Tesla vs. Wile E. Coyote

Popular YouTuber Mark Rober put Tesla’s self-driving technology to the test in a scene straight out of Looney Tunes. He set up a massive fake road wall painted to look like the road continued, just like something Wile E. Coyote would use against the Road Runner. The result? The Tesla drove straight into it without hesitation, proving that while self-driving tech has improved, it's still no match for classic cartoon trickery.

Gen Z’s ‘Revenge Quitting’ Movement

A new workplace trend has Gen Z employees quitting their jobs in the most inconvenient ways possible as a form of protest against perceived unfair treatment. Whether it's leaving in the middle of a shift or dropping a resignation notice with zero warning, this movement is causing major disruptions in offices everywhere. With TikTok driving the trend, some say it's empowering, while others argue it's just making work environments even more chaotic.

Apple’s Foldable iPhone Price Shock

Apple’s long-rumored foldable iPhone is estimated to have a jaw-dropping starting price of around $2,300—nearly double the cost of the iPhone 16 Pro Max. According to an investor research note, this would make it Apple’s priciest iPhone ever. While foldable tech is gaining traction, the big question is whether customers will shell out that much cash just to have a bendy screen.

this weekend history at the historic every Theater.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
Yo.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
That's so deep.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Uh oh, that's scary all right. Not signed for Nina's
was Trending.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
I'm about to tell you the story about a tesla
they got tricked into crashing into a wall.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Tricked.

Speaker 3 (00:29):
Yes, there's a popular YouTuber named Mark Roper who thought
this would be a good idea because he was inspired
by Looney Tunes. So you know on Looney Tunes that
they put up those like fake walls and you try
to get the road runner to crash. Yeah, okay, so
that's what he did to a tesla because apparently the
technology inside of a tesla only uses the cameras to
see what's in front of them. So he put up
a sheet and made it look like the road was

(00:50):
still continuing to see if the Tesla actually worn my god,
because he thought it was the road or stop because
they could sense that.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Something was there. What's going.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
Going? It crashed? Well, I mean it was a sheet,
so it didn't get a car but went.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Right through it. Wow, age old question. Is that a
bugger feature?

Speaker 3 (01:14):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Wiley coyote? You very happy?

Speaker 2 (01:17):
That's what the headline is.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
Tesla's self driving feature got tricked by a wiley coyote.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Amazing. Now I want to do it.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
I don't want people to wreck their Tesla's but you
just want to see it's a sheet.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
It can't like hurt the car, right, Well, I don't
don't auto driving. So there's a new trend called revenge quitting.
And this is not just like quitting to quit because
you know whatever, you're quitting with the intention of disrupting
the business because you're so annoyed.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
And this is something that gen Z is doing. They
have found a way.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
To I feel like that's been going on for ages though. Yes, yeah, but.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Huge project on your plate and you're like, bute, bye,
good luck.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
It sounds like there's so much that's happening that it's
disrupting like the like a lot of businesses because there
is Yeah, it's on TikTok. It's trending where people are
posting their like their whole revenge quit, why they did it,
how they're doing it, and so now more people want
to do it.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Keeping companies accountable. No, you're not.

Speaker 4 (02:24):
We had a list if you go to the Jeweil
Show podcast of all the things gen Z wants at work,
and they're all incredibly unreasonable and reasonable. So all this
rage quitting is also known or this what is it?
Revenge quitting is also known as laziness with clout on
the internet.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
We're not lazy, Brad.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
No, because you put in so much thought to figure
out how to create chaos in the workplace before you quit.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Yeah, instead of just doing the job. Well, what the
job is not treating as well? Who cares?

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Grow up?

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Every time I hear more about gen Z. I'm not
in gen Z, but I must be. No, you're gen
Z adjacent?

Speaker 2 (02:58):
For yeah, i am. There's like all the stuff that
they do. I'm like, I do that unlimited time off, yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Quin and mess up the whole company. Yes, absolutely, my
job is I've been into what gen Z's into since
I was born. Yeah, so apparently I was born too late.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Things from Jubils that we're doing, coming up with these Jubils.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
As a leader, gen Z is the embodiment of Jewbels.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Intrusive thoughts. Yeah, I always wanted to lead a revolution.
Knew me and gen Z Man, all your children.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
The Shakhovar gen Z. And if you're in gen Z
and don't know who that is, don't worry about it.
You don't have to look it up.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
This fine. Yeah, just get the T shirt. Yeah, nobody
else he's wearing the T shirt knows what it is.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
Lastly, Apple's getting ready to release their first foldable iPhone,
but it will cost you. Of course, it was two
thousand and three hundred.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
The thing is, another company already released a foldable phone,
so like Apple.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Four years ago, and it didn't really take off, did it?

Speaker 3 (04:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Yeah, use it. It's good they fixed that.

Speaker 4 (04:11):
They when they first fold they had like so many
folds before it just would break.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
But they've fixed it now. But yeah, this is Apple.
This is typical Apple.

Speaker 4 (04:18):
Let another company invent some great technology and then just
take it later and give it to all the US
iPhone Because the.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
First foldable phone was the flip phone nobody's created.

Speaker 4 (04:28):
Talking about the screen folds Nina screen, Yeah, so like
these actual screens, and then saying cool technology. The screen
folds and when it opens, it does. There's no hold
on it. One time it was pretty nute.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
It's awesome. It's pretty cool. Yeah, it's like a big
screen app. It just got.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
Cooler because it got put in clean white packaging.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
That wait, that's more than their glasses, isn't that? I
don't know those.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
Thirty five Okay, I think I m send it over
to Victoria for a full breakdown. Victoria, how do you
feel about it? That's dumb. You should have your own shows.
That's dumb with Victoria, I can see that podcast.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
Somebody else just say the story. She goes, that's dumb.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
So today on That's Dumb podcast, Victoria, we're gonna talk
about taxes.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
They're dumb. Okay, next thing, I haven't done mine yet
