Surprise...it's bigotry. More and more Americans are taking their hoods off, and our discourse is devolving by the day. We have to make sure that this is the end of Donald Trump.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Good morning, peeps, and welcome to WOKF Daily with me
your girl, Daniel Moody recording from the home Bunker, Folks,
I want to spend a little bit of time today
talking about the CNN clip that has now been seen
by tens of millions of people that went viral on

(00:33):
Monday night. I don't know what CNN expects, but when
you give a platform to white supremacists to come on
your airwaves to do bad faith debates, right, and then

(00:54):
you are shocked when you bring this person on, hyped
up off of Madison Square Garden's Nazi rally and they
make the most terrific and disgusting racist slandering statement towards
one of your other guests, like Ryan Gerdurski did to

(01:15):
Mehdi Hassan, and then you promptly move remove that person.
So bravo CNN right for removing the racist from the
panel and not wanting to continue with the conversation, you know,
because now viewers are locked in. It was offensive what
he said, It was disgusting, But this is all par

(01:37):
for the course. And I say this, you know, because
people love to think like, oh, well, you know, we
need to have debate and discussion. Yes, we do. We
need to have more debate and discussion and discourse in
this country. But do you know what the fuck I'm
not going to debate my humanity, my right to exist,
and the rights of any other person to exist. On

(02:01):
that stage in Madison Square Garden. You heard from everyone
inside of Trump Camp and Donald Trump himself. You heard
what they thought about Puerto Ricans, what they think about Palestinians,
what they think about Jewish people, what they think about
black people, what they think about Muslims. They ran through

(02:22):
a laundry list. They decided that their closing argument was
going to be doubling down on bigotry, racism, misogyny, and hate,
just in case the media wanted to get it twisted
and say, well, in this moment, the seventy eight year old,
thirty four count felon adjudicated rapist became presidential. No, he

(02:47):
became what the fuck he's always been, which is an
unapologetic white supremacist with an agenda to have America be
for quote unquote Americans, as Stephen Miller said, And guess
who gets to dictate who exactly is American and who
is not? Immigrants are okay? When they look like Elon

(03:08):
Musk and his wife Milania. But outside of that, oh,
they're eating the cats and they're eating the dogs. Folks.
People want to say that, you know, not all people
that support Donald Trump are racists and they're not all Nazis.
Miss me with it. At this point, we are nine

(03:29):
years into this shit. We ain't new to this. If
you are out there supporting Donald Trump, wearing his T
shirts and his hat and buying his broke down sneakers
and buying his like you know, ungodly fucking Bibles, then
guess what, You're a racist because you can only hold
your nose for so fucking long. There is nothing that

(03:50):
Donald Trump offered in the four years that he was
president of the United States that would have somebody that
is not a racist say to themselves, oh but it
was worth it. Miss me with it. I am so
tired of the type of both sides ism that got
to the point where we saw who had come completely
off not just in Madison Square Garden, but on that

(04:13):
set on Monday night in CNN. Oh, we don't contone
bigotry or racism really, because you don't spend any of
your time or energy calling it out. You want to
talk about things being racially tinged, it's not racially highlighted.
They didn't go put tinfoil in their hair and just

(04:33):
put in a little bleach. It's just a little bit
of racism. Don't worry about it. It rounds it out
a bit, you know, with the other things that he does.
Look is any cuties at McDonald's wearing an apron. I
come to you today, friends. We are less than a
week away from the final day to vote in this election,

(04:56):
less than a week away to find out whether or
not display that we saw at Madison Square Garden was
in fact the beginning of the Trumps second right, or
it was the end. And only time is going to tell. Right,
Only time is going to tell. But here's the thing
that people can't ignore anymore, given what we saw on

(05:20):
display at Madison Square Garden, that Trumpism is about anything
other than abject racism. When you have Donald Trump standing
up on stage talking about pulling out laws from the
eighteenth century when women and black people were property, had
no rights, had no privileges at least right, No, that's

(05:44):
not anybody was gonna say, at least no, that were
property that were used and abused. Donald Trump says, Oh,
that's when the laws were good. What do you think
that he means by that? Folks, like, there is no
is so heavy lifting to like figure, I wonder what
he means. Let's like read between the lines. The closing

(06:04):
argument that they gave to the American people was to
double triple down on their racism, their bigotry, and their
hate because for them, the sky is the limit because
who's held them accountable? Where is accountability nowhere? We have
ballot box drop offs that are being blown up. But

(06:27):
because the media has wanted to normalize Donald Trump's violent
rhetoric and all of the rhetoric that comes out of
the Republican Party is just par for the courts of politics,
then you wait for shit to actually blow up before
you're like, maybe something's wrong here. You think you think
something's wrong when people are being terrorized in Democratic districts,

(06:53):
and you always because it's not happening in Republican districts
because that's not how Democrats fucking roll. But violence is
exactly what Republicans want. Donald Trump becomes president in less
than a week. Oh, folks, hold on to your hats,
hold on to everything, because It's about to get really bad,

(07:15):
really fucking quick. And I will say this because I've
said it so many times too, that Kamala Harris manages
to hop over every single obstacle that's been put in
her way, and she manages, and we manage to hold
on to democracy for another four years. Understand that things

(07:38):
in this country will still get incredibly violent. That's what
Madison Square Garden was all about. It was about pumping
and priming the Maga folks to prepare to do anything
to put mind Feurer in office. It's not just gonna
be one location of violence as it was on January sixth.
It's going to be throughout the country. That's what they want.

(08:00):
They have a little secret. Donald Trump says of him
and Speaker Johnson not to certify the election right, like
to hold things up if this were just a regular time,
when you know, I'm saying that in a normal time,
a normal election. The Harris Walls team is running a

(08:23):
masterclass in campaigning. They have reached out to everyone and anyone.
They have playing video games, they are on podcasts, they
are at HBCUs, they're on college other college campuses. They
are you know, at clinics, they're buying donuts, They're you know,
utilizing social media in the best possible way, connecting with

(08:46):
tens of millions, hundreds of millions of people. In a
normal time, this would be a slam dunk. But because
you have Red state governors right who have pledged their
loyalty in their fealty to Donald Trump and not to
the Constitution. You have electors right that are saying that
they will do anything. You have people setting shit on fire, folks.

(09:11):
You have Elon Musk handing out million dollar checks finally
being sued by the DA in Philadelphia because guess who's
not doing their job, Merrick Garland. But we know that
I don't know what is on the other side of
this election cycle. I really don't. I know that, Like

(09:35):
I am just so desperate for change. I am so
desperate for something other than what we have been experiencing
over the last nine years. I try and stay in
the good place of could this finally be it for
Donald Trump? It won't be it for MAGA, like I've said,
they will just find somebody younger and slicker to fill

(09:59):
Donald Trump's shoes, right, But could it just be the
end of Donald Trump? Because I don't believe that there
is anybody on the Republican side as of right now
that has the quote unquote charisma, the telegenics of Donald
Trump that will carry this MAGA movement forward. It will

(10:20):
break off into, you know, something else if not Donald
Trump continues to be their leader. So for me, I'm
just like to do away with this man and to
only be talking about him as it pertains to his
court appearances is the kind of fresh air that this

(10:40):
country needs, the kind of turning the page. I don't
even want to turn the page. I want to burn
the fucking book of trump Ism, like I don't want
to turn the page. I don't want to be in
the same space with these people anymore. It's wild. It's wild,
you know, Like Madison Square Garden happens over the weekends.

(11:03):
You have this happen on a Monday. These next few
weeks in this country are going to be really dangerous.
And I mean danger in a whole host of ways.
You know, I mean a danger to your mental health.
I mean a danger physically, emotionally, mentally. You know. I
saw a post that said no human body was meant

(11:28):
to go through three Trump elections in a lifetime, and
that is the truth. Like once was enough, then we
did it again. Now we're doing it again, Like it's
enough already. I know that they're saying, like the numbers
are early voting for Republicans are through the roof, and oh,

(11:49):
should Democrats be worried, and blah blah blah, the whole
country should be worried, not just Democrats, the entire country,
because everything will be gone. Security, Department of Education, EPA, Noah, FEMA, right,
all of the agencies that keep this country safe, right,

(12:11):
that like monitor our well being, that educate, They're all
gonna be gone, he said, So gonna put RFK, the
man who doesn't believe in vaccines ahead of health and
human services? Is that a joke? Elon Musk, who loves
to talk about free speech so long as it's not
coming out of the mouth of somebody that is trans

(12:33):
or black. We are in a wild place, and I
don't know, friends, I don't know what comes out of this.
I know that I am scared. I'll be honest with you.
I've gone back to really struggling to sleep. I've gone

(12:54):
back to being entirely on edge. There is just so
much frenetic energy here and the fact that so many,
so many people showed up in Madison Square Garden, and
I know that a lot of them came from Long
Island where I'm from. And it's just, you know, I

(13:17):
know that when people get on television, they're just like
I never you know, when somebody commits like a horrific act,
like a murder, and one of the neighbors comes out
and they're just like, but he was such a quiet,
you know boy, like I. You know, we could have
never the family seemed nice. That's how I feel about
Eastern Long Island where I'm from. It's like, I don't know,
like I would be lying to you to say that

(13:40):
I did not experience racism growing up. I did. I have,
Like I've written about it, I've talked about it, right,
but largely my experience growing up on Eastern Long Island,
like was amazing. It's why I go home all the time.
Like one, I love my family, but I also love
the area. And it has been heartbreaking to travel down

(14:03):
streets and neighborhoods that I've spent and played and walked
on my entire life and see Trump flags like people's homes.
Right that as a kid I used to go and
play in and I see Trump signs and I'm like,
what has happened here? And that's how I feel. It
is just like I look around and I'm like, these

(14:23):
are people that like say hello to me in the
bagel store and like, you know, ask how I am,
and at the pizza place and like, and then they
vote for me to be inferior. It doesn't make any sense.
Where I grew up was a Democratic stronghold and then
it changed. And that's the thing that I kind of

(14:45):
want us to I want us to move past Trumpism
so that we can honestly like get to the heart
of the thing and get back to really trying to
figure out, like where these people got infected in the
first like who was failing them, Not to like cater

(15:06):
to them, right, but to understand how we don't allow
this type of infiltration to ever happen again. If America
is able to fend off fascism this time, then we
got to put some serious guardrails in place to make
sure something like this never happens again. But if we lose,

(15:30):
I can't even think about it. I can't even think
about it. I'll say this for those people that found
themselves on stage with Donald Trump, the Muslims in Michigan
saying that they're voting for Donald Trump, a man that
put in place a Muslim band that is called your religion,

(15:51):
the religion of terrorists. People that stood on stage that
are Puerto rican after he they allowed a person to
come on stage and say that Puerto Rico, this beautiful
island is a floating place of garbage where Donald Trump
went to throw paper towels after it was devastated, and

(16:12):
you stand on stage with that man and say that
you're going to vote for him. For these black folks
to get up on stage and say that Donald Trump
is their guy, Like, you know, I pray that they
are visited by their ancestors and that karma comes for them,
because what a just obscene disappointment. These people are, nonetheless friends,

(16:37):
handful of days left. Try and keep your wits about you.
Do whatever it is that you do to keep grounded.
If it is meditation, if it's prayer, if it's yoga,
if it's walking, playing with pets, watering plants, like, just
do whatever you can do to keep yourself sane, because

(16:58):
I fear that display on CNN is the beginning of
just the devolving of discourse on cable news which we've
been seeing. But I just fear that it's going to
get nastier and nastier and nastier as the day approaches.
So really, do make sure that you are taking care

(17:20):
of yourself in the best possible way. That is it
for me today, dear friends on WOKF as always, power
to the people and to all the people. Power, get
woke and stay woke as fun
