. Well, you already locked the guy
in a jail cell. That's the guy we want. We
don't even talk to the victim with us and use
some common sense. Do you think the victims, victim and
witness of a crime, wants a bad guy back in
the community for God's sakes. Now, and look, most immigrant communities,

even if they're illegual aliens, they committed a crime crossing
this border and that's and that's an issue here. Illegally
and that's an issue. But most of them are family people,
god fearing people. A lot of them. They don't want
to preter in their neighborhood either. They don't want to
child molested in the neighborhood either. So if any of
these politicians go to the immigrant community and ask them
a simple question, where would you have the ICE operate,
the county jail or your community, They're going to say

the county jail. They don't want the bad guy out either.
And sanctuary cities they protect the criminal. And you wonder
why Chicago has a crime rate in New York has
a crime rate because criminals will flock to a sanctuary
city because they can commit a crime and no one's
won't call ICE because they're a sanctuary city. And what
really obsessed me the reason I'm so passionate about this
because the men and women in ICE put themselves in

harms way every day. It's safer to get a bad
guy in the safety and security of the county jail
rather than going to the community and knocking on the door.
He has access to who knows what weapons. Sanctuary cities
are dangerous for immigrant community, They're dangerous for law enforcement officers.
They're dangerous for the Alien's much safer for the alien
to be arrested in county jail rather than something could
happen on the street. It's a ridiculous concept, and we

got to put an end to it, and President Trump
committed to put an end to it.

So this last week, one of the more chilling pieces
of television happened on MSNBC, which obviously we don't watch.

We saw a clip. It was Rachel Maddow.

I don't know if you saw this interviewing Anthony Romero,
who is the head of the American Civil Liberties Union.
Anthony Romero was saying that they're leading the charge to
have cities not allow the federal government access the jails
to say that, oh, Tom Holm, and you want to
deport someone with the DUI, We're going to expunge their

record so they no longer have a DUI and give
them blanket amnesty. The ACLU, this is what they said, Tom,
did you see this clip? I'm no, but you's no, no, no, Blake,
I'm being correct on this right, this ACLU Rachel Maddow clip.

Where am I fairly I'm arising this all right? Yeah,
if I if, I'm if I'm being off at all.
He was going on for a minute and a half
of how he at the ACLU are going to prevent
you from doing your job in the next couple of weeks.
You haven't had a chance to see it and to
read it. But what is your reaction to the ACL
You basically saying we need to protect these criminals by

not making them criminals any longer and preempting the work
of federal agencies.

you know, ACLU, the group of attorneys who took an
ultimate enforced law and abide by the laws of this country.

that anybody the world's who upside down. You know, my
grandfather was a cop, my dad was a cop. I
knew I was always going to be a cop back
in the world where cops were respected. Now all of

a sudden, with the ACLS, other groups all of a sudden,
the people who enforce the laws of bad guys and
one who broke the laws of victims. No, we're gonna
fix that. We're going to change that around the Trump administration.
But look, I'm gonna stop us doing a job in

that the you know, the view said I was going
to deport short citizen children. That's you know, that's the island,

chair said that these cities need to sever relationships with

And by the way, this will this will last two
hours when all of a sudden, Medicare, social Security, and
food staff benefits all of a sudden stopped flowing into
San Francisco. And he also said, quote he wants to
declare jails off limits to federal agents.

It's just it's unbelievable you think about that.

And you haven't even taken office yet. But everybody understand this.

They are terrified of this man because President Trump, Tom
Holm and the whole team are going to end the invasion,

lady at Athens, Georgia, University of Georgia.

Her killer was arrested in New York City, but because
of sanctuary city, wasn't over the ice and he went
to Georgia and did a terrible things. This young lady
took her life. So weekly briefings we want to tell
American people exactly who are arresting, how bad they were,
and where we arrested them, and where the sanctuary cities

put these people back on the street. We're going to
be very transparent and we're going to be and we're
going to we need to control the messaging right Under
first Trump administration during zero tolerance, the left took the message,
they ran with it, and we didn't respond quick enough,
and they're still right to this very day. As of yesterday,
I read a story about Tom Home and the grandfather
of family separation. Let me explain this real quick in

case you don't know, why did zero talentce come about?
Because children dyeing that border every day. Women and children
are sexial assaulted in that border every day. People were
dying daily, so we said, maybe we start prosecuting them.
Few were to come and it worked. The crossings went down,

an attempt to be cruel. It's an attempt to save

some lives for God's sex right. But they won't about
There were three hundred thousand separations that this administration has
done and they can't find them. They won't talk about it.

American parents buried because their children were killed by someone

very transparent in what we're doing and every week telling

the faith in American people. We're not gonna let you

will be humane. We will do in a humane operation,

because that's why it should be. We're enforced law in
a humane reason or in humane way. I guarantee you
that we will be humane. We'll enforce the law, but
we're going to enforce law without apology. And finally, for
those in the media it says home it's going to
deport your citizen children. Let me be clear on this.

We can't deport US citizen children. That's gonna be up
to the parent. Now, if you enter this country I
legally knowing you're here illegal ahead of child, that's on
you that's exactly you put yourself in that position. So
when you get deported, you're gonna leave the child here,
You're gonna take them with you. But you don't get
a stay, you don't get amnesty, you don't get you
don't get your removal order quashed because you had a

US citizen child. Because that's the message we send to
the whole world. You're never going to fix the border.
More women be raped, more children would die. We're going
and put a stop to the violence. We won't put
a stop to the death on the border. We won't
put the stop to the migrant death in the United States.

Tom, you mentioned something that is critical, which and I
don't want to speculate, but let's go into this for
a second. The threats against the homeland of people that
are god aways, that might have dirty bombs, chemical weapons,
might be scouting out critical infrastructure.

What do we know of the people, what do we
know that.

Have come across the border, what countries represented, what motives, aims, ambitions?
And were any on the terror watch list?

Yes, on a terrorist watched list. I have actually been
released in the United States.

Released into the United States let me explain that. So
we find out they are terrorists and then we just.

Well, no, it's different. So I've got a couple of
whistle blowers that called me and I turned them over
to Jim Jordan to become whistleblowers. But i've heard them
border to real agents, says this administration. The number one
instruction to borgit rel agents is process quick, release quick
because there's no overcrowding, nothing to see here. We've got
a secure border. So the border trow has been under

such pressure from this administration. Processing released quickly. Sometimes they're
release for the betting gets back, and at least two
occasions the betting came back after they released and they
turned up being hot. Now, unluckily ICE was able to
find one of them, but the other one we don't know.
But what concerns me more is a two point two
million galawies. And here's why it needs to concern you.

and eighty different countries, some of whose country sponsored terror.
We know that we got over three hundred people on
terrorist fatses were encountered on the border. So obviously there
are morons because terrorists are trained out of made law enforcement.

you're not getting a visa. And we prevented thousands of
people from getting a visa. But those systems, even though
it had been very successful last two decades, what terrorst
today is going to ask for a visa or a
plane take long as a vetting procedure is simply go
to Mexico, pay the cartels a little bit extra money,
and be a gudaway. Because here's what you need to

ask yourself. You pay two amounts of information two amounts
of money to the cartels. You pay one amount to
get to the border. Their job ends at the border.

So you pay a certain amount of money, But if
you want to be a gudaway, you pay a hell
of a lot more money if you want to get Chicago,
New York. Why did two point two million people pay
more not to get a free airline ticket, to to

see their choice, not to get a free hotel room,
not to get three meals a day, not to give
free medical care, not to get work authors zations. When
in the ninety days, why did two point two pay
more not to take advantage of the giveaway program? Because
they didn't want to be vetted, they didn't want to

claim asylum at the border, nearly nine out it is

for asylum. They're not escaping fear and persecution from their

in a social specific social group. They're coming in for

really do need assigum, that really are escaping fear, and

to help us on the border in the interior, other
agencies looking for helping US marshals in the FBI. This

going to let his officers assist me in finding these
public safety threats and making New York City safe again.

children that are course going to be in sex trade
and forced labor in New York City. He's committed to that.

these politicians go to the immigrant community and ask them
a simple question, where would you have the ICE operate,

And sanctuary cities they protect the criminal. And you wonder
why Chicago has a crime rate in New York has
a crime rate because criminals will flock to a sanctuary

because the men and women in ICE put themselves in

harms way every day. It's safer to get a bad
guy in the safety and security of the county jail

record so they no longer have a DUI and give
them blanket amnesty. The ACLU, this is what they said, Tom,
did you see this clip? I'm no, but you's no, no, no, Blake,
I'm being correct on this right, this ACLU Rachel Maddow clip.

Where am I fairly I'm arising this all right? Yeah,
if I if, I'm if I'm being off at all.
He was going on for a minute and a half
of how he at the ACLU are going to prevent
you from doing your job in the next couple of weeks.

I already met with some of the representatives like Chris
Delba I think it's one of them. Yeah, I've already
met with them. Look, and their concern is getting protection
because they're gonna be sued right and left, right and left,
so we got to do something to protect them. So, yeah,
a certain appoint of discussion. I haven't talked to the
president about it, but I met with them. I support
what they're trying to do because this is about protecting
(35:28):
ice agents and not not just from harm, because they're
gonna put themselves in harm's way and violence is gonna
come because they're resting really bad people, but they're gonna
be sued. So we got to come up with some
sort of way to protect them, and the Union's one
way to do that.
Speaker 1 (35:40):

for you and your team. But my question is what
do you do with these AUSA is when they refuse
to prosecute the thirteen twenty four, twenty five, twenty six
cases that order to bring because you know right now,

for the past seven years that guy I've worked, they
just tell strict up, don't even follow the case. We're
not going to take it.
Speaker 2 (36:27):

All right, So when immigrations, you know, is not as
sexy as a big narcotics case or a big bank
fraud case or you know, intellectual property case and all
this stuff. So a lot of your attorneys it's just
the immigration case. Deportment. Guy would be done with it.
Any guy never sees a day day in jail. It
was the same way when I was an agent back
in the eighties. But we got a new president coming
(36:55):
in town who's going to hold them accountable. And Pam
bind is not going to tolerate that. Immergig Grace is
President Trump's number one issue, and he's not going to
allow that stuff to continue.
Speaker 3 (37:05):
And that's what's so important everybody. When you take over
the White House, as Biden did, it's they just can
choose what laws to enforce. There's so much subjectivity for enforcement,
so like, oh, this is not a big deal. Just
kind of let them waltz across the border and you
have the entire system fall apart. Okay, we have time

We have a ton of them, huge and my question
is that in the veteran community, there's a ton of
chatter and intel starting back about a year ago related
to the potential Israeli style attacks that happened in Gaza.

How are you guys going to plan on working with
the local police departments because they're not talking about it
locally right now, and my concern is there's going to
be significant violence that's not prepared for related to what
happened in Israel.
Speaker 2 (38:29):
There's there's there's there's a plan in place to have
a White House I forgive the positions called it's going
to be a state and local liaison of the White
House to deal strictly with local state law enforcement agencies
to get to a feed concerns straight to President Trump
at the White House. I'll be involved in that. It's
going to be part of my portfolio. So we're going
to have a connection right straight from the White House
(38:52):
to local communities. But we're gonna look, I think Mayor Adams,
I think is the domino effect. Let me tell you something.
The men win and wearing that badging gun, they want
to help ICE. It's the leadership. They don't want to
help ICE. And as we take on the Sanctuary of
Cities and President Trump's committee to defunding him, once they
start taking the money way, as Charitie says, they're gonna
come to the tables, you hope for better and look,
(39:14):
law enforcement, if they're chief, don't allow them to fishy.
Call ICE. We'll give them a one number one, eight
hundred number two. You just call us, tell us word
to be and we'll be there. And you boss ain't
gotten a whole thing. But we want to let the
law enforcement officers do what they do best. I have
not met one single badging gun in the four years
i've been retired that doesn't want to help ICE because
(39:35):
they know it's what They don't want to be immigration officers.
They want to be police officers that work with federal
agents to protect their communities. So I think you want
to see a vast improvement in that. But there will
be a liaison dealing strictly with that issue right from
the White House.
Speaker 3 (39:48):
I will say this in closing, Tom, we worked as
hard as we worked at Turning Point Action to get
you to be able to do your job to save
this country from this occupation.
Speaker 1 (39:57):
