Speaker 1 (00:00):
Tom, welcome the Phoenix.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Hey Phoenix.
Speaker 1 (00:07):
You got some fans here.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
Are you Sayah? I used to be a special agent
in Phoenix.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
Is that right?
Speaker 2 (00:14):
And it's about to get a hell of a lot
better in Phoenix.
Speaker 3 (00:22):
Let's start there, Tom, Just in this right down the street,
neighborhood suburban areas are being broken into by illegal migrant gangs,
Venezuelan gangs that have deportation notices on them. The governor
refuses to do anything. January twentieth, Donald Trump says, so
help me, god, what changes.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
We secured a border, We started the biggest deportation operation
as countries ever seen, and we'll go and find over
three hundred thousand missing children in this administration, trafficking the country.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
So operationally, I'm infinitely curious. But let's just start with
the obvious. So much of this doesn't take a lot
of thoughtful work. It requires the will the will to
do it. Is that correct?
Speaker 2 (01:09):
Absolutely? And I got twenty thousand agents who have the
will and the guts are going to do it. Start
in January twenty first. And look, you know, I've worked
for six presidents, starting with ron O Reagan. January twentieth,
The baddest president in the history of this nation is
going to be back in the White House. And he
(01:36):
told me three things. Secure the border, which I'll do,
run the biggest deportation operas, and find these kids. I'm committed,
President Trump, We're gonna get this done. We're going to
show this country what it's like to be great again
and what it's like to be safe again, what it's
like to have a sovereign nation and secure that border.
I can't wait.
Speaker 1 (01:54):
So let's talk operationally.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
You are the czar, which I don't love that term,
but I mean you're gonna be coordinating what agencies are involved.
I mean it is everything from ICE to Border patrol,
to Department of Homeland Security to even the Homeland Security
Investigations HSI kind of paint the picture of the personnel
that you're going to have to coordinate to be able
to first secure the border and then get this deportation
(02:19):
effort underway.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
One thing we're doing different. Why why we created the borders,
which is the official titles Senior Advisor to the President.
But a lot of people touch the border. DHS touches
the border, you know, cbp ICE, uh cis d O
J touches the border right with the immigration judges and
the bureau uh ahhs touches the border with children because
(02:44):
they take care of the children and families.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
The Department Interior and all these different agencies touch the borders.
What we did differently, rather than having seven stovepipes to
the President concerning the border, now there's one stovepipe me.
So we're gonna, we're gonna. We're gonna have a very
efficient coordinate operations, all the departments working together to succeed
in securing the border and record time. Phineish the job
we created. So I'll be working very closely with Christy Nomes.
(03:08):
She's going great. She's gonna be a great secretary. I
talked to her all the time.
Speaker 4 (03:15):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
And I'm gonna tell you something about because I know
some of the people meet us. She's not qualified. Let
me tell you, son, the first time I sat down
with Christy, she asked great questions, questions you would have
to have a lot of experience to even know what
to ask. So I was, I was. I was pleasantly surprised.
She's in it. She's in it for the long game.
She's gonna be a great secretary. Of course U with
(03:36):
with DOJ touching the boarder. We can't get a better
guy than Cash Patel who were coming in so bordertow Ice.
Both Homeland Security Investigation had about eight thousand agents. ERO
has about another six thousand agents. We're going to bring.
I'm pushing hard to bring d d Uh the Department
(03:56):
the Defense as part of this, because what well the
Department Defense can do. We got a lot of guns
and badges, processing, doing infrastructure transportation. We want DoD to
comm in and do all those non enforcement jobs and
that releases a hell of a lot more guns and
badges to the street the rest of bad guy. Because
day one, day one, we're going out of the gate
(04:17):
on prioritize public safety threats and national security threats, and
there's plenty of to find.
Speaker 3 (04:22):
So tom day one, President Trump does the inauguration ceremony,
say so help me God. He walks into the outer
room of the Capitol Building and he has a bunch
of basically things to sign for him. What executive orders
are you going to be advising and pushing for him
to sign day one minute one of January twentieth.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
We'll want to uncoff ice Ice and let them do
the job they're supposed to do rather than sit. You know,
right now the secretary of the current Secretary, Alejanda Mariarkis,
who should have been in peace to remove the first day,
who's got the job. He has instructed ICE. If you're
in the country legally without a serious criminal conviction, ICE
ca and even arrest him. He's telling immigration officers not
(05:03):
enforced immigration. Now, we're gonna cut these guys loose. Day one.
We're going to change the priorities of ICE. Priorities and
Priority is going to say this public safety thrust, national
security threats go to the biggest danger. But no one's
off the table. If you're in the country legally, you
got a problem, then we're looking for We got remain
in Mexico needs to come back. The THURSD Safe Country
Guments come back, and I'm sure the President's going to
(05:25):
sign I'm hoping a Title five. They allow the DD
to help us on the border in the interior, other
agencies looking for helping US marshals in the FBI. This
needs to be a hole of government approach because what
we're dealing with right now is the biggest national security
vulnerability I've seen in this nation in my lifetime. We
got two point two main guideaways. We already rest over
(05:48):
three hundred people on the terrace. Wash Lit's coming across
the southwest border. If you don't think a single one
of two point two Guideaways didn't come here to do
as armed, then you're a moron. So you know, we
got to take this seriously. And I cannot wait. I
haven't waited. I can't wait to be official, but I
haven't waited. Look, I've already met went to Texas and
working with Governor Abbott and finishing a great job he's
(06:10):
been doing. I've been to Arizona, meet with the National
Sheriff's Ocean. We got hundreds of shriffes standing up ready
to go and get and be two eighty seven G
programs and help us in the jails and help us
on the street. I met with, I met with the
mayor of New York City. Has come to the table
now for two years. I said, this man for gables
(06:31):
like being a cop and became a politician because he
hasn't helped ice in New York City. But I sat
down with him. He said he will get us a
Rikers Island jail again. Which is huge, massive, And he's
going to let his officers assist me in finding these
public safety threats and making New York City safe again.
And he's going to help me find some of these
children that are course going to be in sex trade
and forced labor in New York City. He's committed to that.
(06:55):
So his words are good. I just hope the accidents
followed up.
Speaker 1 (06:58):
Yeah, he might want to pardon, but that's a separate issue. So, uh,
thank you, Biden.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
Deal. Yeah, whatever it takes.
Speaker 1 (07:04):
Right. So, so there's so many questions that I have
on this.
Speaker 3 (07:09):
So you will, you will inevitably within a couple hours
get some lawsuit from an a c l U in
the Northern Mariana Island saying you can't do this. Has
a lot of this work already been worked to the
courts in previous years with the Supreme Court so that
these ridiculous legal challenges can't stop the will of the voters.
Speaker 2 (07:26):
Yeah, we got we got, we got good judgments from
the last administration that of course they're going to sue again.
You know it's but I don't care. They're not going
to stop as we won't going to do this job.
But uh, they're going to suit. We're gonna get sued
from day one. I mean, and uh in day one,
I hope and be in Chicago, Illinois to show you,
to show the mayor of Chicago that we're coming. I
don't know won't come. We'll won't come. So hopefully I'll
(07:46):
be with the team in Chicago. We'll do Arizona next,
but I got.
Speaker 3 (07:52):
I also think Aurora Colorado should be. I know that's
on your list, but hell.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
No, trying to Agua was a prior and you know,
a Charlotte to me, they're watching Mike Gang's bigger in
your gang. So we're going to take you off the
streets in New York and send you back. Venzuela and
Venezuela don't want them. We'll send them someplace up, but
they're not staying here.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
I love it. We are back, everybody. We are back.
Speaker 3 (08:17):
And Aurora, Colorado is one of many cities that are
being held captive by foreign invaders. And I would just
love the visual of Tom Homan with kind of a
field operation, a setup of a war room. One week,
you could clean that entire city up. That does beg
a bigger and deeper question the mayor of Aurora and
(08:39):
the governor of Colorado have said, Tom Holman, you're not
welcome here.
Speaker 1 (08:43):
Ice, You're not welcome here.
Speaker 2 (08:45):
Watch me, watch me.
Speaker 1 (08:48):
Look talk right in Mica.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
Our authority is in all fifties stays. You know Coony,
you know items of Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam. I think
Colorado falls in there someplace. So we're coming, and you
know they can they cannot help. Shame on them because
we've made it clear we're concentrating public safety threats. And
(09:11):
I can't believe there's an elected mayor or elected governor
in this country who doesn't want public safety threats to
move from their communities. That's your number one responsibility. If
they don't do it, we will. But President Trump has
promised to deal with the illettle alien crime in this country,
and that's exactly what we're going to do.
Speaker 4 (09:28):
It.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
Give us a few much. You're gonna see illego alien
crime decrease. You're gonna see fatinyl desk decrease. You wanna
see sex trafficking decrease. Because we want to secure the
border and enforce the laws. We're going to force the laws.
This administration hasn't.
Speaker 3 (09:39):
Done it's amazing. So so let's just take an example.
Uh you mentioned Illinois my home state. Anyone from Illinois here? Yeah, well,
Arizona's my new home. I'm formerly from Illinois.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
JB. Pritzkert not exactly yet, not exactly.
Speaker 4 (09:56):
JB.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
Pritzker says, well, I'm happy to make them arrest me.
Would you do such a thing.
Speaker 2 (10:04):
Well, that's one thing we have in common. He's wanting
to go to jail. I'm wanting to put him in
jail if that's what it's gonna take. Hey, look he
came out saying, told him, you don't have the authorities
the borders are he has. Look, I'm not gonna be
prosecuting him. The US Attorney's when where you're prosecuting it?
If he crosses that line. Yes, bottom line is there's
(10:25):
a statue and you all should read it. It's the
title eight and I says cold thirteen twenty four. Triple
I says, if annoyingly harbor and concealing it illegal alien
from Ice, it's a felony. So he cannot help. But
don't cross that line, because don't test this good You
know another good thing. We got one hell of Attorney
general coming on board in pamam Bondy.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
So, Tom, that law that you just recited is definitionally
what a sanctuary city is. So is it fair to
say that every mayor in this country is currently violating
federal law that has a sanctuary city.
Speaker 2 (11:03):
I'm hoping that one of the first things Pam Boundies
does the DOJ needs to take this. I'm not an attorney,
I'm not prosecuted, but I can read. I know what
it says. So DOJ needs to make a decision in
this and hosts Uh. Sanctuary city is accountable. Sanctuaries are
sanctuaries for criminals, bottom line. And let me explain with
because they like to say, well sanctuary we need sanctuary
cities because it protects victims and witnesses of crime so
(11:28):
they can feel comfortable coming to law enforcement. No, we're
not working with ice. That is a bunch of crap, right,
because what we want in the sanctuary city we want
access to your jail. Well, you already locked the guy
in a jail cell. That's the guy we want. We
don't even talk to the victim with us and use
some common sense. Do you think the victims, victim and
witness of a crime, wants a bad guy back in
the community for God's sakes. Now, and look, most immigrant communities,
(11:52):
even if they're illegual aliens, they committed a crime crossing
this border and that's and that's an issue here. Illegally
and that's an issue. But most of them are family people,
god fearing people. A lot of them. They don't want
to preter in their neighborhood either. They don't want to
child molested in the neighborhood either. So if any of
these politicians go to the immigrant community and ask them
a simple question, where would you have the ICE operate,
the county jail or your community, They're going to say
(12:13):
the county jail. They don't want the bad guy out either.
And sanctuary cities they protect the criminal. And you wonder
why Chicago has a crime rate in New York has
a crime rate because criminals will flock to a sanctuary
city because they can commit a crime and no one's
won't call ICE because they're a sanctuary city. And what
really obsessed me the reason I'm so passionate about this
because the men and women in ICE put themselves in
(12:35):
harms way every day. It's safer to get a bad
guy in the safety and security of the county jail
rather than going to the community and knocking on the door.
He has access to who knows what weapons. Sanctuary cities
are dangerous for immigrant community, They're dangerous for law enforcement officers.
They're dangerous for the Alien's much safer for the alien
to be arrested in county jail rather than something could
happen on the street. It's a ridiculous concept, and we
(12:58):
got to put an end to it, and President Trump
committed to put an end to it.
Speaker 3 (13:01):
So this last week, one of the more chilling pieces
of television happened on MSNBC, which obviously we don't watch.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
We saw a clip. It was Rachel Maddow.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
I don't know if you saw this interviewing Anthony Romero,
who is the head of the American Civil Liberties Union.
Anthony Romero was saying that they're leading the charge to
have cities not allow the federal government access the jails
to say that, oh, Tom Holm, and you want to
deport someone with the DUI, We're going to expunge their
(13:35):
record so they no longer have a DUI and give
them blanket amnesty. The ACLU, this is what they said, Tom,
did you see this clip? I'm no, but you's no, no, no, Blake,
I'm being correct on this right, this ACLU Rachel Maddow clip.
(13:57):
Where am I fairly I'm arising this all right? Yeah,
if I if, I'm if I'm being off at all.
He was going on for a minute and a half
of how he at the ACLU are going to prevent
you from doing your job in the next couple of weeks.
You haven't had a chance to see it and to
read it. But what is your reaction to the ACL
You basically saying we need to protect these criminals by
(14:22):
not making them criminals any longer and preempting the work
of federal agencies.
Speaker 2 (14:28):
All right, I'll see him in court. But bottom line is,
you know, ACLU, the group of attorneys who took an
ultimate enforced law and abide by the laws of this country.
I'm enforcing the law, and it is shocking to me
that anybody the world's who upside down. You know, my
grandfather was a cop, my dad was a cop. I
knew I was always going to be a cop back
in the world where cops were respected. Now all of
(14:50):
a sudden, with the ACLS, other groups all of a sudden,
the people who enforce the laws of bad guys and
one who broke the laws of victims. No, we're gonna
fix that. We're going to change that around the Trump administration.
But look, I'm gonna stop us doing a job in
first look, I Rachel mold out that that whole bunch
that the you know, the view said I was going
to deport short citizen children. That's you know, that's the island,
(15:10):
the mysfit toys right there is Christmas time, that's that's
that's But look, we're going to do the job. And
I'm gonna look, I'm not running a popularity contest. I
don't you know, I have a masks all the time.
Does it bother you half have to country hate you
not a bit. I don't care. We're gonna do that.
We're gonna do the job. So that's just to the
a sl you guys, Okay, do what you gotta do,
(15:30):
but don't you cross that line either. But the Trump
administration is said, look, President Trump is one hell of
a president and he will take this on. He will
take it on right the point of spirit. And so
we're going to take it on. So standing away if
you want, don't cross the line. Don't help us if
you want. But we will get this done guaranteed.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
The it's going to take the will of all of us.
And this is where we come in.
Speaker 3 (16:00):
Everybody is that And by the way, yet, so just
to be clear, Blake looked up the quote the ACLU
chair said that these cities need to sever relationships with
the federal government. He said, quote, several relationships, then.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
We'll take federal funds away from them. They want to
sever relationships, We'll.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
Start there, yes, exactly.
Speaker 3 (16:22):
And by the way, this will this will last two
hours when all of a sudden, Medicare, social Security, and
food staff benefits all of a sudden stopped flowing into
San Francisco. And he also said, quote he wants to
declare jails off limits to federal agents.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
It's just it's unbelievable you think about that.
Speaker 1 (16:39):
And you haven't even taken office yet. But everybody understand this.
Speaker 3 (16:43):
They are terrified of this man because President Trump, Tom
Holm and the whole team are going to end the invasion,
the occupation of the United States, once and for all.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
That's why they are talking like this.
Speaker 2 (16:57):
That's true.
Speaker 1 (16:58):
So but but of course, and can you speak to this.
Speaker 3 (17:02):
Tom, there will be a massive psychological media operation run
and we must be ready for this, everybody. It'll be
kids in cages with an exponent. Can you talk about, Tom,
about how they lie about this, what we should brace for,
and how we need to keep our head down and
do the work and fulfill the mandate the American people
gave us.
Speaker 2 (17:22):
Well, this I explained to President Trump. This is coming right,
the first crime email, the first crime, baby. But you
know we're going to enforce it. You know, immigration enforcement
has always been controversial. It has always been emotional. I
get it, I get it. But we're a nation of laws.
We're going to enforce those laws. If you come this
country legally, that is a crime. I'm sick and tired
(17:43):
of hearing illegal aliens commit less crimes and American citizens,
every illegal alien is a criminal.
Speaker 1 (17:48):
Yes, a country exactly right.
Speaker 2 (17:49):
Well, that's right, but look they've already started. I'll share
with you. I got numerous death threats against me. I'm
not with my family right now. I had them someplace else.
Speaker 4 (18:00):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
And it's because what does Tim hol Lan do. I'm
going to come and forced law. They're not going to
stop us. So the hates coming. But we need to
control the messaging, right, So I've been I told President
Trump that what we need to do do a weekly
press preeveleent. Let's show the American people who we arrested,
why we arrested them. Let's show us where we arrested them,
(18:22):
what kind of bad guys we arrested in that sanctuary city.
And for an example, uh, names flipping.
Speaker 1 (18:31):
Me Rachel Morin or Lake and Riley and Riley.
Speaker 2 (18:33):
Excuse me, there's so many of them.
Speaker 3 (18:35):
And by the way, Rachel Morin's mother is speaking tomorrow
at Amfest God bless mother of five that was murdered
brutally in Maryland by an illegal alien. Lake and Riley's
family will not be here, but also has spoken out
in support a President Trump. Lcoln Riley was the young
lady at Athens, Georgia, University of Georgia.
Speaker 2 (18:52):
We're going to educate American people such as Lake and Riley.
Her killer was arrested in New York City, but because
of sanctuary city, wasn't over the ice and he went
to Georgia and did a terrible things. This young lady
took her life. So weekly briefings we want to tell
American people exactly who are arresting, how bad they were,
and where we arrested them, and where the sanctuary cities
(19:13):
put these people back on the street. We're going to
be very transparent and we're going to be and we're
going to we need to control the messaging right Under
first Trump administration during zero tolerance, the left took the message,
they ran with it, and we didn't respond quick enough,
and they're still right to this very day. As of yesterday,
I read a story about Tom Home and the grandfather
of family separation. Let me explain this real quick in
(19:35):
case you don't know, why did zero talentce come about?
Because children dyeing that border every day. Women and children
are sexial assaulted in that border every day. People were
dying daily, so we said, maybe we start prosecuting them.
Few were to come and it worked. The crossings went down,
So it wasn't an attempt to be inhumane, it was
an attempt to be cruel. It's an attempt to save
(19:57):
some lives for God's sex right. But they won't about
There were three hundred thousand separations that this administration has
done and they can't find them. They won't talk about it.
They won't talk about the thousands of young children that
American parents buried because their children were killed by someone
that's not supposed to be here. They won't talk about
that separation with the permanent separation. So on this administration,
(20:20):
I'm going to make a real hard effort to be
very transparent in what we're doing and every week telling
the people exactly what we're doing. Because we can't lose
the faith in American people. We're not gonna let you
use faith in us. We're going to do the right thing.
This operation will be controversial, it'll be emotional, but it
will be humane. We will do in a humane operation,
(20:40):
because that's why it should be. We're enforced law in
a humane reason or in humane way. I guarantee you
that we will be humane. We'll enforce the law, but
we're going to enforce law without apology. And finally, for
those in the media it says home it's going to
deport your citizen children. Let me be clear on this.
(21:01):
We can't deport US citizen children. That's gonna be up
to the parent. Now, if you enter this country I
legally knowing you're here illegal ahead of child, that's on
you that's exactly you put yourself in that position. So
when you get deported, you're gonna leave the child here,
You're gonna take them with you. But you don't get
a stay, you don't get amnesty, you don't get you
don't get your removal order quashed because you had a
(21:24):
US citizen child. Because that's the message we send to
the whole world. You're never going to fix the border.
More women be raped, more children would die. We're going
and put a stop to the violence. We won't put
a stop to the death on the border. We won't
put the stop to the migrant death in the United States.
We're gonna end us.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
Love it.
Speaker 3 (21:42):
Tom, you mentioned something that is critical, which and I
don't want to speculate, but let's go into this for
a second. The threats against the homeland of people that
are god aways, that might have dirty bombs, chemical weapons,
might be scouting out critical infrastructure.
Speaker 1 (21:57):
What do we know of the people, what do we
know that.
Speaker 3 (22:00):
Have come across the border, what countries represented, what motives, aims, ambitions?
And were any on the terror watch list?
Speaker 2 (22:06):
Yes, on a terrorist watched list. I have actually been
released in the United States.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
Released into the United States let me explain that. So
we find out they are terrorists and then we just.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
Well, no, it's different. So I've got a couple of
whistle blowers that called me and I turned them over
to Jim Jordan to become whistleblowers. But i've heard them
border to real agents, says this administration. The number one
instruction to borgit rel agents is process quick, release quick
because there's no overcrowding, nothing to see here. We've got
a secure border. So the border trow has been under
(22:38):
such pressure from this administration. Processing released quickly. Sometimes they're
release for the betting gets back, and at least two
occasions the betting came back after they released and they
turned up being hot. Now, unluckily ICE was able to
find one of them, but the other one we don't know.
But what concerns me more is a two point two
million galawies. And here's why it needs to concern you.
(22:58):
I always said, Borbatos rest some people from one hundred
and eighty different countries, some of whose country sponsored terror.
We know that we got over three hundred people on
terrorist fatses were encountered on the border. So obviously there
are morons because terrorists are trained out of made law enforcement.
They didn't do a very good job. But with two
point two main guidaways, how many of them came from
a country sponsoring terror? We don't know. But even Christopher
(23:20):
Ray have ZERI respect and even he agrees the Southwest
boards is a gateway to terrorism. And let me end
with this. After nine to eleven, we created all these
different databases. Let's prevent people from getting the plane ticket,
let's prevent people getting the visa come in and blow
something up. And so we created a TSA no flight as,
the FBI Screening Database, the DoD Intel database, the Visa
(23:43):
Security program where you've run a visa, come to the
United States, you're vetted heavily. If there's any derogatory information,
you're not getting a visa. And we prevented thousands of
people from getting a visa. But those systems, even though
it had been very successful last two decades, what terrorst
today is going to ask for a visa or a
plane take long as a vetting procedure is simply go
to Mexico, pay the cartels a little bit extra money,
and be a gudaway. Because here's what you need to
(24:05):
ask yourself. You pay two amounts of information two amounts
of money to the cartels. You pay one amount to
get to the border. Their job ends at the border.
See green uniform, turn your in. Cartel's job done right.
So you pay a certain amount of money, But if
you want to be a gudaway, you pay a hell
of a lot more money if you want to get Chicago,
New York. Why did two point two million people pay
more not to get a free airline ticket, to to
(24:25):
see their choice, not to get a free hotel room,
not to get three meals a day, not to give
free medical care, not to get work authors zations. When
in the ninety days, why did two point two pay
more not to take advantage of the giveaway program? Because
they didn't want to be vetted, they didn't want to
be finger pretty. That's just scared of hell out everybody here,
because it scares the hell out of me, Tom.
Speaker 3 (24:45):
That's a really important operational question. Then we have to
get to questions, is now, what happens on January twenty first,
cartel shows up ten people and they see green uniforms.
Speaker 1 (24:56):
What happens now?
Speaker 2 (24:58):
They don't get released, There'll be attained, there will be
and hopefully we get to remain in Mexico programming.
Speaker 1 (25:03):
What does that explain? Remain in Mexico really quick.
Speaker 2 (25:05):
Remain in Mexico. If you want to claim asylum, Okay,
you can claim assign, but you're gonna wait in Mexico
for your hearing. Because here's what you need to know,
just this question. You look at Immigration Court DAD over
the last ten years, it says this for those who
claim asylum at the border, nearly nine out it is
actually eighty six point seven. I think the last number
is a nearly nine out of ten people claim asylum
(25:26):
will get a remove order because they simply don't qualify
for asylum. They're not escaping fear and persecution from their
home government because of race, religion, political affiliation, or participation
in a social specific social group. They're coming in for
a job, They're coming a better life. I get that.
That's not asylum. And why all this asylum prolits occurring.
We got a lot of people in this world that
really do need assigum, that really are escaping fear, and
(25:47):
there's they're sitting in the backseat. So nine out of
ten people get order removal. And that's why I've been
I've been shouting at that a lot as they could.
People say, this mass deportation is racist, in human, No,
what's not. Man's the people cross this border made a
project assignment claim nine out of ten and would get
an order to remove them. If we don't execute those
remove orders, then what the hell are we doing? Shut
(26:09):
Down the immigration court, don't mean anything more. Take the border,
Throw off the border because there's no consequence. We had
to have a mass deportation at the end of a
historic massive illegal immigration.
Speaker 1 (26:19):
And I will cap this off. Everybody.
Speaker 3 (26:22):
This is not going to be easy, but it is
the only way you get your country back. And this
is where us, as the grassroots and the vanguard, we
need to keep driving this forward on social media, need
to keep driving the conversation. Every day on the Charlie
Kirk Show, we are going to be driving this and saying, guys,
you're getting your country back. But it's going to have
to you to pierce through the media. You have to
pierce through the noise because this is forty years that
(26:44):
we are trying to undo of open borders. And in
four years, how many two quick questions, how many illegals
are in the nation right now?
Speaker 2 (26:51):
Oh? They claimed twelve. We've metal about twelve for two decades.
I mean, I'm sure they're well over twenty. We don't know.
That's it's the strongest nation in the world. Doesn't know
how many.
Speaker 3 (27:03):
And you're the I mean, this is the expert on
immigration on the planet, and we don't know. We don't
know how many people we have in our own nation.
Number two, how many illegals came across the border under.
Speaker 2 (27:15):
Joe Biden ten point five that we know about.
Speaker 1 (27:18):
Ten point five million.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
And let me explain what we know about because gotaways.
When we say known gottles, because you're captured on video
doing traffic center traffic, there's an image or a footprint
or something where Borbito couldn't respond because they're too busy
making changing diapers, making baby formula, taking care of humanitarian crisis.
So we count these gotaways. However, the unknown goddos, we
(27:41):
have no idea. Like one sector in Texas, the Big
Men's Sector, very mountainous region. You could run a thousand
people there today and we wouldn't know it because it's
hard to patrol. We don't have the technology there because
Joe Biden stopped the building of technology day one. So
there's a lot of areas we don't know. Northern border.
Very few borders on northern border live On the northern border.
You can cross the Saint Lawrence River in the Thousand
(28:02):
Islands in a minute and a half. Very few borbitrailations
up there. And under Biden administration, half of those few
were assigned to the southern border. The other half were
sitting in the offices processing illegal aliudiversity from the southern border.
So the northern boarder had very little patrol, late patrol,
river patrol, rop patrol. So we don't know what the
hell's happened on northern border. So it's scary. It's it's
scary what this administration has done. It's almost treason us
(28:25):
what they've done.
Speaker 1 (28:25):
And then it is treason us. I really believe it.
I know you have to be more diplomatic because you're
going to be a White House stafford.
Speaker 2 (28:34):
Nothing diplomatic about me.
Speaker 3 (28:35):
Yeah, you're and you're you're working for President Trump. I
think you're fine. So I want to get to the question.
We're going to be low on time here, Daisy, what's
our first question?
Speaker 1 (28:44):
Guys? Please, I need if I need.
Speaker 2 (28:46):
One thing, do I need to ask you all favor,
because what we're going to do when we get an administration,
I need to deputize every American here to help us
find these children because you parents, we're both your parents
knowing something just ain't right. Whether you see a child
at a workplace, whether you see a child in a
uncomfort position, your instinct's gonna kick in. So we're gonna
(29:07):
create a one eight hundred number that if you see something,
say something, because even if one on of one thousand
phone calls turns out to be positive hit, we're saving
out life.
Speaker 3 (29:16):
Three hundred thousand kids are missing. Tom Holman is going
to rescue and save them. Okay, let's go fast. Please
keep an immigration focus. We can do political questions later, yes, sir.
Speaker 1 (29:25):
All right, as we get ready to see the next
season of Apprentice start January twentieth, who do you think
is gonna get fired first?
Speaker 3 (29:34):
Okay, that's not an immigration question, so yeah, hopefully Mayorchis
will get fired. I know, let's do immigration, guys, you
have the best immigration person in the world, YEP.
Speaker 4 (29:44):
I just wanted to ask, what will the process, well
the process for legal immigration change at all. Will that
get improved? Will be sped up so they don't have
to go through to the quagmire that they have to
go through now, which encourages more illegal crossing.
Speaker 5 (29:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:57):
You know, President Trump during the first administry and headed
great immigration plan. I saw, I read it, and I'm
part of it. And he wanted to basic legal immigration
on merit, you know, who can come to this country
and help improve this country and serve this country. But
he also left in their mother's father sons and daughters,
so he did have a family component in there. It
was a great It was a great bill. Of course
(30:18):
Nancy Plosi and Chuck Schumer wanted nothing to do with it.
Same thing about DOCCA. Everybody asked about DOCCA. President Trump
had to fix to DOCA. But because Nancy and Plosi
and Chuck Schumer didn't want to give any money for
the border wall, that got blown up. So I'm sure
President Trump has Look, President Trump is right what anybody thinks.
The man has a heart too. The man doesn't hang
his heart on the when he goes to work, So
(30:38):
I'm sure he would come up in an immigration plan
that makes sense. We just got to hope that the
people in Congress, even some Republicans who don't do the
right thing. We got to make sure that President Trump's
immigration and gens followed through on both sides. So we'll
be pushing that hard. But I can promise you President
Trump have a great immigration planet comes in that talks
about legal immigration. President Trump said it many times. He
supports legal immigration. He wants people coming in the legal way.
(31:02):
That way, they're not selling everything. I have to give
the criminal cartel to be raped or have to it
swim in a river and drowned. Prisident Trump wants to
save lives to so will count on him coming on
a great immigration plan.
Speaker 1 (31:11):
Yes, Daisy, say your name where you're from.
Speaker 5 (31:15):
Yeah, my name is Christison. I'm fifteen years old from
northern California. I just wanted to first thank both of
you guys for being here. I had I actually had
an accidental accident, accidental run in with fentanel about a
month ago. I just brushed up against a metal fence
and I was in the er for a couple hours
and it was I just think of my two little
(31:36):
sisters who have to go had to go through that
with their older brother in the hospital. I just wanted
to ask you, what are you going to do to
stop the drugs from coming in the country. That could
potentially answer great question. That's really a good thank you,
and we're glad you're okay.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
And in three years you'll become a borbital agent. And
I mean that because borbiteal is going to secure the
born and we have a secure border. Come in. I'm
sick and tired of the Democrats saying most of the
phantanom is smuggled by American citizens to report of entries,
that's a bunch of crap. Most of the fatanyl seize
that a port of entry because every vehicle stopped and
(32:11):
depending on the answers from the driver, that may be secondary.
They also have what they call CBP targeting system. I
can't tell you what's in it, and tell UGent that
they may put the light plate number and it may
come back and say this is a cary may one
and secondary. So of course they seize most fantonomic port
of entry. But if criminal cartel is going to use
a route of least resistance and that's between a port
of entry, we're seventy percent of the border. Plays is
(32:32):
no longer on the border because they're changing diapers. So
while we stop the fatanyl. We secure the border. Another
thing we need to do at the same time, when
you educate the American people on the dangers of fatanol,
when you have educational program pushed off from White House
cross the nation. Third, we got to address the drive
for illegal drugs in this country. There has to be
a push to educate the American people and stop we
(32:55):
are purchasing this stuff. So we got to push that too.
Sealing the border is going to save life. Actually, fatanyl,
it isn't coincident if we have quartermen and young people
dead from fentanyl at the same time they open this
border up. So securing that border is going to save
a hell of a lot of lives.
Speaker 3 (33:10):
Yeah, we're at one hundred and ten thousand drug overdoses,
about sixty thousand of them are now fentanyl just this
year alone.
Speaker 1 (33:16):
Yes, this year alone. Yes, ma'am.
Speaker 6 (33:19):
Hi, my name is Rita. I'm from Highlands Ranch, Colorado,
about thirty minutes from Aurora.
Speaker 4 (33:23):
Yep.
Speaker 6 (33:24):
I'm just wondering what will the process be for deportation.
Will it start in every city at the same time
or where you go city by city.
Speaker 2 (33:32):
It's going to start in every major city on January twenty. First,
we have twenty four field offices and various suboffices. Every
field office, every one of the twenty four field offices,
I'm only working on and playing for its field office.
Each field office is going to send massive amounts of
(33:52):
agents out again to arrest public safety threats. First. But
here's what you need to know, and here's where the
left's going to play home. And you said public States's dressed.
Look all these non criminals you arrested. You know why
because you didn't let me arrest a bad guy into jail.
So he forced me into the neighborhood and we found them,
but he was with others. And guess what, they're legally
the United States. We're not turning a blind die like
(34:13):
this administration did. They're coming to custody too. So if
you want to complain about the clad arrest, you put
me in that position to do that. So you're going
to get exactly what you don't want. There's more agents
in the communities and more non priority risks because you
forced that issue.
Speaker 3 (34:29):
And let me make an unrelated note, everybody who lives
in California, Colorado, all in this audience, do you know
what's so awesome? About this is that you're not forgotten
as part of this, and you're going to get your
cities and your states back as well. Even though this
is not a red state or a blue state thing.
Every state is going to be delivered from this enemy occupation. Yes,
(34:49):
where are we at, Daisy?
Speaker 7 (34:52):
My question, Director Holman is when the current administration came in,
the officer union got dissolved and we're trying to bring
it back, would you throw your support and bring it back.
Speaker 2 (35:06):
I already met with some of the representatives like Chris
Delba I think it's one of them. Yeah, I've already
met with them. Look, and their concern is getting protection
because they're gonna be sued right and left, right and left,
so we got to do something to protect them. So, yeah,
a certain appoint of discussion. I haven't talked to the
president about it, but I met with them. I support
what they're trying to do because this is about protecting
(35:28):
ice agents and not not just from harm, because they're
gonna put themselves in harm's way and violence is gonna
come because they're resting really bad people, but they're gonna
be sued. So we got to come up with some
sort of way to protect them, and the Union's one
way to do that.
Speaker 1 (35:40):
I agree. Were we at Daisy in the back? Yep,
thank you, Hello, sir.
Speaker 8 (35:46):
I'm HSI of San Diego.
Speaker 1 (35:48):
Oh wow, you work for HSI I do, God bless
you give it up for her.
Speaker 3 (35:51):
That's a tough job. That's homeland security investigations. Those are
the tough. Those are tough, tough, tough people.
Speaker 8 (36:00):
I appreciate that real quick. I do have a question,
but I figured I had to shoot my shot. I
know you just hired a chief of staff and it
would be the honor of my lifetime to come work
for you and your team. But my question is what
do you do with these AUSA is when they refuse
to prosecute the thirteen twenty four, twenty five, twenty six
cases that order to bring because you know right now,
(36:21):
for the past seven years that guy I've worked, they
just tell strict up, don't even follow the case. We're
not going to take it.
Speaker 2 (36:27):
Well, that's going to check.
Speaker 1 (36:28):
Can you interpret that?
Speaker 2 (36:29):
Yeah, I know exactly what you mean.
Speaker 1 (36:31):
But tell the audience what she was asking.
Speaker 2 (36:33):
All right, So when immigrations, you know, is not as
sexy as a big narcotics case or a big bank
fraud case or you know, intellectual property case and all
this stuff. So a lot of your attorneys it's just
the immigration case. Deportment. Guy would be done with it.
Any guy never sees a day day in jail. It
was the same way when I was an agent back
in the eighties. But we got a new president coming
(36:55):
in town who's going to hold them accountable. And Pam
bind is not going to tolerate that. Immergig Grace is
President Trump's number one issue, and he's not going to
allow that stuff to continue.
Speaker 3 (37:05):
And that's what's so important everybody. When you take over
the White House, as Biden did, it's they just can
choose what laws to enforce. There's so much subjectivity for enforcement,
so like, oh, this is not a big deal. Just
kind of let them waltz across the border and you
have the entire system fall apart. Okay, we have time
for one or two more. That was a great question, Daisy.
Speaker 2 (37:24):
Yes, if you're serious about working with me, grab a
hold of me after this thing.
Speaker 9 (37:31):
There you go, Daisy, here it's hard to see up here. Yeah,
thank you. My name is Jeremy. I'm here from the
Phoenix area and I'm a veteran. My son is a
police officer here in the Chandler area, and I appreciate
that you're going to be the tourniquit to stop the
(37:52):
bleeding of all of the problems, especially here in Arizona.
We have a ton of them, huge and my question
is that in the veteran community, there's a ton of
chatter and intel starting back about a year ago related
to the potential Israeli style attacks that happened in Gaza.
(38:13):
How are you guys going to plan on working with
the local police departments because they're not talking about it
locally right now, and my concern is there's going to
be significant violence that's not prepared for related to what
happened in Israel.
Speaker 2 (38:29):
There's there's there's there's a plan in place to have
a White House I forgive the positions called it's going
to be a state and local liaison of the White
House to deal strictly with local state law enforcement agencies
to get to a feed concerns straight to President Trump
at the White House. I'll be involved in that. It's
going to be part of my portfolio. So we're going
to have a connection right straight from the White House
(38:52):
to local communities. But we're gonna look, I think Mayor Adams,
I think is the domino effect. Let me tell you something.
The men win and wearing that badging gun, they want
to help ICE. It's the leadership. They don't want to
help ICE. And as we take on the Sanctuary of
Cities and President Trump's committee to defunding him, once they
start taking the money way, as Charitie says, they're gonna
come to the tables, you hope for better and look,
(39:14):
law enforcement, if they're chief, don't allow them to fishy.
Call ICE. We'll give them a one number one, eight
hundred number two. You just call us, tell us word
to be and we'll be there. And you boss ain't
gotten a whole thing. But we want to let the
law enforcement officers do what they do best. I have
not met one single badging gun in the four years
i've been retired that doesn't want to help ICE because
(39:35):
they know it's what They don't want to be immigration officers.
They want to be police officers that work with federal
agents to protect their communities. So I think you want
to see a vast improvement in that. But there will
be a liaison dealing strictly with that issue right from
the White House.
Speaker 3 (39:48):
I will say this in closing, Tom, we worked as
hard as we worked at Turning Point Action to get
you to be able to do your job to save
this country from this occupation.
Speaker 1 (39:57):
So thank you Tom.
Speaker 2 (39:58):
Let me say this. I was being charmed and talking
to her and he said and I'm glad you're back,
and says I want to them back if you didn't
help President win the election. So thank you for giving
me a job.
Speaker 1 (40:10):
You're welcome, Tom, God bless you. Tom Holman.
