Speaker 1 (00:17):
The Charlie Kirk Show starts.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Now, why do you.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Think other countries aren't judge revenue strict immigration policy?

Speaker 1 (00:24):
I was born as a man and now I'm a woman.

Speaker 4 (00:27):
What do you think the biggest threat is to the
United States currently?

Speaker 5 (00:30):
There's a reason that a lot of the black community
doesn't have a father, and it's because of systemic racism America.

Speaker 6 (00:36):
It is the only country where even those who hate
it refused to leave. That's how you know you live
in a great country. It's time that we start talking
to the next generation, not talking down to the next generation.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
And that's what we're.

Speaker 7 (00:49):
Doing it well, this this text most of there. I do.

Speaker 8 (01:05):
I know if we can, but I don't know if
we're going to fall into that place where we want to. Okay,
we challenge you to a do you know a wwe
fight here type of thing?

Speaker 9 (01:15):
Is it's a natural reaction. I think it's one of
the reasons we're losing so many men. And again it's
multi ethnic. It's not just white men we're losing them.
We're losing them to these guys online. We're losing the
people that I'm bringing on this podcast as well. It's
why these are bad guys though, these are the guys,
but they exist, and we could deny the exist.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
They exist.

Speaker 9 (01:34):
Not only the exist, they persist, and they're actually influencing
young kids every single way.

Speaker 10 (01:39):
One some of those guys back under a rock.

Speaker 9 (01:41):
I think we have to first understand what their motivations are.
I think we have to understand what they're actually doing.
And you don't think that's a racism and misogyny. I
think there's a lot of that, but I don't think
it's exclusively though.

Speaker 11 (01:52):
The Chief Justice said more than two centuries we understood
that essentially impeachment was for.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Very rare circumstance.

Speaker 11 (02:00):
Is not an appropriate response to rulings you disagree with.
What's your reaction to the courts stepping in to make
a statement here.

Speaker 12 (02:08):
They didn't make a statement with Joe Biden, and many
people have quoted for his impeachment, the impeachment of this judge.
He's radical left, he was Obama appointed, and he actually
said we shouldn't be able to take the criminals, killers, murderers, horrible,
the worst people, gang members, gang leaders, that we shouldn't
be allowed to take them out of our country. Well,

(02:28):
that's a presidential job, that's not for a local judge
to be making that determination.

Speaker 11 (02:33):
The criticism that you've heard since really twenty fifteen is
that you have more in common with Vladimir Putin than
you do with globalist leaders, maybe some NATO leaders, and
in this case with Zelenski.

Speaker 12 (02:45):
Well, I am a nationalist, but I'm a nationalist of
the United States, not for anybody else. And it's interesting
because there's nobody been tougher on Russia than me.

Speaker 13 (02:55):
I think an old law is a virtue, not advice.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Think about that.

Speaker 13 (02:59):
These are founding fathers, knew exactly what they were doing,
and it applies to a situation just like this trans
day Ogua. They are a foreign arm of the Venezuelan government.
They are organized, they have a command structure, and they
have invaded our country.

Speaker 14 (03:18):
Seven weeks in the office, President Donald Trump sports his
highest approval rating ever, given by strong almost unanimous Republican support,
modest supports from independent and little from Democrats, But the
president's economic approval has.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Taken a hit.

Speaker 14 (03:31):
Here the latest NBC polls showing President Trumps approval rating
at forty seven percent. That is a personal best for
the president of four points from when he left office
in twenty twenty one fifty one percent disapproving of the
job he is doing, down four points. Democrats should not
take any heart from this pole. Their positive image rating
dropped to US all time low. Of this twenty seven percent.
Only Russia and Vladimir Putin had lower ratings than the

(03:54):
Democratic Party.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Among those asked about in this pole.

Speaker 15 (03:58):
The Supreme Court, they're not pop Deller right now for
a lot of ethical transit transgressions that have occurred in
the recent past. But John Roberts has a big job here. Frankly,
Amy Coney Barrett has a big job here. I think
the other four are lost on the Maga Island. But
those two I think have shown a willingness to really

(04:20):
take a hard look at executive power and be overreached.
Let me say it again, this is the overreach of
big government. And all folks out there in Missouri who
have told me at hundreds of town halls we want
government off our backs. I don't think they realize that
they have unleashed what did she call the kraken or

(04:40):
whatever it was, in terms of big government, overreached with
what this administration is trying to do.

Speaker 16 (04:53):
At Charlie Kirk Show, every day is a battle for
your mind, raging information coming from every angle, but the
will to the sieve, fear not. You found the place
for truth, the voice a generation that still has the

(05:13):
will to believe in the greatest country in the history
of the world. This is the Charlie Kirk Show. Fuck
a lot, here we go.

Speaker 6 (05:23):
Wow, Okay, everybody, radio stations across the country.

Speaker 1 (05:26):
Honored to be with you.

Speaker 6 (05:27):
As always, we are back live here in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona,
and honored to be here. We had a great event
last evening of our Pastor Summit, which is still ongoing
by the way, in Gainesville, Georgia at Jensen Franklin Free
Chapel's Church, Free Chapel Church. Really great group there as
that conference is continuing and lives are being changed and

(05:51):
pastors are becoming equipped and encouraged and ready to be
salt and light in their communities. We have a serious problem, everybody.
There is a major is shoe happening that could significantly
slow down President Trump's mandate. I don't like using the
sea word unnecessarily, but we are living in a crisis.

(06:17):
We are now living in a crisis that is a
constitutional crisis. It is a crisis of the nationwide injunction.
America has almost seven hundred district court judges. They are
the lowest level of the federal judiciary. So you got
seven hundred people in black robes. Every one of them

(06:41):
sits in one of nine hundred ninety four judicial districts
covering a single state or even a small part of
a state. Normally, the jurisdiction of these judges is supposed
to cover the area of their district. But a nationwide
injunction is when one of these judges issues in order

(07:05):
and commands that it be implemented all across the country. Now,
these used to be exceedingly rare. These always used to
be used maybe a couple times for an entire presidency.
For example, when George W. Bush was president for eight years,
he was only hit with nationwide injunctions six times. Obama,

(07:30):
president for eight years, was hit with twelve nationwide injunctions
the first Trump administration sixty four times. Now that's more
than half of all the injunctions since the nineteen sixties. Now,
allow me to explain this to a fourth grader, because
we got some very young listeners on this program. A

(07:52):
nationwide injunction is like a rule. Imagine if one kid
in a class told the teacher that a new rule
was unfair, and the teacher decided to stop using that
rule for everyone in the whole school indefinitely, not just

(08:12):
for that one kid. That is the best way that
I could explain a nationwide injunction. It stops the function,
the action, and the order and the power of the
president the United States. President Trump has had more nationwide
injunctions in the past two months than Joe Biden had

(08:35):
in his entire term. Let me say that again. President
Trump has had more nationwide injunctions in the past two
months than Joe Biden had. It is his entire presidency,
sixty days, not even four years. These nationwide injunctions have

(08:57):
been to prevent, for example, the defunding of USAIB, perfectly
constitutional for President Trump to do that.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
You must spend the money.

Speaker 6 (09:06):
You must give condoms to people of Gaza, You must
fund Sesame Street in Iraq. These judges have moved to
prevent the deportation of gang members from Venezuela. Just last night,
a judge said the military can't block transgender people from

(09:27):
joining the military, so President Trump is no longer in
charge of the armed Forces. President Trump is no longer
in charge of movements of who is in the military.
What they are doing is they are slowly enveloping and
eating and marching within the federal government and on the presidency.

(09:52):
Many of these orders are flagrantly illegal. For example, it
is well established that the military can do side who
it enlists because that rest in a single person, the
commander in chief. So if transgender people were banned before Obama,

(10:12):
and they were banned in Trump's first term, he obviously
can do it. Doesn't matter the judge comes in and
says it's not allowed. This is cut one point fifty
eight up on screen. This is the order. District Court
judge orders the US military to continue in enlisting mentally
delusional transgender people, justifying their decision and quoting the musical Hamilton.

(10:37):
That's where we're at, literally quoting the musical Hamilton. This
is in the footnotes of a federal judge. These are
the people that are running your government right now. They're
quoting a musical, not a joke. Footnote Footnote five. Women
were included in the sequel when passes in nineteen the

(10:57):
amendment granted them the right to vote see Lynn Manual
Miranda Hamilton a musical. So, now that we are trying
to protect our military from transgender people from coming in
and potentially causing discord, chaos, and confusion, the federal judge

(11:22):
that is saying no, you can't do that is using
a musical as.

Speaker 1 (11:26):
Their legal justification.

Speaker 6 (11:32):
You voted for President Trump, but an oligarchy is standing
in the way, a legal oligarchy to prevent President Trump's
rightful constitutional authority. Over the last one hundred years, power
has been concentrated in two places. It has been concentrated

(11:54):
in the unelected bureaucracy and the unelected judiciary. The administrative
state and the black robe regimen of legal oligarchs that
thwart the will of the American people. This is what
the downfall of a republic looks like. It is a

(12:18):
black robe coup. So what is the plan. Well, there's
many options that can be pursued. The first of which
is you can pursue impeachment. It's probably not a good idea.
First of all, you don't have the votes. Second of all,
it will only probably embolden other judges to act even
more crazily. Probably not a good idea in many cases.

(12:43):
These judges don't ever plan for their orders to hold
up at a higher level. Their plan is this is
the key to block and to hinder and to delay.
If it takes a year or two years to get
the case through the Supreme Court, that's two wasted years
for this administration that they hate. They're trying to run

(13:06):
out the clock. Meanwhile, they're trying to send their shock
troops to go burn more teslas, to go swat more
conservative influencers and radio hosts, to go send more of
their shock troops into the streets. These judges are trying
to buy time for the paramilitary arm of the Democrat

(13:27):
Party to create more chaos in the streets to slow
down President Trump's mandate given to him by the American people.
This is an orchestrated hit at the core of our republic.
If it takes a year or even two years, some
of these cases, by the way, could take three to
four years now to work through the courts. That's what

(13:49):
a nationwide injunction does. It stops everything. And by the way,
did you notice that conservative judges refuse to do this
very much under Joe Biden, Because we actually have respect
for the Constitution. We believe in Article two powers. You see,
while we're being principled, the Democrats they're not principled. They're
power hungry and they know that they don't have power

(14:11):
right now, so they're using the last thing at their disposal,
the unelected black robe regime. This is all about slowing
down President Trump, to slow down the inevitable. This is
a crisis, a crisis of a nationwide injunction. The Democrat

(14:34):
Party's approval rating is the lowest it has ever been
of any political party since the advent of polling. Let's
get that Steve Kornacki clip. So this is all they
have left is a small handful of hyper elite, college
educated academic lawyerly black robe wearing smug oligarchs stopping your

(14:59):
ability to have a voice in your government.

Speaker 1 (15:02):
Z Factor. We all know how challenging it.

Speaker 6 (15:03):

(15:45):
about this next.

Speaker 16 (15:52):
Of course, then four years at a woke university and
it's free.

Speaker 6 (15:57):
Charlie, Okay, everybody. Why Refin That is a great partner
of our program. They are supporting our campus tour. Our
campus tour is ongoing. In fact, we actually have a
little bit of a pause as kids are on spring break,
and then we hit it hard again.

Speaker 1 (16:10):
So we went.

Speaker 6 (16:11):
We had about what four or five campus stops. Then boom,
we have an insane April coming up, brought to you
by y Refi. If you are a private student loan borrower,
why Refi could be the best thing for you. It
may not be available in all states. There's over three
hundred billion dollars of private student loan debt out there.
And why refi can help you get out of debt.

(16:59):

reef I can give them and can get them released
from their loan and you can give mom or Dad

dot com. That is why r f y dot com.
We'll be right back everybody. Okay, everybody, welcome back. We

(17:29):
look to other countries and we wonder why is it
that even though their people want something and they don't
get it, it's typically because of an out of control judiciary.
Two countries in particular, Israel and Brazil have been experiencing
this where they have this philosopher king infrastructure of black

(17:52):
robe wearing judges that have power to usurp that of
the people, to overturn what the sovereign want. And they
really ask the question, who is the sovereign in America?

Speaker 1 (18:10):
Is it the people?

Speaker 6 (18:11):
And for a while we've been told it to people,
but it's very clear that we are actually on a
mission to reclaim the promise of the framers of this
great country. That is what this is all about. So
what do we do about this? Honestly, we're trying to
figure that out. This is a very difficult situation. The

(18:32):
key is not to rush in anything. I'll be honest.
My instinct is defy it. But sometimes your instinct is
not always right. Sometimes that is your emotion. So we're
going to kind of take a step back and if
we end up with that conclusion, then we will use
our reason and our logos to get there. So we've

(18:54):
got to take a step back. You can't allow your
emotions and your passions to lead you towards some thing
this consequential, because this is really this has never happened
for American history. Can you write that down, mail it
to yourself, deliver it, text it to a friend. Never
happen for George W. Bush had six injunctions, Donald Trump has.
How many total injunctions does President Trump have right now?

(19:17):
I think it's well over one hundred. There are a
lot of good ideas out there right now. For example,
we could create an expeditate expedite it appeals process for
nationwide injunctions so they go to the Supreme Court as
quickly as possible. We could also make it so that
lawsuits seeking nationwide injunctions are assigned to random judges or

(19:41):
a random panel of judges. Right now, political activists will
pick the friendliest judge they can anywhere in the country,
and they judge shop and venue shop almost Any fix
like this would require getting through Congress, which, as you know,
Congress hasn't done anything.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
What are they doing.

Speaker 6 (20:02):
They've passed one bill, the Lake and Riley Act, and
a c are They got to start producing pressures on
you guys. President Trump is here, he's getting enjoined, he's
solving a war, he's running the Kennedy Center, he's doing
strikes on houties. Meanwhile, you got to get your act together, Congress.
Enough enough yammering and cattlewaulling. We got to start seeing

(20:23):
some real legislation here. Almost any fix that would require
getting Congress to pass a new bill we have to consider.
I don't even want to get into this. John Fune
and Mike Johnson, forget it. Nothing's gonna happen. So now
we have to consider the highest of all the options,
and let's talk about it. I'm not even saying it's

(20:45):
a good idea. I'm not endorsing it, but it must
be entertained to ignore some of these orders. To be clear, we.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
Have not done that yet.

Speaker 6 (20:57):
The Trump administration has bent over backwards not to do that.
These courts have engaged in absurd behavior, and President Trump
has avoided everything possible to ignore a judge's order. That's
why we've had all the drama with the Trende Ragua flights.
They were flown out as quickly as possible so that

(21:19):
the planes would be over international waters before a judge
could invent a fake justification to demand that we must
keep beforegn gang murders in the United States. But what
if stunts like this are enough? Well, for now, the
plan is to appeal things up the chain. The ball
is in the Supreme Court right now. Justice Clarence Thomas
has pointed out that this tyranny of nationwide injunctions is

(21:39):
brand new. It didn't exist seventy years ago. It didn't
exist twenty years ago. The Supreme Court could fix this
by saying, hey, actually, a district court judge can only
issue rulings in their district, or they can issue a
nationwide injunction in this narrow set of circumstances. But eventually
we may have a case that is so important in

(22:01):
order can't be followed. A judge might say, hey, America
has to let in all the millions of people you
want to enter America. You can't stop them open the borders.
If that happens, then President Trump should be ready to
say that order is unconstitutional, and I, as commander in
chief and guardian of the nation's borders, will not follow it.

(22:21):
And I don't say this lightly. Ignoring a district court
should be the last resort, but they are pushing us
in that corner. It should only be done in the
most extreme circumstances, with the most outrageous, beyond the pale
rulings by a renegade district court judge. If we do
it in one case, we should not automatically do it

(22:43):
in others. You must be very careful which ones you
do it with. But these people are pushing President Trump.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
In a corner.

Speaker 6 (22:51):
And remember, the only court that is defined in the
Constitution is the Supreme Court. President Trump has a mandate
from the American Peace People, not district court judges. Email
us Freedom at Charliekirk dot Com. A shocking tale from Deerfield, Illinois.

Speaker 17 (23:09):
Next, Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
I'm Terrence Bates.

Speaker 17 (23:21):
President Trumps serving a third term makes you want to
scratch your head.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
Right.

Speaker 17 (23:25):
Well, the idea is being raised by our colleague here
at Real America's Voice, Steve Bannon. Now, I know the
first thing that probably came to your mind is, well,
what about term limits?

Speaker 2 (23:33):
How can that be possible?

Speaker 18 (23:35):
Mister Bannon, We're working on I think we'll have I
think we'll have a couple of alternatives. Let's say that
we'll see we'll see definition the definition.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
We'll say what the definition of term limit is?

Speaker 19 (23:48):
All right, Well, so you're talking about litigating this issue
because I don't want people to listen to our interview
and say Bannon's cooking up an insurrection.

Speaker 20 (23:57):
Bannon is cooking up you know what I mean? I want.
I want people to get a straight take on where
your head is.

Speaker 18 (24:01):
Had greater long shots than Trump twenty twenty eight, and
I've got a lot of stuff we're working on there.
We're not prepared to talk about it publicly, but in
a couple of months, I think we will will be well.

Speaker 17 (24:11):
You heard Bannon say, we're working on it. We'll of
course keep you updated. As this all continues to play out,
Federal Reserve officials are set to meet today to decide
how to move forward on interest rates. Economists are expecting
the FED to hold interest rates steady following today's meeting. However,
a determination could be reached on whether the Central Bank
will cut rates at all.

Speaker 2 (24:32):
This year.

Speaker 17 (24:32):
Fed Chairman's rome power is hinted had as many as
two rate cuts, while inflation has been what's guided the
policymaker's decisions on interest rates over the past several years.
Now they'll also have to consider the implications of President
Trump's tariff policies. NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sony Williams

(24:53):
are back on solid ground this morning after being rescued
from the International Space Station on Tuesday, where they had
been marooned for none months, the duo splashed down off
the Florida Panhandle aboard their SpaceX capsule. The two will
be flown to Houston before being reunited with their families.
They'll be checked out by doctors today as they readjust
to gravity, and they should be allowed to go home

(25:14):
by the end of the week. Meantime, Elon Musk and
a SpaceX company are credited with bringing the astronauts home,
as NASA is using the company's equipment to reach the ISS.
SpaceX is scheduled to launch the next NASA crew into
space as soon as July. Now all of this is happening,
is the ISS inches closer to being abandoned in twenty
thirty The space station will be replaced by privately run

(25:37):
stations so NASA can focus.

Speaker 2 (25:39):
On Moon and Mars expeditions. That's a quick check of
your headlines.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
American Maid, darn proud of it.

Speaker 2 (26:01):

This is a shocking story. Everybody in Deerfield, Illinois, of
all places joining us now is a mother to share
a horrifying story. It's Nicole Georgis, mother of a junior

(27:09):
high student in Deerfield, Illinois. Nicole, welcome to the program.
Thank you for taking the time. I want to begin
by playing a piece of tape of you at the
school board meeting that went very viral.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
Let's start with cut one twenty.

Speaker 21 (27:21):
My daughter was using the girl's bathroom and was stunned
that a biological male student was using it as well.
She was told by the administration that a student can
use the bathroom as well as a female locker room
because they now identify as female. The situation went from
bad to worse. A few days later, the male student
was present in the girl's locker room. Feeling violated, the
girls made the choice to not change into their pree

(27:43):
clothes with a biological male student present. The next day,
Assistant Principal Kathy Van Trees pull the girls into their office,
questioning them. The same day, Assistant Superintendent Joanna Ford, Kathy
Van Trees, and multiple teachers all came into the girl's
locker room them change into uniform.

Speaker 6 (28:04):
This is breathtaking stuff, Nicole, welcome to the program.

Speaker 1 (28:07):
Tell us more.

Speaker 21 (28:08):
Thank you so much for having me, Charlie, I really
appreciate this opportunity. This has just been a very very
tragic and very terrible situation for all everybody that's been involved.
This happened back in February and it's just continuing on
to happen. To make a very long story short, this
the administration has chosen to continue this on.

Speaker 22 (28:30):
Our girls have suffered.

Speaker 21 (28:32):
They have continued to have the biological male student president
in the locker room with the girls, and they are
they are absolutely in violation with Trump's executive with President
Trump's executive order, and I want to thank him directly
for having this executive order that should be protecting our girls.
This is a this is a direct violation of his
executive order. And I've warned, I've warned the administration multiple

(28:57):
times that they were in violation, and then too, they're
continuing to violate this order.

Speaker 6 (29:06):
The name of the school is Alan Shepherd Middle School,
and so I want to paint a picture for our
national audience here. Deerfield, Illinois is a very sleepy, affluent,
upper middle class suburb right near Highland Park.

Speaker 1 (29:20):
It is in the North Shore.

Speaker 6 (29:22):
I grew up in Wheeling, down the street not as nice,
but you know it's still nice down on Lake Yeah,
down Lake Cook Road, and I would always would. Deerfield
has a reputation for people that will pay more to
buy a home in district to be able to go
to better schools. People move there for the schools. So

(29:45):
the name of the school is the Alan Shepherd Middle School.
So I just want to make sure I get the
facts correctly. Here, here is your daughter in junior high,
minding her own business, and then she is forced by
adults to basically change her clothes in front of a

(30:05):
biological man.

Speaker 21 (30:07):
For there was no other Yes, there was no other option.
There was no other option that she had other than
to change by the administration. And they had four other
teacher so it was it was the super the assistant superintendent,
the assistant principal, and two other teachers. That how difficult
would that be as a child? You are only thirteen

(30:28):
years old. How do you think that that pressure felt
for well, for any girl. Some girls that age, they
do not even like to change in front of their mother,
their friends. The intimidation factor, how do you think that
that would feel for anybody?

Speaker 22 (30:42):
That is absolutely not right. And then you throw in
to mix.

Speaker 21 (30:46):
A transgender child on top of that, which is in
direct violation of our good or thank god President Trump's
executive order, Thank god that that that protects us.

Speaker 22 (30:59):
They were indirect violation. And the next day, so this
has happened multiple days.

Speaker 21 (31:05):
That the next day, my daughter when she saw the
biological male student there and she saw that that he
was going to be changing directly in front of them.
That's when she ran out of the classroom because she
could not handle it. She could not handle it, and
she ran out hysterical crying and screaming, and that's when
she called me.

Speaker 6 (31:26):
I mean and God bless you for intervening. How and
you have now.

Speaker 21 (31:29):
And Governor Pritsker, that's why he does not want phones
in schools and he.

Speaker 22 (31:35):
Does not want children to be able to have their phone.

Speaker 21 (31:37):
Thank God, my daughter had the sense that she was
raised that way to be able to call me, yeah,
and she was strong enough because what some other kids
are not strong enough. Some other kids are not strong
enough to have that sense. And I'm so thankful that
my daughter did and did she did the right thing
and she knew that that wasn't And there are gender

(32:00):
neutral bathrooms available. There are twenty five to thirty kids
and that PEA class. There are not enough private spaces
for them to change into. So when Mike Simmeck, the superintendent,
said there are private spaces, how would twenty five to
thirty students be able to change privately and be able
to make it to PE on time?

Speaker 6 (32:20):
I mean, look, the whole thing is outrageous that normally
adjusted young girls need to accommodate their behavior for somebody
like the whole so we need to change our life
for somebody else, which of course is.

Speaker 22 (32:33):
The path, like you do you, you do you.

Speaker 21 (32:36):
But at the same time, then use the gender neutral bathroom.
There is that opportunity. It would be a different story
if there wasn't a gender neutral bathroom, but there is.

Speaker 6 (32:47):
So I'm curious what has been now the response. What
is the school saying, because obviously they're in violation of
federal law, their in violation of just decent natural law.
They are by the way, this could, by the way,
be a criminal sexual assault case, just so we are clear.

Speaker 22 (33:04):
I filed so, I filed a police support yesterday.

Speaker 21 (33:07):
I filed a grievance with the district, which that was
a very very very difficult situation for me to handle.
I reached out to the district one O nine, to
Mike Simmeck's department multiple times, sent multiple.

Speaker 22 (33:20):
Emails asking the grievan process.

Speaker 21 (33:23):
I received the policy online which in order and I received.

Speaker 22 (33:27):
A phone call from him.

Speaker 21 (33:28):
In order to file agreements, you have to file it
either verbally with their so they can phrase it with
whatever woke terminology they gave you, so they could be
phrased how they would like it, or they said you
can write it in person. After that was about six
to eight emails that I sent to district. The only

(33:50):
response I got back to him was an hour before
I had to go on Laura Ingram. It was the
very first time wanting to meet in person for a
little chit chat, and I said, unfortunately, mister simmk, that
is not going to being.

Speaker 6 (34:01):
Yeah, I mean these people should not just be fired.
I think they should be held criminally accountable for child
end environment.

Speaker 20 (34:07):
Zero.

Speaker 21 (34:08):
There's been zero response from the district, So I filed
the police report. I finally was able to file agreements
with the district because it took this long for them
to give me the steps to file agreements the district.
The DOJ has the report that was filed with that
has been referred to the Department of Education.

Speaker 22 (34:24):
And now we're waiting.

Speaker 6 (34:27):
And I will contact Linda McMahon and encourage her to
do what they do. What is the vibe amongst other parents, again,
I'm sure they're trying to make this seem political.

Speaker 1 (34:37):
What is the vibe amongst parents, there has.

Speaker 22 (34:39):
Been three other so it's their parents.

Speaker 21 (34:42):
I know one other parent for sure has gone to
the police department filed to report. Another parent I know
is going there today to file police report. Another person
has filed a report with a DOJ with I mean
the ocr with the DOJ. Another person has as well.
And there's parents that are involved. So right now talking lawyers,
So I'm not the only one I talk to people.

Speaker 6 (35:05):
I'll be honest, though, I'm surprised, well I'm not surprised
it's Deerfield, but there should be. There should be more
parents speaking out against this.

Speaker 21 (35:12):
Gitting a lot of emails that are from parents that
have left Deerfield that this is why and that is
the sad course.

Speaker 6 (35:23):
Yeah, I mean, are you contemplating leaving the district. I'm
sure you moved here for a reason.

Speaker 22 (35:30):
Absolutely not, I'm not as of right now. No, we
didn't do anything wrong.

Speaker 21 (35:35):
It's really it's really horrible on what's happened. And I'm
going to fight, fight, fight, That's what I'm gonna do.
I'm proud and we did nothing wrong and my daughter
is the victim here and we're gonna continue on this fight.
I'm not giving up. You might have Mama bear, that is,
but I am fired up. So this fight ain't going anywhere,
and I'm going I'm very, very excited to continue on

(35:57):
this fight.

Speaker 22 (35:58):
And this has got to stack, this woke policy.

Speaker 21 (36:01):
This is the ultimate example of activist educators dragging social
expect experimentation into our children's classroom. You know, threatening young
groups of girls is now become stock trade for educating,
you know, our young under these.

Speaker 6 (36:16):
What is your lesson to other parents that are dealing
with similar circumstances right now?

Speaker 22 (36:21):
Don't give up.

Speaker 21 (36:23):
Talk to make sure that you're educated. Make sure you
know the facts, make sure you know the laws. Talk hits, really,
that is the main. Probably have a great relationship with
your kids. Have your kids feel comfortable talking to you,
and make sure that they stand up for themselves. I mean,
thank god that my daughter knew that that's not right
and she's stood up for herself. Some they're not strong enough,

(36:43):
and that's scary. So they just you know, and they're vulnerable.
They're really vulnerable at that age, and that's really really
sad and it's really hard.

Speaker 22 (36:51):
So just you know, stay strong, stay strong, have a
good relationship with your kids. That's the only thing.

Speaker 21 (36:56):
And you know, hopefully kids set a good example and
be their brother parents.

Speaker 22 (37:00):
That's what I want to do.

Speaker 6 (37:03):
I mean, I parents need to fight for their children again.
I went to Wheeling High School about yeah no, please continue,
No no, no, I was listing, yeah no.

Speaker 1 (37:14):
I was just saying that.

Speaker 6 (37:15):
I mean, if this would have happened ten years ago,
no one would have put up with it. It's it's something.
It really is good for you, Nicole. God bless you
and keep us updated on the case.

Speaker 22 (37:24):
Thank you, Thank you for having me.

Speaker 1 (37:26):
Thank you.

Speaker 6 (37:28):
This is happening all across the country everybody. It's happening
in almost every one of your local school districts where
they are forcing biological men forcing young girls to change
next to them. No longer is it about acceptance. You
must go through the humiliation ritual as a woman, to
unclothe and to de robe as a teenager in front

(37:48):
of a biological man. You are a transator. If you
are not willing to send your body as tribute to
the transactivist, you must you must now debt it kate
yourself as tribute to subject yourself to the trans humiliation ritual.
Otherwise you are a trans hater.

Speaker 1 (38:09):
Hater.

Speaker 6 (38:11):
We went from hey, just leave these kids alone, they're
going to commit suicide. Just give them a little bit
of help to now you must consent to being abused
and dedicate your You must give your body to the trans.
They don't believe in female privacy because they don't believe

(38:33):
in distinctions between male female. They never have Welcome to
the left moral chaos boy, Deerfield, Illinois.

Speaker 1 (38:42):
I'll tell you what.

Speaker 6 (38:43):
I could tell you a lot of stories about Deerfield, Illinois.

right back, and the future is bright.

Speaker 10 (39:54):
Dear is Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 6 (39:56):
Okay, everybody, welcome back. You know I've never been in
a electric car. Guy, I very well might end up
just buying a tessela just to spite Tim Walls.

Speaker 1 (40:04):
I'll explain that I don't even know I'm.

Speaker 6 (40:06):
Gonna drive it. I might just I don't know if

From page to the Wall Street Journal, you wouldn't know
if you read the New York Times. Though read the
New York Times, you just think that Gaz is getting bummed,
But the astronauts are home. Do you know that NASA

(42:14):
gets twenty five billion dollars a year. NASA gets twenty
five billion dollars a year. What they do with that
money is beyond me. They do some contracts with SpaceX,
but it's only like a couple billion dollars a year.
NASA was totally incapable. They do not have the ability
and did not to go send up a rocket to

(42:36):
go rescue these two stranded astronauts. They simply did not
have the ability. Now under Joe Biden. Joe Biden heard
and learned that these astronauts were stranded, and as National
security team said, well, sir, we are not able to
do that at NASA, even though we get twenty five
billion dollars a year and we have Space Force, which

(42:57):
is part of a trillion dollar budget. But there is
some who could rescue them. And Joe Biden's team said who.
They said, Elon Musk, and they said no, Joe Biden
could have easily fixed this, but it would have been
a win for Musk and a win for America. So
Joe Biden said, scre them. Leave him up in space Party,

(43:21):
First Country, lest Joe Biden and his cabal. These are
some of the most wretched people ever to assume government
American history. Just that singular example is rotten to the core. Ah,
screw them Elon Musk. I don't want to give him
the win. He's not on our team anymore. That's dark stuff.

Speaker 1 (43:45):
Everybody.

Speaker 6 (43:46):
There is a moral and spiritual sickness that has infected
the Democrat Party. There is a tribalism that is hard
to pinpoint. So yesterday, despite the fact that NASA can
do it, SpaceX, led by Elon Musk rescued these two
amazing astronauts and they are back on Earth. Praise the Lord.

(44:10):
Are we getting thank yous from leading Democrats?

Speaker 1 (44:13):
Of course not.

Speaker 6 (44:14):
Democrats don't care about humanity. They don't stand and applaud
the kid with brain cancer. They don't stand and applaud
the astronaut coming from Earth. The Democrats are so off pace,
off base on what it means they even have fundamental
human decency. They are terroristically going after Tesla's and you

(44:35):
guys fafo when it comes to these Teslas guys, because
there's gonna be a lot of people going to federal
prison soon.

Speaker 20 (44:41):
Woo.

Speaker 1 (44:42):
The FBI is ramping up.

Speaker 6 (44:43):
They are coming after all of you guys, so be careful,
all of you guys that you think you're gonna dox
all these Tesla owners.

Speaker 1 (44:49):
Woo.

Speaker 6 (44:49):
You got Dan Bongino and Cash Battel, and I'm hearing things.
There's gonna be a lot of raids on a lot
of neck bearded liberals soon, a lot a lot of
this swatting stuff is going to come to an end.
A lot of this. We're going after the Tesla dealerships.
The FBI is in gear, and there's a lot of
good people still in the FBI that weren't part of

(45:11):
this Russia Gate stuff that love Trump and they are
finally unleashed and they are going.

Speaker 1 (45:17):
To do their job.

Speaker 6 (45:19):
Here's Tim Walls, and I'm just gonna say this as
bluntley as possible. This is a bad human being. He
is a bad person. I don't say that lightly. The
Democrat Party does not build anything, They only destroy. Here
is Tim Walls cheering for an American stock price to
go down. Tim Walls knows about destroying things. He oversaw

(45:40):
the downfall of Minneapolis. And hey, tampon, Tim, you very
well could have used a self driving Tesla at the
night that you got a DUI covered it up and
lied about it. Play cut one ninety six.

Speaker 8 (45:54):
Saying on my phone, I don't some of you know
this on the iPhone. They've got that little stock app.
I added Tesla tude give me a little boost during.

Speaker 20 (46:01):
The day.

Speaker 1 (46:03):
Two twenty five and dropping.

Speaker 24 (46:06):
So man, And if you own one, if you own one,
we're not blaming you. You can you can take dental
floss and pull the Tesla thing off, you know, and
take out of just telling.

Speaker 6 (46:20):
You, oh, actually sorry, Tim, your margin call didn't work.
Tesla's up today, actually up significantly. I'm long on Tesla
and I'm long on Elon as I'm long in America.
Tim Walls is a cheerleader for the destruction and the
arson ar country the same way that he cheered for
the incineration of Minneapolis. Tim Walls, I would say he's

(46:45):
like Nero, but Nero is probably even better than Tim Walls. Now,
Tim Walls is the worst of this country, a disgusting,
despicable human being.

Speaker 1 (46:54):
Second hour' coming up.

Speaker 17 (47:17):
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm
Terrence Bates. We are monitoring a breaking news situation at
the CIA headquarters in suburban Washington, d C. Here's a
live look at the massive police presence outside the campus,
which is McClain.

Speaker 2 (47:31):
Virginia.

Speaker 17 (47:32):
Authorities are responding to reports of an armed man who
is believed to be experiencing a mental health crisis on
the agency's property. As you can see, roads around that
facility are now closed to traffic. Local police are reportedly
providing crisis negotiators and other support to the CIA police.
The agency, however, is leading this investigation. We'll continue to

(47:52):
monitor it for you and update you if there's anything
of significance to report. In the meantime, White House Press
Secretary Caroline Levitt is holding another press briefing today. We're
expecting you to take the podium at any moment. This
is a live look at the press briefing room. She
should be arriving shortly. Levitt likely will field questions about
President Trump's efforts to end the war between Russia and Ukraine.

(48:14):
You may remember Tuesday, the Commander in Chief spoke with
his Russian counterpart about a potential cease fire. He followed
that meeting up this morning with a conversation with Ukrainian
President Vladimir Zelenski. The war between Israel and Hamas will
likely also be part of the focus of today's briefing. Plus,
Levitt will also discuss the Federal Reserve's upcoming decision on

(48:34):
interest rates, as well as President Trump's tariff policies. At
least that's our expectation. Once she takes a podium, we'll
take you there live. President Trump serving a third term.
The idea is being raised by our colleague here on
Real America's Voice, Steve Bannon.

Speaker 2 (48:50):
Now I know the first thing that probably came.

Speaker 17 (48:52):
To your mind is the idea of term limits and
how this could be possible.

Speaker 2 (48:55):
Here's his explanation.

Speaker 18 (48:57):
We're working on I think we'll have I think have
a couple of alternatives.

Speaker 2 (49:01):
Let's say that.

Speaker 1 (49:02):
We'll see, we'll see what the definition.

Speaker 18 (49:04):
We'll say that people, we'll say what the definition of
term limit is?

Speaker 19 (49:09):
All right, Well, so you're talking about litigating this issue
because I don't want people to listen to our interview
and say Bannon's cooking up an insurrection.

Speaker 20 (49:18):
Bannon is cooking up you know what I mean.

Speaker 19 (49:20):
I want I want people to get a straight take
on where your head is.

Speaker 18 (49:23):
Had greater long shots than Trump twenty twenty eight, and
I've got a lot of stuff.

Speaker 25 (49:26):
We're working on there.

Speaker 18 (49:27):
We're not prepared to talk about it publicly, but in
a couple of months, I think we.

Speaker 20 (49:31):
Will be.

Speaker 17 (49:33):
Well, you heard him say he's working on it. Will
of course keep you updated. Exist story continues to play
out as well. Federal Reserve officials are set to meet
today to decide how to move forward on interest rates.
Economists are expecting the Fed to hold interest rates steady
following today's meeting. However, a determination could be reached on
whether the Central Bank will cut rates at all this year.

(49:54):
FED Chairman Jerome Powell in the past is hinted at
the possibility of two rate cuts, while well inflation has
been what's guided the policymaker's decisions on interest rates over
the past several years. Now they'll also have to consider
the implications of President Trump's tariff policies. NASA astronauts Bush
Wilmore and Sony Williams are back on solid ground this

(50:16):
morning after being rescued from the International Space Station Tuesday,
where they were marooned for some nine months.

Speaker 1 (50:22):
And Splashdown Crew nine back on Earth.

Speaker 26 (50:37):
And SAX Freedom Splashdown good main release.

Speaker 27 (50:42):
Copy splashdown we see main shoots cut, Nick, Alex Butch,
Sonny On behalf of SpaceX.

Speaker 1 (50:49):
Welcome home.

Speaker 2 (50:52):
The formerly marine marooned excuse me.

Speaker 17 (50:54):
Astronauts touchdown off the Florida Panhandle aboard of SpaceX capsule Tuesday.
They're being checked out for by doctors as they readjust
to gravity and should be allowed to go home by
this weekend. In the meantime, Elon Musk and a SpaceX
company are credited with bringing the astronauts home, as NASA's
using the company's equipment to.

Speaker 2 (51:13):
Reach the ISS.

Speaker 17 (51:15):
SpaceX is scheduled to launch the next NASA crew into
space as soon as July. All of this is happening
as the ISS inches closer to.

Speaker 2 (51:23):
Being abandoned in twenty thirty.

Speaker 17 (51:25):
The space station will be replaced by privately run stations
so that NASA can focus on Moon and Mars expeditions well.
Despite winning the White House, President Trump and his policies
continue to face legal.

Speaker 2 (51:37):
Challenges seemingly at every turn.

Speaker 17 (51:39):
The latest setback for the administration came on Tuesday, when
a federal judge blocked enforcement of the Commander in chief's
executive order banning transgender people from serving in the military.
While the judge believes the order violates the constitutional rights
of the affected soldiers, she delayed her order until Friday
to allow the administration enough time to appeal. Check off

(52:00):
your headlines. I'm Terrence Bates.

Speaker 1 (52:23):
Okay, everybody, welcome back.

Speaker 6 (52:24):
Email us Freedom at Charliekirk dot com and subscribe to
our podcast. We're in the midst of a national injunction crisis.
Let's be specific, national injunction crisis. Joining us now is
a very smart guest and deep thinker on this Ben Whitegarten, Ben,
Welcome to the program.

Speaker 1 (52:42):
Ben. What is your take on this flurry of nationwide injunctions.

Speaker 25 (52:48):
Well, I think we.

Speaker 28 (52:49):
Are witnessing a constitutional crisis, and it's the exact opposite
of the one that the left and regime media would
have us believe. The crisis is that anyone of around
seven hundred federal judges can usurp the power of the presidency,
can micro manage details down to whether or not to

(53:11):
turn flights of deported terrorists around, or what employees of
the president are able to access which systems in the
Treasury Department up to initially, by the way, the Secretary
of the Treasury himself, Scott Bessent, and a whole slew
of rulings where you have judges deciding to taught policies

(53:32):
to protect purportedly protect not just the people bringing the lawsuits,
and these are generally Democrat states, left wing NGOs and plaintiffs,
but to protect and prohibit the president from enforcing his
policies on anyone everywhere.

Speaker 25 (53:51):
And the overreach and.

Speaker 28 (53:53):
The abuse of these judges is happening on such a
scale and at a historic rate that this demands there
be a response, first from the Supreme Court, and we
can talk about the fact that Chief Justice Roberts basically
said you're not going to get that response yesterday. And
if not the Supreme Court, the branch of government that

(54:13):
created these Article three lower courts in the first place,
and that's the legislative branch. And that involves first of all,
potentially getting rid of these universal injunctions by law.

Speaker 25 (54:25):
And then there are more extreme remedies as well.

Speaker 6 (54:28):
I mean, but let's be honest, Ben, Congress is not
going to do anything, So then what's the plan.

Speaker 28 (54:33):
Well, let me say this, I reported pretty extensively at
real cop investigations, and I came in with that same
perspective that you have, of can't expect the legislative branch
to do anything, which is a major problem, by the way,
because that's where these issues ought to be hashed out
of court.

Speaker 1 (54:47):
Way but proved me wrong or enlighten me.

Speaker 28 (54:52):
So recently, out of the House Judiciary Committee a bill
pass that would prohibit nationwide injunctions unless you have multiple
states bringing a case calling for it. And when multiple
states call for it, then you get a three judge
panel at least not one radical in robes to make
a decision and then it can quickly.

Speaker 25 (55:10):
Be appealed to the Supreme Court and dealt with.

Speaker 28 (55:14):
I'm told that that's very likely going to pass in
the House, and then the question is going to become
the Senate. And notably, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee,
Chuck Grassley, has said he's concerned about these universal injunctions.
He told me his office told me they're going to
have a hearing on this issue soon. And Senator Mike Lee,
who sits on Judiciary, has been like a hawk.

Speaker 25 (55:36):
On this matter, also on matters.

Speaker 28 (55:38):
Of impeachment, by the way, and he is going to
put forth legislation that would curtail these injunctions.

Speaker 25 (55:45):
So whether or not it passes the House.

Speaker 28 (55:47):
And then the Senate and then the President signs it,
let me just say that the fact that the legislative
branch is acting on this alone should cause the courts
to respond. And Mike concern based upon Chief Justice Roberts's outrageous,
in my view and unprecedented, extraordinary statement yesterday responding to

(56:09):
the President and others on impeaching Judge Bosberg and others.
Is the second sentence that he writes in this three
line statement, is you got to let the normal, regular
appellate process play out. That's how we deal with these things,
not impeachment. That implies that he is willing to let

(56:29):
cases ripen in the lower courts while the judiciary, the
rule of law, and our constitutional order rots. So what
scares me about that statement, beyond the fact he has
no business opening on impeachment, which is a legislative matter
and is a political remedy not a judicial one. Is

(56:51):
he doesn't think that there's a five alarm fire. Apparently
he's perfectly content to let the lower court judges paralyze
the presidency and let the case make their way up
through regular course and regular order. And the caveat here
is that the Trump administration itself has asked the Supreme
Court to answer this question. Are universal injunctions illegal or
are they a massive overstep that's unconstitutional, unlawful, and disastrous

(57:15):
for the country that is being brought before the Supreme
Court in the administration's challenge of universal injunctions halting the
Birthright Citizenship Executive Order curtailing birthright citizenship and the responses
from those who are calling for that order to be
halted and who got those injunctions issued are due on
April fourth, So we're going to learn within the next

(57:37):
couple weeks whether Chief Justice Roberts's statement implies that there's
no sense of urgency here and that means the Court
is not prepared to act on universal injunctions, or the
Court is going to step up and step in on
a matter that plague the Trump one presidency. Is plaguing
the Trump to presidency to an unprecedented degree.

Speaker 25 (57:57):
And really threatens to paralyze the entire republic.

Speaker 6 (58:00):
Right, I mean, but the Senate holding a hearing doesn't
do anything right, I mean, and they're not going to
pass anything. They just talk all day long. So do
you think it's time potentially to just ignore some of
these injunctions?

Speaker 28 (58:13):
I think that there we are best headed towards that decision.
And it's worth noting that the critics to the administration,
they say he's going to defy orders, et cetera. It's
been remarkable the patience and restraint that the administration has
pursued thus far. So they're asking the Supreme Court to
rule on universal injunctions. At least three Supreme Court justices

(58:35):
have called on the Court previously to rule on their
legality the Biden administration. The outgoing Biden administration called on
the Supreme Court to rule on their legality and justice
course is reiterated in January of this year that the
Court really needs to act on this Justice Alito.

Speaker 25 (58:52):
So this makes four rebuke.

Speaker 28 (58:55):
The Supreme Court for not smacking down Judge Amira Lei also.

Speaker 25 (58:59):
In the DC district, like Judge Bosburg.

Speaker 28 (59:03):
For not halting his order universal injunction unappealable that not
only halted the administration's pause on foreign aid but forced
it to disperse farign ad at two billion dollars within.

Speaker 25 (59:16):
Thirty six hours.

Speaker 28 (59:17):
So if you have say, four of nine Supreme Court
justices demanding this, it has to come to a head soon.
And the only way that I see Roberts being able
to squeeze his way out of what's coming before him
in the immediate term is in basically arguing, well, this
isn't the right case to challenge universal auctions, or it's not.

Speaker 25 (59:38):
At a stage of the case where you can challenge it.

Speaker 28 (59:39):
But I think that's going to cause an outcry from
other members of the judiciary. And the Trump administration is
doing other things as well, like, for example, they just
issued a memorandum that demands that when they're litigating against
these plaintiffs, they require as the law requires, as federal
civil procedure requires, that if you're going to call for
an injunction, you have to put up an injunction bond.

(01:00:02):
Judges have not been ordering that these bonds be put up.
In one case, I saw a judge asked the plaintiffs
to put up one hundred dollars per plaintiff as an
injunction bond on an injunction. That's freezing the policy for
the entire country. So that's another fight. A lower fight
is subordinate fight, but an important one on this issue
that's quickly going to work its way through the courts,

(01:00:24):
I think as well.

Speaker 25 (01:00:25):
But to the point that you're asking.

Speaker 28 (01:00:27):
That we even are at a place where you have
to ask, should an administration ignore a lower courts ruling
because it's so lawless and it does so much damage
to our country and.

Speaker 25 (01:00:39):
To the constitution. That tells you where the crisis is right.

Speaker 6 (01:00:42):
Now, I mean, it's significant, Ben, stay right there. I
want to keep exploring this with you. After the break.

Terrence Mato with your Real America's Voice News Break. We
appreciate you being here with us. A lot to talk
about it this hour. White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt,
It's about to hold a press conference today, another press briefing.
We're expecting it to take the podium at any minute.
This is a live look at the press briefing room.
You can see the reporters already on site and ready
to ask questions.

Speaker 2 (01:03:29):
She'll likely field.

Speaker 17 (01:03:30):
Questions about President Trump's efforts to end the war between
Russian and Ukraine. Of course, yesterday the Commander in chief
spoke with Russian counterpart with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin,
about a potential ceasefire, and then you followed that meeting
up this morning with a conversation with Ukrainian President Voldimir Zewinski.
We're hearing that the president was trying to make sure
that both sides are on the same page so they

(01:03:52):
can begin to move forward.

Speaker 2 (01:03:54):
The war between.

Speaker 17 (01:03:54):
Israel and a moas likely will also be part of
the focus of today's briefing, as the invasion now in
Gaza has a begun. In fact, just earlier today Israel
reporting that it has started a ground offensive there following
the two month long cease fire. So that just goes
to show that the situation there is starting to get back.
I'm not going to say out of control, but it's

(01:04:16):
starting to escalate, let's put it that way. Levitt will
likely also discuss the Federal Reserve's upcoming decision on interest rates.
There's a Federal Reserve meeting this afternoon. She'll also have
to talk about President Trump's tariff policies and the impact
that is having on the economy. So it is going
to be a wide ranging news conference, and again, the
moment she takes the podium, we of course will take

(01:04:38):
you there live and let you hear her thoughts. As
I mentioned, Federal Reserve officials are set to me today though,
to decide how to move forward on interest rates. Economists
are expecting the FED to hold interest rates steady following
today's meeting. However, a determination could be reached on whether
the Central Bank will cut rates at all this year.
Fed Chairman Jerome Powell has hinted at the possibility you

(01:05:00):
have two rate cuts while inflation has been has guided
their policymaker's decisions on interest rates over the past several years.
We'll see, of course, how that all shakes out. All right,
Caroline Levitt there at the podium, so let's listen in.

Speaker 5 (01:05:13):
On Earth, these two incredible astronauts were only supposed to
be up there for eight days, but because of the
Biden administration's lack of urgency. They ended up spending nine
months in space. Joe Biden's lack of courage to act
boldly and decisively was a big reason why Butch and
Sunny did not make it back until yesterday.

Speaker 26 (01:05:35):
But President Trump doesn't waste time.

Speaker 5 (01:05:37):
Immediately after taking office, President Trump directed Elon Musk and
SpaceX to rescue these brave astronauts alongside NASA. The President
also called the acting administrator of NASA and told her
to bring the astronauts home as soon as possible, as
Acting Administrator Janet Petro said herself yesterday. Per President Trump's direction,

(01:05:59):
NASA and Space Sects worked diligently to pull.

Speaker 26 (01:06:02):
The schedule a month earlier.

Speaker 5 (01:06:04):
The President looks forward to welcoming Butch and Sunny to
the Oval Office when they are recovered. This historic mission
brings new meaning to President Trump's promise to always look
out for the forgotten man and woman. On another important matter, yesterday,
President Trump and President Putin spoke about the need for
peace and a ceasefire in the Ukraine War. Both leaders

(01:06:25):
agreed this conflict needs to end with a lasting peace,
and also stressed the need for improved bilateral relations between
the United States and Russia. President Trump also spoke with
President Zelensky this morning to align both Russia and Ukraine
in terms of their needs and requests. As President Trump
has said repeatedly, the precious lives and money that both

(01:06:46):
Ukraine and Russia have been spending in this war would
be better spent on the needs of their people. This
terrible conflict would have never started with President Trump in charge,
but he's determined to end it once and for all.
President Trump also promised maximum transparency and a commitment to
rebuild the trust of the American people in our intelligence community.

Speaker 26 (01:07:09):
Part of that promise was.

Speaker 5 (01:07:10):
To fully release previously classified records related to the assassination
of former President John F. Kennedy, and he made that
happen yesterday. This historic release consisted of approximately eighty thousand
pages of previously classified records that are now published. The
records are available to access either online at Archives dot

(01:07:30):
gov slash JFK or in person accessible to the American
people at the National Archives in College Park, Maryland. Records
that are currently only available for in person viewing are
being digitized and will be uploaded in the coming days.
On another note, positive economic data continues to pour in
showing the immediate impact of President Trump's pro growth agenda.

(01:07:54):
After suffering a steep decline in the final year of
the Biden administration, the manufacturing sector came roaring back in February.
Industrial production surged in February. These are new numbers three
times at a greater three times rate than the expectations,
to its highest ever recorded level. And President Trump's laser

(01:08:15):
focus on massive deregulation in unleashing our domestic energy industry
is leading to stabilities for Americans bottom lines. As Newsweek
summed it up today, gas prices are plummeting under President Trump,
and the Trump administration continues to make American communities safer
through our ongoing mass deportation campaign of illegal alien criminals. Yesterday,

(01:08:39):
FBI Director Cash Ptel announced the agency captured another fugitive
from its ten most wanted list, securing the extradition of
Francisco Javier Roman bardelas a key senior leader of the
brutal Ms thirteen gang. And the Brave Men and Women
of Ice also arrested a number of dangerous aliens across
the country in recent days. You will see them on

(01:09:01):
this screen Ice San Francisco just arrested a citizen of
Guatemala convicted of sexual battery. ICE New Orleans arrested a
citizen of convicted of rape and suff rape in Suffolk County,
New York. Ice Atlanta arrested a citizen of Mexico convicted
of assault by strangulation. Ice Dallas arrested a citizen of

(01:09:23):
Mexico convicted of assault with a firearm.

Speaker 26 (01:09:25):
And rape with a foreign object in ICE.

Speaker 5 (01:09:28):
Houston arrested of Guatemala convicted of indecent sexual contact with
a child in Texas. These are heinous criminal alien monsho
the purse who the previous administration allowed to flood into
our country, and every time President Trump and this team
deport one of them, our country becomes safer. Finally, before
I open it up to questions, I want to tout

(01:09:49):
how successful our efforts have been in filling out President
Trump's administration.

Speaker 26 (01:09:54):
There have been a record number of.

Speaker 5 (01:09:55):
Two hundred and eighty one Senate confirmed nominations already, with
another two hundred and eighty in process here at the
White House, OPM and GSA. We have filled one hundred
percent of the total number of slots, and this is
a record number of placements in the first fifty eight
days of any administration, and a testament to the caliber

(01:10:17):
and the sheer quantity of talented people who want to
work for President Trump to make America great again. Here
in our new media seat today we have Katie Pavlich.
Katie is the editor of Townhall dot Com, which is
a subsidiary of Townhall Media.

Speaker 26 (01:10:33):
It's a leading conservative.

Speaker 5 (01:10:34):
News and opinion outlet based right here in Washington, d C.
With writers and journalists reporting around the country. Last year,
town Hall Media had sixty million unique users and one
point four billion page views, with a broad reach on
a number of social media platforms. With that, Katie, please
kick us off.

Speaker 23 (01:10:52):
Thank you, Carolyn, really appreciate it. Chure you so give
them the back and forth with does us Sister Judge and
the administration's use.

Speaker 22 (01:10:58):
Of the Alien Enemies Act?

Speaker 23 (01:11:00):
Does the President plan to send new and additional lights
of vendsley On gang members now designated as BIGN terrorists
from the US to El Salvadore or elsewhere?

Speaker 22 (01:11:09):
Can Americans expect to see those flights sometime soon?

Speaker 5 (01:11:12):
Americans can absolutely expect to see the continuation of the
mass deportation campaign. That has been successfully led by this president,
Secretary of Homeland Security Christinome, and also our Secretary of
State Marco Rubio. Since you brought up the judges, I
would like to point out that the judges in this
country are acting erroneously. We have judges who are acting

(01:11:35):
as partisan activists from the bench. They are trying to
dictate policy from the President of the United States. They
are trying to clearly slow walk this administration's agenda, and
it's unacceptable. As the President said last night, we will
continue to comply with these court orders. We will continue
to fight these battles in courts. But it's incredibly apparent

(01:11:56):
that there is a concerted effort by the far left
to judge shop, to pick judges who are clearly acting
as partisan activists from the bench in an attempt to
derail this president's agenda.

Speaker 26 (01:12:08):
We will not allow that to happen.

Speaker 5 (01:12:10):
And not only are they usurping the will of the
President and the chief executive of our country, but they
are undermining the will of the American public, tens of
millions of Americans who duly elected this president to implement
the policies that are coming out of this White House.

Speaker 22 (01:12:24):
And one more question, said a minority leader.

Speaker 23 (01:12:26):
Chuck Schumer said yesterday that he was united with Democrats
and working against Americans who quote their attitude is I
made my money all by myself.

Speaker 24 (01:12:35):
How dare your.

Speaker 23 (01:12:36):
Government take my money from me? Or I built my
company with my bare hands. How dare your government tell
me how to treat my customers. What is the President's
response to this, given his upcoming tax agenda and need
to work on capital help.

Speaker 5 (01:12:48):
Well, we certainly hope that Democrats, all of a sudden,
are for more money in the pockets.

Speaker 26 (01:12:52):
Of the American public.

Speaker 5 (01:12:53):
The President has made it incredibly clear that he is
committed to tax cuts. He is committed to passing a
big reconciliation package later this year ending no taxes on tips,
taxes on overtime, no taxes on Social Security for our
hardworking seniors, and we encourage everybody on Capitol Hill to
support that when it comes to the finish line, especially
Democrats who clearly need a boost from the American public

(01:13:15):
right now their approvals are at an all time record.

Speaker 26 (01:13:18):
Well, thanks for being with us, Kate Garrett one of
the questions, But I.

Speaker 29 (01:13:21):
Want to follow up on Katie's question, Actually, you said
the mass deportation campaign would continue, but she asked the
about the flights specifically, will those flights till Salvador continue?

Speaker 10 (01:13:30):
Will this case is being appealed.

Speaker 5 (01:13:32):
We don't have any flights planned specifically, but we will
continue with the mass deportations. And I would just like
to point out that the judge in this case is
essentially trying to say that the president doesn't have the
executive authority to deport foreign terrorists from our American soil.
That is an egregious abuse of the bench. This judge

(01:13:53):
does not have that authority. It is the opinion of
this White House and of this administration. That's why we're
fighting this in court. And it's very very clear that
this is an activist judge who is trying to usurp
the president's authority. Under the Alien Enemies Act, the president
has this power and that's why this deportation campaign has
continued in this judge. Judge Boseburg is a Democrat activist.

(01:14:16):
He was appointed by Barack Obama. His wife has donated
more than ten thousand dollars to Democrats, and he has
consistently shown his disdain for this president in his policies
and it's unacceptable, be very right.

Speaker 29 (01:14:28):
I wanted to go about the idea of these people
are all form terrists. But Judge Bodenberg was originally appointed
by Georgia W. Bush and then elevated by Barack Obama.
I just feel like I should clear that up.

Speaker 5 (01:14:37):
Well, let me just say something to that effect, Garrett,
sixty seven percent of all of the injunctions in this
century have come against which President Donald J.

Speaker 25 (01:14:47):
Trump.

Speaker 26 (01:14:47):
Let me say that again.

Speaker 5 (01:14:49):
Sixty percent of the injunctions by partisan activists in the
judicial branch have come against President Donald Trump, and ninety
two percent of those have been from Democrat appointed judges.
This is a clear, concerted effort by leftists who don't
like this president and are trying to impose or slow

(01:15:09):
down his agenda.

Speaker 29 (01:15:10):
So, given that, do you think it's a good use
of Congress's time and the president's political capital and try
to impeach and remove a federal judge, which would take
sixty seven votes you're unlikely to get in the Senate.

Speaker 5 (01:15:21):
Well, Look, the President has made it clear that he
believes this judge in this case should be impeached, and
he has also made it clear that he has great
respect for the Chief Justice John Roberts, and it's incumbent
upon the Supreme Court to reign in these activist judges.
These partisan activists are undermining the judicial branch by doing so.
We have coequal branches of government for a reason, and

(01:15:42):
the President feels very strongly about that.

Speaker 30 (01:15:44):
Jackie, thanks, What options does the president have to you know,
he says he's going to follow court orders. He wouldn't
defy a court order, but he's raised these concerns about
these judges acting in such a partisan way.

Speaker 26 (01:15:56):
What option does he.

Speaker 30 (01:15:58):
Have to ensure that his agen and continues to move
forward while this is ongoing, and the judges appear to
be trying to just block and delay, impede.

Speaker 5 (01:16:06):
Well, you're right, they are trying to block, delay and impede.
This is lawfair. The president is no stranger to it.
He faced it in his campaign and this is a
continuation of the lawfair that President Trump faced as a
candidate and he's now unfortunately facing as a president. Clearly,
these partisan activists in the judicial branch didn't get the
memo on November fifth, when the American people overwhelmingly re

(01:16:27):
elected this president to continue with mass deportations. So White
House counsel in the Department of Justice are working on this.

Speaker 26 (01:16:34):
They're appealing these.

Speaker 5 (01:16:35):
Cases, and we will continue to use the full weight
of the White House Counsel's Office and the President's team
of lawyers to fight this in court because we know
we will win, even if we have to go all
the way to the Supreme Court.

Speaker 30 (01:16:46):
We watch CBA Andy McCarthy said in an interview with
Hugh Hewitt, he certainly agrees with what the President is
trying to do with the Alien Enemies Act, but he's
not sure that the law is completely on his side.
He cites previous Supreme Court rulings dealing with enemy combatants
in war times says that even they have a challenge
or a right to challenge their detention in court. He

(01:17:08):
raised concernal so that while TDA has been designated as
a terrorist organization, these individuals hadn't been prosecuted for terrorism.
So my question is, will the President asked Congress potentially
to declare war on these cartels for the invasion that
he's talked about so that he's on stronger legal footing.

Speaker 5 (01:17:28):
Well, we absolutely disagree with the legal opinion of the
individual that you mentioned.

Speaker 26 (01:17:32):
We would not have moved forward with this if we
didn't believe the.

Speaker 5 (01:17:34):
President this was within the president's executive authority to continue
with this mass deportation effort under the authority provided to
him under the Alien Enemies Act. And when you read
the Act, as I did last time at the podium,
a predatory incursion is absolutely what has happened with trend
A a Ragua. They have been sent here by the hostile
Maduro regime in Venezuela, and the President immediately upon taking office,

(01:17:58):
designated TA as a foreign terrorist organization. And under this Act,
it is within the President's authority to deport these terrorists.
And anybody trying to defend these terrorists who have now
been sent off of American soil should talk to the
families of the individuals who these heinous monsters have killed
and have raped.

Speaker 26 (01:18:18):
If you talk to those families, they.

Speaker 5 (01:18:19):
Are so heartened by the President's decision to take tough
action and to use his executive authority, something that no
other president has been willing to do. Because President Trump
does what he says he's going to do, and he
is deporting these foreign terrorists from American soil to secure
our homeland.

Speaker 26 (01:18:34):
And he's within his rights to do that ly, Jennifer Esla.

Speaker 30 (01:18:37):
On Tesla, there's a website that's trying to docks Tesla
owners across the country and saying they're only going to
take down personal information when people show that they've sold
their cars. What's the administration going to do with them.

Speaker 5 (01:18:50):
I haven't seen that website, but we certainly think it's
despicable the violence that has taken place against Tesla, the company,
its employees, and also just Americans who have chosen to
an electric vehicle.

Speaker 26 (01:19:01):
Many of them are Democrats.

Speaker 5 (01:19:02):
By the way, Democrats were big supporters of Tesla and
of electric vehicles until Elon Musk decided to vote for
Donald Trump. So we would like Democrats to also come
out and condemn this heinous violence that we have seen.
And I believe the Attorney General has said she's investigating
these incidents as acts of domestic terrorism.

Speaker 26 (01:19:19):
Jennifer Ukraine, can.

Speaker 27 (01:19:21):
You say is the White House going to pause foreign
military aid or intelligence sharing with Ukraine as Russia says
it's pushing for, and then have a follow up on
the Federal Trade Comission?

Speaker 26 (01:19:32):
Sure when it comes to Ukraine.

Speaker 5 (01:19:34):
I do have a statement for you from the National
Security advisor and also the Secretary of State. First, I'd
like to reiterate what the President said earlier following his
call with President Zelensky this morning. He said he just
completed a very good telephone call with President Zelensky. It
lasted approximately one hour. Much of the discussion was based
on the call made yesterday with President Putin in order

(01:19:55):
to align both Russia and Ukraine in terms of their
requests and needs. We are very much on track, and
I will ask Secretary of State Mark or Rubio and
Mike Waltz to give an accurate description of the points discussed.
That statement will be put out shortly. While I have
that statement for you right here, bear with me as
I read it. Today, President Trump and Ukraine's President Vladimir

(01:20:15):
Zelensky had a fantastic phone conversation. President Zelensky thanked President
Trump for a productive start for the work of the
Ukrainian and American teams in Jetta on March eleventh.

Speaker 26 (01:20:25):
The meeting of the senior.

Speaker 5 (01:20:26):
Officials from both nations significantly helped in moving toward ending
the war. President Zelensky thanked President Trump for the support
of the United States, especially the Javelin missiles that President
Trump was first to provide in his efforts towards peace.
The leaders agreed Ukraine and America will continue working together
to bring about a real end to the war and
that lasting piece under President Trump's leadership can be achieved.

(01:20:50):
President Trump fully briefed President Zelensky on his conversation with
Putin and the key issues discussed. They reviewed the situation
in Kirsk and agreed to share information closely between their
defense staffs.

Speaker 26 (01:21:02):
As the battlefield situation.

Speaker 5 (01:21:03):
Evolved, President Zelensky asked for additional air defense systems to
protect his civilians, particularly Patriot missile systems, and President Trump
agreed to work with him to find what was available,
particularly in Europe. The two leaders also agreed on a
partial ceasefire against energy. Technical teams will meet in Saudi
Arabia in the coming days to discuss broadening the ceasefire

(01:21:25):
to the Black Sea on the way to a full ceasefire.
They agreed this could be the first step towards the
full end of the war in ensuring security. President Zelinsky
was grateful for the President's leadership in this effort and
reiterated his willingness to adopt a full ceasefire. President Trump
also discussed Ukraine's electrical supply and nuclear power plants. He

(01:21:46):
said that the United States could be very helpful in
running those plants with its electricity and utility expertise. American
ownership of those plants would be the best protection for
that infrastructure. In support for Ukrainian energy Infrastructureinsky also thanked
President Trump for continuing to push humanitarian concerns, including the exchange.

Speaker 26 (01:22:05):
Of prisoners of war.

Speaker 5 (01:22:06):
He noted they had just had a successful exchange and
thanked the President for his leadership on that. President Trump
also asked President Zelensky about the children who had gone
missing from Ukraine during the war, including the ones that
had been abducted, and President Trump promised to work closely
with both parties to help make sure those children were
returned home. They agreed all parties must continue the effort

(01:22:29):
to make a cease fire work. The presidents noted the
positive work of their advisors and representatives, especially Secretary Rubio,
National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, Special Envoy Kellogg, and others.
The presidents instructed their teams to move ahead with the
technical issues related to implementing and broadening the partial ceasefire.
The presidents instructed their advisors and representatives to carry out

(01:22:50):
this work as quickly as possible. The presidents emphasized that
in further meetings the teams can agree on all necessary
aspects out of advancing toward lasting.

Speaker 26 (01:22:59):
Peace and security. That is a lengthy.

Speaker 5 (01:23:01):
Statement that was just given to me, so thanks for
bearing with me. Our office will of course provide this
after and as you know, as I just pointed out
in the statement, the President's team of negotiators and national
security experts will be heading to Saudi again later this
week to continue working in ironing out the details. But
I would just like to emphasize we have never been
this close to peace, and it's only because of President

(01:23:22):
Trump that we are here.

Speaker 26 (01:23:23):
I think a couple of years ago, as you all
reported on.

Speaker 5 (01:23:25):
The war, it was incomprehensible to have a partial cease
fire in this conflict, and today that.

Speaker 26 (01:23:31):
Is true because of the leadership of this president.

Speaker 27 (01:23:35):
Mary shared agreed to share closely share information between their
defense staffs.

Speaker 22 (01:23:39):
Does that mean all intelligence sharing will continue?

Speaker 27 (01:23:43):
So the White House is rejecting Russia's request, the.

Speaker 5 (01:23:46):
Pot intelligence sharing in terms of defense for Ukraine will
continue to be shared.

Speaker 4 (01:23:50):
Mary, Thanks Erlin, I have two questions, one on the
United States Institute of Peace and then on the Supreme Court, if.

Speaker 26 (01:23:56):
That's a kind of shore. So on the United States
Institute of Peace.

Speaker 22 (01:23:59):
On the this is a little bit wild.

Speaker 26 (01:24:00):
I understand the.

Speaker 4 (01:24:01):
Old president refused to leave after he was removed from
his position. He barricaded himself and his offices had to
be escorted out by police, left the building without Wi
Fi telephones, elevators and more, and is now.

Speaker 26 (01:24:14):
Telling media that does broke in and illegally removed him.

Speaker 4 (01:24:18):
So can you comment on this sequence of events and
specify did DOGE illegally enter.

Speaker 26 (01:24:24):
I'm really glad you brought this up. Mary.

Speaker 5 (01:24:26):
We were made aware of this story by individuals at DOGE,
at Elon Musk's team and also at the State Department
who were unable to access this building, and it became
very clear that there was a concerted effort amongst the
rogue bureaucrats at the United States Institute of Peace to
actually physically barricade themselves essentially inside of the building to

(01:24:50):
prevent political appointees of this administration who work at the
direction of the President of the United States, to get
into the building. There was a piece in the Daily Car.
Thank you for sharing the truth on this about what happened.
Staff contacted the MPD in an attempt to prevent DOGE
personnel from entering.

Speaker 26 (01:25:08):
They barricaded the doors.

Speaker 5 (01:25:11):
They also disabled telephone lines, internet connections, and other IT
infrastructure within the building. They distributed flyers internally in encouraging
each other to basically prevent these individuals from accessing the building.
I use this to say, this is what DOGE in
this administration is facing. It's a resistance from bureaucrats who

(01:25:33):
don't want to see change in this city. President Trump
was elected on an overwhelming mandate to seek change and
implement change, and this is unacceptable behavior.

Speaker 4 (01:25:42):
Thank you, just really big on the Supreme Court. I
know it's been almost three years now since the League
of the draft Dob's opinion to Politico actually a leak
which sparked protesting outside the homes of the justices and
even brought on one attempted assassination attempt. I know Justice
Alito said that it made the justices targets for assassination,
But yet the Supreme Court has not tracked down any leaker.

(01:26:02):
Does what has have interest in finding out who that
leader was, and can you comment on that at all?

Speaker 5 (01:26:07):
I know, generally speaking, the President has an interest in
finding leakers and he believes it's unacceptable, and it's the
position of this administration. You've seen the Secretary of Homeland
Security has taken.

Speaker 26 (01:26:18):
Tough action at her agency.

Speaker 5 (01:26:20):
Leaking is unacceptable to this president and too the leaders
across the board in this cabinet, especially when it puts
people in harms.

Speaker 26 (01:26:25):
Way sure, thank.

Speaker 21 (01:26:27):
You, Caerlin A mom whose daughter was forced to change
in the locker room with the biological male at school.

Speaker 11 (01:26:32):
Miles from print with the dooja.

Speaker 30 (01:26:34):
How will the trunk heoja deal with violations.

Speaker 18 (01:26:37):
Of president from supporters be has been women and girls
like this.

Speaker 26 (01:26:40):
I would defer you to the Department of Justice on
that specific case.

Speaker 5 (01:26:42):
But the President has made it incredibly clear that it
is the policy of this administration that there are only
two genders, male and female, only two sexes.

Speaker 26 (01:26:51):
Rather male and female, and that we are not.

Speaker 5 (01:26:53):
Going to tolerate such behavior by men pretending to be women.
The President will contain need to strongly stand for the
rights of women and girls, not just in sports and
on athletic fields, but also in private spaces like locker
rooms in bathrooms.

Speaker 22 (01:27:08):
Coure go ahead, Thank you all to MTC. Two quick questions.

Speaker 4 (01:27:11):
Can you explain the president's thinking in his decision to
fire the two Democratic Commissioners, especially given.

Speaker 26 (01:27:16):
That mark matter is on track to be confirmed next
week and there would be a Republican majority.

Speaker 22 (01:27:21):
My biggest question is why now sure?

Speaker 5 (01:27:24):
Because the time was right to let these people go,
and the President absolutely has the authority to do it,
and they were given ample notice in a letter that
I believe You're outlet reported on. So it pretty much
explains exactly why this administration shows to let those individuals go.

Speaker 4 (01:27:39):
Get this to the Supreme Court to try to overturn
the nineteen thirty five president.

Speaker 5 (01:27:42):
The goal was to let these individuals go. If we
have to fight it all the way to the Supreme Court,
we certainly will.

Speaker 31 (01:27:47):
Rachel back to those deportation flights style Salvador. Can the
administration provide any more Thritain details on how authorities determine
that each of those men weren't fact members of a ring?
And if the White House can publish image is photos
videos of those men, why can't the administration just release
basic information like their identities and names.

Speaker 5 (01:28:06):
We are not going to reveal operational details about a
counter terrorism operation. But what I can assure you, as
I said on Monday, we have the highest degree of
confidence in our ice agents and our Customs and Border
patrol agents who have committed their lives to targeting illegal
criminals in our country, particularly foreign terrorists, and they had

(01:28:27):
great evidence and indication. They have the highest degree of professionalism,
and they were one hundred percent confident in the individuals
that were sent home on these slights, and in the
President's executive authority to do that follow up.

Speaker 31 (01:28:38):
I know in the last briefon you've cited privacy concerns
as a reason why the administration may not be able
to reveal the identities.

Speaker 22 (01:28:45):
What exactly are the privacy rights of.

Speaker 31 (01:28:47):
Immigrants who were deported that the administration says we're dangerous
enough to be sent to Alsavador and sit in a prison.

Speaker 5 (01:28:53):
Again, as I just said, we're not going to reveal
the operational details of a counter terrorism operation for quite
obvious reas we're trying to combat terrorism here in the
United States of America.

Speaker 10 (01:29:03):
Jeff, I could ask something else about the phone call yesterday.

Speaker 32 (01:29:06):
There was a couple different readouts from the Kredlin and
the US on a couple different points.

Speaker 10 (01:29:10):
One was energy and infrastructure.

Speaker 32 (01:29:13):
The US statement set energy and infrastructure, the Kremlin set
energy infrastructure. What is your understanding of what the actual
substance of that the disagreement was?

Speaker 10 (01:29:23):
Then one other.

Speaker 5 (01:29:24):
Question or not, I would defer you to the readout
that was provided by the White House. That's our understanding
and that's the truth.

Speaker 32 (01:29:29):
If I can ask a question about the judge as well,
how does a president define a bad judge?

Speaker 10 (01:29:35):
That just someone who disagrees with him?

Speaker 32 (01:29:37):
And it's not a dangerous president in this case, because
this is a temporary ruling from Judge Bozburg that he
could ultimately rule in your favor. Is he's setting up
a standard here for calling for the impeachment of a
judge who may ultimately rule Congress side.

Speaker 5 (01:29:51):
No, it has nothing to do with disagreeing with the
president on policy. It's with disagreeing with the Constitution in
the law, and it's trying to usurp the authority of
the executive branch of this country. It's having baseless reasoning
for these injunctions, and it's a clear effort by these
judges to slow roll this president's agenda.

Speaker 26 (01:30:11):
And if you just look at the injunctions.

Speaker 5 (01:30:13):
That this president has faced, deporting foreign terrorists from our homeland,
hiring and firing of Executive branch of employees, which when
the President is the executive of the executive branch, you
also see an injunction by a partisan activist judge when
it comes to the Secretary of Defense trying to determine

(01:30:34):
the readiness of our troops and the qualifications of our
troops and our armed forces. Does a single district court
judge really have more authority over the commander in chief
and the Secretary of Defense to determine who should serve
in our United States Armed forces? Absolutely not. Anyone who
has taken a basic civics lesson can understand that. And

(01:30:54):
it's ridiculous lawfare that we are witnessing.

Speaker 32 (01:30:56):
And I'm sorry the President's that he respects the Chief
Justice here. Does he respect him specifically on this case,
in this opinion, or respects him overall?

Speaker 10 (01:31:08):
And has he spoken to any other Supreme Court justice?

Speaker 5 (01:31:11):
President respects Chief Chief Justice Roberts overall. He just expressed
that to me in the Oval office. But it's also
quite clear that the Supreme Court needs to rein in
these judges who are acting as partisan activists and they
are undermining the judicial branch and it's a dereliction of duty.

Speaker 26 (01:31:28):
On their BEHALFA Deanna, go ahead, thank you.

Speaker 22 (01:31:30):
So much, Caroline.

Speaker 4 (01:31:31):
On the call with a Lenski, did they discuss the
minerals deal at all?

Speaker 33 (01:31:35):
Is that back on the table and what do the
Ukrainians have to do to get that back on the table.

Speaker 22 (01:31:39):
And then one on the Russia call as well.

Speaker 5 (01:31:41):
Again, I just provided a very lengthy readout of the
call that was provided by the Secretary of State and
the National Security Advisor. And now we have moved beyond
the economic minerals deal. We are at a place of peace.
We're at a partial ceasefire, and we're moving towards a
full cease fire and a long standing piece in this conflict.
And that's great news for the American public.

Speaker 33 (01:32:01):
Emlin readout mentioned that Trump and Putin spoke about potential
US Russia hockey games and the Kremlin. Readout also said
that Russia wanted the US to stop US intelligence and
US funding to Ukraine. The President has said that that
conversation did not happen, just wondering if you can get
us any more clarity on that, and also again if

(01:32:23):
it's energy infrastructure or if it's energy and infrastructure, because
I think there is a big difference between that.

Speaker 5 (01:32:29):
Again, as for the readouts of the call, I would
defer you to ours. And when it comes to the
topic of hockey, it did come up. However, we're more
interested in securing a peace dealed in scheduling hockey games
right now, Sean.

Speaker 10 (01:32:42):
Hey about the deportation play. So was it the president
himself who.

Speaker 32 (01:32:46):
Directed the planes to stay in the air after the
judge ordered them.

Speaker 25 (01:32:49):
To turn back?

Speaker 5 (01:32:51):
The President signed the Alien invoked the Alien's Enemies Act
with a proclamation, which then directed the Department of Homeland
Security in the Department of State move forward with the
plan of action. And as I said yesterday, all of
the planes that were subject to the judges written order
took off before the order.

Speaker 26 (01:33:08):
Was submitted in court.

Speaker 5 (01:33:09):
I was asked to answer that question multiple times yesterday, Kate,
go ahead.

Speaker 34 (01:33:13):
Is the President still considering pressuring Russia with sanctions or
terrors to try to get a full cease fire and
is there any kind of deadline or timeline that the
White House has in mind for when that pressure might
ramp up again.

Speaker 5 (01:33:25):
The President had a nearly two hour long call with
President Putin yesterday. We provided a readout of that call,
and we have his negotiating team heading to the Middle
East this week to continue these discussions in regards to
sanctions and any other details. I'm not going to give
a readout of those from this podium.

Speaker 34 (01:33:40):
And on TikTok, is Oracle the leading contender for a
deal and with the US back a deal that keeps
TikTok's algorithm and the underlying technology still in Chinese hands.

Speaker 5 (01:33:49):
As President Trump does so well, we don't get ahead
of ourselves when we are in the midst of an art,
the art of the deal. So when the President and
this team are ready to announce a deal on TikTok,
which is a high priority for the President, we will
make that known. I've seen that reporting, but I'm not
going to comment on it just yet.

Speaker 26 (01:34:05):
Sure, go ahead.

Speaker 35 (01:34:07):
Some prominent Trump supporters and Trump supporters have been making
the case that Derek Chauvin deserves a pardon. They argue
that he did not receive a fair trial. Joe Biden
and other Democrats actually implied that he was guilty.

Speaker 10 (01:34:17):
While the trial was going on.

Speaker 35 (01:34:19):
BLM rioters had these jurors under immense threat and pressure.
Mainstream media, Frankly, many news outlets here today chose are
complicit here. They chose to ignore the autopsy report, they
chose to ignore the full body camera footage. They decided
to slander dark Chauvin as a racist cop instead. Does
the administration believe Derek Chauvin received a fair trial and

(01:34:40):
will they consider a pardon moving forward?

Speaker 5 (01:34:42):
The President has been asked and answered this question. He
said it's not something he's considering at this time.

Speaker 26 (01:34:46):
Philip, Thank you two your questions.

Speaker 36 (01:34:48):
First, just follow up on the rideouts from those calls.
When it comes to the discrepancies between the US and
Russian radout dot call Twain, President Trump and Putin, is
at a president's assessment that something is getting lost in
translation or does he believe that the Russians are trend.

Speaker 10 (01:35:04):
Play games here?

Speaker 11 (01:35:05):
Nope.

Speaker 5 (01:35:05):
The President believes in his team that put the readout
out and he also put his own out on truth
Social We've been incredibly transparent about all of the President's
calls with foreign leaders. And again I would defer you
to the readout following night on Thank.

Speaker 3 (01:35:18):
You, ste Caroline Whiteos said yesterday that gas prices across
the US have fallen from the fourth straight week, thirty
four states now seeing gas under three dollars a gallon
this limited ceasefire with Ukraine regarding oil refineries energy, will
that affect gas prices.

Speaker 2 (01:35:34):
Here in the US.

Speaker 5 (01:35:36):
Well, it's certainly the president's hope that gas prices will
continue to fall, and he's working every single day to
ensure that we do. As you just mentioned, there's been
very encouraging data. Inflation is cooling and gas prices are falling.
The President has established a National Energy Dominance Council, and
it's ultimately the President's goal and this administration is working
hard on it every single day to increase our energy

(01:35:56):
production right here in the United States of America, to
have it trump energy boom like we saw in our
first term, which will not only lead to lower fuel
prices here at home, but also lesson the rate of
inflation that was created by the previous administration.

Speaker 3 (01:36:09):
One more on Tesla, Caroline, Tim Waltz, Governor walt saying
last night he frequently checks Tesla's stock and doing so
to quote, give me a little boost during the day.
How should Americans view politicians who take pride in the
downfall of an American car company.

Speaker 26 (01:36:26):
I think that's quite sad.

Speaker 5 (01:36:27):
But I think Governor Walls unfortunately is living a sad
existence after his devastating defeat on November fifth, Reagan, Fragan,
go ahead, thank.

Speaker 37 (01:36:35):
You, carln Across the country, Tesla cars are being lit
on fire, dealerships are being shot up, Molotov cocktails are
being used. There was a website posted yesterday that shared
the addresses of private Tesla owners and reportedly have Cash
Mattel's information on it.

Speaker 22 (01:36:51):
Ag BONDI is called this acts of domestic terrorism.

Speaker 37 (01:36:54):
Does the White House have any indication that this is
some sort of coordinated movement or that's being funded by
some outside group? And do you know if the investigation
by the DOJ is being investigated as incidents of organized terror?

Speaker 5 (01:37:07):
I believe the Attorney General has made her comments clear
on that she is investigating these events as acts of
domestic terrorism, and we fully condemn them. And as I
said earlier to Jackie's question, we think it's despicable what
is happening to not just this American company but also
their innocent employees and again, innocent Americans who drive these vehicles.

Speaker 26 (01:37:27):
We condemn it wholeheartedly. Sure one in twenty.

Speaker 31 (01:37:31):
Four thousand workers in eighteen agencies are the process of
being reinstated.

Speaker 27 (01:37:36):
What is your message to these workers and can you
assure them they won't.

Speaker 22 (01:37:39):
Be fired again? As the administration directs agencies.

Speaker 5 (01:37:42):
To do more lab well, the administration is complying with
the court's order. Again, as I have spoken about repeatedly,
we think it's despicable that we have judges acting as
judicial activists, partisan activists, trying to dictate who the President
of the United States, the executive of the executive branch,
can hire and fire. We have never seen anything like this.
We are fighting this in court and we will continue

(01:38:05):
to fight it all the way to the Supreme Court
if we have to. And as for federal employees, it's
been the very common sense position of this president and
the administration that bureaucrats here in Washington, d c. Need
to show up to the office just like the rest
of America. Middle class Americans, from doctors to business owners

(01:38:25):
to teachers to law enforcement officers, have to show up
to their offices every single day, and the President has
made it a clear priority that people in this city
have to do the same. And we are also continue
to be committed to reducing the scale of our workforce
and to reducing the size of our federal bureaucracy here
in Washington, d C. To save tax payers money.

Speaker 26 (01:38:44):
Any go ahead, thanks so much.

Speaker 38 (01:38:47):
In the statement that you read, you reference the President's
interest in helping retern Ukrainian children to their parents through
their families. There's an organization that provides in talent information
about those children that has their aid has been cut.
It's a Yale University program that used foreign aid, and
I'm curious if as part of this new thinking with

(01:39:10):
Ukraine that aid might be unfrozen.

Speaker 26 (01:39:12):
I have no updates about that or that specific program
at this time. Karen.

Speaker 22 (01:39:17):
Thanks Charlie.

Speaker 21 (01:39:17):
Just to follow up on your answer to the question
on the Minerals Deal, you said.

Speaker 22 (01:39:20):
That the White House has moved beyond the minerals Deal.
What does that mean is that no longer on the table?

Speaker 5 (01:39:26):
Nope, it means the Minerals Deal was that first set
of framework that you all saw in that very public
meeting with President Zelinsky and President Trump in the Oval Office.
We are now focused on a long term peace agreement.
As you know, on that deal or that meeting between
Presidents Lynsky and President Trump, the Ukrainian president at the
time wasn't talking about a greater piece deal. We are

(01:39:46):
now at that place where we are talking about that.
So we've moved beyond just the economic minerals deal framework
and we're looking at a lasting ceasefire.

Speaker 26 (01:39:54):
Right now, we're at a partial ceasefire.

Speaker 5 (01:39:56):
But again, the President is sending his highly skilled, intelligent
and sperience team to Saudi Arabia later this week to
continue fighting for peace in this conflict. And I would
just reiterate one more time, we have never been closer
to peace than we are today. Thank you very much everybody.
We'll see you later.

Speaker 10 (01:40:12):
Thank you God Away.

Speaker 17 (01:40:17):
That was my House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt hosting her
latest press briefing there at the White House. Let's get
you back to the Charlie Kirk Show now a little bit.

Speaker 8 (01:40:26):
And I think there is a christ I think I
scare them a little bit why they spend so much
time on that. No, I'm serious, because I can fix
a truck. They know I'm not on this. I'm not
putting this in people's grill. I don't know if my
identity is not hunting. My identity is not football coaching.
My identity is not you know, a beard and a truck.

Speaker 6 (01:40:47):
Okay, First of all, my greatest regret when I went
on Gavin Newsom's podcast is I didn't do the hand thing.
I should have just been like, Governor, what in the
fresh heck is this? Can you explain to me what
the whole thing is.

Speaker 9 (01:41:03):
That?

Speaker 6 (01:41:03):
And that would have gone viral. Second, we actually don't
spend that much time on you, Tim Walls. You just
keep on showing up on our screens. We actually don't
think much about you at all. Don't actually occupy any
mental space except that you decide to keep on going
through this public humiliation ritual. You keep on putting yourself

(01:41:26):
through this every couple of months. Oh why is everyone
making fun of me? I don't know I can fix
a truck, and we're laughing at you. We are making
fun of you. You are humiliating. You provide. You can't
even you can't even reload a shotgun. Oh I'm a hunter,
Look at this pathetic guy. Yeah, it goes goes in

(01:41:48):
the chamber. That yep, two in the chain. That Yep,
there you go. Quite quite a masculine symbol of America. There,
guy doesn't even know how A load of shotgun. Email
US Freedom at Charliekirk dot com. I would love to
be a founding donor to the Tim Tim Waltz for

(01:42:10):
President campaign.

Speaker 1 (01:42:11):
I got to get to Vegas. See tomorrow
