Steve. You know, I guess I've been I don't know
if i'm my closing remarks today. I guess I'm not
sure if I'm too much on this subject, but i
just don't see how it could be. And I'm trying
to make sure that I'm covering in a way that
in a non intrusive way to get people to really

understand what I'm saying. And the subject again is your
relationship with God. I'm trying to impose upon people without
being one of those people like, hey, look at me,
this is what I did and this is how I Hey,
this is me. I'm not bragging at all. I'm trying

(00:45):
to get anybody who needs this information to understand how
critical and important that you have this relationship with God
that you have. Now I've been criticized for the way
I do this because they are those little starch you know,

(01:06):
over the top Christians, or you don't say Jesus name. Look, man,
I'm trying to get people to have relationship with God.
Your particular basis for how you go about it is
none of my business. The most important thing is your
relationship with God. Well you need to say Jesus name.

(01:26):
I believe in Christ. I really really do. I understand.
I believe in the Holy Trinity. I do. I believe
that Jesus Christ was the son of God. He died
on the cross, and he rose on the third Day.
They died for our sins. I believe that. I believe
that the Holy Spirit is given to us as a comfort,
as a part of the Trinity that helps guide us.

That you can, and I believe that there is a God.
That's all of this. My relationship with all three of them. Now,
if that ain't your relationship, that ain't my business. But
you do have to have a relationship with God. See
the particulars of it. That's the religion. That's what some
men got together and got these different groups. We Methodists,

we Lutheran, we Pentecostal, we Holiness, we Baptists, we Pentecostal.
That's y'all. Y'all came up with that. I ain't got
nothing to do with that. I need people to understand
that in the game of life, that this relationship with
God that you have is so important because it will

(02:33):
help you in the game of life because life has
particles to it. Life has joys, life has victories, life
has dreams, life has goals, but life got distractions to
Life come with grief. Life come with hardship, It comes

(02:57):
with challenges, and it comes with setbacks. The reason I
have a relationship with God and I talk to him
on a daily several times throughout the day is because
when it's going well for me, I want to acknowledge

(03:17):
the fact that I know it's Him, that he's providing
me with this moment of favor, with these hours of grace,
that God is giving me peace of mind and all
of that. So when life comes up and starts life
in me, when the setback, the trials, the tribulations, the challenges,

(03:40):
the grief hits me, I am not introducing myself to God.
I'm saying as a person who has a relationship with him. Hey, God,
I know he was just talking about it, and I
know it's been going real smooth for me, but it
got a little rocky down here and it got real

(04:01):
rough for me right now, and I need you to
provide for me the strength or the comfort to get
through it. I don't ask him to remove it because
the removal of it is too late. It's already happening.
You can stop with to take it away that ain't
how it work. What you want is a relationship with

(04:24):
God where He strengthens you to cope with it, and
he gives you the comfort to deal with it, and
he gives you the wisdom to understand that this too
shall pass. And in the wisdom of these challenges that
happens to you, it gives you an understanding as to
why it happened. Because behind every moment of adversity, I've
said this hundreds of times on this show. Behind every

(04:45):
moment of adversity, two things happen. There is a lesson
and there is a blessing. And when you get wise
and you get really cool with God, he reveals them both.
And man, ain't that good news to you to know
that behind every challenged, trial, tribulation, hardship that you have

(05:05):
grief that you're suffering, that in that God is going
to give you the lesson that you need to know
and going to give you the blessing behind it. That
knowledge of those two things keeps me in the dark moments.
That's why your relationship with God is important. I tell you.

(05:27):
The other reason is important because He's always there. He
is the one thing that consistently in your life can
provide you with comfort, peace of mind, and solutions to
your problems. He guarantees can give you those three things. Now,

(05:51):
you might have a friend or a wife, or a
spouse or a partner that is there for you with
those things too, but they can't be with you twenty
four seven. God can. That's the important of the relationship
with God. And that's why I've been so harping on
it so heavy this week because I want you all
to know what it is to have that that source.

It's the greatest source of all. All right, all right,
those are my close remarks today. I hope you got
