Speaker 1 (00:02):
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray
for our enemies because we're going to medieval on these people.
You've not got a free shot. All these networks lying
about the people, the people have had a belly full
of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I
know you've tried to do everything in the world to
stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
It's going to happen. And where do people like that
go to share the big line? Mega media?
Speaker 3 (00:28):
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of
these people had a conscience.
Speaker 1 (00:33):
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country
will be saved.
Speaker 4 (00:43):
Worry.
Speaker 5 (00:44):
Here's your host, Stephen kvas.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
Okay. Wednesday, eight January, Y're of Verlwer twenty twenty five.
We had some technical parts Colonel Mills. Try to get
Colonel Mills back on again tomorrow. But we are on
full watch on this situation at South Korea, one of
our strongest allies. Remember the South Koreans. Not only did
they obviously fight shoulder to shoulder with us in uh
in the during the Korean War and the Korean War
(01:13):
is kind of the way I look at it still
an extension of World War Two, of the Great conflict,
because World War Two did not end by the signing
of the Surrender instrument in Tokyo Harbor. I think on
the USS Missouri he continued on, particularly with since the
State Department turned over Laobaijan and the Chinese as corrupt
(01:36):
and as bad as the Komantan was in shang Kai
shak he was no beauty, right, but they turned him
over to the to the basically to the Chinese Communist Party.
General Marshall in that crowd hoodwinked by the Chinese Commists Party.
We're still paying for that, and then bushed it again
after Tenement Square. Whole history of betrayals of of of
our one of our greatest allies, the Chinese people, not
(02:00):
the leadership to Chinese people. That's why go get Birch gold.
Now understand it. Talk to Philip Patrick, give you full access. Also,
don't miss an opportunity we can have. You have a
problem with your title if somebody's getting into your title
today and either sell your house which is maybe a
(02:22):
little probability, but take out a second mortgage you've already
the government's already given you a second mortgage, and ever
your household's got like a two hundred and twenty thousand
dollars essentially a second because of the debt on your
castle you can't afford. So you're paying taxes or fees
or sales taxes whatever kind to unbury unbury the government
(02:44):
from that. In addition, you can't have it either bad actor,
cyber criminal, or even somebody you know. I mean, one
of the things that Domingus Natalie Dimingus comes out of
these heartbreaking stories of you know, maybe a lawyer, maybe
a step son or daughter, maybe your own brother or sister.
(03:06):
Maybe you're a son or a daughter, you never know.
But somebody getting your tie of that title that time
is a contract just like your your contract, maybe even
better than you got for Social Security. So today we
need you at the ramparts. We can't have you worried
constantly about if something went wrong. Just go to home
title locke dot com today check it out. Bannon, EJ
(03:26):
and Tony, the Chinese Counties Party is not stupid. They
understand President Trump's a new sheriff in town. We're talking
about tariffs. President about trade all kind of very sophisticated
things that that Peter Navarre is working on, etc. Particularly
do this at scale. He's you know, he's talking about
a greater America that may include Canada. He was talking
about economic power yesterday with trade in tarifts and Canada.
(03:49):
The Chinese, which have had their own problem. Their big
problem is that in the beginning of the year they
wiped off I think seven trillion dollars of market cap
out of their companies because you start to see the
trummers that their business model is not working, which is
essentially state capitalism with communist dictatorial control right, and the
slave labor of the La Baijing is starting to get
(04:11):
ANTSI because the model is not working out, and overall
models to transfer that income from middle class America to
transfer it to the slave labor in China, hopefully build
a middle class that would support the Chinese commerce party
that has not worked out. They've had massive financial problems
at the end of the year, and now there's this
(04:31):
chart about the bond market. They're up to something. These
are not dumb people. These are very cunning. The Chinese
commists party they pay to be around over one hundred
years and to have the number of murders that they've
had and the butchery that they've had, the couple one
hundred million Chinese they've tortured to death, starved to death, murdered, killed,
(04:53):
whether it's in collectivizations, in the great leap forward in
the cultural revolution, that doesn't include that almost half a
bay and four hundred million miles. Grove's number is four
hundred and fifty million murders of Chinese babies and the
forced abortion eighty percent of those little girls. The hungry
ghost of China, demand and accountability, but the Chinese Counts party,
(05:16):
anybody's hung on that long and done what they've done
to their people, and still around. They've fall into the
category and the worm of tough ombrace and they are
not sitting here welcoming Donald Trump and the anti CCP
element of which I am honored to head in the
Maga movement, a couple with the with the Chinese patriots
that have been able to flee and get throughout the world.
(05:40):
So ea, J tell me what's going on, because some
of these charts that Koba Yashi and folks are putting
up have got me quite nervous. And Scott Bessen's got
a hard enough time with seven trillion dollars he's got
to refinance this year, besides everything else that happens in
this in the in the in the in the two reconciliations,
because there's going to be two reconciliations, walk me through
(06:02):
what you think through the minds of the Chinese Commist
Party they're trying to accomplish.
Speaker 3 (06:05):
Her Well, Steve, that's an absolutely great summation, and essentially
what we're seeing right now are extraordinary measures being taken
by the CCP, both in terms of fiscal as well
as monetary so called stimulus. In other words, the government
over in China is spending the equivalent of trillions of
(06:27):
US dollars in order to try to prop up their
failing economy, and it's failing for the exact reasons that
you mentioned, Steve. They're trying to have capitalism, but only
quasi capitalism with really what is state overseeing or essentially
almost like a kind of fascism, where the government is
trying to tell private actors everything they can and can't
(06:49):
do in the private economy. It clearly doesn't work, It
hasn't worked, and they've been surviving off of the wealth
transfer that you just describe, Steve, where they're essentially siphoning
wealth off of the American class and giving it to
the people in China. But that's all coming to an
end now, and so they're just spending money they don't have.
Their central bank is printing money in order to pay
(07:12):
for all of that unfunded spending, and the result is
that they are issuing tons and tons of new debt,
except there's no one to buy that debt. So who's
buying it the Chinese Central Bank, and that's why yields
on Chinese debt have absolutely collapsed. We actually saw the
exact same thing here during COVID. Despite the fact that
(07:33):
the government was again spending trillions of dollars, it didn't have,
yields on treasuries fell because the Fed essentially pledged to
buy all of that debt. We also saw the exact
same thing at the outbreak of World War One in
Great Britain when they held they pretended to hold really
these bond rallies where they would get people to buy
(07:54):
the debt of the British government, and that was supposed
to be a sign of a people's comment confidence in
the British Pound and in the British government, the fact
that the yields on that debt were falling. Except it
turned out that one hundred years later, documents were finally
released showing that the Bank of England was the chief
purchaser of all of that government debt. In other words,
(08:16):
there was no confidence in the pound, there was no
confidence in the British government, and it was simply the
Bank of England again buying all of that debt. So
we're seeing the exact same thing today in China. That's
why the yields on Chinese debt have absolutely collapsed. It's
not because people all of a sudden have confidence in
the Chinese regime.
Speaker 2 (08:37):
They don't.
Speaker 3 (08:37):
Instead, again it's the central bank stepping in and printing
the money to pay for all of this Chinese debt. Now,
the question is how is this going to impact Americans? Right,
because we're about America first. The problem here is that
this devaluation of the Chinese you on the rimenbe is
going to give their exporters another big advantage over America
(09:00):
and domestic producers because it's going to affect the relative
value of those currencies. In other words, it will make
it look like Chinese goods are even cheaper than they
already are. So one of the things that the Chinese
Communist Party aims to achieve right now in all of
these monetary maneuvers is again to further rob the American
people of our ability to compete with them on the
(09:23):
world stage. And this is something that was going on
back during the first Trump administration. The previous Treasury Secretary
Minuchin was supposed to be all over it.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
He only was for a.
Speaker 3 (09:34):
Little bit and then kind of gave up with policing
the currency manipulations by the Chinese Communist Party. And I
think Scott Bessen is going to do a much better
job than Steve Mnuchin did of really staying on top
again of all the monetary manipulations out of the Chinese
Communist Party. And we're going to have to not only
stay on top of it, but we're going to have
to punish these bad actors as they try to manipulate
(09:58):
currency markets and give them, they are exporters in unfair
advantage over our domestic producers. This is about protecting American
industry and protecting American jobs, and therefore American people.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
Ej Are they or doctor Antoni. Are they doing this
to front load and get ahead of They know President
Trump's going to come in with tariffs. They understand he's
going to renegotiate these trade deals. Are they trying to
do this to get ahead of it, to make sure
that they're even not even more competitive? But they're basically
(10:33):
loading up the debt to undercut prices. So this is
where their state state capitalism comes in. Is this to
get ahead of what they know President Trump, with Navarro
and Bessent are going to go.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
Steve, that's a great way to put it. It's very
similar to when retailers will jack up their prices right
before Black Friday and then they have a so called
Black Friday sale where the prices are now twenty five
percent off. Okay, but you just raised the prices twenty
five percent the week or the month before, so it's
not really a sale at all. The Chinese are trying
(11:07):
the Chinese Communist Party is trying to do the same
thing here, so they're essentially going to make their exports
even more artificially cheap than they already are, so that
when the currently proposed tariffs get actually put into place,
it essentially just resets the chessboard, so that they're hoping
that things will be right back to where they were
(11:30):
a month or two ago. Again, this is where I'm very,
very hopeful that Trump, that vestent, that Navarro will be
all over this. And one of the key ways I
think that we can keep an eye on this Steve
is something that Judy Shelton highlighted not that long ago
in a recent book of hers where she talked about
the currency manipulations that country is like China, are engaged in.
(11:52):
And a good way to monitor that would be to
look at how much gold does the dollar buy versus
how much gold does the membe buy, and as you
see the remembe falling behind gold faster than the US dollar,
that is a good numerre In other words, it's a
good objective standard by which you can measure both currencies
(12:13):
to see which is devaluing faster. Now that's not to
say that the dollar has been great against gold. It
clearly hasn't. That's one of the reasons why so many people,
including myself, have been recommending that people buy gold as
an inflation hedge. However, the Chinese rememby has been even worse,
and it's a sign that they are trying to devalue
their currency even faster than we have devalued our currency.
(12:35):
Here and again, the aim there is to give themselves
an unfair advantage in global markets. And so you can
very easily then tie a kind of teriff y non
tariff barrier to the relative gold price of different currencies.
In other words, if you're if you Chinese Communist Party,
are going to devalue your currency relative to gold, relative
(12:58):
to the US dollar, then we are going to impose
a tax on everything you send to this country that.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
Makes up for the difference.
Speaker 3 (13:06):
If you're going to allow your currency to fall to
lose let's say, half of its value, then we're going
to put one hundred percent tax on that in order
to re again reset the playing field and try to
put us on a level playing field. And again, all
of this goes back to this idea that they are
going to try to make up for the inherent failures
(13:29):
within their system by siphoning wealth off of the American
middle class.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
As you're articulated, Steve.
Speaker 1 (13:37):
Ejkn you hey, every one, I hold you for a
few minutes after this break beggar thy neighbor and military
might Frank Gaffe and the team over they're showing that
they're having a bigger military buildup for dollars than Hitler
had in the starting in the mid nineteen thirties. And
now you've got the beggar thy neighbor monetary policy in
(14:00):
the trade policies. When this all fails, and it will
fail for the Chinese Counties Party, their pivot to keep
the folks at bay is to point to the foreign
devils and say, we got to go to war. That's
why what's happening in South Korea. So South Korea to
the Third World War, is Bloody Kansas to the Civil
War or Spain nineteen thirty five. It's happening, folks, This
(14:26):
is happening. It's happening on our watch. This is what
President Trump's walking into. A geopolitical global geopolitical fiasco, exacerbated
by the clowns at Morning Joe, and of course the
illegitimate regime of Biden. This is much much, much more
(14:48):
dangerous than the late nineteen thirties. By five orders of magnitude,
short break American, use your host.
Speaker 5 (15:01):
Stephen came back.
Speaker 1 (15:07):
As sure as the turning of the Earth is gonna
get a lot uglier folks. You know we've given you
a heads up on everything, but this one is going
to quite rapidly spend out of control. Chase Medical Jase
Medical is back with us. You know they're the guys
doctor Sean and the team that saw the supply chain
problems with your basic core medicines. That's problem has not
nothing's been done nothing, It's still the same problem. Go
(15:31):
to jasmedical dot com today, slash ban and make sure
you go get on the site, work it all the
way through. You can't be caught short on this. Impossible,
can't do it. That's a way to lose a warm
posse member. We're gonna need everybody at the ramparts so
jasmedical dot com. They explained the whole thing about the
supply chain and nothing's changed. I actually would argue it's
(15:52):
gotten worse. So they have total control and they will
use that control. They're gonna use every They're gonna use
everything they've got in their toolbox. Jasmedical dot Com slash
Bannon ej as sure as the turning of the earth,
they're what they're doing financially can't be successful. Here's why
the system's totally corrupt, totally inefficient. They got slave labor
(16:14):
that's tired of it. When they had the opportunity, they
didn't build the consumer economy, although I thought that was
a reach to begin with. When this collapses and they're
not the prime reserve currency, they try to do the
thing with make the R and B in a basket,
go some sort of go backing. They've done deals output
deals with the Saudi's, with the with the Persians for oil.
(16:35):
They're doing the same thing with the Russians. But it's
clearly not going to work. It just can't work because
they're not the prime reserve currency. People don't have to
take the wand like they got to take the dollar. Right. So,
as this collapses, is this going to be a chain reaction?
Is this just China or do you see this virus
throughout the world, this financial virus throughout the world.
Speaker 3 (16:56):
Steve very much as a virus, and very much is
throughout the world drabs right. And one of the really
scary things is that we are essentially seeing countries try
to move away from the dollar as a way to
shield themselves from having it, from getting any kind of punishment.
I guess from the United States before Russia invaded any
(17:17):
of any of the territories around its borders. What did
it do. It got rid of all its holdings of
US debt and it also started buying gold. It has
continued that gold buying spree, and we're seeing the exact
same thing out of the Central Bank of China. Now
China is also selling off its holdings of US debt.
They used to be the biggest purchaser and the biggest holder,
(17:39):
they are now neither. In fact, now they're a net
seller of US debt. You know, that's also going to
create some difficulties in this year ahead for the Trump
administration as they try to refinance so much existing debt.
They so many countries around the world selling that debt.
But still the fact remains that you have all of
(17:59):
these different bad actors around the world who are getting
off the dollar and who are stockpiling gold. You mentioned
Germany in the nineteen thirties they did something very very similar.
So it's not good, Steve. They're trying to isolate themselves
from any kind of dollar based repercussions. And again as
they continue to stockpile gold, I think.
Speaker 1 (18:21):
That's a very bad and hang on this, this is
what this is what Biden did that we strongly recommend against.
And I'm a huge believer in economic warfare. I think
you can. I think you can cut the defense budget
if you're smart. But the economic warfare has got to
go to the capital markets. Part of all that what
Biden did. Remember what the Russians did have in US banks?
It was dollar denominated, Yellen and the Biden regime they confiscated.
(18:47):
We didn't even do this to the Nazis. They confiscated.
So therefore the town the Russians, hey, under no circumstances,
is going to have anything dollar denominated. This is one
of the reason you got to go talk to Birch
Gold right now. The world's central banks are gold to
stella record rates. Don't take it from me. Talk to
an expert. Go to Birch Gold today, get Philip Patrick,
go online, check it out. But that buying a gold
(19:10):
by the central banks throughout the world should not be
looked at as a total positive. Folks understand it helps
gold and helps your holdings, but hey, in the macro
of it is it shows you that key players from
the Swift system where we monitor everything and can stop
their transfer of financial assets to the ability the US
(19:31):
government for the first time. How do you think they
did the last fifty baiting for Ukraine. We essentially stole
the Russian people's money. I hate to be so blunt
about it, but we stole their money. That's not lost
on them. These are these people throughout the world are
smart and they're tough. This is why we are hurtling
towards something. And here's why it's more dangerous than the
nineteen thirties because the scale of the weaponry. You have
(19:56):
chemical Look at fentanyl. You have chemical weapons, you have
biological weapons. Look at the COVID. You have nuclear weapons
now spreading all over. You have armies. The lethality these
armies is an order of ten of what it was
in World War Two. The twentieth century is the most
barbaric sent the short twentieth century from August of nineteen
(20:16):
fourteen to the fall of Tieneman Square, in the fall
of the Berlin Wall in June to November of nineteen
eighty nine, I call that the short twentieth century. That
was almost a continuous war either hot or cold, with
the cold still having the hot tap is still running.
We killed, murdered, slaughtered. I don't know five hundred million
(20:38):
people in wars in suppressions like the Chinese Cameras Party.
They will look at that as a time. The Second
Dark Age, the barbarism of the twentieth century is what
comes out of how many people were murdered and slaughtered
and died in concentration camps where gas or starved. Look
at the holocausts in what the Nazis did in Poland things.
(20:59):
Look at what happened in Ukraine by Stalin and the
Bolsheviks in the nineteen thirties. You basically living in Kansas
and they starve you to death. Look what happened. The
barbarity and the cannibalism that came up in the starving
of people, and the great lead forward the collectivization of
the farms, horrible, unimaginable. We are hurtling as sure as
(21:21):
night follows day. We're hurtling to that right now. This
is the late nineteen thirties. We have not learned any lessons,
and this one President Trump's stepping into and thank God
in Heaven, He's the one stepping into it. As much
as that will be a curse for him to have
to turn it around, think of who else you would had.
(21:41):
I mean, think about that for a second. This is
why he's providential. Yes, he's quite imperfect, yep, quite imperfect,
as all of us are. But for this moment in time,
the nation could not have a better leader, and the
world cannot have a better leader. But e j I'm
telling you that the numbers are flashing. It's going from
(22:04):
a flashing yellow to a flashing red. One of the
customers because the Chinese Commerce Party, they've killed. They murdered
two hundred million Chinese citizens and butchered another four hundred
million babies. It's almost a billion people. And they didn't
mound These guys. Don't blink an eye, Dan Showping, they
don't blink an eye. She they don't blink an eye.
(22:27):
You take their you take their blood pressure, then wouldn't
it wouldn't be up. There'd be resting blood pressure, resting
blood pressure. You think they're going to give this upplicas
they understand, they give it up. They're they're gone, and
they're gone, and they're not going to be gone in
a good way. La Baijing got a lot of built up.
You think the kid that gunned that guy down in
cold blood, Shine'm in the back of point blank range.
(22:49):
You think they got rage, you see what's happening. You
see what's underneath the surface in China because they have
real rage. The cultural revolution, the force collectivizations, in the
in the hunger, in the in the bar barity. The
Chinese com is probably the most brutal dictatorship in world history.
What they've done to these people and to keep them.
They're going to turn and say, the farn devils, the
feign devils, brought this on us, and we've got to
(23:10):
take Taiwan first, and it's going to be We're going
to take East Asia. We're starting in South Korea. It's
going to explode like you've never seen anything in your life.
It's coming. Sure, it's coming. Sure is the turning of
the earth. Ej A and TONI. Where do people get
your social media?
Speaker 3 (23:27):
Best place to find me is on x the handle
there is at real ej Antoni and Steve real Quick.
One of the other things we're going to be keeping
an eye out for is to see if the deep
state here is going to try to do to Donald
Trump and Scott Bessen what they did to Liz trust
Over in the UK. Where as soon as their economic
policies were unveiled, they immediately caused disruptions in the guilt markets.
(23:48):
What would be the treasury markets here. Don't underestimate the
deep state ability to try to do that here, and
that could also be part of what's going on behind
the recent rise in treasury yields.
Speaker 1 (24:00):
Yeah, we're going to get into the bond market tomorrow.
I'll talk to you tonight. We'll come back to you.
It's very very very concerning. Unlike Liz, trust though, Best
and Trump will actually have a plan that the capital
markets will understand. Now, if you start seeing anything there,
you're going to know something's up. One hundred percent agree
with you. The lords of easy money are not the bat.
(24:21):
They're not going to back off control of the earth
just because we just because we say, hey, here's the plan,
and we want to execute the plan.
Speaker 5 (24:30):
EJ.
Speaker 1 (24:30):
And Tony. But we'll go to your social media. We'll
go to your Twitter. It's incredible, Thank you, sir, Thank you, Steve. Okay,
so you've got the connect part of the third World War.
Trump will do have to do that we just talked about.
The financial is going to have to do that. It's
on his spare time. He's got to deport I don't
know fifteen million people you tell me who don't want
(24:51):
to be deported Todd Bensman ground zero for that. The
center you've got these amazing articles come up right now,
and you're the guy who's been warned us about us
for years. It's one of the reasons President Trump's in
the White houses. You're you're you're reporting in CIS is reporting,
particularly this audience, to empower them. You were saying, guys,
I know we got the border. I know you get
(25:11):
the Rio gun Vella, you got South Texas, you got Arizona.
But man, the centerpiece of this baby is going to
be Chicago, Illinois. Why do you say that, sir?
Speaker 6 (25:20):
Well, for for one reason, Tom Homan went there a.
Speaker 2 (25:24):
Few weeks ago and was not welcomed.
Speaker 6 (25:27):
The mayor of Chicago basically stood as ground and said,
we are not giving up any immigrants to you or ice,
height and nail all the way through. And Homan's response was, Hey,
We're coming to Chicago on day one.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
We're going to take uh.
Speaker 2 (25:47):
For actions to ortation.
Speaker 6 (25:51):
It looks like Chicago's kind of forming an epicenter, a
center of conflict between the Trump and administration and these
uber blue cities that don't want to up even their
criminal aliens, which is something.
Speaker 2 (26:09):
That's unbelievable, like what elected.
Speaker 6 (26:12):
Leader anywhere would want to inflict criminal aliens on the operation,
But they're planning to do that in the state to Todd, Todd,
hang on for one second.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
This hang on one second. We're holding through the break.
Todd Benson from cis author of the leading books on
this topic, Overrun. That is a magnificent piece and one
of the great reporters out there. Chicago's the epicenter of
the deportations, the sanctuarous city. That's where it's going to
come to a head. Short break back.
Speaker 5 (26:47):
In a moment, use your Stephen came back.
Speaker 1 (27:06):
We're taking care of a small technical problem with Todd
Benzman and Todd is also we're going to reboot that
because I got to get to the bottom of this.
We're two weeks away from this, the trigger being pulled
on the EOS. The EO is being worked on right
now Office of Legal Counsel given the fairness opinions. So
this train is leaving the station. Baby. They haven't done
the two reconciliations and they're not going to have the
(27:29):
immigration border deportation legislation ready to go. I think, but
time President finishes us with the Senate today because Stuning
Graemar on our site and all this, and it finishes
with the House Freedom caucause another is at mar Lago
on Friday. That will be in consensus. Has got to
be two and you've got to get out there. That
being said, the executive orders are going home and Miller
(27:51):
are going to work, and Todd Bensman has nailed it,
and people got to focus. It's not gonna be the
real Grand Valley in South Texas. They're going to be big,
but the centerpiece is gonna be sanctuary cities, and the
one they're going to take on it's going to be Chicago.
Mike Davis is breaking news. Mike, help me out here.
I thought, Merrick Garland, these guys were sworn. I thought
they were all ruled law people and we're all terrible
(28:11):
and we got to go to prison and we got
to do this. A federal judge Kennon came in and said, look,
I've just wanted to do a complete standdown on this
Jack Smith report. This is another way to sameir Trump.
This Jack Smith report. My phone's blown up. Now they're
telling me that Merrick Garland has decided on his own
(28:32):
to give it to the committee for a camera review.
Can you explain to me what's going on and how
could that possibly be legal?
Speaker 2 (28:37):
Sir?
Speaker 4 (28:38):
Yeah, Jack Smith brought to bogus cases against President Trump.
Speaker 2 (28:43):
There is the.
Speaker 4 (28:44):
Case in DC with d c Obama Judge Tanya Shutkin,
where Jack Smith charged President Trump for the non crime
of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by
the Electoral Account Act of eighteen eighty seven and the
first amendment that The second case that Jack Smith brought
was down in Florida for the non crime of a
(29:06):
former president having his presidential records in the office of
former president, which is allowed under the Presidential Records Act.
Speaker 2 (29:13):
Jack Smith charged Trump with espionage for that right.
Speaker 4 (29:16):
And so the January sixth case in DC has been
completely thrown out against President Trump, and he was the
only defendant down in Florida. The case was thrown out
against Trump because he's the president elect.
Speaker 2 (29:31):
But there are two other co defendants.
Speaker 4 (29:34):
And here's what they're trying to do with this Special
Council report. It is a one sided political drive by
shooting a last a last ditch efforts by Merrick Garland
and Joe Biden and their henchman, Jack Smith to do
this smear of President Trump with this one sided report.
(29:56):
If they issue this report, it's President Trum can't respond
to it in a courtroom. He can't call witnesses, he
can't present his own evidence, he can't he can't confront
their witnesses.
Speaker 2 (30:09):
It is a political drive by shooting.
Speaker 4 (30:13):
And with the case in DC, they it looks like
Jack Smith is going to release that reports. With the
Chuckkin case and then with the Florida case. The Florida case,
Jack Smith, it looks like he says he's not going
(30:34):
to release the report publicly because there are two other
co defendants, but he's going to let members of Congress.
Speaker 2 (30:42):
Merrick Garland and Jack Smith are going to have members.
Speaker 4 (30:45):
Of Congress do what they call an in camera review,
which means a private review. And I'll tell you, for
someone who's worked in Congress in both the House and
the Senate, if you give members of Congress anything in
in camera review, it's going to leak out to the
public immediately.
Speaker 2 (31:03):
This is bogus. This is unprecedented, and it's very interesting.
Speaker 4 (31:09):
You would you would think as a lawyer and as
an officer of the court, like Merrick Garland is, he
would be he would want to be very careful because
not only does he have his duties in the Justice Department,
including the Office of Professional Responsibility, he also has obligations
to the bars to which he is admitted, And it
(31:31):
is unethical for lawyers to put out one sided reports
like this when there aren't charges pending.
Speaker 1 (31:42):
But this is rasking that these guys are going to
get it and they're going to leak all the They're
going to leak all the They're going to take the
most stuff that Smith has slanted in the worst way,
and they're going to leak that to the media. So
you're just going to get the New York Times on MSNBC.
They're going to have a mantra the week before President
Trump is it takes the is inaugurated to try to
(32:02):
smear President Trump. I mean, that's the purpose, right.
Speaker 2 (32:05):
That's the purpose.
Speaker 4 (32:06):
That's the purpose of mershawn in New York trying to
sentence Trump on January tenth. That's the purpose of Merrick
Garlands trying to release this deranged Jack Smith's one sided
political drive by shooting.
Speaker 2 (32:20):
And I would say to these guys, have fun. Now,
have fun.
Speaker 4 (32:23):
I hope you enjoy your fun like petulant children throwing
your peas against the wall, because guess what.
Speaker 2 (32:30):
On January twentieth at noon.
Speaker 4 (32:32):
President Trump's going to get inaugurated and it's going to
be the Trump forty seven Justice Department. And listen, boys,
we're going to go from you guys being the hunters
to the Trump forty seven Justice Department being the hunters.
You're going to go from being the hunters to the
hunted on January twentieth at noon. So keep having fun,
(32:55):
keep throwing your peas on the wall, because this is
going to come back and bite you in the ass.
Speaker 1 (33:02):
Uh the Mershon situation, President Trump Krevin lost at the
appeals court. I guess he can go to the New
York Supreme Court. I don't know if that can he
go to federal court. How do you stop uh Mershaan
from from doing what the you know, MSNBC send their
slabbign all over themselves to try to get President Trump
a sentence here? How do you stop that?
Speaker 4 (33:24):
President Trump filed an emergency petition with the Supreme Court
of the United States this morning, the Supreme Court gave
Judge Murshawan and Alvin Bragg these Sorrow's puppets until I
think it was nine am tomorrow to respond. This is
on the Supreme Court's emergency docket. And this should be
(33:47):
a nine to nothing decision. If the Supreme Court has
any integrity whatsoever, if they're not just three partisan hacks
and six Republican weeklings, this should be a nine to
nothing decision.
Speaker 2 (34:02):
The Supreme Court should stop this because guess what.
Speaker 4 (34:06):
We don't live in a country where local, highly partisan
prosecutors and judges can sentence a president elect and throw
him in prison potentially that even though one Marshon says
he's probably not going to do that, he left that
as a possibility. We don't live in a third world
(34:28):
Marxist hell hole where this can happen. Because guess what,
even if Marshon does not throw Trump in prison this time,
what's to say that it doesn't happen next time?
Speaker 2 (34:38):
After this precedent is set.
Speaker 4 (34:41):
That this local conflicted, partisan, dangerous, destructive judge, corrupt judge
one Marshon or any other judge can tell the president
elect you have to come into a sentencing hearing ten
days before you're inaugurated on these bogus charges that were
brought in against you. And if if you're not a
(35:02):
good boy, if you're not a good president elect, I'll
throw you in prison. We don't live in a third
world Marxist tell we don't live in a Banana Republic.
I know that's where one Vershon came from, but that's
not America.
Speaker 1 (35:18):
So just process wise, I want to make sure the
audience has a critical path here. President Trump filed today
Boris and the team. Then they've given them till nine
am tomorrow for Tiss James, the geniuses at the at
the New York you know, Alvin Bragg and Tish James
in company, right to respond nine am, Mershon. I think
(35:41):
it's ten am on Friday morning, so tomorrow's Thursday. Well,
the Supreme cour put a stay on that while they
review this or is this a decision they can make?
You seem to me they got it. This is a
little complicated, the fact that you've got state law all
of that. Will they put a stay on this, so
Mershawn's put on hold until they render a decision. I
think this is one that just turn around and say
(36:03):
that it ain't happen in.
Speaker 4 (36:04):
Vershon, I think that the Supreme Court should order administrative
stay and tell him to stop all proceedings on this
until this is resolved on the merits by the Supreme
Court of the United States.
Speaker 2 (36:18):
Is very, very very simple. Again, it should be nine
to nothing.
Speaker 4 (36:23):
I don't expect the three partisan hens on the Supreme
Court to go along with this. Let's just hope that
the Chief Justice and Justice amy Cony.
Speaker 2 (36:33):
Barrett's and.
Speaker 4 (36:36):
Justice Kavanaugh, Let's just hope that they find and keep
their backbones on this. This is a very simple rule
because think about the precedent that we'll be set here,
that a local partisan prosecutor and judge can sentence the
president elect ten days before.
Speaker 2 (36:53):
His inauguration for non crimes right and put him in prison.
So do we want to set that precedent?
Speaker 4 (37:00):
Do we watch one Moreshawn's Columbia or wherever whatever third
world Dunky came from.
Speaker 2 (37:05):
Do we want that to be imported into America?
Speaker 1 (37:10):
By the way, I want to check his status anyway,
and there's some fishy about his whole status. Well that
that will leave that for another day. Mike Davis, besides
all the fighting and This is why Boris and the
team are so important. Folks. This is going to continue
out to President Trump's office. Don't think these people they
will do anything anything to stop Trump and the Trump movement.
Speaker 5 (37:31):
But I want to go.
Speaker 1 (37:33):
I'm making a NASA at six o'clock today. Todd's going
to be back because I need some time to go
through Todd of this home and Miller in Chicago. But
my question to you is, on the twentieth, we turn
to action, and as you know, we're going to get
into the weaponization and all the investigations. That's a whole
side thing. But in this critical uh, this critical you know,
(37:53):
event and process of the deportation, the mass deportation of
fifteen million illegal alien invaders. I know, we we got
to investigate how that happened and who was responsible, just
the physical process. Chicago has already come out and said
the Homan went there last week and the mayor said, hey,
guess what, I'm a sanctuary city.
Speaker 5 (38:12):
We're not.
Speaker 1 (38:12):
You don't have any say so here. We're going to
fight and stop you every step of the way. Mike
Davis on the execution and implementation of President Trump's major
promise to the American people to rid the nation of
the fifteen million illegal alien invaders that Biden invited in here.
Where's this going to go in court? Because I imagine
if you look at the order of succession that we
(38:33):
went through on Saturday, they came out the order succession
for the Attorney General. The number two guy is wait
for it, the US attorney in Arizona, who's an open
borders guy, right, So he's going to sit there and
try to thwart from the Justice Department itself. Tell me
how we're going to get around this madness is going
to take place on the afternoon of the twentieth of January.
Speaker 2 (38:54):
Sir.
Speaker 4 (38:55):
I think Tom Holman, who I think is a hero,
has already made this very clear to these Democrat mayors
and governors who go on TV and pretend like they're
going to obstruct President Trump's immigration policy and agenda.
Speaker 2 (39:09):
You're going to commit a federal crime if you do that.
Speaker 4 (39:11):
So this Chicago mayor is going to end up in
federal prison if he does this, because it is illegal
to aid and a bet illegal immigration.
Speaker 2 (39:22):
It is illegal to.
Speaker 4 (39:23):
Obstruct the federal government in carrying out its statutory duties
to deport these illegal immigrants. And there are very serious
federal felonies on the books. In addition to that, there's
conspiracy if they're if they're working with anyone else to
carry out these felonies.
Speaker 2 (39:43):
I would say this, it'd be a great way to
get rid of these these mayors and.
Speaker 4 (39:49):
These Democrat hellholes is just charge them with federal felonies
for aiding up, betting and obstructing and conspiring.
Speaker 2 (39:56):
So go ahead and do it.
Speaker 4 (39:57):
I would love to see that happen because I think
Pam Bondi is a pretty tough woman and I don't
think she's gonna put up with it.
Speaker 1 (40:08):
Uh, Mike, can you hang on for a second. I
want to talk about this situation in North Carolina at
the Supreme Court. MSNBC has been in meltdown over it.
And the one of the reasons it's so vitally important, folks.
I know, all the work that you do and for
the congressman, the senators, and for the president, the state
legislatures are vitally important, and these elections for judges, judges
(40:30):
on the Supreme courtse of these states is vitally important.
So much goes through them. So we're gonna take a
short commercial break Birch Gold dot com. I think we've
made the case for gold today. What you ought to
find out is how it works for you. Go to
Birch gold dot com. Talk to Philip patrickan team. Ask them, Hey,
Bannon's saying, these central banks are buying it more than
they've ever bought it. He'll confirm that, but I'll talk
(40:50):
to you about how you can use as a hedge.
Birch gold dot com slash Bannon go check it out.
Speaker 5 (40:55):
Today, Huge Stephen k Bath.
Speaker 1 (41:04):
Todd Ben's was going to come back and join us six.
I need time to go through with Todd today. Everything
is going on Warpath Coffee. Want to know how I
get jacked up to those great rants in the morning
Warpath Coffee. Go to Warpath that coffee slash warm. You
get a big fifteen percent discount. More importantly, don't take
it from me, take it from six thousand five star reviews.
(41:25):
Spend some time there. Try some different coffees. The Dark
Ross is my baby, The Mariners Blend. Hey, Mady, because
I love black Navy coffee, and you can drink this
black and will put cream and sugar into It's that
Tage Gil on the team done an amazing job. Warpath
Dot Coffee, go check it out today. Davis, you know,
(41:48):
Jason Miller's not going in. Boris Epstein's not going in.
Mike Davis is not going in. Steve benn is not
going to go in. Liz Harrington is not going to
go in. There's a day, Boss, He's not going to
go in. I could go on and on of people
that are going to be on the outside supporting President
Trump because he's going to need it, because they're going
to try to drop the anvil on him. He got
(42:09):
a great team inside. The White House is staffed up.
You got the Navars of the world. The Susie Will's
over there putting together a great team. You've got the agencies. Mike,
I know you're too humble to say it. You're the
key in the first term of getting these judges through.
You do murder boards better than anybody. I know. You're
working around the clock on the confirmations right now. We
(42:29):
need Article three. The reason Mike's staying on the outside
and not going in as the Viceroy is because of
Article three. I want people to go. Where do they go?
How do they sign up? How do they participate because folks,
when we say these groups are staying on the outside
or these individuals, we are all going to have groups,
the Worm Posse and others that are assisting to drive
(42:49):
the Trump agenda going forward, because the fight now is
going to get more and more intense and nastier and nastier.
Mike Davis, where do to folks go?
Speaker 4 (42:57):
Well, first of all, I want to say, where is
my warpath coffee, my warpath whiskey? You want your warpath coffee.
I want my warpath whiskey. Number two, I think that
we're not going in, Steve. If you just listed that
cabal of people, I think Susie probably would get a
restraining order if we tried to go in.
Speaker 2 (43:16):
So that's.
Speaker 1 (43:20):
I didn't I didn't need I didn't need to.
Speaker 2 (43:22):
Say that I love Susie, but she doesn't need that
chaos in the White House.
Speaker 1 (43:27):
And number three, she does not need it.
Speaker 4 (43:29):
She does not need it God, and you know what
thank God say on the outside, Steven, here's why President
Trump did not have the outside support team, support structure
that he needed the last time, and that is critically important.
That's why I started the Article three project because I
was the Chief council for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee,
(43:50):
and I saw during the Kavanaugh confirmation that there is
a major void on the right people like you and
I and others who have that insider experience but have
an outsider mindset and who are fighting irish. You're drinking coffee,
I'm drinking whiskey. But we need we need that structure
on the outside. So we have I started the Article
(44:12):
three project. You can go to Article three projects dot
org article number three project dot org.
Speaker 2 (44:18):
You can donate there, you can follow us on social media.
The most important thing you can do is take action, action,
action action.
Speaker 4 (44:28):
This is where we got put on the map is
during the Katanji Brown Jackson confirmation. When I came on
here and had the War Room Posse light up the
Senate switchboard and call both of their home state senators.
It melts it down the Senate and that it shows
you how effective we are with the Article three projects.
Teaming up with the War Room Posse, we really move
(44:50):
the needle. We have moves the needle on President Trump's
cabinet picks. Cash Bettel and Pete Hegseth were dead on arrival.
Everyone and including at the very top, thought they were
dead on arrival, and then we sprang into action, and
three days later we went from dead on arrival to
when can they start?
Speaker 1 (45:12):
Pete Heggsath was forty five minutes away from being removed,
dropped in, somebody else coming in. And when people got
focused on this Pete Hexath, I don't I'm not saying
he's going to glide through, but Pete Heggs is going
to be Secretary of Defense and we need Pete Hexath.
I got to bounce. I'm go a doe North Carolina.
Maybe it's six. I'll track you down later to talk
about this. It's too important, but it, Mike said, Remember
(45:33):
I started waring impeachment. We didn't start when I first
left the White House. I didn't start it until September
October of twenty nineteen. Why there was no outside group
at the time. There was really focused on President Trump
and the impeachment issue. Mike Davis, thank you so much.
Mike Lindell, You've been a warrior from the beginning. Really
appreciate your prison ministry. Yesterday, I've heard nothing but rave
reviews about it. I understand he gave me a great
(45:55):
radical already yesterday, the radical radical attorney general is trying
to shut you down all your charities in Minnesota. So
sell me a pillow and let me get some let
me get some sheets from you.
Speaker 7 (46:09):
Brother. We got we got a bigger surprise, Steve yesterday.
Yesterday with the Lindale Recovery Network was down in Texas
and we're working with all the prisons with my pillow
and the Lindale offense. I mean the Lindo Recovery Network.
And he asked, Keith Ellison is attacking us. But one
of the products we were coming out that was going
to be supporting the Lindo Recovery Network. I've decided to
(46:31):
offer it to the war room polse through my pillow.
This is the cross I wear. You guys have all asked.
You got the women's size here with it said, it's reversible.
You got the mother pearl look look on the front
and then the back on the back, and you've got
and the one that I wear there is the Micross.
This is a war room exclusive. There's I think don't
(46:55):
even know how many were made. One hundred percent meet
in the USA. I partner with a company actually in Michigan,
this has been going per year. They're finally in and
I decided to put it on the war room a
policy today. You're gonna save up to thirty percent with
that promo code war Room and you go to the
website and just add it to your order.
Speaker 2 (47:17):
Go to the website.
Speaker 7 (47:18):
There you can find out all about the micross and
they and then we have the flannel sheets, you guys,
once they're going they're gone, there's still there's still every
color left in the sizes Queen size fifty ninety eight,
King size sixty ninety eight. And then we have if
you have that clearance event that's still going on. That's
in the upper right. So all these things going on,
but you guys got to check out the crosses. This
(47:41):
is this has probably been my most requested item over
the last few years, is the cross that I wear always.
And so you kind of coincided with yesterday's event, and
I decide to do it today for the war room.
So eight eight seven three, one zero six two my
operation that can tell you all all about the crosses
(48:03):
and UH and gets you the best deals in history
on my pillow. This helps us. We are under attack.
Keith Ellison has come after my Lindell Recovery Network, which
I spent all day yesterday, get prison in Texas. And
by the way, everybody, my pillow is now going to
be putting pillows in, donating them to certain prisons in
Texas and a pilot program pillows, blankets, beds, you name it.
Speaker 1 (48:29):
Steve, we gotta get you. I gotta work with you
and get you a Danbury man. No pillows, Mike, thank
you so much. Charlie Kirk is going to follow us
back from Greenland. I believe President Trump just put out
on a tweet about the new ambassador of Denmark says
it's a national security necessity for the United States of
America to acquire Greenland. We'll deal with that at five
(48:51):
to six post so two we're back five to seven
to night. See the
