My name is Brandon Kyle Goodman. I'm a black, gay,
non binary author, TV writer, actor, and I'm messy, but
not in the way you think messy, as in, I'm
human and flawed. I'm on a mission to destroy shame
around sex, and the only way to do that is
to talk about sex. So that's what we'll do on

my brand new podcast, tell Me Something Messy. I went
to a party and, for the first time in my life,
had fun with multiple partners at once. My mom can
never hear this. Absolutely, you should keep it from her.

to advocate for our well being and normalize curiosity, communication,

X and define it as someone who commits to the
sexual liberation of themselves and others by thoughtfully interrogating their
relationship to sex. I'll be doing some learning as well
with some incredible guests, because I am still very much
on my own hope journey.

Practice asking for help, and practice asking for help with
the same amount of compassion that you give help to
other people, like it took me so long to even
communicate or share with anyone in my community.

Your besties and the people in your life aren't just
for brunch tables and dance force. Yes, baby, like I
always say, if you know how to ask for what
you want and advocate for your boundaries when you are
your most vulnerable, which is naked in the bedroom, with
another person or persons. Then you can run that boardroom.
