Speaker 1 (00:00):
If you did it, we all did it.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Everyone sprinted through the finish line, and we delivered the
most epic ass kicking to Kamala the Democrats have seen
since the nineteen eighties. All over the country, left coast
to right, coast, east coast to west, coast, north to south,
(00:24):
we are the champions.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
Donald Trump did it.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
He survived an assassination attempt two of them. He survived
bankruptcy attempts, he survived in attempts to imprison him for
the rest of his life, and last night culminated the
greatest American political comeback I believe in history. Just an
(00:51):
incredible night, one of the best nights of my life.
The only thing that could have made it better was
some potassio crim burulat. But buck, I am still walking
on air now. To be fair to everybody. If I
get even more names wrong, or pronounced things wrong, or
my grammar's even off, I have only slept for two
(01:11):
and a half hours. I was out on Broadway last
night in Nashville at kid Rocks for the clothes for
the conclusion. Let me play that for everybody. Fox News,
we were all chanting, just go ahead and call Alaska,
because it was at two sixty seven, the decision was made.
Fox News made the first call that Trump had won
(01:32):
the presidency.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
This is what it sounded like.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
I hope you all weren't in bed yet, but my goodness,
it sounded sweet here. It was She's done, it's owre officially.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
Yes, what tonight? God so excited. I've been waiting for
this for so long, Buck, I didn't know that was me?
Speaker 3 (01:52):
Is that you?
Speaker 2 (01:54):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (01:54):
Forever Trump twenty twenty four.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
Yes, sorry, I thought that was Fox News making the call,
not me, drunkenly celebrating at the bar.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
So I've already had a whiff three minutes into the
Clay let me talk for a second. Take, I've already whiffed.
Have a little water, take a bove m. Clay was
up super, I was in pajamas with Carrie Pistachio Crembroulet
had we had a lovely night here with Ginger.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
I slept two and a half hours, Buck, I've been
I slept for two and a half hours coming back
from the bar.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
I was. I was watching the streams of the various
networks on my phone with Carrie late at night. But
let's we'll get into the atmospherics. Also, I just want
to say, we want to take a lot of calls
from all of you. This is victory day, this is
celebration day. This is you did it. You who listened
to this show, You patriots, you fellow Americans who saw
(02:47):
what was going wrong with the country and actually wanted
to fix it. And this is a huge step in
the right direction. I would say, Clay, today, we have
so much time to talk policy, so much time to
get into the next steps. And I know the left
is nuts. We understands. This isn't the end of the
movie where everyone lives happily ever after or something. Now
(03:10):
the work begins right now. It's time well now meaning
really January, but transition leading up to January as well.
But you really should take this day. I remember, Clay,
I was speaking to my audience back back when I
was solo in twenty nineteen, in that summer and for
a few days, I said, guys, honestly, it just doesn't
get better than this, So just go do something you've
(03:30):
always wanted to do. Spend the weekend or spend some
time with your family. Go. You know, Trump is kicking ass.
The economy is amazing, enjoy it, and really, I think today,
allow yourself to feel that joy, allow yourself to take
a moment. All of you were voted. I know a
lot of you knocked on doors, a lot of you
spread the word, A lot of you just support the
(03:53):
world of conservatism. Listening to the show, buying from our sponsors,
listening to other shows, friends of ours, in this business.
You are a part of what really feels like a
counter revolution in the best sense. Right, it felt a
bit like a Marxist revolution had been underway for quite
some time. I think you could stretch it back to
the Obama administration and clay for me last night it
(04:14):
just as happy as I was. I didn't scream quite
as loud as you did, but as happy as I was.
It feels like we have restored something of balance and
sanity to the country. My faith in the decision making
of a majority at all, but a majority of the
American people, but a solid majority, has been largely restored.
(04:38):
And to me, I know we've never gotten the reckoning
that we wanted about COVID and about all that was
done to the country. But in a sense this was
a part of that too. The Biden administration was judged
and found wanting in all respects, including the divisiveness the
vaccine mandate. And so today is is victory celebration day.
(05:01):
It is spiked the football day. All of you should
feel so proud. I will say, we had been telling
you that this was coming. We got this one right,
we had We had a few there are a few
doubters about what if they cheat, and why aren't you
talking about the cheat and why are you so overconfident? Well,
we were right this time. Everybody called it, called it,
(05:22):
called it, and we were right because of all of you,
because of what you decided to do. And I honestly
I just couldn't be prouder of the country. I mean
I couldn't be prouder of of all of us. And
even the psycholibs are going to benefit from the administration
that's coming.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
It's just gonna make America better. Stock market opened up
over a thousand points. I haven't checked it in the
last hour or so to see how it's doing. But
even if you're a left winger, you are making a
lot of money this morning, if you have some dollars
in the stock market, because Trump actually has some economic
sense and Kamala didn't, And I think it's a relief
(05:57):
rally on Wall Street that Trump and and a lot
of very good finance people that Trump will empower will
come in with him. A couple of things. Look, the
data is still coming in. Michigan has not officially been
called yet. Arizona and Nevada have not been called either.
The numbers are such that Trump is going to win
(06:18):
all three of those states. So he is going to
win all seven battleground states Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin,
at least fifty three Senate seats. The Senate has flipped,
and we are looking very good to win the House too.
Now there's still a lot of House seats that have
to come in, but usually the overall House looks similar
(06:43):
to who won the popular vote. I will say this, Buck,
I didn't see very many people predicting that Trump was
going to win the popular vote. I did. I'll take
my bow here for that one. You got a lot
right about this too. He's gonna win the popular vote.
And even on MSNBC this morning, Buck, they were saying,
this is the biggest Republican win since nineteen eighty four.
(07:05):
We'll see how it compares to eighty eight. But it's
bigger than what George Bush did in two thousand and
in two thousand and four, and certainly it's bigger than
what Trump did in twenty sixteen.
Speaker 1 (07:16):
This is so important, and we will get into some
of the data, fascinating stuff. I mean, New Jersey Democrats
won it by four points, four points in a presidential
election by for New Jersey Florida. Ah, my fellow Floridians,
especially those of you who are refugees like me from
crazy blue states. We should be so proud. And Ronda
(07:37):
Stantists deserves as governor a tremendous amrine in credit. But
Trump's a Florida guy too, is family or Florida people
now and it is remarkable what has happened. I mean,
Florida is the fortress of freedom now and it's just
so great to see. But Clay, the fact that the
win was so sweeping and clears, I mean, thank we're
(08:00):
not in some situation where, oh, it's coming down to Pennsylvania.
They don't they can't give us the final count. It's
gonna take days or you know some other nonsense. Trump won.
Everybody knows it. There's no way around it. They have
to accept it. And you know, I know the Democrats
unconditional surrender is only gonna last about a day. But
(08:24):
that's what we needed here. And I know it's not
a mandate by the numbers, and I don't even like
that term, but it's clarity. It's clarity. This is a
non contested election. This is an election that one side's
message was overwhelmingly chosen by the American people. And I'm
so proud of some of those senators. I know they
(08:45):
haven't called it for McCormick yet he's looking really good
in Pennsylvania. I think he's gonna win. Hoved lost in
Wisconsin by the skin of his teeth. I mean, it
could not have been any tighter. So he's a good man.
And we were hoping and I saw at one point,
you know, the difference that they were reporting was six
votes with one hundred thousands of votes sid yeah, I
(09:07):
mean it was. This is also a moment to remind
every when we say you, when we when we tell you,
go vote, and every vote counts. You could see for
yourself last night in some of these races what the
difference was. And by the way, if they hadn't run
some bogus third party spoiler candidate, actually two of them.
In Wisconsin, Huvedy would have won. So the Democrats played
(09:28):
really dirty there. They held onto that Senate seat. On
the happy note, I think Brown's gonna end up winning.
It's gonna be really close in Nevada. I still think
Harry look made. It's two points right now in Nevada.
And I think Trump's I mean sorry, in Arizona. I
think Trump is gonna win Arizona fairly comfortably. Tim Sheehe
wins in Montana we've had him on a bunch, wins comfortably.
(09:49):
Bernie Marino wins comfortably in Ohio and West Virginia. So
and McCormick is gonna win. We're sitting at least fifty
three Senate seats for Republicans that's been Maybe we get
up to fifty four or fifty five, that would be
even bigger. That is the only if you want to
have a little bit of a downer, I think Hubdy
(10:10):
and I think Mike Rogers, if they don't win in
the Midwest, would have both been incredible. Rogers in Michigan
is super tight. It's like, I mean to your point, Buck,
it's like five votes are separating them right now. I mean,
it's it's unbelievable. And I would also say this for
takeaways from the situation. Unquestionably, Donald Trump is a superhuman
(10:32):
force of political nature, and I mean just everything and
taking the bullet and standing up and saying fight. And
this was this was his date with destiny and Trump
met the moment. And he should just be so commended
that they thought they were going to crush him with
with criminal indictments, they thought they were going to slow
him down with absurd sexual assault allegations from decades past
(10:57):
or whatever. They thought they were going to be a
to destroy Donald Trump, not even at the ballot box,
before he could even get there. And and his you
said it, his comeback is the biggest political comeback, the
most amazing political comeback, So I think in the history
of the modern Western world, I don't know where you'd
have to go to get anything like it. And the
(11:17):
other part of this that I love, if I can
clay that it's just so good to see the legacy
Democrat media. They're on very they're on very different kind
of behavior today because they know they all locked arms.
They all. They went all in to defeat Donald Trump.
They would say anything. He's a fascist, he's a Nazi,
(11:39):
he's a.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
You know, he wants to kill his Cheney. He's got
a firing squad.
Speaker 1 (11:43):
He everything. He's a racist, he's a misogynist. He's threatening
this Cheney's life. He's gonna use the military against They
did everything, and the American people told them to just
shut up. They just said enough, We're sick of your lies,
We're sick of your manipulations, your dishonesty. And I think
(12:04):
whether it's like CBS Evening News or MSNBC or CNN
or any of these shows, never gonna be the same
for them. I mean, they're gonna go back to their
nefarious ways. I get it. But the power that they
once wielded, Clay, it is not coming back. They cannot
change an election. Amen.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
I even saw Jeff Bezos congratulate Donald Trump on Twitter
for a huge victory. I think we're gonna see seismic
changes in the way media works in the next couple
of years, because in sixteen Buck, you know this, they
spent four years saying Russia, Russia, Russia and trying to
tear down Trump. I think this is a because I
(12:45):
think they felt like they were snookerd. They didn't see
Trump coming in sixteen. This is about Trump's dominance and
the fact that they helped put him there. And I
think it's going to be a self reflective moment for
some of the media outlets because their influence is diminishing
and their money's diminishing. That's a bad combo.
Speaker 1 (13:08):
This day couldn't be any better or an after election day, really,
I mean realistically, So you know, take take the take
the wife, take the husband out for a great dinner,
or ordering something delicious for you and the kids and
the whole fam or you know, celebrate the day. I
really mean this. However, you do it yourself. I know
a lot of you are working long days today and
you've got a million things going on. Take some time,
(13:30):
even if it is just to go for a walk
and find a beautiful American flag hanging from somebody's house
in your neighborhood and saluting it. Maybe say a little
prayer for Trump and for Maga. Take this day and
cherish it and savor it. This is what you've been
waiting for. This is what we've been building towards. This
(13:50):
is what Clay and I have been obsessed with trying
to help in whatever little or you know, or medium
or whatever way we can, and all of you and
mobilizing you and talking to you and keeping the faith
and saying, don't worry about the cheat, beat the cheat,
We're gonna win. We're gonna win. Take today and cherish
it and celebrate and feel good about them. Look at
Clay Clear, do you have a voice left after last night?
(14:13):
I wasn't.
Speaker 2 (14:14):
Yeah, you can hear me right now. I mean, look,
I was not gonna let this night go to waste.
It meant too much to me. It meant too much
that you and I have worked so hard, with so
many people on this show and all of you out
there listening. We don't get big, huge wins very often
in life. Enjoy them. Yes, there's serious things that have
(14:36):
to get taken care of now all those things, but
celebrate when you have incredible opportunities to celebrate, Let's do it.
Speaker 1 (14:44):
I don't want to undermine twenty sixteen at all. That
was amazing. I think that we are in the best
twenty four hour cycle of American politics of our lifetime,
and it may not get better than this. So and
I truly feel that way. And we can discuss why
twenty sixteen was amazing, but it was. It was like
the first movie. And this is the sequel where the
good guys all, where the cavalry comes, you know, where
(15:06):
they finally get get it done. We'll get into all this. Also,
let's just take a lot of your calls. We want
to hear from you. Today is your celebration day, all
of you and everybody who supported Trump in this process,
and so we'll take calls from you coming up here
in a moment. As you know, the work is not
even close to done. The work really begins now, and
part of that is saving lives. And I mean the
(15:28):
pro life movement in a lot of ways. Abortion was
on the ballot last night, and there's reason for concern.
There are a lot of Democrat states that have radicalized
on the issue of abortion, and tiny babies are losing
their lives day in and day out. This is the
reality we have to face even with this incredible political
moment we are living through. How do we save lives
(15:48):
today as we win over hearts and minds in this country.
That's where the Preborn Network of Clinic comes in. Preborn's
clinics don't judge anyone. They just have a mission to
save the lives of unborn children, and to do so
with caring and love and support for moms to be.
Preborn's team of dedicated men and women have saved the
lives of three hundred thousand babies over the past two decades.
(16:09):
One way they accomplished that it's by offering free ultrasounds
to expectant mothers, Because once mom sees that tiny baby
in the womb, the choice for life becomes so much
more clear. Your donations to Preborn make this possible. In
addition to providing support and resources to mother and child,
each ultrasound costs Preborn just twenty eight dollars. If you
(16:31):
can donate that amount, you would be sponsoring an ultrasound
for a mom who's making that critical decision. You could
help bring a life into this world. Using your cell phone,
dial pound two five zero and say baby, pound two
five zero, say baby. And I know somebod You are
probably in a very good mood today and want to
do even more, and you've done very well financially, and
(16:52):
you're in a position to make a big gift to
Preborn five thousand dollars, ten thousand dollars. A few of
you can do it right now. You would be sponsoring
hundreds of ultrasounds. You'd be sponsoring the whole network for
a day, five days. Whatever it is, however much you
can spare, it is tax deductible and goes to this
amazing cause. Please dial pound two five zero, say baby.
(17:16):
That's pound two five zero, say baby, Or go online
to preborn dot com, Preborn dot com. Slash Buck sponsored
by Preborn.
Speaker 4 (17:25):
Clay Travis and Buck Sexton. Mic drops that never sounded
so good. Find them on the free iHeartRadio app or
wherever you get your podcasts.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
I just need to know.
Speaker 3 (17:37):
Did Buck brings enough pistachio crimblay for everybody today?
Speaker 1 (17:46):
I could make some more. I have my blow torch
gun out. You know the whole thing, Clay. It was
delicious and uh, I can't say nutritious, but it was
a fabulous way to bring in the Trump victory. And
we're gonna dive into that. We'll take some of your
calls and emails here. We want to hear from all
of you, so light us up on the phone lines.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
It's victory Wednesday, My god, it tastes good, maybe not
as good as a criminal act. Police Sergeant Christopher Fitzgerald
of the Temple University Police Department sustained a fatal gunshot
wound when attempting to arrest a robbery suspect. Thanks to
caring friends like you, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation was
able to provide a mortgage free home to his wife, Marissa,
and their five kids in honor of their forever hero.
(18:25):
Christopher's love for law enforcement was inspired by his parents,
who both proudly served as Philadelphia police officers prior to passing.
Christopher nominated for the Temple University Police Department Officer of
the Year award given to him posthumously. Heroes like Christopher
protect and serve our communities and our nation.
Speaker 1 (18:45):
Help.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
Heroes like Christopher and their families donate eleven dollars a
month to Tunnel to Towers at T two t dot org.
Speaker 1 (18:51):
That's t the number two T dot org. Welcome back in.
If my voice gives out at some point.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
During this program, know that it was spent on the
battlefield of a Broadway bar celebrating massively Donald Trump's huge
win last night. Buck has posted an incredible photo catching
up right now. The pistachio crim Brult is on social media.
I'm sure it'll be up on clayanbuck dot com. Was
(19:17):
it amazing? Did you dive in late last night or
did you wait till this morning? What was the decision making?
Speaker 1 (19:25):
I had some of the custard last night, just to
make sure that the you have the richest people desserts
on the custard. I don't even know what custard is. Well,
I know Custer who got killed in the battle, A
little big horn, the breula. You have to use the
the blowtorch at the top right before you serve clay
or else. It's on Civilized. So that happened. That happened
(19:48):
this morning. So it was technically just a frozen custard
pistachio dessert last night, perhaps at Po dea Creme. But
it was quite delicious and made more so by the
enormous victory of one Donald J. Trump. Fantastic stuff. I
was glad. I I think I stayed up until I
(20:08):
can't even really remember now, but when they called PA
and I think that was around one thirty Eastern, and
then I was allowing myself to kind of start to
doze off. That's when I started doing shots, which is
probably not the ideal decision when they called PA there.
Speaker 2 (20:27):
By the way, there are a bunch of videos of
me in the honky Tonk reacting in real time to
all of those things. I buck paid the bartenders on.
They were amazing. By the way, Trump people bartenders probably
not a surprise where we were to keep the bar
open because I wanted to make sure we were there.
(20:48):
I didn't want to be in a car when the
official call came down, and I had a good sense
that they were potentially going to make the call, and
I just I can't tell you. I'm still walking on
air about how exciting and tremendous this all was. But
as we continue to, you know, kind of dive through
the data and glean what lessons are out there. How
(21:11):
about the pollsters were wrong again again. The gambling markets
actually held up pretty well, but the polsters, particularly and Seltzer,
the supposed genius of Iowa polling. She predicted that Kamala
was gonna win Iowa by three. In reality, Trump won
(21:34):
Iowa by thirteen. She was sixteen off. I mean, basically
it was you would have been way better off just
looking at twenty twenty and saying, hey, I think it'll
probably be somewhat similar to twenty twenty to twenty four
than to try to do this poll. I mean, there's
so many of these pollsters that yet again have been
(21:55):
proven to be worthless. This is the third straight time
they've under that Trump has overperformed their expectations.
Speaker 1 (22:04):
I also have to say the tone on the different
Democrat news outlets is one of this mostly. I mean
there's some people that are crying and everything else, but
there's a little bit of I think they've been beaten,
they've been chastened, and they know Trump got them. Because
there's not a lot of hysteria. I'm a little surprised.
(22:26):
In twenty sixteen, there was just hysteria everywhere. I mean
it was meltdown at MSNBC, meltdown at CNN, total like
break from reality in the minds of all these different anchors.
You know, they were having a nervous breakdown. This time around,
I think there's a little bit of yeah, we know
he's not a Nazi and he's not a fascist. Now
(22:47):
we're gonna have to dig in talking about from the
Democrat side of things. Now we're gonna have to dig
in and just try to play obstruction for the next
four years. And that's gonna be that's gonna be hard.
I think that Trump has been thinking look at the JD. Vansbeck.
I mean, I was going to talk about personnel. Trump
is going to bring in people who are on message
(23:07):
on the agenda and know how the game is played
and aren't going to get jammed up by you know,
editorials at the New York Times or anything like that
that are critical of them. They're just going to want
to execute the mission. Clay, I haven't even brought up
Elon Musk. Idn't say he's the unsung hero of this election,
but he he is the dare I say X factor
(23:30):
in this election beyond Trump. This is Trump's win, but
you know, Elon's role in this made a lot more,
made a lot more of it possible and buying X
so much of what they tried to do on the
propaganda side of the media, they were just being blocked
and checked all the time by the truth online and
(23:52):
we could actually get it out there. If to remember,
the twenty twenty election was held under duress. It was
an election where the social media platforms were all completely
in the tank for Democrats, I mean operated effectively as
though they were run by the DNC, and they were
able to change the narrative as a result. Once there's
(24:14):
a break in that chain which X represents, and that's
what Elon Musk realized, then it at least has to
not keep the rest of them honest, but they have
to keep their eyes open. They can't just shut it
all down. And I think that was a big part
of it, and just Elon in general, and there are others,
you know, David Sachs and Silicon Valley. I mean, there
are a bunch of heavy hitter, ultra wealthy, super successful
(24:37):
guys and gals who went all in for Trump in
a way that it was just impossible for the electorate
to ignore. You know, the best CEO and the richest
guy in the world is super red pilled for Trump.
I think there's a reason and people recognize that.
Speaker 4 (24:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (24:54):
And I do think that one of the major takeaways
from the election result is free speech one. And I
know many of you out there have a variety of
different perspectives of why you voted. You got everybody's got
different top issues, but I do think free speech one
and I think Eli was a big part of this.
(25:15):
I also think Buck Democrats ultimately had no closing argument.
Their closing argument was a guy made a joke about
Puerto Rico, and it's going to change the entire trajectory
of the Latino vote. Record scratch, you're wrong. Puerto Ricans
actually showed up in record numbers for Trump. That was
a completely manufactured storyline abortion Buck, it really didn't move
(25:38):
the needle. I think one reason is twenty twenty two
it did because a lot of you out there said, hey,
because I did think that we were going to win
the House and the Senate. In twenty two one, the
House narrowly did not win the Senate. I do think
Dobbs being over Dobbs overturning Roe v. Wade did have
an impact in twenty two. But I think as much
(25:59):
as they tried to hand Buck, a lot of women
looked around and they said, my life's not really that
much different, And we talked about the fact that whatever
your position is on abortion, the number of abortions have
actually gone up since Roe v. Wade changed. Many Blue
states now have even crazier laws. That's how the Democrat
process works, and so that didn't work, and then democracy
(26:19):
buck I thought was super interesting in the exit polls,
Trump actually won on the issue of democracy. They so
overplayed their hand by indicting and trying to bankrupt him
and trying to put him in prison that I think
many of you that listened to us went out and
voted because you care about democracy and what the Democrats
do you saw as profoundly anti democratic, not to mention
(26:40):
elevating somebody who didn't even get a freaking vote.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
I want to throw this in the next play. This
was cut six in. Is Trump speaking about Elon's role
in this massive win?
Speaker 4 (26:52):
Trump, Yoho, did you say, Oh, let.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
Me tell you we have a new star. The star
is born Eylan.
Speaker 4 (27:06):
He is now.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
He's an amazing guy. We were sitting together tonight.
Speaker 3 (27:10):
You know. He spent two weeks in Philadelphia and different
parts of Pennsylvania campaigning.
Speaker 1 (27:18):
If Elon is given the mandate in the executive branch
by the President to restructure the federal government, the bureaucracy,
and is I mean really given full force to do it,
now people say, oh, well, maybe there's some issue. Maybe
even if he's just making the recommendations to Trump at
the head of the executive branch and Trump acts on them.
(27:41):
I think that could be that could be profound for
the country. We haven't even talked to Clay yet about
the Supreme Court situation too, so we know the Supreme
Court's looking pretty good, right six ' three three lunatics
on the left and six people that actually care about
what the law says. Although a couple of them aren't
so great, but six that are pretty good. A handful
that are am Thomas Alito, but Soda my Ore, I
(28:04):
don't know. She may decide to step down. There's talk
of will they try to do some kind of you know,
last minute to Shenanigan's with sodomy or getting replaced, Yeah,
while they can. And then there's also the likelihood that
you might have or the likelihood that you would have
a justice or two who steps down. By the way,
(28:27):
I think this is a thing that needs to happen.
I don't agree with the Ruth Bader Ginsburg model. I'm
just gonna say it. And I know Democrats created this
cult of Ginsburg and it was absurd, like, oh, look
at her workouts. The whole thing was creepy. It's like
a little old lady who's who's lifting three pound weights
or something. I mean, I'm glad she's you know, she
was doing okay when she was, but they're like, look
(28:47):
at how hard she goes in the gym. It was insane.
You shouldn't be in the Supreme Court until the day
you die. You should actually decide at some point I
have served, I'm good, I've gotten older. You know, time
for me to pass the baton to some other jurist
and me to spend time with my family, my kids,
et cetera. Right, I think that should be the way
(29:08):
that it is done. So you may have a couple
of Trump Supreme Court nominees in the next term as well. Now,
it wouldn't necessarily be a switch if you had Republicans
to step down. I don't know what happens with sotomayor obviously,
you know, when people get to a certain age, health
becomes the primary concern. But Clay the federal judiciary as well.
Trump has a solid Senate, the solid Senate confirmation machinery
(29:31):
that will be in place. Getting rid of these woke,
lunatic judges would be amazing. I mean, that's that's enormously
important to the future of the country and also, Oh
my gosh, I started to get excited. I started to
get a little giddy, clearing out some of these absolutely
horrible prosecutors, clearing out people, mean, anybody at the DOJ
(29:52):
who had anything to do with pushing any of these
cases against Trump, any appointees or you know, Jack Smith
wasn't legitimate appointment. This stuff has all got to go.
It's all got to go. There has to be a
cleaning out of the swamp. Uh. And I think that
that's something that Trump will do a particularly good job
of a job of. I know I'm getting ahead of myself.
(30:14):
Today is still celebration day, it's victory day. But the
possibilities here that are opened up, and I mean, I'll
just say this, the uh, the biggest thing that Trump
has to face right now, more than anything else probably
is the is the border and deportations. That's going to
be a massive you know, that's the next thing that.
Speaker 2 (30:34):
Is a real That's what I'm telling you. How that's
gonna go. Buck AOC is gonna put on her wide
outfit and she's gonna show up at the chain link
fence and she's gonna cry. And the Democrat aligned media
is all gonna show up because they don't want mass
deportations to occur, and because ultimately they want open borders,
they want illegal immigrants.
Speaker 1 (30:53):
So you just think they're gonna outplay Trump on that
he's not he's not in. I don't.
Speaker 2 (30:56):
I don't think they're gonna outplay it. I just think
they're gonna try to outlast him because he's only got
four He's gonna, like Stephen Miller is a genius on
the border. I think he will work twenty hours a day.
We've had him on the show a lot, twenty hours
a day on this. I'm just saying, much like with
the border wall, they're going to fire, They're gonna file
every lawsuit they can. They're gonna get left wing judges
(31:17):
to throw obstacles to try to make keep promise of
the second Trump term. I think is he knows all
their tricks, he knows what they'll try to do, and
he can outmaneuver them this time, or he's going to
try to.
Speaker 1 (31:30):
And that is what is supposed to happen here. It's
not supposed to be we don't get a wall and
we don't get deportations. He has been given the presidency
again and send it and soon to be house control,
I think. Right, so, the American people have done their part,
and I have a lot of faith in Trump. You know,
Eric Prince could be involved in some of this stuff. Elon,
(31:51):
you know, you start to think of some of these
names of people who I think are really both extremely
competent and devoted to the cause, and the possibilities here
get very exciting. But most important thing today, everybody, do
a victory dance, take a victory lap, you know, whatever
it may be. Go and mark the day and enjoy it.
(32:12):
It's maybe the best day in American politics that any
of us actually get to celebrate and the biggest turnabout
turnaround any of us have ever seen. We'll talk to
you about Bear Creek Arsenal for a moment, my friends.
Is it possible to have a premium handgun that retails
for less than five hundred bucks? Well, yes, I can
tell you so, because I have one, and I paid
(32:34):
a lot less than five hundred dollars for it comes
from Bear Creek Arsenal. It's called a Grizzly Bear Creek Arsenal.
Grizzly is so accurate and feel so good on your hands.
And this is going to be one of your favorite,
if not your favorite pistols that you own. They offer
both a full size and a compact Grizzly model for
concealed carry. The twenty degree grip angle and improve grip
texture make this fireum so comfortable out at the range.
(32:57):
I'm going to be shooting it this weekend. I was
shooting in a couple of weeks ago, and this is
just an all purpose, fantastic handgun at a completely unbeatable price.
Grizzly retails for two hundred ninety five dollars on Bear
Creek arsenal dot com. That's less than three hundred dollars
for an really accurate and affordable handgun. Don't wait to
experience your new favorite handgun. Go to Bear Creek arsenal
(33:19):
dot com today. Use promo code buck that's Bear Creekarsenal

Speaker 4 (33:25):
Have fun with the guys on Sundays the Sunday Hang Podcast.
It's silly, It's goofy, it's good times. Fight it in
the Clay and Buck podcast feed on the iHeartRadio app
or wherever you get your podcasts.
Speaker 1 (33:38):
Welcome back into Clay and Buck. Be gonna give you
the latest here on the election day, after celebrations. It's
phenomenal what happened. As you know, we'll take some of
your calls here. Just let you know. Kamala Harris is
set to address the nation to give her concession speech
at four o'clock. I mean, I don't think it's really
gonna matter all that much. We'll see if she takes
(34:01):
a reasonably magnanimous or a reasonably good spirited tone toward
Trump or not. I think they will. I think they
know that he's not a fascist. I think they know
that he's not a Nazi, and that was all just
crap that they were trying to put out there so
that they could win the election. They're not scared of
any of that kind of stuff, and they shouldn't because
that was insane and Trump is not none of those things.
(34:23):
We'll take some of your calls here, But first up, Clay,
what's the gambling odds that the House of Representatives is
Republican majority?
Speaker 2 (34:32):
Better and better, Buck, it's going to be a clean sweep.
It looks like ninety eight percent chance now that we
also won the House. So if you're worried, hey, they're
going to try to impeach Trump. I don't even know
that they would. But no, Hakeem Jeffrey's House speaker. It
looks like the Speaker of the House will continue to
be Mike Johnson. Big win across the board, Republican control
(34:56):
of the Senate, Republican control of the House, and obviously
Trump's big win. Buck, you know what I started off
my morning after only two and a half hours of sleep.
What do you think I went to?
Speaker 1 (35:04):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (35:04):
You went to that Crockett coffee. It was there for you,
It was it was there for me. It's there for
all of you. If you love America, maybe you celebrated
a little bit too hard like I did last night,
and maybe you needed a little coffee to give you
a jolt getting out of bed in the morning. Wouldn't
you love to be drinking a coffee that is run
by people who love.
Speaker 1 (35:22):
America as much as you do.
Speaker 2 (35:24):
It's an American based business that Buck and I are
helping to grow or investing. You're hearing our advertisements now
on other programs people that we trust, Mark Simone in
New York, Jesse Kelly, our buddy, more and more out
there in media. We're trying to create an uncancellable army
of awesome people that we're going to be able to
support with Crockett Coffee. You can subscribe and help support
(35:46):
us at Crockettcoffee dot com.
Speaker 1 (35:49):
Joe, it's a great day to become a Crockett subscriber.
Great way to celebrate, join us and celebrate the legacy
of Davy Crockett, Freedom in America. Eric in Salt Lake City,
what have you got for us? Eric?
Speaker 3 (36:01):
Hey, guys, honored to be on. I've been listening to
Rush since I was eight years old when he started
in Sacramento.
Speaker 1 (36:06):
So it's a really awesome.
Speaker 3 (36:08):
I just got to say I'm celebrating today. I opened
a restaurant last February. It's my first time owning my
own place as a chef, with the faith that today
was coming. And I've watched other restaurants closed, and I've
watched my food costs go up by fifty percent in
eight months, and I'm fighting tooth and nail to keep this,
(36:28):
getting all the crap out there and all the woke mob.
And today my faith turned into hope, real hope, absolutely
make it because next year.
Speaker 1 (36:35):
Eric, as a restaurant tour I just have to know,
can you put pistachio creme Brulay on the menu.
Speaker 3 (36:43):
I already had that thought because I serve Cremberlay, and
it is already in the works and going to happen.
Speaker 1 (36:49):
There we go, Oh goodness, America.
