Speeding Bullets: Reloaded

We are back after a small hiatus! We talk The Boys finale as well as the season overall as well as this season of Hacks which is also in its final season ! Two great shows ending and we had many different opinions! 

Picking up from the last recording, we talk about the Supernatural cast reunion on The Boys before jumping into the list of summer movies and talk which ones we are most excited for !

This week Jayme shares her experience at Laval Comicon before the gang talks some various TV Talk before diving into the finale of season 2 of The Pitt. Tune in next week for the rest of that recording ! 

Richie didn't make it to Anime Ottawa but Jayme share's her weekend's adventures including her time with her guestGriffin Burns), and observations about anime fandom and vendor spending. We speculate on potential guests for upcoming cons like Ottawa Comic-Con and Montreal as well as what our dream guests would be at a con. Plus a little chat about Alan Ritchson's recent altercation. 

Your favourite Geek Gang (are those a thing?) discuss the latest episode of The Pitt, including Mohan's pending exit, Aisha Harris moving to the day shift, our thoughts on Robbies future and the possibility of a night shift spinoff. Then we switch gears to Tupper's Paramount rant and talk a little bit of TV that isn't The Pitt. Yes we watch other things.

After a tech problem and a migration to Meld studios for our recordings we are back ! Oh and Richie came back from vacation too. We spend most of our time talking The Pitt but with still find time for Paradise, Shrinking, Daredevil and some of the latest movie trailers. 

One of our favourite things to do is our Pitt Parlays! But only Richie calls it that because he writes the descriptions but then forgets to call it that in the actual recording. Tupper has lots of speculation but he's mostly wrong or at least Richie and Jayme think so. Now that Richie has watched and caught up on Paradise the gang gets to talk about it too. Plus Richie gives very spoiler free Scream 7 thoughts. 

Before we get into the meat of the episode we talk a little about the Spyce Girlz a canadian spice company getting some heat from the Spice Girls. Then we talk the Traitors Finale so if you have not watched yet there are SPOILERS. You have been warned. 

The Geeky Gang talks episode 6 of The Pitt which was directed by Noah Wylie! Tupper is definitely wrong about some things though. Mark Richie and Jayme's words! It also leads into a conversation about the length it takes some streaming services to produce new seasons. Plus we sprinkle in a little High Potential. 

Before we get into the geeky stuff we oddly talk about riding mattresses down stairs , bungee jumping and other fun bad ideas.  We touch on Starfleet Academy but really focus on The Traitors and reality TV . I know right ?!

We're back with some Pitt parlay ! We share our thoughts on if Langdon's and Robby's relationship will be prepared with differing opinions . Tupper is definitely wrong about Robby and Al-Hashimi.  Plus our Louis predictions. We round off with a small discussion on streaming release strategies and touch on some other TV shows like Wonder Man and Shrinking . 

Tupper, Jayme and Richie banter about birthdays and astrology before diving into the conversation around the  Super Bowl halftime show and Bad Bunny’s unifying performance as well as Green Day's opening. Then cap off the episode with some traitor talk. 

Since Tupper and Richie finally listened to Jayme and started watching The Traitors we have our own roundtable so to speak about the show. We also share our initial thoughts on the new Masters of the Universe trailer. As well as our speculation of the Super Bowl Halftime Show. Before rounding things off with some Pitt talk . 

After Richie accidentally starts Speeding Bullets After Dark and complains about some car rental frustrations, Jayme and Tupper steer the focus to our main topic the return of The Pitt! 

While non of us actually watched the Golden Globes we still talk about it or at least some the conversation around it. 

We are back at it with the trivial treat that is Speeding Bullets: Rewind! This month's theme is  90's sitcoms ! Richie put together a fund quick that includes identifying  exterior sitcom shots ,  catchphrases, and theme songs with our usual tech hiccups and witty banter! Tune in to see who wins! 

Jayme, Tupper and Richie discuss their thoughts on the Stranger Things series finale as well as Season 5 as a whole. Did we like the ending ? Do we all thing Eleven is alive ? Tune in to find out!
