I lost 20 pounds in my mid-30s and have maintained it for 10 years, through perimenopause, hormonal shifts, and real life. I'm not someone who lost weight six months ago and started a podcast. I'm someone who's lived in this body, figured it out, and has been maintaining the results long enough to know what actually works and sticks.
