Speaker 1 (00:00):
Can chart where you highlight how the border and climate
change were major issues in the year that.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Was Yes, that's exactly right, of course, Jonathan. The border
was not Biden's finest moment. Frankly, you can see what
happened here. And Trump is not wrong when he talks
about how border crossings were quite low. They were running
about seventy four thousand a month when he left office,
and they in fact did shoot up some of it
with some things. Biden said in some ways that they

(00:28):
put a moratorium, for example, on deportations, but in fact
we did get up here almost to three hundred thousand
a month.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
But what made people.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Don't entirely know is that border crossing stuff come back
on almost where they were under Trump. They're running at
about one hundred thousand at the moment. So we went
up the hill and we went down the hill. But
unfortunately that was pretty costly to Biden during the election.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
Copylattery boy I.

Speaker 5 (02:38):
Public Safety. Here's what we know so far. The FBI
has reported to me. The killer was an American citizen
born in Texas. He served in the United States Army
in active duty for many years. He also served in
the Army reserve until a few years ago. The FBI
also reported to me that mere hours of worthy attack,

(03:01):
he posted videos on social media indicating it is inspired
by ISIS, especially the desire to kill.

Speaker 6 (03:09):
Desire to kill.

Speaker 5 (03:11):
The ISIS flag was found in his vehicle, which he
rented to conduct this attack. Possible explosives are found in
the vehicle as well, and more explosive were found nearby.

Speaker 7 (03:23):
Reslution anti vota elution, who years resolution.

Speaker 8 (03:36):
Anti voda elus.

Speaker 9 (03:41):
This is the primal scream of a dining regime.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Pray for our enemies because we're going to medievil on
these people.

Speaker 9 (03:51):
Here's not got a free shot. All these networks lying
about the people. The people have had a belly full
of it. I know you don't like hearing that.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
I know you try to do everything will to stop it,
but you're not going to stop it.

Speaker 9 (04:01):
It's going to happen.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
And where do people like that go to share the
big line?

Speaker 6 (04:06):
Mega media?

Speaker 2 (04:07):
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of
these people had a conscience.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country
will be saved. War Room, here's your host Stephen K.

Speaker 5 (04:26):
Bath.

Speaker 7 (04:32):
It's Thursday, two January, in the Year of Our Lord,
twenty twenty five. Welcome, Happy New Year. We had a
very different show planned for today, but of course not
simply events.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
But the underpinnings of those events and what it means
to the takeover.

Speaker 7 (04:47):
We're going to have the United States government in what
nineteen days, eighteen days on the twentieth, and.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
I'm not sure that how do I say this politely?

Speaker 7 (04:58):
I'm not sure people unders stand the depth and the
seriousness of what we're stepping into. And I don't mean
this audience. This audience understands, and our guests understand. We've
packed this show today with heavy hitters. Colonel Derrek Carvey,
Colonel John Mills, Ezra Cohen, It joins us, Jack Pisovias, Gonbiate. Later, Natalie,

(05:20):
We've got Oscar Blue or Marason, Ben from the Border,
and much more.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
Julie Kelly. President Trump coming to Washington on the weekend.

Speaker 7 (05:33):
I guess the eighteenth and nineteenth, and then the inauguration
will be on Martin Luther King Day. The twentieth is
about the equivalent of Lincoln coming to Washington after he
won and coming when he had to when Lincoln actually
had to be snuck into the city in the middle
of the night to go to the Willard Hotel, the
famous Willard Hotel where we did our broadcast from on

(05:58):
election night. And one of the reasons was because of that,
that's where President Lincoln came at first, because he had
to be snuck into the city.

Speaker 3 (06:04):
Because the city was besieged.

Speaker 7 (06:07):
In the city, what they found out immediately was that
the Southerners in Buchanan's administration had really stacked the various
departments with Southerners, with people that were empathetic to the

(06:28):
Southern cause of independence. And it made Lincoln's first six
months absolutely he had to thread the needle. And if
you go back and say the history that President Trump
is coming into a capital that is not there to
welcome him with open arms, there's a very sullen attitude
in Washington, d c. Among the administrative state, in the

(06:50):
deep state apparatus. They fully understand what we intend to
do in the takedown of the deep state and the
takedown of the administrative state. They're just not going to
sit there in role over they control right now, regardless
of what elections say. They control the most powerful nation

(07:10):
in the history of the earth. Let me repeat that
they control the most powerful nation in the history of
the earth. They have an apparatus that is built up
over I don't know, fifty sixty seventy eighty plus years
that controls the direction of this Republic.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
And they're not prepared. They don't really care.

Speaker 7 (07:30):
About Donald John Trump putting his hand on a King
James Bible and swearing an oath to Heaven that he
will support, defend, and execute the Constitution of the United States.
We live in post constitution America. We live in America
that is run by a cold blooded regime. And I

(07:54):
say they're the primal scream of a dying regime. Well,
the only way it's going to be dying is you've
got to put the state in the heart of the beast.
So I realize people want to celebrate, and I can
understand some natural human thing, But we're at war. We're
you're at the E're they're at war. You're not at war.
If you're at war, there's no time for celebration. There'll

(08:16):
be celebration after the victory, but we don't have a
victory right now. And I don't think some people comprehend
that we're not at victory. We're in this fight. I
don't want to say at the top of the first inning,
but we're in the early innings. There's a long way
to go, and that is not foretold that we're going

(08:39):
to win. I strongly believe we're gonna win. I know,
for the American people and the citizens of this movement
are completely focused and work as hard and are as
unrelenting and unyielding as we have been, we will win.
The outcome is the outcome is is. I can I
can see the sunlit uplands, but man, there are there

(09:00):
are going to be a lot of dark days between
now and then, and there are going to be days
when it looks like we're not winning at all. I
think we need a renewal of seriousness, of purpose. I
think there's way too much giddiness. I think there's way
too much frivolity. I think there's way.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Too much.

Speaker 7 (09:19):
Kidding oneself about the task ahead. But we don't care ourselves.
Here at the war room, we understand exactly what we're
up against. And one of the reasons is because we
work with people who are just as serious. These are
people that have dedicated their lives, their fortunes, and their
sacred honor to restore this to a constitutional republic, what

(09:43):
our forefathers and mothers fought for and died for and
sacrifice for. It's very simple. You're there either with that
program if you're not. If you're not with that program,
you're not gonna win. You may win some elections, you
may win some elections. Haven't you won elections in the past.
Hasn't a lot of that just been performative? Haven't you

(10:03):
just been tapped along? Do you think we got here?
You think we got here to this? Do you think
we got to New Year's Day yesterday because the Republicans
won some elections. I don't know whether it's a sigh
up or not, but I will tell you the rot
in the UH, in the in the crisis we have
in a very deep level in our institutions, in our institutions.

(10:26):
What have I said from day one when on the election,
you must seize the institutions.

Speaker 3 (10:30):
You must seize the institutions.

Speaker 7 (10:33):
Right now, I put up last night, cash Betel should
be that the hearing for cash Bettel should be on Tuesday.
President Trump certified on Monday, and we're going to do
the speaker vote on a Friday, and the speaker votes
another whole thing, right, it's another whole deal. But let's
say you have the speaker vote. President Trump certified on
on on Monday. Cash Btel should be before the committee

(10:55):
on Tuesday. And look, I respect Senator Grassley tremendously, but
he's got some rule twenty eight days after its submitted.
But they've come after Cash, Hammer and Tong, and I
think Cash's paperwork took some while to get in because
Cash wanted to be very thorough.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
We can't just go by the twenty eight day rule.

Speaker 7 (11:13):
Cash Betel's hearing should start on Tuesday, and so at
like two minutes after President Trump has sworn in, Cash
Betel is sworn in as director of the FBI and
we get to work. President Trump's got a screen out
or something on true Social talking about this and that
is all true.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
It is gom and the thing and if we can
get it up. He talks about the CIA.

Speaker 7 (11:33):
The CIA, mister President, is part of the problem, a
serious part of the problem. And no, we don't want
the CIA involved in anything domestically. They're involved too much
domestically anyway.

Speaker 3 (11:44):
As is.

Speaker 7 (11:46):
Let me repeat this the CIA is a central part
of the problem. And I have tremendous respect for John Ratcliffe.
I would like to see a deputy that I think
had like a Fox Kennedy, that had a had a
real feel for the CIA. And why is that at
Cash Mattel at the head of FBFBI, you're starting to

(12:07):
feel good that that American Gestapo will be deconstructed and
put on the right track and get focused on what
they should be focused on, not Jack booting people praying
the Rosary in front of abortion centers. And now they're
rotten in frontal prisons because the big shots at the
FBI all manly on their TV shows, FBI kicking down doors,
kicking down doors of folks going to school board meetings

(12:30):
where they kicking down any doors of jihatas. Now, oh
my gosh, the FBI got their ten minutes after the
news media yesterday.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
The FBI is a total and complete joke.

Speaker 7 (12:39):
And Ray, you're going to be investigated, brother, and you're
gonna be brought up on charges, and you're going to
pay for what you've done over the last four years.
But mister president of the CIA, I think maybe I
don't know low to the tenth power.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
Worse.

Speaker 7 (12:55):
Not only they get everything wrong, they're working against the
interest of folks here in the United States of America.
The last thing we want is a CIA involved in
anything domestically. They're involved in too much domestically right now.
So we're going to get this all in today along
with a couple of rants. I don't know how I'm
going to do it, but somehow we're going to do it.

(13:16):
Ezra Cohen is with US, Colonel Harvey, Derek Harvey, Colonel
John Mills, We've got Todd Benzman. It's nothing but hitters
all day long. We must understand what actually the objective is.
The objective is to seize the institution in the Imperial

(13:37):
capital of Washington, d C. And everybody here that things
is going to be some big celebration. A party does
not fully understand the task ahead of us.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
No, November fifth is just a check.

Speaker 7 (13:51):
Yes, a monumental victory, but we are so far from winning,
and we have an opponent. They get a vote to
me gets a vote here. Don't think they get a vote.
Did you have a good uh? Did you have a
good New Year's Day? How did that Notre Dame Georgia
Game turn out. Oh that's right, we had to postpone it.

(14:13):
You must understand the signal, not the noise. It's gonna
be all signaled today in the war room. Short commercial break,
check out Birch Goldbirch goold dot com.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
End of the dollar Empire.

Speaker 7 (14:27):
I'm gonna give you a signal, the idea that broke
the world modern monetary theory. You need to get smart.
You know why, you're the tip of the tip of
the spear back in a moment.

Speaker 10 (14:59):
The So there's a new security threat environment out there,
not necessarily because ISIS is involved, but because of the
prospect of copycat attacks. It does seem as though there's
a new security environment out there. We've got the inauguration approaching.
I heard this morning there's a rally that President elect

(15:20):
Trump is planning to have before the inauguration, and then,
of course we have the Super Bowl a few weeks
after that, which to me, he suggests that the president
elect should consider asking the current FBI Director, Chris Ray,
to stay on and not leave on January twenty, Stay
on through the inauguration, stay on through the Super Bowl,

(15:42):
which itself is a huge security environment. This is not
the time to see our FBI director walking out the
door in eighteen days.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
Following up on that briefly, so I mean Trump a
Chris Ray. Of course, Trump's a very critical of Ray.
In months before, was saying that he would fire Ray
if he stayed on his replace spend Cash Battel.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
His confirmation hearing not.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
Yet in scheduled, but there's a suggestion that it would
probably fall into February because Attorney General pan Bondi would
have to have hers first. So you're concerned they're about
perhaps a gap in security. Are you also concerned about
Cashptel's ability to lead that to agency?

Speaker 3 (16:16):
Well, put that aside.

Speaker 10 (16:19):
What I've heard is that the director Ray is planning
to leave on January twenty. That would mean there'd be
an acting director in place. This is not a moment
where you should have that kind of transition where the
director who's been there for seven years is walking out
the door. A new director has got to come in orientation, breathings,
and so forth. I think through this period over the

(16:40):
next several weeks, there needs to be some continuity in
the leadership of the nation's premier law enforcement agency.

Speaker 7 (16:49):
So the guy's been there for seven years and you
see what's happened seven years has done such an amazing job.
Let's keep him longer. This is how the apparatus works.
See they run up the flag pole morning, Jeral, now
til you're gonna hear a fire. Oh yeah, you gotta
keep ray on because you need continuity, need continuity. Just
like President Lincoln came into a hostile environment because Washington,

(17:12):
d C.

Speaker 3 (17:13):
Was a southern city.

Speaker 7 (17:15):
D C was a southern city, the apparatus, the levers
of power in the government in eighteen sixty or in
the spring of eighteen sixty one, was hostile to President Lincoln.

Speaker 3 (17:27):
He was besieged, absolutely besieged.

Speaker 7 (17:29):
How to be snuck it in the middle of the night,
President Trump and the team must understand, you're coming into
an imperial capital where they view you as a hostile enemy.
You either believe were at war with enemies within and
without or you don't. If you don't, that's fine, But
if you don't, you're gonna get crushed and nothing you
want accomplish, you're going to get accomplished, full stop. That

(17:51):
There is no argument, there's no debate, you see right there, Oh,
cash Ptal, I think casht' is gonna be fair. Is
it gonna be February, Jonathan ye, I think it's gonna
be fed. Yeah, it's gonna be fabruar.

Speaker 3 (18:01):
Maybe March.

Speaker 7 (18:03):
Ezra Cohen, you've seen inside the belly of the Beast?
Am I too far off here, sir?

Speaker 11 (18:10):
Not at all, Steve. I mean, it's just unbelievable to
see j Johnson saying that. I mean, first of all, one,
he doesn't trust the career deputy director of the FBI.

Speaker 8 (18:18):
I mean that says a lot about his spaith in
the institution.

Speaker 11 (18:21):
But look, I'll just say this, the number one thing
that President Trump can do to increase the security of
the United States is to eliminate the distractions on day one.
Whether it's the CIA, which is focused on making a
criminal referral against the president to kick off the first impeachment,
or trying to buy the mythical Compromitt tape from the

(18:43):
Russians in Berlin, or the FBI going after Americans who protested.
We have security institutions that are extremely distracted right now,
and that means that they're not focused on the things
that are trying to cause harm of the United States,
such as ISIS or the Muslim Brotherhood or the Chinese

(19:05):
Communist Party, which has teams inside the US now doing
advanced work to conduct sabotage and espionage against the United
States and our economy. So every time the institutions these
things that we need to reform or focused on something else,
we're pulling them off the target that actually does matter
to the security of the United States. And so again

(19:28):
President Trump needs to eliminate the distractions on.

Speaker 7 (19:32):
Day one, Ezra, just as your Bona Fides, Ezra was
the most senior intelligence official in President Trump's first term
that actually not only had President Trump's back, but actually
understood the depth of the problem we have.

Speaker 3 (19:52):
This where we are now, folks, pales.

Speaker 7 (19:54):
In comparison to what Frank Church and those guys back
in the seventies when they looked at the FBI and
the CIA. That is nothing compared to what we have
right now, because now they've had forty or fifty years
to basically get institutionally smarter.

Speaker 3 (20:10):
They are dug in.

Speaker 7 (20:10):
The CIA and the FBI are dug in, and they're
dug in in basically every parts of the apparatus. And hey,
they ain't going to be dug out by you sitting
there and signing an executive order, signing an executive order,
or going out and putting out true social or war
room Steve Bannon screaming into a microphone, right, is not
going to do this, Ezra, give me a sense of

(20:32):
the depth of the problem.

Speaker 3 (20:34):
You knew how bad it was in the first term.

Speaker 7 (20:37):
And as ez you're just said, it was the CIA
that initiated the impeachment of President Trump, about the Ukraine,
all of it, they initiated it. Now they've had four
years of and Biden as obviously a puppet. Now that's
all been publicly exposed. As we've been harping on from
day one. Why do we say it was illegitimate because
it was installed by the FBI, the CIA and others.

(21:00):
This is so obvious, not a question, and now the
American people are starting to believe it. But it's one
thing to have these scales come off your eyes and
start to awaken to it. It's another to have an
action plan that's executed upon every day, because these people
are not going to be dug out. They're trenching tools,
not going to dig them out. Ezra Cohen, your thoughts, Yeah.

Speaker 11 (21:19):
Look after nine to eleven, and I think You're absolutely
right about where we are compared to the Church era.
After nine to eleven, we dumped hundreds of billions of
dollars into the FBI the CIA, supposedly to counter terrorism.
Where is that money gone? I mean, the results just
are up there. We're actually less secure than we were.
We we use those events to justify encroaching on American

(21:43):
civil liberties. Where has that gotten us? We just had
a horrible attack over the weekend from somebody who seems
like may have been acting as part of the cell.

Speaker 8 (21:52):
We didn't catch it, and so I think what we need.

Speaker 11 (21:54):
To do, Steve is on day one, the Attorney General
and the Secretary of Homeland Security need to sit down.
They need to go back to the drawing board with
the director of the FBI, which is going to be
cash totel, and they need to actually say what are
the essential missions of this organization? What do we really
need federal law enforcement and Federal security services to be
doing to protect the United States. One of the core

(22:15):
missions of the FBI is counterintelligence and counter terrorism. All
this other stuff they're doing maybe that needs to go
by the wayside. Clearly they can't do it all, and
because of that you know, we're not as safe and
you know, I know I'm going to get blown up
for saying this, but maybe we're at the point where
we need to separate law enforcement from domestic intelligence, that

(22:37):
is counterintelligence and counter terrorism.

Speaker 8 (22:38):
We have other countries like the UK that do that.

Speaker 11 (22:41):
No, you have to do it.

Speaker 3 (22:43):
You have to do an FBI.

Speaker 7 (22:44):
This is my whole point about breaking it up, and
this is why cash is the perfect counter intelligence. Counter terrorism,
counter intel and intel all have to be separated into
a separate law and that has to happen. Ever, hangover
a second, Colonel Harvey, and I got Mills on deck.

Speaker 3 (22:58):
Harvey.

Speaker 7 (23:00):
One of the issues here is that the apparatus thinks
that MAGA, that the magabase is the problem. They think
their collection of radicalize white nationalists, white separatists. I don't
know what dream they've concocted, but that's the problem Ray's
been focused on. And this wasn't you know we had
a Green Beret drive a Tesla in front of President

(23:22):
of Trump's hotel and try to blow that up. Right,
This was a coordinated This was It's just not random.
Are you expect me to believe you hit that? The
thing in New Orleans is totally unrelated to the terrorist
attack by a Green Beret. After you have a staff sergeant,
a tech sergeant do it in New Orleans, and then
you have a Green Beret do it in Las Vegas.

Speaker 3 (23:43):
Colonel Harvey Well.

Speaker 12 (23:45):
Steve good point, and I would agree with with Ezra
and you that you do not want to continue any
of the leadership of the intelligence agencies or the FBI
because they have not been competent. Why would you continue
people who have not been competent. I think that's the
most important thing. Continuity doesn't matter if you have people

(24:05):
that are oppositional and also not competent, and their record
shows this lack of competency. Number two is, you know,
when we look at what the FBI and the IC
have been doing, they've been focused on the wrong targets.

Speaker 6 (24:20):
And we've got sophisticated.

Speaker 12 (24:22):
Networks coordinated by the Muslim Brotherhood, financed by Guitar and
other outside entities influencing mosque recruiting and placing emoms that
are denying the legitimacy of the US Constitution and indoctrinating
people into hating the Constitution and hating America.

Speaker 6 (24:44):
And these are the same people that.

Speaker 12 (24:46):
Clapper and Director Ray and others have brought in, whether
it's from care Muslim Brotherhood, other organizations like the North
American Islamic Trust, or others that are anti American at
their core, and they're being used and they've influenced our
INTELLO or organizations and our FBI. And we have a

(25:07):
lack of knowledge, deep knowledge and understanding about the domestic threats.
And as Ezra said, we need to focus on counter
intelligence domestically, but we've also got to focus on understanding
the nature of this threat. And if you don't consider
the Muslim Brotherhood to be a threat organization and you
call it a moderate secular organization and you put them

(25:29):
in charge, organization, right, it's a terrorist organization. Colonel Harvey,
one more thing.

Speaker 3 (25:39):
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on,
hang on, hang on, slow down, We're gonna get talk
to it. I gotta take a break. Just hang on.

Speaker 6 (25:46):
Okay.

Speaker 7 (25:47):
My first two guests were not My first two guests
were not randomly chosen.

Speaker 3 (25:51):
Okay.

Speaker 7 (25:53):
These are the two patriots, Ezra Cohen and a Colonel
Derek Harvey, along with one of the great patriots in
this country's history, Sergeant Higgins, who is now not with us,
who tried in the first term, in the early days
to warn everybody, Hey, you don't understand the depth of

(26:15):
the problem we have with the deep state. You don't
not understand how embedded this is. You do not understand
how it's number one target is not the enemies of
this republic that they view President Trump. In the MAGA movement,
then in its very beginnings in early or January and
February twenty seventeen, the deep State said, we've identified the enemy.

Speaker 3 (26:39):
It's Trump and his people, and we're going to get them.

Speaker 7 (26:43):
It was Ezra Cohen and Colonel Harvey with Sergeant Higgins
that brought that up, and we're relentless in pursuing it.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
Short break, confuse your Stephen k Okay. Welcome back, Birch
Gold dot com.

Speaker 8 (27:07):
Go.

Speaker 3 (27:08):
What a way to kick off the year.

Speaker 7 (27:09):
But to talk about and of course tonight I'm gonna
talk about the meltdown in the Asian markets led by China.

Speaker 3 (27:16):
We're gonna do some capital markets review.

Speaker 7 (27:19):
Maybe now's the time to talk to Philip Patrick and
the team about gold as an alternative asset.

Speaker 3 (27:25):
Maybe in your portfolio.

Speaker 7 (27:27):
Birch Gold dot Com slash Bannon for the end of
the dollar empire, modern monetary theory, the idea that broke
the world. You're gonna hear a lot more about that.
We started talking about the debt sailing and deficits and
reconciliations and all the stuff we're gonna have to chop through.
It's gonna be a lot of it. It's gonna be
central to saving this republic. Bannon at nine eight nine eight,

(27:49):
nine eight.

Speaker 3 (27:49):
If you're on your phone, you get all the free brochures.
Do it today.

Speaker 7 (27:52):
Make sure you understand what pressers medals are and why
they've been a hedge against times of financial turbulence for
five thousand years of man's recorded history. I think I
see pattern recognition there. I'm gonna give you some more
pattern recognition. My first two guests today are two of
the greatest warriors we had in President Trump's first term,

(28:14):
along with another who passed away in the interim, and
that would be Sergeant Rich Higgins, who is an American hero.
Sergeant Higgins wrote a memo that laid it all out. Colin,
I'm gonna start with you and come and get Derek
back in here in a second. But the reason I
want to do this is that it's not only not changed,

(28:35):
it's gotten worse. And I'm not quite sure that everybody
on our team understands the depth of the problem. And
with everything else, we have to do number one, stopping
the early parts of the kinetic part of the Third
World War, which now in Ukraine gets worse every day,
and Israel's getting worse every day. Artawan and the Muslim

(28:57):
brother a Muslim brotherhood which is a terrorist organization and
not some moderate political group running hospitals in the Middle East,
but a group that is sworn to have the destruction
of the West and runs Turkey with Ertawan, you see
the rise of the Ottoman Empire. They want to have
the return of the Caliphate, they want to control the
two Holy Sites. Israel's just going to get in the way.

(29:19):
This thing's going to be a mess, okay, I don't think, folks.
And the financial situation, the financial crisis, Yellen gives us
a letter, Oh, we got to start emergency measures on
the thirteenth, and then of course the deportation of I
don't know, fifteen million people. You think that's going to
be easy, folks, You think they're just going to get
a bus ticket here, go back there.

Speaker 3 (29:39):
You are, thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay here.
See you later. I hope it works out for you.
You think that's going to happen. Do you think that's
going to happen?

Speaker 7 (29:50):
At the same time, we got every tech brow in
the world wants the entire world to come here because
they're better trained, better motivated, harder working. It's smarter than
a American citizens. Yep, that's what we got to do.
We got to have that solution. That's a solution. But
on top of all this, we have a structural and
institutional problem issue. This is why my mantra has been

(30:12):
seize the institutions, Seize the institutions. Seize the institutions, and
seizing the institutions is not going to be some cocktail party.
They're dug in and dug in deep and they're not
prepared to give it up. Why are they not prepared
to give it up because they're in control of the deal.
Do you think for a second November fifth matters to them. Yeah,

(30:35):
it's gonna be a problem. They gotta get some lawyers.
They'll deal with it. You know, people come in there
and we'll send some strongly worded letters, and they'll be
an investigation or two.

Speaker 3 (30:43):
They're just going to wait you out, Ezra.

Speaker 7 (30:47):
You and Colonel Harvey, and a couple others maybe I
can't name it this time, along with Sergeant Rich Higgins,
these patriots.

Speaker 3 (30:54):
You guys put your career. I saw it.

Speaker 7 (30:57):
I saw men step forward and put their careers on
the line, put their livelihoods on the line, put their
reputations on the line. And they were fought every day,
every single day. They were fought by the deep state.
And you know what it ended up happening. The deep
state impeached Trump. If you don't understand the first impeachment,

(31:17):
this was what it was, totally one percent about the
Central Intelligence Agency, the apparatus that runs the FBI, runs
the Defense Department, and hey, oh Ben as crazy strength,
we can show you chapter and verse. Higgins gave a
memo in April of seventeen that gave names. Name the
names you think Cash Purtel's books got names. Higgins named them.

(31:40):
And by the way, the guys that led the impeachment
were at the top of the list. Two years later, Cohen,
your thoughts.

Speaker 11 (31:49):
Yes, Steve, I just want just two things I want
to respond to some what you just said. First of all,
in terms of why it's worse, and you're absolutely right. Look,
the people that did all of the intelligence abuses, the
abuse of the PIZI system seven h two abuse, all
of the leaking against us, all of the you know,
the criminal referrals that came out of CIA against President

(32:10):
Trump to kick off the first impeachment.

Speaker 8 (32:11):
These people have.

Speaker 11 (32:12):
Been promoted, okay, and so what we're dealing with now
is all those people did these things that are just
totally inappropriate for a civil servant to be doing, for
a servants of the country to be doing, They've been rewarded.

Speaker 8 (32:25):
And look you see that.

Speaker 11 (32:26):
You know when you have the special Agent in Chargement
in New Orleans who can't even say that this was
a terroist attack. If you can't utter that this was
a terroist attack, if we're promoting people like that, how
are we going to stop the threat? The second thing,
I just want to come back to what you said
about seizing the institution. I think it's something we didn't
get right last time. Again, who was the CIA director

(32:48):
when the CIA attempted to buy the mythical Compromitt tape
on President Trump in Berlin. It was Mike Pompeio and
our appointees were in place nominally, but they never took
control of the organization. And that's something that frankly, we
need to learn from the Democrats. The Democrats have figured

(33:09):
out how to do that. We have not, and that's
a huge threat.

Speaker 3 (33:15):
Colonel Harvey. By the way, Mike wanted out of the CIA.

Speaker 7 (33:18):
You know, months after being there he got the I
know there's not a lot of Mike Pompeo fans on here,
but he did get the understanding. He I think he
realized personally he couldn't make a change, couldn't change it.
That's what has to be changed.

Speaker 13 (33:31):
Now.

Speaker 7 (33:31):
You have to go in with a blow torch and
blow torch it. John Ratcliffe, you're a good man. I
hope you're up to the task. And that's why you
need a deputy that is an absolute hammer, not the
guys you're walking around with. You need a hammer, need
a hammer, Colonel Harvey, Higgins, I think work for you
or work with you. Higgins was unceremoniously turfed out by

(33:56):
McMasters as soon as McMasters got there.

Speaker 3 (33:58):
The memo laid out.

Speaker 7 (34:00):
Exactly who the biggest problems were and those are the
guys at the end of the day that led the
effort to impeach Trump.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
Am I incorrect on that, sir?

Speaker 6 (34:08):
No, You're absolutely correct.

Speaker 12 (34:09):
And you know names that come to the top of
the list that were identified early on that that expressed
specifically that they're going to be oppositional to the president's agenda.
One of them was you know, Eric Chiramella, Okay, who
was the whistleblower in the first impeachment trial.

Speaker 6 (34:29):
We could go down through that list.

Speaker 12 (34:30):
I'm sure it's out there in books and things like that,
but you know, I think I want to hit back
on your point here. You know, we need people to
lead these organizations who understand the institutions, but are not institutionalists,
who are not going to be protective of the organizations.

Speaker 6 (34:47):
That need deep reform.

Speaker 12 (34:49):
And we need people who are going to go in
there and be hard nosed and will take risks to
fight for the changes. You know, as mister Durham pointed
out in his report of about the hoax, the Russia
hoax and all of that, he pointed out that there
are rules, there are executive orders, there are laws, and

(35:10):
he didn't make any recommendations for any changes to correct it,
because he.

Speaker 6 (35:13):
Said, what's the point when the laws, the.

Speaker 12 (35:16):
Executive orders, the regulations are not being followed, and you
have leaders at the FBI and CIA who were not
following the law, and so we need people are going
to go in there who are going to be hard
knows about enforcing the law and holding people accountable. And
the opposition is going to be deep, from GG fifteen's

(35:38):
to senior executive service folks and even administrative assistants as
we see them leak and obstruct.

Speaker 3 (35:49):
Hold it.

Speaker 7 (35:49):
So Flynn on day two or three after it took over,
because I said, Mike, let's go. I want to go
through the National Security Council. Because when I was in
the Pentagon as a junior naval officer coming off c duty,
the NSC ran the deal, and I think they had
thirty people, twenty five people, and they were so powerful.

Speaker 3 (36:04):
I can see from the pentaguises of junior Hofic. I said, man,
those guys run this thing.

Speaker 7 (36:09):
And of course kap Weinberg and those guys were bounding
the determined that wasn't going to happen. They weren't going
to have another Henry Kissinger or zig Brazinski that ran
the deal from the White House.

Speaker 3 (36:19):
When Mike brought the charts in guys, it was like
this thick. I go, what the hell is this? I
go there, I said, how many points?

Speaker 13 (36:25):
You?

Speaker 7 (36:25):
How many guys did we actually get in? He said,
I don't know, forty or fifty. I go, how many here?
And I think the number he head gave me it
was two hundred and ninety two. I go, well, who
are these other people? He go, oh, they're all seconded
from the other departments. I go, what are you talking about.
I says, yeah, they all second d guys over there.

Speaker 9 (36:41):
Oh.

Speaker 7 (36:41):
I said, well, how many are they? Says all over
two hundred. I said, we got to get these guys
out of here right away. There are Obamba and Bush guys.

Speaker 3 (36:47):
Get it. You got to get them out. This was
the whole purpose of the memo.

Speaker 7 (36:50):
Right now, you're walking into a situation where the apparatus
actually not Trump's team. The apparatus runs the National Security Council. Ezra,
give me a minute on that, and then we'll come
back to Harvey. Because this was this was the beating
heart of the problem in the early days, is that
the administrative state and its rogue element, the deep state
are embedded.

Speaker 3 (37:11):
Even when you win an.

Speaker 7 (37:12):
Election and come in, they in bed with all their
all their people to actually run the core things in
the West Wing.

Speaker 11 (37:18):
Ezra Cohen, Yeah, and Steve, it's actually it's not just
that the IC controls it, it's which parts of the IC. Right,
if you look at it, there's an inordinate number of
detail leaves from CIA at the n s C. It's
very smarter them, by the way. That's how they know
control policy is by putting their people and it becomes
this self looking ice cream con Look, you've got to

(37:39):
have some detail lease from the departments.

Speaker 8 (37:41):
You need those that regional expertise, but.

Speaker 11 (37:44):
It's got to be way less and frankly, we've got
to make sure that it's much more spread out so
that not any one agency which is supposed to be
overseen by the NSC ends up actually controlling the oversight.

Speaker 8 (37:57):
If that makes sense.

Speaker 7 (38:00):
Totally makes sense, Colonel Harvey, these detail ees, I'm one
hundred percent guy.

Speaker 3 (38:05):
I realize as there is a little more balanced here.

Speaker 7 (38:07):
But of the details, Colonel Waltz, the Green Beret is
going to take over, by the way, I'm just hearing
report that the green Beret that tried to blow up
Trump's Hotel Casino or hotel in Vegas is an active
duty green Beret. Let me repeat that this is an
active duty green Beret. What should happen with these detail ees?

Speaker 3 (38:26):
Harvey?

Speaker 7 (38:27):
We're fighting the same We're fighting the same fight we
fought in seventeen, but it's ten to the tenth power
worse right now, Sir.

Speaker 12 (38:35):
One is I don't think that we need as many
detail ees as they currently have, and they're much more
now than their worry even when we went in in
what we inherited from the Obama administration. Number two is
I would send a letter to all of the detailees,
maybe screen out a few one or two here or there,

(38:56):
but I would send a letter telling them that they
do not need to report for duty on January twentieth,
that they should report back to their home agency and
in the next three or four weeks and going forward,
you know what detail lees are required should be screened
and recruited by you know, the new NSC leadership.

Speaker 3 (39:21):
Unbelievable, guys.

Speaker 7 (39:22):
I got to bounce, Colonel Harvey, where do people We're
going to get you back on hopefully tomorrow, Where do
people get you?

Speaker 3 (39:27):
In the interim.

Speaker 12 (39:29):
At Truth Social Derek Harvey and then on the web
it's just Derekharvey dot Org.

Speaker 7 (39:38):
We're going to talk about this radical infiltration into the America,
into the US Army, the Defense Department, all of it.
Will get to that tomorrow with Colonel Harvey. Ezra, where
do people go and get you?

Speaker 3 (39:48):
Sir?

Speaker 8 (39:49):
It's at Ezra Cohen on Twitter or X.

Speaker 7 (39:56):
Thank you, brother, appreciate you, Thank you to patriots. You
know what I consider a patriot. Somebody puts their career
and their life on the line in defense of their country.

Speaker 3 (40:06):
Those are two individuals who did it. And I saw
it up close and personal. I saw it.

Speaker 7 (40:12):
I did not understand the depth of this problem when
we first got to the White House first time.

Speaker 3 (40:15):
I did not.

Speaker 7 (40:17):
I knew it was bad. I didn't know how bad
it was. It was one hundred times worse than I thought.
And you had a couple of patriots. And the memory
of Sergeant rich Higgins should always be remembered and what
he did because they destroyed him. Okay, short break, Colonel
Mills are going to talk about breaking report. If I

(40:39):
just read this correct, this is an active duty green Beret.

Speaker 3 (40:44):
Two Army.

Speaker 7 (40:46):
Two Army personnel on terrorist attacks in the United States.
Think about that for a second. Two people who signed
up and serve this country.

Speaker 3 (40:56):
Short break. Here's your stephen ka ba Okay, welcome back.

Speaker 7 (41:07):
I want to make sure definitely get signed up and
get the free installation number six, free installment of end
of the Dollar Empire, modern monetary.

Speaker 3 (41:18):
Theory, and there will be a quiz on this.

Speaker 7 (41:20):
Everything is going to come on about the debt sailing
and reconciliation bills and all. This is going to be
tied around the financial situation of our beloved republic, which
is not good. And one of the reasons it's not
good is because of this idea. And so to understand
how we unwind this, you must understand how we got here.
That's what this installment's about. The idea that broke the world.

Speaker 3 (41:43):
Because we just don't have a problem here in the
United States of America. We got a problem. I don't know.

Speaker 7 (41:47):
You've seen government's turf down in the United Kingdom and
Germany and France and Canada and actually Biden all because
of kind of one of the central issues immigration, mass
immigration coupled with unlimited spending on that mass immigration has
got everybody wrapped around the axle. So to unwrap yourself
around the actually you got to understand at birch Gold

(42:09):
dot com slash ban and go check it out today,
get smart and talk to the folks at Birch Gold,
Colonel Mills, and about the breaking news. There's just a
block from the war room up on third and Northwest Washington,
Third and Constitution that they've Capitol Hill Police, who control
everything from eighth Street in is really not DC Metro,

(42:31):
it's really Capitol Hill Police around the Capitol. They're reporting
a suspicious vehicle gets parked over there. My point is
all kinds of things are going to be happening over
the next couple of days and weeks as people start
to focus on this. So it's happening around the nation's capital.
And now I'm just reporting what they've just put as
a special alert. Colonel John Mills, there's something very deep

(42:53):
and dark going on. There was not random what happened yesterday, folks,
Remember there are no coincidences.

Speaker 3 (43:00):
You had two army personnel.

Speaker 7 (43:03):
What a tech sergeant in New Orleans in an active
duty I believe he is being reported right now green
Beret in Las Vegas. Has the US Army under Austin
I know it's been building for years, has been Is
there a subterranean level of being taken over by radical jihatist.

Speaker 9 (43:22):
Sir, now, thank you Steve Well.

Speaker 13 (43:26):
Yes, this is the fruit of the indoctrination of DEI
and CRT, and which has been shown in study after study.
The more that that is hectored, the audience is hectored
by that, actually, the worse it becomes. I mean, Rutgers
just came out with a report on that. So Matthew,

(43:49):
let's talk about Matthew Levelsburger first. Also, apparently Times of
India's reporting that his wife was a very out Trump hater.
She watches the Trump feet every morning just so she
has the motivation to kill someone. This is radicalization by

(44:11):
the very forces saying they're trying to deradicalize.

Speaker 9 (44:16):
No, no, that's not what their intent is.

Speaker 13 (44:19):
They're actually creating the problem that they say they're attempting
to solve it.

Speaker 9 (44:23):
It started back in the nineties.

Speaker 13 (44:25):
It was sensitivity training, it was safe spaces, and then
it got worse and worse and worse, and under Bishop Garrison,
the DEISR under Austin. It just was hammering everybody, a
white Christian male nationalist with guns. That's the problem which

(44:46):
creates that hate and discontent.

Speaker 9 (44:49):
Which they say they're trying to solve.

Speaker 3 (44:50):
And that's so.

Speaker 13 (44:51):
I mean, it's been study after study. The more this
is hectored and hammered home, the worst it will become. So, yes,
we have a radicalization problem, all right, military, and it's
being created by this DII culture.

Speaker 9 (45:04):
Now it supposedly was.

Speaker 7 (45:10):
Hang on, hang on, hang on, I know, we got
to get to the total of this battle. Talk to
me about the Houston area though in northern Mexico. Have
Bensman up here in a moment. Why is it interesting
that the sergeant that did the New Orleans horrible situation.
If you want to see how horrible, go online and
see about the victims, particularly the victims that didn't die instantly.

(45:31):
The ones that died instantly, which is incomprehensible what happened
to them. But the ones that didn't die instantly and
had to suffer for hours before they died, and the
ones that still have critical injuries. It's unbelievable what these
people will do in delivering carnage. So tell me about
why is Houston, why should Houston in this northern Mexico
area be a particularly interest US.

Speaker 13 (45:53):
Well over a year ago, Steve we talked about essentially
the unngoverned space. Ungoverned space is extremely dangerous. It gives sanctuary,
sanctuary to who well, of course the cartels, but they
also have the Chinese special operators now running the cartels
in northern Mexico, plus Iranian intelligence plus isis this these

(46:14):
are this is sanctuary for training, logistics, and intelligence, and
Houston is really in many ways a forward operating base
for this, uh, this dangerous threat to America. So it's
not just the invasion across the border, it's the ungoverned
space in northern Mexico, which is a mortal danger because

(46:34):
that provides the keyword sanctuary for them to train, plan
and equipment.

Speaker 9 (46:40):
It is going on.

Speaker 13 (46:42):
And so there's these dots that need to be connected
here because it looks like sham Din Jabbar was was
down in the Houston area. His mosque has now been
referring any questions to h to care.

Speaker 9 (46:58):
So obviously you've.

Speaker 13 (47:00):
Chosen the nominal middle of the road spokesperson in Care.

Speaker 7 (47:06):
No, hang on, hang on, at Colonel Harvey, I mean
Colonel Bills. Hang on, I'm holders through. I've got Bensman
Posso Natalie no care has been designated a terrorist organization
by the UAE. Carer's the front guys. Okay, we're gonna
show short break. What very appropriate to end the first
hour with the with the Book of Revelations right now.

(47:31):
You know, I love this song so much from Saint
John the Evangelist, When a man comes around, Warpath coffee,
don't take it from me, take it from the world
Posse Warpath Dot coffee slash warm. You get your big discount,
but read some of the six thousand and five star,
not four star, not three star, five star review of

(47:51):
this coffee. We absolutely love. It's how we get jacked
up in the morning. Come on and give you these
magnificent rants. It's so so logical, you warpath coffee. It'll
flow out of you too, right, just just like Pericles
at Athens.

Speaker 3 (48:08):
Oh baby, what a mess? What a mess?

Speaker 7 (48:11):
Would you either believe we're at war with enemies far
and in domestic, with enemies far and in domestic?

Speaker 3 (48:17):
What does the oath say from enemies far and in domestic?
Either believe we are. You don't. If you don't, don't
have time for you.

Speaker 7 (48:28):
Gotta get focus, focus, discipline, purpose, urgency.

Speaker 3 (48:34):
The war imposs will be there. Focused. We're at war.
It's a war.

Speaker 7 (48:41):
We're gonna win too, Folks, gonna have some rough patches,
We're gonna win it.

Speaker 3 (48:46):
Of that, there is no doubt. As sure as the
turning of the earth short break. It's hard sleep with grit,
