Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to today's edition of the Clay Travis and Buck
Sexton Show podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Second hour of Playing Buck kicks off right now. Just
a note coming up at the bottom of the hour.
Bill O'Reilly will be with us and we'll be talking
to him about the latest from the Biden crime family,
and also twenty twenty four in general, some back and
forth between the Trump and DeSantis camps in the last

(00:25):
twenty four hours, including Trump going on truth social and
venting his frustration, shall we say, with the Fox News,
among other things, and obviously attacking Ron DeSantis and all
of that. We'll get into some of those political discussions
here coming up in a bit, But first, I just

(00:47):
I wanted to spend a few minutes here on what's
going on in NYC.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
In New York City, my hometown. You might have seen
some of.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
The foot of this.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
There are long lines of illegal aliens.

Speaker 4 (01:06):
Now.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
It's interesting because everything now says asylum seeker, to the
point where if you do a search Clay, as I did,
I want to make sure I had the most up
to date reporting on this one this morning. You do
a search for illegal aliens New York City, nothing comes up.
The Orwellian language change has been successful to the point

(01:29):
where you go into Google, you're trying to find illegal
aliens ny, Hey, you gotta look for it. Hard doesn't
show up. You type in asylum seekers and it shows
up right away. If you type a type in undocumented,
you'll get far more hits non citizens. That's another one
they're going to start using more and more. Now that

(01:50):
is that is intentional. I mean, well, it's all intentionally dishonest,
but that one is just nonsensical because that's treating somebody
who shows up and wants to live here forever after
crossing illegally in the country the same way that you
know a person who is here on a visa for
a week to go shopping in.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
New York City.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
They're both non citizens. Like, what doesn't tell you anything
about the situation?

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Really?

Speaker 2 (02:16):
You know, there was a bill in Chicago that it's
making its wayward being law where they're going to allow
legal aliens to be police officers, which I think is
a tremendous abuse of the law. If someone's in violation
of federal law being here, how could they be in
a position to give you a speeding ticket?

Speaker 4 (02:37):
Like?

Speaker 2 (02:38):
This is the kind of world the Democrats are creating
for all of us. But back to New York City
for a second. Here, Clay, the Roosevelt Hotel in Midtown
Manhattan has a very long line of people that are
lying in the streets. They're sleeping in the streets, and
the city is supposed to be have to house. The mayor,
Eric Adams is saying, there's no more room. We can't

(03:01):
do this. The city has fifty thousand migrants in uh
that it is caring for now. These are illegal aliens
they're calling the migrants. Ninety three thousand have come through
the city's intake system in the last few months. So
four billion, Clay, four billion dollars now, it was two

(03:25):
billion a few months ago. Now it's four billion that
the City of New York is going to pay. These
are welfare cases, everybody.

Speaker 5 (03:34):
What we've been told is, oh, a nation of immigrants.
People are going to show up. They're going to do
the jobs Americans won't do. They're more law abody, and
they'll contribute to the economy. Who else is going to
pay for your Social Security taxes? Blah blah, All this
stuff lies.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
This is a massive fraudulent welfare catastrophe.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
Unfolding New York City. This is why people are.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Paying taxes so much that they got to leave. Speaking
from experience, it's crazy, Clay.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (04:01):
And what I would add on this, Buck is, don't
forget Mayor Eric Adams who bragged about how they wanted
all of these illegal immigrants in New York City. As
we talked about last week, I believe with Texas Governor
Greg Abbott is now saying our cup run is over,
that the city cannot handle the number of illegal immigrants

(04:22):
that have been moved into New York City. And all
I would say is, think about this in the context
of the state of Texas. Think about Buck in the UH.
This is a big reason why, too. I think you're
seeing the overall Hispanic vote swing so substantially towards Donald
Trump and or whomever the Republican nominee ends up being

(04:44):
because we're all being sold to Bill of goods, We're
all being sold to lie. And I would love have
you ever heard a Democrat ask this question, if America
is so racist, why are so many black and brown
people willing to die to get here?

Speaker 1 (04:58):
You ever hear.

Speaker 6 (04:58):
Anybody ask that question when Eric Adams or AOC or
Muriel Bowser, the mayor of d C, or the new
mayor in Chicago. All these people who are regularly spouting
the America is a fundamentally racist place.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Corey Bush, right, this idiot congresswoman.

Speaker 6 (05:18):
From Missouri, Rashida talib all of these different people, elon
omar If America is such an awful place and it's
so systemically racist, Nicole, was it Hannah Smith or whatever?
The woman who did the sixteen nineteen project? Why are
they never asked? Wouldn't that be a really good question? Hey,

(05:39):
I understand you think America is systemically racist. Do you
think it's Cole Hannah Jones? Now, Cole Hanna Jones?

Speaker 1 (05:44):
My apologies? How come they never get asked?

Speaker 4 (05:47):
Buck?

Speaker 6 (05:48):
Why are so many black and brown people willing to die?

Speaker 2 (05:52):
Do you want me to answer this from the left
wing perspective, because I actually I know what they'll say
saying They would say they say that, well, it's because
of America has accumulated so much well through the exploitation
of black and brown people at home and abroad. So
it is the duty of America now to redistribute that
wealth to minorities, even if they've just arrived here. Even

(06:14):
they just got here.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
Now.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
Oh yeah, yeah, I think that's just saying I think
that's a horrible line of argument, But I'm just saying
that is how they would respond to.

Speaker 6 (06:20):
Well, that is an argument, okay, but it doesn't explain
why they would be willing to die to come here, right.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
Because it's the richest country with now pretty much the
biggest best welfare state, So.

Speaker 6 (06:35):
It is the richest country. But if it were truly
a racist country, is what I'm saying. I understand why
their argument would be, we need to provide benefits here.
But if America were truly racist, right, you would say,
why would I leave Mexico, Why would I leave Venezuela.
Why would I leave an African country and go to
the supremely racist country of the United States. All of

(06:58):
those people deciding to come here directly refutes the idea
that America is racist, because if you really thought that
America was racist, you wouldn't leave your country to come here.
And yes, I understand the argument of the leftist, which
is we are obligated due to the racism of the country.
But what I'm saying is the people who are coming

(07:19):
here don't even buy into the Democrat argument, which is
why I think you're seeing so many people who are
recent immigrants, Cubans, Venezuelan's legal immigrants, who are overwhelmingly rejecting
the Democrat Party because the same reason buck when you
felt that the attack on DeSantis was an attack on

(07:40):
you to move to Florida, those people feel like they're
being attacked, like, wait, I came here because of America's
freedom and the fact that everybody's treated equally.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
Well.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Yeah, I mean again, the left wing, you know, the
left wing, like Salon dot com argument on this is
they just come for the money and the economic opportunity,
and they'll deal with the racism to get those opportunities.
I've seen this, I've had this debate with Libs on
immigration before.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
That's what they'll say.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
I think it's a garbage argument, but I'm just saying
that is the response that they have to it. I
also know Claiy come with this from the perspective of
I don't even really care that much because we have
laws here, and we have three hundred and forty million
people who already live here of all races and ethnicities,
and we are all supposed to be held to the law.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
And we are supposed to have a system.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
We're supposed to have an immigration system that benefits the
people here.

Speaker 4 (08:33):
YEA.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
What people who are not Americans want and their desires
to come here are a should be at least a
secondary consideration to what do the American people want. And
part of the problem here is whatever we vote for
the uniparty overrides, and that includes Republicans, whatever we vote
for as a population, which is always in recent years,

(08:56):
stricter immigration, the laws of the border, more border security.

Speaker 1 (08:59):
I mean, when it's put to the people, why.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
Did Donald Trump win in twenty sixteen, he won primarily
people could say it was also but an immigration argument
is an economic argument. These things are very much tied in.
And that's why I'm pointing out the four billion dollars.
I mean, look at some of these expenditures. New York
City is paying one point eight set aside one point
eight billion dollars for teachers who failed tests because they

(09:22):
can't do basic skills. But they were supposed to teach people,
So they're paid for twenty years of teaching that they
never did because they're black or brown and therefore discriminated
against by the test. Now the city has all these migrants,
most of them are from Central and South America now
and they're showing up. It's going to cost four billion dollars.
That is money that the city of New York is

(09:42):
taking from the people who already lived there, including I mean,
New York is a very diverse place, right. This is
you know, the tax is being paid by every small
business owner, every immigrant who owns a small store, a
grocery store, a laundramatic, at hardware whatever. They're all paying
taxes so that people can break our laws and clay.
They're not asylum seekers. They're not asylum seekers. None of

(10:06):
them are going to get asylum. This is the whole
thing is a scam.

Speaker 6 (10:11):
And that's why to me, ultimately this comes back to
what draws one is jobs, and that is a function of, frankly,
the fact that we have the best business environment, at
least in some red states, still in the history of
the world. Okay, second part is buck and I would
build on this. This is even more frustrating. A lot

(10:33):
of those people are going to have kids that immediately
become American citizens. And then in addition to what you're
paying now, you are going to be paying for those
kids who are American citizens for years to come, which
is why. And I've only seen a few Republicans even
talk about this. I think Trump has come out and
said it, but he hasn't focused on it very much.
We've got to end birthright citizenship. And again, there are

(10:56):
two types of birthright citizenship. One is if you are
a citizen in you have a child. I think everybody
out there would agree your child should be an American citizen. Okay,
no matter where you're living around the world. I think
most people overwhelmingly agree with that. But this idea that you,
because you are born on American soil become a citizen
is fundamentally the antithesis of what citizenship represents in most

(11:20):
countries around the world. It sets up an incentive for
law breaking that will be rewarded, never mind punished. It
is rewarded and generation. You bring up a critical point
here about the asylum seekers.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
Did anyone did anyone.

Speaker 2 (11:36):
Hear about millions of asylum seekers or what happened, what
happened in Central America, what happened in South America, what
happened all over the world. People from Thailand, people from
from West Africa, people from Pakistan, people from everywhere.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
Right. What changed, Well, they.

Speaker 2 (11:51):
Figured out the human trafficking system, figured out that there
was this loophole, and then you had the system refusing
to do anything about the loophole, and it just got big.
Now Trump did something about it, and then Joe Biden
came in, and Joe Biden has now allowed this thing
to get so out of control that the City of

(12:11):
New York can't even afford fiscally to deal with all
these You'd say, hold on, why is it costing so
much money?

Speaker 1 (12:18):
Because you have people who are showing up who speak.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
Almost no English, overwhelmingly, who have almost no education, who
have almost no marketable skills in an information based economy.
I'm not saying they won't work hard. I'm not saying
they're not good people. But they need a lot of resources.

Speaker 1 (12:35):
This is just a fact.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
And the people that pay those resources are the residents
in this case of New York City. And you know
what they're calling for, Clay, a federal bailout already. So
for people who are living in Oklahoma, and people who
are living in Montana, and people who are living in
Tennessee who are like, well, that's New York's problem. Not
if Biden gets four more years, it's going to be
your problem. They're going to use your tax dollars and

(13:00):
run that debt even higher into the sky, thirty.

Speaker 6 (13:03):
Two trillion and counting, and almost nobody's even talking about it.
And to put it into context, the tea party was
fed up when we hit ten trillion. In twelve thirteen years,
we've tripled what the tea Party was complaining about, and
a lot of it's going to non citizens. We've talked
about our friend and sponsor, Dutch, Minden hall of Rad

(13:23):
diversified before. He's now the author of a new book
titled Money Shackles. He loves this topic, how to take
the debt that shackles us make it work in our favor.
In Dutch's mind, debt is the financial hamstring that Americans
have fought with for a long time. For instance, you
go to school, you get in debt. You buy a car,
you get in debt. He believes it's the wrong thoughts
and teaching. In Dutch's book, he'll give you his strategies

(13:46):
to use debt to your advantage, to tap into lucrative
alternative investment vehicles, to redefine your American Dream. Dutch is
on a mission to be at the forefront of the
greatest financial change in American history and to look beyond
Wall Street and see the future of alternative investments. It's
now no longer just available to the super rich. The
old American dream dying fast. Get ready for the redefined

(14:09):
American Dream. Go online to the RAAD dot com. That's
th E r A d dot com and do it today, inspiring.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
You to seek out the truth. The Clay Travis and
Buck Sexton Show.

Speaker 6 (14:26):
Welcome back in Clay Travis Buck Sexton Show. We want
to give a big shout out warm welcome to the
newest station to join the Clay and Buck family that
is w E t R AM in Knoxville, Tennessee. Special props,
Phil Arlinghouse and John Moody. We are excited to be

(14:46):
on in Knoxville. Thanks for everybody out there that is
helping to make that happen. We've got a lot of
announcements about new additions to the Clay and Buck team
in terms of the affiliates as I think we're right
around five hundred affiliates now nationwide and some big places
that are going to be added in the near future
as we roll towards the fall, and that is a

(15:09):
credit to all of you. We of course love you
no matter how you are listening, whether it is on
the iHeartRadio app, go download it. You can listen to
the show anywhere in the world from that iHeartRadio app. Also,
we certainly love all of you who are downloading the
podcast and subscribing in record numbers. We've got a lot
of original and very cool things there. And I'm excited

(15:31):
to have a Knoxville affiliate as I spend a decent
amount of time all over the Southeast for college football season,
and it's good to be in Knoxville, Tennessee, so it
should be good. In fact, I am headed to East
Tennessee tomorrow Buck. I will be out Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
The kids go back to school start to go back
to school here on Monday, and I'm gonna get away

(15:55):
with the kids for a few days and then I'll
be back on Monday.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
And I'm excited.

Speaker 6 (16:00):
I'm gonna go to Dollywood, which I've never been to before.
I've been to Silver Dollar City back in the day,
but I'm going to take the boys to Dollywood. They've
been wanting to go. So I'm gonna go to Braves
Games a couple of days here and then up to
East Tennessee and I'll probably be able to listen to
you Buck on our East Tennessee affiliate now in the
Knoxville area.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
I will do my best. I will enjoy speaking on
the radio microphone. So yeah, it should be good.

Speaker 4 (16:27):
Man.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
Look, I appreciate all of our affiliates so much. One
of the things I'm looking forward to about doing a
book next summer is, you know, being able to get
out there and just like you're doing now, see see
our people. And also to just be in the area,
you know, live, even if it's only for a day
or two, in the world of some of our listeners
in different places all across the country. It adds, It
adds perspective, you know, it adds a level of connectivity

(16:51):
that I think is helpful for what we do.

Speaker 1 (16:53):
No doubt. I mean, I'm going to be on the road.

Speaker 6 (16:55):
The book comes out of American Playbook a week from today,
and I believe we're now set up where if you
go subscribe to the Clay and Buck vip by the way,
you can get an autograph copy of the book. So
I believe that is set up now at clayanbuck dot com,
which is going to be cool, and I'm going all
over the country to do signings and to your point, Buck,

(17:16):
it is really cool to be able to check all
that out and see the different environments that people are
listening to us every day. But again, if you want
to be a Clay and Buck VIP member, if you
go to Clayanbuck dot com and you sign up, these
are new subscribers only. But if you sign up for
a Clay and Buck VIP subscription, you will get an
autograph copy of the book and I am signing all

(17:39):
of those myself and I have signed a bevy as
we get ready for that launch. Also, obviously you can
buy it anywhere at Amazon. I want to open number one.
That's a goal here. So it is a challenge because
they only want left wing books out there, So I'd
like to hit the top of the New York Times
list American playbooks out Tuesday.

Speaker 2 (18:00):
The artificial intelligence gold rush could soon mint new millionaires.
While everyone is focusing on Chat GPT and AI stocks
like Nvidia, something innovative is happening less than two miles
from chat GPT's headquarters. For the past few months, engineers
from Google and Microsoft have been working on a little
known crypto project that could revolutionize the AI industry. And

(18:20):
now you have a chance to get it on the
ground floor of this project for pennies to give you
a rare chance to turn one thousand dollars into a
six figure nest day. All this information is coming directly
from Tika Twari, the man who picked the number one
crypto six years in a row. We've talked about him
in our program at Fairmount recently. Next Wednesday, August ninth,
he's hosting a free online strategy session to give you

(18:41):
all the details on his number one coin. For this
AI boom, simply go to ai coin twenty twenty three
dot com to sign up for this free event. That's
ai coin twenty twenty three dot com paid for by
Palm Beach Research Group. Flee Travis and Buck Sexton on
the front line of truth. Welcome back to Play and Buck,

(19:03):
and we've got a lot happening today, a lot to
get through the all of you. Eight hundred and two
eight two two eight A two and Clay. You know,
we've we've seen a little bit of interesting stuff going
on with the polls where you have right now, I
think at least the national poll that I've seen, Joe

(19:24):
Biden donald Trump tied. We are expecting that sometime this
week there'll be another indictment of Donald Trump. It all
feels a bit like this is We're just entering this
realm of total crazy. It's not enough to say it's unprecedented.
That's obvious. When there's so many unprecedented things coming together,

(19:45):
and it's obviously part of a concerted attempt to undermine
Donald Trump for the twenty twenty four general election, it's
hard to look at this and see it as anything
other than setting us up or an even more contentious
election in some ways than I think we had the
last time around. I think the amount of bad faith

(20:07):
that we are seeing operate throughout the system under Joe Biden, specifically,
it actually word it actually worries me. I mean, I
get a little concerned. I don't get worried about the
country very often, you know. I make fun of the
people that are like terrified at night about climate change
and stuff like that. But given that we're expecting there'll
be another indictment coming through here for Donald Trump soon,

(20:32):
I have to say I think that this election, it's
really going to be hard to make the case to
people that it isn't tainted from the start. And I
don't really know how we can handle that, or rather
what the best way is to handle that, other than
obviously we gotta win, we got to beat them. Yeah, sure,
but how.

Speaker 6 (20:50):
Yeah, Look, I get asked this question all the time,
and I'm sure you do too, And I got asked
it yesterday at the Braves game. How does Biden ever
get held responsible for the Biden crime family? And I'm
talking about Joe Biden? And I said, candidly, one, you
should impeach, as we have argued on this show for

(21:11):
some time. But I said, a second part of that is,
really they're not going to remove him from office, the
Democrats in the Senate. Really the only way that Joe
Biden can be held accountable is if he is the nominee.
He has to lose in twenty twenty four and he
has to basically end his political career as a loser.

(21:33):
That is how you and me and everybody out there
listening who says, hey, I want there to be some consequences.
And I know we got Bill O'Reilly Now, I believe
who is joining us. And I saw this and you
and I were talking about it off air. Buck really
interesting argument that Bill makes in his most recent column
up on the site.

Speaker 2 (21:53):
Yeah, Message of the Day up on Bill O'Reilly dot com.
You all know, by the way, the Killing the Witch's
book be coming out soon too. We'll talk about that.
But Bill first up here, this is from your Message
of the day. The heavy odds or the Donald Trump
will have to sign off on a plea deal before
the Republican convention next summer. Tell us how you see

(22:15):
this one going down? And thanks for being here.

Speaker 4 (22:17):
Sure. Well, the democratic power structure in Washington, which features
the Justice Department, I mean the Justice Department in a
White House, are now working together, which is not unprecedented
but very unusual. And we know that because my investigative

(22:39):
team uncovered Matthew Graves, who is the US Attorney in Washington.
His wife, Fatim mcgraves, has made twenty eight visits to
the White House since Biden was inaugorated. She has no
business being there, he's not in government, and she is
the courier of information from Americ Garland to Joe Biden's people.

(23:04):
Biden himself is so out there in the ozone. You
don't know how much he's involved, okay, but certainly the
White House personnel is so Fatim mcgraves, we believe is
going back and forth because you can't put anything in writing,
it'll be subpoened down the road, and you make can't
make phone calls because they're taped when they go into
the White House. So she's a courier and her husband,

(23:26):
Matthew Graves, his office is in the same proximity to
Mereric Garland. So those two are working together and they're
not gonna stop. They're gonna indict Trump on everything that
can possibly indict them on. It doesn't matter whether they
get a conviction. What they want is trial dates that
inhibit his campaign. So in order to stop some of

(23:49):
that madness, Trump's gonna have to make a deal to
plead guilty to some low level beef that won't amount
to any jail time or anything. But he doesn't want
to go in. If a federal judges you got to
show up at this point for the trial, he's got
to show up at this point for the trial, and
they'll try to make it impossible for him to have

(24:11):
a consistent campaign. They'll keep throwing those trial dates up.
The first one we have now is in December. So
I believe that the Trump lawyers will convince him. And
because nobody on his side believes any of this anyway,
poll came out today, ninety one percent of Fox News
viewers don't think he did anything wrong. I mean, you know,

(24:32):
so it doesn't matter what they do now, he's inoculated.

Speaker 6 (24:36):
So this is fascinating, Bill, because you know Donald Trump
very very well. You've done a lot of events with
him over the years. Both Buck and myself talking off air,
just said, man, we can't see Trump ever agreeing to
plead to anything because his brand is I've done absolutely
nothing wrong. You actually think that he will?

Speaker 1 (24:59):
If so?

Speaker 6 (25:00):
And I want to build on this. I believe you
have been on my team here in saying Joe Biden's
not going to run. Do you still think that Biden
is not going to run? Or what is the Democrat
play in there?

Speaker 4 (25:13):
Uh? The plan is to get someone else And what
time frame though?

Speaker 1 (25:18):
When does that need to happen to you?

Speaker 4 (25:21):
My guess, and it's a guest, and I don't like
to speculate, is that Biden will be gone by Christmas,
because the Democrats have to then go into the primary season,
so they desperately want Michelle Obama to run. Michelle is
not convinced. They're up there in Martha's vineyard now and
all kinds of high level meetings. I mean, if you
guys should do your show on the ferry from What's

(25:43):
hold Over to Martha's viney, you should just load up
and do your and you'll see some pretty interesting characters
on that ferry. So in lieu of that, then they
got to decide where I want to take a chance
on Gavin Newsom, who's got all kinds of problems in California.
I mean, he's not it's not a person that would
persuade a lot of independence to go Democrat. Amy Klobeish

(26:06):
are also in the mix. So the Democrats they don't
know what to do. They don't know. But the reason
I think that Biden won't even show up in January
for his you know, in the Oval office, is because
this Hunter Biden stuff is going to lead to impeachment

(26:27):
maybe even charges. I mean, there's no doubt that Joe
Biden sold influence. There's no doubt that Hunter Biden did
not register on the Foreign Alien Business Act. So they're
going to hit him what they have to hit him
with that because Maniford went to jail for two years
for it same thing, and Hunter Biden made a lot
more money than Manaford did.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
Bill, what do you think about the promise that has
been made by this White House that under no circumstances
will Joe Biden part in his son.

Speaker 4 (26:57):
You know the promises from the Biden White House about
they're worth as much as MSNBC programming. So you just
make the call. And one thing about Trump, he doesn't
want to plead guilty to anything. I mean, if you
were to talk to him today, I'm never going to
do it. But the strategy would be just to go
out and plead the guilty in and say, look, I

(27:19):
had to do it if I want to run, if
I want to have a campaign, I had to do it,
and then all of his people will go yeah, right,
we understand. So really there isn't a downside for him
doing that, and there may be a huge upside.

Speaker 1 (27:31):
What's the payoff for Democrats allowing him to plea.

Speaker 4 (27:35):
Well, it's not a matter of allowing, it's a matter
of that his attorneys will go in and say we'll
plead guilty to this, and if you don't take the deal,
we're going to make it public because you've taken a
Hunter Biden deal that was ridiculous. And you know how

(27:56):
much can mirror Garland absorb. But he's going to be
impeached by the way, the attorney general. First time in
the history of this country that attorney general will be impeachable.
Garland is a lock for impeachment. That'll happened in October
because he it's no longer you know, any two sides
to the story. I mean, the judge, the federal judges

(28:17):
blue Mary Garland right out of the water.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
So do you think Bill that the Democrat calculation here becomes,
if they can just get Trump to to your what
you're saying about about a plea deal, then he is
technically and officially a felon right or or at least
that they would say he's or whatever whatever convicted of
some crime. He's a he's a criminal at that point.
And so then the Democrats run with some version of

(28:43):
I mean, you know, some version of the criminal president
YadA YadA is that is that basically the play.

Speaker 4 (28:49):
But so what nobody believes it I mean.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Well, then why would they do it? Though?

Speaker 2 (28:54):
That's what I don't know that. I don't think they're
going to offer him a deal. Bill, I'm just gonna
be honest with you. I don't see why they offer
him a deal. What's the You can't force several prosecutors
to get a deal if.

Speaker 4 (29:04):
His attorneys go out and say, look, we're willing to
plead guilty to this, but this is a political persecution here,
and they're using the prosecutorial powers of the Justice Department,
and they won't take a plea when they took a
plea with Hunter Biden to protect his father Joe. I mean,
this blows up everything I think.

Speaker 1 (29:21):
I think this DOJ doesn't care. I think that's the problem.
But anyway, but.

Speaker 4 (29:25):
If Merrick Garland's impeached, all right, I mean, it's it.
What is going to happen in the fall, I tell
all my viewers and listeners on the No Spin News
and you can get that on Billorelly dot com, is
that in the fall, this whole country is going to
change dramatically. It's like Oppenheimer, You're gonna have atomic bombs everywhere.

(29:45):
Boom boom boom, boom boom, and there's not going to
be any semblance of what we have now on August.

Speaker 6 (29:54):
First, Bill, what do you think? Last question for you?
You said you think that Democrats are trying to get
miss Obama to run. How do you think Trump would
think about running against Michelle Obama as opposed to Joe Biden.

Speaker 4 (30:08):
Oh, Michelle Obama much tougher for Trump.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
Yeah, no doubt.

Speaker 4 (30:11):
Michelle opens sixty forty. All right, Trump's beating Biden now
by a little bit. But Michelle Obama is so popular
among the minority groups and the women groups and all
of that mobilizes them. And then Trump, you know, Michelle
was going to get attacked, there's no doubt about it,
because she's just pretty inflammatory racial things in the past.

(30:34):
She has no experience. But then you're bringing Barack back.
So it's really like, you know, Donald Trump's run against
both Michelle and Barack and you can imagine how the media.
My god, I mean, they'll canonize her. So Trump is
far better off run against the phantom of Joe Biden.

(30:55):
But Michelle might not do it. That's not a lock.
He doesn't really want to put herself through that. I
believe I could be wrong.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
But yeah, they got a nice house and the vineyard
at a bunch of other places, you know, right, they
got a lot of money.

Speaker 6 (31:08):
It's yeah, Bill, I'm down at the Atlanta Braves watching
show Heyo Tani play right now. They're playing the Angels.
This is a show Heyo tani like performance by you.
If you hit on this stuff on August first. So
we're flagging all of these all of these predictions, and
if you hit, it's more than Babe calling a shot.

Speaker 4 (31:28):
All right, but remember I have the witches in my corner.

Speaker 2 (31:31):
Here's a come out bill because we're gonna talk you
more about that.

Speaker 4 (31:35):
September twenty sixth, Abuse the garious book you've ever ever read.
And elements of the Exorcist are in this book, so
you can get it. You can order it in advance
to get it first. And the killing the the witches
are on my side. And so I know I've got
stuff coming in here in the spirit world.

Speaker 1 (31:57):
Well good stuff.

Speaker 2 (31:59):
Yeah, we're gonna need all that. I hope we could
get to win this one. Bill, thanks so much for
being with us, guys. Go to Billeriley dot.

Speaker 4 (32:03):

Speaker 1 (32:07):

Speaker 2 (32:08):
Dude, Uncle Bill coming through man big calling big shots,
Clay call him big shots here in the future. Look,
I'm gonna tell you right now, we might have to
We talked about putting up a prediction board. We might
have to do like some kind of stake bets or
something with Bill, because I do I don't think that
it's even the Trump's lawyer. I just don't think they're
gonna offer them a plea deal. Why would they off

(32:28):
from a plea deal that lets him I mean that
doesn't involve jail time.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
Ball.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
They'll be lighting everything on fire, literally lighting everything on fire.

Speaker 6 (32:37):
Let's talk about it when we come back, because I
think it's an interesting discussion. In the meantime, Innovation refunds

On the Sunday Hang with Clay and Buck podcast.

Speaker 6 (33:46):
Welcome Back in Clay Travis buck Sexton show, I said it, Bill,
O'Reilly call in a lot of shots there. Buck, Let's
start with this one because we went to break, we
were discussing it, and we talked about it off air.
I just don't see any way possible that any kind
of plea agreement could happen in the Trump federal cases

(34:08):
as we wait theoretically for a DC indictment to come down.
I don't see any way that the Merrick Garland Department
of Justice would let Trump plea I also, Buck don't
see any way that Trump would plea It seems to
me that this is basically going to be decided by

(34:29):
the twenty twenty four election. Much like your opportunity to
give a referendum on the Bright Biden crime family is
going to be decided by the twenty twenty four election
as well. Who goes to prison, what charges are brought,
all of it, unfortunately, based on the precedent now being
set by the Biden Department of Justice, going to be

(34:50):
determined by who wins twenty twenty four election.

Speaker 2 (34:53):
You know, I brought this up, and I think it's
I think it's uh, this is where we're heading. I mean,
they started it, man, you know this, I know that
seems really simple. But Hillary, Hillary could have gone away.

Speaker 1 (35:06):
Never mind Bill, we could talk about that too.

Speaker 2 (35:09):
But Hillary could have gone away if if Donald Trump
decided he was gonna have his DJ play rouff. And
we all know now this whole separate DJ. It's not reality.
There isn't There is no unaccountable DJ. That's not a thing,
not really. And so he decided to for the benefit
of the country, for the you know, for the best
injuries of the country, let the Hillary thing slide, and

(35:32):
now look where we are. Donald Trump's not even president.
They're going after him. They're trying to stop him from
running again. And I just think though, on the on
the plea deal, there's no benefit to Trump to play.
You know, why would he take a plea? First of all,
I think he doesn't believe a jury will convict him,
especially in the South Florida thing. And I think he's right,
might be might be a hung jury, but I think

(35:54):
a jury will not convict him. And I think that
because people understand, like, you're gonna send a we send
the next president of the country to prison for what exactly?
Like they still for obstruction. Come on, and the Feds
on the other side of this, they're not gonna let
him walk with a misdemeanor guilty plea, Like what's the

(36:15):
point of that. They're gonna give m a speeding ticket?
No way, I don't say that at all.

Speaker 6 (36:19):
So holding over his head the possibility that he could
be president from prison. It's an absurd possibility, but they
want that in the back of voters' minds when the
polls get opened and people start voting in October of
next year.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
If I had told you a year ago, Clay, and
we can go back. We were talking to these things
when mar Laga documents happened, that Trump would be facing
already two and likely four indictments, criminal indictments, people would
have said, that's insane. Yeah, here, we are welcome to
crazy Town. Everybody population, all of us, and not

Speaker 6 (36:55):
Only that Buck that Trump would be surging as a
result too,
