Hey, everybody, listen as problems our special guests. As a
former district court judge in Detroit, and for the past
twenty three seasons, he has served as the no nonsense
judge on the long running court series Judge Mathis, Well,
He's got he got a great new family docum series,

premiering this Sunday on E Network. It's called The Mathis
Family Matters. And wait till you see his life outside
of the Court rule. We're gonna find out more about

until I was there and I saw Charlie Tapman's star
a couple of down and it's been there for one
hundred years. But then at my whole I never really
accepted the big celebrity thing. I ain't got my arms

far with this, but then when I saw that, I say,
ain't this is really? This is really something. I'm gonna
be here for a hundred years, I said, the earthquake destroyer.
What's for happen is that we're gonna put them back down?
I said, I'm earthquake through So you know it really
is man, Man, congratulations, But boy, let me ask you this,

Judge matthis hind the world did you get in this?
You couldn't have told me in a million years that,
Judge matthis would be on the E Network doing a
family docuseries. It's called Matthews Family Matters. It premiers this Sunday,
June nineteenth and nine thirty pm easton specific only back

and your four grown children in La. How in the
world did this come about? I don't want to get

he promoting a new a new documenteries called The Matthis
Family Matters premier is this Sunday, June nineteenth to nine

It features him and his wife Linda and four grown

children in La and tell us about the show. Well,
Judge Mathis has accused me before we left of setting
him up for something, and I don't know, so, Judge,
how will you set up? Ain't gonna play crazy? Cleveland

and Detroit they know how to play crazy. Se Do
you recall when you were nice? Enough to accept my
son as one of your producers and took him under
your wings. And he does a good job, and you know,
we all thank you. And so when the show and
then you moved back to Atlanta, he says, what I'm

gonna do? I said, you know you're the producer, get
yourself going. So he comes back, y'all He says with that,
what do you think about doing a family show on
the family. So, no, I don't want to do no
reality show. I want no cameras in my house. Dad.
I think it will show a positive image of black people. Yeah,

well that might be said. Plus we can show how
everyday people, how we live like everyday people as well
on how you don't have no suits here at the
house when you come home. God, I think people need
to see that. Say bounced out off a couple of
other people, see what they might think. Come back next time.

check depending on however he bo. I'm hoping this is

they ain't more interested than we are. What you're gonna
see is I have zero respect or authority at home
in the sense of me being able to influence what's

happening in the household. You know, I'm authoritarian, schlick talking
street cub on television, barking at people when I get home.
I have no shoes. They are un fact I believe
I'm abused folks. See I think they might put on

the media and so to me and y'all stop abusing
Judge matthis. We're still sorry, but the way they're treating me,
and then I'm gonna be myself. But I'm gonna be
myself on Terroid. So y'all gonna see some wild dug
matthis look forward to I'm looking forward to it because man,

you know, Judge is kind of crazy. Though I ain't
got no damn you said my house either? What the
hell going on? Hill? Right? We killed We killed that
after we called what we call hey man. Listen, Everybody.
