Speaker 1 (00:01):
This is a Wells Cast with Wells Adams and I
Heart Radio podcast. Hi guys, it's Teddy Mellencamp and I
am here hosting this week's The Hills Cast, filling in
for Wells because well He is in an undisclosed location
working on a TV project. Mm hmm. We will be

(00:23):
discussing all things the Hills and CSA key. I'm super
excited for both of our guests, Caroline More and Jordana Barnes.
We're gonna start the podcast talking to Caroline, which we've
got to dig into so many things. Okay, first off,
I'm gonna share a little secret with you guys. We

(00:44):
did a pilot years before I ever did Housewives, and yeah,
it wasn't It was a little messy, So maybe we'll
get into that. But of course we're gonna talk all
things Hills. Pizza Girl her delicious pizza sauce along with
her amazing restaurant. They one time for Valentine's Day, she
sent me a pizza and it was a heart shaped,
so cute. So I can't wait to talk about all

(01:06):
of the things. All right, you guys, So here goes.
You guys submitted so many questions I love asking. So
we're gonna just get right into the hills and then
we'll talk other things. First, how did you in Caitl
and meet Caitl and I? How, well, that's a little

(01:27):
bit of like I Caitlin and I met last season,
UM round a bit um. Misha and I were friends
and she was filming that season UM, and so I
was around a bit while everybody was filming. UM. But
then we had some mutual friends and we just kind
of fell in friendship. Love. Oh, I love that. Well, oh,

(01:51):
so you were friends with Misha. There's she's been in
the press a lot recently. Are you guys still in touch?
Has she been in the press a lot? Yes, about
all this stuff about the o C. And like, I'm honestly,
I'm on like a text exchange called the Delicious Crumbs
where we like share just gossip and whatnot. It's, you know,

(02:12):
so lovely, but either way, yeah, it's about like the
treatment when she was on you know, the o C
and all of these things. I've just been seeing it
everywhere and then Rachel Bilson spoke out, so I was like,
it's a lot, It's a lot. I literally don't know
because I don't see like press, I don't even yeah,
I see like you know, my office, my child and

(02:38):
the outdoors one of those like, well I love that.
So okay, So you guys became close through meeting on
the show essentially, and then I would say, yeah, we
met on the show for sure. Yeah, and then how
much should you end up filming this year? I actually
filmed a lot and they are like not showing any

(03:01):
of it so far, so who knows. I really like,
I have no idea, Like, I know you were kind
of new, like we had done some funny stuff together
in the past, but as for like actually being a
cast member on a show like this is my first
time and I have no idea how it actually works.
But I was actually there in all of those episodes.
I just yeah, um, I haven't been rolled out yet.

(03:23):
I guess last season they had a really like hard
time shoving Misha into Um. It's really hard to just
like introduce a new cast member, as you know, you know,
especially with something like The Hills where people have been
fans of the show for you know, fifteen years and
they know these cast members so well, So to just

(03:44):
force feed a new cast member I think is really difficult.
So I think that they're giving me like a nice
ease into so it doesn't feel too forced. I think that,
you know, that makes sense. What would you say has
been the easiest part in the hardest part about filming?
Oh my god, um, let's see the easiest part. What

(04:08):
was easy about filming? Um, do anything? I mean it
was it's fun at times, like it's really fun. And
then you know, for me, like because of COVID and everything,
it was such a weird way to do it for
the first time, you know, like we couldn't have any
outer interaction. Um, it was just us and you know,

(04:29):
being tested every day, and it was just very like strange,
you know what I mean. So I don't know all
the different procedures and whatnot that everybody has to fall up.
Oh yeah, all the different procedures and I even through
like a Pizza Girl like relaunch event and having to
get every single person tested for that and then retested
and then like it was just it was really it

(04:50):
was a really weird time for me to do my
first kind of reality show season. So it was fun.
And I don't think people realize how much filming act
actually goes into one episode. Like at least on the
show I did. We filmed five, six days a week,
multiple things, and then there's so much that you never
see and you're like, what I had in three outfit changes?

(05:14):
I did all of these things and nothing like there's
just days will just be gone. It's completely crazy. I
mean the amount that I filmed, um and what people
are actually gonna see, it's like, I don't even it's nothing. Yeah,
it's literally nothing. So yeah, So other than Caitlin, who
are you closest with? And then who are you having

(05:36):
the hardest time getting along with? And you have to
give me all the juicy you tell people when they
ask you stuff like that, I mean, far scientists, Why
don't you think I have the jobs I have? I
have to It's part of being authentic. You gotta say, like,
you know, it's impossible for everybody to love everybody. It is,
and that's why we're That's why the people tune in,

(05:57):
because you like to see the chemistry of the relationships
their gel or like you know what, that's not really
my person. That's why I feel like next season it'll
be easier for me to say all these things. I
just don't know what they're gonna show and then if
I go, you know, um, you know, put my foot
in my mouth and say like I didn't get along
with somebody and they never even show it. Now I'm
going to have beef with somebody that I maybe didn't

(06:19):
even need to have, but actually you probably want to
have it, so you don't just give it to me.
You can't skate around the you know what this is saying?
Everybody knows that, Like I mean, Misha's not on the
show anymore, but everybody knows that we had beef. Um,
it's really like, it's documented. It's very Yeah, that was
all the press though I don't even know what. I

(06:39):
don't even know about that be I literally thought you
were saying she was in the press because of our beef.
Now it was your beef. Hello. I know. It was crazy.
It was so crazy. So it was basically we were
friends last season and then she um had gone behind
my back, I guess in some way to keep me
off the show. So I threw a world party last

(07:01):
season that nobody ever got to see at Kathy Hilton's house. Um. Yeah,
and it was amazing and Kathy's like, really that family
is a really good supporters and really good friends of mine,
and she was like, absolutely do this, you know, for
your company and have this event. And I had the
Hills cast members there and everything, and they were actually
unable to use that scene. After I worked so hard

(07:23):
and Kathy and everybody came to like make this happen
for me and my company. They weren't able to use
that scene because Misha, we found out, wouldn't speak my
name in the interviews. Um, you know, like when you
do the interviews and they're like, so tell me you
were who was the event you were at and the
dada and they can't piece anything together when people are
purposely trying to keep your name, like they just won't

(07:44):
even mention you, right, so like it just didn't happen.
So then they couldn't use the footage. I had a
lot of people last not a lot of people, but
more than one person last season purposely tried to hurt
my chances of being on this show. I know. It's
so much more than actual on screen drama. Like I've
actually heard because we have the same producers, you know,

(08:07):
Evolution Alex and everybody, and I've heard that like, you
guys are much easier to handle than a deal with Well,
I think it's because of the past and how you know,
the switch production companies. So I think it's how originally
was versus how it is now, all those types of things.
But I think you know, what ends up happening on
all of these shows the longer that you do it,

(08:28):
different egos are involved, different you know, different rules apply
to everybody, and it's you know what they called on
reality TV, as you know, but maybe some of the
listener's note is the fourth wall. So a lot of
the drama that everybody sees is the actual people breaking
the fourth wall. So no matter what the situation is,
like you can even tell in this episode where people

(08:50):
are getting upset at Heidi for drinking or whatever it
may be that like in her mind, she's already thinking,
what are people going to be watching this show? Thinking, See,
I didn't even think that far ahead yet. I'm so
I'm so still give it time. Yeah, I'm so green
that I'm like really thinking, like like people are so
calculated and um way beyond my scope of like, um

(09:15):
just mean, and it's just not something that I absolutely love,
So um I think maybe, yeah, I mean I never
thought that people would be that like they would do
things where they would look into the camera for my
scenes so that they'd be null and void. Um. They
would do things so that, um, if I spoke, they
would say things that would have to get cut out,

(09:37):
like oh, you're just trying to get in this scene.
Like that happened to me so much that it's like
everybody just trying to keep the new girl down that
it's almost like that's kind of why a lot of
my stuff isn't really I don't know, it's it was
very stressful and really hard to deal with. Yeah, I mean,
I think, I mean that's about I mean, I was,
you know, on a show for three years that surrounded

(09:58):
itself around drama abo slee in the mix of it.
But the one thing that I can say a million
percent is like every single person on that show wants
everybody to succeed, even if you're fighting and stuff is
dirty and like you know, we know, like the case
for this show and that's not the case for me.
And it's like I just wish everybody got that. It's

(10:19):
a freaking TV show, you know what I mean At
the end of the day, like we can if we
fight or whatever, Like that's people like it was just
so complicated and like stressful to be honest, like I
just feel like nobody wants anybody to succeed on this show.
I mean a lot of people don't. Not everybody, So

(10:40):
sorry for saying that. I just have a lot of frustration,
but a lot of people made um it, Hell yeah,
Well what was your thoughts? Because a lot of the
questions that came in were that night that you know,
everybody was out and drinking and did you think it
was too much? Like because watching it back, I'm kind

(11:00):
of like, you know, actually an explanation for why I'm
not in that scene. Why really glad that it got
cut out. I ended up getting wasted at the winery
prior to that, and um, fell asleep in the bus
on the way back to that scene. So that's not
anybody shown that that was my fault. Yeah, and he didn't.

(11:21):
They're not showing like stuff like that. So and I'm
actually slightly veryful. Um I was, I was wild on
that bus ride home. But yeah, I do think that
they should have shown that. I think they should have
sene that. And for me, like if you're going away
on a trip, I'm not saying that you have to
get wasted. But I didn't like that everybody was like
dogging them out for doing it. Like one, Hidie is

(11:43):
a good drunk. She's not like maybe I am not
the world's best drunk, but Hidie is like fun and laughing.
She's not mean, there's no like it really seemed like
she was having a good time. And then everyone like saying,
you know, Brodie's like all of a sudden so entitled
and saying these things. I'm like, dude, with the bob
haircut and all the things, I didn't take a couple

(12:05):
of seats. Yeah, listen, I mean everybody is ready to
like criticize everybody when they're just as guilty, you know
what I mean. So, um yeah, I find it kind
of silly too. And did you how awkward was the
amber situation. She didn't speak much, like I didn't really
get to know her on any level. Um, I actually

(12:27):
like feel for her. It sucks to be one of
a million girls that somebody is hanging out, you know
what I mean, Like that's not cute. I mean in
the first scene, he was like saying, like they were
naked in a bath together. I mean, you're just my
friend on television. I was like mortified for her. So yeah,
I know you can tell that she like, you know,

(12:49):
wants to please him or whatever. But also what he's
not taking into consideration into the relationship is she has
also put in a pressure cooker right now on a show,
having to be all the thing, you know, like all
of that. Of course she's gonna want to have a
couple of drinks. She's twenty four years old and filled
with strangers that are all judging her. Not to mention
one of the strangers is her boyfriend or whatever it

(13:12):
is ex wife, Yeah, yeah, ish well no, yeah, yeah, yeah,
that's really nerve racking. I mean, listen, I drank too
much basically every night because that is scary with all
those cameras around and all of that and being new
to it and just being thrown into it, and nobody
helped her, just like nobody helped me. It's very scary.

(13:34):
So I feel for her for sure. And then what
do you did Caitlin like confide in you at all
about how she was feeling? Like do you think Bernie
should have told her that he was bringing a girl.
Let's be real, there's there's cameras around, there's a friend
trip like that was a little like I I felt
for Caitlin in that moment, but like I always have

(13:54):
her back, So I definitely felt like it was it
could have been he could have told, like given her
a heads up just so she wasn't blindsighted, you know. Yeah,
And I mean I was slicing around a little bit
because well, that's my job, the same podcasts. But I
saw that people were saying, well, how could she be
upset when she had such a public relationship with Miley

(14:15):
Cyrus afterwards, and like she had her own relationship after
they were broken up, like everybody does. We all move
on people, we all date other people, you know what
I mean. Her has happened to be like public or whatever.
So people are how many people did he move on
with right after? Come on, they just weren't, um, you know,
super famous, so it didn't get like mega pressed. But um,

(14:38):
I feel like everybody's allowed to move on, and you
know if they're such good friends, like she would have
told him if she was bringing a guy on a
friend trip. You know, do you think that men and
women that are were once together can truly be such
good friends? I do, because I'm doing that right now,
um with I mean I've managed to stay friends with

(14:59):
pretty much everyone I dated, So yeah, the I am
not like for me, I think that men and women,
if you were in a relationship that we didn't date
back to like years and years ago, Like I think
it's one thing like co parenting or something like that
that's different and having like a cordial relationship. But I
think that it's extremely hard for at least one of

(15:21):
the people. Nah. Nah, And you know what, you know
what it is, it's your maybe your husband won't allow
you to be super chummy with that person. It depends
on if the person you're dating is going to be
cool with it. Um, you know what I mean, Like,
that's when it gets that's when it gets hard, because no,
I mean I think, like listen, like my first boyfriend

(15:43):
who like totally broke my heart. I loved him, I
was so obsessed with him. Now I'm like so close
with him. His ex wife, my ex husband's girlfriend of
eight years, and I am our children. We all play
together like all the time and hang out. So I
have to say, you are, I mean, that's impressive because
for you know, I was married before too, and my

(16:05):
husband we we hung out you know altogether my my
edwin and my ex husband and then it got to
a time where like he got into a new relationship
and then all of a sudden we all realize, like,
you know, what it's best for I mean, we didn't
have kids involved, so it's different, but it's best for
all parties involved. Like if we're hanging on, what are
we really hanging on too? Because in order to fully

(16:27):
move on, sometimes you've got to go on. That's to me,
that's a little like I don't want to use the
word immature, but I guess it's more like, you know,
hanging on because you still have feelings. There's always like
a friendship there, I believe, like I but I think
out of respect in what way, like like out of
respect like if you were to get married again, right,

(16:49):
yea out of respect for each other. I'm just like
the like, but yes, you should have a friendship in
the point that, like you guys, can you know, be
at the same birthday party do those types of things together.
But if you're when things go wrong in your life
or things are really great, if you're one of your
top calls is to your ex versus to your current

(17:10):
well that's a problem. Well, nobody said that. That's very
different to actually like call somebody over your person that
is that's or even along with the person, like sharing
those moments with somebody that is in your past. I
think it could be. I can get messy. It depends
on how mature you are about it and how much
you trust your partner. Right, yeah, So did you ever

(17:32):
hang out with Miley and Caitlin? No, Nope, that was
Caitlin and my friendship came after that. Yeah, okay, perfect.
And who other than Caitlin on the show. Do you
feel the most connected with Adrina? For sure? You know
and I've known each other forever and we did really
Can't Be Poor film together a million years ago called
Sorority Row. I'm sure I need to watch. It's really

(17:55):
actually quite good. It's fun, you know, it's it's not
you know, gonna win anybody in cat Award, but it
went to theaters and it was well, it was well done.
Um and actually yeah, like rumor Willis was on that
with that was in that with us and our from
is this before she ever did the Hills the first time?
You know, it was like go see Adrina from the

(18:16):
Hills getting murdered, you know what I mean? You know,
it was funny because like Paris Hilton, another friend of mine,
had a similar thing where it was like see Paris die,
like when she was in that movie. That was like
a moment where like they wanted these kind of pop
culture you know, hot girls to get murdered in movies.
So it was kind of funny. Um, so what do

(18:38):
you think is harder? Because I know back in the day,
like the phrase isn't really used anymore, but you were
like the social light girl around town. What do you
think is harder being on a reality show or having
to maintain being the girl That was fun and easy
and we were just wild and having a blast and
that was like that came naturally. I think being on

(19:01):
the Hills is much more difficult for sure. Um It's
just I can I I'd rather maybe I should jump
over to the Housewives. What do you think? I really?
I Like, I called Alex one day and I was like,
you got any spots for me? I just don't know
what on the hills right now because everybody hates me
and it's you know, very scary. Well, I can. I

(19:25):
can say my first season I felt really afraid to.
Like I got really emotional at times because I felt like,
what is happening? Like it doesn't feel natural to me,
Like I had to force myself to stay present, yeah,
because like my mind would race and I be like okay,
And then there's that pressure of like, Okay, you have

(19:45):
to talk. You have to you know, you have to
put yourself in the conversation or else you know, you're
not in it. You're not in it and you're non
void and you're fighting in the extingent. But how about
having people literally speak to you so that you cannot
be in it? What about if you just said hey,
like on camera, just like in front of everybody, like hey, guys,

(20:07):
I'm here trying to be friends with y'all, trying to,
you know, take this to the next level. We can
all grow and learn from each other. Like why can't
we just have a little bit of respect for each
other and have a little fun. Well, there's like a
control aspect that some of these characters have where they're
like basically like if you're not if you don't fall
in line with what we want, we're going to ruin you.

(20:30):
That is literally that I deal with. I won't name you.
I'm not naming names. Fine, give me one letter. I'm
not doing it because I've literally, um, I've been warned
of this wrath and I'm just like, I have balls
and I'm not scared of them. I'm more like, I'm

(20:50):
more like, maybe it will come out on its own.
So maybe I'll be the bigger person for for not
naming at that point, you know what I mean. But
I really do feel like I was treated really poorly. Um,
I feel and I was, you know, talking to producers
and I was upset about it. I was like, these

(21:11):
people won't engage with me, they won't talk to me.
You know, we had a beef one night and now
it's Nolan Boyd because the rest of the season, they're
just cutting me out of it. The amount of control
that they give some of these characters on the show, um,
is unfair to the other people on the show that
want to make it a real show. Yeah, breaking breaking

(21:33):
down the episode a little bit more. Yeah, do you
think I don't know, I kind of got the vibe
that Justin Bobby is into Caitlin. I know, is that
is that happening? Is there was that a thing? Well?
I mean, look if they're both really sexy, so why not, right,

(21:53):
I mean, yeah, and um, neither of them. So and
do you did you ever have any attraction to anybody
on the show. Uh, there was a little bit of
an attraction, um, but um, yeah, it wasn't. It was
just me going through you know, I just gone through

(22:16):
a divorce. I was kind of just um, yeah, feeling
a bunch of different things out. So and then were
you shocked to hear that Brody and Audrina hooked up
or were you and you knew that happened. Yeah, I
wasn't shocked. Yeah, they've always had like a chemistry for sure.
Do you think they'll ultimately end up together? I kind

(22:37):
of think they're kind of great for each other, to
be honest, So I don't know. I mean I was
always an adrena justin Bobby fan, just because I wasn't
die hard. It's actually like a night where I don't
know if it will actually air or not, because we
never know what will But I actually got quite buzzed
and I was like, you know, romantic sad like vibe,
and I was like, well, you guys just get back together.

(23:00):
I was thinking, enough, I'm so here for Adrena and
Justin Bobby and they were like really shut up, yeah,
And then who do you think is like the most
fun of the cast? Like I was watching last night,
I mean whatever night it was on, but I was
watching and I was, you know, kind of looking around

(23:22):
like if I was on the show or if I
was part of this group, like who would I have
the most fun with? And I was trying to decide
because there's parts that you see similarities and everybody, so
you're like, okay, I see that to see that, but
like being in the moment, who do you think, well,
like I'm the most fun However, you don't get to
see that yet. At some point maybe you'll get to

(23:42):
see that. But I'm definitely a loads of them. But
I think like people, you know, it's interesting, some people
come off more fun, and then off camera, some people
that aren't don't seem as like that are like put together,
they're actually like wildly fun like off camera, so you
never really can tell. So that's tough. And then what else,

(24:05):
what else do we need to cover? What was like
last night's episode? What part of it did you feel like, Okay,
this actually really felt authentic? And was there part where
you were like what, I didn't even know this was
going on, you know what. I was at a really
important dinner meeting last night and did not see the episode.
Oh I know, I know. I've been a little scared

(24:29):
to watch them as well. I don't know what's going
to happen, you know what I mean. I haven't really
been like I've been a little scared. So yeah, I
mean last and the episode essentially what happened was Brody
was upset that Amber was drinking with Heidi. I remember that. Yeah,
and then he was honestly like brooding around and then

(24:52):
not very that was normal, that's par for the course,
totally real. Yeah, he was like super upset with it,
and she was like yeah, and then how do you
how do you think Amber was handling it like the
because even the next day you see it and she
really doesn't say anything. She seems like almost like scared
to say anything. Like there's a point where she's even

(25:12):
like I've got to go to the restaurant. You could
just see like like could you feel that tension? Definitely
Like yeah, I saw something that even happening like off
camera that was definitely like that. I mean, here's what
I'll say about the show, like the interactions are real,
you know what I mean, Like, obviously you don't normally
plan to all be in the same room you know

(25:33):
what I mean every night, But the interactions, as you know,
like they have been the real and they derive from real,
real feelings, so it's all real. Um um. But yeah,
it's just end up cutting room floory never know. Yeah,
and then we have to dig into the Sean Stewart
of it all a little bit. I okay, Yeah, he's

(25:54):
one of your best friends. Yeah, we grew up together. Yeah,
his sister Kimberly and I are best friends growing up. Yeah,
because I I mean I remember him from like clubs
when I was younger too, and but I don't remember
him being like so quirky and fun and like easy going.
I'm like, what is happening? Yeah, Sean's really funny, and

(26:15):
he's like very smooth and like really funny and like
he's very charming. Um, he's just like, Yeah, there was
this one night that I was really upset I'd been
going through my divorce, and we reenacted the entire dance
sequence from um Dirty Dancing together, Like, yeah, entire I
have it all on tape, so maybe I'll post it
one day. But it was hilarious. He totally just like

(26:38):
you know, knows how to like make you laugh, and
you know, um, he's a he's a great guy. He's
a great catch. So's he's I know, because I don't
think it's gonna work out for Audrey and I. I
you can feel that it's the chemistry is not there
because he and the kiss was a little and I
was sitting not too far away from that moment, and

(26:59):
I could you'll, like, even when she says right before
he goes in for the kids, she's like just when
peck or whatever, like that's she's parannicking about the kiss.
And then he did another one. I was like, the
goodbye kiss and then talked about it. I was having
second hand awkward humiliation watching it. I was like, this
kiss is brutal. Poor guy, he's the best. So I

(27:25):
don't know. Yeah, I mean, listen, they're definitely yeah, I
mean I think, but that I think also like any
type of like even when I saw Brodie in the
bathtub with Amber, any of those types of like intimate
like intimate scenes are so awkward in general, Like I
I mean, I couldn't even imagine getting into a bathtub

(27:47):
or having a first kiss. Yeah, sober in the daytime. Second,
I mean no, anybody's kids would be like awkward. So
I don't know, you know, because you have so much
weight on your mom yend, what are people you know,
like you have to explain it at some point. It's
just very awkward. Yeah, And like Audrina so nice. You

(28:08):
can tell that like she wants to do the right
thing and not hurt anybody's feelings, but also like I
can't do this. Yeah. Yeah, she's so sweet. She's like
one of the nicest people I know. I know she
every time I've been around her, she's so fun, so kind,
and she's such a good mother. You don't get to
see that on the show, but like such an incredible mother,

(28:30):
And like every time I've been around her and her daughter,
I'm I'm floor. They're just wonderful people. Yeah, she's so awesome.
We're definitely planning some play dates with the kids, and um,
we all should do that. I know. Well, it brings
us to the last thing we have to discuss it
to veer away from the hills. So so you guys know,

(28:52):
I mean I put on my Instagram this morning. We
did a pilot together a jillion years ago. Yes, we did.
I'm surprised you're bringing that up because I'm gonna tell
people the truth of the matter. Oh, we've gotten a
huge Well, I'm gonna I don't seem to me talk
about mean reality people. Well this is the problem. You

(29:12):
were drinking, and I said to you, we were. This
type of reality show was different. It was like fully scripted.
None of us knew each other. It was honestly like
eight strangers put together. And we were like, okay. So
we had this big dinner and the dinner was fine.
We all like the trap staunt on Third Street. Oh,
I don't know a start. We were at a straw

(29:34):
or whatever it's called. So we had this big dinner.
Then on the car ride over to the next place,
because they were filming all of it this trying to
cram it in twenty four hour periods, so we had
like fifty four scenes in one day. So on the
way in the car, the producer tells me, you're there
in the car, guys, someone needs to do something if

(29:55):
we want this show to be picked up. So wait
right over. Yes, and you said, Teddy let's do it.
And I'm like okay. But by the time we got
to the restaurant, you had forgotten we had agreed to
this appearance. I started going at you and you are
like all of a sudden, I'm like, she's crumbling. What's happening.

(30:16):
We had this plan in the freaking car, and I'm
and Laura's looking at me, and she's like what the
hell because the Laura is one of the other girls
on the show. Then you lonch yourself in the bathroom
and I'm like, bang on the door. I'm like, Caroline, please,
I'm talking. We discussed this like and I'm trying to
like break the fourth wall the whole thing. You wouldn't
talked to you for two days. I was so mad

(30:37):
at you. But see, alcohol is a really big like
it's a problem of mine. Like I am totally fine.
And then I'm like, but you know what, Like yeah,
I was. I was. I was shocked when you came
at me like that. And also like in my restaurant
like telling me to serve you like you look like
a psycho. You were like, bitch, go get me some knack.

(31:01):
You'll get me some now. I was like, you realized
we scripted it. In the car on the way to
the restaurant. I was like, oh, but I mean right
after we finished filming, I called my agent. I'm like,
I if this show gets picked up, I cannot do it.
I absolutely cannot live with it because all of it.

(31:22):
I mean, it was I mean, in lack of a
better word, a complete show. It really was, and honestly,
none of the personalities really like went together very well
and whatever it was, it was definitely a show. It
was like, what is happening here? Um? But yeah, I
know I was mortified. Yeah, you were like so scary. Um.

(31:43):
I definitely felt for your Real Housewives co stars. When
I found out you were on there, I was like,
oh god, I was like good. The next time I
even saw you was I was filming for Housewives. We
were doing the runway and you were walking in it. Yeah,
and you were so nice and and like I was like,
that's ver. Yeah, that was fun. That was good. Um,

(32:06):
yeah that was awesome. So no, I listen, I mean
after the next day or whatever, Yeah, I was like, whatever,
she's she was just doing you know, acting basically, I mean,
that's exactly what I was doing. But then it was
a real wake up call. Then when I when I
got you know, Housewives, that like, that's not actually how
reality television is, Like there was there's there was nothing

(32:27):
scripted on that. There was nothing like producers weren't like hey,
you know, like yeah you and like I remember that.
I was like, oh, okay, this is actually like we're
just showing up and being authentic. Granted, my authentic self
is not always the best, so trust me, I've been
there with you. I mean, listen, if everybody on the
planet was filmed all the time and on television, they

(32:49):
would have moments that they would cringe at. Um. But
it's kind of good when you see yourself in that
light because then you can really work on yourself and like,
you know, see the things that you don't like about
yourself and just fix them. So I'm definitely on the
journey of like on that path. So whatever happens happened.
And yeah, I mean I can say my marriage has

(33:10):
got stronger. Really why doing the show, because I realized
the first season how much I was like nagging my
husband and I was like, wow, babe, I didn't even
realize I was doing that. And he's like yeah, And
I really like took account for I'm like, I'm going
to change this behavior because sometimes you don't see the
parts of yourself and to all of a sudden, there's

(33:31):
like a camera focused in and on. I'm like, I can't,
I can't be like this anymore. He's it's it's it's
too much, and like it really like shift our conversation.
So I think, you know, reality TV can be hard,
but it also can be like eye opening to you know,
some of the habits we've picked up absolutely, Like I
definitely need to work on my emotional drinking. Um, yeah,

(33:51):
it's when it's fun, it's great, but when you're drinking
when you're sad, like I had literally just come off
a divorce, so I was just like kind of crumbling
a lot, you know, So it was hard, but I
definitely know that, like, yeah, I need to not emotionally drink,
you know. I kind of start a rule for myself
that I followed every time except once, which is three

(34:14):
drink max while filming a lot. Even three and I'm wasted.
So it's well, if it's full, like a full like
a lot of hours, if you crammed into one dinner,
that's too much. But like if it, I was like okay.
But the one night that I didn't, I was like
a hot mess. And I woke up the next day
and I was like, how am I going to live
my life? Like I'm thinking like, bitches, get ready when

(34:36):
I can stop thing? It's all on, you know, like
that's it. I Am just gonna be that clean. Be
Oh my gosh. Well, what is one thing you can
tease for everybody as we wrap it up? Um? What
can I tease? Oh my god? What can I tease? Well? Um,
what can I tease? You're going to be very surprised

(35:00):
about who I actually have a crush on this season. Um. Yeah,
so that's a tease. And um, you guys get to
learn a lot about my my company, Pizza Girl. So yeah,
you get to learn about how I lost it all
through COVID and had to start all over. Yeah, and
I actually get it back together and you know, a

(35:22):
single mom, women owned startup company and yeah, it's actually
going really well now. So check it out Pizza Girl
dot com, um and follow at Pizza Girl Official, please
support and um yeah, you know, it's been a long,
crazy ride and I'm really grateful for where I am
right now. So you'll get to come along with me

(35:43):
for that ride, I think, unless it ends up the
cutting room floor. Well I love it. I'm so proud
of you. Please send me some of the sauce. Oh yeah,
I'm sending it your way. You are said it was amazing,
so please send away. And I'm hoping for the best
for the rest of the season. And I'm excited to
see who that crush is. Oh yeah, alright, guys, we're

(36:04):
gonna take a little break and then I'll be on
with Jordana from CST key. So now we're bringing on Geordana. George. Sorry,
now we're bring on Jordana from the CISA key And
so thanks for joining us, Thanks for having me. So

(36:25):
you this is the first time ever doing reality TV.
How does it feel? Um, honestly, it feels like second
nature to me. I don't know. I think it was
like I got to know the camera, like everyone behind
the camera and stuff, so like I started getting easier
and easier, and it just at first I was a

(36:46):
little scary, but I got over that quick. Um. Do
you have any regrets from this season? Um? Yeah, I
think my I think my most regret is not getting
the painting how I wanted it. But that made me
a little sad by the way, because you put a

(37:09):
lot of effort into that, so I felt your pain there, um,
but I thought you did a nice job. The thing
about that was I had told Sam and Juliet many
times that I needed like specific photos of her, and
I never got anything. And this was like months and
months of like production asking me, like, you know, when

(37:31):
you're gonna start the painting, this isn't that. I'm like, well,
I can't start it until I have like what I need,
you know. So I wish I would have gone what
I needed because at first the painting looked like juliett
and then it started to morph like the longer. I
don't even know how to explain it, but like the

(37:51):
way the way it started, the way it ended is
like not how it started. I don't even know what happened.
I honestly, it just I think I was working with
her selfies, and herselfies are completely different than like suttle shade.
There shuttles subtle shade. I mean maybe just a little bit,
you know, I don't know. There's a there's a lot

(38:11):
of faces that that painting had already, so not wrong
through another one. Well, you know, don't beat yourself up girl,
like I you know, I think that and Tever, how
do you know Sam in the first place? Um, me
and Sam we go way back actually, like almost ten

(38:34):
years now. I met him through one of my best
friends that lives in Tampa now. But um, she knew
Sam and all Sam's friends and we used to party
with them and get really crazy. Um, Sam and Brittany
to break up all the time, so they would like
beyond break so get back together. And like when I

(38:54):
would hang out with Sam, him and Brittany would be
on a break and he'd be like in party mode
and like whatever, and then me and Brittany got close,
and you know, it all just trickled from there. But um,
I actually met really years back. She used to like
come hang out at Sam's house with Alex and like party,
but I never really talked to her. Had like a
few conversations, not too much. And I don't know if

(39:16):
this is public knowledge because I'm newer to watching the show,
But did you and Sam used to hook up? We did?
I mean we did once, but I mean out of
ten years of friendship, you know, like it didn't continue
so like we were just better off as friends and
we like knew it, and I love him to death

(39:37):
and he's literally one of my most cherished friends and
will always be one of my friends. So and in
this episode, do you remember saying that you loved him
and wanted to make out with him? Like I felt that.
I'm like, I don't know if she's fully remembering this,
you know, if that was um, I definitely remember saying

(39:57):
that I loved Sam. I remember saying everyone was so uptight,
and I was like, like, let's just have fun like
everyone just like you know, like and it was our
first time like hanging out after quarantine. Everyone was quarantined
for like five days, so it was the first night
we all got together. And like, I don't know, I
just went a little to ham I guess, or be

(40:18):
hard on the paint um with that, but you know
I I was just like, let's let's joke around. Like
I was like, let me just like add some fuel
to the fires, see what happens. And like I guess
then my drunk self did that, But you know, I
didn't mean it in a way like, oh, I want
to make out with Sam. I was just like I

(40:40):
make out with Sam, like he's not unattractive, like, you know,
like any normal woman would make out with Sam. Like, well,
I meant it, but it got taken I gotta taken
out of context. Yeah, but well, speaking of making out,
what is going on with Brandon? God, Brandon was putting

(41:01):
the moves on me way before the island. I need
to the whole situation, like are you still into Brandon?
Were you into Brandon or were you just doing it
for like fine I you know, at first, I was like,
now there's no one here that like I really on

(41:22):
the show. I was like, there's no one here that
I'm really interested in, you know, like you know, I
love a standard Death. But he really is just like
one of my best friends. And but when me and
branded the music video together, I just kind of like
we kind of vibe that day, and I was like, oh,
like maybe like he would be fun to talk to,
Like I don't know, you know, since we're gonna be

(41:44):
stranded on an island together, maybe I should get some
friends that aren't like aligned with each other, because you know,
Sam and Juliet. Juliet wasn't really a big fan of
me stand on me at the time, and you know.
I was just like, well, let me just creep my alliance,
isn't it. And I don't know. Me and Brandon just
hit it off. You're like the black sheep. And I

(42:06):
like him, I really did. I'm right now, we're not,
you know. I just I think you'll see the more
you watch the show what happens between us. But um,
he just has a lot going on, and honestly, like
I right now, I need to either be single or
be with someone who can like elevate me, because if
that's not the case, then I'm out. You're out. Did

(42:28):
you know that Kamil was right there or were you?
I do not remember that. I was like, yeah, I
do not remember like kissing Brandon that night. That was
the first time we kissed too, and I do not
remember that. And do you think he's still into her?
From what I've heard. I don't know if it's just

(42:50):
like people being catty with me, but from what I've heard, yes,
So I don't know. I try to like stay out
of that. We might need to boy by him, we
need we might like I I you know, watching it,
I was like, I don't know. I even the combo
he had with like his ex and the baby. I
was like, I don't know, I might be out on

(43:12):
that situation for you if you're looking to elevate yourself. No,
I agree, I agree. I'm playing nine years old, like
you know, I you know, I don't think I have
time for that nonsense. Might end up hurting more than
it's helping. So what's the one thing as we close,
because we don't have much time, that you can tease

(43:33):
that's coming up that people are going to be excited
to see. Um? Oh, I can't say you mean coming
up in the next episode or like just in just
in general. Okay, I can't say that I get a
rego at the portrait? Oh how can you? Can you

(43:53):
damn it to me? I want to see it before
anybody else. Yes, I mean if I'm allowed to, I will. Um,
but it's already done. I mean, it's kind of done.
It's it's done enough for the cameras. But I'm actually
going back to Sam's later this month to like put
the finishing touches on it, because it's never done, you know,
for me. But well, and how do you can Juliet

(44:13):
stand today? Oh? No, We're good. I mean, like, listen,
this is the thing. It's she's dating one of my
best friends. Like I never want there to be any
kind of tension there, you know, like it's I'm too
grown for that, and I feel like Sam feels the
same way. Um. You know, at first, I'm not saying

(44:37):
that it's not heated a lot, because that whole island
was just awkward. A lot of it was super awkward.
Like there was times where I wasn't like I would
be so dumb with everybody. I needed like three or
four days to myself when I wasn't filming, and I
would just take my little iPad, go on the hammock,
put on my computer on my iPad, and watch it

(45:00):
like all day, like Crime Mystery Ship all day. I'm
like this, okay, now I'm back at my annoyal reality
so of like not TV stuff, you know, so my
escape is crime as well. My husband will come in
and he'll be like, what are you watching the full
asleep to I'm like, I can't. I don't know why
it's so soothing. I did that the other day and

(45:22):
I woke up in the morning and my front door
was unlocked. I was like, leave my front door unlogged.
Watching crime documentaries and would be the girl that, like,
you know, does that so good? So where do people
find you so they can be in the know of
all things Danna? Um? Well, right now, it's my Instagram,

(45:43):
which is what I'm mostly on. It's Jordanna Barnes Underscore
because the other one was taken um and then I
am building a website right now. I'm currently working on
putting like all of my original artwork on there and stuff,
so that's soon to come, which is super exciting for me. Well,
