for you promise to shadow me under your shelter. You

unwavering trust. As I drift off to sleep, I surrender
all my worries to you, trusting that you will watch
over me through the night. I pray for calming dreams

(01:12):
and a night of deep, undisturbed sleep, so that I
may wake up refreshed and ready to tackle a new day.
I thank you, Lord for your ending grace and benevolence.
May your guiding light continue to lead me on my journey,
and may you grant me the strength to overcome whatever

(01:36):
challenges come my way. With these thoughts in mind, I

Speaker 3 (04:27):
Hello, I'm Grace. For tonight's sleep song by pray dot com.
We will be meditating on Psalm ninety one. Begin by
relaxing your body and getting comfortable. Lie flat on your back.
Rest your arms gently by your side and soften your

(04:48):
fingers and toes. Use a pillow to support your neck.
Relax your shoulders, relax your muscles.

Speaker 4 (04:58):
In heale and exhale. Release the tension in your body.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Clear your
mind of any distractions. Focus your thoughts on God. Know
he is the almighty God who delivers you from the

(05:21):
terrors of the night and sustains you through the darkness
that surrounds you. Breathe in his power and strength. Breathe
out your fears and worries. Know He will lift your
burdens and carry them far away on his wings. Open

(05:41):
your heart to hear God's voice. To night, take a
few deep breaths through your nose. With each inhale, take deeper,
longer breaths to slow your heart rate down. As your
heart relaxes, ask God to speak to you through his

(06:02):
word and to comfort you with his truth. In the Bible,
God does not promise us a life without trouble, but
he does promise to help us and comfort us in
times of trouble. To night, allow the Lord's presence to
comfort you and help you sleep peacefully through the night.

(06:28):
Psalm ninety one from the King James's version says he
that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High,
shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will
say of the Lord, he is my refuge and my fortress,
my God. In him, will I trust. Surely he shall

(06:50):
deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from
the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers,
and under his wings shall thou trust. His truth shall
be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid
for the terror by night, nor for the arrow that
flieth by day, nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness,

(07:15):
nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand
shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy
right hand, but it shall not come nigh thee. Only
with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward
of the wicked. Because thou hast made the Lord, which

(07:36):
is my refuge, even the most high thy habitation. There
shall no evil befall thee. Neither shall any plague come
nigh thy dwelling. For He shall give his angels charge
over thee to keep thee in all thy ways. They
shall bear thee up in their hands. Lest thou dash

(07:58):
thy foot against thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder,
the young lion and the dragon. Shalt thou trample under feet.
Because he hath set his love upon me, Therefore will
I deliver him. I will set him on high, because
he hath known my name. He shall call upon me,

(08:21):
and I will answer him. I will be with him
in trouble. I will deliver him and honor him with
long life. I will satisfy him and shew him my salvation.
As you lay down to sleep, take refuge in God
and rest safely under his wings. Take a deep breath,

(08:45):
be filled with the presence of the Almighty. Hold your
breath for a few seconds. Exhale slowly and feel his
presence flow through you. Relax in your body, call your
mind and refreshing your soul. Breathe in and out slowly.

(09:08):
Close your eyes and imagine the presence of the Lord
covering you like the feathers of a bird. The Lord
takes you under his wings, where you are safe and secure,
where no harm can come to you, where no one
and nothing can overcome you. Feel the warmth of his

(09:30):
feathers comforting you as you sleep. Open your eyes and
look up with the ceiling. Take a deep breath.

Speaker 5 (09:41):
Visualize the angels of the Lord lifting you up in
their hands, protecting you through the night. As you exhale,
release your fears to the Lord. Put your trust in him.
His faithfulness will shield you from the deadly pestilence, from

(10:01):
the terrors of the night. Inhale and exhale slowly. Release
any stress and tension in your body and rest in
the shadow of the Almighty. Think of a time when
your fears were greater than your faith in God. Confess

(10:22):
any fears and doubts that you are still struggling with.
Lay them at the feet of the Lord. Allow his
voice to remind you of his power, provision and protection.
Ask him to increase your faith in the face of fear.
Breathe in and out slowly as you inhale. Receive the

(10:47):
forgiveness of God. As you exhale, release any guilt and
shame you are carrying with you from to day. Rejoice
in his salvation. Praise Him for his faithfulness. Thank him
for the times he has protected you. Thank him for
the times he has helped.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
You and delivered you. Think of a person who needs
God's protection to night. Pray he will cover them with
his wings and guard them with his angels. Pray his
presence will comfort them as they sleep to night. Call
on the Lord and he will answer you. Lift your

(11:31):
requests to God and he will deliver you. Pray for
God's provision in your life. Pray he will give you
what you need for tomorrow and he will sustain you
through the night. Pray for God's help in a difficult situation.
Pray he will deliver you from your fears and worries

(11:53):
and comfort you as you sleep. Pray for God's protection
over you and your family. Pray he will keep you
safe as you rest in Him to night, and as
you face the troubles of tomorrow. Take a deep breath,
Exhale slowly, and release any tension that is still lingering

(12:16):
from to day. Relax your neck and shoulders, Soften your
muscles and your joints. As your body relaxes, close your
eyes and dwell in the safety of the Lord, and
rest peacefully through the night.
