Speaker 1 (00:02):
Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Tamora Judge.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
All right, you guys, welcome to another episode of to
Teas and a Pod with myself and Tamara Judge.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
And we are in the flesh today. We are we are, I.
Speaker 4 (00:37):
Mean, we're kind of matching to the black and the jean.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
And you may notice that I thought I purchased a
actual backdrop that was real grass or like bushes, but
it's it's a sheet.
Speaker 4 (00:51):
That's me always stuck in the damn bushes.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
I figured you'd feel right at home, and thank you,
thank you.
Speaker 4 (00:57):
I'd like being in your bush.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
Well, we are here. We're very fancy. We got a
cheese plate.
Speaker 4 (01:02):
We got all this, I know, we got all the things,
two balls of champagne. We have fruit, we have cheese.
I mean, we have it all today because we have
some special guests.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
We have special guests, but that will.
Speaker 4 (01:11):
Not fancy guests. These are fancy girls.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
We got fancy guests. But first we got to do
some recaps. We got to talk a little bit about
our weekend. So I went to New York, I know,
went to Jealous and my friend Nicole, and we had
so much fun.
Speaker 4 (01:27):
I got chills when I saw your billboard and you
were standing there.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
I'm like, oh my god.
Speaker 4 (01:31):
I was like a you know, like a stage mom
going oh my god.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
We were cracking up though, because stage mom one oh
one was Kyle like honestly on her knees in the
middle of times. No, but it goes on a loop,
so it went for me. And then the next one
was Hawaiian rolls.
Speaker 4 (01:48):
So how long are they going to be?
Speaker 3 (01:50):
How long is it going to be up there until
July first?
Speaker 4 (01:53):
Oh, then I'm going to be able to see it.
So I'm going to New York on the first week
in June, so I'll go over there, go over there
and take a picture.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
So it was fun.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
And then I went to We hung out with.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Tommy You've probably done Red Carpets with him and his husband,
who's one of the hosts of Good Morning America. We
had like the best time, and then we went to Nashville,
which I've never been to Nashville.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
Oh Vegas, baby, I Well, I.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
Think I just I think because everybody I follow that
lives in Nashville, I'm seeing them like in the suburbs.
So that's what I assumed it was.
Speaker 4 (02:27):
Gonna be like, well, they're all there a lot of
them in Franklin.
Speaker 2 (02:30):
Yeah. No, but this is like a full blown city
and like everyone's raging all the time.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
And let's be honest.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
I was done raging at three am last night, because also.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
At at three am last night? You mean this morning?
Speaker 3 (02:43):
Yeah? Today? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (02:44):
Today? Then, so you were still drinking at three am?
Speaker 2 (02:47):
Well, no, my dad found me at two am, which
means that's were you lost. No. I was in the
hotel bar with Justin Anderson, his husband. Oh I'm so
jealous and Nicole. I know, I'd never met Scoop before and.
Speaker 4 (02:58):
He's so so cute.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
So we did that and then once my dad came up,
that's when the drinking stops. Like we no, I'm drinking.
We just like to hang out at the bar obviously
after his concert, and then we just like.
Speaker 4 (03:11):
Had did Justin go to the concert as well?
Speaker 3 (03:13):
Yes, Oh my god, Oh my gosh, we had so much.
Speaker 4 (03:16):
You know, I still feel bad about passing out and
missing the concert in Vegas.
Speaker 3 (03:19):
Don't worry.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
He still brings it up. And then Daddy he told
me that because of it.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Oh god, what did he say?
Speaker 3 (03:25):
That I don't get to go on stage anymore. Why,
he said, because I don't know you and your crazy friends.
I don't know what we're gonna get.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
So he was not called on stage yesterday, and I
think Johnny Cash's daughter was, and she has a beautiful voice.
I was like that tracks.
Speaker 4 (03:41):
Yeah, well, I think that I need to call daddy.
We needed daddy. We need to have a conversation with
him today. And I think he's tired.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
I think I played it pretty cool, like I wasn't drunk.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
Where did he perform at at the Ryman which used
to be the Grand Ole Opry and then chills, yeah,
and he it's three nights, it's there all three nights
sold out.
Speaker 3 (04:03):
It was really it was such a good show.
Speaker 4 (04:04):
Does he love being on tour or is he like ugh?
Speaker 3 (04:08):
He says, I think it's he's just a worker.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
So it's yeah. He says, you know, he's scared or
all of these things. But I can tell he loves it.
Speaker 4 (04:17):
Yeah, how can he not? I mean, you're standing up there,
You're singing, people are praising you and clapping, and I
mean it's got to be I mean, I wish I
could be a sing.
Speaker 2 (04:24):
And even though he's like kind of crotchety in general,
he's so funny, like when he's in like in the zone. Yeah,
he's you know, cracking up. And then the internet lost
its mind on me because I posted a picture with him.
I didn't want to write this in the caption, but
he was like, Teddy, I hate pictures, and I have
a white T shirt on.
Speaker 3 (04:41):
I don't want my belly to show, so.
Speaker 4 (04:43):
I put my knee up to hide as the belly,
and they give you ship like if you were humping him,
as if I.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
Was straggling and being sexual. So then I saw my brother,
and then my brother and I tried to recreate the
most awkward prom poses and we posted those two. But
I mean, that was pretty much my weekend. I got
on a plane, landed here one hour ago, got an IV,
got glammed, and now I.
Speaker 4 (05:08):
Can't believe that you arranged all that in one hour.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
I can't believe that I was able to actually watch
these shows.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
But I did have a.
Speaker 2 (05:16):
Lot of time to go into the housewife headlines, and
I need to ask you some questions.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
I'm not the world's.
Speaker 2 (05:22):
Best with understanding finances when it comes to foreclosures or bankruptcy,
any of those things, So Kim Zolziak files for divorce
from Kroy after eleven years of marriage. According to TMZ,
The Housewives of Atlanta, Alum lists April thirtieth as the
date of separation between her and the former NFL star.
(05:43):
They were married for eleven years have four kids during
that time. News of the split were mere hours after
TMZ reported that they owe the irs more than one
million dollars. The pair owes one point one million for
unpaid taxes, interest and penalties. Then TMZ reports kro Kroy
wants sole legal and physical custody.
Speaker 3 (06:05):
Of their four minor children.
Speaker 4 (06:08):
Did he list y well?
Speaker 2 (06:10):
In her filing, she wrote that she wanted spousal support.
Speaker 3 (06:14):
So I'm curious he does not. Does he have a job,
He must be the one with money.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
I didn't.
Speaker 4 (06:20):
My question to you is when you are an NFL player,
I don't, I don't follow NFL, and I don't understand
how that works. But when you get was he let go?
Did he retire? I don't know his situation. Do they
get like a pension? Do they get money coming in
even after they're done, or like a contract or something,
or when you're done, you're done? No money comes in.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
Nicole, my friend that was with me, she watched CHARTI
for the party. I never watched that show, but she
said it was one hundred percent clear that Kroy ran
the household, like he made sure the kids were set,
they were organized.
Speaker 4 (06:53):
They always seem like a really good dad.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
And that's what she said to him. She goes, you
actually really love them. But they would they would show
things like all the kids waiting in the car for
mommy to finish gambling.
Speaker 4 (07:03):
Oh see, I didn't watch that those seasons. I watched
a few. They were on like what seven years, So
the last few seasons I didn't watch. But I mean,
they were definitely entertaining, but it seemed like they lived
way beyond their means.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
But my question is if you could we go. I
was actually dming with Laala about this. Lala Kent because
she did a post yesterday where she was saying, you know,
this is why I probably will never have a partner again,
because I can only count on myself.
Speaker 4 (07:32):
I don't want And she doesn't know what went on
between that.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
No, she's just using all these experiences. But I said
to her, I go I and my gut. I don't
know why I feel like this is a financial reason.
Like if you get a divorce and you're both owe
the money, are you still both required to pay the money?
Like do you think that they're actually still in a
good place and they're doing this for some sort of.
Speaker 4 (07:56):
Okay, I have actually heard that, but I don't know
how that would do them any good. Like, just because
they're getting divorced, doesn't mean they're not going to they're
going to get out of the debt that they have
acquired during their marriage. They still owe that and they're
both fifty to fifty responsible.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
But what about if she files for bankruptcy and he
does not. That's what I think is about to happen.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
Well, that would be interesting. I mean I was a
little bit shocked because everything you see, of course, everything
you see on Instagram is always, you know, filtered, either
if it's erasing your wrinkles or erasing your pain, that's
how Instagram is. And they always seem like they were
so happy together.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Well, there also hasn't been any post. I'm trying to
pull up his most recent update, but they have not
been posting really for months. He hasn't really posted since
twenty twenty one.
Speaker 4 (08:42):
I can imagine that just having financial issues is going
to be a huge strain on anybody's marriage. But then
you also think, like, if you're truly in love, like
you know, you make it the ugly? What is it
in your vows about.
Speaker 3 (08:58):
Sickness second and in health?
Speaker 2 (09:00):
Yeah, like you know, sickness and in health and as
long as you don't annoy me.
Speaker 4 (09:04):
But I feel like she's always been extremely materialistic. I
mean her kids have been wearing Disigner clothes since they
were you know, they could walk. And she's always had
every Birken bag and Rose Royce and the Big House.
And let's face it, if you're on a reality show
and this goes across the board from all franchises, you're
on a rally show. But you don't have actually have
a job. Your only job is the reality show. It's
(09:27):
not going to last forever. So what are you going
to fall back on? So, if I'm not mistaken, didn't
they lose their show a couple of years ago?
Speaker 2 (09:34):
Yeah, he changed what his caption said in his Instagram
and it says husband. It still says husband fathered a
six perfect munk chickens athlete. My ring meant a thing
you can Google me and see I wasn't tarty for
that party.
Speaker 4 (09:54):
Okay, so what was his original caption? Do we know?
Speaker 3 (09:58):
They're all references her songs?
Speaker 2 (10:00):
So I don't know if he's trying to shade her,
if they actually are having problems, or now he just
I think his following has gone up. But yeah, that's
really where we are. I feel like we're gonna find
out a lot. But I had one other question for you. Yeah,
what is your thoughts on kids having plastic surgery?
Speaker 4 (10:20):
What do you mean kids how old?
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Like her?
Speaker 3 (10:23):
I went back and looked at her kids.
Speaker 4 (10:25):
Like minor children having plastic surgery to like to I
mean like a bad nose.
Speaker 3 (10:30):
Or we're talking to jobs, tits.
Speaker 4 (10:33):
It's too much, it's too much. I would wait until
they were eighteen, and if they chose they wanted to
get a nose job, I would support it. But if
they wanted boobs and all, no.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
No, that's for later now, especially now, because you can
do a non surgical nose job through filler and you
could make things a little bit better for sure. We've
never actually seen who the two older daughters dad is.
Speaker 3 (10:58):
We haven't had no he was big Papa or whatever.
Speaker 4 (11:01):
No, Big Papa was her boyfriend.
Speaker 3 (11:03):
Big Papa was her boyfriend, the rich.
Speaker 4 (11:04):
Boyfriend that was married.
Speaker 3 (11:05):
So we don't know who that dad is.
Speaker 4 (11:07):
Do you think she's calling big Papa right now?
Speaker 2 (11:10):
Maybe?
Speaker 4 (11:11):
But my question is, hey, I got ten more kids.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
Hey isad do you want to you want to.
Speaker 4 (11:17):
Buy me a new escalade or whatever you.
Speaker 3 (11:20):
Escala?
Speaker 2 (11:21):
But my question is, I think it would kill me
if my husband we got a divorce and then he
got full custody of all the kids.
Speaker 4 (11:33):
Well, I want to see what grounds he wants the
full custody, Like there's got to be grounds and and
what what's his motivation? Did you see Bethany Frankel talk
about a rant and you know, I don't disagree with her.
Speaker 2 (11:45):
She weighed in with a rant on TikTok, saying she
knew this would happen, that they spent beyond their means
to pay their effing bills, which clearly, but I think
this is often It's like when you think about somebody
who wins a the lottery. Yeah, you always whenever you
watch those documentaries, they're the first person to go bro
(12:06):
and they end up in jail. Yeah, because like they
don't know how to manage their money.
Speaker 4 (12:11):
Well, it was quite obvious that she did. They didn't
know how to manage the money by all their excessive
designer stuff and you know, cars and buying big houses
and all the things they would do. You know, I
agree with Bethany one hundred percent. I'm very frugal with
my money, and I always even being on the show
for as many years, I always know, like, this is
a one year contract. I got to live within my
(12:33):
means from what other businesses I have. But when you
are spending money NonStop and your contract is only for
a year, what happens if you don't get a contract
next year?
Speaker 2 (12:43):
But also this is part She hasn't been off one year.
It's been a long time, and I don't think she'll
be coming back.
Speaker 4 (12:51):
I see her on Ultimate Girls Trip, I see her.
You know she is on Atlanta this year.
Speaker 3 (12:57):
For one one one one guest spot.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
But thats no.
Speaker 4 (13:01):
But I'm saying that Lee's are open to coming back
next year.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
True if she has any good relationships with anything.
Speaker 4 (13:06):
I don't know what her relationship is with Robo though.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
This next one, I'm really gonna need salt Lake to
kind of pull it together for me.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
A touch this new.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
Season because Real Housewives of Salt Lake City film filming
turns explosive between Whitney Rose and the Lisa Barlow feud.
Apparently the feud is because Whitney and Lisa they're reaching
a breaking point because Lisa is rekindling her relationship with Meredith, and.
Speaker 3 (13:39):
I'm like, why would Whitney care?
Speaker 2 (13:42):
And apparently Lisa Barlow is becoming close with Heather Gay. Okay,
but I can tell you this from actual knowledge. I
was at the horse show two weeks ago into Mecula.
I saw Ange Kidney dirt. No I was because the
kids are around, and I felt like that was appropriate.
Speaker 4 (13:59):
But how was she able to get away?
Speaker 2 (14:01):
She comes on Sunday, so she remember you never filmed
Sunday Monday, so she was filming Saturday, so she was
there on Sunday. But I when I walked by her,
she said, I'm on the phone with Lisa barlowe.
Speaker 4 (14:12):
Hi, So they're buddies now, so they must be buddies.
But then and that's pissing off the other girls.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
Well now I don't know because she didn't tell me that,
But now I'm thinking, who's Whitney close with?
Speaker 3 (14:24):
Who else? Is left. There must be there's got to be.
Speaker 4 (14:28):
In Do you think that Heather her and Heather rekindled.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
Do you think that Whitney and Mary are friends?
Speaker 4 (14:34):
I don't know. I don't know. There hasn't been anything leaked.
You know, you know when people film and you know,
people will take pictures and video of them out and
somehow it makes it to a blog. There really hasn't
been much leaked for this show, and I gotta believe
it's almost unfilming.
Speaker 2 (14:51):
I do know they had just finished. Maybe we need
trip their first, Maybe we need into Lake overseas trip
because now they can actually take them because they did.
Speaker 4 (15:01):
You see this Genshaw. Somebody was in the bushes at
the prison and took pictures of gen Shaw looking rather
nice in prison. I thought she looked good.
Speaker 3 (15:14):
She looked nice and relaxed.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
It almost looked like she was holding that other girl's hand,
because it was.
Speaker 4 (15:18):
Like, oh was it. I didn't notice that.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
I was.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
I was like, when you're bumping into hands, Well.
Speaker 4 (15:23):
My biggest fear is going to prison because okay, so
there's no hair extensions, yup, there's no this. I'm like
I'd be coming out with roots down to my ears
and I'd be like coming out like a freaking rat
out of the gutter. She looked pretty good. She looked
like she still had hair extensions in or she.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
Just has really thick hair. I mean, that was a
lot of hair.
Speaker 4 (15:41):
There was a lot of hair.
Speaker 3 (15:42):
Maybe maybe it is there's no way the extensions can
last that long she's been in.
Speaker 4 (15:46):
Maybe she's got a halo. I'm gonna take a halo
if I go to jail and halo and.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
Uh so, you guys, hair halo is like it has
a little tiny just like it.
Speaker 4 (15:56):
Sounds like it's a halo. It just kind of sits
on the top of your head and you take it
off at night. Yeah, so we saw that the next
one people lost their ship. She's got ear rings and sunglasses,
and people are like in comments like it's it's prison,
Like it's a low security prison. They can have ear rings,
Like they're not gonna they're gonna They're not gonna shake
somebody in the middle of the night with their sunglasses,
(16:18):
are they No?
Speaker 3 (16:19):
But you could you could file down the sunglass to like,
oh my god, make it.
Speaker 4 (16:23):
We should we should go to jail for just one
week and goes to prison. Just go to the tank,
Tamar and Teddy go to the tank.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
What if we get put in solitary confinement. I don't
know that we'd.
Speaker 4 (16:33):
Come I'd come out even more.
Speaker 2 (16:39):
I don't think anybody should be in the next one
is Lisa vander Pump to close Pump restaurant, featured on
reality show. She posts on Instagram, it's with a heavy
heart that we announced that the Least Pump Restaurant is expiring.
We would be closing its doors on July fifth, after
ten years of beautiful evenings under olive trees. While we
have loved our time operating Pump, take on another ten
(17:01):
year lease with a huge increase in rent by the
landlords is not something ready to commit to.
Speaker 4 (17:05):
Well, I will say before we get to the next line.
Ten year is a good run. That's a good run
to have a business, especially through COVID, especially through COVID.
But don't lie. But don't because then they don't Landlord's
not she's the landlord is disagreeing.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
And then the landlord says Lisa's comments regarding the rent
for Pump are not accurate. We did not raise the
rent and in fact have been nothing but supportive as
they tried to catch on lease obligations, catch up on
Lisa obligations, including forgiving some rent during COVID.
Speaker 4 (17:37):
Well, first of all, that was something that was going on.
They would forgive your rent and put it on the
back end, and you know a lot of a lot
of businesses they'd get like whatever it was PPPs Yeah, yeah, yeah,
all that stuff. But it is normal to increase your
rent every year. It's not abnormal to do that. But
he's they're basically saying that's not the truth.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
But which is Here's the thing. If she just would
have said, we're closing the restaurant. We went through tough
times during COVID.
Speaker 3 (18:03):
Talk about it. Cut right, right, I have no judgment.
Speaker 2 (18:07):
I don't think that you guys ran a bad business, right, nothing,
It's just the time was up.
Speaker 4 (18:11):
The bottom line is ten years in business is a
huge accomplishment, huge especially for a small business or restaurant whatever.
And she should have just left with that instead of fvedging.
Speaker 2 (18:22):
But my next question is, did you see the clip
of Sandoval singing and he was.
Speaker 3 (18:29):
Sick ten people in the audience. Yeah, but he's singing.
Speaker 2 (18:32):
Schwartz's mom has got it going on. And then he
sings the line and I don't know if it's hot
or not, but he says, baby, can't you see that Raquel.
Speaker 3 (18:45):
Is not for me?
Speaker 4 (18:47):
Or it was hot for me? I know, I did
see that there was lots of conversations going on that
it was hot and not. But either way, don't sing
about her, No, it's too soon.
Speaker 3 (18:57):
And also, don't sing about Schwartz's mom.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
Stop leave the poor fucking guy alone.
Speaker 4 (19:03):
So one good news is the Real House Is of
Miami are rumored to start out on Bravo this season.
Speaker 3 (19:12):
Well, the bad news is did you hear about Gertie? Yes?
Speaker 2 (19:16):
This is so sad.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
I just heard about it on the way over here.
Speaker 3 (19:19):
But I so.
Speaker 2 (19:20):
Gertie has been diagnosed with breast cancer and I loved
what she wrote. It was just so positive. As she
said in March, I found out some news about my health.
I was in Saint Bart's having the time of my
life with my doctor when my doctor called me with
my results following a regular mammogram checkup. So she went
to get her checkup, which is huge. I have breast cancer.
(19:43):
It took a while to process at all, and this
is why I took a break from social media last month.
As many noticed, many of you reached out to check
up on me, and I'm thankful for the caring gestures.
For now, I'm preparing for my upcoming surgery and then
we'll come to my treatment plan. This process is definitely
in tents, and what I ask of you is empowerment,
not pity. I will girtify this cancer as I gurtify
(20:06):
everything else in my life.
Speaker 3 (20:08):
And I'm just like, this is such a reminder to
you guys.
Speaker 2 (20:13):
Okay, not only not only have we both had melanoma,
but there's two separate women on Miami.
Speaker 4 (20:20):
That have had breast cancer.
Speaker 2 (20:21):
I've had breast You have to get your mammograms, you
have to get your colonoscopies, you even have to get
your eyes checked. Just go and make sure because the
longer that you wait, the worst that things can get.
But I loved her positive attitude. We will be praying
for her.
Speaker 4 (20:38):
Do we know what stage? Has she said what stage?
Speaker 3 (20:39):
She didn't say what stage?
Speaker 4 (20:41):
And you know, surgery could be either misectomy or it
could be.
Speaker 2 (20:46):
It could be a hysterectomy too from breast cancer. Maybe
because we don't know if she has braka, we know geez.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
So there's so many different things. So, oh my god.
Speaker 4 (20:56):
You know, I'm scheduled to get one of those full
body scans, and I've been taught walking with a company
for a couple of months now. And when Maria Menando's
announced that she had pancreatic cancer, she actually found out
from this company that does a full body and Eddie's like,
are you sure you want to do that? And I said,
(21:18):
I'm I want to do it, but I'm so scared,
like because you know they're going to find the possibility
of them finding something is going to be there, and
then you go through the whole, like yeah or maybe not,
I don't know. Jeff Luis is the one that told
me about it. I want you to have it done too.
Speaker 3 (21:34):
Yeah, I want to go.
Speaker 4 (21:35):
You had a recent pet scan, didn't you, So you
probably wouldn't need it done because if you had a
pet scan, they did they go through your whole. That
would yeah, so I.
Speaker 2 (21:44):
Think, but I mean, I still I still would do it,
just because I'm curious. We know about the Housewives Miami
moving to Bravo, So let's take a little break and
then let's come back and talk about the Real Housewives
of Atlanta. So it's interesting to me whenever I watch
(22:09):
housewife shows back to back. So because I was traveling,
I watched both episodes. Like one morning, I woke up
and like I was on the treadmill and just watched both.
Speaker 4 (22:18):
I did the same thing a treadmill.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
Yeah, and then I needed I didn't need to watch
Jersey again, but I needed to watch Atlanta again.
Speaker 4 (22:27):
I watch Jersey twice.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
See, so there's always one that I feel like I
need more information.
Speaker 4 (22:31):
On because both of them I watched different days, and
I watched them on the treadmill when I was at
the gym, and then I have to like really sit
down and really dig into it and you know, jot
some notes down and things like that. I thought it
was good for a first episode because usually the first
episode is just like getting you into it. I'm glad
it was in a ninety minute episode. Yeah, me too,
(22:52):
the super sized ones like when you're you know.
Speaker 2 (22:56):
Well, I mean, So it starts off where Charre says
she's blessed that so many came to her. She buy
Charie's like that it was canceled, and Candy says Charat
is never quite prepared when it comes to business. You know,
I think it's tricky when other women comment on how
good somebody is at their businesses, like and in that
(23:17):
same token, I know Candy is saying that, But then
Candy's also saying that she is having some issues in
her marriage because her husband's dedicating too much time to
his work.
Speaker 3 (23:29):
She's dedicating too much time to his work.
Speaker 4 (23:31):
Right, But you know what, I don't really like the
fact that you're going to bash anybody's business. And she
I think she came right out and said, you know,
I think she was being shady, and I think she said, like,
you know, I tried to help her, she doesn't want
my help. And sometimes people just have to learn on
their own. And obviously this has taken Charat a long
time to get it off the ground. But I gotta
sweatshirt right here, she by Chara right here.
Speaker 3 (23:54):
Well, I'm a little bit offended that I don't.
Speaker 4 (23:57):
Well, we'll share it like we do everything else.
Speaker 3 (23:59):
Okay, so before we get there, but do you do.
Speaker 4 (24:01):
You feel like Chara is a good business woman or
do you feel.
Speaker 2 (24:04):
Like I think Chara is a good person. I think
she's fun, I think she's good television. I think that
every time we've seen her. She has a good heart.
Speaker 4 (24:15):
I love Charay like I was with her when we
did a family feud. She's so sweet, so kind, so thankful,
so good to everybody around her. And you would think,
like sometimes, you know, you meet people in this industry,
especially housewives, and they think they're so much better than
everybody else, and they treat people poorly.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
But now let me ask you about Martel Okay, so
I can give you some backstory on him. He's from
Love and Marriage, Huntsville, Okay, which is produced by our
friend Carlos King.
Speaker 4 (24:41):
Yes, love Carlos.
Speaker 3 (24:43):
He cheated on his wife Melody.
Speaker 4 (24:45):
How long ago was that do we know?
Speaker 2 (24:46):
I don't know exactly, and had a baby with his mistress, Arion.
Speaker 4 (24:50):
Okay, don't like that. But are they divorced?
Speaker 1 (24:52):
Now?
Speaker 4 (24:52):
I mean, shit happens, I get it, But.
Speaker 3 (24:54):
Are they divorced? Well, this is the other part that
I don't like.
Speaker 2 (24:57):
There are domestic violence allegations from Arion, who says that
Martell was trying is that is mistress, Yeah, trying to
get with her after he left filming with Charat Melody
has accused Martella of also being homophobic against her gay
brother allegedly.
Speaker 4 (25:12):
Oh okay, these are these are allegations from the mistress.
Has he gone to court? Has has this gone that far?
Speaker 2 (25:20):
I do know that he has five children, and I
laughed a little bit when Kenya goes, well, I mean.
Speaker 3 (25:29):
The good news is Shrey doesn't get her period anymore.
Speaker 4 (25:32):
That's a good thanks sweetie.
Speaker 2 (25:34):
But the part that I felt a little strange was
when he came in.
Speaker 3 (25:39):
It was very sexual right off the bat.
Speaker 4 (25:41):
Well, this is what bothered me, and I don't know,
you're probably gonna say the same thing is that he
instantly thought that the girl coming in they were gonna
have a threesome. I'm like, why is that the first Yeah?
Why is that the first thing that you're thinking is
you're gonna have a threesome. And to me, that took
my mind to oh, he's.
Speaker 2 (25:59):
A dirty dog. The dirty dog.
Speaker 4 (26:03):
So then, you know, I talked to char In l
A and she's just like, we're just dating, you know.
So she didn't say like, oh.
Speaker 3 (26:11):
We're getting married, we're engaged.
Speaker 4 (26:13):
Does that have any fun? They live on two different states, right.
Speaker 3 (26:16):
Yeah, But I don't know.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
I think it's I think it's easy to say you're
and you're not going to get hurt. But Candy, Kenya,
and Manyetta talk about how Martel is accused of cheating.
Then Kennya says, it's awkward because Martel tried to slide
into her DMS, but then she made an overall rookie mistake.
Speaker 4 (26:34):
Mistake.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
Who doesn't screenshot that because then when they went to
go check there was nothing there.
Speaker 4 (26:40):
And granted never say exactly what he said. What was
the context of the actual.
Speaker 3 (26:46):
DM I don't actually know.
Speaker 4 (26:49):
And she didn't say so she was so strong about
what he had said, or he slid into I mean,
I feel like we're back, sorry, into somebody's DMS.
Speaker 3 (27:00):
But if you don't follow somebody and you slide into
their das.
Speaker 4 (27:03):
Maybe she did it Instagram Live. Maybe that's what happened,
and he just said like, hey, you know, I mean,
she's a beau. Kenya's a beautiful woman. Well, kenyat hey,
there's an opportunity.
Speaker 3 (27:15):
Who knows?
Speaker 2 (27:16):
Well, can you tell Chara that Martel slid into her
dams and Chara decides to bring him over. Kenya and
Martel are shown arguing and she says, once a cheater,
always a cheater, You piece of shit.
Speaker 4 (27:30):
Do you believe that? Do you believe once a cheater,
always a cheater. No, I don't believe that at all.
You can be in a really bad situation and you
just went out, and you know whatever you're out is.
Maybe it's having an affair with somebody or whatever. I'm
not saying it's the right thing to do. I don't
think it's a solid thing to do. But it doesn't
(27:50):
make you cheat the rest of your life.
Speaker 3 (27:52):
But I also don't have I don't.
Speaker 4 (27:54):
If you have a reputation of cheating all the time.
That's a whole different story.
Speaker 3 (27:57):
Which is apparently a.
Speaker 4 (28:00):
Ship. Well, I love Chara, so I don't want her
to get hurt. I mean, these Atlanta girls are so
good at throwing shade in the confessionals, especially Chara and Kenya.
I mean it is I mean, I just look at
it going. Why can I think of ship like that? Yeah,
and I'm pretty bad in my confessionals.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
So apparently all the DM said was Carlos King confirmed
that Martel DMed Kenya and said thank you for the
compliments after Kenya appeared on carl Deal.
Speaker 4 (28:30):
Who gives to this is like Potomac all over again
with Christaine you should have went to the whatever.
Speaker 5 (28:37):
That.
Speaker 3 (28:38):
I didn't realize that.
Speaker 2 (28:39):
I thought it was some sort of like you're you know,
i'd love to get together.
Speaker 4 (28:43):
Yeah you want a cheaty cheaty bang bang, Yeah you
want nothing like that.
Speaker 2 (28:46):
Let's bump.
Speaker 4 (28:48):
I was gonna say that.
Speaker 2 (28:49):
My mom always says bump bugly, like did they bump buglies?
But that doesn't really upset me. But I am always
curious when somebody will DM multiple housewives in general.
Speaker 4 (29:01):
But well, he's on reality too, so I feel like
you have a reality like family.
Speaker 3 (29:06):
He's very handsome.
Speaker 2 (29:07):
Just here, here's our little thing that we're gonna say
to you, Martel. Don't fuck with Chara like she's great.
We love her. I know her picker I think might
be slightly askew.
Speaker 4 (29:16):
We got to help her with her picker.
Speaker 3 (29:18):
Oh yeah, we're just experts with our Eddie and Edwin.
Speaker 4 (29:21):
Yeah, I mean hey, I mean ten years next month,
I'm thirteen, Yeah, thirteen together, ten years married.
Speaker 2 (29:27):
MS fuck that up, Eddie Edwin. This is a warning
as well. PSA, PSA, don't fuck it up.
Speaker 3 (29:35):
Oh my god, Edwin pissed me off so bad before
I left.
Speaker 4 (29:37):
Oh my god, before you left her when you got
home before I left her New York. Oh, that's the
worst when you get in it.
Speaker 2 (29:42):
No, it's every time before I leave because he doesn't
want you to go kiss me off. But I let
it go. I never even brought it up again. I'm
bringing it up to you because he's not going to listen.
Speaker 4 (29:53):
Yeah, but Eddie either, that's like Eddie today, Okay, have fun? Yeah,
like you're gonna be gone all day. I'm like probably.
I'm like, first off, I invited you to New York.
I didn't choose to go with my friend and Kyle.
I asked you first, you were not available.
Speaker 3 (30:08):
Then I asked Cruz and he told me he was
not interested.
Speaker 2 (30:10):
Yeah, there you go.
Speaker 3 (30:11):
What else do you want from me?
Speaker 2 (30:13):
He's like, I'm just so overwhelmed with work and you
get to go live your best life. But let's get
into Ralph speaking.
Speaker 3 (30:21):
Of Uh, that was so weird. What was he talking about?
Speaker 1 (30:25):
So?
Speaker 4 (30:25):
I don't know, there's a family crisis, But there's a
family crisis. Why aren't you at home with the family, Ralph.
Speaker 3 (30:30):
I think that maybe she had COVID.
Speaker 4 (30:31):
That's what I kind of heard. Family crisis are COVID?
Speaker 2 (30:35):
I think she may have had COVID and then but
he says Drew Drew doesn't feel well and they have
a family crisis.
Speaker 4 (30:42):
Did you the family crisis is divorced.
Speaker 2 (30:44):
Do you think the family crisis is she caught him
slipping again?
Speaker 4 (30:48):
Well, he had balls to show up.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
But then he says, Ralph says, Drew's father sick, but
he needs to show support to Ross.
Speaker 3 (30:55):
Does Yeah.
Speaker 4 (30:57):
I mean, if it was a rever, think about this.
If we're filming Orange County, Beverly Hills, whatever, and there's
a party going on and either I have COVID or
something's going on in my house, do you think Eddie's
gonna show up to that or Edwin?
Speaker 2 (31:09):
Well, I know I have other issues, Like Sonya could
have spent one hundred thousand dollars on a down payment
to get some of the people out out of her house.
Speaker 4 (31:18):
You know what I didn't like. I didn't like the
fact that her family was kind of putting her down.
But they're all living in her house.
Speaker 3 (31:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (31:26):
Like, if I want you to cut my hair out,
but I'm paying for you, you better shave my asshole.
Speaker 4 (31:31):
If I ask you.
Speaker 2 (31:32):
Listen, if you're gonna pay for these smale hairs, and
I can't see back there because you.
Speaker 3 (31:36):
Better bite my chin hairs out your teeth, bitch.
Speaker 4 (31:39):
I have one right there.
Speaker 3 (31:40):
Oh, let me see it.
Speaker 4 (31:41):
Can you feel it?
Speaker 3 (31:42):
Oh yeah, it's not right, Yes it is. I could
get it. I get it when we're done.
Speaker 4 (31:47):
But it's so fine that sometimes you pluck it too
soon it breaks off, I know, and then it's not
Then you got to wait another month.
Speaker 3 (31:52):
But then what about when you can see the gray
when you tell.
Speaker 4 (31:55):
I don't have gray chin hairs, they're black. Mine are black.
But then there's I'd rather have gray. They're just so coose. Okay, sorry,
let's get back on you.
Speaker 2 (32:02):
But either way, watching that whole thing was she really
eloquently explained for a while there was a reason that
I supported my entire family, but that.
Speaker 3 (32:11):
But not only support.
Speaker 4 (32:12):
They were helping her. One was an agent, one did
her hair, one did her schedule.
Speaker 2 (32:15):
But I also have a little bit of an issue
with this because I watched all these documentaries about child
actors and their moms or their managers or whatever.
Speaker 3 (32:25):
Sometimes I do.
Speaker 2 (32:27):
Think that then that person is going to continuously get
taken advantage of, for sure, because that's spears. That's yeah,
I mean, that's not their profession. If you were a
professional manager of Olympians, you would have done that before
your daughter became one.
Speaker 4 (32:43):
I get you probably know this more than anybody because
you grew up with a famous father. There's going to
be siblings, you, your brother, your sister. Now if you
go on to have a public life where as you do,
is there issues with your siblings, like you know, like oh,
like jealousy?
Speaker 3 (33:03):
No, but there is a difference.
Speaker 2 (33:06):
I would say in the way that my dad treats
my brothers versus the way he treats the sisters.
Speaker 3 (33:11):
And what do you mean like he I think because
they grew up with him.
Speaker 4 (33:16):
Are you the only public sibling? Yes, I mean obviously
people know what works for my dad on tour a
specs an artist.
Speaker 2 (33:24):
Michelle works at my dad's arts art where you sell artwork.
Speaker 3 (33:30):
Yeah, what's that called?
Speaker 4 (33:31):
Art gallery?
Speaker 3 (33:32):
Art gallery? And then justice is.
Speaker 4 (33:35):
Wait, how many freaking kids are there?
Speaker 3 (33:37):
There's a lot of us.
Speaker 2 (33:38):
It's like we're with Martinell, like the cougs is martel
Oh the Cougs?
Speaker 4 (33:43):
I know?
Speaker 2 (33:44):
Yeah, so, but I've got you know, I'm the only
one in the public. But I wouldn't say that that
does any differentiation.
Speaker 3 (33:50):
But I would say he.
Speaker 4 (33:50):
Has got a lot more leniency for.
Speaker 3 (33:53):
My brothers than he does for us girls.
Speaker 4 (33:55):
Okay, so so basically what we're saying, either Sonia is
very difficult to work with if even if you are
working with her or her family's kind of jealous because
once again or.
Speaker 3 (34:10):
I don't know that, Like that's the point, Like I
get it.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
Like if let's say tomorrow Slate book, Like let's just
pretend Slay was a dancer, she goes on a dancing show,
and I would not manage her.
Speaker 3 (34:26):
I would hire a professional.
Speaker 4 (34:28):
But I feel like, as a parent, you want to
protect your child, So I think your natural instinct would
be but how can you push Jenner and be like,
I want to protect you because you're not You're not
Britney Seer's dad, where you're going to be corrupt and
steal the money and do things like that. But you
want to have somebody that knows what they're doing as well,
like a manager that you can work with closely. Right,
is that what you're saying you want to.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
Yeah, I think there's both. I think yes, they should
still be a part of it. They should be still
be overseeing the deals, but when every person in your
family is being paid, there's a different dynamic.
Speaker 4 (34:59):
And it sounds like she was really sweet to do that.
But that's why I went and hire one of my
damn family members. I'll tell you that right now.
Speaker 3 (35:05):
But we are gonna have Tamra's mom.
Speaker 4 (35:07):
By the way, speaking of she did ask for hair
and makeup? You're lying, no, No, I'll share you my
text shell. You can flash it up there. She literally said, mom,
because she's in Arizona, I thought she's going to be
home on Monday, and I'm like, oh shit, I hope
she doesn't stay till Thursday, because I knew she'd say yes.
I go, Mom, I said, for Mother's Day, we're gonna
do a little special and we're going to have you
on the podcast. And she goes, oh, yay, yes, I'll
(35:28):
be home tomorrow. She goes, do I get hair and makeup?
And I go, no, you don't.
Speaker 3 (35:33):
We never do hair and makeup unless we're to get
I want.
Speaker 4 (35:35):
We're normally in our pajamas doing our podcast, but I
might get her a little liquored up.
Speaker 2 (35:40):
Oh good.
Speaker 3 (35:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (35:42):
But one final thing that I do want to say
about Ralph. I did think it was weird that he
showed up to film without Drew, Like I felt like.
Speaker 3 (35:49):
I know, that's a crisis. That is a real crisis.
Speaker 1 (35:52):
I know.
Speaker 4 (35:53):
Can we talk about Candy's fashion choices this season so far?
I'm not dogging her at all. Are saying anything negative?
I'm asking your opinion now. There was rhinestones on her
chest and very glitterly. I that made my eyes rub
because I'm very allergic to glitter and eyeshadow that sparkly,
So I'm like, what is she? What is she doing?
(36:15):
And then the pigtails and I'm like, Okay, Candy's taking
chances this season.
Speaker 3 (36:22):
Well you want to know what I didn't like?
Speaker 2 (36:24):
What so when people are being passive aggressive and they
sing during it, and she's like.
Speaker 5 (36:30):
I can't take the pressure of dealing with a shit anymore.
Speaker 4 (36:36):
We need to go carry.
Speaker 5 (36:38):
I'm done dealing with the bull shit. I don't you,
mother fucking ass, So get off the phone. And he
had dinner with my son.
Speaker 4 (36:47):
Oh my god, did you actually because she can because
she's Candy, she's world whie bitch.
Speaker 3 (36:53):
Well, granted, her voice is good, but I was like, please, please.
Speaker 4 (36:57):
Did you see the commercial with her and her son Ace.
Was it Ace? I think it was. The KFC commercial
was hilarious. I mean, that kid is an actor.
Speaker 3 (37:05):
That kid's great.
Speaker 4 (37:06):
I'm like, how did he remember all those lines?
Speaker 2 (37:08):
They're all great? But the singing passive aggressiveness almost pushed
me right over the edge.
Speaker 4 (37:13):
I feel like she came out shady. She came this episode.
Speaker 3 (37:16):
I really do think, Well, she's pissed, she's pissed at him.
Speaker 4 (37:20):
Is she pissed at him? Or is she hearing on
the blogs where they say, well, you're really swayed by that.
Somebody goes Tamory, you say this all the time, you
do this, then you're like, Okay, I'm not gonna do that,
fucking dog. Tamary say, interesting, it's not interesting, it's interesting,
like you know what you say interesting interesting, interesting, it's interesting.
Speaker 2 (37:43):
But Marlow's comments about music and Broadway not working for
Candy age as good as milk, with Candy getting both
an Emmy nomination and a Tony recently, I know, so,
I mean about.
Speaker 4 (37:57):
How about y'say interconfessional. The only time Candy is not
talking when about people is when she's eating her sucking.
Speaker 2 (38:04):
D But but then did she say but not in
the where was where did they say she was having sex.
Speaker 4 (38:10):
In the locker room in the locker locker round or
something like that. Oh my god, these girls are so
good at throwing shade, Like I mean, if we did
that in Orange County, I'm triggered. You hurt my feelings.
I hurt my feelings.
Speaker 2 (38:22):
No, I thought they were all good. And I actually
really liked the Marlowe I did. I normally don't like
a life coach. I liked Marlowe with the kids and
the life coach and all that.
Speaker 4 (38:31):
Okay, I am obsessed with Marlowe. She is so sweet.
She looks more beautiful than ever on the screen, and
then I saw her in person. I'm like, oh my god,
so sweet, so kind.
Speaker 2 (38:43):
But she was funny, and I thought that like when
they're like, you're supposed to come up with your mission
statement or whatever and that they're supposed to come up
with and she's like, oh, I've been working on that,
and then the older son just starts cracking up, like
you're so full of shit.
Speaker 4 (38:57):
But those boys, I mean, she's doing everything she can
to make sure that those boys have a good life.
And it's just it's impressive to me because that would
be hard as could you imagine as a single woman
taking on your sister's kids and trying to figure out
your own life. And you know, she admitted like, I'm
not perfect and what I did was not right, and
the therapist is like, that's okay.
Speaker 2 (39:16):
And that's okay.
Speaker 3 (39:17):
You're doing what you can to fix it.
Speaker 2 (39:20):
But did you realize that Drew didn't even get a confessional?
Speaker 4 (39:25):
Drew wasn't even in the first episode.
Speaker 2 (39:27):
But Ralph got a confessional?
Speaker 3 (39:29):
Did he?
Speaker 2 (39:29):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (39:30):
What do you say? I can't remember that.
Speaker 2 (39:31):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (39:32):
I don't even know why they're fully divorce. But now
I'm mad at him.
Speaker 4 (39:34):
Wait, I have a question. Who is Courtney? Oh my god?
And can't she just go away?
Speaker 2 (39:39):
Courtney came in with boots as high as her thirst level.
She beyond beyond so much. I was like, why are
you coming in? And then once it stopped, then just stop,
just stop.
Speaker 4 (39:54):
She was trying so hard to get a peach in
the first episode, I mean, go, I have to Candy
saying next level, you said I was a friend, Like
is that really something to argue about? And Candy was
so calm and everything. I thought Candy was going to
be like shady, but she's like, what are you talking about?
Speaker 2 (40:11):
She's just like I said, I didn't know you.
Speaker 4 (40:12):
I wouldn't stop. She kept going and going and going.
Speaker 2 (40:16):
And clearly this is all like a breaking of the
fourth wall type situation because she's saying I run in
the same circle as Candy and blah blah blah. And
Candy's like, I don't know her, but Courtney, you're being
a bit of a try hard, which is fine. Sit down, Courtney,
Sit down, Courtney, but don't sit down as much as
Danielle up.
Speaker 4 (40:37):
I don't know that Daniel's sitting down. I think she's
also a little little bit of a try heart.
Speaker 2 (40:43):
She tries me nuts.
Speaker 4 (40:44):
I know she does. I know she does.
Speaker 2 (40:47):
Fan thoughts.
Speaker 3 (40:47):
I hope the OC premiere is as good as a
Lana What do you think is it going to be?
Speaker 4 (40:52):
I don't know. I haven't seen it, but I would
only hope.
Speaker 2 (40:55):
So they all came to play.
Speaker 3 (40:57):
It did not disappoint.
Speaker 4 (40:59):
People are wondering, like where is Drew? I love different
side of Marlowe too. People are really excited about that,
and I loved I like, my can we talk about Drews?
I mean Marlow's ear rings.
Speaker 2 (41:12):
I didn't see them.
Speaker 4 (41:14):
How could you not? They were hoops. They were like
like like tires from your your child's, you know, tricycle,
like on they touched a confessional, dude. Really, it's all
over the blogs too. Like the ear rings, they were like,
why are they that color? Took silver?
Speaker 2 (41:36):
Gold?
Speaker 4 (41:36):
What do they say on them? Alexander or something?
Speaker 2 (41:39):
Or do you think it's alex and McQueen. Oh yeah,
oh vaultier.
Speaker 4 (41:46):
I'm sorry, beyond my price range, probably because I never
heard of them.
Speaker 3 (41:50):
Why maybe she sells it at her place.
Speaker 2 (41:51):
All right, we're gonna take a break and we're gonna
come back and talk about Jersey.
Speaker 4 (42:06):
All right, Well, what did you think about the eighty
year old twins? Identical twins? Jennifer Fessler brought her mom
and her sister, her aunt. I thought they were a hoot.
I'm really disappointed that we had to wait, hoot?
Speaker 3 (42:23):
Are you eighty nine years old?
Speaker 4 (42:24):
Well they're eighty, so I thought, who would be at there?
Speaker 2 (42:27):
Are real?
Speaker 4 (42:28):
Riot two? I thought, why did we have to wait
all season? I feel like we could have gotten a
little bit more out of these these And now.
Speaker 2 (42:36):
What I do want to know is I want more
information on Jinfesler. I think Jenfesler is giving us enough,
even though she drives me a little bit nuts. Sometimes
I think she's moving into the place to give us
a hit.
Speaker 4 (42:48):
I think so too, And I'm telling you after meeting
her and hanging out with her, she's hilarious, hilarious. But
you know what I have to point out. Do you
notice a difference in the recent confessionals of these girls
since they've been on a zemp Yes, so a lot
of them have admitted to being on a zempic and
sometimes we do. I'm sorry, whatever, it's all the same ship.
(43:12):
So they do these interviews, like even towards the end
of the season. So now they're all like sucked in
super skinny, and I'm.
Speaker 2 (43:23):
Like, well, my first confessional ever, I had never had
any lip filler, And I remember the first picture as
honestly like this. I heard They're like, this is your
and I was like, And then three weeks later I
was like, it honestly looked like my lips.
Speaker 4 (43:46):
I put a little I put two little dots right
here and there hotel.
Speaker 2 (43:50):
Well, now, but whatever they did originally, now I don't
even have to get lip filler. I just get lip
flips each time and it works.
Speaker 4 (43:57):
Is that a bowtox?
Speaker 2 (43:57):
That's the botox that lifts the lip. But I do
remember my first one. I looked even more tense than
I regularly am because I was like, I was like
ace Ventura or whatever, or the mask.
Speaker 4 (44:10):
Oh my god.
Speaker 3 (44:10):
Okay, So I.
Speaker 4 (44:11):
Really did like the twins. I thought it was a
cute scene.
Speaker 2 (44:15):
I love that the I mean, I love adult twins
that still dress the same.
Speaker 4 (44:19):
I mean, right, we're in the retirement home. Can we
dress the same?
Speaker 3 (44:25):
Yeah, when we're in well, no, when we're in prison,
we will.
Speaker 4 (44:28):
Oh, okay, I can't wait for that.
Speaker 2 (44:30):
And then we get Danielle talking to well. So, also,
I watched Jersey with somebody who has never watched Jersey,
my friend Nicole.
Speaker 4 (44:38):
Okay Nicole, and.
Speaker 2 (44:39):
She was watching and she's like, I'm confused, Like I
feel like when I watch Housewives, it's to see nice
houses and stuff.
Speaker 3 (44:46):
She was not a fan of Danielle's house.
Speaker 4 (44:48):
Well, she's got a wall unit. You know that, right?
Do you guys know what a wall unit is. No,
it's an air conditioning unit that's in the window. I
learned that from one of her cast mates.
Speaker 2 (45:02):
One of your current cast mates.
Speaker 4 (45:03):
Her cast mates.
Speaker 3 (45:05):
Oh they said that.
Speaker 2 (45:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (45:07):
I'm like, oh, she seems nice, and they go, she
has a wall unit. I go, oh, wait, like I
thought wall unit where your TV goes like you know
the eighties oak wall units. Right, I'm like, what do
you mean, like, no wall unit where their air conditioning
comes out.
Speaker 3 (45:20):
Of I am dead.
Speaker 4 (45:22):
I mean we all start somewhere, people, we all start somewhere.
Speaker 3 (45:26):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (45:27):
Then we get into my favorite part of the entire episode,
which is Frank admits he wasn't Polly's biggest fan, but
realizes they are similar and he just needed to break
down barriers.
Speaker 4 (45:39):
Okay, this scene made me so happy. Me too, And
so he admitted, you know, Buzz light Year is actually
a really good guy. And when he found out that
he came to Jersey, wherever he came, I don't know
where he came landed in Jersey or somewhere else. I
don't know. He was a receptionist, yeah, before he learned
how to speak English.
Speaker 2 (46:00):
Well, that's pretty much like everybody. Anytime I call any anywhere,
it's like it goes like m ding ding and it's
like transforms me to another country. But I saw a
meme and it really spoke to me, which is you
are the person who you are to the voice recording
when it says if you want to speak to a representative,
(46:22):
like when I'm on with Verizon and it's like press zero,
and then it's like, would you like to talk to
a representative?
Speaker 3 (46:28):
I'm like, representative.
Speaker 4 (46:35):
I hate those things because it's so frustrating you have
to go through, because you have to go through so
many That's like using your GPS in your car. I
need to go to thirty you know whatever road, and
they go, you want twenty nine. No, I went thirty,
Oh you want, and it's like no, you could have
just punched it in. Somebody could have just answered that
phone right then you didn't have to go through all that.
Speaker 2 (46:57):
I can only imagine if you had to deal with
all the people that have rage when you talk to
a receptionist and you're like room fourteen oh two and
they're like fourteen oh one, and you're like fourteen oh two?
Speaker 3 (47:08):
Did I fucking stutter?
Speaker 4 (47:10):
But I would Brittany asking Polly if he came, oh
my god, gat to America not knowing any English and
everybody looked at her and she was just like, had no.
Speaker 2 (47:22):
Click camera, don't okay something something I would say. I
was gonna say, did you know that?
Speaker 4 (47:28):
Yes, I knew that. I've been to Ireland.
Speaker 3 (47:31):
Oh well, if you hadn't been to Ireland, would you
have known that?
Speaker 2 (47:34):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (47:34):
I think so, I think I would have known that.
Speaker 3 (47:36):
I'm not sure. For a second.
Speaker 2 (47:38):
I was like, a good point.
Speaker 4 (47:38):
I mean, I'm not saying I wouldn't say that, but
but you know, it's one of those things you just
think everybody from a foreign country speaks a different language.
Speaker 3 (47:45):
Well, and so her.
Speaker 2 (47:46):
Asking Polly that, I was like, maybe it is a
good thing we don't hear that much from Brittany.
Speaker 4 (47:51):
I was like, if you were Brittany, let me ask
you this. If you were Brittany and you're sitting at
that dinner and Polly says that he has already gotten
the ring, and Frank kind of loses it. He said,
he curses. I can't remember what he said. He's like,
are you fucking kidding me? Like that? Would you be
like back off? Like what do you care? Like why
wouldn't he be like, Oh, that's you know, I'm so
happy for you guys.
Speaker 2 (48:12):
None of that really upset me. The one thing that
I am looking for is one time for Frank to
touch Brittany.
Speaker 3 (48:22):
It's like Brittany is another one of his children.
Speaker 4 (48:25):
Like there's no like affection.
Speaker 2 (48:27):
There's no affection. And I don't know if that's because
he's trying to be respectful of Dolores. But if that's
the case, I love the fact that they're all moving forward,
they're doing this all together.
Speaker 1 (48:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (48:38):
I love that Frank said Polly.
Speaker 2 (48:39):
Yeah, But like if I was Brittany at some point,
I'd be like, maybe seem like you're into me a
little bit, like maybe a little Do.
Speaker 4 (48:48):
You think that Brittany will have a bigger role next year?
Speaker 2 (48:52):
That comment?
Speaker 4 (48:54):
No, After that comment, I think yes, But I don't know.
Speaker 3 (48:57):
I think she's scared of Dolores and if she's.
Speaker 2 (48:59):
Scared of me to be in her wedding, oh my gosh,
I forgot about it.
Speaker 4 (49:04):
But do you know what I think is gonna happen
next year? What it's gonna be who's gonna get to
the altar faster? I think it's gonna be a competition
between Polly and Dolores and Frank and Brittany. I haven't
tickting it now.
Speaker 2 (49:14):
I bet you one hundred dollars who gets married first? No, no, no,
I bet you one hundred dollars. Frank will not propose
to Brittany. Really, Yeah, I don't think there're anywhere. I
don't think I don't think he'll ever get married again.
I think they'll probably be.
Speaker 4 (49:29):
Part of Well, we need to get Frank on.
Speaker 2 (49:30):
The pod, we may as well the pod Polly says
he's once he has the engagement ring. Do you think
that that is Frank being to invest invested in the relationship.
Speaker 4 (49:41):
Or wait, what's your question?
Speaker 2 (49:44):
Like? Do you think him asking and even grilling those
questions means he's to invest it?
Speaker 4 (49:49):
Or are you like, oh no, I think that that
that's I mean, considering how close they are, they're still
really good friends, like asking are you going to get
engaged or whatever? I think that's a normal conversation. But
I'm trying to understand is Frank doing this for TV
purposes or is he really that worried about her moving on?
Speaker 2 (50:10):
I think it's a combo, But I also think the
TV would suffer without Frank. I think that Frank brings
this softer side to Joe. He brings it more fun.
Speaker 4 (50:17):
Well, I need Frank to get married because I don't want.
Speaker 3 (50:19):
To lose him.
Speaker 2 (50:20):
Okay, what about when Melissa told Teresa that they can't
go to the rehearsal dinner. Teresa says, Melissa has been
in Joe's ear all these years, and this is the
result result.
Speaker 4 (50:30):
She did you see the picture that she had of
Melissa on her phone?
Speaker 2 (50:34):
I did not.
Speaker 4 (50:36):
It wasn't a good one. It's not a good one.
It's not a good picture.
Speaker 3 (50:52):
Oh my gosh, you guys.
Speaker 2 (50:53):
I know this is completely off topic and we're running
out of time, But when I was in Nashville, I
couldn't fall asleep one night, so I started watching a
new reality television show and I saw that Chris Colin
was one of the producers. I know I love him,
but I don't love him so much. But it's called
the Ultimatum. I cannot even express to you how good
this show is.
Speaker 3 (51:14):
It is so it's on Netflix. So they can curse,
they can be naked, they can do what.
Speaker 4 (51:18):
Oh is it a reality show?
Speaker 3 (51:19):
Reality show? So good?
Speaker 2 (51:21):
But I get through the first episode. At the end,
I see it, says Chris Colin. Immediately I text him,
I'm like, you did the ultimatum, but you guys have
to watch it. We'll report back. But I mean it
is a slice of heaven. Enjoy Okay. Anyways, moving on,
we get to Rachel asked Jaden if he's comfortable with her.
Speaker 3 (51:43):
I love this scene.
Speaker 2 (51:44):
I thought that it was very sweet Jaden. You can
tell how much he loves him.
Speaker 4 (51:48):
I'm not fond on the fact that she's said some
things about the birth Mond.
Speaker 3 (51:53):
Yeah, I don't like that.
Speaker 4 (51:53):
I don't like that, but I don't think she was
I'm sure she has much more that she would like
to say, only because it's just not necessary.
Speaker 3 (52:01):
But I thought she's she reserved more.
Speaker 2 (52:04):
I did like that she said, listen, Jaden, if this
is not something you want for sure, Yeah, this makes
me uncomfortable at all, Let's not do it. I appreciated that.
I thought that meant YOURU.
Speaker 4 (52:14):
But I kind of felt like they did ask backwards.
I feel like they should have asked Jaden first and
then proceeded with it. We don't know, don't But my
question is do you think that it's gone through? Have
we heard anything? Is it beads?
Speaker 3 (52:26):
Some rumblings with the two of them, so I don't know.
Speaker 4 (52:30):
And then wait, I have to go back. So the
text message that was brought up between Melissa and Teresa, Yeah,
why is she texting Melissa if she hates her so much?
Why isn't she directly texting her brother?
Speaker 3 (52:46):
Because she wants it to be Melissa's fault.
Speaker 4 (52:49):
That's what I'm saying. That's exactly well, that's what I'm thinking.
It's like, why don't you text your brother? And then
she'll say things like she gets in between us. Well, no,
you're putting her in between because you didn't call her,
call your brother directly or text him directly. I think
she wants Oh she did say that she called her
brother a couple of times. He didn't return her fo
so maybe that's why.
Speaker 2 (53:07):
But they were saying repeatedly that we're going to see
this terrible side of Joe and Melissa and it's going
to make us change our minds. I haven't seen it yet.
Speaker 4 (53:16):
I haven't either. And can I ask you a question,
what has Joe Gorga done to Louie?
Speaker 2 (53:24):
Well, supposedly the Pizza Evans, remember.
Speaker 4 (53:30):
Yeah, but was that a horrible situation where I mean
Louis goes off on Joe and Melissa?
Speaker 2 (53:36):
He called him an animal, like we say shitty things
and we don't even call people animals a rat.
Speaker 3 (53:42):
He called a rat an animal like he was he.
Speaker 4 (53:46):
This was not a good episode for Louie at.
Speaker 2 (53:48):
All, And I don't know, I felt like Louie. It
made me sad actually for Teresa watching this episode.
Speaker 4 (53:59):
To look on Teresa's face and the pure panic that
was going over her as Louis was talking about her
brother and sister in law was sad.
Speaker 3 (54:09):
Yeah, it was sad.
Speaker 2 (54:11):
I get all relationships, there is going to be more
of the alpha, but I just think.
Speaker 4 (54:18):
It just wasn't a good look.
Speaker 2 (54:20):
It wasn't a good look. And he was a color
that no human should ever be.
Speaker 4 (54:24):
What you mean like this color?
Speaker 2 (54:25):
It was brighter than this strawberry, like the reddest human
being ever. And like I'm not going to invite you
to the wedding? Why does he turn red because he
has rage?
Speaker 4 (54:37):
Like does that mean like all the blood rushes to
your head because you're so mad?
Speaker 2 (54:40):
Well, like, for example, my tell is if I'm about
to cry hives, my entire neck will get hives.
Speaker 4 (54:47):
That's how my daughter is.
Speaker 2 (54:48):
Yeah, so like you will know, like I will think
I'm playing it off but then I feel this anxiety here. Yeah,
and then I'll have splotchy things on my neck.
Speaker 4 (54:56):
So well, Melissa never properly RSVP to the wedding. Do
you think that was intentional?
Speaker 2 (55:04):
I don't know. To be honest, I don't give a
fuck anymore.
Speaker 4 (55:06):
Let me ask you another question. If you're not in
the wedding, are you expected to go to the rehearsal dinner?
Speaker 2 (55:14):
Well, actually, most weddings, if you're not in the wedding,
unless it's like they say, like you're RC being to
the rehearsal dinner and to the wedding. You're not required,
not required, but most people don't want you rehearsal dinner.
Speaker 4 (55:27):
And another thing, remember last week's episode when Louis had
that hot mic moment?
Speaker 2 (55:33):
Yeah, what what?
Speaker 4 (55:35):
What did we see that dinner? We didn't see that
dinner this week. Remember the invite?
Speaker 2 (55:38):
Remember I think it was that other dinner, the one
where she wore the white dress.
Speaker 4 (55:42):
But it was a surprise, oh where she was fully
in a wedding down but yeah, she was her bridal shower.
Oh so that was what it was too.
Speaker 3 (55:52):
I don't know, No, it wasn't.
Speaker 4 (55:54):
It was to another dinner right, is Thursday night before
the wedding.
Speaker 2 (55:59):
Also, I want so many, so many freakin' dinners before
a wedding. Well with me and Edwin, we just got
married and with our family, there was one night but
like my first my first.
Speaker 4 (56:10):
Yeah who were you?
Speaker 2 (56:12):
No, but my.
Speaker 3 (56:13):
First wedding, which was like a big over the time.
Speaker 4 (56:16):
Yeah you do all the thing?
Speaker 2 (56:17):
No, but are all the things?
Speaker 5 (56:19):
Was?
Speaker 3 (56:20):
We had a rehearsal dinner.
Speaker 2 (56:21):
Then there was a brunch the day of the wedding
for my bridesmaids.
Speaker 3 (56:25):
Okay wed Matt's groomsman, and so we hung out.
Speaker 4 (56:32):
I need pictures of this wedding.
Speaker 2 (56:35):
You can google. It was and in style weddings, stop it.
Speaker 4 (56:38):
I think mine was too, or maybe.
Speaker 2 (56:41):
It was inside weddings, which I think might even be
worse because it's not even in style weddings. And the bridesmaids.
My friends still hate me for the bridesmaids. I chose
the bridesmaids dresses.
Speaker 3 (56:52):
What were color?
Speaker 2 (56:53):
They were periwinkle blue, periwinkle blue, and they they were
just like too, they were mine, were too.
Speaker 4 (57:05):
It's the only place they allow us to film that.
Speaker 2 (57:08):
I didn't. I wasn't on any Telesion show.
Speaker 4 (57:11):
Yeah, but that's where you go when you go mine,
we're pale pink like Teresa's, just like my pale pink
dress by the same designer as Teresa's. Jennifer getting an
apartment for her brother. That was nice to saw a
different side to her. She's very sweet and nice and
kind and that that was all very very sweet. And
(57:32):
then the end, I mean they the end all was pretty.
Speaker 2 (57:38):
They just need to rebrand this franchise Brothers and Sisters
like that.
Speaker 3 (57:43):
That's really all we're dealing with now.
Speaker 2 (57:46):
Even the fact that we had to hear more about
Danielle's dysfunctional relationship with her brother, will never see enough.
Speaker 4 (57:53):
I don't want to hear about that anymore. And the
fact that jen is still Jennifer Aiden is still talking
to Laura, who we don't see on the show. Why
is this still hold on? Was going to show up
to the wedding? What? What? What?
Speaker 2 (58:07):
By the way, I don't know if this was on
because I'm delirious, but I've watched something revolving around the
text that Margaret sent to the friend group.
Speaker 3 (58:18):
The friend group. Why did I see this?
Speaker 4 (58:21):
Because they talked about it on the show. I haven't
actually seen so the text.
Speaker 2 (58:25):
I saw the text and it pretty much was like,
here's the deal. She's desperate to be into this, you know,
speaking about Laura. Yeah, she's desperate to be in this.
I asked that all of you guys continue discontinue speaking
with her regardless.
Speaker 4 (58:39):
I had a clinger like that for years. A clinger.
It was an ex friend that just fucking wouldn't leave
me alone and try to get on the show every
way he could. And it was just like, go away.
Speaker 3 (58:48):
Oh it was a guy, Was it? The one that
was doing in my wedding?
Speaker 1 (58:52):
Was?
Speaker 3 (58:54):
Yes, I didn't even see it, and I remember that clip.
Speaker 2 (58:57):
Yeah, I'm like, I am.
Speaker 3 (58:59):
On, I'm infueging today.
Speaker 4 (59:01):
Clinged onto everybody I knew and then had like had
housewives in his bio and it's like, dude, go away.
Speaker 3 (59:09):
I need to see what he looks like though because
I can't remember.
Speaker 2 (59:11):
But anyway, I do like when we look at the
fan thoughts and it's exactly what we said. Louis is
slowly poisoning Teresa's life.
Speaker 4 (59:18):
If I was in a snake pit, would you pull
me out?
Speaker 2 (59:22):
Are they poisonous snakes?
Speaker 4 (59:25):
One might be?
Speaker 3 (59:27):
I think I could if I could just stick my
arm and quick.
Speaker 4 (59:30):
Yeah, okay, okay. That was a scary scene though, I mean,
and Teresa looked totally uncomfortable with him talking, turning red.
He just seems like he's making the situation worse between
Teresa and her brother.
Speaker 2 (59:44):
I can't even really look at him anymore. That's a
bad sign.
Speaker 4 (59:48):
Like I what about the clips for next week.
Speaker 3 (59:52):
When they're trying to are they just.
Speaker 4 (59:54):
Talking about he hired a private investigator and he's the
biggest private investigatory knows and he has shit on everybody?
I mean, what the fuck?
Speaker 3 (01:00:03):
Especially you guys.
Speaker 2 (01:00:04):
We're not going to say this, but you can do
your research and look at all of the different things
that he has not been honest about.
Speaker 3 (01:00:14):
It's effortlessly, effortless to find.
Speaker 4 (01:00:17):
We are daily blooded, blooded floods, stuff that I won't
even repeat, stuff that it's so scary that I am
not doing.
Speaker 2 (01:00:25):
But this is, this is how I know how bad
it is the fact that Teresa got as mad as
she got at you, at me, at this whole situation
when we're simply recapping what we're seeing.
Speaker 4 (01:00:34):
Because she's spent her time defending him. She's my sick
of it. Next week looks insane. Literally is scary, Louis
is scary, the family seem it's lawis and Frank is
everybody's favorite.
Speaker 3 (01:00:46):
So yeah, so.
Speaker 2 (01:00:47):
All right, And it appears that Jenayden is not going
to couples therapy. No, she's not well.
Speaker 3 (01:00:55):
Should we go to therapy together?
Speaker 2 (01:00:57):
Mean?
Speaker 4 (01:00:57):
Okay, friend therapy.
Speaker 2 (01:00:58):
Friend therapy? What should we do? What can make us better?
Speaker 4 (01:01:02):
We're perfect?
Speaker 3 (01:01:02):
Well that's what I thought, all right, bye bye
