What happens when you love your hobby so much, it becomes your job?

You no longer have a hobby! In today's gig world and everyone having a side-hustle (is that really a hobby?) this conversation warrants some thought. I do it for you in this episode.

Reading a cookbook is also like therapy and when written well, I wonder, does that book belong in self-help or in the "cooking" section of the bookstore? As culi...

Ah, California’s bullet train. The gift that keeps on... waiting. Will we ever see it get built? It’s a bold vision — to build a train no one can ride, between places no one wants to go, with money no one has. Let me share my observations.

Got print? "Start" the presses may be a bit of a stretch given I've written for at least two publications that have "stopped" them. Let's not get too critical now. I only contributed relevant, engaging and I might even add humorous content at times. As for my current publisher...well, let's just keep that between us.

Knowing you're clever enough to deduce the meaning of the "R" in the title, things have been quite, dare I say, busy of late. No need for concern, I am w...

It may seem like just yesterday that we hit our century mark on providing informative and entertaining content to your ears. That's because it was! The feedback from the episode and the impossibility of believing I've done over 100 of these things necessitated sharing it one more time in a celebratory fashion. So happy milestone to me... and you...
