We are enviro ppl. We are young people concerned about the environment that want to take action to protect it. We are involved in environmental activism, volunteering for environmental organizations, or making small lifestyle changes to reduce our impact on the environment. There are many different ways we can be enviro ppl. Some of us choose to focus on one particular issue, such as climate change or pollution. While some of us take a more general approach and try to be as environmentally friendly as possible in all aspects of our lives. Young people are the future of our planet. We are the ones who will be living with the consequences of climate change and other environmental challenges. That’s why it’s so important for us to take action now to protect our planet. There are many things that young people can do to help our Mother Earth. Here are a few topics we will discuss in future episodes: Reduce, reuse, and recycle Conserve energy and water Use public transportation or walk/bike instead of driving Eat less meat and more plant-based foods Support sustainable businesses Get involved in environmental activism Educate themselves and others about environmental issues Create your own compost Get involved in environmental policy Support environmental research We believe that everyone can make a difference, no matter how small. By making slight changes in our daily lives, we can collectively create a more sustainable future. No matter how you choose to get involved, enviro ppl is a young community working towards the same goal: a cleaner, healthier planet for everyone.
