with President Trump down in North Carolina. This is an

the community to get these guys.

the Palisades. He said, they're not going to comply either.
So what happened yesterday and last night and today? Are
they complying? Are we actually getting the prisoners out of
the local, the city and state, state prison, city jails

and putting them on a tarmac and then putting them
on a plane.

Sir, well, we are, but we're having to go into
the communities. We're not getting them out of the jails.
They're not letting them out of the jails. So the
the the jails and the prisons, the city, the county
jail here, they're not letting ice, they're not cooperating with
ICE detainers. So what that means is ICE then has

to go find these guys in the community, and it
endangers everything that the left, the media is talking about,
everything the Democrats are talking about, all the fear mongering
these guys are talking about.

after your arrest, and you know it's been seventy two hours.

I had an attorney reach out to me because I
can't still I still can't get a hold of my
attorney that actually paid but sore you all, you know,
I have some people reach out and an attorney reached
out to me yesterday and he got on the phone
with the court system this morning and they said that
I had a court date for Thursday. It should be
the thirtieth. I believe.

held then for over a week without being arraigned on
what they say as a bed check charge.

actually reached out to the Sheriff's department, and they're not
even pressing charges against me.

And he's always I don't know, for some reason, he's

posed as code enforcement and called the owners of the property.
And and when they called back to call coding for
some back, surprisingly was Tony Buchanan, the detective. And so
I don't know how they you know, they went on
to tell him about the check. But they were. They

made the check hole the day that I got arrested,
before I even went in front of the judge. H
And then justin Irik is the DA. He sits there
and says that the county is better off with me
in jail than out there, that I'm exactly where I

Has has there been any meaningful impact over the weekend
of of Army Corps of Engineers or anyone in your
part of North Carolina? I've seen I've seen footage from

to see an impact or the local community after President

pressing charges against me and they have no reason to

press charges against me to keep me in here for
no other reason than they don't like me, or that

Glenn White, said, we don't want anything to do with
you all because you didn't ask our permission to open
up as a distribution center. I didn't know that I

from all directions on this. But first things first, we've
got to go after these these governors, mayors, everyone who's

running these sanctuary cities and hold them accountable and to
talk about salt and the wound. Steve Governor Pritzker not
only is not allowing these guys in the jail to
get these guys, he just announced that they're able to

to come on your show today to talk about the
reconciliation process. I know you've been hammering this. I know
your audience knows that it's going to be either one
bill or two bills. Unfortunately, it seems as if the Conference,
the Republican Conference, and even President Trump are leaning towards

one big, beautiful bill. There's a couple of big problems
with that, and you just highlighted one of them. Number One,
we need to be banking wins as quickly as possible,
and I think the President has done a good job
of that. But if we do not get Tom Homan,
the borders are the money that he needs. My question
(29:00):
is how many more Americans are going to lose their
lives to people that aren't supposed to be here in
the first place.

The second big thing that I don't think a lot
of people are really thinking about, Steve, is if we
do this one big beautiful bill, and keep in mind,
you can only lose a couple votes in the House,
which means it's going to be very complicated to get
it done. And it takes five, six, seven, eight months

to accomplish, Steve, that gives the mainstream media a ton
of time to not only craft, but to execute this
anti deportation narrative that they are going to run with.
And it is going to weaken many of the most
moderate members of our conference, and it is going to
(29:51):
beat them into a position where they're not going to
be willing to vote for any substantial border security deportation
from the present cident and this and this big beautiful
reconciliation package. And so, Steve, I think that if we
don't do two reconciliation packages and get the president and

Tom Holme and the money that he needs immediately, we're
not going to get much border security in this big
beautiful package, and we're not going to get the deportations
that we need as well.

Okay, So I showed you the headline the other day
audience from the Financial Times of London, the three hundred
billion this one President Trump talked about a Davos and
this is what they're doing. And russ vote has not
been confirmed. That should be this week, although they're putting
up a firestorm about that. They hate russ Vote more
than anybody because they understand he's kind of the key

that picks the lock this empowerment situation. They the theory
of the case right now, Elon is they're going to
use the impowment of the not the total theory, but
part of it. They're going to use cash money for
I'm the impowment of the green new scam to fund
border Well, folks, I get news for you that is
making that might just draw a couple of three legal

challenges right that might have to go all the way
to the Supreme Court. So I don't think we can
count on that money. This gets back to the two bills.
The other thing about the one bill, which you told
the audience, is something this complicated. Remember we're supposed to
be out of the omnibus business. Why we have the
omnibus business because they're ten thousand pages deep of arcane,

you know, legal legal ees that normally bad things happen
because of that. This is going to be one of
the most complicated bills. It's it's the entire President Trump
reiteration of the entire tax cut of seventeen and just
think what a heavy lift that was by itself. Then
you're gonna have all other other thousands of things there.

Every lobbyist is in here this or not, And this
one to me gets me about Johnson. You don't have
the two bills right now because no real work's been
done on the first bill on immigration get up. It
just hasn't been there's been no drafting. That's not really
even an option unless we force it right now.

If I'm wrong. You've been around here long enough. They
say April now, the same Memorial Day. This thing is
going to get delivered in August, July or August. They're
going to take a break. We're going to come back
and have the mother of all fights in September and October,
one year away from the midterms. Is that not the
real schedule, sir, the reality check and not the happy
talk you're hear coming out of some of the house guys, sir.

That's what I'm hearing, Steve. I've even heard from some
of our best strategists that there's a possibility it could
go longer than that, just because of the complexities and
how many people you can lose to get to eighteen
and over the finish line. And that when I think
about Americans who are being set on fire, pushed on
the sub subway tracks, murdered, raped, you know, I'm a

lot of my colleagues are looking at this solely, you know,
finance from an economic financial standpoint, Steve. But we owe
it to the American people to get Tom Homan and
the President the money that they need as quickly as
possible to make sure that more Americans aren't being killed, raped,
you know, et cetera. Many of us believe that they're

doing One of the reasons they're doing one big, beautiful
bill is so that, you know, they can leverage the
conservatives in the House who continue to want to bend
the curve of this fiscal insanity up here, get some
real savings, real spending cuts, with leverage from you know,
a border package. And so this is why many of
(33:41):
us continue to push for two bills in the Reconciliation
Package where we can bypass you know, the Senate, and
they're fili button, you know, and they're you know, they're
not needing we don't need fifty, we don't need over
sixty votes with the Senate to get this thing through.
(34:01):
And we just feel this is the best way for
the president to bank some wins early and to actually
get the funding that he needs to carry out these deportations.
And Steve, I've heard from you know, some good authorities
that Tom Holman's already operating in the red. So the
guy needs money. And if if he's put cash, she's
(34:24):
pushed go ahead.

Yeah, no, no, no, he needs cash.
Speaker 5 (34:29):
And you know the way these departments are, they're gonna
set there go we have no money. They're not going
to be looking around scraping for money to give Homan.
Because the administrative state and deep state is opposed to
what President Trump's doing.

There's an example right now.

I think Ben Shapiroz brought up that you know, uh
Hexeth outlaw d Ei in the first moments of ELI,
you know, in the Pentagon and and and the first
thing they did was like pull all the books on
the Tuskegee Airmen, just just to make it look And
that's not what we're talking about. But my point is
the deep state in the administrator state are going to
fight heg sythm Dei in the Revolution military fairs.

They're sitting there right now, who says we have no money,
no people, we can't do anything, Homan. They're trying to
stop this and they're going to stop it unless we

the deep state hates it. They're going to do everything

they can to block it. But think about think about
the mainstream media, Steve. If you were in charge of
running the media for the you know, radical left, you
you would go immediately. You would task your reporters to
follow around ice agents and to get that shot that
video of a family being loaded on to a bus,

kicking and screaming. And they are going to play that
NonStop if they can play that NonStop on their networks,
and they will for you know, five six, seven, months.
I know for a fact that many of these weak
Republicans are gonna flip and they are not going to
budge and give President Trump the border security, the deportation

money that he needs. And that's why it has to
be two bills.

The government. The government runs out of money on the
twentieth of March, I think it is roughly, so there's
no more crs. We have to actually get the President's

guys are going to come in and tell us how
they're going to cut. But all of that, the process
of all that somehow has to be voted on around
the twenty because there's no more crs. The Freedom Caucus
of which I think you remember, the Freedom Carcass proposed
something the President Trump in a memo last week that said, hey,
since we had the debt limit problem and Jenny Yellen
screwed us, we're prepared to work with you President, because

you guys are the biggest deficit hawks to say hey,
we'll support an increase to the debt ceiling of for
two years to take it past the twenty six mid
term for two years, and that would be for trellion dollars. Now,
in my simple mind, I look at that and I go, well,
that's two fiscal years, two budgets. That's even the House
(37:34):
Freedom Caucus, the hardest deficit hawks. We have guys that
have Andy Biggs and craning their ranks. They're essentially signaling
to the lowly war room posse that we're going to
have two trillion dollar deficits per year.

Am I thinking about this correctly or incorrectly? Sir?

No, you're thinking about it correctly, Steve. And we understand
that we are a very small majority of the conference.
We also understand that President Trump made it one of
his first priorities. He put it out publicly that he
doesn't want to deal, you know, with this debt ceiling
increase with Chuck Schumer and so a lot of people,

as you know, Steve, say that we're obstructionists, you know,
we're unwilling to compromise. That is not the case, and
we are showing it, but we are. We are trying
to deliver for the President we're trying to get him
what he needs, but we're also trying to do it
in a manner with spending cuts attached. And we think

that that's one of the, like I said, one of
the biggest reasons that the Conference is pushing one big,
one big beautiful bill so that they can roll you know,
House Conservatives by saying, oh, look, these guys don't want
to support you know, the president his agenda, you know,
and you know, his border security policies as they strip

away any of the cuts that you know, we're trying
to put in there. And Steve, I'll tell you this
right now, there's a group of Republicans that you know,
many of them aren't even House Freedom Caucus guys. Uh,
Jody Errington's been really good in fighting, you know, for
major spending cuts. I dous have many that are outside
(39:19):
of the House Freedom Caucus. We know how important it
is to start to bend the curve of the fiscal
irresponsibility up here in Washington. We know we can't get
everything that we want. We're trying to work with the President,
but you know, we we could really use the help
from the War rom audience to push you know, the
rationality and responsibility of two bills. Let's bank some wins,

Let's get home and his money immediately. Let's get the
president what he needs, and then let's let's handle you know,
the tax cuts and everything else in the second reconciliation build.

with President Trump down in North Carolina. This is an

the Palisades. He said, they're not going to comply either.
So what happened yesterday and last night and today? Are
they complying? Are we actually getting the prisoners out of
the local, the city and state, state prison, city jails

and putting them on a tarmac and then putting them
on a plane.

Sir, well, we are, but we're having to go into
the communities. We're not getting them out of the jails.
They're not letting them out of the jails. So the
the the jails and the prisons, the city, the county
jail here, they're not letting ice, they're not cooperating with
ICE detainers. So what that means is ICE then has

to go find these guys in the community, and it
endangers everything that the left, the media is talking about,
everything the Democrats are talking about, all the fear mongering
these guys are talking about.

My point is Homan is going into the community to
get bad guys and to actually take them to the tarmac,

out to me yesterday and he got on the phone
with the court system this morning and they said that

held then for over a week without being arraigned on
what they say as a bed check charge.

actually reached out to the Sheriff's department, and they're not
even pressing charges against me.

And he's always I don't know, for some reason, he's
always had it out for me. Every time I turn around,

when I shut down my business. Yeah, he he actually

posed as code enforcement and called the owners of the property.
And and when they called back to call coding for
some back, surprisingly was Tony Buchanan, the detective. And so
I don't know how they you know, they went on
to tell him about the check. But they were. They

didn't say anything about pressing charges against it. But we
made the check hole the day that I got arrested,
before I even went in front of the judge. H
And then justin Irik is the DA. He sits there
and says that the county is better off with me
in jail than out there, that I'm exactly where I

Has has there been any meaningful impact over the weekend
of of Army Corps of Engineers or anyone in your
part of North Carolina? I've seen I've seen footage from

pressing charges against me and they have no reason to
hold me. I mean, they're taking it upon themselves to
press charges against me to keep me in here for
no other reason than they don't like me, or that

the county does not like what we're doing. The mayor himself,
Glenn White, said, we don't want anything to do with
you all because you didn't ask our permission to open
up as a distribution center. I didn't know that I
needed permission to open up as distribution center. Yeah, I man, patrons,

I told you Chicago is going to be the place

from all directions on this. But first things first, we've
got to go after these these governors, mayors, everyone who's

running these sanctuary cities and hold them accountable and to

only is not allowing these guys in the jail to
get these guys, he just announced that they're able to
change their names. They're getting driver's licenses and able to
change their names so that they can hide more easily
from ice. These guys are traders, that's what they are.
They need to be held arrested as traders to this country.

The second big thing that I don't think a lot
of people are really thinking about, Steve, is if we
do this one big beautiful bill, and keep in mind,
you can only lose a couple votes in the House,
which means it's going to be very complicated to get
it done. And it takes five, six, seven, eight months
(29:28):
to accomplish, Steve, that gives the mainstream media a ton
of time to not only craft, but to execute this
anti deportation narrative that they are going to run with.
And it is going to weaken many of the most
moderate members of our conference, and it is going to
(29:51):
beat them into a position where they're not going to
be willing to vote for any substantial border security deportation
from the present cident and this and this big beautiful
reconciliation package. And so, Steve, I think that if we
don't do two reconciliation packages and get the president and
(30:11):
Tom Holme and the money that he needs immediately, we're
not going to get much border security in this big
beautiful package, and we're not going to get the deportations
that we need as well.
Speaker 5 (30:26):
Okay, So I showed you the headline the other day
audience from the Financial Times of London, the three hundred
billion this one President Trump talked about a Davos and
this is what they're doing. And russ vote has not
been confirmed. That should be this week, although they're putting
up a firestorm about that. They hate russ Vote more
than anybody because they understand he's kind of the key
(30:47):
that picks the lock this empowerment situation. They the theory
of the case right now, Elon is they're going to
use the impowment of the not the total theory, but
part of it. They're going to use cash money for
I'm the impowment of the green new scam to fund
border Well, folks, I get news for you that is
making that might just draw a couple of three legal
(31:09):
challenges right that might have to go all the way
to the Supreme Court. So I don't think we can
count on that money. This gets back to the two bills.
The other thing about the one bill, which you told
the audience, is something this complicated. Remember we're supposed to
be out of the omnibus business. Why we have the
omnibus business because they're ten thousand pages deep of arcane,

you know, legal legal ees that normally bad things happen
because of that. This is going to be one of
the most complicated bills. It's it's the entire President Trump
reiteration of the entire tax cut of seventeen and just
think what a heavy lift that was by itself. Then
you're gonna have all other other thousands of things there.
(31:53):
Every lobbyist is in here this or not, And this
one to me gets me about Johnson. You don't have
the two bills right now because no real work's been
done on the first bill on immigration get up. It
just hasn't been there's been no drafting. That's not really
even an option unless we force it right now.
Speaker 4 (32:08):
The one bill. ELI correct me.

If I'm wrong. You've been around here long enough. They
say April now, the same Memorial Day. This thing is
going to get delivered in August, July or August. They're
going to take a break. We're going to come back
and have the mother of all fights in September and October,
one year away from the midterms. Is that not the
real schedule, sir, the reality check and not the happy
talk you're hear coming out of some of the house guys, sir.
Speaker 6 (32:33):
That's what I'm hearing, Steve. I've even heard from some
of our best strategists that there's a possibility it could
go longer than that, just because of the complexities and
how many people you can lose to get to eighteen
and over the finish line. And that when I think
about Americans who are being set on fire, pushed on
the sub subway tracks, murdered, raped, you know, I'm a
(32:57):
lot of my colleagues are looking at this solely, you know,
finance from an economic financial standpoint, Steve. But we owe
it to the American people to get Tom Homan and
the President the money that they need as quickly as
possible to make sure that more Americans aren't being killed, raped,
you know, et cetera. Many of us believe that they're
(33:17):
doing One of the reasons they're doing one big, beautiful
bill is so that, you know, they can leverage the
conservatives in the House who continue to want to bend
the curve of this fiscal insanity up here, get some
real savings, real spending cuts, with leverage from you know,
a border package. And so this is why many of
(33:41):
us continue to push for two bills in the Reconciliation
Package where we can bypass you know, the Senate, and
they're fili button, you know, and they're you know, they're
not needing we don't need fifty, we don't need over
sixty votes with the Senate to get this thing through.
(34:01):
And we just feel this is the best way for
the president to bank some wins early and to actually
get the funding that he needs to carry out these deportations.
And Steve, I've heard from you know, some good authorities
that Tom Holman's already operating in the red. So the
guy needs money. And if if he's put cash, she's
(34:24):
pushed go ahead.
Speaker 4 (34:27):
Yeah, no, no, no, he needs cash.
Speaker 5 (34:29):
And you know the way these departments are, they're gonna
set there go we have no money. They're not going
to be looking around scraping for money to give Homan.
Because the administrative state and deep state is opposed to
what President Trump's doing.
Speaker 4 (34:40):
There's an example right now.
Speaker 5 (34:42):
I think Ben Shapiroz brought up that you know, uh
Hexeth outlaw d Ei in the first moments of ELI,
you know, in the Pentagon and and and the first
thing they did was like pull all the books on
the Tuskegee Airmen, just just to make it look And
that's not what we're talking about. But my point is
the deep state in the administrator state are going to
fight heg sythm Dei in the Revolution military fairs.

Homan.

They're sitting there right now, who says we have no money,
no people, we can't do anything, Homan. They're trying to
stop this and they're going to stop it unless we
get them some backup.
Speaker 4 (35:13):

No, you're right. And another friend of mine, and you know,
a friend of the warroom, Pocky Cameron Hamilton, is the
acting director of FEMA right now. One of the very
first things he did as well in FEMA, he crushed Dei.
He got rid of it. So a lot of a
lot of departments are doing the same thing. And you're right, Steve,
the deep state hates it. They're going to do everything
(35:38):
they can to block it. But think about think about
the mainstream media, Steve. If you were in charge of
running the media for the you know, radical left, you
you would go immediately. You would task your reporters to
follow around ice agents and to get that shot that
video of a family being loaded on to a bus,
(36:00):
kicking and screaming. And they are going to play that
NonStop if they can play that NonStop on their networks,
and they will for you know, five six, seven, months.
I know for a fact that many of these weak
Republicans are gonna flip and they are not going to
budge and give President Trump the border security, the deportation
(36:23):
money that he needs. And that's why it has to
be two bills.
Speaker 5 (36:29):
Let me, eli, it's so great you called in. Let
me let me why why I have you sir? Let's
take another piece of business. Correct me if I'm wrong.
The government. The government runs out of money on the
twentieth of March, I think it is roughly, so there's
no more crs. We have to actually get the President's
budget and then we have to do appropriations. The doge

guys are going to come in and tell us how
they're going to cut. But all of that, the process
of all that somehow has to be voted on around
the twenty because there's no more crs. The Freedom Caucus
of which I think you remember, the Freedom Carcass proposed
something the President Trump in a memo last week that said, hey,
since we had the debt limit problem and Jenny Yellen
screwed us, we're prepared to work with you President, because
(37:12):
you guys are the biggest deficit hawks to say hey,
we'll support an increase to the debt ceiling of for
two years to take it past the twenty six mid
term for two years, and that would be for trellion dollars. Now,
in my simple mind, I look at that and I go, well,
that's two fiscal years, two budgets. That's even the House
(37:34):
Freedom Caucus, the hardest deficit hawks. We have guys that
have Andy Biggs and craning their ranks. They're essentially signaling
to the lowly war room posse that we're going to
have two trillion dollar deficits per year.
Speaker 6 (37:50):
Is that?
Speaker 4 (37:51):
Am I thinking about this correctly or incorrectly? Sir?
Speaker 6 (37:56):
No, you're thinking about it correctly, Steve. And we understand
that we are a very small majority of the conference.
We also understand that President Trump made it one of
his first priorities. He put it out publicly that he
doesn't want to deal, you know, with this debt ceiling
increase with Chuck Schumer and so a lot of people,
(38:16):
as you know, Steve, say that we're obstructionists, you know,
we're unwilling to compromise. That is not the case, and
we are showing it, but we are. We are trying
to deliver for the President we're trying to get him
what he needs, but we're also trying to do it
in a manner with spending cuts attached. And we think
(38:36):
that that's one of the, like I said, one of
the biggest reasons that the Conference is pushing one big,
one big beautiful bill so that they can roll you know,
House Conservatives by saying, oh, look, these guys don't want
to support you know, the president his agenda, you know,
and you know, his border security policies as they strip
(38:58):
away any of the cuts that you know, we're trying
to put in there. And Steve, I'll tell you this
right now, there's a group of Republicans that you know,
many of them aren't even House Freedom Caucus guys. Uh,
Jody Errington's been really good in fighting, you know, for
major spending cuts. I dous have many that are outside
(39:19):
of the House Freedom Caucus. We know how important it
is to start to bend the curve of the fiscal
irresponsibility up here in Washington. We know we can't get
everything that we want. We're trying to work with the President,
but you know, we we could really use the help
from the War rom audience to push you know, the
rationality and responsibility of two bills. Let's bank some wins,
(39:44):
Let's get home and his money immediately. Let's get the
president what he needs, and then let's let's handle you know,
the tax cuts and everything else in the second reconciliation build.

to do. With that being said, this battle, we cannot
take the foot off the pedal here. As you know, Steve,
you do this every single day. We got to stay
focused on ensuring that the president's priorities are completed, that
we know that the enemy is always at bay, and
we got to fight back against this legacy media and
these Democrats who will seek to reorganize, as they seem

very chaotic right now, but they are going to try
to reorganize and push back on what presidents.

But the key thing is that after the first thirty

as a man of strength. They see him as a
man on a mission that they know when America is strong,
their countries are strong. They are inspired by what he
is doing in America and they want to do the same.
