Speaker 3 (01:56):
Notice, you know, Xavier seems to be out getting a
BBL surgery today.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
So the triple bypast the Triple By Past sat It
was a past something bypassing something, my nigga.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
All right, this is the part of the show where
we tell everybody about our weeks, what we've done, what
we watched, what we've played if.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
We played the thing.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
Let's start, I guess this. Man, how's your week been?
What you've been doing so far?

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Man? My week?

Speaker 7 (02:29):
Good?

Speaker 5 (02:30):
Let's see been catching up or staying caught up on
my favorite anime like Solo Leveling?

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Of course, have you seen a new episode that just
dropped thirty minutes ago? Though I did not see.

Speaker 5 (02:41):
I'm gonna watch it as soon as I get off
of here, and.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
You didn't push the podcast back again?

Speaker 3 (02:47):
This episode I gotta finish.

Speaker 5 (02:52):
I read the mom was so I'm pretty much I
know pretty much everything's gonna happen in the story. I
gotta read the one after that. But man, really is that?

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Man?

Speaker 7 (03:01):
So I got I got a question. So I haven't
read the Mantua, but I read the Light novel. In
the in the Light Novel, when he reses the Healer,
he talks to him like he's able to actually talk
to him, but it's kind of like more of an
inner monologue. Does that happen in the Man no it's
different than Yeah, it didn't happen in the anime either,

(03:24):
So I was surprised when I saw that today.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
But so is it ken? Uh?

Speaker 5 (03:30):
It so, he says, happens, but it doesn't happen with
Sung Jim Wu. Happens with another character.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
He says he heard a voice, that's what.

Speaker 7 (03:39):
Yeah, so that in the anime, he says he heard
a voice, But in the In the Light novel it's
more explained, like they have an actual dialogue.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Yeah, you know what have my caramel? For the whole
first part, I thought he was just going this whole time.
I didn't even notice it. All right, Dix, what else
you had this week?

Speaker 5 (04:02):
Also have been watching I don't know if anybody else
is watching, but the Red Ranger becomes an adventurer in
another world.

Speaker 7 (04:08):
No, I've been wanting to watch that though.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
I like it.

Speaker 5 (04:12):
It's a full it's a fully realized Red Ranger in
a fantasy world, and they make fun of everything, like
every time he morphs, there's an explosion. They're like, why
is that? Every time he defeats an enemy it blows up.
They're like, dude, what are you doing? We can't collect
materials this way how does that happen? They don't explain it.
It's just ranger mechanics man. And he also has like

(04:33):
all the zords too, so it's it's pretty wild. But
I'm enjoying that. Also, been playing through the Borderlands to
DLC because I beat that recently.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
I'm doing that's so much. If you get him on PlayStation,
let me know, we can run like we could just.

Speaker 7 (04:48):
Run them bitches. I played Borderlines two. I played like
an hour of Borderlands three and I was like, oh,
it's just the same, and I turned it off.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
No, No, Borderlands three is a book.

Speaker 6 (04:58):
It's like, you know, it's like you know, it's that
moment where it's like, what did you do to my baby?

Speaker 7 (05:03):
It was the border last three.

Speaker 6 (05:05):
It ran about towards the end, but it was like
y'all killed off a lot of people.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Niggas never got over.

Speaker 7 (05:12):
Rolling died man, that's.

Speaker 5 (05:15):
When that happened, right upset. I was like just rolling
the world cried and I'm playing through the d n
D d OC right now too.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
When she getting over when she coping.

Speaker 5 (05:28):
That's so sad because I love Tina.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
She's the best. He's hilarious.

Speaker 5 (05:32):
But yeah, that's mostly what my week'spend anime gaming, adult ting.
But we're not gonna talk about that boring stuff.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
Sounds like, oh ya, the Adulton part. I usually ignore that.
I pushed that part down to my soul. I'll deal
with Off to bring it up on him. All right, Uh, it'straight.
I was your weekness?

Speaker 7 (05:50):
Well real quick to answer your question, Dre about it
being Cannon, I read that the Light since the Light
Novel came out first, it was supposed to be Cannon,
but when he read it, redid it for the web
tune that canon. Okay, so there's like a lot of
changes that happened.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
It got reworked a lot in the process.

Speaker 7 (06:10):
Yeah, Like, personally, I'm looking forward to the ending because
the ending in the Light novel is it is the same,
but like it's a lot different in the Man is
what I've heard.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
So you got a lot more detailed in the Light
Novel as.

Speaker 7 (06:21):
Far as inner monologues, yes, like there's a lot of
stuff pretty long. No, No it's not. It's about the
same as the web tune, I think.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
But they see if they can do like a tech
On Titan to make an actual good ending. Pray to God,
didn't stress this year.

Speaker 7 (06:39):
The ending in the light novels, it's rushed, I've heard,
but like I said, i've heard, I've heard it's better
in the Manis.

Speaker 3 (06:48):
So I remember that what they were saying about Techo
Titan though ending it's trash, but then they made it
actually good in the anime.

Speaker 7 (06:53):
So, I mean, Dex could probably tell us, right, is
the ending pretty good or I like it as I
feel rushed? When I read it, it felt really rushed,
like it all just happened out of nowhere. No, I
feel like they or whoever made it, they were able
to like paste it out a decent amount of time,
And yeah, I like the way that ended.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Okay. They also have like.

Speaker 5 (07:13):
A prologue after it, I believe, which like basically, yeah,
I heard what's going on with everybody and whatnot?

Speaker 3 (07:19):
All right, yeah, all right, Drake, I ain't really been
doing nothing, been chilling, kicking it, having watched over the houses.
But randomly I feel back into the BioShock Loup because
you know, you know what I mean. I remember that
game came in the free package, the free package on
the Xbox back when I was young.

Speaker 4 (07:38):
Bro, you get the Bioshocking up for free.

Speaker 6 (07:40):
Bro, shit, you not so crazy. I didn't play the
first two bio shots. I started on Infinite when I
got my PS three and I.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
Was like, I gotta go back, and I was like,
oh my god, all this shit connects. You know.

Speaker 6 (07:50):
That's one of them, like first multi like universal storylines
that like actually clicks, like.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
Oh it gets bad man when you start mixing these.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
But the story just in general, like what it was
a man, a man chooses and a slave obeys.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
When you first learned the would you kindly?

Speaker 7 (08:09):
Okay, I say which one was the one with would
you kindly? Because that's the when.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
You that's the first first one.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
That's the first one when you first learned them, and
it was like, oh it's downhill from here.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
Yom Like bro that twist, I was like, that's the
first game made me feel like wait, have I get
brainwashed the whole game?

Speaker 3 (08:28):
Oh my god, I was brainwashed the whole game. That
was the first one hit me.

Speaker 6 (08:32):
So I just ran one and two and now I'm
on Infinite and I'm like, I appreciate like people be
talking about like two K, like just as basketball and
like sports games, but two K be coming out with
random hits singers like Borland, my my fear people be
forgetting about.

Speaker 7 (08:50):
That really got me too.

Speaker 1 (08:52):
Oh yo, yeah that was nice, which like.

Speaker 7 (08:56):
The twisting infinite.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
When you was constant.

Speaker 7 (09:00):
Yeah, man, you are comstuck the whole time.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
Don't say that, and then went that's why the DFC
messed me up even more type shit because I'm like, wait,
it's still going because Elizabeth is not supposed to exist.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
The wise is still one still here.

Speaker 6 (09:19):
I was like, oh, we got deep, but yeah, I've
been back on this, so now I'm on infinite, Like
I fell asleep last night playing, but we just I
finally beating the nervous dead and then I went straight
into infinite. So now I'm like at the beginning, y'all
already know that the most wildest random racist party in
the game that caught everybody off going with you, yep,
don't pick.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Number seventy seven and you got that baseball you had.
It was like, boy, you basically feel a stone and
interracial cupbo.

Speaker 5 (09:46):
I was like, yo, wait a minute, dude, was like,
you're taking your coffee black these days?

Speaker 7 (09:54):
What the fuck?

Speaker 3 (09:56):
I felt bad on street, like bro, I had a
warn niggas like hey, I don't look me crazy Infinite
is mad racist, but there's a deeper meaning.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
I was like, oh but yeah, bro, I'm reliving that trauma.

Speaker 3 (10:09):
So I'm like, yeah, I'm finna run down and do
the DLCs after then I'm trying to I've been on
the game hoppings free type shit, so it's just really
been there.

Speaker 1 (10:17):
So I'm gonna bio shock right now.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
So let's have fun with the game player. I know
the story is the best part. You still on fund
the game players are still so funny.

Speaker 6 (10:24):
Shit, Like I'm playing it on PC and like it
does it's like weirdly like a lot better than like
playing from one. You know, you see the progression, you
know what I mean? Like it was it was It
wasn't even wonky in one. It was just basic simple,
but it was smooth then too. You was a big daddy,
so it was like you're trying to figure out how

(10:45):
to work plasmas with a drill, but then going down
basically and then like now you ain't infinite and you
got the little the little hand.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
Thing you could swing on ship and so now it's fluid.
It's fluid.

Speaker 6 (11:00):
Now you see that, I see the progression, like I'm
ready for and apparently by your Side Infinite was not
Bio Shide three, but no, yeah, yeah, so the next
bio shot is supposed to be by Your Shot three,
And I don't know if the deal, how the DLC ended.
This just gotta be the number four. It's a whole
new lighthouse. It gotta be because the Comstock Rapture thing

(11:23):
is kind of done.

Speaker 7 (11:24):
I don't even think it's the same team. So I'm
a little yeah.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
That that too. That's what also scares me.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
But apparently they still got the same writers, so that's
that's always as as long as they don't try to
change shit.

Speaker 7 (11:38):
Yeah, the writers are what made it good.

Speaker 5 (11:39):
So but have y'all heard that they're trying to make
a BioShock Cheries or they have been for a while for.

Speaker 6 (11:44):
A minute, and we still it's been like it's been
I thought it was Amazon. Wait, it was Netflix, but
we heard ship from them like four years.

Speaker 7 (11:55):
It's been years. It's always they always these companies. They
buy their live adaptation rights and then do nothing with it.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
They're just like, we're just gonna hold one of those
just in case, just in case we find the right
person to be Like, I want to make a movie
and we own it.

Speaker 1 (12:09):
Yeah, I don't know. I don't know if they could
do a Boshock movie. It's hard. Bro it gets dark.
That's dark.

Speaker 5 (12:16):
If they were to do it, it'd have to be
a series because you can't just cram all that in
one Yeah.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
Another one too.

Speaker 6 (12:21):
You're like, yeah, it's like it's like season one gotta
be the beginning the rapture.

Speaker 1 (12:26):
Yeah, season two gotta be the actual. They're gonna have
to do so much CG, especially with the underwater this.

Speaker 7 (12:38):
I mean, if they get like the Mandalorian TG, it'd
be pretty good for like the environments and stuff.

Speaker 1 (12:42):
Yeah, yeah, that'd be doable. I can see that. I
can see it.

Speaker 7 (12:46):
But who knows Netflix. Netflix does not have a good teacher, and.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
That's one of them.

Speaker 3 (12:54):
You're gonna have to mix perfect CGI with good practical.
You can't do like one of the other. It ain't
gonna look right. You gotta blee bleeding that.

Speaker 5 (13:02):
One class and blending practical and c G.

Speaker 1 (13:07):
I like how they did with the Classic Jurassic part, Like, yeah,
one of the moments, like you feel to have to
flex out for this one.

Speaker 7 (13:13):
It have to be big budget and Netflix.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
Super just lazy Cya. They just how they do it. Yeah,
they got to do it.

Speaker 7 (13:21):
They're the master class of throwing stuff out in that
and seeing what cat.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
The movies be good at first, and you just look
at the CJ like me, I like the story, I
like the plot, but the c I just throw me
out of it.

Speaker 6 (13:35):
So as soon as I saw the Magic, I was like,
but that's all I've been though, That's.

Speaker 7 (13:40):
All I've been.

Speaker 3 (13:41):
It's like that dirt devil CGI shut up every time
goof and roof running stuff. It just just takes me out.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
And just when you do this thing, it's just can't
I can't stand it.

Speaker 7 (13:55):
Man, I didn't even I actually had no idea he
did that in the comics. To like it.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
Yeah, it's just it looked at cooler. It just looked
at cooler.

Speaker 3 (14:04):
They lifted behind on a on a Netflix show, and
I think that's better. They did that for the better.
But they brought it back for Disney because they know
they're trying to be more comic Bookie and Disney. So
it's like if they if they throw him into some
ship with actual superheroes, you gotta be able to do something.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
Yeah, all right, how was your week?

Speaker 7 (14:22):
Man, unfortunately full of twelve hour shifts every day. It
was damn it was pretty bad this week. I'm going
to work after this ship. Yeah, so I haven't had
much time to do anything I did. I did, like
on Wednesday morning, I tried to do some morning queuing
for rivals and I'm I am internally stuck in Grandmaster. Dude.

(14:43):
It is the worst experience. I don't think I've ever met,
like the most diverse player base in a bad way,
Like so some of the worst players I have ever
seen in gaming, and then sometimes you'll get great ones,
but I am I am it turned only stuck there.

Speaker 1 (15:02):
You're the first nigga I've ever meant to be, Like
I'm a grand Master, and I.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
Don't like it because I can be better in my
team holding me back, I know it.

Speaker 1 (15:11):
It's like these weaklings, I don't need them.

Speaker 7 (15:14):
Yeah. Oh, and I did want to add because one
of the biggest differences, and it's going back to soul leveling.
Solo leveling is uh the inner monologue so much better
in the light novel. I think it's it's really missing
from the anime, Like there's a lot of his thought
processing that happens, and it just just in the anime,

(15:35):
it just shows it happened and not why why did
he do that? I don't know.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
They didn't even explain why he was late for the battle.

Speaker 7 (15:43):
Yeah, you know, didn't even explain that. He just showed
up and in line not with us. I think. I'm sure, dude, like.

Speaker 1 (15:49):
It's because it's delay or something.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
That's why I heard this did because the broadcast has
the lay that's why he showed up late.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
But they didn't explain, and it really.

Speaker 7 (15:56):
Well in the it's actually because he felt Goto's soldier
die or disappear, because you know, when he died, the
shadow disappeared, right, so when he felt that, he's like, oh, oh,
something's going on over there, and that's why he showed up.

Speaker 1 (16:10):
I didn't get to email.

Speaker 5 (16:12):
Damn, I forgot about that.

Speaker 1 (16:14):
You know what.

Speaker 5 (16:14):
This makes me want to go back and reread because
I was kind of speed reading through it, so I
just I got the gist of everything, but it wasn't
really able to be absorbed, you know, like breading it
week's a week Yeah, so damn, yeah, it's making me
want to go back so I can see a lot
of this stuff again because you just reminded me, Yeah,
that did happen?

Speaker 1 (16:34):
What you got?

Speaker 3 (16:36):
I started playing the New Game of Thrones RPG Thing
Kings Road, Kings Kings Road RG.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
Yeah, Mobile Ship you on PC? You played on PC?

Speaker 3 (16:51):
Actually you walking around, you fight, you learn how to
attack and all that stuff. The graphics of trad though,
they got like it's like PS free graphics.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
Story is actually good.

Speaker 6 (17:04):
And it's said like in like Scenason before Ship got
well season four.

Speaker 3 (17:09):
Yeah, uh, you you get the pick who you want
to be. You can pick an assassin, a big dude
night the night is the night and the assassins are
legitimate kids. And then like the big do you pick?
You eat like a basketball. So you get the people
and the story to put.

Speaker 7 (17:23):
Out different stories.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
Oh but they all got an air to. They all
got rights claim to.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
The story is not really different, but the dialogue is
kind of different, but you know, different things happening.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
But uh yeah you uh you know.

Speaker 3 (17:35):
You start off you meet John Snow, you go out
on the mission and you meet Johnstow and y'all come
back and y'all get chased by giants and stuff, uh
and white walkers.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
It's it's pretty good. You got you can go meet
your father and he gives you the mission to go
up there. What's going on?

Speaker 3 (17:51):
You from a house called uh hire or dire or
something like that. But yeah, it's uh the stories inertain
for the game player is boring up when the graphic
so far.

Speaker 7 (18:02):
It has a pay shop and it has energy, so
like you can't do.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
Some stuff, but it has a pay shop and energy. Yeah.

Speaker 7 (18:10):
So you know in mobile games when if you if
you do too many things through the day, it'll be
like you, I hate that.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
I haven't.

Speaker 4 (18:20):
I haven't kept that on PC though, it's just it's just.

Speaker 5 (18:23):
Been going doesn't have any of the originally voice people
are actors doing voices.

Speaker 3 (18:29):
I think the original voice of Johns was doing I
can't tell everybody, I think, but all the characters I
made so far as characters like new characters like the
house you from like new. It wasn't really in Game
of Thrones most of these characters. That's why random fictional Winsdom.
But that was probably there, but just out in the
universe where they actually had good ships happened. Yeah, so
it's it's different, but it's so far. Also finished Reacher

(18:52):
season three. I've heard nothing but good things about reaching show.
It's like practiced. Yeah, I fell off that season too.
It's just full of just stops ng.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
It's just that's what it is.

Speaker 5 (19:02):
That's is pretty madly they can't want to watch u
Vikings because I hear you talked about it.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
You never watch.

Speaker 7 (19:12):
Yeah, this whole journey, the whole journey.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
He was the last one that office started, and I
was like the first time here, huh.

Speaker 7 (19:21):
Man, it's so good.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
But uh yeah, what was I talking about? A Reacher?

Speaker 3 (19:29):
The last episode was really good, really really good. Good
action in her reaching the big dude going in it.

Speaker 1 (19:35):
It was so good, so good. Who is Reacher? Like
what is the story?

Speaker 3 (19:40):
Like?

Speaker 1 (19:40):
Is he like agent?

Speaker 4 (19:43):
He's an old military police officer.

Speaker 7 (19:45):
He was.

Speaker 3 (19:46):
He was a military investigator in the show, a military investigator.
Now he stopped doing that. And like he's wandering around
America and stuff like that, and stuff from his past
he was coming up and he has to he has
to sell it. He has to sell He's some stuff
from his past comes up.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
He has to kill it. So that's what that's what.

Speaker 6 (20:04):
And my tripping Jack Richer is from like the time
classy universe saying it, Yeah, I think so I want
to say, because you never remember. It's like half of
it went to like the Rainbow six Games and now
that then half his books, Winter actual movies and ship.
I want to say Jack Reacher was one of them.
I feel like he part of the time classy verse.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
Like because in season three, this dude from his past
who killed is killed his partner, that's what that's what
this season is about. And he shot him in the
head and he fell off, so he thought he was dead,
but he it was a small caliber, so he survived.

Speaker 1 (20:36):
The boy with amnesia.

Speaker 3 (20:37):
So this season is trying to get back and kill
kill this dude because he did this dude did It's
part of dirty He hung he hung it up and
bled her to death.

Speaker 1 (20:46):
It was it was, it was. It was dirty reaching
Reach's graphic bros. Dirty bro. Jack Riacher is basically American
James but on some ship. Okay when watch now, Yeah
it's really good, man.

Speaker 5 (21:01):
I guess three because the Vikings has another series about Holler.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
Right, yeah, there's too many shows start with the first one.

Speaker 7 (21:10):
Thought, man, it is it is.

Speaker 1 (21:16):
Roder Coaster. All right, I'm here for.

Speaker 3 (21:17):
It, all right, all right, we gotta go to a
quick break. When we come back ther Devil episode five
and six. After this, we're back their Devil born again.

(21:54):
They dropped two episodes out of nowhere this week man,
but hit us with a double windy.

Speaker 4 (21:58):
One was a feeling where you learned about some new
some other superheroes in the world.

Speaker 3 (22:02):
Uh. They bring Kamala back up in the episode five
and the bank robbery episode where he's where he has
to stop a bank robbery from happening.

Speaker 4 (22:09):
And uh, Kamala's dadd is working at the bank where
where madd is going for.

Speaker 3 (22:15):
His loan for his law business, but he can't get
along because of Amala's dad said, he's his business not
profitable enough. So that's where you get the connection to
more heroes and stuff in the world. She's not there,
she's in l A or some of her friends.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
Uh, her dad said.

Speaker 3 (22:29):
So this is more of a fill episode, but it's
still got some good good points, good action sequences. The
fighting when he break through Leg that was that was good.
Leg just breaks it.

Speaker 1 (22:45):
Bro You know that reminded me of Teen Titans ribbing. Yeah, yeah, true.
Site was ruthless.

Speaker 3 (22:53):
Exactly, and that's when you saw that there was some
man when he's a big cousin leg good.

Speaker 4 (23:00):
You get this, dick, it's a Saint sat Practice's day
and our still rob the bank.

Speaker 1 (23:10):
You baka you aren't. One of the most wildest moment
of that where.

Speaker 6 (23:13):
They were doing the terrorist negotiation, because it was like,
tell me a joke and y'all.

Speaker 3 (23:17):
Had y'all had an Asian woman trying to tell a
joke in an Irish accent, and when.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
She said, BlimE me, I died. I was like, yo,
that Joe kind of got me. That was kind of
funny joke. He kind of got me. Bro He was like,
that was a good one. He let her have two
moments after that. Man, you're lucky. It was it was
an accent.

Speaker 7 (23:42):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (23:44):
He reminded me of Calin Farrow. Did he remind you
of Calin Ferro, the dude.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
Blending the bank robber, Idiott, it's the Irish mancent. Yeah, yep, yeah.

Speaker 4 (23:52):
But it was a good That was a good robber, Bronc.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
That was a nice bank robbery. I guess so scene.
I think that's why they go together.

Speaker 3 (24:02):
I think that's why the dropped too episodes because this
has had nothing to do with the rest of the
series at all.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
It was just nothing to do with it at all.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
Hey, it was like one of the Hey, y'all know
ms Marvel still exists, right, and we gotta go to
New Jersey.

Speaker 1 (24:14):
Yeah, just to remind you. She still just remind you.

Speaker 6 (24:20):
That's the that's the version of feelers. Reminded me, remember them.
They're still here.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
Yeah, he's still here. She's still here. The second episodes
were you get back to the main storyline episode six,
and then you get the muse get his story. In
this episode, his story becomes big.

Speaker 3 (24:37):
In this episode, they finally cut onto a serial killer
being out because the people can't clean the blood. The
city can't keep clean the blood off the mirrors that
he's painting. And once they do, once they find out
what's happening, they find out that the paintings that he's
doing is made out of people's blood. So it's like
five different DNA samples on each painting. So you find

(24:57):
out that it's at least peop.

Speaker 6 (25:00):
Sixty people are painting. It's you say about and oh
in the comic book. In the comic book, wowd shit,
it was like one hundred and twenty people for each
paint And I was like, yeah, these unidentified missing people.

Speaker 1 (25:15):
No, he don't have powers that fight though.

Speaker 3 (25:17):
Yeah, and in the comic books he ain't human at times,
but it's like one of them. They never want to
admit it or not because he's that weird. It's like, no,
it's just better nobody say shit.

Speaker 4 (25:27):
But they haven't found all the pains and stuff so far.

Speaker 3 (25:29):
So so far, it's on sixty right now, sixty people
did so far, but it's probably probably more than that.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
They have seen a lot lot more.

Speaker 3 (25:35):
And so Fisk is trying to figure out way to
get rid of this. So he puts together a task
force of dirty cop task force of dirty cops.

Speaker 1 (25:44):
The visionline what they said, the Vigilanti task force.

Speaker 3 (25:47):
Yeah, the crack scares and find out if while you're
wearing a mask.

Speaker 1 (25:52):
I don't want none of y'all to wear masks.

Speaker 3 (25:54):
And also, so you got Hector's niece, she's she goes
to mask ask for help, but you know, Matt is
on his so I don't want to be dirt devil art.
So she's asked for help, and uh, she goes out
looking for herself. She goes out to investigate, and she
gets captured by music. And this is the this is
the justification match. Need go back to being dirt Devil

(26:16):
to find her and save her as responsible. Let me
have my all right snacks. Moment says he ain't here.
This alsop goes back to the comic books for that
one run. I forgot exactly which one it was, y'all.
Don't ask me about fucking titles of these goddamn arcs.
But the one Muse came in because music is one
of them. Like twenty ten Villains, that was wild as hell.

Speaker 1 (26:36):
Not many niggas made.

Speaker 6 (26:37):
It out of the twenty tens, just just in YadA.
That's why Kamala Kuhn is that nigga type shit. She
was one of the twenty ten niggas that made it.
But nah, this random shit was like I forgot. Dared
Devil had like a sidekick called blind Spot, and you
know how it's always this spunky side kick. Yeah, you know,
it's always this spunky sidekicks. They want to be like,
I'm on them.

Speaker 3 (26:57):
I got it, and their devil just straight told him
like bruh, I'm blind I got faith in you, but
if this is too dangerous, get the fuck up out
of there. He didn't get the fuck up out of there,
so Darren Devil had to come in and save it.
So I like how they kind of resemble that on
because that's kind of they doing the shopping shot low
kid instead of like it's by spot is White Tiger nice.

Speaker 1 (27:20):
I'm I'm fucking with it. Back to you black.

Speaker 3 (27:24):
You know one thing, one thing I know about Marvel
Marble half trash sockey. You just take a look at
DC's had got all the best sockeys. Marvel really don't
have good sokey. Now you know what the fun if
you are sidekicking Marvel, if you don't make it to
get your own title, you're gonna die or get crippled.

Speaker 1 (27:44):
You know, like Batman only got one day when crippled,
same ship.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
Everybody else is kind of and then one died everybody
else kind of savages, and then one died and came
back even most savage.

Speaker 1 (27:56):
And Barbara Gordon y'all, y'all, y'all crippled her and she
became savage with her computer. He Bill, he Bill, Demons.

Speaker 3 (28:05):
But nah, that devil was actually lit for in the
last two episodes, So I actually appreciated. I want to see,
like how you gonna go now because it's like, I
feel like, all right, so this is one of my predictions. Punished,
Definder come back and Mark on the Dirty Cops. Oh,
you think they might bring him back for his own series.

Speaker 6 (28:21):
I don't know, but you know he came back episode
far and you know that's one of his that's his tis,
that's one of him, that's one of his ticks.

Speaker 3 (28:28):
And you know you heard the news that saying dirt
of a building, the team, they're gonna do a thing
or another Defenders Defenders though, I think they're gonna bring
back the old Netflix squad. That's what That's what I'm thinking.
You think Jessica got just I mean, I feel like
Jessica still got them.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
She said she she's been ready to come back too.
And Luke Cage ain't did ship since then.

Speaker 5 (28:49):
I think he's in a series called Evil, which is
another one that's yea evil.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
Oh she was over now six years old now undone. Yeah,
I watched the whole series already. It it was good
to the end, kind of got kind of out of there.
I watched the last season. I got watch the last season,
got out there, but it was it was good. It
was kind of always out tell the end.

Speaker 3 (29:13):
The end, it was pretty nice. But then this kind
of leaves the open ended with what happened, and then
you'll see it what you see.

Speaker 6 (29:18):
Like one of them if they do bring it back,
it ain't gonna have ship to do it with the
other ship moment.

Speaker 1 (29:24):
It ain't. It ain't gonna be like a reboot, but
it's gonna just be a continuation on some other Yeah,
you can see. You can see a continuation happening for
what I feel, all right in this episode.

Speaker 3 (29:37):
Okay, so he uh, that was a hardangs his daughter
get captured, so he uses this as a chance go
back to Dirtell. He goes and finds he gets his
one v one versus muse mus pretty better than I
thought he was gonna be a fight. He kind of
held his home down there.

Speaker 6 (29:52):
That's why when I saw music, it's like he's one
of those like he got unnecessary.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
That's why it's like I don't think he's.

Speaker 3 (29:59):
Just he He ain't no regular, he ain't regular, he
ain't a human, he ain't here my hands a little something.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
Like your your mama fucked the inhuman or something, and
you call it.

Speaker 3 (30:10):
Like it's interesting fight at the end because because Uhdrup
does good fights when they don't try to stick this
weird c G I in chos a good fight then
and then we get we get that with the with
the opposition of Fist.

Speaker 4 (30:27):
Fist goes down to Vanessa's boyfriend that she was banging
while he was away.

Speaker 3 (30:32):
You think he gonna let him, You think he's gonna
let him go, but he hands him a bat or
acts what was it the acts or bad? I think
it was an axe and give him a chance to say,
you want to leave, you gotta kill me. So they
get into a fight and Fist, let's go of all
the anger.

Speaker 1 (30:48):
Bro.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
He just throwing the dude like a rag doll across
all the room, beating him down.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
Man, why is he so strong? I don't know.

Speaker 3 (30:55):
He is on the waits a regular nigga, just genuinely
built like that. That's why he's that much of a problem.
He's just a regular.

Speaker 4 (31:05):
So you get the transitions between him and fighting their demons,
going back to.

Speaker 3 (31:09):
Who they That was a nice little shot how they
did this. Yeah, they going back to who they really
were in this series. So and Music had Hector's nick
Niee on the table with the with the Serene Jenner
had the blood coming out of everything. So as he
finish to take you out, he Matt pulls a savage move.
He wraps the knight stick around his neck and hangs

(31:30):
them so but then he hears Hector niece part is
not beating the same fence to slow down, so he
has to let him go and do on her. And
while he while he's doing that to reviove her, music
gets away. So so he's still in the series, so
you know he's gonna be a problem. In the later episode,
he feeling he feels painting another. I got motivation, I

(31:53):
see I know what I'm feeling.

Speaker 1 (31:54):
Paint now. Fish takes down Vanessa's barfriend with his at
I don't think he killed him though, Diddy Drake, he
didn't look he was dead. Wasn't that nigga did fuck me?
Bro me?

Speaker 4 (32:08):
He didn't break his niggames. I thought he was still loud.

Speaker 3 (32:10):
You know, if it's beach is like that, you not
that's like that. He gave him a batman jay walking
ass whooping. But yeah, that's how the episode. Uh yeah,
so one feeling episode. One episode that actually mattered. But
it's pretty good series, pretty good, serious so far.

Speaker 5 (32:27):
How would you say it stacking up to the other
series so far?

Speaker 3 (32:30):
It's better than season two so far? Oh no, no,
I mean I can't at all the serious like.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
I know, it's not the way like all the Disney Show,
Disney Plus shows.

Speaker 5 (32:44):
Yeah, like just Disney Plus, like I know, like One
Division and Agatha and Falcon Winter Soldier.

Speaker 6 (32:50):
Because compared, I mean, yeah, I f I fucked at
the Witch's Road, my nigga, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (32:55):
We was gay as hell during this game. We would
get your head during that. Ain't gonna lie.

Speaker 3 (33:04):
So that's that's my That's been my favorite so far.
I say j Je was top five, but you gotta
finish first up because I don't want to say it's good.

Speaker 1 (33:14):
Out of the ground shows. It's kind of up there,
you know, like no no magic to me. Miss Marvaro's
probably been the worst so far. I'm minds probably been
the worse. It was the least enjoyable for me.

Speaker 3 (33:28):
I felt like it was just it was it was
it was a teen thing. Yeah, it wasn't made for
us exactly. That's why it's like I couldn't I couldn't
get it. I couldn't get in. I couldn't get into
my inner sixteen year old white girl.

Speaker 1 (33:42):
That's just been the worst for me. So Echo was
thinking worse. I enjoyed Echo, but it just it just
it didn't feel like a Disney showing up. I don't
like how fast they had to wrap it up, and
they kind of just threw everything off of me because
it was on the what five episodes? Why have we
not seen her since? I don't know, show up in
darble fitst talked about it. But that's it. Okay, all right.

Speaker 3 (34:06):
We have some more Marvel news that dropped this week,
The Avengers Dooms. They cast announcement drop and uh it
got some people mad. Some people have because but I
don't think this is the everybody. I think people just overacting.
This is just just just the first drop, and I
think there's gonna be a lot of people they hide
and stuff like that.

Speaker 1 (34:23):
So I don't know why everybody getting all up there.

Speaker 3 (34:24):
You know how people ran them pop up for two
seconds for a big ass fight scene moment.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
I feel like this is what half of these are true?
Because over people overact everything.

Speaker 7 (34:35):
What do you think? So you think it's just like
offshoot appearances.

Speaker 1 (34:40):
I don't some of these characters are not gonna be
that huge in this movie. I'm just being honest. It's like,
what when we talk about lay it out, lay it
out there? All right?

Speaker 4 (34:50):
The marvel announced, Okay, we have Christian's words.

Speaker 3 (34:53):
Vanessa Kirby, y'all know she's been playing Uh shoe Storm,
Anthony Mackie, Sebastian stand No, Bucky, he's in it. Leticia Wright,
the New Black Panther, Paul rud Uh why Russell?

Speaker 4 (35:07):
We have a we have I don't know how to
say his name, but we have no more.

Speaker 1 (35:12):
I don't know how to say his name.

Speaker 7 (35:16):
Uh No, I didn't have I didn't read it.

Speaker 4 (35:20):
Yes, thank you, thank you, thank good job that I
wouldn't able to say that.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
You ain't knowing that. That's crazy.

Speaker 7 (35:28):
I didn't know his name, Moss.

Speaker 4 (35:32):
We have him, Florence Pugh uh Kelsey Grammar, and that's
one of the people who's here. Chiss Grammar, Chause Grammar.
Gonna be his beast, right, that's what That's what.

Speaker 3 (35:45):
Yeah, I ain't got no choice because he popped up
at the end of at the end of the Marvels
from the Marvels, Monica Rambo was in the other dimension.

Speaker 1 (35:55):
Or whatever.

Speaker 3 (35:56):
So that's where we found out that we have Louis Pullman. Uh,
Danny Ramiro is who is Queen? And David Harbor. David
Harper is Red Guardian, who is Danny Ramire that's all.

Speaker 1 (36:09):
What's her name? New Falcon? The New Falcon? Yeah, okay,
damn okay. So he does shook back. Uh, we have
you fucked up at the end of Mirror. Yeah. See
what I'm saying, being a side kick is not a
good job in Marvel. They got it shifted. Bro. We
have a Winston Duke and Baku is back. Okay, Bro,

(36:31):
these cameos as fuck. I don't even know.

Speaker 4 (36:34):
We have Tom Hidlson Loki is back. Patrick Stewart. You
know that's a cameo. You know that's a cameo.

Speaker 3 (36:40):
Patrick Stewarts Hey, Yeah, Patrick Stewart is definitely popular, but
he's not gonna be.

Speaker 1 (36:45):
Many different versions of Professor. Actually we have now like seven,
like seventeen.

Speaker 3 (36:50):
We have X Men, then we have X Man first Class.
Then we have uh a strange one. Yeah, the one
on the Doctor Franel whole one of them. Ed mckillan
is also back. Magneto got him back.

Speaker 1 (37:06):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (37:06):
We have Alan coming. Uh, Rebecca Romains back. Oh God,
damn mist that was.

Speaker 1 (37:15):
In the last X Men movie. She lost her powers?
Is that kid?

Speaker 7 (37:20):
Still?

Speaker 1 (37:23):
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (37:23):
I thought the Fox Universe was dead.

Speaker 1 (37:27):
I don't. I don't know what's happened. I thought was
supposed to be the Indian I mean that did.

Speaker 7 (37:33):
Yeah, we have.

Speaker 4 (37:35):
We have James Marsden, Uh Channing Tatum.

Speaker 3 (37:39):
But but you did see at the end of the
day Wood, some niggas did make it out of a
Fox universe.

Speaker 7 (37:45):
I saw a bunch of men saying, I guess he
really did make a name for himself.

Speaker 4 (37:53):
Uh Pedro Bascal, mister fantastic, Robert Downey Jr.

Speaker 1 (37:57):
That was the last one, of course. Uh So.

Speaker 3 (38:01):
You know it's gonna be a lot more people than
other than that too. So like this movie is saund
three hours as hell.

Speaker 1 (38:08):
You gotta be they gotta be doing, gotta got no choice.

Speaker 5 (38:14):
But I bet you're just like Infinity warn't in game.
It's not even That's what I'm saying, Like, you.

Speaker 6 (38:18):
Have so much happening, and they know this time they
can't two part that ship.

Speaker 1 (38:23):
No, you gotta you gotta make them sit y'all got
the Lord of the rings and if y'all finna take
it there now, I'm excited. Man, they got they got
the necessary characters they need to make this a good movie.

Speaker 3 (38:32):
Man, they got them because if you if you're ready
to come in, but as they come but doing a
pretty good job.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
It's a nice one.

Speaker 5 (38:40):
I'm pretty sure I saw like the leaked image of
James Marshton and Cyclope.

Speaker 1 (38:45):
Yep, yep, I seen the same thing he had the
old school Cyclope. Yeah, I mean the nineties.

Speaker 3 (38:53):
Yeah, it's the blue and yellow. Yeah, so that the
cript men. But yeah, so that was the X Man announcement.
We gotta go to a quick break. When we come back,
it's time for the dojo and best of plan after this,
all right, we checking back in with the dojo and

(39:13):
we're going to one of our favorite segments in the dojo,
Best of Class drake this two thousand and seven.

Speaker 1 (39:19):
Right, let's go. We finally made it.

Speaker 3 (39:21):
We'd be having to remind us, well, I have to
remind myselves at times.

Speaker 1 (39:25):
Let's get pas.

Speaker 3 (39:28):
Y'all know, if y'all ain't been here, you're FeelA learn today.
You know, best classes Like in each year we like
to go over visit games. Then I passed it over
to Tony and Baku. They go movies and stuff. But
you know, we always pick a nice year. You know,
It's always like we go over a year and we
picked over, you know, the top of the top.

Speaker 1 (39:46):
It might not even be the top.

Speaker 3 (39:47):
It might be a rarity that nobody heard of that
came out the year. But we just like to give
acknowledgement to where it is due. And let's just start
it off with Okay, so this is like what year
are we two stoleusand this city?

Speaker 7 (40:03):
All right, I'm here, I'm there.

Speaker 5 (40:04):
I took myself back. It's now Mentally, how two thousand
and seven? How's it like not having gone through a
pandemic and all this other shit?

Speaker 7 (40:18):
Brou I'm having high school drama.

Speaker 3 (40:21):
I mean, I'm in ninth grade. It's cray cray, but
I'm trying to figure out a good one. It just
started off, oh crazy things. So weirdly, I never had
a week.

Speaker 6 (40:33):
My little sister did, right, But I bought one game
on the week, Super Mario Galaxy when it finally went sue.
You know, we all played Super mar six foding with
three D get super Mario Gas and it's like, nah,
you can go around the world.

Speaker 1 (40:48):
That game was I remember playing the game. I hated
Mario gather boy.

Speaker 3 (40:51):
I don't I don't know why it was so ignorantly
just enjoyable. Was it one of the Was it one
of the best ones?

Speaker 1 (40:58):
Though? Are you talking about the one we had? The
water holes all the didn't like space? No, I hated it. See,
the only thing messed me up with Like any other
Week games, it's like it's a it.

Speaker 3 (41:10):
Was a good game, but it was on week we
was trashed. It was on good for the sports and
see that's my ship where.

Speaker 1 (41:17):
We it was like we had good games.

Speaker 3 (41:20):
It had, but it was like you had to use
the Nune Chucks, which because if you played a lot
of the controller at at one point it was to.

Speaker 1 (41:32):
Turn it sideways. Yeah, it's just it didn't. It never
hit right. It just never felt good. There. You forgot
bringing up your week. You've got to go straight into
BioShock bro.

Speaker 7 (41:43):
I was I was about to say, I was waiting
for the second.

Speaker 3 (41:46):
I was gonna number two it because like I saw,
there was number one. That's the number one game on
Metacritic for seven and BioShock has never god damn to
one of the one of the greatest mind fucks elver
type ship.

Speaker 6 (42:00):
Like, first off, you you just in a you're just
in an airplane. Then you crash land and see a
goddamn lighthouse, and now you just an underwater metropolis. And
apparently Ela and Musk that made underwater metropolis and then
made and the biological engineers superpowers.

Speaker 1 (42:17):
And everybody got addicted to it.

Speaker 6 (42:19):
And when best shit crazy because people in your underwater
paradise are run a super monopolist and they all the
fucking industrialists. This is one of the most when you
don't have a pastor in a super industrialized city, because
everybody thinks for theirselves. It is either business or the
greater amout of science, and you're bad shit crazy because

(42:39):
think about it, this is like nineteen fifty eight. This
is post World War two. So you want to know
what had to a lot of Nazi scientists. They didn't leave,
they didn't die, They just went the fucking rapture. They
kept exprament on niggas. That's by your shock too, I
mean that's by your shock one and two. But damn it,
that is a great ass game. And then this is
not even going into like the multi dimensional shiit of it,

(43:02):
because this game gets deep and philosophical. Is hell when
it comes to like people wanted to like not believe
in God and build their own ship because this is
like karma whooping you in the dick right now type
ship when you build this much greatness and then now
you have to watch everything just you built it. Now
deal with all the corruption and other poor people and

(43:23):
all this crazy shit you got to deal with too.
Now you're getting overthrow by the ship that you build.
That's why its like to be a hot nigga that
extreme and do podcasting.

Speaker 1 (43:35):
Just saying.

Speaker 3 (43:35):
The only other game from the era that's on that
level of like critic stuff, I think it probably mass Effect.

Speaker 1 (43:41):
Yeah wait, mess Effect was what's that on?

Speaker 5 (43:45):
Second?

Speaker 1 (43:45):
Yeah? That was Massfect, wasn't it. Yeah?

Speaker 7 (43:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (43:51):
Because see I got the trilogy and that ship you now,
that's one of them. Like I was in band, so
I didn't have a life, so I wasn't able to
play like the mass Efect, but I got the Massurface trilogy.
Hey hey, just for a record, pouse, everybody looking at
my band's looking at this card real quick.

Speaker 1 (44:06):
But I remember, I.

Speaker 3 (44:09):
Remember, I remember getting a bundle with Mass effecting it.
I played that bumble on some ship because I randomly
had it on PC. When you remember Walmart had the
PC games. Yeah, y'all remember that, like actually the CD
installation games though.

Speaker 1 (44:25):
Yeah, that's the first time I played Mass Effect.

Speaker 6 (44:27):
Next up, we got the Orange Box, so this was
like one of my y'all know, I was a console baby.
The Orange Box was like one of my intros in
the PC niggas because it had half like and I
told people I played Half Life on PlayStation and they'd
be like, wait, they do a long pause and like
we've been playing on PC for the forever type ship,

(44:48):
and I'm like, wait, That's how I started learning about
the PC Master.

Speaker 7 (44:51):
Race about stuff like that too. I think I played
Counterstrike first on console and then because that.

Speaker 1 (44:59):
Was, you know, best, because that was an orange box.

Speaker 7 (45:03):
That was this Orange box. That was the year, I guess,
I know, because that's the year I got addicted to Wow.

Speaker 4 (45:10):
I played counter Strike on dallup internet on my mic,
my macatos or whatever.

Speaker 1 (45:17):
Because bro I had to adapt to on my PS
two where you had to plug the ether that.

Speaker 6 (45:21):
Is, so I had PS two online. That ship was
so trange but it was so enjoyable type ship. I'm
one of the only people that they can say they
played Final Fantasy on PSC.

Speaker 3 (45:31):
But then the greatest game ever came after the Count. Yes,
all right, one of the greatest shooters of all time.
All Right, you wonder next to the beginning of When
College Dude, they said, fuck that world of what World
War two ship we finish? Get one for Model War
Modern WARFA. That's what that's like my first that's like
third or fourth on my favorite Calle Dude.

Speaker 1 (45:52):
Where the boys became in Fellas.

Speaker 3 (45:55):
That was this year top five, that's top five code
game of all time, the first one, but I'm partial
to TOWO, but was good to wait. Yeah, wait two
is when we got when Ghost Died and that's wait
two is no Russian?

Speaker 7 (46:12):
Right?

Speaker 1 (46:13):
Two? Was what? No Russian? Remember the no Russian mission?

Speaker 3 (46:17):
Yes, that was I don't remember when you had when
you had to when you was under cover with what's
the Russian Mcarov and you had to shoot up the
Russian subway and remember it was okay, yeah that was
no Russian when you had to jump out the better
live better?

Speaker 1 (46:36):
Oh God, we're taking it here.

Speaker 5 (46:40):
Jesus Christ I don't normally hear people talk about the
Call of Duty story so this is nice hearing.

Speaker 1 (46:44):
Boy. I'm a I'm a campaign.

Speaker 4 (46:46):
The game Man game years, the stories is better than
game play these days.

Speaker 6 (46:51):
People know I played Call of Duty for the campaign
and Zombies that's sick.

Speaker 5 (46:55):
For the longest time, I didn't even know Zombies had
a storyline until I like watched the.

Speaker 1 (46:59):
No he does Nobody And once you figure it out,
it's like, oh my god, what I've been missing?

Speaker 3 (47:06):
Because what it was Black Ops the one that did
it for me kind of two, and I was like, wait,
this is this should been linkedlyked.

Speaker 1 (47:14):
Oh god.

Speaker 3 (47:15):
But next up we got when Guitar Hero finally got
the competition rock band.

Speaker 1 (47:20):
Rock Band Man rock Band, that game Man.

Speaker 7 (47:26):
Rhythm competition game and stuff anymore, because Guitar Hero three
came out that year as well, and that was the.

Speaker 3 (47:32):
Crazy Ship because that's just a rock was was was
was goaded, but rock Man, this was just was you
a drum person or guitar person, bass person, guitar guitar.

Speaker 5 (47:44):
I like guitar ain vocals. Actually I never got to
do guitar and vocals at the same time because I
didn't have like a mic stand, but I wanted to try.

Speaker 1 (47:51):
Bro. We had all the week. Yeah, the guitar, the drums,
we had the whole thing. Man, the whole band.

Speaker 7 (47:59):
Rock band was like an event every day after school.

Speaker 1 (48:02):
Brouh Man drums will give you a workout on your
legs too, Bro me me in college, Bro, it was
stressful my freshman year.

Speaker 3 (48:09):
It was stressful, well, especially when they started letting you
download other songs from old stuff. Now when you got
the d l C pecks. Bro, when they used DLC's
for good.

Speaker 1 (48:19):
That's the ship I pay for. I pay for song track.
But next to just started making the room.

Speaker 3 (48:24):
You ain't she ain't got you ain't lying, next to
funny thing all right, so crazy ship.

Speaker 7 (48:29):
I have a confession.

Speaker 1 (48:31):
I was never a Halo person.

Speaker 7 (48:32):
I played one New York gonna say that.

Speaker 1 (48:36):
I wanted to play no person either.

Speaker 3 (48:38):
Now you want to know I play you want to
What made me just like get into Halo was Halo Reach.

Speaker 1 (48:45):
That was That was the way I fell in. And
then the last mission basically saying that's I'm like.

Speaker 3 (48:58):
Wait what fuck wait? It was just oh God, and
that last scene hit me. I was like, no, I
had love threes all Like, damn, I remember the gaming
thing after schools when we was young. Uh, we used
to do the game is tournaments online and stuff, and
everybody used to play.

Speaker 1 (49:16):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (49:16):
We used to get the little hookup thing work before
people playing and everybody when when people when we're playing
Halo was half four. But then as soon as Call
Luther came out, the whole class more full. Everybody trying duty.
Back in the day, it was the turn of the times.
My man, multiplayer was.

Speaker 1 (49:32):
Just it was just more. It was just better than me. Man,
I don't know what I was just I just loved
the multiplayers when yeah, Halo a similar time. Yeah, it's like,
you gotta you gotta be kind of smart for Halo.

Speaker 3 (49:45):
You gotta be you gotta have correct aim and and
reflexes for Call of duney the reason that your twitch
just kind of gotta be there, but next.

Speaker 1 (49:52):
To you don't.

Speaker 7 (49:54):
Really, I just realized we missed lasted two thousand and six.
I didn't say Fear because Fear's expansion comes out in
two thousand and seven. Wait, there was as I thought,
I told this ship was two thousand and six.

Speaker 3 (50:08):
Players, Bro, that is a trippy ass game.

Speaker 1 (50:12):
When you figure out it. Never mind, never mind spoil
play Fear play Fear.

Speaker 7 (50:18):
Yeah, Fear is great. Still hold up, bruh.

Speaker 1 (50:22):
I saw a nigga like Updated Mind.

Speaker 7 (50:24):
It was.

Speaker 1 (50:26):
I was like, damn that.

Speaker 7 (50:28):
Fear was one of the first games to put shadows
in games like actual real time rendered shadows all of school,
and it made use of it. Man, because game that
was probably one of the first games out. Jimy like
sent chills.

Speaker 1 (50:42):
I was scared. I was scared. I was just crawl
of bru trying to just walk around. It was stressful
as here with system was on.

Speaker 3 (50:50):
I played it on PC, but I think it was
on every day I played. I played it on PlayStation. Okay,
next year we got the continuations of Cradles.

Speaker 6 (50:58):
Basically they just him looking at the limpus is saying,
eat a dick up in America all y'all before he
even got the God of War two.

Speaker 1 (51:07):
I never played at War game. I'm just one of
my favorite series.

Speaker 3 (51:11):
Really never played any of the Gotta War games. Boy
like that is that is niggas wonder why I'm dead violent.
It's like bra did y'all not he He's fucking around
hercules up type bro.

Speaker 5 (51:25):
I remember saving progress one that specific part so I
could keep going back just to fight Hercules because it was.

Speaker 3 (51:30):
Just it was wowd because then you switching the Hercules
point of view and then Cradles just.

Speaker 1 (51:35):
Galled your eyes up and it just exciting. That was
for siting. Okay, I remember that. Wait that was three?
What's that three? Yeah?

Speaker 7 (51:45):
I haven't done that so long. Make save files to
go back, and really I want to remember this moment.
I haven't done that in so long.

Speaker 1 (51:52):
Semple of times. Same bro, Next up, we got Okay,
this fun.

Speaker 3 (51:57):
This is crazy because this is like everybody knows, like
I got my personal favorite Final Fantasy, but I played
it weird because you know, Niggas was born in ninety two,
so it's like the only Final Fantasy I can say.

Speaker 1 (52:10):
I played on PlayStation. I mean on Super Nintendo was
the first one.

Speaker 6 (52:16):
But when I played Final Fantasy six on game Boy
Goddamn Advance, it.

Speaker 1 (52:21):
Changed my goddamn life because that was like, you.

Speaker 6 (52:25):
Know, this is like right before we got now we
had this is like that weird part before Final Fantasy thirteen.
I want to say, so when they just started re
releasing all the classic ones on game Boy Advance before
the DS and shit drop, but dem remasters and remakes
were a peak, like you know how they do like
the new ones now for like PC with shadows and

(52:47):
shit like nah. Final Fantasy six on game Boy Advance
is the definitive Final Fantasy six because that was like
the first time they finally just started.

Speaker 1 (52:57):
Bringing like the old school was to it, like Europe
in America. So that's one of the for me.

Speaker 5 (53:03):
So I have a confession to make. I've never played
a Final Fantasy game. Well, let me scratch that.

Speaker 1 (53:08):
I playing.

Speaker 5 (53:09):
I tried playing seven because an old coworker mine gave
me the original for PS one, I.

Speaker 1 (53:14):
Just I couldn't do it. Man, it was it was
you have to read a lot.

Speaker 5 (53:17):
No, it wasn't even the reading, it was just the graphics.
I was just so used to, you know, everything being
all three D. It was kind of hard to differentiate
between a lot of stuff and move around, like.

Speaker 1 (53:27):
Yes, some of you just gotta dumb yourself down in times.

Speaker 5 (53:30):
If I wanted to jump into it, which one would
you say? Which one would you suggest? Because I hear
everybody seven the.

Speaker 3 (53:34):
Go six, like y'all about saying if it comes to
like all right, if you want current gen graphics like
set Final fanst and seven remake, or if you're talking
about an old school pixelated.

Speaker 1 (53:46):
One, I guess how about both? All right?

Speaker 6 (53:49):
If you're doing it like that, I'll say nine if
you want old school PS one graphics, because that's like
the best put together is just great story.

Speaker 1 (53:57):
You run through it and it's like, I feel good this.

Speaker 3 (54:00):
I can say I actually did everything I needed to
because Final Fantasy does that, and.

Speaker 6 (54:06):
Crazy shit people be saying this on the new era,
sixteen is goaded. But if it's like a nigga that
hasn't just like you don't play, I say fifteen because
you got because they it's it's a they went back
to the sad ass Final Fantasy engines at the end
and it still kind of like captures the old school
because you can still switch between the stage. Wise, I

(54:29):
just still running around and just hag a slash and
people to me, how about you telling me like when
they come to it, because you're.

Speaker 1 (54:36):
Not play almost as many as me?

Speaker 7 (54:39):
Sad isn't it now?

Speaker 6 (54:40):
I'm talking about like if you suggest like a new
Final Fantasy and an old one, then.

Speaker 1 (54:47):
I say thirteen.

Speaker 7 (54:50):
I love thirteen. But I know it has a lot
of flaws. An old one. I think I'd have to
do eight. I think because I say eight because that's
what cooked me like this, even just from like cinematics
and stuff. I was like the music, I was hooked.
I was like, I want to know more.

Speaker 1 (55:09):
You know, that's the only one I still got to
be out there trilogy.

Speaker 7 (55:12):
For New Ones, fifteen is the one with the boys, right.

Speaker 1 (55:16):
The road trip. That's the one with them in the car, right, Yeah.

Speaker 7 (55:21):
That one did it. It is so good. It's so
under it is.

Speaker 6 (55:25):
So as much as their game went through development wise,
at the end, it still just feels good.

Speaker 7 (55:32):
And it has oh man, it has it has such
a good hard. It's so good.

Speaker 1 (55:38):
It got hard.

Speaker 7 (55:40):
Okay, yeah, you know it started fifteen, all right.

Speaker 3 (55:43):
Sire like fifteen it's like that one, like that bit
started off like because you know, this is after Final
Fantasy fourteen, and they went straight mmo rps.

Speaker 1 (55:52):
You're like, fifteen was the no, this is a final
fans for niggas.

Speaker 6 (55:55):
Who don't know what the Final Fantasy is and for
niggas that have been here front of get it.

Speaker 7 (56:00):
And I was like, and it's a lot better now, too,
Like when it first came out, I mean, there's a
lot of issues, but now it's like it is a
true complete.

Speaker 5 (56:11):
Version, optimized. They got they patched everything, got rid of all.

Speaker 7 (56:14):
The bugs, and ship added a bunch of stuff too.

Speaker 6 (56:18):
That it may it makes a code, it makes a
cohesive sense. It's a completed like big ass Final Fantasy.
And it's like, Okay, y'all got a lot of shit
going on because the DLC is like when niggas just
randomly disappear for like two chapters.

Speaker 7 (56:33):
Yeah, the DLC chapters will fill you in there. There
is one that doesn't, and it's like an alternate ending,
which I would suggest you wait till the end to play.

Speaker 1 (56:42):
Are you talking about the r and shit?

Speaker 7 (56:44):
No ignance?

Speaker 1 (56:45):
Oh bro? I love that.

Speaker 7 (56:47):
That's like, that's the DLC story in a game.

Speaker 1 (56:53):
Be honest. When Egy was like, they was like, you
know what, you're good enough.

Speaker 7 (56:58):
He's he's such a good character. Under appreciate it.

Speaker 6 (57:01):
Any nigga, any Final Fantasy nigga with glasses is a problem.

Speaker 1 (57:08):
All right.

Speaker 7 (57:09):
I appreciate that I got a game, one of those
not so well known games.

Speaker 3 (57:14):
Before you go, I want to mention two big ones
I know everybody going to state these Assassin's Free and
a Witcher. Gotta make sure y'all.

Speaker 7 (57:23):
Was gonna get mentioned both of the first ones.

Speaker 1 (57:26):
Yep, yep, damn. They both started what that was the
beginning of South.

Speaker 3 (57:31):
It was such a good year. This is why I
remember so many games. To us, this has been the
most interesting one we had. And well, this one, I
was really addicted to gaming.

Speaker 1 (57:37):
Man. Yeah, it was a good time.

Speaker 5 (57:40):
Keep gaming ERA on some ship after school.

Speaker 1 (57:43):
I was on game for like ten hours afterwards. Man,
it was bad. I was sleep every morning, man, every
morning I got up for school, I was sleeping. Nigga,
it was school, band practice, PlayStation. You had your priority.

Speaker 7 (57:55):
It's true, me too, like a little band practice and
whatever like games homework, Nah, bro, I don't got homework.

Speaker 5 (58:04):
I listened to y'all go through the different eras and like, oh,
this just makes me think of all the games that
I haven't played and want to catch up on.

Speaker 1 (58:11):
But it's like this is bad time. And then you
go back and look at half of this ship and
this should be like four dollars on g og and
you know what, I got it down though.

Speaker 7 (58:23):
So one one really good game that really slipped under
the radar. Even then, was called Clive Barker's Jericho.

Speaker 1 (58:31):
And I think I remember hearing about that. I've heard
the name.

Speaker 7 (58:36):
You know, Clive Barker is the horror guy and he
produced the game Hell Razor. Yeah, he produced the game,
and Jericho is all that storytelling. Man, I'm telling you,
it really slipped under the radar.

Speaker 1 (58:50):
The Sandstorm, or the one with the big sandstorm.

Speaker 7 (58:53):
That del it started. It's the first levels. It starts
with a sandstorm. They get kind of sandstorm, and.

Speaker 1 (58:59):
Then they get i know, play came out playing a demo,
so Jared look that up.

Speaker 7 (59:06):
Yeah, they started a sandstorm and then they get transported
back in time and then there's a whole bunch of stuff. Man,
it's it's very horror horror related. It's really good. I
recommend going back and playing it if you haven't, just
for the story right now, it's creepy.

Speaker 3 (59:21):
I'm here for another random one that I always forked to.
It was Silent Hill origins. You know, that's when they started.

Speaker 1 (59:27):
It's trying to like, okay, we got it, we still
got it, we still got Silent Hill stuff.

Speaker 6 (59:31):
And then they came out with the movies. So it's like,
all right, we got movies and stuff. Now we got
to make another game. But that was towards the beginning
before it started getting really bad. But another one that
I wanted to talk about. Do y'all remember John wos
Stranglehold because I didn't have an Xbox and I had
to play it on my cousin.

Speaker 3 (59:48):
She well, it was with and Fat but it was
basically a John Woo movie. You know, it's a Chinese direction.
They did action movies. He basically did a game two
and it was like with How You fent On isbas
three sixty. Never could get a remake because a license
and shit. But Dead also deserves one of those remakes.

Speaker 1 (01:00:09):
I hate that, you know, you know the repors up.
We always want to some movies.

Speaker 7 (01:00:13):
I got one last one last game, uh, Fantasy Star Universe.
Oh I'm going to shout out Marcus or yeesus for
those who know he in this game. He made his Macetta,
which is the currency in that game, by selling new
to Vanessa Hutchins. What yeah, Eastern did under like the

(01:00:37):
dude the old Xbox three sixty webcam, he would take it.
He had this phone with probably the worst quality picture
of Vanessa Hudgins I've ever seen in my life. And
he would take a picture of that. So he took
a picture of a screen with the trash webcam and
then would send it to people and they would pay
him in game currency. What the fuck he was making bank, dude,

(01:01:01):
he was making bank, all right?

Speaker 1 (01:01:04):
It was a wild time, brod all right. Two thousand
and seven movies. Some movies that dropped in.

Speaker 3 (01:01:10):
Some great movies that dropped in No Country for Old
Men dropped two thousand and seven Transformers.

Speaker 1 (01:01:16):
The first one, Charla I loved.

Speaker 3 (01:01:20):
I was in love with that movie. That move was
so good Man, that first one. So the first two
were so good. And after that, I don't know what happened.
I don't know what happened at all.

Speaker 2 (01:01:29):
Man.

Speaker 4 (01:01:30):
Next we had The Bridge of Terribiitia. I remember crying.

Speaker 1 (01:01:35):
That's said that movie was so sad Man because.

Speaker 3 (01:01:38):
I never read the books and nothing. Wh I was young,
so I was in high school. I still I didn't
know what. I didn't know what to expect, but it
was emotional.

Speaker 1 (01:01:44):
Man had a click in your head. What happened like, oh,
we have super bad greatness, greatness, we have hair spray
a musical that I really like. We have this is
for the hair Potter people. I've never seen the movie,
but I'm just stick because Hairy Potter is so far,
so uh popular.

Speaker 4 (01:02:03):
Hair Potter and the Order of the Phoenix came out
to seven.

Speaker 1 (01:02:06):
Damn they were that far along, right.

Speaker 3 (01:02:10):
That's why I'm like seven. I was like, wait, Harry
Potter did end before I graduated? Because like, wit, uh,
this hollow was just like oh nine, damn was it?
I have my death? I'm old we have we have
the worst of the Spider Man trilogy. I watched this

(01:02:35):
movie five times back in two thousand seven. Juno Juno
came out in two thousand seven.

Speaker 1 (01:02:40):
Juno So good. That move was so good.

Speaker 3 (01:02:43):
Man, Uh, get a couple of more we have if
y'all want something, if y'all want some taller period foolishness.

Speaker 1 (01:02:49):
Why did I get married?

Speaker 7 (01:02:50):
First?

Speaker 1 (01:02:51):
One? Yes came around two thousand seven. Man, what I
love that movie? Man, I was in high school during
all this.

Speaker 3 (01:02:59):
Not so came back to that another everybody movie, so good,
so good, And then they had the extending version that
came out.

Speaker 1 (01:03:08):
It was so long. And when that's seth Rogan, that's
when he was on his K Street, so he was
in so many good movies.

Speaker 3 (01:03:15):
He was on a lot of ship there and we
have a ghost rider came out, came back, came out Nicholas. Yes,
I'm still surprised he never came back because he wanted
the random other Marvel people, like when it was like
the Blade, the movies and ship.

Speaker 1 (01:03:31):
I forgot who owned him, but I don't think it
was like Sundy was a universal. Might have been universal,
I want to say.

Speaker 3 (01:03:38):
And before cozy this thing out, I forgot one more game.
The best bud ever came out to down step Dragon
got three Let's go.

Speaker 1 (01:03:47):
That was so ship, so good man.

Speaker 5 (01:03:50):
Man, Okay, I was so mad. I plucked my PS
two in like maybe last year, and all my data
was a race.

Speaker 1 (01:03:57):
I had everybody in every singing, Oh that's crazy. That's
heard when you're men record for Matt random member so bad.
All right, we got to close this thing, gaup.

Speaker 3 (01:04:08):
I want to thank our guests, Dix the Nerdy Stoner
from the Nerdy Stone and Pop coming through.

Speaker 4 (01:04:13):
Man, tell everybody where they can find you, man, Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:04:15):
Y'all can find me at Nerdy Stoner Pod on just
